Imaging it's 4 days before thanksgiving and you're about to host about 30 out of town guest when your plumbing backs up into multiple toilets the day your guest are arriving. We'll, this happened to me - on a Sunday no less. I was freaking out!  I called second opinion plumbing and Clayton came to our house on a Sunday and fixed our clogged septic system. Thank you so much to second opinion plumbing for your fast response and amazing service. You saved my thanksgiving!!

Jason responded right here in Yelp - I had never used the messages platform - so I was the slow guy.  Anyway, I do love when companies are this responsive.  Certainly helps get the job done faster.

We are trying to sell a 2-story quadplex apartment unit... I get a text message at 6:30 am from one of the downstairs tenants that water is leaking through their vent from upstairs.  Really?  Who wants to get this news?  I call one guy and he isn't available.. then I call the realtor selling unit and he tells me to call Pete Phend and that he's awesome... uh huh... we'll see.  

So I call and explain the problem.  He indicates he or Jesse would be onsite by noon (3 hour response time) and asks if that is acceptable.  I tell him it is and hope to see by 4pm ;)

They call when they are 1 hour out and are onsite by noon (very nice!)  Jesse indicates he will need to cut a 2 foot hole in the ceiling and tells me he thinks it will be a drainage issue and a not a burst pipe issue.  I authorize him to cut the hole and sure enough... the toilet seal from upstairs is out of whack and the bolts are loose and flushed water is going over the wax ring (I won't give any more details about the flushed water ;)

He tells me what it'll cost to fix and that he can do it right now if I authorize.  I do and within a hour everything is fixed.  Water is back on... Tenants are happy and the pocketbook is lighter... but only a little lighter... it was a VERY FAIR and reasonable price.

These guys rock.  I will use them again if I have any problems or need anything installed!

I had this company come out to install a water heater from my Home Warranty Company, A few days went by, and failed to keep the appointment. Finally around 7 PM he called saying that he was on his way. Almost 11PM and he was still here. To my surprise, or not, he had to comeback due to a defective part. I made the mistake to pay in full, as of today almost 3 weeks later, have yet to hear from them. Customer service and follow through are a must to stay long time and business.

Freddy was a nice man first and foremost which is important when letting someone into your abode. He explained my options clearly and was fairly priced from my experience. He finished the job within a deadline I needed met. Id recommend and would use him again.

Call ROCCO at 4 o'clock on Monday and fix my shower by 2 o'clock on Tuesday! Not over priced like the big companies.

I called DJ and he came out immediately! He's been nothing but helpful and understanding. I'll be updating as the job continues but nothing bad yet!

He's working with me to get what we want at an affordable price and has really been helpful compared to another company who we decided to not go with. I have high expectations, yet I'm a pretty easy going guy and DJ is a straight forward honest guy! Much appreciated!

Looking forward to moving forward.

Responsible, efficient, professional and fair pricing.  The 4 other well known contractors I obtained highly inflated  prices from for a quick repair job are not to be trusted.  I highly recommend Babcock!!

Quick reply & fantastic service for a residential sprinkler head leak. Nick Hollander also flushed the system & replaced a valve because Scottsdale water will clog up everything.  He was informative, quick & cleaned up afterward.  Great to find a contractor that knows their trade. Thanks. JJ

I am still totally shocked about the $1,250 price this company quoted me for a small job. We needed new connections installed for our clothes washer and some pipes moved about 12 inches to make room for shelves. The tech said it was a 3-4 hour job, which seems about right, and somewhere between $50 and $150 in parts.  That math just doesn't add up to me, as I don't think plumbers are worth more than $250 an hour.

The next bid I got was less than half. I can't speak to the work these guys do but I recommend you start your search elsewhere unless money is no object to you.

James repaired a toilet and replaced another for me a year ago. Great work, really professional, efficient service by James. More recently Cameron replaced 3 bath faucets and so pleased again with the job he did. I highly recommend Aussie Plumber. And I will use their service again for my next project.

Wow!! Al's Plumbing is a great company to do business with. If your searching for a plumber, do yourself a favor and call them!!! All of the employees are outstanding in their field. They are very honest and extremely fair on price! All my wife and I can say is that we were treated like family and will always rely on them for my services.  I had the pleasure of Al himself install our water softener system. He did a custom a custom job. Asked him to get creative.  We absolutely LOVE it!!!

Excellent and prompt service!  A reasonable $125 charge to install under-sink filtration, install new faucet, and flush water heater. They are now our go-to plumber.

Huge Shout out to BOYDCO PLUMBING!  Rhonda is the personality that answers the phone; ALWAYs!  It's such a joy to have a friendly, human voice to be able to set the time for my plumbing issue!  Danny is the actual plumber and he shows up to work at the time that Rhonda promises!  It's amazing that they can be so Danny-On-The-Spot!!!  My only comment is that Danny is too thin to have a Plumber's Crack; but he's skinny enough to get to those hard to reach places; under sinks and in attics!  I'm a Realtor, and I have to refer trades to clients all the time.  I actually have folks calling me after the work is done to say, Thanks for such a great referral!  I'm just glad to help, and so are my pals at BOYDCO.

Love the safety this company uses. They also quote you on arrival, and guess what... the final matches the quote! Could not be more satisfied from a company that has kept their ethics when most others find additional problems and upcharge. Thank you to all the folks at knockout. My air conditioning stopped functioning  on Monday (in July) at 5:00 PM. I called around looking for a repair  service to get me up and running quickly. I found Hobaica Services. On Tuesday Hobaica Services sent repair technician Binh T. to diagnose and repair the issue.

Binh showed up promptly and diagnosed why my system was not running. He explained to me the options I had to repair my system. When Binh left on Tuesday he explained that Hobaica would need to order a  part to complete the repair, he explained the problem and the cost.  Binh had the house cooling down before he left on Tuesday. On Wednesday Binh came with the needed part and repaired the system permanently.

Our experience was great with Binh and Hobaica, my wife and I are very  satisfied with the response time, communication of breakage and fix  strategy, and the final result. I enthusiastically recommend Binh and  Hobaica.

When looking for a plumber for an unexpected leak, Jorge (Owner) was the first to respond and come over to evaluate.  He was very detailed and knowledgeable.  Very happy with his service and highly recommend this company.

Darryl and Joe responded to my voice mail message by stopping by the house on a Thursday afternoon.  They reviewed the work that I wanted done, which was to replace all of the old crank water valves under the sinks and behind the tolilets, 16 in total, and gave me a price for the job, which included providing all the new valves and hoses.  I agreed to the price and they said they would be out the following Monday at 9:30 to do the job.

So Monday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe.  I reached out to Darryl at around 1:00 via his cell phone.  Darryl said he was tied up on a job and that he'd be at my house the following day at 10:00 to do the job.

So Tuesday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe.  I reached out to Darryl at around 1:30 via his cell phone.  Darryl answers the phone greeting me by my first name.  I asked him if he was going to do the job and he responded by saying that I've dialed the wrong number.  That's pretty messed up.
