My hot water heater started leaking around 4 30 and by 8 30 had a new one installed. Quick, efficient service.

Jason responded right here in Yelp - I had never used the messages platform - so I was the slow guy.  Anyway, I do love when companies are this responsive.  Certainly helps get the job done faster.

I have a place in Carefree, AZ and my renters reported a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom.  I called Phend Plumbing and spoke with Pete.  He was courteous, took the time to understand the situation and said he would call my renters to set up an appointment.  By the time I emailed my renters, Pete had already called them for an appointment.  On the day of the job, Mike from Phend called to let me know that he found the source of the leak and gave me an estimate for the cost of repair.  Mike found the special part that he needed to do the repair and got the job done in no time.  Later, I was contacted by Stephanie from the Phend Plumbing office to get my credit card information for payment of services.  The cost was exactly as quoted by Mike.  Throughout my experience with Phend Plumbing everyone I had contact with was professional, courteous and efficient.  They are the best and work well together as a team.  Wish I could give them 10 stars!  Thank you for the great service!

This is the second time I have used Just Plumbing and in each instance they were very professional, on time and helpful providing a couple of options for repair and recommending the best that would save me money and have a quality repair.

Freddy is amazing. We called him on Tuesday  and he was willing to come out to check out our shower right there and then. Already, that level of attentiveness was excellent, these days you call a service provider and they schedule you out a week or two later. We explained how our apartment building had it scheduled water shut off for that Wednesday and he could come out then.

He did and it was the time he said he would (not 15 mins late like past plumbers we've had). Then what started out as a simple job turned nightmare when it was discovered upon removing the shower knob that there were stripped bolting and clogged filters, a mess unseen before. But he went forward exhausting all methods on trying to fix the problem. When all seemed lost, Freddy was upfront and told us possible solutions and reasonable estimates. (We were against the clock as the apartment complexes water systems were coming back online and water would be shooting out everywhere.)

But before going with the possible solutions he continue to try to fix the problem and did. However a part was missing but instead of sending one of us to get the part, Freddy went out bought the part himself and fixed the knob.

After all of this his cost was extremely reasonable especially considering all the bumps in this seemingly simple job.

Rocco was prompt and reliable.  After Rocco installed a new garbage disposal my husband asked him to look at a few other  plumbing issues that we had. He was helpful and informative. He even put caulk around a faucet, that was leaking, at no charge. He will be our go-to plumber for any issues that come up.

We had a niche which needed expanding to fit a larger TV, and we contacted 3 remodeling contractors.  After interviewing all three, we chose VETSBuilt because of how professional and prompt DJ was.  DJ was able to come out within a few days for measurements, and our job was scheduled shortly after that.  DJ and his crew were very professional, courteous, and clean.  They promptly arrived each day, placed plastic and coverings over the floor from the front door to where they were working.  They also taped plastic at the ceiling in a small area around where the construction was taking place to reduce the dust as much as possible.  After they completed the construction, they vacuumed up and painted the area, so you would never know any work had been done!  

After the work was complete, DJ stopped by with a thank you letter and little gift for us.  They went above and beyond in every aspect, and far exceeded our expectations!

We will us DJ again for any remodel needs we have in the future.

A friend gave me their name and they've been extremely responsive, skilled, reasonable and professional.  
I now trust them intrinsically and won't use anyone else.  They've fixed pipes, water heaters , leaks and given quotes on a gas line issue. We had 3 other big  plumbing company quotes in one case and Babcock was head and shoulders above their competition.
The pride of ownership is apparent for this family owned business. A rarity these days and we feel fortunate to have found them.

Every once in awhile you find a business that does EVERYTHING right. And it's usually when you least expect it. I had a leak in my home sprinkler system and needed it taken care of ASAP. So I called the FEC and I was greeted with an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable person on the other end of my call. She was so nice. She was honest and up front about pricing. Skip ahead to the service and Scott shows up. To say that he was both friendly and professional is a gross understatement. Scott told me what needed to be done and he did it. His son ended up coming by to help finish the project. From beginning to end, this company could not have been better. I'm remarkably impressed with everyone involved. Thank you to your entire staff. What a team you have!!

I'm not typically one to write reviews, but I was compelled. From the moment I contacted Master Rooter until the day of job completion, I experienced a consistent degree of professionalism, truthfulness and responsiveness not often seen in this industry. When a plumbing fiasco happens, it's easy to get overwhelmed, but the team Master Rooter has put together speaks to its commitment to deliver a service that sets itself apart from the competition.

It began with a backup in both my bathrooms and the laundry room. I reached out to Master Rooter and Donny Bailey was quick to arrive. Donny was obviously there to do a job, but his knowledge far exceeded the task at hand and the manner in which he carried himself and presented information instilled trust. After snaking the pipes to get me back up and running, he felt there was a bigger issue at play and so he said he'd come back to do a camera scoping. When scoped, it was clear there was a collapse in my sewer line (i.e. worse case scenario) so he walked me through the recommendation to replace it and spoke to what could be typically expected with regards to insurance coverage. His knowledge on plumbing seemed indisputable, but more importantly, the way in which he presented things was simple to grasp and made me feel confident things would go according to plan.

Next step...breaking ground. When Ry Corral, the assigned Project Manager, came with his team, he was extremely professional, succinct, and layman in his explanation of scope and timing for completion; 4 days. Dustin Lange, the Master Foreman (i.e. team leader) on the job, was equally badass and professional. Over the next 4 days, he and his team replaced all the sewer lines under my house using technology that allowed for creating holes in just a few areas in the foundation vs. trenching the entire length. At the end of the 4th day, the line was replaced and the holes were closed up.

In summary...and as strange as it may sound...dealing with Master Rooter has actually been a pleasure. I'm sure there are countless plumbing companies who could get the job done, but it's about the how that makes the difference. Master Rooter is technology forward-thinking, which is something else I really appreciate, but their approach to customer service is what truly sets them apart and I recommend them with confidence.

The Aussie Plumber really saved the day last week during an emergency without breaking the bank! Sewage drain backed up while hosting out-of-town guest for a birthday celebration. Never experienced this sort of thing before. The gal that answered the phone was extremely pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable.  Received text messaging confirming appointment, technician, arrival times, and other updates all the way through completion. Troy arrived on the scene within 2 hours and was very professional and courteous. Provided an affordable estimate and backed it up later with camera footage to show where the tree roots had busted through the pipes and another area of concern. Troy worked hard for more than 2 hours to clear the problem areas and ensured each interior drain was unobstructed to the main city connection.  The owner, James, also came by to assist and was just as pleasant and knowledgeable.  Thank you Aussie Plumber for getting rid of the ick and allowing the celebration to continue.  Highly recommend these folks for any plumbing needs!

We used Danny Boyd on a recommendation from another contractor. We were not disappointed! Boyco was prompt and incredibly knowledgable about what the best way to accomplish our needs for the least amount of money. They even worked us back into their schedule when my DIY project didn't work out!  I cannot recommend Danny and Rhonda highly enough!

We have recommended Boydco to two additional jobs and will continue to do so. We have found our plumber for life!

I had an issue with my shower and bathtub faucets and called Knockout Plumbing. They were out within 2 hours and fixed everything within an hour! The price was very reasonable. I will absolutely use them again if I have any plumbing issues!

Hoping to find a reasonable AC tech company, set up an appointment for 7-31.  Took a total of less than 1 hour to diagnose and fix.  Tech was great  Turns out it was a bad contactor.  Paid $363.00 and felt good until I looked up the material cost at less than $20.00.  So labor and markup for 1 hr labor was $320..?  Remember I paid your trip charge also.   This is why AC companies have rep's for excessive charges....guess I will continue to look for someone reasonably priced.

Appreciate the response, quality gets you in the door, reasonable pricing gains you return opportunities.   Since you think this is fair...I will try someone else next time.

We used Go Direct Plumbing for our hot water heater. It was previously installed incorrectly by the previous owner. They installed everything up to code, got us a new water heater at a fair price, and offered quick reliable service. All staff friendly, and made scheduling easy. Arrived on time to both appointments. Great for quick, reliable, and professional service. We will be using them again in the future.

Darryl and Joe responded to my voice mail message by stopping by the house on a Thursday afternoon.  They reviewed the work that I wanted done, which was to replace all of the old crank water valves under the sinks and behind the tolilets, 16 in total, and gave me a price for the job, which included providing all the new valves and hoses.  I agreed to the price and they said they would be out the following Monday at 9:30 to do the job.

So Monday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe.  I reached out to Darryl at around 1:00 via his cell phone.  Darryl said he was tied up on a job and that he'd be at my house the following day at 10:00 to do the job.

So Tuesday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe.  I reached out to Darryl at around 1:30 via his cell phone.  Darryl answers the phone greeting me by my first name.  I asked him if he was going to do the job and he responded by saying that I've dialed the wrong number.  That's pretty messed up.
