Gabe replaced our point of use hot water booster! Excellent work,as always.  He is our go to plumber!

Gabe completed two projects at our house Thanksgiving week (2022) but has since failed to provide an itemized receipt so we can get reimbursed from our insurance for a leak.

I connected him with our adjuster and since reached out to him in every way possible - called, texted, emailed, and even sent messages through his website.

If you want someone who will communicate and follow through on their work, look elsewhere.

Bad experience with  this business. Wrote to this guy twice; once through his website and once through email.  I guess I made the mistake in the first message of saying that I was a senior, living on a fixed income, and was on something of a budget.  That might have been the reason he ignored my requests for a general quote or to see if he could take on my project. (I had 3 or 4 others that would also need to be done over time).  No response at all.
Guess business is so good that he doesn't need to bother with people like me.

Talked with Gabe and he gave me a decent price compared to other quotes I'd taken for replacing a shower fixture and valve.

He was really nice, explained very clearly what he was going to do. He left the plumbing in better shape than when he left it by cleaning up a few sub-standard fittings and piping some previous owners must have used. Was a good amount of work and he did it no extra charge, he felt like he just wanted to be right.

I'd call them back for any future troubles that come up.

I have used him twice, and both times was very pleased with his advice and work.  Most recently he replaced two of our toilets.  The work was quickly scheduled, he showed up promptly at the scheduled time,  the work was professionally done, his price was fair, and I had absolutely no complaints.

While he charged a flat rate for installing the toilets, during the work he encountered unexpected cosmetic damage to the flooring done by the person who installed the old toilets.  He went the extra mile and voluntarily spent the time necessary to repair that damage, at no extra charge.  

I was fortunate to have hired Gabe.  I highly recommend him.

I received a couple of quotes for a water heater about one year ago and he came in with a reasonable bid and did a great job installing the unit.  About a year later we had some condensation building up and Gabe came right out with one hour to make an adjustment and covered it under warranty.  I highly recommend using him for your plumbing needs.

As a Tenant at a 4Plex I find the rudeness of notifications that my water is being shut off a Common Courtesy.  Copperline pops in inconsistently while repairing 2 of the 4 Apts.  Shuts it off for the Whole Day and I have spoken to the plumber about just taking a minute to let us know.  2 Tenants OMG what an inconvenience to give us a heads up that he will be starting work in 20 minutes while he unloads his truck.

Outstanding plumbing service from Gabe today. He fixed our water shut off valve  behind our refrigerator and replaced the outside water shut off valve to our house.   Great expertise with all of the work done. He is a true expert at copper plumbing. Definitely one of the best plumbers in Arizona and locally owned and operated makes it even better!

Called Gabe the owner and texted me 30 minutes prior to arrival . Located the leak under ground and I thought it was in the wall. We had to break out the floor and placed a temporary patch so we had water overnight. Came back at 8:30 am and completed the work 1 copper line and replaced back to original. During the repairs we checked water pressure and 90# PSI and recommended water pressure regulator valve and agreed to reduce pressure to 65-70# and added the valve for $285 . Job completed on schedule and satisfied. Gabe is concise and takes the extra time to complete the work. Highly recommend this company for a excellent tradesmen and professional service and goes the extra mile!!!

Just had Gabe come out to our new house to complete the repairs that were on our home inspection. Our new house was definitely outside of his service range but because we were repeat customers he still made the drive out to do the repairs.
The repairs were flawless, the cost was reasonable, and his customer service is bar none.
I can't say enough good things about the guy, He does solid work, and I'd highly recommend him. I've referred every friend that's asked for a plumber to him, and I'll continue to refer folks to him.

After 17 years and three neighbors water heaters bursting at the seams, it was time to put Ol' Bessie out to pasture. Wanting to avoid late night emergency surgery; as my neighbors recently had, I chose elective replacement of my favorite home appliance. What would my morning shower be without you?

Well since you're here, you might as well fix the broken valves behind my washing machine that I can't seem to get completely closed. I've been thinking about replacing that soon too, and want to be actually be able to turn off the water when the time comes. He agreed that it was a good idea, especially since the water for the entire building (11 neighbors included) was turned off already. I decided to take care of it now and avoid another scheduled call. :-)

I spent a few minutes with Gabriel while he worked out my plumbing issues, we chatted about some possible future plumbing needs, but I had to run before he finished his work. As a spend thrifty individual, I did call around to a few plumbers before making my final choice. Copperstate was no better or worse; within a few bucks, than most of the other reputable (by yelp standards) plumbers. Gabriel was the friendliest to talk to, seemed confident on the phone, so I happily gave him my business and am happy that I did.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience.

I had a leak in the main line between the meter at the curb and where the copper line that enters the house.  

Gabe came out gave me an estimate and started work immediately.  It's late august, so it was blazing hot.  He arrived EXACTLY on time - to the minute, was very friendly, documented the issue with the broken PVC pipe with pictures, before the repair, and after.  These were included with a copy of my invoice which was sent by email.

The repair itself looked great (but I'm obviously not a plumber) and I again have running water.  Gabe also cleaned up everything and it looked like he was never there when he finished.

So this isn't really a review, but I wanted to drop Gabe a line to say thanks for the call.

My hot water heater started leaking and I started calling every single plumber around in a mid-range panic attack.

By the time Gabe called back I had already made arrangements with another company but I wanted to say how nice Gabe was. Sometimes you can tell when people are genuine and Gabe was just that. He completely understood that I made other arrangements, and offered his services for any future needs.

Gabe did not bad mouth the competition, or brag about himself. He simply said he was glad to hear I got the problem solved. Very refreshing.

I still haven't heard from most of the companies I called a day later.

I have used Gabe for a condo we had to rehab for sale he fixed several issues that needed to be done to pass inspection.

We have also used him in our own condo his pricing is fair and work is clean and recommended a cheaper fix than we thought it was going to be.

I have seen the bad reviews but in the 2 occasions we used him was good work, he does Seem to be very busy.

Had Gabe out only once when my home warranty guy couldn't, or wouldn't, locate the laundry room clean out. Last week I had another problem, that I thought might involve a roof vent clean out, which I knew my warranty wouldn't cover. Called Gabe. He told me over the phone what my problem was; said he remembered the service call over a year ago, remembered the house, and noted at the time a potential issue--even gave me an approximate cost to repair. I decided to put a bandaid on the problem for the time being, which his analysis made easier.

Was definitely a little wary of having a plumbing come and evaluate the shower, sinks, and toilet in my master bedroom.  I was having issues with very slow drainage, and I had maxed out my amateur ability to fix them.  I was definitely concerned about how involved and expensive this undertaking may be.  

After reading the reviews for Copperline Plumbing on Yelp!, I gave them a call and was immediately impressed.  Very professional, quick to schedule an appointment, and worked around my schedule.  Gabe arrived at my house on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and thoroughly explained his plans.  Price was very reasonable...much less than I had expected!

While I hope I don't need another plumber in the near future, I would call Gabe at Copperline Plumbing again without a second thought.  A+++++.  HIGHLY recommend.

I hired Gabe to fix a few plumbing problems in condo I recently bought, I found him on Yelp, between my last plumber being an a-hole, Gabe's Yelp Deal and his high ratings, I gave him a call.

We talked a couple times over the phone prior to the job and he gave me a quote. He showed up on time, fixed everything he said would and was very professional about it. I would use him again should the need arise and I would recommend him to others.

Gabe did a great job with explaining options best for me. He is friendly, professional and reasonably priced! I had a faucet replaced and water softener installed - he was quick and even identified an issue with a clamp under the sink and fixed it for me free of charge. Woohoo!

Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.  Uncertain how his scheduling would be for emergency services but I scheduled an appointment about 1 1/2 weeks out.

Left a message in the afternoon on Tuesday and heard back later that evening. There were no appointments available Wednesday, but we set up an appointment up for Thursday afternoon from 2-5. Gabe called at 2:20 to let me know he could be at my place in 20 minutes.
When he got here, I showed him the problem and told him what I had already tried. He was very open to listening to what I had done to troubleshoot the problem already. I asked about the Yelp deal and he said he would definitely accept it and even told me to go purchase it while he worked on the problem. Once he was satisfied that he understood what was going on, he explained what the possible causes were and then I left him to his work.
He only took around 30 minute to get everything in working condition again.
I would definitely recommend Copperline to anyone needing a plumber!

We chose Copperline Plumbing because of all the great reviews on Yelp, and I can proudly say Gabe deserves every one of his 5 star reviews.  We
Kept his word, called 30 minutes before our appointment, is extremely polite, honest, reliable, and just an overall great guy to have around.  
Being new to the area, he is a find.  I will recommend him to everyone in need of a good plumber and will have him back to install a soft water system soon.

I have used competent plumbers before, and I have used relative inexpensive plumbers before, but Gabe (who IS Copperline Plumbling) is the first one is 20 years who is both.  The work he did for me was routine, but nonetheless I can see that he does a lot of the little things right, such as:

1.  He will not do work that does not meet at least current standards -- in my case this meant bringing obsolete cutoff connections up to code.
2.  Patiently explained what he needed to do to my wife and how much it would cost BEFORE he did it.
3.  Warned about a possible adverse consequence of a certain repair and got my ok before proceding.

Plumbers are never cheap, but my bill was $204 and that covered almost two hours of work and the parts (I estimated about $60 worth).  Gabe did not charge me for travel time either.

I hate to give this good review because he will now become busier and I'll have to stand in line when I need something, but you can't help wanting to root for this guy.

I called him for what I thought was a leak in the main line to my house.  Well, it wasn't, but Gabe fixed a couple of other things that I threw at him.  (He's the plumber not me!)
He took the time to explain his reasoning and step me through what was going on.  He also helped clear a blocked faucet and checked several other faucets, without adding to the bill.
Compared to a previous experience I had with another plumber this was night and day better.
He's a small operation, and I much prefer to give my business to the little guy out there doing his thing, making a living.   He's invested in his work and it shows.
(I didn't use the Yelp coupon, because I don't nickle and dime the sole-operator.  I'll save that for the big corporations.)

Not very helpful was more interested in a service call sale. When I said all I need is a hose. He said sorry can't help you.

Gabe's five-star rating is well deserved!  We recently had him install a water softener in our house, which due to the house's layout, required complex routing of the drain line through some walls and the ceiling.  Gabe did the work in a professional manner with minimal dry wall repairs needed afterwards.  It was completed on time and for the quoted price.  He definitely knows what he's doing and is a pleasure to work with.  We highly recommend him as a knowledgeable and trustworthy plumber!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a plumber and heard horror stories of some of the prices out there just to unclog a sink. I checked on yelp, saw Gabe's reviews and set up and appointment with him. He was on time, very respectful to my girlfriend as opposed to taking advantage of someone with limited knowledge and fixed our guest shower and sink for under $200 with the purchase of the online coupon found here at yelp.

Maybe this company has excellent service, but I'm never going to know because I couldn't even get someone to call me back. I've left 3 messages in about a day and a half and all I asked for was a quote. Each time I called the representatives were polite, but unable to offer the basic information about trip fee and general service fees that other companies are able to provide within 2 to 5 minutes of the FIRST call.

During my 3rd call I was told that Gabe wouldn't be able to respond to my call until Monday. It's now Monday, two days from my last call, it's just after 6 PM and I've yet to receive a response. One of the bullets listed on their website reads Prompt, dependable service, though I've yet to experience either of these qualities.

I was really looking forward to working with a company that has such high reviews, but I'm not used to this kind of negligence and will not be calling a fourth time. I hope in the future this company is able to provide more information to their customers upon initial contact.

Luckily, I was able to find a reputable plumber who answered my questions AND scheduled a same day appointment within 5 minutes of my first and only call.

We had to replace our hot water heater because it was leaking. Gabe came out the same day and replaced it. He was prompt, very nice, and did an excellent job. I will happily call this company if I ever need their service again, and so should you.

I returned from an out of town business trip to find a kitchen sink that refused to drain. We tried unclogging it ourselves to no avail. Finally, we decided to get a professional to help.

We called Gabe early in the morning and he was able to come to our house later that day. He unclogged the sink and also straightened out the mess of pipes the former homeowner had created trying to put in sink accessories. Now it looks like it should under there instead of a leaky, complicated mess! I thought the charge for fixing everything was fair although I don't have much to compare it to. It was less than I figured it would be.

I waited about a month to write this review, just to make sure there were no problems. No problems whatsoever! I'm really happy we found a trustworthy pro to help us and will not hesitate to call Copperline Plumbing in the future.

We had a leaking water heater and called Gabe. He came immediately and replaced our water heater. He also removed some of the soaked drywall around the water heater. He's very professional and was very careful not to mar our brand new floors in the house. We're definitely calling him the next time we need plumbing work done!

We had an absolute terrible situation pop up with our GC using an unlicensed plumber for plumbing rough in.  Gabe came and saved the day.  Professional, detailed and is a great communicator. I wouldn't call anyone else from here on out!

So I had a significant leak! Not fun.

It was coming from somewhere near my bathroom.  I decided it must be a foundation leak much like several of my neighbors recently had to deal with in my development.

I called up Copperline Plumbing and immediately reached Gabe.  He gave me the rundown on what I would need to do to determine where the leak was located... and that he would be able to work on the repairs either over or under the foundation once the leak was located. (plumbers apparently use leak locator services from other companies... who knew) Gabe was helpful from the start even without a guarantee that he would get my business..

As I was phoning the leak-locator service, for whatever reason, I happened to walk out into my garage and saw that it was actually my hot water heater that was leaking, and the water was flowing into my bathroom.  A steady drip, drip from the lower part of the heater on the other side of the bathroom wall.

I called Gabe back five minutes after my last contact.  We set up an appointment for later in the day.   He told me how to turn off the water to the heater and how to drain it. (Effectively stopping the leak.)

He called us 45 minutes before the appointment.  He showed up at the time he stated.  When he arrived and saw the water damage, he offered up some companies that could help me get the walls/drywall/wood repaired.  (fortunately for me, I am comfortable doing that work... but it would be useful for somebody that wasn't)

He replaced my gas hot water heater with a drip pan (sold separately).  He was also kind enough to replace my water valve (no charge) because he felt it needed to be replaced. He cleaned up before he left.

He is a good guy.  I felt he was honest and the work was professionally done. I will definitely call him again for future plumbing work.

In May I had a water line break in my ceiling and I called Gabe after an initial emergency call to another company.  The initial estimate from the OTHER company was for $20,000 to re-plumb my entire house.  I decided to call Copperline to get a second opinion, and I was blown away with the quality of work, professionalism, and price.  Gabe was willing to work with me in order to figure out the problem and to get costs as low as possible.  I will definitely call Copperline if I ever have any other plumbing issues.

Had Gabe install my Rheem WH that is a Home Depot item and thus many other Co will not  offer to install(many install their own brands only for a substantial price).  For the folks that I could find that did offer me quotes I went with Copperline due to the competitive price.  I must admit that I was a bit apprehensive since that is such a wide variety of pricing in WH installs  and there were a couple of negative reviews for Copperline that were concerning.  

My experience however was wonderful and professional.  WH is installed and works so far, Gabe was cordial and courteous and installed the WH in   1.5 Hrs.  So not much to complain about so far.  I would very much call them again and may have to as we have some other lingering small but necessary plumbing issues to resolve.

Called Gabe out to fix a few issues in our laundry room. My call was returned within the hour and he was out the next day for the repairs. Gabe was very professional, addressed all my concerns, and cleaned up his work area when done. His prices were reasonable compared to the advertised big name companies. I will definitely be calling Copperline back for all my plumbing needs.

We had Copperline and two other plumbers come out to give us an estimate after our Sears-contracted installer gave us very low confidence and an extremely high bid to do a tricky soft water system install.

We picked Gabe because he was very professional, reasonable, actually answered his phone and gave us an uber-fast response.   He's also articulate and well-presented, which after being subjected to the famous Plumber's Crack more times than I care to count, is a welcome relief.    

Gabe had a plumbing emergency come up on the day that he was supposed to start work on our soft water installation.  He called to explain that he was helping someone in a pretty bad situation and would be over as quickly as he could to get started.  He ended up working really late after a really long day already to get the job done.  He did top-notch work with a smile even though it was obviously not a fun day.  

We would recommend him to anyone in the area looking for an honest, reliable and professional plumber who doesn't cost the earth!

He may be a 5-star plumber, but if he can't be bothered to return phone calls, that's a 1-star business in my book.

They showed up! If you don't think that's a big deal by itself, clearly you haven't tried to schedule a lot of Phoenix plumbers. He didn't just show up, he showed up on time, installed the water line, and was very friendly. I found the new plumbers for my house!

For all of the reviews talking about the difficulties getting a call back from Gabe, please know that I too experienced this for a period; however Gabe has since gotten an answering service and I have experienced call backs within 10-20 minutes since mid-2015 without fail, so PROBLEM CORRECTED!

Which is great news as I know firsthand how that makes you feel as a customer, but I cannot imagine how frustrating it must be to want to continue operating a successful business at maximum efficiency and your voicemail fills up because you are so in demand for being so good at what you do.

And that is exactly what Gabe is, great at what he does, while providing a truly warm and customer service driven attitude and demeanor, which is far too rare these days.

Gabe just left our home.  He repaired our leaking emergency water shut off valve to the house and to our irrigation system.  He took the time to go over the different options available that would solve our issues.  He addressed the future issue of accessing the shut off valve for our irrigation system for when we decided to replace it.  He also replaced the hose bib which was leaking as well.  He arrived in the window of time as agreed.  When providing the estimated cost of the repair over the phone, he set a realistic expectation of what the repairs would cost.  Once he assessed our issue, the cost was still inline with his estimation.  

Gabe did a great job!  He was courteous and professional.  I would definitely recommend Copperline Plumbing to my friends and anyone I meet!!!

I contacted Cooperline at 8:30 this morning and received a call back within 30 minutes from Gabe. I am a busy landlord and Gabe was able to meet my tenant same day to fix the problem. I didn't even have to take time off to be at the premises! Copperline Plumbing's service is very high quality and competitively priced. They warranty their work and provided me with an electronic invoice. Most importantly, Copperline Plumbing was honest. They could have charged me for services that weren't needed, but didn't. I am late in my review of Copperline Plumbing but certainly with such excellent service needed to chime in with everyone else.  Gabe did work several times for my elderly mom.  He was prompt, pleasant and totally honest.  He made my mom feel very comfortable.  His prices are great and so is he.  If you want an ethical reliable plumber do not hesitate to call Gabe.

I had a simple leaky valve under the kitchen sink. Gabe came over and took care of the problem on a Saturday. The price was fair and he was professional. What more could you ask for? He is now on my service provider Rolodex.

Emailed and called this company multiple times over four days to replace or repair our hot water heater. No response. Nada. Zip. Zero response whatsoever. Maybe he got so many calls from all the positive reviews on Yelp that now he doesn't need to return phone calls or respond to email. Disappointing since I actually thought he'd be different than others by being responsive and competent.  Moving on to try other companies that actually want business.

Used Gabe a half a dozen times and referred to him a lot.  He was always nice, clean and always had to be called back bc of an issue.  Because of the awesome Yelp reviews and how nice he was we didn't really think anything of it until....he came out for the second year to service our R/O and take a look at the water heater he had installed that wouldn't give us one shower of hot water let alone two.  After he left I had to run out so it wasn't until that evening when my husband came home that we noticed that that our kitchen sink had no water pressure and our R/O didn't have much either.  Then my husband discovered a leak under the sink in the R/O line.  He sent Gabe a message and a video of the leak to show him so he could come back to take a look.  Gabe also had said that the heater was turned up and that may have burned out the element WHICH he had told my husband to do when we initially complained of not enough hot water.  Suddenly, he didn't remember telling us to turn it up and would see when he could come back.  Ummmmm it was 2 weeks before Thanksgiving and my kitchen sink only had a slight dribble of water and that morning before he serviced our R/O it worked fine and he would see when he could come out bc he was busy the next couple days.  Then A WEEK LATER after several attempts to contact him (voicemail conveniently full) we received an email with an itemized billings for what it would be to come back out and look at everything THAT HE HAD OBVIOUSLY CAUSED!!!  Again, we just had the R/O serviced by him and it was leaking and now the sink had no water and he was emailing me a list of what he would charge to come back out and fix it?!  We were beyond floored!  It was quite obvious that he had no intention of coming back out, and the email was a big old screw you.  And just so you know, we were never accusatory EVER!  We simply let him know that something was up, bc we now had a leak and the sink wasn't working.  I was so angry, because not only had we used him before we referred business to him.   He never answered any of our calls just waited a week and sent that ridiculous email.   Do NOT use this plumbing company.

I just read the bad reviews he had and it appears several of us have had VERY similar issues with this company.  I know he had a lot of good reviews, but do not be swayed.  The bad ones have the same comments full voice mail, faulty repairs, no calls back.  Save your self the $$$ and hassle call another well rated company on yelp.  That is what I did and they fixed what Gabe had botched.

OK... maybe a bit of a weird review.  I had a leak and Copperline Plumbing DIDN'T fix it!  But I called EARLY in the morning and he called me back immediately.  We talk about the problem briefly and he indicated his schedule was booked and he would not be able to get to it same-day... One of the things I appreciate is an honest contractor.  I don't expect miracles.  You could hear in his voice he wanted to do the job but was also honoring the commitments he as already made to previous customers.  I can't use him this time due to timing issues but I'll call him back when I need a new water softener installed in a month or so!

I would recommend Gabe. I hired him to do a few minor (for him) plumbing jobs. He went above and beyond what I asked him to do (at no additional charge).

I gave him four stars (not five) because we did talk about getting a new hot water heater installed and he gave me a verbal quote of about $700 to $800 (as did some other reputable plumbers who I talked with later). I don't know why plumbers charge so much to install hot water heaters... I ended up going to Home Depot and buying one for $250 and had a handyman install it for $100.

Having trouble with my water heater I went to Yelp for advice.  Called Copperline Plumbing and Gabe called back right away.  We made an appointment and he came over on time and after looking the situation over, decided I didn't need a new water heater but rather new fittings which were alot cheaper than a new water heater.  I liked the man.  I liked the work he did. I liked also that he is the sole plumber for Copperline.
As far as I'm concerned, Gabe will be the plumber of choice for us whenever we need a plumber.  Very glad I called him.

What can I say that hasn't been said here already?

He called beforehand to let me know when he'd arrive, unclogged our kitchen drain quickly, and was extremely courteous and professional. I'd rather not have to have the drain fixed again, but should that day come (it is a 60 year old house after all), I'll definitely call Gabe.

The reviews i read were great. I tried to contact this company and their mail box was full and couldn't leave a message.

I needed a good plumber for a pretty serious leak in my townhome and found Gabe from the amazing Yelp comments.  Gave him a call and he showed up quickly to assess the situation.  He was very professional and got the job done quickly and with as little of a mess as possible.  I would recommend him to anyone as my tenants were very impressed.  His prices are fair and the Yelp deal made it even moreso.

I rarely write reviews but felt I had to add a negative review of Gabe's service. We have used him twice and the first time he was deserving of every other 5 star review.
The second time we had him come out to install a bath faucet of ours.  Upon doing so he dropped a clamp for the faucet behind the cutout for the water lines of the vanity back panel.  It was not retrievable without tearing out the vanity.

He told us he would order the part and return the following week.  We scheduled an appointment the next Saturday. It was no big deal to us. The Saturday he was due to arrive, he called me and told the part had not arrived from the supplier and we needed to reschedule again.  

From that point forward we never heard from him.  I called him multiple times and my wife called as well. He never responded.  Obviously the faucet was not working as the install was incomplete.

Finally after about three months of calling and waiting we contacted Grohe directly who shipped the part. I was able to complete the install myself.

I know the reviews are great but I wanted to spend a minute outlining an instance where Gabe was completely unprofessional and left us hanging after he lost a part trying to install a bath faucet.  This was not a complex project but he left us hanging and never bothered to communicate with us. He just abandoned the install.  

I would consider this review if you have an even remotely complex plumbing problem.

I wanted a water softener to make my swamp cooler work better, called Gabe after all the glowing reviews.  He helped me decide the most cost effective way to go, installed what I needed and was a terrific human being the whole time.  I do not know all of what he did but  he was fast, reliable, courteous and honest.  He is now my official plumber. He even gave me the name of a good cooler guy,

We found out about these guys via yelp actually. They were available fairly last minute, came on time, got the job done quickly, made professional suggestions and we would 100% use them again should we be in the market for plumbing service.

Gabe is GREAT!!  Always professional, quick and reasonably priced.  Every time I have needed something taken care of he has always been able to get me on his schedule right away and when I had a plumbing emergency and called him at 9:00 p.m. he was still gracious and showed up at my house bright and early the next morning and had everything taken care of in a blink of an eye.  I even got the pleasure of meeting his son who was apprenticing with Gabe.  It's obvious that the great service will continue on with the next generation.
My house is older and the plumbing has always been an issue but now that I found Copperline Plumbing I don't stress about it.  I know that I will get great workmanship at a honest and reasonable price.  I give Copperline plumbing my highest recommendation!

I had a couple of relatively small problems with a shower at my house and found Gabe at Copperline Plumbing online.  I was looking for a new plumber and after reading the reviews decided to give him a try.  

As with a couple of other reviewers, It did take me a couple days and two phone calls to get the service scheduled.  I am glad I stuck with it.  

Gabe arrived as scheduled, calling about 30 minutes prior to arrival.  He completed the work quietly, quickly, and courteously.  The repairs have held up well.  Not only is the work good but the prices are surprisingly quite a bit lower than what I was expecting.

I will use him again and have already been recommending him to family.

I chose Gabe after reading the numerous positive reviews on Yelp. As a women, I try to leave these chores to my fiance, but he was unavailable and well, the shower needed to be fixed. I had nothing to be concerned about! Gabe was at our house within an hour of my first phone call. He was professional, kind, and fixed the problem quickly. In addition, he enthusiastically offered advice on other plumbing questions I had. I will not hesitate to contact Gabe directly the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Had a reverse osmosis installed and both supply valves replaced. Had Gabriel do the work. He was a pleasant professional person to deal with and had me up and running in no time at all. The cost was reasonable and most importantly I will call them again the next time I need a plumber.

We had Gabe out to our home about a month ago to replace all the frozen shut off valves underneath the sinks.  I scheduled an appointment with him a week in advance. On the day of the appointment, he contacted me ahead of time when he knew he was running a few minutes late.  When he arrived, my husband went over everything that we needed done and he provided us with an estimate. His pricing was fair and he let us take advantage of a coupon for $$ off that he has posted on his website.  He took his time and was very thorough in replacing everything that we needed.  It was a totally positive experience and we will certainly use him for any future plumbing needs.

Gabe came at the end of June to clear my drains (all of my drains were backing up, from the laundry, kitchen sink, showers and sinks, he went through the shower drains and got the clog from the source). I thought the price was economical, he called me a little beforehand to make sure I was there, arrived on time and worked fairly quickly. After he was done, he explained what he did, and even gave me a quote when I asked about installing a water line to my refrigerator.

Old toilet with a leak at the shutoff valve and the bottom of the water tank. The water line was plumbed directly into the wall so I couldn't get at it. Called Gabe in the late morning and he was at my home in a few hours (exactly when he said he would arrive!). He took a look at the valve and pipe, got his tools and the necessary parts from his truck, and was done with the repairs in about twenty minutes. Excellent service and very reasonably priced! Gabe was very professional and friendly. I commented to him that he looked  more like an accountant than the typical plumber!

If I ever need plumbing services in the future, Copperline and Gabe is who I will be calling! Highly recommend!!

I've had Gabe do several repairs for me over the past year.  He is always on time,  Easy to get in touch with and fast on his call backs.  I've had 2 water valves and a roman tub facet replaced.  I've used his coupons purchased through Yelp both times as he was doing his work.  We only had one problem with a valve he replaced for the tub that decided to start leaking after several months.   He was available immediately and replaced the defected valve.  Great plumber and I should know since my Dad was a plumber and he has checked out Gabe's work and knows we are in good hands.  Thanks Gabe

We were getting ready to sell our house and we had a lot of plumbing start to fall apart.  Gabe came out and fixed them all at the best prices I could find anywhere.  He charged me 50% less than my initial quote for a water pressure regulator.  

He also was willing to work with my tight schedule and was very courteous.  I tried to fix some of the problems myself and he did not make me feel bad about my effort which resulted in making the problem worse.  He will be my plumber from now on, and he should be yours.

First call made I got right through to the owner/operator, no automated machine or voicemail!  He made it crystal clear that he would be able to work his visit into MY schedule no matter what, and he was 100% true to his word on that!

He arrived on time, with everything he needed in hand and had a great attitude.  He then went right to work on my various issues I had called about.  Everything was done professionally and quickly, including a total rebuild of the outside water line to our drip system.

He even tweaked a few items for free after describing some of the various issues we have observed in our new home, whereas most companies would have made me pay for extra services like that!

Lastly, he independently referred to his many different coupons and discounts both at the beginning and end of his visit, to make sure I felt I was getting value for my dollar, which is amazing as his prices were already competitive, but his discounts put him well over the top as the best around.

Service like this is, sadly, too rare to come by these days and I will therefore be using Copperline Plumbing exclusively for both my home as well as my investment properties from now on!

I would highly recommend this plumber! Our water heater busted a leak late at night and Gabe was there early the next morning. He gave us an accurate and competitive estimate for replacement and even laid out the choices we had. Additionally the old unit was not professionally installed and he was up front about potential pitfalls. We decided to hire Gabe and he did a great job. He fixed several other plumbing issues around the house and gave us a great deal. All the work he did looks great and I feel confident in his craftsmanship. He even warranties his parts/work and made me aware of other potential issues around the house just as an FYI. I actually found Copperline plumbing (Gabe) on Yelp and I'm thankful I did. I was out of town on business and my wife called me and said our kitchen floor was hot. Well, we don't have floor warmers so we knew something was wrong. We knew  enough to know we had to turn off the hot water, and then we found Copperline on Yelp, and called Gabe. He had us call a leak detector and have them come out and locate the water leak and then he would come out and estimate and repair it.

The locating company did not do a great job at locating the leak so it presented Gabe with an extra challenge, but Gabe figured it all out and did a great job reparing it. I also had to replace my water heater at the same time and he took care of that as well, and disposed of my old one. Gabe is a workhorse. He does whatever it takes to get the job done right, the first time. He's patient and understanding and has great customer service skills.

The job he did for my house required re-routing the primary water line, and it was not an easy job. I have an older house and he had to cut some walls and crawl around in the attic a little, but he did everything it took to make sure it was done right. I appreciate that and we will ALWAYS call Gabe for all our plumbing needs from now on.

I hired Gabe based on his reviews from Yelp.  He lived up to his great reviews.  He was courteous, professional and very considerate.  I already referred him to two people.  Unfortunately he was too busy to help them, but yay for him for being too busy!  You deserve it Gabe!

After reading the Yelp reviews I called Gabe at Copperline and had him come out to fix a leaky bath tub faucet.  The reviews were spot on.  I wish I could give him a 10.  Gabe was courteous and very professional.  Making the appointment was easy and he gave me a 3 hour window(11-2) and he was at my house by 11.  I have never had any repair person be so punctual.  He assessed the problem and gave me a quote before starting any work.  His price for the repair was very reasonable especially compared to the other quotes I received from other plumbing companies.  He even made sure I got the Yelp deal.  He will definitely be our plumber from now on.

Gabe was so great. Professional and kind to my twin daughters. He was expensive. But I would rather have him quickly fixing my plumbing issues and paying more than hiring a less professional plumber. Definitely worth it!

We used Copperline again this week to replace a hot water heater.  Again, Gabe was professional, on time and the price was as quoted.  It's hard to find someone trustworthy and someone you would want to come back to your house.  We hope that Copperline is in business for years to come and that they are available the next time we need some plumbing work done.

I called Copperline Plumbing when I had to have service early on a Saturday morning. A toilet had cracked during the night, and was spewing water. After I heard and saw what was happening, I went to turn off the under-toilet shut-off valve, and it wouldn't budge, so I had to shut off the water to the whole house. Most of us know how inconvenient it is to have the water shut off!! Early Saturday morning I got on Yelp to find someone reliable who would come on a weekend. The guy came out who owns the business within 2 hours, fixed my problem, installed a new toilet. He even suggested that the shut-off valves need to be turned every once-in-a-while, to prevent them from locking up (Who knew?). I was very pleased with the prompt and efficient service and will use this company again!

Simply the best.   Gabe got back to me quickly and did excellent work...on a Saturday!  I will not go to anyone else.

I was very happy with Gabe at Copperline Plumbing. I called in the late afternoon on Monday and scheduled an apointment for a one hour window of 9 to 10  the next morning. Gabe called ahead of time just like he said he would and arrived right on time at 9am. Love having only a one hour window. He gave me his free estimate and did the work right away. His prices were very reasonable. I was very pleasantly surprised as my mother had paid much more for her plumbing work with a major company. I wish that I could share the same experience, but I cannot.  I called on 01/02/15 with a tankless water heater problem (no hot water).  The plumber we spoke to, said we needed a new unit without even seeing it, which immediately sent out red flags to me. To top that off, they could not even come out until next Weds 01/07/15.  We started to tinker with the unit ourselves & had water gushing everywhere.  So we called Saturday around  5pm with an emergency.  I asked to please have someone call us asap and the dis-interested person took our info & hung up.  Needless to say, no one bothered to call or come over.  We finally stopped the water ourselves and called Lawson Family Plumbing the next day.  They responded immediately, and were able to diagnose the problem (a faulty heat switch) & gave us some hot water until the repair is complete.  We are waiting for the part to come in which they will install.  I can't say enough about Lawson Family Plumbing & a BIG thumbs down for Copperline.

Gabe did a phenomenal job of installing a water softening system, pressure regulator valve, pressure vacuum breaker and reworked the plumbing setup so that it worked more efficiently.  I got estimates from several plumbers and while he was not the most inexpensive, he definitely gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing.  He had great suggestions to resolve the problems I was having and was much more creative that the other guys in coming up with a solution.  He showed up on time, worked hard to get the job done, explained how the system worked and cleaned up everything.  DEFINITELY will use him again!!  There are good plumbers out there!!!

I was surprised to see a plumber earning a full 5 stars, but after calling Gabe I now understand.  He came out and inspected a possible leak going from my upstairs to downstairs bathroom.  The leak is only mild and happens only occasionally.  He told me simply to caulk up some leaks in my shower upstairs and the problem should be fixed.  When I halfheartedly offered him some money, he refused to accept it, and simply gave me his card asking to call him in case i have any future problems.

Gabriel has done many waterheater  installs for my customers and they have all praised his service.
