Woke on a Sunday morning to a hissing sound in my first bathroom. Looked at my water meter and it was turning. Jumped on Yelp and found Robins Plumbing with high ratings and opened on Sundays. Gave them a call and Nathan was out within two hours. He figure out that a pipe (underground) that was coming from the hot water header to the first bathroom had a leak.

Nathan was able to stop the leak and we schedule to have the repair completed a few days later at all of our convince. He ran a new copper line from the header to the pipe in the bathroom faucet.

With all the work done on Sunday, plus a reasonable emergency call fee, and the rest of the work done it was extremely reasonable and affordable price.

Definitely will use Robins Plumbing again!

From just the initial call, I was impressed with Trident Plumbing.  Jared gave me prices over the phone for a water softener/RO system.  I couldn't get another local and highly recommended company to even answer their phone, let alone return my call.

Trident came to the appointment on time, were professional, and appeared genuinely kind.  We already have another appointment set to perform additional upgrades to replace the subpar builder plumbing choices, that we weren't comfortable with.  They have gained our business for life.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

These guys are great we thought we were going to have to replace the pump came out and took a look at our pump did some service on it and got it running.  I recommend them great service.

Had a plumbing leak and Brian gave me advice to get it figured out on my own. I was in a pinch and needed to leave town asap. It was really nice of him to help me get it solved and kept in touch to see if I was able to fix it. This is an old school, honest, above and beyond kind of company. Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

STAY AWAY FROM MOUNTAIN PARK PLUMBING! Horrible! I regret recommending these so-called plumbers to my friends. If you want a totally 100% UNprofessional, disrespectful experience, then by all means, call them. Otherwise, find a reputable, PROFESSIONAL, and most of all respectable plumber (yes, they do exist-trust me)!
Here's what happened:
plumber from Mountain Park Plumbing shows up at my friend's home, and was kindly offered shoe coverings by my friend, (who never allow shoes in her home), and instead of him saying a polite, thank you, this rude guy replied, my shoes are clean, with a snarky attitude. UNREAL!  Needless to say, he did put them on at the insistence of my friend. Now, he also refused to wear a facemask, stating (with another snarky attitude) I'm unvaccinated.  I highly doubt it because he was at my other friends house just a few weeks ago, wearing a face mask!! Go figure! And by, the way, this is NOT his home! Rude!
Bottom line: when a contractor (or anyone for that matter), enters a customers house, they need to RESPECT THEIR HOUSE,  and abide by THE CUSTOMERS wishes, not his own!!

On Wednesday morning 4/24 we woke up with no hot water. After several phone calls and no one able to come out until late in the day I went online to research my options. I saw Water Heaters Only when I searched on Google. After my initial phone call, they not only quoted me an accurate price but arrived inside of 45 minutes from my initial phone call. Dillon was our technician. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He was finished inside of 90 minutes. Dillon was careful to clean up after himself. Our toilets clogged in the middle of the night in both bathrooms due to a plug up from a pile up of non solubles wipes causing back flow into the showers and tubs. So we were super desperate to get an honest affordable plumber in to resolve the issue ASAP ! Not only was Slade's plumbing  immediately responsive they also were willing to drive up and service us that night! I would highly highly recommend this honest business above all others that not only wanted me to wait for a couple days for the next available appointment but then to try and charge me an arm and a leg for what this company did immediately at more than half the price! We had a water leak at our main water main. These guys were the first ones available to take a look. The following day Ron came out and did a great job fixing the issue.

I spoke with Joe last week about getting my hot water heater re-plumbed as a result of some corrosion that had appeared around most of the fittings. I sent him some pictures of the pipes/fittings and he got back to me right away with a quote which was considerably less then another one I had received. Joe set a date to do the work, had one of his crew show up right on time, and the work was done in about three hours and very cleanly. I would highly recommend Joe and his company to anyone looking for a reliable & high quality plumbing service. Thanks Joe for everything!!!

Called late Tuesday night with a dead water heater got Paul on the phone. Set up a replacement for the next day. Cody showed up neat and on time. Inspected my water heater (it was a known lemon designed whirlpool). Drained and removed it. Replaced it with the new model in a quick and orderly manner. Took less than an hour. I've used Stellar before years ago and the service was great. On time, no hidden fees or up-selling. Great Job!

This company came out on 10/28/20 to repair a leaking shut off value, the line coming out of the wall was cut to short so the value is inside the drywall and can not be sealed properly. Never came back to fix it and was told to call my home warranty again. Again on 03/10/21 they came out to fix a weak in ceiling pipes fixed 2 weeks but still leaking. The technician cut the cold water line to the bathtub and left it. said hed contact his office to come back out and repair never did. so if you turn on the shower the water pours from ceiling in laundry room where pipe was cut. called them again and said that wasnt in notes, than got tech on line and he said he did remember that, but told to do a recall with warranty again. so pay $150 in deductables from warranty and nothing fixed. worst customer service and workmanship i've seen. don't use this company.
