My wife and I had a leaky bathtub faucet which grew from a small drip to a constant flow of water in less than a week. Finally, after my wife had slowly been driven crazy by the constant sound of running water (yes... I was procrastinating and the mental health bills will fall entirely onto my guilty shoulders) I called Singletary Plumbing after hours and left a message.

The next morning I was called right back and a plumber (Pete) was scheduled to be sent out. He was able to come by in accordance to my schedule, stopped by our house on his way home and even arrived early and then waited for me to get home. Pete was polite, courteous, and simply a pleasure to talk to. He let me see what he was doing as he did it and explained exactly what might (or might not) need to be done. The job was done quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price (plus, like I said, Pete was an extremely pleasant person to deal with). I would recommend this company to anyone in less than a heartbeat !

Emmanuel was responsive, reasonable and communicative. Called with a late project requiring my exterior bib to be replaced as it was leaking pretty badly. Called a few places, not only did Emmanuel offer a competitive quote, he had a faster response time and fixed my problem within 4 hours of chatting. Highly recommend. Great guy and great service.

Have known Joe for many years and he is my plumbing guy. Great work, professional,  reasonable, neat and timely.  Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, which I've already done many times.

Aquasana had recommended Jeremy at Worldly Plumbing in Scottsdale to us as a preferred installer of their systems in Arizona. Based on that recommendation we had Jeremy install our new Aquasana EQ-1000 whole house water softener/filter combo system. He did a fantastic job getting everything mounted, hooked up and tested. He also gave us a good rundown on how everything worked and operation of all the valves. He also installed a special hose bib to allow us to drain the system without water running onto the garage floor. We would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone needing water softeners/filters installed, especially the Aquasana systems.

Called him out to fix what we thought was a hose bib problem and turned out we also had a problem with an anti-siphon valve. He didn't have the part at the time and said he was coming back out the following Tuesday, however there was a miscommunication and he apparently said Thursday. Well when I called the following Tuesday to find out if he was coming he stated that he had come by the previous Thursday (we weren't home) and that we would need to find another plumber because his time is valuable. I find it amusing because on his website he states most important to me is good personal customer service- giving good service and building relationships. He will be losing the business of our family members as well that have used him in the past after this situation.

George came to our home to replace a broken kitchen sink faucet.  It was under warranty so we had the replacement from the manufacturer and only needed the install.  George quoted me a price over the phone when I made the appointment.  He was very professional and polite and I was definitely comfortable having him in my home.  Even though the work took longer than I'm sure he expected, as he had a difficult time removing the broken faucet, he still stuck by his original estimate.

I was very pleased with the service and would definitely highly recommend George and will not hesitate to call him again in the future.

I have had several great interactions with this company. They go out of their way to assist, are always extremely prompt, and have even directed me elsewhere when it would save me money because they value my business as a long-term client.

I called and said that my house had to much water pressure and I  need 1 pressure reducer. He installed a 3/4 reducer on my sprinkler system witch already had a reducer. I told him about the problem. Everyone makes mistakes how can we fix the problem. He said pay me for this job and I will give you a estimate for the job I wanted in the first place. Not very professional

We had a water heater leakage and called The Neighborhood P&A and they were very nice and quick.  They took care of everything.  I really appreciate Sam contacting me before he arrived and set everything up.  He was prompt and the estimate was with integrity and itemized!    No surprises and I did not have to overpay.  Definitely will utilize the company and his services as it is hard to find honest and friendly people that keep their word out here in AZ.

I had a leaking faucet outside and called about 5 plumbers before I was referred to Tom The Plumber.  All of the other companies charge a $50-$75 service trip fee just to come diagnose the problem.  Tom does not charge a service trip fee.

He was very friendly on the phone and said that he would be over in the next hour or two. I did not have to be home at the time of his arrival because the faucet was outside and by the time I was home from work that day the faucet was fixed and the bill was slipped under the door.  I was surprised at how reasonable and inexpensive he was.

I had a somewhat simple plumbing project that I tried doing myself. Long story short, the problem became even larger. Jason was fantastic in diagnosing, helping me get warranty parts and in his timely response to come and fix the issue. Very honest, responsive, and fair pricing!  Thank you Jason!

Ask for an estimate on a behind the wall leak.  Setup appointment.  Read Yelp reviews where the company usually refer to a restoration company for drips behind walls.  I tried to cancel, but staff said they can do the estimate by cutting into drywall and see where drip is coming from.  Nat (owner) states that the estimate will be free of charge and will not refer to restoration.  Staff show up, did some work but AC drain line continue to leak.  Told me after that he was going to charge a service call $150 without prior consent or communication. Contacted the office the following day to discuss about the free estimate (never received) and service charge.  They end up dropping the charge.  I would have been fine if they actually solved the problem but they didn't.  Overall, the company was professional, on time, but took two stars off for failure to communicate and failure to correct the issue but add back stars for not charging me.

I believe that when a company continues to give outstanding service over and over it is not a coincidence but a true reflection of character.  Liberty Plumbing has come to our rescue a number of times since buying our home.  When our water heating began leaking, my wife and I called a few plumbers in the area looking for someone to help us.  Tom was very thorough when advising us on water heaters and his recommendations.  He was never pushy and had someone out the next day.  I later needed Liberty Plumbing again when I noticed a leak behind my dishwasher.  Again, problem was solved and work was excellent.  No more leaks.  My family and I recently moved and this time we had an emergency on a Saturday night.  I was changing our our washer and dryer and the pipe broke as we tried to switch out the hoses.  Again, these guys came through and took care of us when they could have easily waited until the next day given it was Saturday night.  If you want a trustworthy, honest, and thorough job done properly, call Liberty Plumbing.  Their prices are just right and very much worth the value.  My wife and I want to thank both Tom and Bill for all your outstanding hard work and dedication to serving your customers.  Truly feel blessed to have come across this great group.  Customer for life.

We contacted Hope AC as a referral from one of our neighbors. They were a lot cheaper than all the other offers we received for the same unit installed. They did an amazing job installing the new unit and followed up a couple weeks later to ask if everything was alright.

I had to call them almost a year later to come out and see why the unit was not turning on. They came out the next day to troubleshoot the issue and found that one of the wires inside the Trane unit itself worked free from the housing causing the fan to not turn on. This was an issue on Trane's end and not Hope AC. If they did not have the experience/expertise to work on the unit it would have been a replacement order and time wasted waiting for the new part to come in.
