Apache Glass

Apache Glass was very easy to work with.  Knowledgeable, helpful and easy going.  
I didn't have to wait long to get my window replaced.  The installers were great and did a good job.  They cleaned up after they finished and left nothing behind.  They left the bedroom and the flower bed the way they were when the arrived.

I needed new shower glass installed. Brian and Jessie were very professional. Kept me in the loop and made my shower look great!  I really appreciate their professionalism.

They over-promise and under-deliver. Their Customer Service is awful. I was scolded like a child and talked down to by the Manager. I think her name is Sherry. She acted like she was doing me a favor instead of performing a service. I won't ever go back. Luckily, they did a small job for me but I know NOT to use them for a total window repair of my home in the future.

I had a new shower door made for my new shower enclosure. The cut of the glass, the handle and hinges, and the fitment of the glass after install were absolutely perfect. Josh and Brian were the installers - they were awesome. I highly recommend this place!!

The team did a great job resealing our windows inside and out. The team worked well together and cleaned everything up when they finished. It's so nice not to hear the windows rattle anymore.

Service from Apache Glass is TERRIBLE!!

3 weeks of waiting for a quote on a job, calling to find the quote, no one knowing anything about the quote, leaving my number and no one calling back about it until we called again. Customer service is not in Ruby's makeup. She is not the one that should be on the phone with customers. She thinks sending a partial quote after all that time for the door only and no windows should be OK. I will not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I understand the forgetting, but not the attitude. We have a lot of work to do in the next few weeks that they will not get.

Not impressed

A simple window from a mobile home - 14x14 with faded plexiglass that needed replacement.  $23 for the glass or $40 for glass and to install in the little frame.  Seemed high but for $40 maybe they put in new seals or something.  She said to take a seat and they would do it right away.  I said I needed to run a quick errand and returned after 15 minutes.  Can I help you?  Didn't know me.  This is not a busy place folks.

I waited an additional 10 minutes and asked if I should come back later.  Well they are unloading a truck now so its going to be a while.

I returned later and found my new plexiglass (plastic still on it) installed in the frame.  Upon arrival at home the plastic was wedged stuck the frame so I had to take it apart and reinstall it myself anyway.  And no new seals - they were in bad shape.

They cut the wrong glass the first time. Little mix up in the order but they went above and beyond to get me my replacement glass ASAP. Had a hard time finding a lid for an aquarium odd size. Very happy with the results.

I called Apache glass to inquire about installing mirrors in my home gym. They efficiently and professionally set up a time to meet me at my home that was convenient for me to measure. After the measurements were taken, I was contacted by a nice lady from their office who quoted me the price to purchase and install the mirrors in my home gym. The price was very reasonable so I agreed to move forward with Apache glass.

Once the glass arrived to their warehouse, they contacted me and we scheduled a day and time for their crew to come and install the glass in my home gym. The crew consisted of four gentleman who were very courteous, professional, and efficient. The install took approximately one hour and looked amazing.

I am very satisfied with my experience with Apache glass. They are a small business that actually cares about customer satisfaction.

We had many dual pane windows which needed to be replaced.
We e-mailed one place for an estimate, but they wanted to charge $100 for the estimate.
No thanks. If your estimate is high, I lose $100.
Two vendors did not return my call till I had already gotten an estimate with Apache Glass.

First, the price was great and they did good work. The guys had to come to our home twice and on both occasions they were on time or early and finished in a timely manner. They were professional and respectful.

We did have some scheduling issues, but fortunately things worked out well. We were called and scheduled but the day before they explained that they did not have all of the glass. They came to our home and did about half. Fine. No problem.

They rescheduled, but one of the glass windows was not in a second time because it was broken or something. No problem..... was hoping to get this done asap. We listed our home for sale this week, and luckily they came during a time where we had no scheduled visits.

They came today and finished everything. I am very happy with the work.
However, if you're in a time crunch and are doing a lot of windows, you definitely want to schedule ahead of time.

Even with it not getting done as quickly as I wanted, with the price and the service, I'd still go back to Apache Glass in a heartbeat because scheduling mishaps happen. However, good service and friendly people are hard to come by nowadays.

Thank you to the my local hardware store for recommending Apache Glass. I needed a replacement for glass for my stairway light. Not sure her name but the office person who sits towards to front door is friendly and knew what I needed. Above all she also took my ideas I got consideration. The person working the shop who cut my glass also was friendly and knew what I needed.

It's rare in today's customer facing world to find a business which operates like this. I highly recommend Apache Glass and their staff. I read some of the reviews about pricing and would say they were reasonable considering they are a specialty company.

I used Apache glass for a broken window. Everything about apache glass was perfection, the price, time, installation and especially the customer service. Chance was incredible and Ruby was so nice and so sweet. My business is with Apache glass!

The guys at Apache Glass were wonderful.  We had a large remodel job (A health  Club). They were reasonable in their pricing and simply outstanding with the quality of their work. Mirrors and shower doors were superb.  Instillation was flawless and extremely professional. Many thanks for their professionalism!

I asked them to give me an estimate for a broken backdoor patio slider. They promised to come from 1 - 3 PM but they arrived early at 12:00 PM  left without coming to my home. Will never give them my business as they were very unprofessional in their behaviour as they did not have the courtesy of saying that they had come at 12 PM when I had called them around 2:45 PM to see why they did not come.

Great job guys!!! From the first call to the estimate to the installation, every person I interacted with was truly wonderful!!

I am in the middle of selling my house and needed a few windows replaced before I close and these guys came through in a timely manner!!

I can't say our experience was terrible with Apache Glass, but it wasn't a positive customer experience and we won't be back.

We needed to replace the balancers in our single hung windows. We debated between picking them up from a big box store at nearly half the price, or supporting a small local company (2 balancers at $25 each). We decided to go with the small local company.

The experience of picking up the balancers was fine, and Apache riveted the plastic shoes (?) on both ends of the 2 needed balancers.  When I installed the balancer on the left into the channel on the window frame, I noticed that it had a slight twist in it, in other words it wasn't sitting perfectly square with the frame at the top. I tried to adjust it, but it remained the same. Considering it was new, and we had just picked it up from Apache glass, I thought it probably would be fine.  When we installed the window and slid the window down, the right balancer installed perfectly, but the left remained high on the frame.  We had a heck of a time getting the balancer and the window out, resulting in a bent take-out clip. We returned to Apache Glass to buy some clips, however they were out of them. We mentioned the twisted balancer and showed it to them, and said we thought that might be part of the problem as the right one had installed properly.  They said that had they installed it, they may do something about it, but considering that we had installed it ourselves, there was nothing they would do. This is not a complicated install; it's the same process to take out the window to clean it on both sides. In the end, they offered to take 10% off a new balancer which would've been $2.50 off of a $25 item. We took our balancer and left.

My recommendation is to stick to that big box store. A big box would have likely given us a new one off the shelf, and even if we had to purchase another balancer, two would have cost us the same as one at Apache Glass. At Apache, we would've been content with paying half price, but 10% off was really quite an insult.

While we waited for the balancers to have the shoes riveted on the first time, I had asked for a quote on a glass shower enclosure, but we won't be going back to Apache glass for those.

In other words, expect bad customer service if anything goes wrong. Go to the big box store; they're more interested in keeping you as a customer.

So I am reviewing the first part of my experience.

An extremely professional and nice young man (I can say that now that I'm older) arrived on time and introduced himself.  He had everything he needed when he arrived at my door.  I showed him to the project (shower glass) at which time he complemented my tile work (5 - point's for the complement).  He asked what I wanted and made a couple recommendations based on experience.  That's a good thing because I'm not a glass guy!  He did his measurements and explained the drawing to me.  I asked him if he could look at another project and he explained the best way to accomplish what I was after.  Sold!  So they will be completing the 2 projects in a couple weeks (due to the holiday) So far very happy with the professional interaction and fair pricing.  Oh by the way I later found out the young man is also the owner.  I like it when an owner interacts with the customers and doesn't just sit in an office.  Part 2 to follow.

Wish Yelp would start giving the option of half and quarter stars.
  We had Apache Glass several years ago install shower doors, replace all windows and install 8' 3 piece closet doors in 2 different rooms. Great experience and service!   ....Then the company was sold and the customer service has moved to the bottom of the trash can. We have called a couple of time for work on the closet doors, this last time takes the cake. From the very beginning things started to go wrong. The house was vacant and I asked them to call prior to showing up, that didn't happen twice. Then they call asking for final payment and I proceed to tell her that the closet doors are still not fixed so I'm not paying a dime. They put me on the phone with the tech that came out, we talk and he says that he will come back out so we can talk and I can show him whats still wrong. No call no show. They call again asking for final payment, I explain again that I'm not going to pay a dime. They tell me that they will have the tech call me, I explain that that won't do anything but if they want to thats up to them....low and behold....no call, and its been almost 3 weeks. I'll be calling another glass company from now one.

Contacted Apache Glass for an estimate during the inspection period of my home purchase.  Called back to schedule an appointment to have them come out to do an actual measure, and had to call back again a week later when no one ever called me to set the appointment.  Then I received a call the next day saying they were revising the estimate $500 for drive time, even though they had my address when they provided the estimate.  Extremely unorganized and unethical...

My contractor hired Apache Glass to do the shower glass and a few other things in our remodel. As much as I liked the owner Chance, I can't recommend them. They didn't meet even one deadline they promised. One of the installers of one shower cut the metal too short on bottom of shower (that holds the glass) and water flowed out of it the first time used. You can't tell me that someone who does this as a profession didn't see he cut the metal too short. Funny (not funny) thing is when they had to come back and redo it, he was complaining to the second installer about how he LOVES to do jobs a second time over. (My ring doorbell picked up the conversation). Do it right the first time and you won't have to redo it!!! I really loved the many weeks of delays. Everything took weeks upon weeks. They'd quote a deadline I think knowing they wouldn't be able to meet it.
They took out a garden window in the kitchen to replace with a regular window. They measured wrong, and we had to wait another 4 weeks for delivery and another week for them to come back out to install. I could go on an on. With all the mistakes and delays, I wasn't offered even 1CENT discount by either them or my GC. Unbelievable. The second installer who works for them names Justin is amazing. Without him, they wouldn't survive the way they are currently doing business.

Great glass shop. They are quick, reasonable, and stand behind their work. As a contractor, I appreciate that they re- made a window unit that was made incorrectly at no additional charge, and got it back to me quickly, even though my drawing wasnt the best.

Had a home window replaced...  There were the cheapest price of the three quotes I received.  For the price....they had quality service and friendly employees!  The guys were in & out in less than 45 minutes.  I would definitely use Apace Glass again...if I unfortunately need such services again

Stay away from Apache Glass....I would give these guys negative stars if possible.  They are receptive when they want to sell you a $3,000 shower enclosure...but not so much if you need it fixed.  They have the worst customer service....You might want to tape what comes out of their mouth so you can play it back at a later time...Be warned.

DO NOT GO HERE. There are far better, cheaper, and more honest places to go to than this poor excuse for a business. I paid for 2 pieces of glass. I was called one time to pick them up, and it wasn't a pleasant call. I picked one them up and asked if they could let me know if they can install the other one. I never got a call back. The window wasn't a huge concern like the other one, but I remembered I still had one there. So I called myself a few months later, even though I was still waiting on an answer. The lady was incredibly rude and said they didn't have my glass even though I paid for it and still had the receipt. She threatened me on the phone, and I told her it was unfortunate and they should have my glass, she hung up on me. I called back, and a different lady, much more nice answered, named Patty and she said my glass wasn't ready yet. I then got another call from the rude lady and was told my glass wasn't there, and it wasn't her problem. A business shouldn't strong arm its customers like this, and quite frankly shouldn't be a business.

Needed a piece of glass, called and ordered and it was ready in less than an hour. I was pleased with their service. Price was ok, a little high but nothing crazy.

Unbelievable. After such a good first impression on Wednesday,  no show or call for next day's promised final measurement by Chance.  Day 3 we had to call to inquire now what? Only to be told to call Chance ourselves. We did-no answer - voicemailbox full. Called office again, gave our info again, was  told Chance was busy too, and left our number...waiting......

Lady at office name patty really rude she seems unhappy about her job !!!! Also got a job done tech Carl and Justin really unprofessional horrible coaulking and  always saying bad words better keep it up people!!

From our initial phone call and conversation with Patty our service was great.  Our appointment was set up in a very timely manner and Chance came to measure and place the order for our window replacement.  The day of installation brought Justin and Roy to install.  Everyone has been very friendly and professional with a job well done.  We will definately call Apache Glass for future window needs, and highly recommend them to others.

I needed to replace a broken pane of glass on a framed photo.  I walked in and asked for a piece of 22 x 28 single-strength glass.  This was nothing fancy, not an anti-reflection glass, not tempered glass, just the simplest possible piece of ordinary glass.  Their price was $32.  I needed it ASAP, so I swallowed hard and paid it.  This is at least double the going rate for such an item.

The piece was cut to the correct size, and I didn't have to wait more than three or four minutes, but I'll probably never go back - I left feeling ripped off.

Had a broken mirror in my bathroom. We are trying to sell our house and this was listed as a must from our realtor. From the first phone call everyone was kind, helpful, and on time! Thanks a ton!!!

These guys know what they are doing when it comes to glass. Had my house window replace and was so happy I had my windshield replaced months later when it had a crack. Great price and good service.

Great experience with my measurement process and the install with my glass shower enclosure from this company.  Mostly thanks to the great customer service from the install person Justin.  He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from start to end.  I wish all my employees would be like this man when it comes to customer service.  R.Klotz

I recently had Apache Glass and Mirror install some new shower doors as well as mirrors in my home gym. The staff was courteous and professional. I had a great experience from start to finish. I will recommend this company to all my friends

Justin and Dillon from Apache Glass came to install our shower door.  They were on time, very polite and friendly.  They worked diligently for almost three hours, they did a great job and the shower enclosure looks excellent.  They have great attitude, they are very good at what they do, and Justin made sure my wife and I are both happy before they leave.

I called Apache Glass about installing some windows in my garage.  I had received a quote from a different company for $1,500, but when I called Chance at Apache Glass he came over to measure the windows.  He came up with an alternative, much less expensive way to install the windows and they look fantastic!  I am absolutely thrilled with how they look and how professional, organized, and on top of it Chance was.  He showed up on time, installed the windows in a timely manner, and was very professional and polite the entire time.  I recommend his services and Apache Glass to anyone who needs glass or windows!

Customer service is horrible.... Horrrrribbbleee!! I request a customer installation of a doggy door into a glass patio sliding door, not the most cheap job. Initially I drove over and spoke to a guy named Chance, he told me what doggy door I needed, I picked it up at Home Depot went back and dropped it off with Apache Glass. I took time out of my day to scheduled and have Mike come over to measure the door. 2 weeks go by and no follow up call or anything. I call and talk to Matt, Matt says he'll see what's going on and get back to me. 1 week goes by so My wife calls and talks to Matt he tells her the same thing. So I call back after another week and talk to Matt he says Mike says the door or job won't work because our patio glass was too thick. So I drive over there and pick up the doggy door I purchased, while there Matt is telling me that he was waiting on Mike to get back to him and apparently Mike knew this job was a no go after he got back to their shop and that was about 3 weeks ago.. The bafoons are freaking thick in the head.... I would suggest you look somewhere else for business... seriously. It's a circus here... chime in the circus music in the background.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. After someone broke into my home through the kitchen window, I didn't I know where to start... glass everywhere, frame bent up, lock busted. I called and Patty was so kind and helpful on the phone, and lucky for me Chance happened to be in my area and was at my house in less than an hour to measure. The installers were so nice an did an amazing job. Above and beyond! New glass, frame fixed, and the window even lock properly no. In the unfortunate event I should ever need this type of service again, they'll be my number one go-to!
