I placed an order with this company in early Decemeber and never once did anyone follow up with us on next steps--just a hand shake during measurements and that they would get the job done in 8 weeks.

Fast forward to late January, both Sam and David have zero clue about the measurements, the job, and their only rebuttal was you never placed a deposit or paid for the job?

I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of management, attention to detail, and the overall professionalism of this company--not to mention how badly this error/oversight has affected our project's timeline.

Do yourself a favor and look for another window company that respects your time and values your business.

These guys are running a scam operation! Do not use them! We called them to get a window repaired. After paying 50% of the deposit up front, they said they would order the parts and be back to finish the job when the parts arrived.

It has been 6 weeks and they NEVER return phone calls and have not done the job. I should have known better than trusting a guy who doesn't even have an ROC number.

You have been warned, this is a scam.

We had a garage service door replaced by this company. Tanner came out and did a great job. Called on the way over, showed up when he said he was going to, and took his time to make sure our door was installed correctly. We went with something that will not rot or warp as it's a composite material. We are very happy with our purchase.

I thought these guys might have it together when I bought some molding from them. So I ordered two doors from them and asked them to hang them. First, one door was the wrong size even though I gave two people the correct measurements, the owner Stan Brimley blamed his incompetent staff, one being he son Spencer. So an old cranky guy hung the other door, a solid core door for the guest bedroom, the thing doesn't swing very well and creaks terribly, I shook my head. The correct size bathroom door finally came and  the installer tacked the trim on the inside, slid  it into the opening, tacked on the outside trim and drove in a bunch of staples in the frame. When I looked at it the frame was not in square and it would not swing, you would have to push it continuously to open or close it, it was terrible! A well hung door should respond to a slight nudge. Sent Spencer a text asking to have someone come and fix it. They sent out the same guy who installed it, he said to add some lube to it, blaming the hinges. I've hung enough doors to know better. He left and said he would have his supervisor come look at it. Almost two weeks go by and I hear nothing, I sent the sales person Spencer Brimley a text, he said he was out of town and would follow up when he gets back. Well he sent me to his father the owner and he said with an email, the door was up to professional standards and that nothing needs to be done and that it's a heavy door and I should consider buying ball baring hinges! I called him and told him it was a terrible installation and that I have never in my life had a door in any house I lived in or business I worked in, swing so poorly, it's unacceptable! He said he'd stop by in an hour and take a look, he's 10 mins from my home. An hour and 20 minutes go by and I call, he says he will be there in about 10 mins, no apology for being late. Short story, he brings some lube, looks at the door and tells me that's normal and he's not going to have it fixed or refund the install fee. I was so pissed! He has no clue about doors apparently, or just a cheap bastard, the installer was his best he said and I'm just going to have to eat it. I fixed it in an hour, I could have done it faster if I didn't have to take it apart. They blamed the weight of the door, the hinges and at the same time calling it normal and professional all with a snarky attitude. Disgusting. In closing, it's sad that you can't hire a pro to do good work without being ripped off these days. Like the old saying, if you want something done right, unfortunately, you'll have to do it yourself. Take your money elsewhere.

They only get 1 star because the installers were good.  We got 2 new HVAC units, if you ever use them do not believe the payment options! We were told had to pay 100% upfront. We're not that dumb!  Got the line of credit with the understanding we would not use it, but pay with our credit card upon completion. Surprise! They charged the line of credit 15 days before install and 18 days before I even had an account number for the credit line.
If you use them, demand all paperwork hard copy, I could not access their online system to review the contract.
I learned a lesson, at least I'm cool.
