I do like to shop around, and I do like to enjoy my building projects, as well as make them go smoothly. I install my own windows, so I cannot speak to their install process, however, this is my second,
no-fuss purchase through Low-E windows, both delivered on-site, and I'm very happy with the result.

These guys are running a scam operation! Do not use them! We called them to get a window repaired. After paying 50% of the deposit up front, they said they would order the parts and be back to finish the job when the parts arrived.

It has been 6 weeks and they NEVER return phone calls and have not done the job. I should have known better than trusting a guy who doesn't even have an ROC number.

You have been warned, this is a scam.

Do not trust these people! We had a sliding patio door installed by them and it turned out to be real crap. The quality of the door is bad, and the installer did not square up the door so the screen and sliding door has a gap at the top when it's closed, and there's no amount of tweaking the rollers to get the doors to close properly.
In addition, the door they installed is smaller than the old door frame, and they wanted to charge us an extra $300 to to have their stucco guy come out to fill in the 2 gap around the frame.
We found them to be nothing but shysters.

I am beyond THRILLED with the baseboards and crown molding I purchased here!  I'm in Ahwatukee and was hesitant to drive out to Mesa to buy baseboards/molding, but the website indicated the prices were far better than what I was finding at Home Depot and Lowes.  I am so glad I made the drive!  I ended up with gorgeous baseboards and crown molding at a fraction of the price that I was going to pay for basic baseboards at Home Depot!  So worth the drive!  Stan was amazing.  So kind and professional.  I told him what I wanted, he showed me the best options for what I wanted (and didn't overwhelm with all possible options).  It was easy to select, easy to buy and even easier to have delivered!  I will definitely be a repeat customer and give Door & Trim Specialists my highest recommendation.  I love shopping at businesses like this one that actually appreciate your business and have excellent customer service!

I bought an evaporative cooler through Sears and at the same time I purchased the maintenance service agreement.  When I called to schedule service, I was told that Sears does not maintain or service the cooler that I bought through them.  I asked for a refund of the service agreement and was told I would only receive a pro rated refund amount because I hadn't asked for service earlier.  They basically sold me something they knew I couldn't use and then wouldn't give me a refund.  With customer service and shady deals like this, it is no wonder Sears had to file for bankruptcy.
