Our mission is to change your remodeling experience when replacing your doors and windows. We know that windows and doors can be a daunting task on a home which is why we will go the extra mile to make sure your home gets done correctly. Modern Resolution Windows & Doors is an LLC that is licensed, bonded, and insured. Our installation team has over 10 years of experience and growing. Established in 2018.
This business wouldn’t have been started if we didn’t see a SERIOUS need for improvement within this facet of the market. Some companies offer a marketing home deal for a tiny price, only to find out through research that the price is a standard retail value of a low end product. Some companies offer a 12k discount if you sign today and charge 60k for 19 windows. Hmmm.. Let’s face it, you shouldn’t have to pull out another mortgage just to see out of your house. I’d rather send my two kids to the university. With us you DO NOT get a sales pitch. Well, yes you do, but more importantly you get an education. Jacob and the team have over 15 years of experience providing homeowners in the valley with high quality windows and doors. Modern Resolution began when he found that the window and door industry was about 20 years behind in technology and sales methods. By using state-of-the-art methods for quoting, design, installs, and consultations Modern Resolution is now able to offer high quality replacements that can stand up to the heat without having the massive price tag or long high pressure sales pitch. We had several window companies make presentations to replace 28 windows and three sliding doors in our house. We were still undecided when we received a call from Jake, the owner of Modern Resolution. He answered some questions we had from his sales rep's presentation and decided it would be best for him to see our house to respond to a couple of concerns we had.

We did research and found that the Anlin windows he proposed were highly rated. Jake gave us a good price and we signed a contract. We had a very short delay in getting our windows installed due to the end of the year holidays.

The install went well. It was very impressive how hard the installers worked. They were on time every day and were very careful of not damaging anything in our home, including the floor.

Per Jake's recommendation, we had a combination of retrofit and new windows installed. The new windows required chopping out some stucco. After those windows were installed, new stucco was put on immediately. Modern Resolution had a great employee named Luis paint all of the new stucco. That was one of the reasons we went with Modern Resolution as most other window companies we spoke with said we were responsible for any painting required after the install.

We had a couple of small issues, such as a bathroom screen missing. (it was found in the warehouse behind a box) but Jake always took care of those in a timely fashion. We were shocked how much outside noise was reduced by our new windows and sliders along with the utility savings!

Also, it was surprising how nice the windows looked from the inside. If we would have known what a great job we would get from Modern Resolution, we would have replaced our windows much sooner! Thank you, Jake!

I was referred to Modern Resolution Windows & Doors by someone claiming to be a customer, but it was actually someone who was paid to pretend they were a customer! When I confronted the company about how I was referred (via Facebook), they claimed that they were trying to compete with bigger Window companies and didn't have the marketing $ to do so, so this is their route to market. In addition to their unethical referral model, they work tirelessly to have negative reviews taken down. I didn't purchase windows from them, as I would never purchase windows from an unethical company like this. Yikes!

We originally rated Modern Resolutions at 5 stars and still give them some stars because we do love the windows themselves. Also, the people who installed them were fantastic - quick, friendly, etc. However, when we purchased we were told our financing would be zero payments and zero interest for 24 months. We asked many clarifying questions and were assured that no payments would be required until the balance was due in 24 months. We were/are not in a position to pay for them now, and this financing was the reason why we went ahead and purchased the windows now instead of waiting another year or two (which was our original plan). Now that the windows are installed and the transaction has been made, we received a monthly bill for the loan. !!! Naturally, I reached out to Modern Resolutions to find out why we have a monthly bill and am now being told that the sales person was wrong about the terms of the financing and it turns out that while it is interest free for 2 years, minimum payments do need to be made monthly. For us, that's several hundred dollars each month that we did not have budgeted at this time. We did sign the contract for the loan, so even though we were told multiple times that we would have zero payments due until Nov 2024, we are now in a contract to make high monthly payments beginning immediately. We would NOT have purchased the windows this year had we known the true terms of the financing. While I do not really think the sales person intentionally misled us, we are faced with the consequences of this financial obligation that we cannot get out of. And for that reason, I say to purchase at your own risk.

We started to do some inquiries about replacing windows. We met with a few companies and they were soooo pushy and just seemed to want the business and not really listen to what we wanted or they tried to oversell our needs. We just stopped looking. Then we met with the salesperson (James) from Modern Resolution and he was very helpful and not pushy at all. In fact it took us a few months to decide and he was patient. The installation process was great and they even came to inspect afterward to make sure everything was done the way it was supposed to be... Reasonably priced and look amazing!!! They sent me a private message boi hooing about my review. They said they thought the problems were resolved yeta yeta. Maybe but im not revommending them to any family and friends. It wasnt just 1 or 2 things how about 5 at least. And eveytime they are thanking me for my patience. Well i had no choice. If i knew the problems i would of went with another company. He brought up how they took 100.00 off my balance. Umm i asked they didnt offer. For alk the bs stress and aggravation time rtc that was the leadt they can do. He made it sound like they did me a favor. I had both windows installed plus their balance i could of fought them in court etc or wait a ling time ti pay them. My husband could of even finished it. He said my bad revirw could bteak a company. Really. 1 review. Then do better. And you wont have to worru about complaints. Now i write to the bbb since he wrote me a whome story and of couse i had to respond. I give 5 stars when earned and thats that. After that they shouldnt even get have the one star

This company was putting flyers out in my neighborhood. They were just throwing them all over the place. I have a No Solicitors sign and that didn't stop them. My wife gave it back to them very nicely and they threatened to knock her teeth out and kick the sh*t out of her. Would you want them in your home and around your family?! I think that is a No for an answer.

So happy with my new windows! High quality and good looking. Immediately felt the difference in temperature in my home. The installers did an incredible job! Had 13 windows installed including a sliding glass door job completed in half a day. Highly recommend Modern Resolution Windows and Doors if you're considering window replacement! Had all of my windows and my sliding door replaced, they were the original window from 1994. Jake and Nate were very easy to work with, from the estimate to the install. They did a great job explaining the entire process and communicating with me throughout this process. Once the install was complete, I could not believe the difference it made. My house backs a major road and the sound barrier is incredible. It has been a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend using Modern Resolution Window & Door!!

Thes guys were on task! Great with communication and follow through. Comparable in price, clean, and professional. After a few quotes and some research, i was impressed and happy with my decision. My winows do not whistle and it stays nice and cool inside.

I was beyond thrilled on the support and attentiveness of this company. The owner is passionate in what he does, stands behind his work and takes personal control when their is an issue. I would recommend this group to anyone in new construction or retrofit work because they will stand behind their word and their work which is unfortunately something you can't depend on hiring most contractors or window companies this day and age. Great product and great people who support their customers to the fullest.

Modern Res is a great company. The price was great, everyone was communicative throughout the entire process. My master bathroom felt like a sauna before my new window were installed. The entire house can now be cooled down with ceiling fan and prior to install this was impossible, the house barely cooled down using the a/c prior to the new Windows being installed.

We are thrilled with our new windows! We feel like we just got a new house. Our house is also so much quieter and the temperature throughout the house is much more consistent. We have been very impressed with everyone we've worked with at this company. There was no hard sell, just great windows at a great price. They work fast and do quality work, and their customer service is superior. Everything about the experience has been top-notch. We literally have no complaints and we highly recommend this company!

I recently had my new windows installed and was very impressed with the process from start to finish. Jake and Nathan were very knowledgeable about all aspects of the windows they provide and were helpful with answering my questions during our initial consultation. I was pleased with the fact that they were accurate with how the process would go from start to finish, measurements were taken within two days and I was told the windows would be made and ready for install within 5-6 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call to set up my install right at 5 weeks. The install crew were very friendly, prompt and professional. They worked like a well oiled machine and were finished in an expedient manner. I was very impressed! The aesthetics of the new windows on my home updates the look of my house immensely, not to mention helps save money with cooling costs. I would definitely recommend Modern Resolution Windows for anyone looking to update their home or to help save on heating/cooling costs!
