HISTORY

Established in 2018.
In 2016, I joined the Denver sales and marketing division. I was immediately attracted to the family culture of the office, and grew into a love of the company as I saw it extend to everyone around us. Towards the end of 2017, LEI began offering franchise opportunities to its employee. My wife and I quickly decided this was the path we wanted to take, and in May of 2018, we packed up our entire lives and headed to the beautiful Phoenix, Az. We have worked tirelessly with our manufacturer, installers, and customers to provide the peak of excellence when it comes to service, products, and final look. Our involvement in the community we live is important to us beyond the windows and doors we sell. We are an A+ accredited BBB member, have received certificates of congressional recognition for our service, and continue to involve ourselves with organizations such as Operation Underground Railroad, A Brighter View foundation, and St. Mary's food bank.

Dustin came to our house and answered all our questions, along with providing us with a great a price. The window installers were beyond great and hardworking. They knew exactly what they were doing, working efficiently and quickly. We had LEI replace 20 windows in our home. I would def recommend LEI to others.

They may be a great company, but when you ignore a no soliciting sign, knock on someone's door, and are asked what your company does, just answer the question. Dustin was asked three times what his company did and three times he talked around the answer. When I became annoyed he called me an embarrassment and disrespectful.

Never trust a company who can't answer a simple question about what they do.

Dustin came out to the house which is about an hours drive from his office Phoenix which was impressive and stayed at our place going through all the benefits from windows and gave use a clear explanation on which windows would be best for us since we live in a cooler climate area. Installation was a quick process. The crew that came out to do the installation was quick and professional and made the wife extra happy since they cleaned the windows making it not needing done for awhile. Thank you Dustin and crew for the great service!

Dustin walked us through a super detailed explanation of the windows, installment and process start to finish. Super friendly and not pushy at all. The installment itself went really smoothly. The guys were polite and efficient. I was working at home the whole time and they weren't a bother at all. We love our windows. They're beautiful and function as expected. They block out a lot more noise which is so nice for us and they definitely block out more heat than our prior single pane windows. With their promotional advertising I 100% recommend.
