Great place to get a replacement Key! Got mine for my 1971 VW Bug! Great experience !

Called to ask a few questions as I am new to buying a safe. The man that answered the phone told me just to go the website or come in.  He definitely did not want to take the time to answer a question. He was rude and abrupt.. I then told him that I would call another safe company as I thought that he was rude. He responded OK and hung up. Not the kind of person that I would want to do business with. Not customer oriented. I then called another safe company. They were totally different. Answered my questions and told me to call back if I could think of any other questions. Yes, we are going there today to buy a safe. Great customer service skills.

Chris was a massive help! I was stranded at a job site, keys locked in the truck. Chris was at another house and as he was leaving saw me on the side of the road. He hit the brakes, reversed and from the moment he jumped out of the truck was there for 2 minutes total! Made my day! Thanks again Chris!!

Bill at Pinnacle was great in getting an appointment set up and then being able to reschedule for me at the last minute.   Chris came on time to the appointment, was pleasant, helpful and did a great job on the deadbolt install.  They are keepers!!

Called at 1145 AM, said I am locked out of my garage, and no way in other than a keyed emergency access. And I need somebody asap, as I need to fly out later today. They said OK, we be there from 1-3pm.

Guy showed up right at 1pm (I was shocked, being used to the cable company saying 1-3 and shows up at 4). Chris opened the door in 5 seconds, showed me how that type of emergency lock works. And talked about a bunch more security how to's for the area.

Much appreciate the fast and competent response and it wasn't insanely expensive either.

Recommended, no fuss no muss locksmith. They just get it done and fast.

Worthy! So worthy of this review! From the moment I entered until exit, locksmith and key expert Bill, knew exactly what needed to be done to professionally and expertly duplicate various keys, from boat to RV to basically whatever you need! Definitely worthy of driving from Prescott to git'r done right!

Very nice people. I had a custom set of keys for a 65 Lincoln that I couldn't find a match for. I found them here in the original look.
Bill the key guy was very pleasant, took an interest in what kind of car I was working on. Very polite and the keys worked the first time (for an old car that's incredible).

I had to get some keys copied for my office door and Wal-Mart couldn't copy the specific shape of key, and neither could Home Depot, so they recommended us to this place.

We walked in and I showed the guy at the front desk (I assume he is the owner) the key and said I would like 2 copies. The key says "do not duplicate" on it, and since Home Depot and Wal Mart didn't even bother to acknowledge that, I figured this guy would just ask what it was for, and once I told him an office door, all would be well.
I had my boss' company credit card with me, as some sort of proof of where I worked or whatever, and was going to show him.

Before I could even open my mouth, the man started rudely asking me things like "how do I know you're even authorized to copy this key? How do I know where you work? I don't know who you are, I don't know who your boss is."

Each time I tried to tell him where I worked and that I had the company credit card, he interrupted me and was almost grilling me. Finally I showed him the card and all of a sudden he was nice. Took the key from me and copied it. Once he came back to cash me out he was all polite and had a total change of attitude. But I was so thrown off by his interrogation I wasn't sure what to do.

I paid for the copied keys and went on my way. My coworker that was with me noticed the same attitude and we both agreed as soon as we left the store that the man was extremely rude.

I probably wouldn't find myself back there for any other reason in the future, but if I need a key copied that Home Depot or Wal Mart can't do, I'll go somewhere besides this place, even if just to avoid the rude service.

These guys saved the day AND saved me a ton of $$$ money.
I broke my car key in my ignition and after fishing the key out I called these guys and they told me to bring it over.

After less than 5 minutes the gentleman working was able to make a new key and told me to come back if there was any issues. As well gave me referrals to someone if the issue persisted.

Luckily after taking the key to my car it worked perfectly!!!

Our company has used the services of this company for several years.  I have always found them to be efficient, helpful and very accommodating.  They provide accurate key duplicating with very fast turnaround time.

The guy that runs the front counter is so nice and professional. He is very knowledgeable and has been able to help me multiple times with some odd requests I have had with my business. Great place, great prices, and great fast service. Definitely check them out.

On a Monday afternoon at 1:30 pm-ish I called to get help (based on a local recommendation) to open my mailbox because I misplaced the key. This is probably a five minute job, tops. Owner tells me, after much hemming and hawing, that he probably can't come out to do the job until Wednesday. I asked him if there was any way to come earlier because of the time sensitivity of the mail.  He literally laughed and said "no" point blank. What kind of locksmith stays in business with a two-day time frame? And what type of human being laughs in the face of others when they need help and are willing to pay for it.

No wonder his reviews are already poor.

We bought a large safe from Pinicle . Spoke to a very helpful man named Bill. He pointed out many things that need to be considered when buying a safe. We got an excellent price and free delivery and tie down.
The owner Chris and his right hand man Rich carefully moved the safe exactly where my wife wanted in our office. Then 3 weeks later Chris came back out and moved the safe where my wife really wanted it! Would not let me pay him.  We were out of town and I called Pinicle to unlock one of my employees work vans that was locked and running , they came out fast and the charge was very reasonable .  Great home town locksmith , service like it used to be. We live out of town and own 2 town homes.  The first time we called they were to the town home and repaired the problem in 5 minutes.  I talked to the tech and he recommended replacing the locks in the near future.  Recently we were in the area and had Pinnacle replace locks on both of our town homes.  I met the owner Chris and he was a great person to work with.  He showed up on time, had all the right equipment and charged a reasonable rate.  I highly recommend Pinnacle for the nice job they did.

When I needed a locksmith right away, I called Pinnacle. They came the same day and their service was fantastic. They were nice, courteous and their work was great quality and quick. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!

This company is very professional and helpful in assisting me with choosing a safe to install in my new home. They kept me informed of the shipping process from the factory across the country and were very careful installing it in my home. I highly recommend this shop for security hardware!

I needed to get my home re keyed ,so I called around to get the best price. When the first locksmith came to my house after he saw the job the price almost doubled, I told him he could leave and I would call someone else.....  The next company was Pinnacle lock @ safe.  They arrived at the time we agreed upon,did the job at the price I was quoted ...   The tech was very knowledge in his field and made me feel confident in my choice of locksmith.....  I would recommend Pinnacle to all that ask for a locksmith..

Have been going to Pinnacle Lock & Safe for a little over a year.  They have usually been pretty good about making keys without much of a wait.  Recently stopped in to get a quote on a file cabinet lock install.  The owner said that his staff doesn't like to do those types of jobs and that I should just buy a new cabinet with a lock already installed.  He quoted me an obscene price just to get me to leave.  Until that encounter I was satisfied with their service.  However, the arrogance of the owner was enough for me to look for a new locksmith.  A real business owner doesn't let his employees dictate what jobs he should accept.  Additionally if you really don't want to do this kind of job I suggest a better customer service approach to the situation like a referral to another company.  That's how businesses grow customer loyalty, not by insulting them.  Found another locksmith who was more than able to come out to my office and do the install in person for a very fair rate.
