Locksmith on Call

Tim was wonderful - our contractor accidentally locked us out of our house , we were made aware of this while still out of town  and we thought by chance the new garage door was hooked up and we could access the house by the garage . Wasn't the case. Called and spoke to ether Tom or Nick . Had a call back immediately with an accurate arrival time and Tim was here and we are in the house !

Called in to get a replacement 2012 Mazda 3 car key. The Manager who never revealed his name called me back right away (only good aspect of the service).

When i spoke with him he would not give me a clear quote for an electric key or a regular key and stated he had to go my residence to determine the total price. I informed him i did not feel comfortable with that I needed a quote before they came so i didn't have to pay the service fee if i wasn't purchasing a key from them.

The manager frustrated then stated well then why don't you call a dealership and hung up. Not very courteous will never have my business.  

Go to someone else!

$154 for a basic lockout. They were nice and all. Took a while for them to get out though. Only took like 5 minutes to actually open the door.

Dropped them from two stars to one because they charged 6% to use a credit card. Who has $150 with them in cash?

Nick was amazing! I lost my car keys the night before and was worried I wouldn't make it to class this morning. He arrived in less than an hour and was able to make me a new key in just under an hour. I now have myself a new car key and was still able to make it to class on time. Thank you!

They were at my place within 30 minutes and I was back inside my home in another 5. Super nice guys who didn't give me the sense that they were trying to rip me off.

Nick (the locksmith who helped), gave me advice on how to avoid a lock-out accident again in the future. Overall the experience was very professional, very quick, and very fairly priced. 10/10 would recommend!

24/7 Locksmith On Call was GREAT. CJ arrived quickly and got us in our house and rekeyed the locks. He did a wonderful job and now we are home safe and out of the Arizona heat:) Would definitely recommend 24/7 Locksmith On Call!

I called at 9PM and they came within 30 minutes. Quick response! I needed my safe to be unlocked to get my passport and CJ came quickly and opened it up in a stitch. Awesome!

Tim was the Jam. Got locked out of my mailbox he showed up in 20 minutes super professional and even gave me a $25 discount. I hope to never be locked out again but if I am I will call them again.

My sweet godson was asked to go to the garage to get some diapers and somehow managed to get the keys locked in the car.  The best part, it was after 6, I have to work in the morning and I couldn't get a hold of anyone to help us! Yay! (sarcasm) A nice gentleman came within 30 minutes to open the car and had it open within minutes! We also mentioned that we needed to get a spare key made so that this doesn't happen again and he mentioned that they also do that! We will definitely be buying a spare key from them!

And his suggestion to contact my insurance company for possible reimbursement - brilliant! Because I have roadside assistance, my service call and car lock out fee is reimbursable.

He made sure to give me an itemized receipt for just this reason, and my insurance company is cutting me a check tomorrow. That eases the sting of losing my only set of car keys.

Michael was super fast and friendly in replacing my mailbox lock! I called them this morning and they came to fix my locks as soon as they could. Process of replacing my mailbox lock from the time I called them to actually getting a brand new lock only took approx 2 hours! Very reliable service!

I had a situation where everything on this day wasn't going my way. I lost my wallet, misplaced my phone, and on top of it all, I locked my house keys in my car...You name it, everything went wrong on this day until I called these guys.

My friend had a similar situation a couple of days prior where she locked her keys inside of Buttercup (her old school VW trailer). She was very happy with their service and price, so she recommended I give them. I called them from her phone and explained my situation. I was locked out of my home after 10Pm, and they answered the phone!!! They are super friendly, very experienced, and came to my rescue within 30 minutes:) I had to then get my whole house re-keyed, and they were the most affordable, and responsive company in the valley! When you need them the most, they are there for you, at a price that was definitely reasonable:)

kind of expensive. We did three doors ( front door, side door and door to garage ) and got charged for $270. I think it's very expensive

This guy was great! My bosses twin sister lost the key to the house on a Sunday and this guy came out in less than 20 minutes and got us right back into the house. We were very impressed with the professionalism and speed, especially on a Sunday afternoon when most of the other locksmiths were closed or not answering their phones. Locked our keys in the car. Called this place, they were courteous and said a guy would be there in 20 minutes. The guy was there in 20 minutes, unlocked the car in 5 minutes, we were on our way. I would recommend this company if your girlfriend I mean if you guys lock your keys in the car.

TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH!!!

When one of our customers locked their keys in their locker at our spa, our usual locksmith was not able to come out so we found 24/7 on line. They said the service call rate would be $19.95 and the usual rate to open a locker is $30-$50 depending on the equipment.  We usually pay this much so I told him to come over. When he arrived the guest was anxiously waiting to get into her locker and he told us the charge would be $170 because our lockers were "antique" (They were new in 1997). With the guest standing there listening, I couldn't really argue. He had the locker opened in under 1 minute and then he gave me a bill for $187 including tax and said he didn't have the equipment to make a key. If he wasn't wearing a shirt with 24/7 logo on it I would question if he was even a legit employee. He called in to charge my credit card and gave me a receipt with no company name or contact info on it.

We have one of those cool keyless locks in our home, we recently moved and currently in the process of having some renters move in.  Of course we know realize we lost the keys that do come with the door (just in case) and part of getting them moved in requires us to provide them a key.  Long story short, Tom came out today and quickly rekeyed our door!  It was fast, convenient and saved us some headaches!  Thx Tom, much appreciated!

I got locked outside my house without the keys the other day. A quick call to These guys was all I needed to do. The guy came quickly, didn't have to break any windows or caused any damage to the door or the lock, very professional service in my opinion.
The price was fair and the service was great. He couldn't seem to open the front door, instead of breaking the lock or trying to "up sell", he was fair and chose to try and pick the lock in the back door, this process didn't take longer than 15min maybe even less.

I was locked out of my apartment on Labor day evening. Tevin called me back right away and was here in 20 minutes. He was in the door in no time and was just awesome. Since he was in my part of town he even reduced the normal rate.  I hope I never need them again but I will for sure be calling Tevin if I do. Totally recommend him.

My keys were teasing my from the backed seat of my locked car on a Monday evening after a long day of work. Needless to say, life wasn't looking good. I called around but no one could get to me for over an 1.5. I called 24/7 Locksmith and was told Aaron (sorry if it is spelled wrong) could be there in 45 minutes or less. He was quick and fair. I may even get him to make an extra key for me so I won't have to see him again. Overall, locking your keys in your car sucks and so does having to call a locksmith. They made it a little less sucky.

Called today when front door bolt froze... Saturday. Picked up personally and arrived within a few hours. Technician was even polite enough to call when temporarily delayed for another emergency call. He immediately diagnosed the issue, had a part in hand which worked, installed and perfecto - front door locks :-) Fair price given Sat + had the part. Lost my house keys called up at 6am and they had CJ out within 25 minutes. Super friendly and affordable.

Tom was incredible.  He did everything possible to help with opening the impossible locking mechanism with my business.  I turned out that it needed the actual door installer and a power saw to get it open, he stayed through the whole process to ensure I got in and that he was able to see the inner workings of this impossible mechanism.  Such a great professional.  I would call him again in a heartbeat.

Called this company based on yelp reviews and location at 8:30am on a Tuesday to unlock a vehicle which had the keys locked in it. They arrived within the 20 minutes they said and it took them less than five minutes to unlock the car. Individual was professional and friendly. The charge was $85, which seems reasonable.

CJ was polite and spent time making sure new deadbolt was working properly. Thank you. Price reasonable.

Truly as good as it gets for this situation.  C.J. did an excellent job, was prompt, and efficient.  Highly recommend this business if you are having issues.  I was locked out of my apartment and he was quick to fix it for me!

If I could give this service zero stars I would. This was the worst experience I've ever had with any sort of roadside assistance or any service industry. Nick wouldn't give me any sort of a price quote on the phone and was barley audible because he was "finishing his lunch." When he showed up, he lectured me for 30 minutes about how I can go through my insurance and that my situation wasn't an easy one for him. Sorry? I had already been on the phone for 45 minutes with my insurance and AAA which wouldn't help my specific situation. This led me to call 24/7 locksmith. So as Nick was "educating" me, I was becoming more and more late to scheduled meetings (which he knew about). He started the price at $159 which wouldn't work for me. I had told AAA not to come because they were going to charge $140 to make me a spare key. I called the 24/7 company office for pricing when Nick wouldn't give me a direct answer. They told me $54(+). This was a routine lockout that would need the use of air bags to open the door. Nothing unusual that would cost $159. I told Nick that I would rather just go through AAA which he responded with another lecture about how much his time was worth. He told me that he had bills to pay himself, that he only got a percentage of what I paid him, and that I should really be thinking about how much trouble he's gone to for coming out already. I told him I had $60 cash with me. He said that would work and then told me that I really should reconsider because he only could complete 6 lockouts per day because each took an hour to get to (a complete lie) and that I should think about the trouble he's gone to already. He needs a lesson on customer service if you ask me. So he finally got around to getting the car door unlocked with air bags. In the middle of the procedure he says "uhh.. So you can pay me now." I had the cash in hand and was very willing to pay him, but he hadn't even completed the unlocking and had his hand completely full with equipment. Just an example about how very rude and condescending he was throughout the entire experience. As soon as he gets the door unlocked, the alarm starts to go off. He demanded that I give him the money at this point while I was frantically trying to stop the alarm. The keys for this vehicle were not in the car. The whole unlocking procedure was aimed to get MY keys out of my boyfriends car, which was locked and he had taken his keys car with him on a trip to CA. So the alarm was going off and Nick told me that I could jerry-rig the door handle to disconnect the wiring for the alarm, but insisted that I pay him. When I stalled because of the blaring alarm that I hadn't expected, and asked him what to do, he told me that I was "holding him there" and not "paying him for his service" and that he had to "rush off to another job." He told me that I hadn't paid him to turn the alarm off and that that was up to me. I gave him his money because he became very defensive and demanding and quite frankly I was scared of what he was going to do. He then sped away from me and my boyfriend's car alarm, but didn't leave before telling me that I needed to "grow up."
When I called the office to complain, they listened, but never got back to me or followed up as promised. The alarm now goes off every hour until my boyfriend gets back from California to shut it off in 2 days. Our apartment complex is livid to say the least as am I. This service is very misleading and sketchy. They don't have any sort of secure pricing system and don't care at all about quality of service. I'll definitely be going through AAA next time no matter how expensive it gets. At least I'll be treated with dignity and not "educated" for 30 minutes and then hurried to pay because I'm "withholding them from another job."

Had to get a key made for my daughter's car and Aaron got to my location within 10 minutes.  He was so nice, friendly and super fast!  Thanks for the great customer service! Would highly recommend!  Safe travels cheetah :)

First experience with a locksmith but Jeff was the best. He arrived on time and was able to get me out of a jam. Would highly recommend him.
