Unfortunately five stars is the highest rating because they deserve far more credit for the attentive, extremely prompt, and caring customer service they provide.  

I had a last minute emergency to rekey my mom's entire home, due to an order of protection against a drug abusing and mentally unstable younger brother, who thought he could continue to occupy the home, even though an order of protection for my mom and her home said he could not.

My recently widowed mom (our dad died from COVID) needed to sell her home. Two property inspections were cancelled due to this former brother being there and chasing away inspectors. The need to secure the residence was immediate, and JT's husband and wife team had it done within 24 hours afterwards making arrangements for the new keys to be mailed to us.  They confirmed the garage code had been changed, locks were changed; and when I mentioned not knowing if the windows were all locked they said they could go back to the house and make sure they were locked.  WOW!!!!

They treat you like family.  The genuine care and concern in their voices is palapable. They are two amazing human beings ,and I sincerely wish our world was filled with more people like them.  I will never forget their kindness, and my mom's mind and fears have been placed at ease.  THANK YOU SO MUCH JT'S !!!!

The most efficient, reliable and customer oriented keys company I've ever interacted with. I was so impressed at how helpful and understanding they were with my situation. From the office personnel (Lynn) to the person who went out to do the work in my home (Jeremiah), they went above and beyond to ensure they completed the requested service in a timely manner and with a great attitude! JT's Keys & Locks impressed me from the first time I walked in to their shop. I simply needed help with some keys being copied. I had tried having them made at Home Depot twice and none of the ones they made would unlock the locks they were made for. The ones JT's made worked perfect first time for several different locks.
They are family owned and operated and know  what it means to provide high quality customer service. I called them in hopes of having a lock opened that was quoted at a couple of hundred dollars by two professional locksmiths in the Chandler-Gilbert area, which I now live. I called JT's and explained what I needed. I didn't tell them I had other quotes but I knew I wanted them to do the job. I scheduled an appointment and within a couple of days they were out all the way from Maricopa and resolved the problem within a few minutes. I couldn't be happier. They charged me half of what the other professionals did and I happily included a sizeable tip. I highly recommend JT's Keys & Locks...7 out of 5 Stars+ and more! OUTSTANDING

I just moved to Maricopa and needed to get my new house rekeyed. I called in the afternoon and they came out the very next day. Jeremiah was very professional and friendly. He rekeyed the house , made keys and checked them to make sure they worked. I would Highly recommend this company

I called JT's with great desperation for them to fix my mailbox lock. I had misplaced my keys... aka gone forever and I had a package with perishables in my mailbox.

I went to the post ofiice hoping to obtain a new key where I was greeted with warm and welcoming arms.. oh wait who am I kidding?! I was told it was my problem and they didnt have a key. I called the locksmith they recommended but they couldnt come out for 4 days. After a quick yelp search  JTs popped up. Good reviews.. sold... I called and told the receptionist (his wife) about my problem and she was sooooo kind and understanding. She gave me a quote and explained everything. She put me on the books for the next day! Jeremiah the next day after a call from his wife that he was on his way.. can you say customer service?! When he arrived he was sooooo nice. I explained jow I tried to fix the problem myself but made things worse. He didn't  sweat it.. I'm pretty sure he was done within 20 minutes if that. He came back to the door and provided me with 3 keys. The lock he used was a usps lock. The service was incredible.  They got me in their schedule quick and the job was done in a jiffy. 10/10!! I'll be using them for every locksmith problem I encounter.

I was in a pickle and JT's went above and beyond to help me and my clients.  
I'm a Realtor and had a home close in Maricopa through Offerpad.  Offerpad has someone come out to change their lock off of the home.  The problem is, they give a window of 3-5 business days.  My clients weren't occupying the house yet so there was no way for me to know "when" the key would be changed and I needed to ensure the house was secured for my clients.  

To make the situation tougher, I live in the SE Valley so just popping by to check out the house is a 2 hour round trip drive.  

After lots of pestering, Offerpad finally called their locksmith and told us they would be out on Dec 24th to change the lock but wouldn't give me a time, nor contact me when it was done.  JT's went out and checked the house for me, more than once, including at the end of the day on Christmas Eve!!
The lock was not changed on Christmas eve as we were told, so JT's went out again after Christmas to check on the house.  

Long story shortened, they not only saved me a ton of worrying about my clients home, but they also saved me HOURS of driving back and forth to check on their home.  To top it off, they didn't charge me extra for all of their trips!!  Their price was beyond reasonable.

Profound adherence to customer service and exceptional skills, that's what Jeremiah and JT's are all about.

The company that made my door locks no longer do so for private residences. I tried many, many different ways to locate these locks on my own since I needed a different version that what was installed by the home's builder.

My efforts went nowhere.

Jeremiah was not only able to locate the now defunct locks, but he educated me in the ways of securing those locks from within via an upgrade as well as replacing an internal mechanism that's known to fail.

I'd love to tell you how little I paid in comparison with the work, but I won't because Jeremiah made me feel like I was the only and most important customer at JT's. Thus, I'd be remiss by sharing that information - although I'm sure every one of their customers receives the same fair price for the same high-level professional services.

As far as me and my family are concerned, JT's is the only locksmith in Arizona.

We have used Jeremiah several times at our home to install locks, re-key, or anything in between locks. He has always been very professional, accommodating, fair, and honest. Oh, and he is always on time.

I set up an appointment with Lynn for a Monday  3 pm appointment,
3 PM rolls around and Jeremiah shows up to troubleshoot my lock problems (7)total, Less than an hour later all the things I have been struggling with are a thing of the past. These are great people to work with and I highly recommend their services. They are knowledgeable and able to get the job done and at a very reasonable price.  Thank you Jeremiah  for your great work and service. --------- Happy customer :)

JT's is a great key and locksmith company. I've had them to my home in Maricopa for a couple different re-key projects. Always very courteous and one of the more affordable solutions in Maricopa. I called JT because I had a piece of broken key stuck inside my front door. He came as early as he could and fixed the lock and made me copies and was very nice, friendly and professional.  Excellent service from the time you call for service until completion. Last year I called to inquire if they offered security services and they did not. But they gave me references and were very cheerful about it. Today, I called and made an appointment to bring in a door lever/lock for repair. The owner called me back when he read a description of the issue, and told me how to fix it without bringing it in.  So fixed it myself for free!  He easily could have had me bring it in, fixed it there, and charged me and I would have been none the wiser. I did not find that fix via Internet search. And he did all that with a smile in his voice.  I thought people and service didn't exist like this anymore, so I was very pleasantly surprised.

We have used JT's for several years now for our door and lock needs. He is dependable, fair priced, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him to anyone in the need!

These guys (brother's) are terrific! My little Houdini kids were constantly trying or successfully getting out of our home. We tried 5 different locks on our door, including a door brace that our little 5 and 4 year old figured out how to unlock and remove the door brace. They were escaping at 5:00 in the morning!!! I called JT's due to a recommendation from my dad and they said they had the perfect solution. They were at my house for about 30 minutes, installed 2 clamp like locks that have a strong spring tensioner, and now my two little Houdini's have no way to escape! They have tried, but they're not strong enough to open the robust clamp locks that JT's installed. The locks are great for securing the home's doors to keep people out as well! I'm extremely happy with their product, installation, customer service, and price! I will definitely use JT's again, and I highly recommend them to anyone else for their locksmith needs!

My wife and in were in las Vegas when the kids locked themselves out of the house. One call to JT and he had them in a flash. Took payment remotely and everyone was happy. This dude rocks!!!!!

Needed two transponder key for the Nissan Quest.  It requires knowledge and special equipment to do the job right.  And Jeremy had them both.
He arrived when he said he would, and got right to work.  It didn't take him long to cut and encode the blank keys. They worked the first time.  And all this for about half of what the dealer wanted.
I am extremely satisfied, and will definitely call on them again for any future needs.

Johnny came to my house on a Sunday.  He re-rekeyed all my locks and went the extra mile to work on my metal security door because it wasn't latching.  My daughter recently bought a new house and used JT's as well.  What a great family company!  Thanks Johnny for all you did!

We moved into our new house and only had one key and the kids lost it!! I called JT's at 6pm and Jeremiah answered the phone and said he would come right over! Which was amazing and he was the nicest guy you could ask for he changed all of our door locks and reinstalled them within the hour!! I called six lock smoths this day and NONE of them called me back and  Jeremiah not only answered he came right over! AMAZING SERVICE!!! Would call in a second if I needed new keys made!! THANKS

My husband and I rented out our home while we were stationed in Colorado Springs for a few years.  We flew home to take care of stuff from our tenants.  I was panicked when I found out our tenants refused to give us our keys back to the mailbox.  We were only in town for a couple days and I called JT's Keys and Locks.  The father-in-law and past owner came out within a few hours (he was in CG).  He showed up, working professionally, quickly and was extremely friendly, not to mention a veteran!  Their pricing is incredibly reasonable.  I am so happy with the service that was provided and I will definitely use this company again if I need.

If you ever have any lock and key issues, go to this guy, you won't regret it. I had to take my mom's car to work (because she took mine) and accidentally locked her keys in the car. Although the car was off the keys were in the ignition and the car just automatically locked. My mom didn't have a spare and while stuck at work, I couldn't figure out what to do. My sister had posted online about my situation and she immediately got a response. Not only did he call me, but when I refused his services due to financial restraints,. he came anyway on his way home from work. He was genuinely concerned and wanted to make sure I got home okay. He was very quick and efficient and brought the keys back into work for me because I was so busy. I honestly don't know what I would have done without his help, but any future key business I have will belong to him. FYI, if you guys ever need help with your computer, his son in law can definitely help you out as well, just give him a call!
