Brian and his team did an amazing job. The old floor was in bad shape with parts of old coating still present. His team showed up 20 min early and got straight to work.

They did a maticulous job grinding the old coating off all surfaces. They filled in gaps between the floor and stem wall.

Floor Coating
We chose Everest as the color and couldn't be happier with the coverage. They do a full broadcast to rejection meaning the floor is completely covered in chips. They were done right on time at 2pm (8 hour total job) by the next night it was cured and the smell has gone down significantly. I gave it an extra day to cure since it was cold and wet those days.

Since then I have been building custom cabinets on the coating and haven't seen any wear or tear from dragging material and shop tools around.

Completely transformed our garage from a Dirty, Grimy, Oil stained floor - To a HIGH QUALITY, MODERN, VERY nice looking floor that will last forever. Brian and his team were fantastic! Super easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the coating they installed.

It was completed in a single day and we are so happy to have our garage looking so nice. The only downside was us waiting so long to do it! We should have done this years ago.

You pay for what you get, and with IronDrive Coatings you are paying for premium service and a premium product. My advice, STOP putting it OFF. Call up Brian and schedule an install, you will be glad you did.

I have use this company on two different occasions in two different houses. In both instances the outcome was amazing our garage floor it looks wonderful. You can clearly see the quality and detail they put into their work and when they say they're going to do it in a day, they mean it l!!

We live in Val Vista Lakes and have a 3 car garage and a backyard patio that was cement. We were tired of looking at cement that had cracks, dull spots, and paint spray on it. It was just bland looking. So we decided to get a quote from IronDrive Garage Floors to have them Expoxy the floors.

I submitted a request for a quote via Yelp and Brian responded to me within minutes (I love that!). I do not like to wait so Brian and I were off to a great start. Brian came out within 24 hours, measured the garage floor and backyard patio to get sqft. He provided me with an estimate right then and there, on the spot (I love that!). Brian showed us 7 different samples of colors and the texture of the flooring. He was a super nice guy, professional, clean cut, respectable, and was very knowledgeable. Hired his company on the spot.

Start Date/Turnaround Time:
We received the quote on a Wed and they started and finished 48 hours later on a Friday. IronDrive Garage Floors was originally backed up by 1.5 months or so. I advised Brian I would rather start sooner than later and if he had anyone else cancel/reschedule, to please do whatever he could to bump us up. He texted me back a few hours later and said "someone else just rescheduled and I can get you in within 48 hours". Love it!

QUALITY:
WOW! I am so very happy with the outcome (see pictures of the before and after). I knew it was going to turn out good and better than old crappy cement look, but never did I realize how much of a difference our garage and backyard patio look. I now wish we would have done this a long time ago. Feels like we have a brand new garage and patio. Upscale, modern, and beautiful.

Installers:
It was 2 guys that did the prep and install of the epoxy flooring and I must say, they were super nice. Usually, when you hire a company, the owners are nice but the techs are just "ok". These 2 guys were super professional, kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

We're not 10 years in yet, but we absolutely agree!!!  We spent the time to vet our three companies and Brian was the most knowledgeable.  Extremely polite and prompt in his responses every time.  His crew showed up 15 minutes early and Brian came by two hours into the job to check on how it was going.  He showed up in a company polo and you could tell this is what they do!  

The floor turned out GREAT and our garage is like another room in the house now.  Worth every single penny!!!!  The pics show a little darker than what the floor really is and it was interesting how much lighter the floor looks with "day light" (5000K) shop lights as opposed to soft white bulbs which are more like 3000K.  The cooler light temperature makes the floor look even better.

Brian was a pleasure to work with and was very communicative. I'm a pretty meticulous and particular person when it comes to getting jobs like these done, and glad I went with these guys after doing my research. Brian came by a few days before the install to show me color samples and go over my floor and the imperfections that would be addressed before the epoxy was applied. I also like that they use a polyaspartic sealant vs traditional polyurethane, which offers better UV stability and durability over time versus the latter. After seeing an IronDrive floor in my friends garage, I knew instantly that I wanted them to coat the floor in my garage. I've seen others, and the quality, texture, and finish of IronDrive Garage Floors is very High!

Brian did an excellent job explaining the details and options of the two types of surface coatings being offered. I decided on the higher level coating because of the lifetime warranty and speed at which it dried.

Being that my garage had 35 years of who knows what splashed onto the surface, I was thoroughly pleased that IronDrive was going to grind the surface layer of the concrete before sealing it with epoxy. No acid washing here, just fresh ground concrete to adhere to!

Watching the installers work, was fascinating. The team of two knocked out my 2 1/4 car garage in 7 hours from arrival to departure.

First we went over the project, then they went to work prepping the surface. After everything was ground to a fresh layer of concrete the epoxy went on. Even though the floor looked fantastic with just epoxy, they then spread the Carefree Tan chips over the entire epoxy surface, which not only adds another layer of protection, but also some texture (Which is great when the floor occasionally gets wet). Then they put a layer of chip sealer over the Carefree Tan chip surface. But they weren't finished yet! Lastly a top coat was rolled out.

4 layers of coatings, that is what makes IronDrive so superior to the other Epoxy coatings out there.

You get what you pay for folks, however in my opinion, IronDrive is worth the extra cost (and it really isn't that much more, considering what you get in the end). I was walking on the floor 4 hours later and parking on it 24 hours after it was completed!

Add me to the Satisfied Customer list, I'm a believer and would recommend you consider IronDrive for all epoxy coated concrete applications!

I can give you many reasons why I recommend using this company. First I will start out by saying they are very easy to work with. They responded very quickly to my request for a quote with a price that was reasonable. They scheduled the job for just over a week later.  The crew showed up on time and were able to answer any questions I still had. This was the best experience we have ever had!   Honestly our garage floors look AMAZING!   A++++ Customer service!   Process explained in detail,  follow up conversations to confirm appointments-  Guys showed up a few minutes early and jumped in helping me remove a few last things from the garage.   Explained the process and exceeded my expectations!  WOW!

The price per sq ft may seem slightly higher but you get what you pay for!  6 layers and it looks and feels amazing!

I had narrowed it down to two companies to epoxy my new home's 5-car garage, and ended up going with IronDrive since they were able to schedule me in quickly so I could get it done before we moved in.  OMG am I thrilled with the results, it looks a bajillion times better than next door (sorry new neighbors!) and cost about the same. Very professional and clean crew, and got done in one day.  It's been about a month since I had it done, and I am still in love with it.  Chalk up another 5 star review for these guys based on the great work, they earned their yelp rating for me.

I own painting contracting company.  There are a lot of painting companies that will attempt to do this type of service.  Most of them do it badly.  I don't want to do bad work.  This is why I hired IronDrive to do my garage floor in my personal residence.

Brian came out... he was on-time.  Not a lot of contractors can manage this simple step of showing up on-time for the initial appointment.  We talked about the process, warranty, some issues in my garage that would need to be dealt with and then he gave me a proposal.  Great price for what they are doing but let's wait for the actual work to be done...

OK - now it's time for the crew to show up.  They said they be at my home at 8am (with some flex in there).  They arrived at 8.  Nice.  They explained what they would do, how long it would take.  They started working.  It's dusty but keep your door shut and it's fine.  I went out a couple of times to review the work (not hover) and it seemed to progress well.

Long and short is they were done by 4pm.  I was told to give it 24 hours.  The top-coat stinks but it goes away after a week or so... it's bad the first 24 hours then significantly tapers off.

Long and short is the garage is AWESOME looking... and tough.  I took a hammer and chisel to the floor and it stood up just fine... no not really.  I'm not an idiot.  This stuff is TOUGH but let's be reasonable.  You hit it with a chisel and it's gonna chip.  So don't do that.  I'd highly recommend these guys.  Take it from a paint contractor who knows these things...

We are thrilled with our experience with IronDrive. We were looking to have the floors our ~2500 sf workshop coated, and we initially contacted several top-rated companies from Angie's List. We got a very limited response, which was surprising to me given the size ($$$) of our job. However, once I found IronDrive and Brian through Yelp, I knew we would be in good hands. Brian was extremely responsive and helpful all the way from the initial consultation through the completion of our job. His crew spent a whopping 15 hours the first day prepping our floor and applying the base coat and chips, then showed right back up at the crack of dawn the next day to finish the job. They worked their butts off and the final result looks INCREDIBLE--all signs of the floor's former life as a machine shop are gone. We would definitely recommend IronDrive.

I called IronDrive to get a quote on doing my garage floors. I gave Brian my measurements and explained what I was looking for. Brian went over the different coating options with me. Brian emailed me a quote and color choices. I called Brian back and ordered the Supreme Desert Gray with the lifetime guarantee. Brian gave a couple of days to choose from for installation. I chose a Saturday which cost a little extra. The Iron Clad team showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They worked quickly and neatly. The new floor looks great!

Irondrive Garage Floors recently refinished the floors in my two garages and I'm very pleased with the results and their service.

We settled on IronDrive after getting several quotes on our split three car garage. Brian was very helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. Longer version - I started calling flooring companies for bids on my three car garage.  It is a brand new house and I wanted the job done right.  First guy that came out was a nut case and I dismissed him.  Next guy was considering going with because of his limited good reviews, however, the more I talked with him, the screwer he sounded.  Decided not to go with him.  I called Iron Drive and Brian showed up that afternoon.  Very professional with plenty of samples and a ton of 5 star reviews.  

Job scheduled for 8:00 am on the 29th.  Workers showed up at 7:59 am and started at eight.  The job totally exceeded my expectations.  The development superintendent and sales manager came by to look at the job and wanted business cards to recommend this company to the other new homeowners.  I cannot say enough about the job and wish I had the name of the workers to thank them.

We had 2 garage floors done by Iron Drive.  They do an amazing job, workers are very friendly and thorough.  Wr got quotes from 5 different companies.  They weren't the cheapest, but also do more than what other companies will quote and it shows.  Many other contractors visiting our home say our floor is the best they have seen.

From start to finish our experience with IronDrive was spectacular. Brian arrived on time for the first consultation and he explained everything well and answered all questions. Firstly I should say (and I didn't the first time), I did a LOT of research and looked around at a number of businesses.  These guys were my top pick for craftsmanship, promptness, and value.

The floor still looks brand new. A few months ago, I had a water leak and some steel wool on the floor turned into a pile of rust.  A little CLR, a scrub brush, and there is NO discernible difference where I removed the rust.  Zero stain, zero loss of gloss on the floor. As if it never happened.

I'm glad I invested the time and money in hiring IronDrive. If I need any other epoxy floor painting, they're my turn-key choice.

Have you ever had something done at your home that didn't turn out the way you hoped or expected? Then, when you discussed the problem with the company, they deflected blame, denied responsibility, or made excuses? Yep, me too, but NOT with Brian at IronDrive. Brian stepped up and remedied an issue to a problem patio, that any other vendor would have fought me tooth and nail about.
Look, we're all human, and we all make mistakes. Whether it was a mistake or simply the nature of the patio, I got NO argument from Brian. He put himself in my shoes, and realized my dissatisfaction was legitimate to me. The reason for the patio issue might have been a grey area, but we talked at length about the issues and in the end the misunderstanding was the final look of a crack and pitted concrete.
His guys were great, and the garage was amazing. If I could give IronDrive 6 stars or more, I would. I bet my patio issue was probably the only one IronDrive's ever had, but if they ever have another one, Brian is the guy you want handling it.

Just had my garage done yesterday. The five star reviews on this company are no joke. From day one, dealing with Shane was about as easy and pleasant as it gets. He was straightforward about pricing and scheduling, sent samples overnight without me even having to ask, came up with a quote a little under what I was expecting, and even threw in the removal of some carpet for me.

The carpet removal ended up probably being the worst part of the job (every inch was glued to the concrete) and forced the guys to be at my home probably a couple of hours longer than expected (until after 8:00). Despite this, they were still pleasant and friendly, took their time, and did a beautiful job. I had thought about doing the floors myself with my husband, but after seeing the insane amount of work that went into it, I'm so glad I hired someone. A ten hour job for them would probably be a 40 hour job for us and more expensive than I had thought to do myself.

Oh, I also got a quote from another company and they wanted slightly more money for an inferior product, did not include the stem walls, and did not grind the floor. From what I've read, grinding the floor is a MUST. If you're looking to have your garage epoxied, you can't go wrong with IronDrive!

Beyond satisfied with my experience from initial call to the final product. That is hard to find these days in my opinion. IronDrive may not be the cheapest quote you will get for epoxy but they will not be your most expensive either. You will get a 5 star experience from beginning to end and you will have a product that last. I cannot stress how happy I am and highly suggest that you give Brian a call and give him the chance to earn your business. You will not be disappointed.

I hired Iron Drive to complete an epoxy flooring project in my garage.  The end product was more than satisfactory.  I have a salt water loop and a small container that hold salt pellets.  Staff members had to remove the container to complete the job.  I was told that we would be able to walk on the floor within a few hours and drive and use the garage by the next morning.  I stayed off of the floors completely until the next afternoon.  When I brought the salt pellet container back into the garage it left a large scratch on the floor.  I contacted Iron Drive and showed pictures of the scratch and inquired about their lifetime guarantee especially since I was told, as their website states, that this product is "Stronger, harder, more scratch resistant."  The owner, Brian, said he could come out and repair the scratch for $250.00.  I told him it was installed less than 48 hours before and it is foreseeable that plastic containers will be moved around on the flooring.  Brian said, "I just can't fix it at my own expense."  I don't think it is unreasonable to expect that a brand new "Stronger, harder, more scratch resistant" floor can stand up to a small plastic garbage can.

Highly recommend this company for garage floor coatings. It was a pleasure dealing with Brian on the phone getting the bid and scheduling service the installation crew was on time, professional and courteous. We are thrilled with the outcome!

We recently had our garage floor coated by Iron Drive and love the way it turned out. I did my research on the various companies in the valley and the different processes and materials that were available to us. Daniel and Carlos did the work. They showed up on time, were polite and cleaned up any messes from their work. They paid attention to all the little details. The floor looks flawless. I am glad we did this. Typically the garage is an ugly, dirty area of the house. With this coating and some cabinets, it feels like any other room. Gives it a finished feel.

These guys are excellent.  It been about two years and my floor still looks brand new.   Oil wipes up easily without a trace.  They came in a couple days after i closed on the new house and its probably the best thing i did before moving in. You will find companies who will do it cheaper but if you want to make sure its done right, these guys are it.

As soon as I talked to Brian on the phone, I knew it was the right company. I had another company give me an estimate but felt that the process that Brian described was the best deal. Another deciding factor was getting a lifetime guarantee from IronDrive compared to a 5 year guarantee. Also..... it was done in one day compared to a 3 day process!!!

I had Brian and his crew do my garage floor a year ago, in the summer of 2018.  It's been a year, and my floor looks as good as it did they day Iron Drive did it.  Brian was VERY professional, every step of the way.  The crew was on time, efficient, and did a perfect job.  I went with Brian and his crew because of all his five-star ratings, and now I'm adding one more five-star rating to his superb list.

Lots of flooring companies here to choose from and Iron Drive wins! I booked to have my 18 year old garage floor finished and Brian scheduled me about 2 weeks out from the initial quote. Come install day, his crew of 3 showed up at 6 am and worked like mad for 14 hours! By 8 pm that night, my 4 car garage was transformed. It looked amazing. But here is the kicker. This was all done in preparation for a large garage party this past weekend. Of course the topic was who did your floor. Compliments everywhere including several people who said that their garage floor looked no where as nice as mine. IronDrive was fast, polite, professional, and the end result is amazing.

To sum it up- awesome! Irondrive had the best price compared to 4 other competitors, the best service (they were the only ones to even call me regarding a quote), and were willing to do the job the next day (to include shuffling their schedule), which made moving into my new house that much easier.

Everything was explained over the phone in detail due to my short time schedule to include the timeline and process for the install, color selection, and how they do pricing.  For the install, they were on time, courteous, professional, and thorough. Shannon and Dave were done in 7 hours and the floor was ready to walk on the next evening.

I will definitely use Irondrive again, and would recommend anyone looking for garage floor coatings to give these guys a serious look.

On the day of the install, Shannon (the owner) and Dave did a very thorough job laying down the garage floor coating, making sure to first grind the surface so the IronDrive coating would have a good bond. The whole process took about 8 hours and my cars were back in the garage 48 hours later.

Based largely on the Yelp reviews. I chose IronDrive to apply their coating on the garage floors at my new house. Shane was very prompt in responding with options and prices, and emailed me information about what to look for in both the coating and the coating contractor.

Because of builder delays, I was uncertain when I could take possession of the house, and had to push back the water softener company until I could get my keys. Shane walked me through the benefits of having the plumbing done first, with the equipment moved until the coating was on and dry (plumbers can't screw up IronDrive's work as easily that way). Not only that, Shane arranged scheduling for the work to accommodate my work schedule - something that was greatly appreciated by me and my boss.

The finished product looks great, the crew was careful and clean, and overall, I am a very happy (new) homeowner. I definitely would recommend IronDrive to anyone.

I can't believe what an impeccable job Carlos and Daniel did with our garage floor!! I am so impressed with their professionalism and the phenomenal finished result. It looks AWESOME!! We were researching garage floor companies for a while and settled on IronDrive to apply coating on our floor.  The owner, Shane, was very helpful and informative. Price was quoted by Shane and was fairly competitive with other contractors.  We went with the polyaspartic (Supreme) and it looks fantastic!  The staff showed up around 8:30 in the morning and were done by 3:30 in the afternoon.  The look of the floor was exactly as expected.  Overall, we got exactly what we paid for with no surprises.  If only all contractors could be so dependable...  One word of advice - call early if you're contemplating using them, since they were booked out a little over a month in advance.

We closed on our new home on Oct. 22 and scheduled IronDrive Garage Floors to do both of our garages on Monday, Nov. 3. Let me start by saying that the finished product is spectacular! We have received numerous unsolicited comments from friends and family about how great the floors look. Carlos and Daniel showed up promptly in the morning, and worked hard all day. Their attention to detail was amazing, and they worked extremely hard to ensure that we were very satisfied with the end result. My wife had researched several companies before we decided to go with IronDrive, and we are extremely happy we did. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their garage floors coated by true professionals.

Brian and crew are top-notch!  It's so refreshing to deal with a person/company that has integrity.  I selected IronDrive based on Yelp and Angie's List recommendations and they certainly lived up to the ratings they received. My communications with Brian were either via email or phone, both of which he was quick to respond in a very professional and knowledgeable manner.  His crew had an early wake-up as they came to north Tucson and arrived before 6:30AM.  They worked quickly and efficiently and left the garage and surrounding areas spotless.  IronDrive was the right choice and I would use them again without hesitation.  Bravo!

I recently had IronDrive put in a new floor.  The quality of the floor is great and the sales person was helpful and straight forward.  I brought an issue forward that I thought could have been caused by workers and while they were positive they did not cause the issue, they offered to pay for the fix to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. I think that summarizes them well - more than anything they want to be sure they end up with a satisfied customer at the end of the project.

This place lives up to the five star rating. Shane answered all of our questions and their was no pressure to use them. He even was able to move a job to accommodate our move in date to our new house. Carlos and Daniel did a excellent job on the labor part. Carlos answered all of my questions as well. I'd use them again if ever needed.

I do my research, on everything, and these guys are good.  It starts with the prep.  The only real way to do this is to diamond grind.  Very few companies do this, and those that do charge extra.  

Shane's information was straight-forward and complete.  No surprises, no up-selling.  Price included  the stem wall (that little 6 inch rise up the inside of the garage) as well as crack repair.  He was ready and willing to give me the addresses of current jobs so I could see both the quality of the process and the color being done so I could see an actual finished product of the colors I was considering.  I don't know that many other would offer that.

Of course it all comes down to the installers.  You keep seeing the names Carlos and Daniel coming up in the reviews, it's obvious that IronDrive employs them because they're good.  They were professional, courteous, and helpful.  They were much more than laborers,  You could tell that these guys wanted to make sure that the job was done right.

I was home the day of the install but I really didn't need to be.  After they were done it was like bamm, 8am old floor, 3pm new floor.  The yard looked untouched, and  it  simple looked like a new garage placed where the old one was.  Trust me, the finished job looks just like, or better, than his galleries.

For a job like this I don't know why anyone would pay less for one of those cheapy companies that you get flier ads.  And there's definitely no reason to pay more.  This is an epoxy floor done right.

As an aside, when choosing a floor, or  any type of contractor/workmen, you don't want the guys that can start next week.  You want the guys that are busy with work - they're busy because they are good.

After doing a fair amount of research we decided to have Irondrive coat our garage floor.  I wanted to have a custom color so our garage wouldn't look like anyone else's.  Brian was patient and helpful throughout the selection process and provided us with several samples.  The installers were courteous and professional and we are very happy with the results.

These guys were top notch from sales to service.  Shane and Shannon didn't try to upsell me on anything...actually convinced me of an option that saved money.  Shane came out after talking over a concern I had on the phone and told me to do it right would cost a bit more and that if it was a deal breaker, he would be happy to lose my business rather than do it wrong and have me unhappy with the result.  Shannon and his install team were done by 5pm and it was amazing looking.  Great attention to detail a quality product.  Product and Service both A+.  Price...you'll find cheaper and you'll find more expensive, but make sure you ask other contractors if they prep by grinding or acid wash...DON'T cheap out and go for acid wash.  Iron Drive grinds and thats right way to do it.  I'll be using them again either in a new home or maybe on my back patio...Jeff B.

Others seemed like huge corporations that just wanted to pump out as many floors as quick as they could. IronDrive provided the best customer service, price and communication out of the bunch. While I won't list the other companies I dealt with, IronDrive is the class of the industry.

Simply amazing!  We had a new home built and wanted our garage floor done as soon as we moved in.  I emailed 3 companies for quotes and IronDrive responded by the end of the day.  I never heard back from the other two companies. Another great Yelp find!  We've owned our home for about 3 years and getting the garage floors done has always been on the "to do" list.  We got a total of 4 bids from flyers in the mail to friend's recommendations and we also tried getting a bid from the guys who originally put in the custom cabinets in our garage when the house was built.  We weren't impressed with any of sales people that came to our house to bid for the job especially when I told them I'm getting other bids.  I finally yelp a flooring company and IronDrive were the only ones that had multiple good reviews.  Shane came over and he was very professional even when I told him about the other bids.  All 4 bids came in competitive with each other but what made us pull the trigger with Shane is how fast he can get a job done because of the prepping process.  All the other companies said it was a 2 day process plus we're not able to drive on the floors for 7 days.  With IronDrive's process and product they were done in 5 hours and we were able to drive on it after 48 hours.  It's been 2 weeks since our flooring was done and I couldn't be more happy.  Shane was very accommodating, polite, and most importantly professional.  Oh and they're the only one with a lifetime warranty.  Can't go wrong with these guys.

New home needed a really great epoxy floor for the garage, looked at a couple of companies and selected IronDrive based on the explanation provided by their salesman Shane, price was right and they arrived as scheduled and the owner Shannon and his excellent helper do the job and do it with care and perfection and all in 1 day as others wanted 2-3 days to do the process. I am extremely pleased with the floor IronDrive installed for me. They arrived on time, completed on time, and the floor looks fantastic. We elected to go with the polyurea top coat, which is more durable than regular epoxy. It cost a little more (maybe 10% to 15% more...I don't remember), however, I'm happy I went with the best product currently available. I've owned two previous homes that had epoxy garage floors, and I can confidently say that this is the nicest looking one of the three. Highly recommend.
