Brilliant Epoxy Coated the Cabana floors at our popular hotel in Scottsdale. Needless to say, aesthetics were of the upmost concern going into this project. Our experience with Brilliant exceeded out expectations by far. This a great choice if you are not bargain shopping. They provide a great customer experience starting in the showroom and all the way through the installation. It's helpful to see the full range of quality and color choices in the showroom because not all installers offer this. The product is very high quality, which you are paying for with premium (but not unfair) prices. Everything turned out exactly as we hoped.

Outstanding Service - Sales Consultant Morgan helped me sort through the many available options at their design center. Joseph and his team arrived on time, were very professional and did a great job.

I created a small problem by parking my motorcycles in the garage after the recommended curing time - I should have given the coating another day - but the company sent the team back out to fix the spots with absolutely no quibble.

Their pricing is competitive with other vendors - but their professionalism and quality of work make Brilliant Epoxy the best value.

I contacted Brilliant Epoxy Floors following a mistake I made in my floor remodel. I was exploring my options and had A LOT of questions. Erik the owner called me and spent a lot of time better educating me on the process of epoxy, what to expect, and how to achieve my desired results. I was impressed with his willingness to hand hold me through the process and was confident in his experience and expertise before I even decided to become a customer. I hired him for the job of giving me a 'natural concrete' look, by using epoxy and couldn't be more thrilled with my results! I LOVE the floor so much and am SO happy to have found him. Sooooo.....at the start of getting my floors done I would have given these guys just 2 stars. When I called the number listed, I left a detailed voicemail but I did not hear back from anyone for several days.

When I finally did hear from them the process moved quickly. Workers showed up on a Wednesday and were done by Friday evening. My garage floor looks amazing and worth every penny. They moved items that needed moving. I was given all the details on how the floors are done. Also on when I can put things on it and drive on it.

You should look no further than here for the perfect service organization and garage floor!

They arrived on the day and at the time that they committed to.
The sanding was done with the utmost care and the cleanup was impeccable. The primer and epoxy was completed in two days and they came the next day to touch up any imperfections. It looks spectacular.

All their technicians are professional and polite.

But....the most impressive aspect of their service occurred a week later.
Per instructions, I parked my cars in the driveway for a week. When I attempted to use the electric garage door opener I encountered a problem. I e-mailed Erik (the owner). Within 10 minutes I received a response from him and a minute after that his lead technician (Dan) called me and was prepared to come right over. I suggested the next day. In the meantime he made a couple of suggestions. He called the next morning. His suggestion had solved the problem. Not satisfied, he called the day after that to make sure it was still functioning. One rarely sees such a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Wanted to say thank you to brilliant epoxy floors for doing such a fabulous job. Dan was the representative who came out. He was so thorough in explaining everything, answered all our questions, and communicated with us during the entire process. The staff over at the office Molly and Eric deserve recognition for their customer service care and being very attentive. We did have a problem with our garage door after the technicians left. The garage door came off the wheels after being engaged and the garage door repairman was not to sure where culpability lay. Dan was quick to respond with half the payment and I was impressed with such prompt concern he had for his customer. Although they tend to focus on commercial applications, BEF sent a sales rep out quickly to give me an estimate on our residential garage. Dan Sweeney (Sales) was very informative, not pushy, and produced a written quote the next day. They fit us in their schedule relatively quickly, given most contractors involved in residential construction in any way won't give you the time of day lately. Their 2 man crew was very professional, quiet, and efficient. It came out great and the price, warranty, and materials were very competitive. Highly recommend.

Garage floors vs Brilliant Expoxy FLooring
The Garage comes with the house, they'll serve as a place to park your vehicles, boats, vintage cars, etc., and all sorts of stuff, lots of the stuff we need to let go! We just keep it thinking we're going to use it one day in the future; then 14 years later we don't remember what is in the boxes. A lot of what we have in our garages stored has sentimental values and very little monetary value. One way to protect it is to shrink wrap it and store it paying rent to some storage unit. But, the best way is to contact Brilliant Expoxy Flooring and choose from several applications. KEVIN was awesome and helped make the process easy. The team were timely and told me the steps to the process. They're polite and courteous and knew what they were doing and did it in a very timely fashion. They came with a process and they were awesome.
There is always someone offering cheaper pricing if you want lessor quality! I have a philosophy: you can get a cheaper price and you get just that or do it correctly, do it once, and get great service and then love your purchase for years! Thanks to Kevin and the Guys at BRILLIANT Expoxy flooring. MY FLOORS ARE BRILLIANT and WILL GET YEARS OF SERVICE FROM THEM not to mention the value!
One big reminder: ASK ABOUT THE PROCESS; what are the different phases to it?
Then one last thing, I had one blemish in a little over 1036 square feet, and they didn't blink an eye and made it right and I mean it was small (a dime could've covered it up) and it was corrected the day after I told KEVIN!

I own a brewery the West Valley. I had created my own emergency need for new epoxy floors. I called this company from a google search to see if by some luck that they could help me to fix a problem ASAP. Eric was wonderful got me in less than 20 hours later and had his crew redoing my Commerical kitchen floors. They are beautiful and we are back up and running in 3.5 days. All of this during a pandemic! Wonderful!!!

The five star ratings that Brilliant Epoxy Floors has are real and they have earned every bit of it. If I could give more, I'd happily do so.

I needed food grade epoxy floor coating at my warehouse. The existing floor was in horrible condition, stains, cracks, uneven surfaces etc etc.

Erik showed up dot on time as promised, explained to me everything clearly, the process, material and the cost.
His crew carried out the process very well, the job was done on time and cleanliness and attention to detail was always cared for. I was very happy for how the floor looked

Fast forward a month, the food inspector noticed that the floor grittiness was not satisfactory and suggested that it be smoothened out. I called Erik and mentioned it, and guess what? The crew was at the warehouse the next morning to fix the issue!!
Such level of professionalism and concern for customers is hard to find, and Erik and his team work very hard for it.

Kevin and his team really stepped and saved the day for us. We have a vacation home in Scottsdale and are there for only limited period of times. After another provider dropped the ball and failed to show up as scheduled, I called Kevin who gave us a quote over the phone and then rearranged his work schedule to take care of our project that same week. Kudos also for having a very comprehensive web site which explains the various options and provides straight forward pricing (although after talking to Kevin he did offer a discount from the prices on the web site).

Rob and Andrew who showed up right as scheduled were very organized, very efficient and very professional and completed the job in two mornings. The results were spectacular! They transformed a 20 year old epoxy coated floor into something brand new. Would very much recommend Brilliant

Rob and Andrew did an excellent job on my new garage floor. I chose Sterling Grey with 2 coats and 3 chips (black, white, and dark grey). It took 2 days as promised. The floor looks great and their attention to detail is evident in their work. The price quoted over the phone was what I paid. There is a small surcharge if you use a credit card. Checks are free. I highly recommend them.

We just had our garage floor done with the metallic epoxy. We researched a lot of companies and found that Brilliant Epoxy had a great reputation, results and reviews. Eric was incredibly informative during the sales process. He told us the pros and cons of the flooring and gave us very realistic expectations of the results. He even made samples for us so we could choose our colors easier. Jerry was the installer and he was great. He showed up on time and was very informative about the process. You can tell that he enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work. We told him what we were looking for and let him make the decision on color ratio. That was the best thing we could have done. The floor came out gorgeous and exceeded all of our expectations. We will definitely be using them again and referring them to our family and friends. You can't go wrong with this team.

These guys are awesome! They just finished my 3 car garage and it is drop dead gorgeous ! I had an ugly peeling brown floor. They scraped it off using their machines and got all the paint off to the bare concrete. Then they filled all the expansion joints with a special compound, so it is now a nice smooth floor all across the 3 garages! They finished it with white/gray/black chips and it's so think you can't even see the epoxy under it. Then they did a sealer coat and came back to do the finish coat the following day. This floor is so nice I hate to park my cars on it ! Erik the owner is great. Truly a company that does it right the first time. I highly recommend them.

Kevin is one of the best contractors I have used in Phoenix. He responded to our request for a quote quickly, confirmed the appointment, arrived on time (actually a bit early), and left us with a quote to compare against others (we always get three quotes before selecting a contractor). His price was on par with the other quotes but there was something about him that made me feel more comfortable to use him. We chose Kevin and he installed our epoxy floor in our garage.

The end result was amazing! The quality of the work was top rate and the materials were better than we could have imagined (and definitely better than the other contractors). We were so pleased with the work Kevin did at our house!

Normally, that is where a review on Yelp ends....but NOT THIS ONE! The one thing that I criticize all review sites about is there is no follow up. What happens 6 months later when things go wrong. Well I'll tell you. We had an issue with termites (not Kevins fault). The termites decided to go through our floor requiring us to get the floor treated. Unfortunately that requires drilling a bunch of holes into the floor and leave a beautiful floor with holes all over it. I called Kevin and he sent a guy out to patch those holes and make the floor perfect again FOR FREE!

Now (three years later), we moved to a bigger house a few miles away and the first call I made was to Kevin to make this new garage look like the old one. This time I didn't need three quotes, I called Kevin, he worked around our schedule, and installed a new epoxy floor in our garage before we moved in. I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for quality work, materials, and most importantly follow-through! If this site had 6 stars, Kevin would have earned all of them!

I can't say enough about what a great experience I had with this company. They were responsive, professional and went above and beyond what was expected. On the day of the install they accommodated me because I couldn't be there at the start due to my work schedule so I left the garage open for them and then the installation crew came back on a Saturday to help me re engage my garage that I made a mistake with. I have had epoxy floors in the past and the color and quality with my new floors exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend this business.

We were "visiting" our new home that was being built when we passed a garage being done. We stopped and the man in charge (Robert) approached us and asked if we were interested in having our garage done. Gave us his name and number and several weeks later we called him. He came by at the agreed time and explained the processes, our options and pricing. We spent some time on their website and decided on the color and process. I can highly recommend Kevin and Brilliant Epoxy Floors. From my first phone call through a number of iterations Kevin was patient; honest and answered all my questions. I decided to visit his showroom (met me on a Holiday) to see the options and the colors although his website is very clear. I decided to go with the 5 layer full chip seal, although the partial chip which was a little cheaper may have worked. Note that it is not completely smooth after and they tell you that. If you want smooth, discuss it with Kevin. In the end I was happy with the full chips as the finished floor looks great and has a 15 year warranty. (he has been around 22 years). He asked for no money up front! Shows his ethics! His workers showed up on time on time and did an excellent job quickly. Sanded down all the old epoxy and filled all blemishes perfectly. They took pride in their work and would explain the process and answer questions. They worked neatly and cleanly. Kevin also agreed to move the heavy things out, and more importantly back for a small charge which they did. There was a freezer; workbench; filing cabinet; metal shelves and the like. I had other quotes but Kevin was by far the friendliest and others would not agree to put heavy things back so they lost any chance. He also worked around my soft water cylinder promising to repair the floor if it was ever moved. I wish I had done it years ago, but I am very happy.

I am sorry I could not add more stars to their review. If you are looking to put in an awesome epoxy floor look no further. I dealt with Kevin the owner on the phone he went over all my options and we scheduled a date to put in a new floor for a home we just bought. We selected a full granite chip in the color "Cool Ice" which was a beautiful blue. Our color coach selected it because it complimented the theme we had in the garage. It is the American Flag so the walls are painted Red,White and Blue. The floor came out stunning. I had a few little things that I wanted done and I worked with Rob a manager who was a saint. The workers Omar and Alejandro were great. They made no mess and were on time for their appointments. A very professional team who wants to be the best that they can be. Customer service and follow up is a 11 out of 10. Just tell them what you want and within a week its all done . The price was reasonable and I loved having the owner answer the phone and everyone else was available anytime I had a question. JUST THE BEST!!! Ten STAR

Brilliant was fantastic to work with! We called on a Saturday and Kevin, the Owner, answered the phone and took the time to answer all of our questions. We were able to schedule our install for the following Thursday, which was great. He was very good about suggesting colors which turned out to be fantastic in our garage. Did my homework and researched several companies in this space. Checked reviews on Yelp, the BBB, Registrar of Contractors and their websites to check for complaints, feedback and professionalism. Narrowed my list down and started making phone calls. Kevin (owner) answered the phone and answered all my questions with patience, even though I could tell he was in the field working. Didn't try to upsell me and even recommended NOT spending more money on a product that he felt wasn't worth the money. He was willing to meet me to go over color samples in person and was very personable and friendly. Scheduled a time to have my floors done and even had to reschedule due to issues on my end. Kevin was accommodating. Floors were done quickly and the crew friendly. Floors came out "brilliantly". Will definitely call Kevin next time I need floors done and have no hesitation recommending him to friends.

We used Kevin for our garage floors because we were thinking of moving. They turned out beautifully & wished/wondered why we didn't make that decision years before, since it made such an amazing difference in the overal look of our garage. Kevin made some recomendations of what he thoght would compliment the paint inside and out. I was impressed that by the end of each day, you could never tell they were there, as far as having EVERYTHING picked up & spotless.
Our house sold & on the recomendation of our new decorator , we used a different company, Studio JEJ, Joe Jackson, who I can no longer find on the web. He was painting the inside of the house & I was thinking if there were any problems, we'd have the backing of the decoator, WRONG! We had so many problems. The person was out to redo it FOUR times. The main cause evidently, was Joe did not grind down the prior coat, something Kevin said he would have to do, otherwise it would be like he was giving us a warrenty on someone elses work, which he said he wouldn't do. Joe, evidently thought he could skip this part and be able to offer us a lower price.
The other thing that stood out with Kevin was that he didn't want ANY money up front. He didn't want to be paid until we were happy with the finally work. What?? Who does this anymore? Of course we were extremely happy once again with the final product. Even our contractor was impressed by his machinery, commitment & knowledge & got his info for future jobs.
Would we use or recommend Kevin again? You betcha!!

I had my garage floors coated this past week after shopping exhaustively! 5 different estimates, references checked, learned more epoxy chemistry than I'll ever need ... I chose Brilliant Epoxy. Kevin and his team not only had a special running, but they were able to accommodate my schedule and hop on the project right away. The quality of my flooring job looks like it cost twice as much as it did! The crew was on time each day, knew exactly what they were doing and even saved me the headache of moving the water softener. Hire this team and you won't be disappointed!

The two-man crew came out on time and took two hours on the first day to clean, prep and put down the first coat on my 2-car garage. I choose the solid-color option with two coats. Crew came back the next day, on time and finished their work in about an hour. Floor looks terrific! I was told if there were any problems to call and that they would fix it. These guys really know their stuff. Fast, efficient, courteous and meticulous. Kevin is very fair with his pricing. I would not hesitate recommending Brilliant Epoxy Floors to anyone.
