I recently had to replace approximately 1400 square feet of carpet in my home with new flooring, and after getting a few estimates, I chose Kami for the job. I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the results.

One of the first things that impressed me about Kami was his reasonable pricing. Compared to the other estimates I received, Kami's price was the most reasonable. Not only did he provide competitive pricing for the flooring installation, but he also recommended taking off the baseboard and putting it back after the installation, all for a reasonable additional cost. This attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile was truly appreciated.

Unlike other contractors I considered, who were charging extra for installing quarter round and required me to purchase it separately, Kami included the installation of baseboard in his quote. This not only saved me the hassle and cost of purchasing quarter round separately, but it also resulted in a more aesthetically pleasing look for my home.

Furthermore, Kami completed the entire job in just two days, which was impressive considering the size of the project. The quality of his workmanship was outstanding, and he ensured that the new flooring was installed accurately and professionally. The end result exceeded my expectations, and I am thrilled with the new look of my home.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Kami for any flooring installation needs. His reasonable pricing, attention to detail, and efficient workmanship make him an excellent choice. I am extremely satisfied with the results of my flooring installation and would not hesitate to hire Kami again for any future projects.

Great experience with Kami this past week. Called him after seeing his reviews on Yelp (of course), and decided to give him a shot. A big part of the reason I chose Kami over the couple of others I called was his availability, I needed my 2 bedrooms in my towns house done as soon as possible as I had to move out of my condo within a week or so and the other providers quoted me two weeks out to get the job done - kami told me he could do it the same week once he saw the job and gave me an estimate.

Upon meeting kami at my place, he was suuuuper friendly! Quoted me an extremely fair price (I thought), roughly $2,200 for the labor because I bought the vinyl from Floor and Decor. Kami and one other dude did the job on Tuesday this past week and it came out incredible!

Would highly recommend kami, and would definitely use his services again in the future if needed! See pics below!

I had an excellent experience with Kami. He responded promptly and provided me an estimate immediately and was able to complete my room within days of speaking with him.  He was very professional and did an amazing job on my guest bedroom. I will definitely have him come back to complete more flooring in my home in the near future.

Kami's T-L flooring is outstanding.  Quote was quick and thorough.  He was friendly and broke down each item and we could select the work we wanted done.  Picked up the flooring on Sunday and emailed him on Monday morning.  He was able to come on Tuesday and did the master bedroom and bathroom in one day.  I would use him again without hesitation.

We are very pleased with Kami's work. He is very detailed, especially on the stairs.
They forgot to install back some door stoppers and I reflected that issue to him. He  came on the same day to install those back.

Kami did a great job on my vinyl plank flooring. He provided a fair estimate, stuck to it, and finished well ahead of his projected schedule. His attention to detail was great. He also was nice enough to pick up baseboards and some trim for me since I didn't have a vehicle to accommodate them. Overall he provided great service and I love the finished flooring. I will definitely use him again for future flooring needs.

Kami installed some tile in our laundry room and repaired some wood flooring from water damage. He was very helpful and communicative. Offered solutions that the company the insurance sent out did not. He was able to do the job quickly and it looks great. Thanks again.

Kamis TL Flooring. Excellent service. After four years of looking at flooring options for our 24 year old home, chatting with and obtaining quotes from big box, little box stores, vendors...and of course going through several decor phases (gee...wood, wood look, luxury laminate, variety of tile options?) we settled on a stone look tile...5+ pallets from Floor & Decor and contracted with Kamis TL Flooring. We are slow. LOL. We are at the tail end of this intense 2 week project.  Base boards are going in on Monday. Kambiz is very professional, polite and a perfectionist. We are so pleased and can't wait to put everything back and clean off the light layer of dust. We are going for minimalist decor. The flooring is that beautiful.  We did not move out. Hmmmm. The demo day was active with seven men, jack hammers, cement grinders and ultra large vacuums, screaming dog, screaming kids and terrified cats. We holed up in bare cement floor bedroom when one became available... with 4 pets. Quite the experience. All in all, well worth the experience.

I hired Kami to replace the flooring in the house with vinyl planks. From start to finish, Kami was excellent to communicate with and work with. He is a very nice guy and did an awesome job. I highly recommend Kami T-L Flooring.  Kami was responsive from initial contact.  He installed tile and baseboards in 3 bathrooms and a laundry room.  He kept the work area clean, removed all debris, and did an impeccable job with the installation. I had painters in the house at the same time.  Kami was able to coordinate with them and the painter commented that Kami was accommodating and easy to work with.   Everything exceeded my expectations.

We decided to hire someone to floor a rental we own at the last minute after planning to do it ourselves. I requested a quote after 8 PM in the evening. Kami was quick to respond and came out to look at the job the following day. We needed the work done quickly and he made it happen AND did a fabulous job of laying the luxury vinyl plank floor and putting on baseboards. We have another job coming up this year and we will certainly call Kami's T-L Flooring to do it!

After reading Kami's T-L flooring's reviews I contacted them to give me an estimate to install vinyl planks for my entire upstairs. Not only did he respond quickly he was prompt to come to my home and he gave me an estimate before leaving my house. I was impressed that Kami itemized everything on his estimate...removing my carpet, old baseboards, 2 toilets, washer/dryer...Kami did a phenomenal job! Yelp sent a message in my behalf asking for help with my flooring situation and this company wrote me back very rude. Accusing me of "waisting" their time.  I'm not the one who reached out to them.    Who accuses a potential client of wasting their time just  because they don't respond right away?  I need a tile installer but would never do business with them.

I just had Kamis put in a floating dance floor in my house and he did an absolutely wonderful job.  The floor is beautiful and he was on time and communicated with me right away.  I am very impressed with his company and would have him come back again.  I recommend him highly.

They are extremely professional, and did a great job! very clean, the job looks just spectacular. We would use them again and again and will refer them to anybody that needs flooring.

Kami is an excellent craftsman and gentleman.  He is a perfectionist when it come to laying engineered hardwood floors and tiles. This is the second home we have had Kami install flooring. Both homes turned out beautifully.  I highly recommend Kami as a skilled flooring installer.
