Great company and great service. After making one call the night before, they were able to come the next day. Nadav and Rigo were terrific. Professional, nice to deal with, knowledgeable, thorough. They checked inside the house and all around the yard. Identified leaks, faulty sprinklers etc, marked everthing and provided recommendations and quick follow-up. Highly recommended!

I got the unfortunate knock on my door and news from SoCal Gas that I have a gas leak in my condo unit. After talking to several plumbers and getting a leak detection test, I found out the leak was underground by my meter. It was an expensive and difficult job and needless to say, the entire situation was stressful. Of the plumbers I talked to, Oscar was the one I trusted most and he made dealing with the gas leak a lot easier. He was timely with responding, honest about what needed to be done, and fair about the cost. He was also exactly on time when he came for inspection and the job.

I highly recommend Oscar. I'm thrilled to finally have gas, to take a hot shower, and to have a plumber I can rely on in the future.

I really don't like leaving reviews like this. I was just not going to leave anything, but then I felt like it was bad karma on my part to let other innocent people use this plumber and find themselves in trouble. I'll be fair. That are responsive to your calls. And they are clean. And they are courteous. However, we've had them come out three times (each visit costing over $300.00) with disappointing and costly results. First visit was to clear a drain. Turned out they only pushed the clog further down the line. When we tried using a less-used bathtub, we ended up with flooding on our ground floor from two sinks. They were curt in the response to this issue saying they only warranty work for 30 days. But before we had this flooding and the nasty phone call, we had them out again (not knowing they had created problems waiting for us to discover). In this second visit they installed a faucet that began leaking from the base mount within three days. We could not figure out where the water came from at first. So we tried various tactics, nothing working. Then we had them out again to troubleshoot, but they decided to overlook their own shoddy work and instead claim they didn't know where the water came from, and recommended we seal our counters. Of course, over time, this worsened and they won't cover their work yet again. So they've gotten away with nearly a thousand bucks from us, created more problems, and refused to address the issues they created. Buyer beware.

Luis was so great! I had a leak in my bathroom he was out same day fixed everything within a few hours. His price is also very competitive. I already referred him to one of my friends. Definitely a trustworthy plumber.

They did a great job! They helped us with our low water pressure in our shower. Great at responding to messages, were on time, efficient and clear at communicating the problem with our shower. Will go back to them for future help.

I had a new toilet installed, which had water coming out from the base and my bathroom smelled like sulfur.  After searching Yelp, I came across Roma Rooter, and based on the reviews, decided to call Chris. Chris stopped by on the date agreed, took his time to assess the problem, and fixed the toilet.  He was honest, took his time with the repair, and left the bathroom clean. Given the amount of time he took, the price of the repair was more than reasonable.  Will definitely use Roma Rooter for all my plumbing needs! Highly recommend Roma Rooter!

Howard was a great guy!  Came in on Sunday and arrived on time. Was super fast and efficient, in and out within 10-15 minutes.  And most importantly, no more flooding sink.  Would highly recommend.

Jet Drain is the go to for plumbing issues for the properties that I manage in the South Bay and surrounding area. One thing I always find myself saying to them is that they never say, 'NO.' They really go above and beyond. I was surprised by a call yesterday, on a Sunday by them only to find out they accommodated one of my tenants despite it being Sunday of all days! Abi the owner gave me an honest update and is always good about communicating. From small every day jobs to larger jobs that take some more time and extra effort, Abi and his team really are the best. Before anything they are honest, even when they know they are going to get an earful sometimes. Another good thing is they have become more familiar with CA tenant law and know how serious some situations can get. Abi takes the time to speak to property owners and will even attend HOA meetings if necessary. There are not enough words so to put it simply, Jet Drain is simply the best. Good job dealing with the worst jobs guys!

I had a pipe leak I was working on and finally got to a point where I needed a bit of assistance to finish the fix. Leo showed up to assess and help within an hour of my request and helped me work through the plumbing solution trying to boil down an estimate to get the job done as a final repair, not a bandaid. He and his team were here to finish the repair right when he said and completed nothing short of exactly what was needed to get water back to my house.  
Some key points I was impressed by were his promptness, attentiveness to the problem at hand, willingness to help, and generosity for information in long-term planning for my future projects.
Will definitely be my first call in any future problems and the big projects I have planned.

A pipe in my attic sprung a leak causing water to come through my ceiling :(  Jeremie was here quickly and fixed the pipe.  My walls and a door jam are saturated with water.  He called an extraction company for me, to begin the process of drying out and replacing the soaked drywall and door jam...something I would have no idea of how to do, or where to begin.  Jeremie has followed up twice to see if I was being taken care of.  Jeremie ROCKS!  Honest, reliable and hard working.  He's earned my respect and from here on out, I won't go anywhere else for any plumbing needs!

A true example of an experienced and well equipped plumber. I've used him in the past and have never had any regrets. A problem solver and more than just a plumber. I highly recommend him as your first option you won't be disappointed. He even pointed out things that were wrong beforehand.

Derek was responsive, listened attentively to concerns, arrived on time as promised,  great work and craftsmanship. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly.  Very fair prices and they aren't looking in to rip you a new one. Will definitely call them again and highly recommend them if you have any emergency plumbing issues.

I've had a few home inspections in the past and I can tell you John and his team are among the best in the business. From scheduling to going over details on the report, John did an excellent job. I will use Home Inspection Authority in the future and I highly recommend them.

Great! Took care of problems fast. Very nice technician. He explained the problem thoroughly without condescension and was quick to make arrangements for having a larger problem resolved another day.

They are responsive and have an after hours on-call plumber for weekend and evening calls, which cost more than scheduled weekday calls.  Seem knowledgeable about the issues.  Their work is good and prices reasonable.  Clean-up is ok.  You will need to ASK them to wipe off shoes or wear booties on a wood floor.  I would keep track of arrival and departure times since they appear to round up.  I would use them again.
