We had a leak in our property (between the main and the house and we have a long driveway) and I called this company since it seemed to be highly rated. The office lady was pleasant and helpful. Rigo came the next morning. He was pleasant to deal with, explaining what he was doing along the way. After a few hours of working he suggested the location of the leak. He recommended a plumber, who was very responsive and eventually located the leak and fixed it. It turned out that the location of the leak was a couple of feet off, but the pipe was really deep and it was PVC, which made the detection very tricky. So overall I was satisfied the work they did and the location of the leak was close enough for the plumber as a starting point.

After experiencing reoccurring frustration with plumbing issues at home and with plumbers, I came across Oscar on Yelp and I am so happy I found him! He is such a sweet guy, super communicative and fixed our issues. His prices are reasonable and he will provide excellent service to make sure you are good afterwards as well. He is super knowledgeable and I am so glad I finally found my go-to plumber!  Thanks again Oscar :)

I cannot speak highly enough of Olson's Plumbing.  Not only can I trust that they will do excellent work on any job, they have been incredibly trustworthy over the years that we have been using them.  I've lost count of how many times we've had to give them a call.

When a different plumbing company told me that I'd need to have half of my bathroom wall ripped out to fix a broken shower, Paul came and fixed the problem without damaging the wall at all.  It's been a few years and we've had no further issues with the shower.

When we briefly smelled gas outside recently, we called a company that touted themselves as gas specialists to investigate.  They concluded that we had two leaks and quoted us thousands of dollars to fix it.  Of course, we headed to Olson's for a second opinion.  Richard and Marco came out and did a thorough investigation, but could find no leaks anywhere.  

You can't beat Olson's when it comes to quality work and integrity.  They've literally saved me thousands of dollars over the years, and I won't make the mistake of calling anyone else ever again.

Five Star Plumbing!!! I had an emergency with a toilet over flow and they came quickly and the plumbers were very clean and efficient. They even wore shoe covers so they wouldn't dirty the floor. Very courteous and professional. The prices are very reasonable. I've called them back for other repairs and happy with the work every time. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

With this company, when you call for help they always willing to come and help, we had multiple jobs done by them and I have not been disappointed, they are great they get the job done you will be very satisfied with their great quality work.

Chris is an excellent plumber.  He came to our house quickly and unclogged a bathroom sink that our handyman couldn't fix.  He just knew exactly what needed to be done.  He used his equipment and showed us the roots that were causing the clog.  He explained everything and instructed us on what we can do to prevent future clogs.  We were so happy with his expertise and now we know who to call for our plumbing needs.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I liked their service and courtesy. They did a clean speedy job clearing my clogged bathroom sink. I think it took Mike 5 to 10 minutes from start to finish. When you was done he cleaned the sink so I didn't have to clean it. Everything was the way it should be when he finished.
In my opinion, the price was fair and I have no complaints. William, the owner,  kept me in the loop so I knew when to expect the technician. It was all very professional and I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. They do more than clearing clogged drains. They do other plumbing services like servicing tankless water heaters. I will be giving them a call when it's time to do the maintenance service for my water heater. I was very happy with their work.

Really nice guys who are happy to explain all of your questions and concerns.  Did their job well, cared about keeping the house as clean as possible while they worked, and will recommend them to others in the future.

They were on time. Straightforward and showed me why we we need to be fixed or replaced something. They also gave us options on how they could fix it and the cost. So at the end of the day they are reasonably price, did quality work and proved to us why something needed to be done. We had massive damage to our sewage lines and I got to see the extensive damage in person and via video. They were very fast. Diagnosed on Sunday, started and completed the work on Monday, even with multiple additional issues that occurred. We had over 100 ft of sewer lines replaced.

I originally made an appointment with someone else. For some reason, I wasn't feeling that fuzzy feeling after making the appointment so I called Aquaman. Not the cheapest but knew how to look for my leaks. Turned out that it wasn't a plumbing leak at all, There was a crack below the skimmer that was just draining the water out of my pool about 1/2 inch per day. They even caulked the crack at no additional charge.

We noticed there was a possible leak above our garage. Within the same day, LC came to assess if it was a plumbing issue or structural. After determining it was indeed a plumbing issue, we had him go ahead to locate and repair the leak. He was very transparent about what he was doing and why. Because of wood beams obstructing the view from inside, he determined he would need to go outside through the stucco. Because we have an HOA, we asked if he could wait until we notified them and went ahead and made an appointment for him to come the next morning. He arrived right at the appointed time and found the leak right away. I was very satisfied with the work done and his price was very fair.

He was upfront from the beginning that he would only be able to identify and repair the leak and referred us to another company for the water damage repair and patching the stucco. I was happy for his honesty and the referral and I was glad he also notified us to check with our home insurance regarding the water damage.

I would recommend LC to anyone I know personally and would consider consulting them again for any future plumbing projects or issues.

He was on time and was very professional. He answered questions we had and gave helpful information. We very pleased with the work. We'll definitely be calling him back in the future for our plumbing needs and will highly recommend him to family and friends!

Gentlemen as very nice but after a week the faucets are still leaking and one is leaking even more.  Also, one fixture I had to replace as worker broke it.  It was very old so maybe not his fault 100% but it was not broken (a screw) before he worked on it, so that cost me one stem that needed to be replaced.

Nice guys, apt took two days to get here as that was what their schedule permitted and I agreed upon.

But, $199 and I am right where I am before but now $199 out of pocket.

They should know, fix it and if you can't just move on.

So again, one stem was needed to be replaced as they broke a screw that holds a knob.  And that faucet and another one are both leaking still.

Not good, do not recommend at all.  Move on to another company

I met John in one of my Open Houses in Highland Park and he is the only inspector I know that take the time to visit Realtors on the weekends to explain all what he offers, including a 90 days warranty for our clients. I recommended him with 2 of my buyers and they are satisfied and happy with the inspection and report.

I called All City Plumbing because my usual vendor was not available and it was a simple clogged drain in a bathroom sink to clear.  I had made an attempt to clear it myself but after removing the trap to get to the clog I was unable to clear it. Their price was a little higher than typical but they were able to come out on my schedule so I booked it.  Thomas showed up timely and was able to clear the drain in quick order.  When I booked the call I told the person that I needed the trap re-installed once cleared and to ensure there would be no leak upon completion.  I have had trouble before with different plumbers where a fixture would leak after the drain is cleared so I always ensure that this would not happen again.  Thomas re-installed the trap and went on his merry way.  Unfortunately almost immediately I noticed the trap was leaking.  I called the company back to have them back out to eliminate the leak.  Instead of coming out and fixing it the person decided to tell me they were refunding my money and not returning.  Saying the plumber should not have touched the job if the trap was off when he arrived.  Interesting statement since I told them up front when making the appt. that the trap was removed and needed to be re-installed without leaking.  Now two days later I contact the company to ensure my refund is on its way only to be called back and told they are not refunding my money.  They completed half the job they were given by clearing the drain.  They did not re-install the trap in a professional non-leaking manner. If re-installing the trap was going to be a problem for them, they should have declined the job both at the time of scheduling it and or when the plumber showed up and saw it removed and parts cleaned.
I had a second company come out yesterday and re-install the trap.  It is not leaking!  I paid for their service. I should be entitled to the refund I was promised.  I will be pursuing all avenues to get my refund.  In the meantime I felt it important that others be warned not to use this company!

My family has used Keefe for decades and we have always been happy with their professional, knowledgeable and reliable service. They are not a discount service, but their prices are fair and competitive with comparable businesses.

They fixed the water line to my refrigerator. The whole process was simple, the office staff was friendly and quick to set up a time for the next morning. Warren the plumber was on time, professional, competent and worked quickly to fix the issue. Overall happy with the service and cost for the job, would use them again.
