Their use of technology made the scheduling and contracting process very easy to understand and smooth. I was emailed reminders of the appointment and copies of the contract that I e-signed. They found my leak within 40 minutes, flagged it, show it to me, and sent me a report. It was a little pricey, but I think I got good service for the money.

We hired The Waterboy Leak detection in hopes of finding a leak in the exterior of a home that was coming from a planter. We would empty the planter and it would constantly fill up and stay stagnant at the same level. It was unclear where the leak was coming from, even after we dug through the planter. We originally thought it might be coming from a sprinkler line, but there was literally no sprinkler lines there. And that's when we called The Waterboy and met Nadav. The man came the very next day and within half an hour, found the source of the leak which ended up coming from a hidden hose bip from the neighbor's home! Nadav is knowledgeable, professional, and most of all, just an enjoyable person to be around. He also loves a challenge, which I admire about him. I'd highly recommend him and his crew to detect any leaks that are tough to find.

Having owned my home for years I have encountered many different companies, some worthy of a return visit and some would never call again. I can comfortably say that this company is among one of the best.

1,000 stars! We purchased and moved into a new home snd the inspection report, the pool service company, the plumber and the Gardner all failed to locate the source of a major backyard water leak. The water company informed us the seller had a bill of $900 for December, in which they consumed 70k gallons of water in one month!

This was not disclosed prior to sale. We spent a ton of money on the aforementioned experts and then I looked for a leak detection company after the county refused to come address the issue.

The leak detection team was met with skepticism by my husband at first, then they troubleshooted every possibility. They found a valve connected to a pipe in the infinity spa which was projectile spurting out water! They recommended disconnecting the valve from the pool sensors / equipment. The pool service company didn't even pick up on it. The team was so professional, fun, and patient! They came out to our property within an hour of my cry for help. Highly recommended!

For the second time I had to call in another leak detection service to get to the bottom of my high water bills. I decided to try a different company this time. I called on Tuesday and got a live person on the phone who was quite pleasant. I was scheduled on the following Thursday. A very nice young man Shlomi came out with some sophisticated equipment that was not used by the first leak finder. He took his time and after two hours (I have a large yard) pinpointed the leak is in my courtyard pipes. He also showed me how to temporarily turn off my sprinkler valve to stop the water & meter from running and wasting water... until I get someone back out here to fix the leaking pipe. I was impressed to find someone so young to be so professional and polite. I hope I don't have to use him again... but if I do I would not hesitate to call the Waterboy again.

From the moment I contacted them to the payment, they have been nothing but professional! They came out very quickly, tried to find a leak and turns out I don't have one. That's great news except now I have to stop using so much water!

Everyone we dealt with at Waterboy was extremely polite, prompt, and professional. We had a leak we'd be notified of by the city but with a crazy outdated network of irrigation we had no idea where to start. Omer answered our call right away and sent out Shlomi the next day. Shlomi spent a couple hrs diligently testing and searching and was finally able to pin point our leak despite the difficulty of the all copper plumbing echoing every sound throughout the system. Our water bill tripled and we knew we had a leak. The pool detection company already ruled out the pool as the culprit so we told Schlomi that we were relying on him to find the leak elsewhere. Schlomi didn't disappoint and was able to pinpoint an underground pipe leak. He was professional, thorough, friendly, and explained the process and findings well. Would not hesitate to reach out to Waterboy Detection in the future should we need the help again. The residential fee paid was $350 which I thought was reasonable.

I found this company through yelp and requested a quote. Within minutes, Nadav reached out to me and was able to work around my schedule to get a technician over to determine if my master bedroom shower had a leak. I've contacted so many plumbers and they were unable to identify why there would leak from my second floor. Rigo, the technician was able to diagnosed our problem and provided knowledgeable advice on how to fix the issue. He check all bathroom in our house to make sure there wasn't any leak and we also found out that our sprinkler system had a leak and needed replacement! I had a persistent leak, I thought it was the pool, but when LVMWD put in a smart meter, we concluded it was not a pool leak. I called another company and they couldn't come for two weeks, but Waterboy was able to come in 48 hours. The located the leak in the main supply line accurately and precisely. Very good value for the service, no upselling etc. Omer and Shlomi are smart and professional. They take a thorough and comprehensive approach, they listened to my hunch but ruled out other possibilities. Highly recommend!

After an abnormally high water bill, we were encouraged to consider using a leak detection service to see if that was the issue. Nadav was helpful, patient, and transparent when I called to get more information on their services, even having me take some initial steps to assess before booking our appointment. Rigo arrived on-time, was friendly, and thorough, but most importantly, asked us questions about our water usage we hadn't considered. Ultimately (and thankfully) he did not detect any leak, but suggested it was likely an issue in the settings that may have been unknowingly adjusted on our sprinkler system. Nadav and his crew are honest and helpful, and I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone unfortunate enough to have plumbing leaks.

I called Waterboy Leak Detection because I was dealing with a leak that 2 different plumbers could not locate. Nadav explained what type of service they provide, and said that the type of leak I have is something that they are unable to detect. However, he was very helpful in ultimately helping me fix my issues by providing a referral to someone who can.

I called once again, and Nadav once more came through, even though I ended up not needing his services, and recommended a contractor to restore my bedroom to what it was before the water damage. Thank you so much for being a trustworthy organization!

Wow wow wow!!! Just bought a new house, and have been having a bunch of things go wrong on me. Had issues with the hot water heater, and when we got that fixed, all of a sudden, the floors in the living room start feeling warm in various spots. My worst fear...a slab leak.

Needed to know right away, and looked around, and called Waterboy Leak, based on reviews here on Yelp. They dispatched someone same day and did a thorough check, including thermal scans and looking through all the plumbing fixtures to check if there was a leak, and/or where it would be.

After all this, they found no leaks, and found that the water pipes for the hot water were laid close to the slab, and might be warming up the concrete. My worst fears were laid to rest. Thank you for the quick turn around, and will be recommending you guys to anyone looking to check for leaks.

On a side note, felt more comfortable that they're not going to say I actually had a leak if there wasn't one, because they don't do the repairs. I had a concern that if a leak company comes out and says there is a leak, just to get more repairs to charge for. I could be just being totally paranoid, but I felt very comfortable with Waterboy all the way. Thanks for the piece of mind!

Waterboy came by to look for a leak for us that was difficult to detect. They believed they found the leak behind our shower, but were not 100% convinced. They refused to charge us until we 100% verified the leak and even connected us with another group to ensure they were correct. They ultimately did not end up charging us for their services and we were able to successfully find the leak.

He asked me some questions and determined that they were not able to help me and advised me to call a plumber. I asked him for a referral, which he provided. So incredibly helpful, trustworthy, professional, and efficient. I was in an irrational panic when we found water damage (again) in our home. Nadav was so patient and walked me through everything I needed to think about to figure out the source of the problem. These guys are by far the absolute best! We had an impossible to find leak that had been undiagnosed by a real estate inspector, plumber and three AC companies. After arriving (even early!) to the appointment our expert technician not only identified the leak but provided pictures and descriptions to aide us in exactly how to proceed.

I called and got same day service, the service was professional and here's the difference -- they not only cared but were as determined as we were to find the source of the leak. Highly, highly recommend -- you will not be disappointed as the attention to detail and follow through are unmatched.

We order the water leak detection to our house because we thought we have a leaking towards to the front yard. An hour before they came ,our gardener told us that the valve is broken and that's why we have so many water in the front. Over the summer we got a notice from the DWP that we had a spike in our water bill which most likely was a leak. We called The Water Boy because they were close to our home in Calabasas. We had a leak in our property (between the main and the house and we have a long driveway) and I called this company since it seemed to be highly rated. The office lady was pleasant and helpful. Rigo came the next morning. He was pleasant to deal with, explaining what he was doing along the way. After a few hours of working he suggested the location of the leak. He recommended a plumber, who was very responsive and eventually located the leak and fixed it. It turned out that the location of the leak was a couple of feet off, but the pipe was really deep and it was PVC, which made the detection very tricky. So overall I was satisfied the work they did and the location of the leak was close enough for the plumber as a starting point.

I highly recommend The Waterboy Leak Detection! I came down my staircase in my house and saw a weird puddle on my marble floors. I thought very little of it, so I cleaned it up and went on with my day. I came back 30 minutes later and the puddle was there AGAIN! I had no idea what to do, so I called a lead detection business. I called Waterboy, the lady instructed me to temporarily shut off my water until someone showed up and Rigo arrived at my door very quickly. Considering there is a global pandemic, I was a bit concerned. Rigo was on top of it!! He had a mask, gloves, and shoe slippers. I showed him the puddle and he went off on his mission to find the problem. It was quick, he found that the water had actually run through the crevices of the marble to a completely different place. The actual leak was in a wall under the staircase, 10 feet away. He told me confidently that the leak was behind that specific wall and urged that I let him open up the wall. Low and behold, there was the leak. It was clear that Rigo knew exactly what he was doing. This could have been a disaster if the Waterboy didn't act quickly. Recommend!!!!

I had received emails from water and power notifying me that I may have a significant leak due to continuous water use at my home. I had tried several times to locate the leak myself, but couldn't find anything unusual. I called Waterboy and they had a leak detection expert at my house with a couple hours. Rigo was very nice and professional. I was concerned about having someone in the house due to Covid, but he wore a mask the whole time and worked quickly. He checked the house, under the house, all front and backyard irrigation and pool. He located the leak which was well hidden from view in the backyard. I'd have never found it on my own. Called on a late Friday afternoon. They squeezed me in first thing Saturday a.m. Nadav was absolutely great and totally respectful of our home, especially during these COVID days. He verified there was not a pressurized pipe leak and said it was either the drain or a leak through the grout. He had a plumber call me and the plumber told me how to test the drain without even coming over. Problem solved. They were honest and fair and totally professional. Hopefully I'll never have another leak issue but, if I do, I would absolutely call this company.

Omg, what an incredible find!!! After multiple plumbing companies, too many holes in my wall, somehow my angels pointed me in this direction. Rigo and Omri quickly found the leak (two leaks) with some seriously impressive detective work! They have an acoustic machine and an infrared camera--both things no plumber will have! I urge you to use this company. The disposition of these two guys was absolutely the best. Nice gentlemen--would not let me carry the ladder and were friendly to my children. Amazing service. Two thumbs up!!!

I don't write these reviews often but when I do it's because a company surpasses my expectations. After the water department notified us about a leak in our yard, we hired Nadav and his team based on their 5 star reviews. They not only lived up to their impeccable reputation but far exceeded our expectations . Their professionalism and determination to find the leak in our yard was unparalleled . They combed 2 and a half acres to find the leak and refused to give up until they found it . We cannot recommend this company enough. If you have a leak somewhere on your property I wouldn't look anywhere else .

We hired Waterboy Leak Detection from Google search and reviews from Yelp, to investigate a very high water bill. Nadav came and he did an excellent job of detecting a water leak in the turn-on valve of the irrigation system which is under the landlord's control but billed to our water meter. More importantly, Nadav found that the lawn was overirrigated, which was flooded after turning the sprinkler system on for a few minutes. His detailed report, pictures and video will hopefully help us in getting a bill adjustment from LADWP and getting the landlord to take responsibility for the water usage for irrigation.

Having a leak is very stressful, but The Waterboy has made it much simpler to remedy!!!! Getting an appointment was easy by phone and within a day. Nadav and Rigo showed up right on time, with masks and shoe coverings of course!! They performed the inspection of my apartment, and explained in depth where the potential leak(s) have been coming from. They checked all the surrounding areas narrowed it down, and marked the leak locations. They made several suggestions for the contractor and plumber who will be making the repairs. They will return again once the area has been opened up for the final detection. I cannot thank them enough for their amazing service. It's making the process so much easier for me, and Nadav has been staying in touch to follow up. Your service is excellent, employees professional, and very courteous!!! We received a warning from DWP that our water use is not normal and we should order a leak detection. We found the Water Boy on line. It was Saturday and they were the only ones that picked up the phone. They were at our home in two hours and did their thing. They marked the spot were the leak was and left.
Needless to say, the plumber that came to fix the pipe found the broken pipe right at the mark.
We liked their attitude and spirit. We highly recomand them.

Very happy with this company. We had a very high water bill. Rigo came out and he surveyed our home thoroughly. Once he concluded his report he marked the spot and told us whats going on. We had the plumber come out and it was exactly there. Rigo was clean and professional. Highly recommend them!

It's rare to find a company that is honest, with great customer service and experienced service representatives. Water Boy fits the bill. I had a suspicious potential leak in a multi unit residence in WLA and they were able to come out the next morning as I requested.Their field manager Nadav was on time & spent two hours leaving no stone unturned. He verified there was no leak in any pressurized pipes, spent considerable time conferring with my A/C & plumbing specialist by phone regarding possible leak from an A/C unit and kept me informed at every turn. Nadav gave me recommendations on how to monitor the issue, inasmuch as everything appeared dry by the time he conducted his inspection. Then, he provided me with his cell phone number & told me to contact him immediately if we suspect the problem has returned so he can come right over to investigate. I received my written report that evening as well as follow-up email. Not only is Nadav lovely to deal with, he is extremely professional and diligent. Pricing is reasonable and competitive. Highly recommend Water Boy !!

We started seeing our floors buckle up. We found The Waterboy Leak Detection on yelp and they came out right away. They understood our sense of urgency and had crews out that same day afternoon. We are so happy with the work they did. They listened to our pipes and marked the area on the floor where it had burst. They even gave us a plumber and we had it fixed by the end of the week. I felt that my told floor in the kitchen was warm. I called our Plummer and he referred me to The Waterboy for leak detection. Omer arrived with his special equipment and after half an hour he discovered that I had a hot water broken line under the kitchen tile. Omer marked the exact location of the broken pipe. We were notified by the DWP that our bill was abnormally high. We called The Waterboy. A very nice technician came the next day. He was very thorough and quick. He did a few tests and told us it was in our sprinkler system. He continued to test the irrigation and found that the connections at the valves were completely burst. The ease of mind was worth every penny. We got it fixed and our bill was back to normal. Thank you Waterboy, will recommend you always.

I never knew how many problems a leak could cause. I was doing some cleaning and found MOLD ON THE CEILING OF MY ATTIC! I called a mold inspector who cleaned the mold, but he wasn't able to find where it was coming from. I called The Waterboy and they found it quickly and non invasively! These guys know what they're doing and I would definitely use their services again!

Last two water billing cycle surprised to see higher bill than previous bill. We contact LADWP and complain with explanation LADWP investigation said we have water leak in the slab and it is not covered by LADWP we should detect it and repair it ASAP. LADWP will not give us any discount or credit about high water bill because it is our property fault. We did search on the internet for reliable quick solution for repair and found the site called Water Boy Leak Detection We are happy to find and contact that company which came out ASAP identified the leaks repair and secured with minimum time at lowest cost. Great team. They came same day that we called. Their office was in out city so they made it work early evening. We heard a hissing sound in our wall and it drove us crazy all night. I'm really happy with The Waterboy. I started seeing my bills spiking randomly I thought maybe my sprinklers were running longer. Turns out I had a pipe under my floors that was broken. For the longest time I could not understand why our we kept getting these crazy water bills. One month we were out of town most of the month and still got a crazy bill so I wanted to call a plumber. I'm not particularly handy, and I didn't even know where to begin or that I may have a water leak. Thankfully, my husband insisted on doing a little bit of research before we brought in the plumber. He found The Waterboy Leak Detection website and followed the suggested steps to test for a leak. Sure enough, after we turned off the appliances, our water meter was spinning like crazy! We immediately called The Waterboy and they were at our house in just a few hours. I can honestly say this team is fantastic to work with! Omer was knowledgeable and kind during the leak detection and he was able to get to the bottom of the problem (it was the shower). I'd estimate we saved at least a few hundred dollars in repair costs because we took the time for leak detection. I highly recommend this company!

We discovered a leak underground in our sprinkler system. My husband tried to find it but couldn't. I found Waterboy though Yelp and called .
