All City Plumbing

I have two words for All City....Josh Ortiz.  Without doubt the best service person let alone plumber we have ever met and worked with.  His level of professionalism and care is uncharted.  We just moved to SoCal so finding someone reliable brings a bit of anxiety.  Josh and All City made it EASY.

I honestly felt like I was dealing with my brother.  He is easy to talk to and EXPLAINS EVERYTHING so we understood why we were paying for the services we needed which added tremendous value.

He worked at our house for nearly two weeks with a group of guys that I also appreciated - especially Michael who spent two days digging a hole in our front yard and under our house replacing pipes.  Along with Josh and one other gentleman who I forgot but he loved our dog, lol.

Plumbing is expensive right?  But when you deal with Josh Ortiz and he not just tells you but SHOWS you why you need the work done he also breaks down options.  He is patient.  He is professional.  He is an absolute rockstar.

I honestly thought he was an owner of the company when I met him.  I am so grateful we found All City on yelp.  The 5 star ratings are real.  I have a feeling Josh is probably one of the main reasons why.  But we will never work with another plumbing company again.  Thank you All City and Josh Ortiz!!! #1 Plumber in SoCal by far.

My garbage disposal was leaking and I called them. They came day of and Aj was my plumber. He was very quick and so nice and did the job in a very timely manner. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend!

I highly recommend All City Plumbing especially Zachary Talbot who is quick, honest, and an expert in what he does. He came due to a leak issue and was very prompt and professional and was able to pinpoint the root cause. Overall I had a 5 star experience with this gentleman so I highly advocate for him and his professionalism.

All City Plumbing employees were prompt , communicated at ever step and provided photos and videos of work that need to be done.
Also they are very flexible and quick in their work process.

We needed a washer as well as a toilet valve replaced and All City was able to provide someone immediately! Michael Olivares came out, looked at the issue, explained it to me and my landlord very clearly. He was able to swap the valves, fix any leaks quickly and effectively. I can't recommend All City, specifically Michael enough!

I was in need of a plumber to replace my commercial water heater and all city plumbing came out during the 4th of July weekend and had it replaced and installed Monday on 4th of July. Mayans plumber's name was Paul very nice young man and pleasant and knew his stuff I would highly recommend this company for their diligence kindness and professionalism to anyone in need of any type of plumbing service. Once again thank you all city plumbing and thank you Paul for handling this situation before the tenants started an uproar without hot water. You the man.

I was able to schedule same day service and Victor Medina was great! He was professional, informative, and completed the job successfully. He went above what I expected.

We had a leak causing the toilet to constantly refill and it was wasting water so I called All City. This is the second time I called them because they made a great impression on me the last time. I saved their number on my phone. This company is very professional and responses to calls and texts right away. I like how All City sent us a text of the plumber coming to our house with a little backyard info and a picture. Micheal came to our house this time. He is a very polite and hard working young man. I felt like he was very honest with us and was very accommodating. Ultimately, Michael helped to install a new toilet in our bathroom. He also took pictures of the corroded pipes under our house that also needed to be replaced. He took pictures and video of the problem and showed us exactly what was wrong and spent all day fixing it. He didn't leave until it was done. We are very satisfied with his work and we would call All City again. Thank you Michael!

Your plumber Aaron was sent to unclog my kitchen sink. 3/2/22  He was very professional and explained to us the problem thoroughly. Hopefully he's sent again to complete the job.

Ruben was so helpful and easy to work with. He explained everything to me in detail and offered us lots of options for long-term updates and improvements to our current plumbing system. Strongly recommend this company, they are friendly and through. Request Ruben if you can!

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to this company and Mr. Joseph Rand who's a quality control supervisor.  This is my second time to use this company within the last two years for my two different properties. I could get a same day appointment when I called. When they found out my pluming problem was not completely solved by routine skill, they sent Joseph to my property right away even though it was late Saturday afternoon 6pm.  By the time he finished his work it was 8pm already.  He did a such great job.  I was so impressive. I highly recommend this company to people who has plumbing problems. I trust this company.

We had an excellent experience with All City Plumbing. James Remmell was the technician assigned to us to replace our water heater. He was running a little behind but he contacted me several times with updates on his ETA.  He arrived and he was extremely pleasant and obviously very knowledgeable in his field.  He started working to replace the water heater. He needed a few additional parts and went down the street to Home Depot to get them. He constantly gave me updates as to the status of the installation. He kept a very clean workspace within our garage. He was just so pleasant to talk to. I felt very confident I was getting an excellent job done with my installation. I would fully recommend James Remmel with All City Plumbing as a great technician for water heaters, plumbing problem, gas lines, etc. You name it he can do it!

Jason C. Came out and was courteous and professional. Did a great job. All City Plumbing picked up the phone when I called and was very helpful, they got Jason to my residence within 1 hour. Thank you Jason C. and Thank you All City Plumbing.

Jason and Michael were absolute rockstars at my place today. Very professional and friendly guys who clearly explained everything they were doing. They kept the house clean and were incredibly kind. This place is great. Highly recommend it!

Robert Truijllo was great. He came and fixed all my concerns and issues with our kitchen and bathroom sinks. He was very courteous, polite and very professional and wanted to make sure the job was done right. He had to come back a couple times to finish the work but was in contact with me the whole time making sure the job got done. I would highly recommend Robert for any of your plumbing needs as well as all city plumbing.

Miguel is very professional and trustworthy.  He laid out all the options and solutions on what needed to be done.  I appreciate the fact that he was honest and was on time with our appointment.  He's the best!

Literally with in 2 hours of discovering a leak in our water main in the front yard, Tommy and Jesse from All City Plumbing came and repaired the leak! They did a fantastic job and left the job site Spock and span! Thank you guys!

Tommy Serrato definitely gave fast and professional service. We had messed up pipes from roots and previous wanna be/poser plumbers in the past just patched up the symptoms.
Tommy and team provided the solution in a fast and professional manner. He even gave us a usb flashdrive for us to see the piping from a first view perspective(camera recording).
From then on, we'll never use poser cheap plumbers and will stick to licensed legitimate plumbers such as All City Plumbing!

Miguel Valtierra did a great job on clearing the main line.  Miguel is very professional person and have
good skill on plumbing.
Would recommend to any body that need plumbing work.

Junior was very professional and gave me an honest opinion. Even though I decided not to jet he still offered a free camera inspection that helped me understand my drain situation. I would recommend this company if you have an issue and need a quick response with excellent service

Friendly service and fixed my pipes for free!!! Ask for Johnny he's a great guy. Very honest. I rent and my landlord is super cheap about repairs but he laid out a great plan for me to show her that I believe would change her mind.

We have a issue with leak in water pipe coming from the city. Pierre and his team quickly identify issues from the house without proper inspection and bad installation works.
Pierre work from morning to until late at night to ensure we have running water before leaving and continue work on the next day. Pierre even install a new kitchen faucet that we already have for free.

Tommy S. came out on Memorial Day and quickly located the issue that had led to water leaking into our wall and out into our daughter's room. While it means a large repair, I'm grateful for the prompt and thorough free evaluation! Great, will certainly use them again!

Jose V from All City plumbing was very experienced and supper helpful. He resulted the plumbing issues within seconds! I highly recommended this company if have a plumbing issue!  Thank you  Jose!

11/3/2020   This is an update to my review of this fabulous company from last week.       We had a new issue come up at our house - our tankless water heater just stopped working mid dishwashing!  I called City Plumbing and Frances jumped right on getting Luis out to our house to look at the water heater.  It turned out to be a tripped breaker, and bless his heart, Luis did not look at me like I was a looney lady for calling him out for this simple fix.  He asked me about whether we had been instructed upon installation about maintenance and filters for the unit.  We had not, so I went ahead and authorized the service and installation of the filter system.  Everything was done by early evening.  The professionalism is tremendous.  Everyone from this company has taken care to be clean and clean up.  I really appreciate that.  Put City Plumbing and Rooter at the top of your plumbing list!

I called All City Plumbing because my usual vendor was not available and it was a simple clogged drain in a bathroom sink to clear.  I had made an attempt to clear it myself but after removing the trap to get to the clog I was unable to clear it. Their price was a little higher than typical but they were able to come out on my schedule so I booked it.  Thomas showed up timely and was able to clear the drain in quick order.  When I booked the call I told the person that I needed the trap re-installed once cleared and to ensure there would be no leak upon completion.  I have had trouble before with different plumbers where a fixture would leak after the drain is cleared so I always ensure that this would not happen again.  Thomas re-installed the trap and went on his merry way.  Unfortunately almost immediately I noticed the trap was leaking.  I called the company back to have them back out to eliminate the leak.  Instead of coming out and fixing it the person decided to tell me they were refunding my money and not returning.  Saying the plumber should not have touched the job if the trap was off when he arrived.  Interesting statement since I told them up front when making the appt. that the trap was removed and needed to be re-installed without leaking.  Now two days later I contact the company to ensure my refund is on its way only to be called back and told they are not refunding my money.  They completed half the job they were given by clearing the drain.  They did not re-install the trap in a professional non-leaking manner. If re-installing the trap was going to be a problem for them, they should have declined the job both at the time of scheduling it and or when the plumber showed up and saw it removed and parts cleaned.
I had a second company come out yesterday and re-install the trap.  It is not leaking!  I paid for their service. I should be entitled to the refund I was promised.  I will be pursuing all avenues to get my refund.  In the meantime I felt it important that others be warned not to use this company!

This is a company you need to steer clear of.  They quoted me between $3500 - $4500 to put a camera down the drain to see where the issue was and very emphatically told me I had a busted pipe.  They were wrong!  Another plumber came out and snaked the overflow and put a camera down their for $295.  I only worked with them because the home warranty company sent them; ditching them and the home warranty company.
