I highly recommend My Drain Company for your sewer issues, Tony and Jose were right on time and made my main sewer line back up go away, they were well organized straight forward and very clean. Phenomenal job will definitely be using them again.

Vince is very polite and kind! He had a cancellation and was able to fit our appointment in a few hours earlier. He knew exactly what needed fixing over the phone when I described the issue with our toilet and was able to come the next day and take care of everything quickly. It was a pleasure working with him and we will be sure to reach out for any future needs.

We had a broken bed that needed immediate repair. I called a dozen handymen. Raul answered his phone faster than the rest, came by the same day, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He came to do the repairs the next day and everything was fixed perfectly. I will definitely be hiring him again whenever I need help.

Yama has been our plumber for years. He and his crew are always extremely knowledgeable and also pleasant to have in your home. They have replaced a sewer line, trouble shot and fixed leaks and replaced faucets.
Their work is great and I recommend them highly!

Our experience with Bryan was SO wonderful! I sent an inquiry, by the following morning, we were on the phone, and by the end of the week he was working on our issue. He is prompt, he is fair, and he is incredibly genuine -- the nicest guy ever.

Our project originally consisted of plastering up a small hole behind our water heater (where we've had some unwanted pests entering the house). When Bryan pulled the water heater out, he showed us that this small hole was actually gigantic. He also took note of some issues with our current (dated and discontinued) water heater. The job was originally done (some 13 years ago) by someone who is not a plumber, so naturally Bryan was able to see EVERYTHING that was done incorrectly, and unsafely. He didn't push us one way or the other, he delivered the facts as well as his opinion, and in the end, we replaced the whole unit. And he did a beautiful job with everything (so much so, our exterminator working on our pest issue mentioned how excellent the work was).

We were so pleased with our experience... but most especially working with Bryan. So trustworthy, so skilled -- we all have his number in our phones now for any future plumbing needs, he's THE guy.

Miguel is incredible.  Literally 15 minutes to respond and was in my property within the hour.  I cannot express enough in words how much I appreciate the professionalism, knowledge, diligence, and honest care this one man has shown.  I have had NIGHTMARES with plumbers before.  DON'T go through what I did.  Call Miguel @ True Rooter!

If I could leave a 6-star review I would. We smelled gas. We have a baby. It was freaking us out. I was on the phone with Daniel 10mins later. He + 2 co-workers arrived within an hour, after regular business hours, and assessed the issue. We located the valve that was leaking and isolated the issue so my family could sleep tonight not worrying about gas poisoning/explosion. It meant a lot to our family to be able to find quick pro help.

Came in as the cheapest for 2 sink shutoff replacements and a drain repair for my bathroom. Very quick and very friendly as well!

Provides prompt, quality work at reasonable prices.  Comes masked and is respectful of the premises.  Highly recommend!

No legit business responds the way this business does. Let's just say how a business responds to HONEST and BLUNT reviews says a lot.  

HAHA this business conveniently skipped those amazing business owners out there that are doing the right thing.  So, this woman as you so shamelessly claimed.... #shameonyou She is a Yelp Elite for 8+ years and always make a point to call out crappy businesses.  Period. Too bad this guy doesn't like being called out, and his reply proves it.  

I 100% stand by my experience engaging with this business owner.

Times must be tough.   Called @6pm and spoke to Gary (?) briefly to request an estimate to move a gas line. He asked I send send him picture and he can give me a range ballpark quote.  

But when I sent him the picture, he started asking about other jobs related to exhaust, hot and cold, water, etc. He even asked if it is a house or townhouse, that is totally irrelevant to the job estimate.  

When a potential customer inquired about a specific job, please don't try to add on other jobs that I'm not asking you for estimates.  

Of course, he did not provide any estimate.  And he was the only one of all the plumbers I talked to, who doubt that I would be tying gas at that location

Fishy.

Doug is my new go-to for any plumbing need.  He was on time (actually a few minutes early).  He doesn't talk your ear off and gets right to work.  I've always been skeptical of people who charge by the hour.  No need to worry about Doug's work ethic.  He's in, gets the job done right, and out.  Needed six stems replaced in three faucets, a shower adjusted (hot water wasn't working) and a tub snaked.  Total time 45 min.  I swear it would have taken me at least 4 hours.

SUMMARY

   From the call to request service, communication ahead of arrival (including bio and picture of technician) , on-time arrival,  professionalism, courtesy, and cleanliness of the work area, and after service care, this was the best Yelp found service provider I have found in my seven years Yelping and three years as an elite member.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

   Mr. Dannon Daniels: Extremely professional, expert plumber, accurate diagnosis and pinpoint underground location of the slab leak in the master bathroom hot water supply.  He provided for options to address the issue.  They included (in escalating work scope and cost):
   (a) direct fix (cutting through concrete foundation),
   (b) cap at manifold and re-route through attic, and
   (c) replace all water distribution (given home age and water quality)

We chose option (b).  He detailed the work to be performed and the projected duration.  As he completed steps, he shared explanation of findings along with photograph documentation.  It was amazing how his plan and expectations matched the actual work performed and physical findings.  He finished the seven hour job right on time (similar to a surgeon projecting surgery time).

Dannon, like a surgeon, had an amazing bedside manner.  He engaged with my mother (the senior overseer) and myself (the engineer) effortlessly, audience appropriately, and patiently through all phases of the service delivery.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

   Team wore gloves and masks during the inhome service.

   Team also wore shoe booties as they entered the home.  They were perfectly consistent in removing the booties every time they went outside the home and putting them back on upon entering.

PAYMENT

  Accepted credit card on site and offered payment plans if needed.

Perfect example of how this company handles business by the response I got. Also, I love how you twisted my words saying I called someone a piece of **** when I didn't. I did however say she WAS ACTING like one, two different things. In any event it was your service area of Long Beach because it was for my moms house so take ownership on your horrible customer service and unprofessional staff. It's good to be able to pay a plumbers under the table rather than companies such as yours. This way I know the person doing the hard work takes home all the money. I love my new private plumber... I'll never need to call a company for my plumbing needs ever again. #winning

It was New Year's Eve morning when I woke up to water in my garage. My water heater tank was rusted out. I scrambled to get a plumber to come out. After three that said Monday only, I talked to my neighbor that had some plumbing work done. He recommended Cappello plumbing. He said they did great work. I did get one quote, he expected me to take the price and he was doing the work. It was outrageous. Then Jordan Cappello came to give me options. He would put in the same tank for $700 less or a tankless water heater for the same price. We were impressed with the info he gave us on the tankless and we made the right choice. Jordan and his employee had it done in 3 hours and it's GREAT! Clean looking and hot water to the shower and faucets in seconds! The garage has more space and I won't have to worry about another tank rusting out, Thank you Jordan and Cappello Plumbing
