These are the guys.  Excellent response and service, won't use cheap materials, know what they're doing for a reasonable price. Tried many plumbers over the years on 3 properties.  I honestly wouldn't contact anyone else.

Vince is one of those rare finds in a world of questionable service providers in this town.  I have been using Vince for nearly twenty years and he has always been reliable, honest, friendly and fair with his pricing.  It goes without saying that he knows his stuff.  From clearing plumbing back ups to installing fixtures, he has never failed to perform at the highest standards.  I know that I never need to worry about any plumbing problems as long as Vince is around.  The best!!!!

Yama and his crew was able to fit us in to fix a visible water leak and to delve into two walls to check why the plaster was deteriorating. They discovered a rotting drain pipe behind the wall and a disconnected pipe below the house.
Replacing the old pipe and connecting it to the drain was completed without delay. They made it look easy, but I know it comes from being very experienced in their trade. I appreciate their workmanship and friendliness.
You never know what you'll find in a 1950's house, but it is a great relief to know reliable, trusted professionals like Yama and his crew!

We hired these guys to come out and check out some issues with our new gas appliance range/gas lines. When the workers were there and they did their initial review, we requested if they could ensure our stove range was safely connected for USE. They did their job and left, we kept smelling hints of gas and called them back. They did a spray water test and found no gas...For the next 24 hours I would get hints of gas every time I passed our stove.

I called So Cal Gas and the moment they stepped near the range the machine went off like crazy. He took a look and realized the connection to the range was loose and could toggle it with his hands.

They only made sure one end, the line connected to the house was secure, not the line connecting to the stove...  

Our request was please ensure our Stove Range is safely connected for USE. The Invoice we have says Fix Gas Hose - they only fixed it on one end.... Had we used it after trusting them and with their second check and telling us we were fine to use and cook... well I don't know if I would be writing this review.

We reached out to Abram and when we informed him, his initial response was let me call you in 2 days after I looked into it. The lack of compassion and caring as the manager/owner had when such a concern was brought forward was definitely disheartening. He called me back 24 hours later to offer $120.00 back and that should make it right. We explained how that was offensive so he offered 100 more dollars. When I told him that 1/2 of our money back was reasonable since our request was not fulfilled.. he said he needed to see all the work so cal gas had done and he would talk to management (himself?).

We have gone back and forth over email because he only wants to refund us  1/2 our money and he continues to state the only reason he will give half is to make unhappy customer, happy but no job was done wrong.

At this point - he has now accused us of wanting our money back not for our lives being endangered over a half completed request BUT that Race and Plumbers Smell would be the primary reason .. ALL his customers, who have wanted a refund in the past have been for those reasons so he assumed we are in a similar situation... WHAT?

We sent him the video of proof of the second connection being loose and he didnt even bother to see it. He hasn't bothered to acknowledge the situation but simply call me a liar and that I am making false accusations. He will only give me half of my money back and only if I agree to give a written declaration that we are good. NO WE ARE NOT GOOD. He even told me when I was ready to make things rights, to let him know ... WHAT?!?! I am supposed to make things right? By right he means giving him that written declaration.

Do yourself a favor, protect your safety and your families and go with another business.

After 0ver 20+ emails back and forth, Abe is waiting for us to make it right and let him know when we are ready to accept his concession to make it go away. Still to this date, not a single penny has been reimbursed for this poor quality of work and even worse response nor has an acceptable response been given from Abe (owner).

Shim's Plumbing was great, the plumber was able to come and check out the problem. They had good availability (I didn't have to wait too long, although it wasn't an emergency). They fixed the leak, I'm happy! I would totally hire them again.

Called these guys after hours and they were able to come over, quickly assess the situation and provide a couple options to have our water restored. We have an infant and a toddler, going without water until the next day was not an option. I feel that Gary was upfront and honest. He was able to fix my water in a short time. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Gary was very nice and professional.

The response was within minutes once I inquired online. I was able to have a technician show up within a half hour and they unclogged my drain within a few minutes. The technician was very professional and nice! I would definitely use  Clearwater for any future issues I have with my condo! Thank you!

I rarely ever leave reviews but I had to come in to mention how amazing All City Plumbing was with their work today. My husband was able to reach them and get a time for someone to come out within an hour. We got text updates on our technician's arrival and a picture. I especially appreciate that as a mom with 3 kids at home. Numa was our plumber and he did an excellent job fixing our issue, making sure we knew all the next steps with our insurance and he helped us get in touch with a restoration company so we didn't have to go hunting for one. He got the work done quickly, checked everything multiple times and gave us his direct number in case we had any issues. As someone who has never really dealt with plumbing issues and leaks, I really appreciated their thoroughness.

Danny Meza helped me with a leaking garbage disposal. He was professional, on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He very clearly explained what work he would need to do and was fast too. I would recommend using Mr Rooter for all future plumbing needs.

Jordan and his crew- Tony B, Tony G, and Ben- were on time and ready to work immediately upon arrival. They fixed a major mainline problem, taking out the old pipes and putting in the new ones in an efficient timeframe.  Because of the location of the pipe, part of the yard had to be dug up, but looking at it after the completion of the job you not only couldn't see the disturbance - it looked better than before. The renters were pleased and couldn't believe the finished product.

I highly recommend this company for its integrity, professionalism, and honesty throughout this entire process.

I would have given no stars, but unfortunately that is not an option. So I contact this company to service my rv tank again..The first time was great. The second time ,which is this last time ..was so disappointing, i had to write this review. I requested service for about a week. Supposedly they do emergency service..How is that possible? The girl..Katie, that handles appointments claims they have nothing until sunday between 1-3. btw..that is after i kept emailing her. She finally responded. I told her any time as soon as possible. I will make my schedule work around the earliest appointment you have..She never replies back until monday. Yet they claim to be on time,reliable etc. they are not  i still have a full tank. ive been looking for another service since i cant depend on this company. As you see, theur time frame is 1-3 pm for instance. so im emailing to confirm, no response, im waiting, since i told her yes ill take that appointment,nothing etc.If you need something done like this...I would go elsewhere. Their claims  of who they are..false. And as for Katie..It was nothing for her to blow me off,ignore me etc
Im paying them for a service amd being treated like a panhandler asking for something free. I expressed the urgency..its our bathroom and i have a child. and she represents her company..so as far as i see it..they do not care what your emergency is,24 hour service..yeah right.. My tank is still full. Still that girl never contacted me back. the disregard for my time and schedule.It was very disappointing. They obviously have no customer service skills. So i suggest you pass them up when you need anything done and go find a company that appreciated their customers

I had to replace 3 fixtures and repair a leaking shower.  Andy did a great job.  Not only did he fix the leak; but the shower runs much better than it had before.  I definitely feel he pays attention to detail, does things only in the best way possible, not just a quick fix.  I highly recommend him.

Omar showed up early, assessed issue quickly, had parts already in his truck, spending less than hour fixed broken heater board.

In this case I would have given no stars.
Roto Rooter is bad at what they do in execution as well as in their warranty promises.
I have a Restaurant in the Fairfax District for which I purchased a Chicago Faucet from Roto-Rooter. The Sprayer has never worked correctly. It leaks constantly and now the so called very sturdy handle is cracked and a small piece has broken off. I was told it was from excessive use. Excuse me? Isn't a handle  there to be held? This piece is only a couple month old!  Wil Iparraguirre, the Branch Manager has someone else calling me saying that they didn't up-charge enough in order to warranty the piece. Is this a joke? Am I being puncked? I bought American made, not some made in China crap that lasts 5 minutes. I paid $350 for this Faucet and Roto-Rooter tells me it's my problem.
Next call will be to the better business bureau. I hate dealing with dishonest businesses. I hope they'll get what they deserve.
