Tony was terrific, responded promptly to my call, scheduled an immediate visit and talked me through everything that needed to be done - in the rain. Truly terrific service, extremely personable and quality work.

I trust Vince 100%. I truly believe that he has everyone's best interest at heart. He is honest, professional and clean. Vince has been helping us with small plumbing jobs for several years but a few months ago we had to fire our contractor in the middle of a bathroom remodel and Vince came to our rescue. He redid all of the things that had been done incorrectly, he replaced the junky stuff with high quality parts that will last, and he did it all at a reasonable price.

Finding a good handyman is very difficult.  I'm so glad that other reviewers had provided glowing reviews of Raul -- and he totally lived up to the hype!  He was responsive via text -- asked for pictures of the issue we faced and immediately provided a quote for the repair work -- inclusive of all labor and materials -- and he had an opening for just a few days later.  He arrived on time, advised me when he needed to go to the store (not a problem as it was a per job rate, not hourly), and even did a little extra work beyond the scope of the project (he noticed some other issues with the wood and even spot painted our wall while he was painting the trim).  We will certainly use Raul in the future -- as a good handyman is like a great babysitter for your kids -- once you find one, you stick with them as long as you can!

Several generations of our family have done business with Yama Senior and Junior for over 30 years.  They are professional - punctual, clean uniform, knowledgeable, efficient, no up selling, patient, explain options and fair pricing.

They have replaced toilets, garbage disposals, water heaters, repaired leaks from refrigerator, sinks, faucets as well as piping work.

I highly recommend Yama for good work ethic and excellent workmanship.

This company is by far the best we have had for the last 18 years after using various companies some better than others.
We have our main sewer line to the street blocks up every two years due to tree roots. Bryan came and ran the rooter as far as it would go even though the blockage was in the first 30 ft...he wanted to do a complete job and was efficient and clean using like new equipment.. He was at our house within 30 minutes of calling on a Thursday afternoon. Bryan was very knowledgable and straight up and a pleasure to do business with we highly recommend him and Plumber & Rooter 4less.

I messaged the company through yelp to get a quote for fixing a slow drain.  They responded immediately with a fair price and had availability the next day. They came out when they said they would, were courteous and fixed the drain quickly.  They were very reliable and easy to deal with.  I would definitely hire them again.

We had a few plumbers look at our situation (involving 100 year old decrepid cast iron waste pipe, broken/root penetrating connections to the line leading to the city sewer, etc.,) they made suggestions and gave us estimates (one of whom we'd used before but had not been very responsive, very busy I suppose.)    

But when Daniel of Flash Plumbing showed up he explained everything he saw, agreed to a very reasonable price, and offered to get right on it.  The next weekday the crew showed up early, got to work, and that evening they had replaced everything, even in the rain (they had to dig - andthen refill - two 4x4 holes about 5' deep)!!   One of the large holes was refilled with wet soil, so as it dried (the next day)  a small sink-hole formed.  I emailed Daniel at Falsh and they were there withint the hour to fill it in, no problem.

They're first on our list, now!

Called 3 places on Yelp to hide our pipes since we converting kitchen to room. Prices were $650, $550, and $250. Exteme was the $250 company. They came out that day and did the job in under 1hr. Very efficient and honest (wouldnt even take cash :-)

Called these guys after hours and they were able to come over, quickly assess the situation and provide a couple options to have our water restored. We have an infant and a toddler, going without water until the next day was not an option. I feel that Gary was upfront and honest. He was able to fix my water in a short time. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Gary was very nice and professional.

Great work by Doug! I tried everything but I couldn't figure out why my tank was leaking. Well, Doug figured out that there was a part which could not seal. I had to get a new toilet but Doug procured one from his supplier and replaced it in short order. Thanks again, Doug. You're my plumbing guy!

I had busted shower handle that needed to be replaced on Sunday morning. I called Mr. Rooter and within 15-20 minutes a plumbing tech (Tom M.) was at my door. He carried himself with great professionalism and explained my options, the issue ended up being a little tougher than I expected which would've been a nightmare if I would've tried to do it myself. Tom used his expertise and knocked it out in under an hour.  This is the second time using Mr. Rooter so I had to take the time to write a well deserved review for them.  I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!!!

Jordan and his crew are really good plumbers, they are reliable and show up when they say they will. In addition Jordan is a very good communicator, his rates are reasonable, and he is an honest business person.

I have a rental unit that had no hot water and was told by a plumbing company that I had a slab leak somewhere around my rental property. Of course I didn't believe it at first until I decided to call Rapid Quality Leak Detection. Josh and his worker responded on time and didn't waste any time. They were very professional and explained everything to me while he was working. They had all the equipment to find the source of the leak. The cost was reasonable and I was glad to know that I could now move forward in fixing the problem. I would hire them again with no hesitation.

Andrew arrived as scheduled and repaired my stuck bathroom sink and toilet very quickly. He's well equipped and friendly. My issues were solved 100%. It's great.

This company does excellent work.  I really appreciate the dedication and trouble shooting Hector did to fix the problem with our sink. Would call again if needed.

Ban came to our house to check out an issue and he was super honest about telling us what needed to be done and not charging us extra for a bigger issue that another company had told us we had. I wish all plumbers were this honest. Thanks Ban!
