We called Tony because we had a plumbing emergency. We don't have a regular plumber, so we found him through Yelp and chose him based on his high ratings. He sent someone to our house within an hour and they did a great job of replacing our pipes and fixing our leak. We were very happy with Tony and Steven his helper and would definitely use them again.

Raul and the team were amazing. Quick to respond. Reasonable. Great communicators. They were neat and finished the work as promised on time. We had recently remodeled our home and needed to make a few updates to the garage to tie everything together. We had a bit of remodeling fatigue but after working with Raul and his crew we were actually sad to see them go. We will most definitely be using them in the future whenever the need arises...

Several generations of our family have done business with Yama Senior and Junior for over 30 years.  They are professional - punctual, clean uniform, knowledgeable, efficient, no up selling, patient, explain options and fair pricing.

They have replaced toilets, garbage disposals, water heaters, repaired leaks from refrigerator, sinks, faucets as well as piping work.

I highly recommend Yama for good work ethic and excellent workmanship.

I am so confused. The plumber I was in contact with was very friendly and agreed to come look at my problem after business hours for an additional cost because they were booked up. When he was outside the gate of my housing community I spoke to him on the phone again to give him gate code instructions. He said he was unloading his tools and would be right in. HE NEVER SHOWED UP! I waited 15 mins then tried calling him again but he had turned off his phone! Why would you come to my complex, tell me you are just unloading your tools, then just leave without any notice?

These guys are awesome! Responds quick to quotes and pricing! Very, very reasonable. Unclogged our shower stand up shower drain. Highly recommended True Rooter & Plumbing!

Our process starting with a clogged main line that happened at 9pm. After waiting an hour for our regular plumber to respond I gave Flash Plumbing a try. Daniel showed up in 30 mins and cleared the clog.  

We discovered the problem was bigger than the initial clog. The main line needed replacement. It's a long story which I won't tell, but short version -Daniel showed us clearly what the problem was with a camera, and explained the process to us & they did the work promptly. Daniel was there over-seeing the work the whole time.

They did an excellent job. See the pictures of trenchless sewer replacement.   HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Super nice, professional blokes! They don't do anything they are.l uncomfortable with and they know what they are doing and leave the place clean after! Just installed a water filter with them.

I was in a pinch and had some clogged drains so
I asked Yelp for help and one of the reply that came through was Kevin and he answered my call. The response time was reasonable and and he came by and unclogged the drain and did it with a good value. I asked about some other work I need done as well and he'll be back to help. Glad I went this way I was a little skeptical at first but it worked out well. Thanks

My elderly parents water heater stopped working late Sunday night. We immediately contacted multiple plumbers to seek quotes to either fix or replace it.

The following morning we had 2 plumbing company's go out to my parents home and their prices were outrageous! When Gary and his team arrived he was very patient at explaining the problem and recommended options with realistic pricing, expectations and solutions to the problem.

We chose to get a new water heater and not a Home Depot or Lowe's brand heater, an actual name brand heater and Gary and his team installed it in a timely manner. My PARENTS HAD HOT WATER Within 30 minutes!

After 18 years at the Casa de Stevenson Ranch, the kitchen drain was plugged.  Time to whip out the snake/auger with its 25 foot length.
Fast forward:  one hour later and my ego had a reality check:  I needed a plumber.

Decisions...decisions.  Call the smell good plumber or check out the other reviews on Yelp.  Fortunately, I reviewed Yelp.

Doug, the plumber, arrived the following day using his industrial sized 65 foot snake (clearly bigger is better) to clear the impacted drain.  The service call was $99 which was VERY reasonable.  It had taken Doug almost an hour from start to finish.

One thing to note:  This is a one-man operation and this man is good.  Yes, you can call another plumbing contractor that may up-sell you unnecessary parts or service.  However, if you want someone who knows what he is doing, and does it well, I suggest you call Ckearwater Plumbing Service when you need an honest plumber

P.S.  If you leave a message on Doug's answering machine and don't get a reply, call back after a reasonable period of time.  This happened to us when we did not get a call-back.  Doug says the machine is not reliable.  Fortunately, this plumber IS reliable

I rarely write reviews but after just finishing up with Nathaniel and Ivan from All City Plumbing, I had to write a review.

It started with what I thought was just a clogged toilet. I went on Yelp, saw the positive reviews and went ahead. Thankfully there was availability and they came within the hour. All of their communication was extremely professional which was really appreciated with such an annoying plumbing issue.

Once they are on the way, you get a text notifying you that they are heading over and a little bio of the plumbers coming in. Really great way to get lightly acquainted with the plumbers before meeting them in person. Nathaniel came in, assessed the issue and discovered this was going to be a much larger problem, which I didn't want to hear, I just wanted to drop a deuce.

Nathaniel calls in Ivan because we saw some water leaking outside and realize that we need to cut into the exterior. He also referred me to Superior Restoration because we also discovered water damage in our dining room. We discover that this clogged toilet is just getting worse and there's water everywhere. Ivan comes in to cut and sees that the previous owner didn't do the best job and we are having to deal with cheap work done in the past.

They worked late into the night without a hint of complaining or being unprofessional and made sure we were ok with having them there. They had to dig a hole that was about 5 feet deep and 3 feet wide just to access the sewage pipe where they saw the literal root of the problem. Roots had broken into the old sewage pipes and we needed to install new ones. This became a nightmare, but one that Nathaniel and Ivan walked us through very carefully and explained everything so you didn't feel like you were just getting cheated. They showed me the camera and explained everything that I was seeing which was really appreciated.

To make a long story short, small clog doesn't mean a plunger is gonna cut it. It turns out that thick roots broke into our sewage line because of cheap material used in the past and All City Plumbing, with the help of Nathaniel, Ivan, and other people to install new pipes and liners. I still need to work with another company and insurance to demo and repair other things, but I can at least rest assured knowing that I shouldn't have that same problem anymore.

I can't say it's cheap, because it's not. They did kind of break down a few of the line items, but it was pretty vague so I didn't really understand why I was paying as much as I did. I do feel it was quality work, and I guess only time will tell. But as far as the experience I had with them, 5 stars is really well deserved. I can't speak highly enough for All City Plumbing and I know there are some other projects down the line that I will definitely go back with them for.

There's so many more positive things to say, but this review is long enough. They are amazing, it is expensive, but you will have a positive experience working with them from the beginning to the end.

Our kitchen sink and bathroom sink were both clogged up so I called Mr rooter and they were able to arrive earlier than expected. Brian L was very nice and informative in the way he was explaining, what and how he was going to do the job, I appreciated that since it good to know what is helping, Thank you Brian!

Somebody referred Jordan to us and I have to say that I am a FAN! He did such a great job repairing our tank-less water heater, re-piping our gas line, and unclogging our shower drain. For some odd reasons, our heater started making weird LOUD noises. Every time we turned on the hot water, our neighbor would give us a quick call and check if we are okay. It is so embarrassing! After we called him, he was able to schedule us in the same day at a reasonable price. He fixed the issues and took time to explain the reasons why. I would definitely recommend this guy because he is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, considerate of my home and space and most importantly, he made sure that I was satisfied with his work.

I called the company and was able to get a specialist out within hours. Josh was spot on, detecting the leak, had a very reasonable fee and was able to advise us on repairs, saving us tons of money. Best service.

First of all, All In is very reasonable in their pricing.  I called several other companies and found them to be quite a bit more expensive.  I talked to Louis on the phone and was planning to make an appointment for later in the week, but he had someone available that day and by that afternoon, Cesar texted and came by to pump out my system.  Cesar was outstanding.  He was thorough and answered all my questions and explained a thing or two while he was doing the work with a smile.  It is probably good to know your system capacity, but I wasn't 100% sure what mine was.  Cesar was kind enough to text me after he had already left and let me know that we had pumped out about 950 gallons (so I would have an idea for the future in case it needed to be done again).  All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The estimate we got from Eco Plumbing for two pipe leaks in our Century City condominium building was less than half from our usual plumber's estimate and they were able to the make the repairs in quick fashion. Very knowledgeable and we will be switching to them for our building's plumbing in the future

requested specific service and was told between a certain time. The technician arrived late to tell me he wouldn't be able to do the job that he had other calls to attend to. His service was just a free estimate that he could come the next day to complete. overall was never given a estimate nor a call to schedule and COMPLETE the service. my sink is still leaking... thanks for nothing Stephen's Plumbing. For anyone, don't bother wasting your time!!

New Year's Day and suddenly my showers were leaking sewage and my toilets wouldn't flush.   I called a number of plumbing companies and finally found one that would come to my house on the holiday... Roto Rooter.   Bi was at my house in a couple of hours and explained what he had to do.  A few hours later everything was back to normal.  Bi was fabulous.  We highly recommend him.
