My Drain Company repaired the sewer main line for my house and saved me over $10,000 compared to the estimate I had received from the first plumbing company I called.  When my main line backed up, the first plumber I called concluded that they would most likely need to dig up the street and replace the 6 clay pipe from my property to the city line, which would have been an extremely expensive repair.  Tony came over to give me a second opinion, and concluded that he could fix the main line without having to dig up the city street.  His team then came over and did the repair in two days.  They were very professional and did a great job including on clean up.  The main line is now completely fixed with a new epoxy liner and I saved a huge amount of money, time, and headaches.  I highly recommend Tony and his company.

My parents were in desperate need of a plumber for toilet repair. I was mortified as I witnessed my Dad thumbing through the Yellow Pages...oh hell no!  Especially after hearing about the plumber who'd come out to their home the day before and had given them some ridiculous astronomical estimate. I went to Yelp, checked for plumbing company's who had the best reviews, came across True Rooter, had Dad to give them a call, they returned the call literally within 5 minutes! Was out to my parents home within a half hour. Miguel shows up, professional, courteous and handled their problem for a fraction of what had been given to them for an estimate! AND the best part is that at 8am this morning, Miguel called back to make sure everything was in working order!!! WHO DOES THAT?!?!  MIGUEL DOES THAT!!!!!

These guys were so fast with their response and flexible in their arrival time, and when they showed up they were super professional and did awesome work. What we thought was a simple toilet handle issue actually required a totally new toilet, and they made quick, good looking work of it. We will absolutely be keeping their number handy for future projects

Called a few places that couldn't come same day, but Gary showed up within 15 minutes of me calling him, and he and Bob repaired the issue right away (fixed a pipe that was never soldered properly). They were super professional and prompt. Will definitely use again.

I had a leak from my shower flowing into the garage .  Doug promptly returned my call and made a tough job look easy.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak.  He was very personable and professional. I give him a high recommendation.

My home was in middle of shower remodel and when shower pan was lifted they found pipes corroded and busted. Bathroom remodel said work was extensive and we needed to call a plumber. This happened at 1230pm. I looked online for a plumber in Chino Hills and found All City Plumbing. I called and spoke to Emily. She gave me a 2hr window appointment and they were there fast. Our Plumber name was Kyle. He was great. He was able to dig a little deeper and fix pipe drain and replace it. He was very clean and thorough with his work and when he was done he cleaned and wiped down everything in bathroom. Even some mess that bathroom remodel people left over. He was awesome and it didn't cost me more than what I was expecting from Remodel team who told me they would need a jackhammer. And removal of wall. Kyle with a little elbow grease and can do attitude went in and dug out pipe and was able to cut and replace. I highly recommend All City Plumbing. The whole experience was very fast and professional. Highly recommend A++++++

I made an appointment by phone 8 days ago.  At that time they promised me a phone call around 8am today. They called me at 8am this morning and presented me with an 8:30am to 9:30am window. The plumber showed up at 9am and quoted me a price.  He promptly repaired the problem and charged the price quoted.  He was friendly, clean, and courteous.  He wore booties and everything. I call Mr. Rooter for all my plumbing needs and I get the best advice and prompt service with no unpleasant surprises at payment time.  Thanks, Mr. Rooter!

I collected several estimates, and Cappello Plumbing was by far the most reasonable. Moreover, Jordan--the owner--was very responsive to my Yelp inquiries. He worked fast to get one of his team--Tony--out to the house. Tony was professional and courteous and wore a mask. He was a bit late, which is understandable at the last slot of the day, but he kindly texted ahead to let me know he was on his way. The job (replacing a cartridge in a shower faucet) initially looked straightforward but turned out to be a bit more complex, due to the faucet being installed backwards (!) when the house was built many years ago. However, Tony got the job done right, and he did not charge for the extra time this took, honoring Jordan's original commitment to an introductory price for me as a first-time customer. With service like that, I will likely be a repeat customer in the future, and Capello Plumbing has my enthusiastic endorsement!

I had a pretty serious leak that went on for months with plumbers not being able to identify the real cause since it was going from my unit to the garage. I called Andrew to give him a brief of the issue and sent him some videos of the problem. I was able to schedule him to come out and after 3 hours of investigating he was able to figure out what was causing it once and for all. When you call Andrew you are getting an expert with years of knowledge, don't balk at the bill or waste your time with other plumbers. Andrew comes with 20 yrs of exp and he's very up front about the issue and able to tell you what to do if he can't fix the problem immediately.

A few years ago Stephens Plumbing & Heating installed a new A/C central unit and furnace which has worked well. Someone from Stephens came to replace our filter. The person who came out had the wrong filter. The person had to leave to get the right filter and I was not given a quote for the price. He installed a filter that was 3 times the cost of the same filter on Amazon, plus the service cost was also expensive. I called two times to ask a manager to call me back to discuss this high cost. No one every called me back. I will never use Stephens again for plumping or heating.

I had a drain pipe clogged with roots. At first they tried to snake it but soon realized that I had a big problem, and were able to make a detailed assessment of what had to be done. It cost a lot of money. But we negotiated and were able to reach a solution that worked for everyone. They got the job done quickly, professionally, and with warranty. I felt very satisfied.
