Tony and his crew are first rate. They replaced my sewer lines and repaired a pipe under the slab in my guest bath. They showed up on time, did professional work and left my place in better shape than when they arrived. If you need some serious work done, look no further. Daniel, from Flash Plumbing, was very responsive, even on a weekend. We had a galvanized water main leak. To trench and replace the main with copper was going to be very expensive. Daniel worked with us in pricing and was up front about what could be done (not repairing the galvanized and needing to replace with copper).

Flash Plumbing was able to provide a written quote and schedule quickly. I asked about licenses and Daniel provided me with a contractor's license that wasn't expired and told us they worked under contractor's name that appeared on the license.

We were able to have the trenching and copper main connected in the same day. Since the sprinkler lines are on a galvanized line, and we were not having those redone, Flash Plumbing added a T, upon my father's request, so we could see if someone would be able to reconnect the lines so the sprinklers could function.

When the work was done, the dirt and areas with gravel were all filled back. That was very much appreciated. Almost all the debris/trash was cleaned up.  Someone did leave a folding knife here, so if the plumber wants to claim it, we saved it for them.

We really appreciate the work done. Old homes are always tough to work on, and many plumbers would prefer not to work on them or try to upsell you. Flash Plumbing did the work they were contracted for. Payment was easy; Daniel was able to process payment on his phone.

They just finished re~piping my home and I couldn't be happier! My elderly parents water heater stopped working late Sunday night. We immediately contacted multiple plumbers to seek quotes to either fix or replace it.

The following morning we had 2 plumbing company's go out to my parents home and their prices were outrageous! When Gary and his team arrived he was very patient at explaining the problem and recommended options with realistic pricing, expectations and solutions to the problem.

We chose to get a new water heater and not a Home Depot or Lowe's brand heater, an actual name brand heater and Gary and his team installed it in a timely manner. My PARENTS HAD HOT WATER Within 30 minutes!

Danny was great!  Our water main broke and he came day of to fix the problem.  He is very knowledgeable and did such a great job!  He stayed and work late to finish the job so we can have running water again.  We definitely recommend and will be a returning customer.

We have had the same pesky kitchen sink problem since we moved into our new townhome in 2019.  Every time it has backed up, I've called Stephens Plumbing and I've never been disappointed.

It backed up on us just this past week (on my birthday no less) and they sent the gentlemen of their technicians Galan and Arturo.  Super polite, fast, and efficient. You'd be lucky to have them walk through your front door.

As always, there was super clear communication from dispatch as to when I could expect my plumber to arrive, and my sink is running beautifully.  No complaints.

I echo what David C says. These guys are crooks and they don't even try to do a good job at it.  We had them come over to our home to unclog the drain and they did a very mediocre job at it.  They guaranteed us a warranty and later changed it and said it was void due to unforeseen circumstances - roots in the drains. The first time they unclogged it and then less than a week later it was clogged again.  I called to complain that I wasn't even close to 50% satisfied and they didn't care even though they market that they guarantee 100% satisfaction.  We've had other company's come and do a way better job at about the same price.  We just tried this place out because we got something in the mail.
