I had an excellent experience with Jesus today. He was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I had a variety of things that required repair that I had been putting off because of quarantine. Jesus was efficient and safe following all local guidelines for masks and social distancing. I would definitely use their services again.

I am so confused. The plumber I was in contact with was very friendly and agreed to come look at my problem after business hours for an additional cost because they were booked up. When he was outside the gate of my housing community I spoke to him on the phone again to give him gate code instructions. He said he was unloading his tools and would be right in. HE NEVER SHOWED UP! I waited 15 mins then tried calling him again but he had turned off his phone! Why would you come to my complex, tell me you are just unloading your tools, then just leave without any notice?

Abe is great.  In the middle of all of our Holiday craziness he was able to come out and repair our sewer line.  He let us know all that needed to be done and we had no surprise additional fees at all.  He ran a 30ft pipe under our driveway with not even a crack in our driveway.  After he was done it looked just like it was when he came.  Great job

I had a leak from my shower flowing into the garage .  Doug promptly returned my call and made a tough job look easy.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak.  He was very personable and professional. I give him a high recommendation.

My gas line busted on a Sunday morning, as usual gas company shut down my service. Called these guys and I lady put me on urgent list and gave me an estimated arrival of a plumber between 2pm to 4pm, then they called me again and move me to 3pm to 5 pm. Their plumber (Ahmad) showed up little late anyway, gave me an initial estimate around $1200 to start, then start digging in then recommended me to get a new gas line, well it's reasonable given the status if my old gas line. My new estimate become $4680 instantly, I was still ok with it, no problem. He promised to return next day (Monday) around 11-1pm to do the new line, I called him 2.45 pm , turns out he can't make it, some BS excuse, at this point I'm without hot water or heat for more than 24 hours, called so called emergency plumbers and all I have now so far is a big whole in my backyard patio. I have kids in my house, I don't want them to suffer with coldness, so I called their office to see if we can get a different guy to get this done, few min later Ahmad called me again and he assure that I can't find any better prices, quality bla bla bla, more BS, point in they don't really care if you have a family or not, just want your money.

I was super pissed off, this guy was trying to rip me off of my situation, I called a different company and new guys shows up next day (bright and early) I called Ahmad's office and told them don't bother showing up, job is no longer available for you guys, but this Bozo decided to show up while new guys were working, may be he wanted to see if some one else from his own company got the job or not.

Please learn from my mistakes, don't take a chance on these Bozos. They are not worth it, take your business elsewhere. I got my new gas line done with a different company for half the price and as per the standards by gas company, DM me if you want their details.

My kitchen sink was clogged so Mr Rooter responded to my Yelp request.  They sent a tech who was extremely friendly.  He tried to clear the sink pipe with a snake.  Wasn't successful. Said he would have to hydro jet it. But that process would be very expensive.  Said he would have to make a hole in my wall. Would take several hours to complete project. Work does not include stucco job to cover hole in wall. Total cost $1440.00. That's with a 10% discount if I gave a positive Yelp review. Again,  very friendly individual saying his estimate was a deep discount from regular cost. Since he felt bad. He would do the stucco work for free. The high cost concerned me so I called another plumber.  He tried to clear clog with snake at first.  Didn't work so he did have to use a hydro jet to clear the drain. No hole in wall needed. No an all day project.  Took about 45 minutes to complete the job. Final cost $380.00. Lesson of the day. Get multiple estimates especially if one is from Mr Rooter.

These guys were great! Immediate response and quick, professional service. They were able to give me a same day appointment and followed up with a phone call and text to confirm. They knew what they were doing and fixed my problem within a short time. I definitely recommend them.

I have a rental unit that had no hot water and was told by a plumbing company that I had a slab leak somewhere around my rental property. Of course I didn't believe it at first until I decided to call Rapid Quality Leak Detection. Josh and his worker responded on time and didn't waste any time. They were very professional and explained everything to me while he was working. They had all the equipment to find the source of the leak. The cost was reasonable and I was glad to know that I could now move forward in fixing the problem. I would hire them again with no hesitation.

First of all, All In is very reasonable in their pricing.  I called several other companies and found them to be quite a bit more expensive.  I talked to Louis on the phone and was planning to make an appointment for later in the week, but he had someone available that day and by that afternoon, Cesar texted and came by to pump out my system.  Cesar was outstanding.  He was thorough and answered all my questions and explained a thing or two while he was doing the work with a smile.  It is probably good to know your system capacity, but I wasn't 100% sure what mine was.  Cesar was kind enough to text me after he had already left and let me know that we had pumped out about 950 gallons (so I would have an idea for the future in case it needed to be done again).  All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great experience as always - We had a toilet plumbing issue late Friday night - and Andrew at Eco Plumbing was at my place Saturday by noon. We used Andrew before to put in a garbage disposal and all things plumbing he is knowledgeable, professional and very kind.

Again we'll definitely use him in the future!!

Cobos Casa had a new plumbing issue, one phone call and another visit by David from Stephens fixed what appeared to be years worth of clogging before moving in six months ago and correctly installed our dishwasher that our contractors reversed the cold and hot water. Stephens Plumbing is our first call for small and big issues. Thanks.

Awful customer service. I made an appointment for 4:30-6:30pm to look at a clogged sink, and no one came. When I called at 6:30, the lady on the phone said there was a technician in the area but he was finishing at another location and he would come by after. I called again at 8pm, and she said that she called the tenant at the condo, but no one answered. The tenant was by her phone the entire time and never got a call. There was no voice mail either. Literally, this business just lies to their customers. They got caught without available technicians and they decided the best thing to do was lie. Don't use roto rooter.
