Yama has been our plumber for years. He and his crew are always extremely knowledgeable and also pleasant to have in your home. They have replaced a sewer line, trouble shot and fixed leaks and replaced faucets.

Bryan answered the phone at midnight!  He then came on time at 10am that same day.  He is kind, professional and reasonable.  While not always the most pleasant job (sewage!), Bryan is still personable and diligent.  I will definitely recommend him to my friends and will call him first with any plumbing issues!

Finding a good, honest plumber isn't always easy. But I'm glad that I called Miguel from True Rooter Plumbing. He came out the next day. Gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, assessed the problem, told me my options and the costs and took care of it right away. He was courteous and efficient.

He even took the time to check out and take care of previous leak that was supposed to have been taken cared of by another plumbing company.

What great service!  I had a dishwasher problem and I only called to see if they fix appliances.  Even they don't, Gary said he would come over to see if it's a hard wire/electrical problem at no charge. It ended up that I had a leak from the counter top dripping onto the plug that's why the gfi popped. Gary caulked the seam, cleaned it all up, and charged me a very minimal price for the visit.   Wow!  Very nice helpful people!  So much appreciation!!!

I had Doug come out to fix a couple issues with the house I am selling.  He gave me a quote over the phone after I sent him a couple pictures of the problem.  He showed up on time and was kind, efficient, and honest.  He fixed the issues and ended up charging me less than the original quote.  It is hard to find reliable honest plumbers, but I have and I will be a lifelong client of Clearwater Plumbing.

Larry Acuna was great! He came out and did a quick flush on our tankless water heater. Took no more than 20 minutes. Saw an immediate difference in water pressure. Highly recommend!

Recently had my second call to Mr. Rooter and they were just as responsive as the first time !
The first time was for a washer/dryer valve repair. The came the next morning, fixed the valve, and all went smoothly. More recently, I had a clogged sink. Mr. Rooter's phone operators are personable and tried to work with my tight schedule. I'm so grateful that Brian came and replaced the garbage disposal the next day!

Right after I realized that my house has a gas leak, around four o'clock in the afternoon, I got on Yelp trying to find a trustable plumbing company to repair it.  Since I am living in Arcadia, I found Cappello with 40 positive reviews.  I called the phone number and Jordan answered it.  I explained to him that my gas pipe, which attached to the gas meter portion, was leaking and need a repair.  Based on my description, he gave me a estimate and promise to come eight o'clock next day.  

Next day morning 7:30, two excellent technicians, Beto and Danny, showed up my front door and started the repairing job.  They told me that they will remove a small area of lawn and dig a two-feet wide and deep hole to check if the leaking only comes from the conjunction between pipe and gas meter.   Fortunately, after the dig, that is the only problem area.  They repaired the leak by replacing the pipe between elbow and meter, doing the test for no more gas leak, put the dirt back and make it solid with tamper and put the lawn back on top of dirt with two hour in total.  Nice and clean!

Cappello did a excellent job in term of providing service I need.  They are nice peoples to deal with.  I will strong recommend them to anyone who need similar service.  Thanks to Cappello and thanks to Yelp!

Josh came out the same day I called him with an impressive set of equipment. He narrowed the leak down to a specific location, opened the wall and there it was. I was then able to call a plumber. He cleaned up and was very professional. I definitely recommend him

Very attentive and they were able to accommodate my last minute schedule to show at 7pm at night!!! To make sure my plumbing and septic issues were addressed.   The representative was nice and professional, conducted their business for about an hour, let me know they were done and left with some tips on proper septic tank care.  Recommend!

Had our kitchen sink clog on a Saturday morning. Andrew was so wonderful to respond quickly and it was back to normal in 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company. They are so responsive and do an excellent job with plumbing issues

We have had the same pesky kitchen sink problem since we moved into our new townhome in 2019.  Every time it has backed up, I've called Stephens Plumbing and I've never been disappointed.

It backed up on us just this past week (on my birthday no less) and they sent the gentlemen of their technicians Galan and Arturo.  Super polite, fast, and efficient. You'd be lucky to have them walk through your front door.

As always, there was super clear communication from dispatch as to when I could expect my plumber to arrive, and my sink is running beautifully.  No complaints.

In this case I would have given no stars.
Roto Rooter is bad at what they do in execution as well as in their warranty promises.
I have a Restaurant in the Fairfax District for which I purchased a Chicago Faucet from Roto-Rooter. The Sprayer has never worked correctly. It leaks constantly and now the so called very sturdy handle is cracked and a small piece has broken off. I was told it was from excessive use. Excuse me? Isn't a handle  there to be held? This piece is only a couple month old!  Wil Iparraguirre, the Branch Manager has someone else calling me saying that they didn't up-charge enough in order to warranty the piece. Is this a joke? Am I being puncked? I bought American made, not some made in China crap that lasts 5 minutes. I paid $350 for this Faucet and Roto-Rooter tells me it's my problem.
Next call will be to the better business bureau. I hate dealing with dishonest businesses. I hope they'll get what they deserve.
