Best plumber ever!  Immediate response and came over within a few hours. Great service and fair price.  Will use them again for sure!

I'm a repeat customer who experienced a water heater leak at the worst possible time. Vince came out on short notice today and diagnosed the problem, fixed it and charged a decent price. He has an excellent perspective on what he does - he does what he does well - with an impeccable work ethic. I'll call again.

11/2012 update: When I recently had another plumbing issue, I did call again - and this time Vince was too busy. No worries, I'm glad he's doing well. I do need a plumber who is responsive to the prospect of repeat business and when Vince finally called me back I was not able to schedule a visit so I'm off to another plumber. He's good though not easily accessible. I may call on him again in the future.

I hired Raul and Jesse to fix a door frame I had butchered trying to switch the way the door opened from one side to the other. Jesse was able to complete an excellent fix. He showed up on time, cleaned the work area, and his quality of work was high. Their pricing was reasonable. They were able to fit me in quickly. Thanks for the help.

My water heater stopped working and I had to get it replaced the same day. Called left message Yama called back within 10 minutes. Within 3 hours he had replaced the water heater and we were up and running.

My kitchen disposal was leaking so I decided to give this place a call. Bryan was able to stop by to diagnose later that day. He gave me his honest opinion and a reasonable solution. He came back first thing next morning (with face mask and shoe cover) with the needed equipment and went right to work. I now have a leak-free disposal and a go-to plumber in Bryan.

Miguel is a top notch professional, polite, punctual and take extra time to explain to you about the repair(s) that need to be done! His workers were just as professional as he is. Big job or small job it doesn't matter(he did both for me!) he delivered them with high quality!

We had a sewer line issue (backed up into the house)...came out on Saturday to diagnose, then showed up with the crew and parts on Monday morning. The job ended up a bit larger than expected as the system was originally (many years ago) installed incorrectly...but David took it all in stride (even though it was 3.5 hours more work than expected!). Did a great job on the repair (kept us updated as the work progressed) and cleaned up pretty much everything (including replacing the turf as good as I could imagine)!

Definitely folks I'd call either for an emergency, repair or upgrade projects (though we haven't done an upgrade with them yet...), since they seem to take real pride in doing the whole job right (including cleanup!) and for a good price.

This is my 2nd 5 star review.  Abe is super helpful and responds quickly.  I have had Extreme do many jobs for me, both big and small.  Hydrojet, Rooter service, washing machine repair, pipe replacements and fixture installations.  Whether I have an emergency or not, Abe will have someone show up to assess the problem by the end of the day or the next.  Reliable service at competitive prices.  Highly recommended!

Good work, good price, honest. He did not try to sell me work that I didn't need. I would use him again.

No legit business responds the way this business does. Let's just say how a business responds to HONEST and BLUNT reviews says a lot.  

HAHA this business conveniently skipped those amazing business owners out there that are doing the right thing.  So, this woman as you so shamelessly claimed.... #shameonyou She is a Yelp Elite for 8+ years and always make a point to call out crappy businesses.  Period. Too bad this guy doesn't like being called out, and his reply proves it.  

I 100% stand by my experience engaging with this business owner.

Times must be tough.   Called @6pm and spoke to Gary (?) briefly to request an estimate to move a gas line. He asked I send send him picture and he can give me a range ballpark quote.  

But when I sent him the picture, he started asking about other jobs related to exhaust, hot and cold, water, etc. He even asked if it is a house or townhouse, that is totally irrelevant to the job estimate.  

When a potential customer inquired about a specific job, please don't try to add on other jobs that I'm not asking you for estimates.  

Of course, he did not provide any estimate.  And he was the only one of all the plumbers I talked to, who doubt that I would be tying gas at that location

I had a leak from my shower flowing into the garage .  Doug promptly returned my call and made a tough job look easy.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak.  He was very personable and professional. I give him a high recommendation.

I have home owners warranty and the are 100% USELESS after months of our water heater acting up. So off I went in search of a good plumber and stumbled on All City.
My first thought was how I'm the heck can a they have over 2000 5 star reviews??? That's insane for any business to have almost no negative comments or reviews.
Well now I know why...
Not only did Chris respond to my yelp message almost immediately (I didn't see it right away either!) but he called and helped get me an emergency appt same day.

Step in Dominick... Dominick showed up exactly when he said he would AND was super efficient, honest and didn't BS us trying to upswell anything.
He was 100% informative on the issue and showed us prices it would cost to fix or repair. Neither were cheap but he didn't beat around the bush and gave us his honesty what would I do opinion. He even saved us a little bit of money and made sure we were all set before closing our ticket.

I will definitely be calling them again and again every time we have any kind of plumbing issue.

Thank you All City! You seriously give plumbers a good name!

Follow up, Mr. Rooter replied, and their drivers reacted appropriately.  They only parked at the home they were servicing, and were in and out on a big job in just two days. Willing to take criticism, and respond appropriately is one of the highest forms of respect and professionalism. Good job with correct action Mr. Rooter.

I cant believe they actually save me money. A refriend reffered me to this company because she had a high water bills. She told me to try it out and I thought my water bills was high so we gave them a call, come to find out the pipe was leaking causing a sink hole under my drive way. I had tried plumbers but they could never figuere it out. He pointed it out to the plumber and sure enough it was fixed. I appreciate all the hard work they did very proffesional and reliable I contacted others before calling them with no results he was able to explain everything in terms that I can understand as this is not my expertise recommended all the proper services I need. Thank you my water bills went down saving 1200 a year can you imagibe that, basically paid for itself.

On a positive note, we were happy to get the holding tanks in our RV pumped out.

After staying at the Glendale Elks Lodge for a week, the shitter was full and needed pumping. We called to get scheduled for pump service and were told they couldn't service us for 5 days!! This was frustrating because our tanks were too full to use.

On the scheduled service day, we called the office at 8:30 AM, as instructed, to get a window for when they would show up. The guy on the phone said the driver wasn't answering his phone, but he would call back after speaking to him. In the meantime we were stuck in the RV for the day. When we hadn't received a callback by 2PM, my hubby called only to be told the driver didn't show up that day. Would have been nice if they had called so we wouldn't have wasted an entire day waiting for him. On top of that, the shitter was full and it was getting unpleasant! They said they would come the next day and we told them to be there by noon because we had to pick up our grandsons up from school.

The next day we called again in the morning and again, the guy couldn't get in touch with his driver and had to call back. When he finally did call back he said the truck would come between 2 to 3PM. What part of he needs to come before noon did they not understand?! We had to make other arrangements for the grandsons and then they called back at 2 and said the truck was running late and would be there between 3:30 and 4PM. The finally arrived a little late and pumped out the tanks.

$75 is about 50% higher than we usually pay for pump service, but they are the only game in LA that services Glendale, so what are we gonna do?  I'm sure we will use them again, but we will schedule sooner and keep calling them until the truck shows up.  

I'm taking away 2 stars for the no-show and 1 star for the terrible communication and the high price.

I'm totally not a handy person so what I'm about to describe might be something that most people can take care of myself. But being afraid that I'd break something even further, I called Eco plumbing to fix our master bathroom shower not getting enough hot water. Gary came out within an hour. He was friendly, fixed the hot water issue (there's an adjustment that can be made from the temperature adjuster), and also adjusted one of our sink's stopper for better water flow. All of this, including a good sense of humor for $69.

Again, probably something most handy people can take care of themselves, but for those who are like me, Gary and Eco Plumbing is a reliable plumber who can take care of you.

From my first contact with Stephens plumbing I was met with courteous service. They worked around my work schedule to get out to my house the same day to fix an issue. Manny was polite, highly competent and the price was extremely reasonable. I have used Stephens plumbing several times over the past few years and their service has always been impeccable. Thanks Manny!

Never call them again! Maybe they will do the job, but it is much more expensive than other companies. Moreover, they told us they would have come for a free estimation and at the phone they could not tell us any price. But as soon as the guy arrived, he already had a fixed cost for the job, without even entering the bathroom! Why they did not say it at the phone? We would have call someone else without loosing anymore time! 229.00$ for pushing a tube down the sink... if it was for me, and not for my picky landlord, I would have never accepted for such a price!
