I own and operate my own plumbing company and am not equipped to handle septic tanks and systems. I called these guys in to help with a system and they were there in an hour and handled the job very professionally and very quickly!!
Made us all shine and we got the job done! Great company to use!!!
Things were done quickly. Albert was great, friendly, and gave good suggestions. It was costly, and not prepared for other issues. Overall it was well done, so far no other problems.

I needed my septic tank pumped out here in Sylmar. I booked and they showed up as scheduled. Mike and Manny were friendly and professional. There office staff Wendy and associates were friendly and efficient. All made entire process seamless. Thanks for your service.
Very happy with the company. They had their compact 1600 gallon truck come out to pump our septic. Even though they had scheduled for Monday, they called on the Sunday before because they had an opening and swung by early. Guy got right to business and was very professional. Great service.
It was the best experience I've had and the promptness as well as having a better solution to our problem was outstanding. Will use again and recommend them!!

First time I have ever delt with having our septic tank serviced and they made it simple. They called to tell me there were on the way and text me me updated and gave me a 30 min window of arrival not hours like I had been told when calling other places. My septic tank was serviced quickly and I am very happy with the whole experience. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for septic tank service
Had an appointment at 1 o'clock they even called me back to confirm access...at 2 o'clock I called to see what was going on
And they said they had no appointment scheduled

Great customer service all around! During these times I was not so excited to pump my septic tank but the clean, careful and thought out work Sewer Man did was amazing. I have used their plumbing services before and they have never show anything less than five star service!
I would definitely recommend Sewer Man!

They were on time. Straightforward and showed me why we we need to be fixed or replaced something. They also gave us options on how they could fix it and the cost. So at the end of the day they are reasonably price, did quality work and proved to us why something needed to be done. We had massive damage to our sewage lines and I got to see the extensive damage in person and via video. They were very fast. Diagnosed on Sunday, started and completed the work on Monday, even with multiple additional issues that occurred. We had over 100 ft of sewer lines replaced.
They were fast. They showed up as the promised and early. We all know that is a difficult task for lots of service workers these days with that awful 4 hour window. They were courteous and friendly. He didn't try to talk me into a more expensive job. He knocked it out and charged me what was told to me on the phone, no surprises!

Harry was outstanding. He came here saw it was the mixer. Went to get the part total cost $258. One guy from Home Advisor wanted to break through walls and charge me $1800. Do not ever use Home Advisor for anything. Only use Harry for plumbing . He is nice and is honest. Just the truth Laurie!
Last thing someone wants to deal with when they're having emergency plumbing issues is a horrible plumber and I can tell you right now that if you call sewer man he is the opposite of that. He will be there quick and he will have your problem fixed quickly and is very helpful and respectful of your home. I 100% percent recommend him and will be saving his business card for future issues.
