I called because the kitchen sink was clogged.  Velocity sent someone out within 30-45 minutes.  Jorge proceeded to snake the kitchen clean out drain and the pipes were pretty gunky. After several attempts, he had the problem FIXED!  In time for dinner dishes to be washed!

Amazing service! I called for a repair to some piping to my water heater and Bigos Plumbing showed up 45 mins later on a Friday at 7PM. The service was quick, efficient and actually eliminated any more potential Leaks due to the design of the system. They were professional, neat and polite. I would strongly recommend you call Bigos Plumbing before you call anyone else. You will not be disappointed! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Thanks for helping me out!

Frank definitely knows what he's doing.  He was prompt and professional.  Pricing was reasonable and we are satisfied.  What more could you ask?    He also helped us with getting a better handyman to help us with odd jobs around the house.  No sales pressure on other preventative issues; he simply gave us the facts and suggestions.  The only initial problem we had was with the dispatcher dropping the ball on a Sunday visit - but the work was great.

Michael and his team installed a water softener and RO system for me. They were on-time and did excellent work. Everything looks so clean and professional.

I called them to have a kitchen faucet installed.  I had bought the new faucet
and made sure it was the same size as the previous one, which leaked.  I asked for an estimate of the installation, and was told it would be $450.  I thought she made a mistake, and again explained that we already had the faucet as I thought she was including the price of it in the estimate.  She said she realized that, but could give us a 5% senior discount (less than $25).

We said no thanks and called another plumber, at half the price.

We are happy with Ron's service. We were late to get back home. He patiently waited for us and fixed our dishwasher/ air vent in no time. I would recommend his service to anyone

Today was the second time Chris and Jacob came to help me with my kitchen plumbing. I can't say enough about their costumer service and reliability. Had a backup of my kitchen sink, luckily the problem turned out not to be a big deal.  Zlatko came out quickly, within a few hours, understood the issue and fixed it in 20-30 min.  Very responsive, communicative and price was very reasonable.  Didn't try to upsell me anything once he came out, which I've seen others do.  Would use him again.

No one really wants to call a plumber but when you NEED a plumber, you want to make sure you've got THE ONE!  JDR is the ONE to call! This was my first time needing Juan's services for a BADDDD bathroom sink drain. I used yelp to message him and Juan responded very fast, we chatted about a time. Juan arrived on time, totally 100% covid SAFE, CLEAN & TIDY. Juan unclogged that horrible drain, gave me some great tips to keep things flowing smoothly....end of story.  Juan is a true professional, polite, knows his business well, fairly priced and honest.  And, he's a nice guy! My fiancé and I recently got our own place and realized the amount of plumbing issues we had. We had leaks while showering and all of our toilets needed to be changed. After searching for a plumbing company, I came across A&V rooter. I requested a quote from them for the services that we needed & their prices were very reasonable so we decided to move on forward with this company.

Arman came over & was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing without beating around the bush. He was very honest & and did an extremely clean job.

Rishon plumbing & water heaters Company was the most trustworthy and professional company that I have ever used. I was having issues with my water heater decided on going with the tankless and I called them they arrived at my house in no time explained everything to me one by one what needed to be done and how much it will cost me. I was surprised by the price I got, couple of other companies that I spoke with it took forever to get back with me and couple of prices that I got at least 25 to 30% more on the price that I got from Rishon plumbing

We weren't getting hot water in the house, so I called California Hi-Tech to come take a look at the water heater. They came an hour later than they said they would, but I didn't mind too much as it was a Sunday and I just appreciated them coming out at all. The technician was nice and polite, but it turned out to not be our water heater at all but rather the outlet that our pump was plugged into has burned out and needed replacing. Basically the technician was here for 5-10 minutes, told me I needed an electrician - and then charged me $262! Seemed a very steep price for the service that I received. Wouldn't use them again -- too expensive!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.
