My review will be pretty short and sweet. I'm a very hard person to please and usually do a lot of my own work myself.  I care about two thing doing a job right and not cutting corners.  I called these guys after getting home to a plugged up utility sink and drain. I left a message and got a call back in 5 min. They said they can come over ASAP and they did. They took a look advised how much got tools out and took care of it in less than an hr. Thy were super clean professional and cleaned up like nothing ever happened. Like I said I'm a hard person to wow. These guys are pros and care about their company and it shows. Thanks again for the great work...

I needed fast repair to a malfunctioning toilet and Velocity came to my rescue. They replaced all parts inside the toilet's water tank and took the time to explain how each piece worked. I also have a leak that they were able to locate. Overall, I am happy with the work and level of communication they provided. I would definitely hire them again.

So I just moved into a new place, and on the day of the housewarming, my bathrooms sink gets backed up. The day after I yelp for a company to call. I stumbled upon Bigos Plumbing. I called them and they were able to come out the same day. Luke came by and unclogged my sink and was extremely professional and respectful. If you want excellent service that won't cost an arm and a leg, call Bigos.

I am very disappointed that this company will not return my calls. They worked in my kitchen last month and for the most part did a great job. However, one pipe is loose and I need them to come back and tighten it. I have been calling for a week and they will not call me back. I spent almost $800 with them. They could at least call me back. I'm very upset that I am being ignored.

Very pleased with the service I received from Dave.  Had to locate a plumber to fix the mistakes left by a prior plumber during a remodel. He arrived on time and gave me an estimate at no charge prior to starting the work.  He was able to complete several repairs the same day.  Finally a reliable and affordable plumber in the inland empire. I will definitely use him again

Clean out Kings for the win!  My sink needed to be hydro jetted. I called many places and they had the best price by far. Angel was a great technician!  He was professional, efficient, did a great job, had us test the sink and cleaned up after himself.  Great experience, I told two friends about them.

I called and within 20 minutes Mike came out and fixed my leaking garbage disposal & replaced a pipe. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quick!! I just found my new go-to Plumber & I am so happy!!! A+

These guys were fast and friendly. Had an object stuck in my toilet and instead of just taking it apart like everyone else told me they would have to do, they worked their way up to that and was able to remove the obstruction by other means. Great service. Will use again.

Woke up one morning to take a shower and found our shower and toilet were backed up. Called these guys and Marco answered. I explained to him my issue and he sent someone out within 2 hours! That's pretty unheard of these days. Eric arrived on time and quickly pulled out his camera and auger. He quickly identified the problem as a clogged main drain line in the front of our home, since I didn't have a front clean out Eric advised me he would need to start digging and add in a new clean-out so he could hydro jet and see exactly where the issue was. To my surprise he started working right then and there, he called another guy to help him and they worked quick and efficiently to get a new clean out installed and was then able to see I had a broken clay main drain pipe with tree roots growing into it. Eric then quoted me a fair price to repair the broken pipe, which I agreed to and he started the repair. They had to dig down very deep, but they were able to fix a big problem very fast and they did a great job. Fast forward a couple days later I had an unrelated clogged toilet issue, I called Eric and he showed up within the hour to fix this issue and didn't even charge us! Talk about great customer service! Thanks You guys! You have made a lifetime customer out of me.

Although Heflin may have been in business since 1950, it's clear time has eroded their sense of customer service.

As other's have pointed out -- Todd has an attitude and can easily lose his cool. This happened repeatedly when following-up on items promised that he failed to deliver.

Before work began we requested the quote to include a breakout of labor, materials, and tax. Todd was pushy to rush the job, insisting on a flat project fee -- which led to being significantly overcharged.

Todd frequently ghosted via all communication channels and became extremely defensive vs attempting to reach a resolution (check out the hidden one-star reviews below).

Despite our HOA using Heflin for the past 15 years, we won't be working with the company going forward.

There was a leak coming from the ceiling, so we contacted several plumbers on Yelp. Among them, Mr. Pipe Plumbing and Rooter provided a competitive quote, but what made them stand out was Zlatko's communication and professionalism compared to the others.

Zlatko was easy to communicate with via text and arrived promptly. He conducted a thorough inspection of the leak and tried various noninvasive tests. When nothing seemed to work, he respectfully asked for permission to drill a small hole through the wall to investigate further, which had been discussed as a possibility over the phone. We agreed, and the camera revealed that the leak was much more severe than we initially thought. Zlatko explained the process and solution step by step without pressuring us to move forward with him.

As promised, he texted us the next morning with an updated quote and we agreed to move forward. He arrived on time and got to work right away. After fixing the leak, he tested it multiple times to ensure that everything was working properly.

Zlatko is a professional, respectful, and reliable plumber in our experience. He even wore booties in our shoeless house without being asked. We highly recommend Zlatko from Mr. Pipe Plumbing and Rooter to anyone who needs a plumber.

Our toilet has been slow for the past week and eventually clogged completely. I did everything I could but ultimately realized I needed a pro. He was downtown but drove all the way to Santa Clarita on a same day request for a quote and was here by 11. We found out I have roots growing into the pipes from the tree growing outside, but this guy put in work and did everything he could to solve our problem. I will definitely be calling him back for the next steps

First time using and thrilled with their competence, professionalism and pricing. Had a leaky faucet and stubborn water filter replacement that was taken care of in an hour. Very happy and will keep them as my go-to-guys in the future for all my plumbing needs.

AVOID !!!!! These people are true criminals. They came out, my sink was clogged, that is it!!!  They tried to convince me that I had a broken pipe that needed to be replaced - they used a camera and showed where it was broken.....
The said I needed work done which added up to almost $10,000.
And they wanted to start the following day.
The next day I got a second opinion and the plumber snaked my sink for 100 bucks. everything was fixed!!!
YES, it was 100 dollar fix,  not almost TEN THOUSAND!

Rude and over charge for work that wasn't even done or discussed. I believe his wife is the bookkeeper as she is so unprofessional.
Def shop around before using his team.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.
