These guys are awesome. I had leaking underneath my toilet dripping in my basement. I sent them a message through yelp, and they responded back quickly. They worked around my schedule and came promptly. They looked at it, quoted me a really super good price. So I said yes and they started work immediately. My situation for broken wax ring was a little more complicated than usual, due to my flange being not level. But no matter, they patched it with a little quick drying concrete and said they could cut it out and raise it in the future for another fair price. All in all I was super satisfied, because plumbers tend to be ripoffs. But not these guys. Call them immediately for all your plumbing needs!

Bigos Plumbing came out and handled a huge plumbing problem we had. I had other Plumbing companies out and they were going to charge me triple!

Called and scheduled for next day. Luis arrived promptly and provided a free inspection. It turns out it required a simple twisting of a cap. Great customer service. Delivered exactly what was required.

I have to write an update as we've used Mike's services twice after my initial review. Mike is very prompt to reply to texts/messages and always come quickly to take care of the work. He was able to repair/finish some of our DIY plumbing projects that went awry, and he also took care of a leak in one of our water lines. He is now our go-to-guy for any plumbing related issues and I won't hesitate to call him again for any future jobs.

Frank is a very straight forward and honest guy. I called him this morning after discovering my water heater is leaking, he told me he can be there in an hour, he was there on-time to discover that there was nothing wrong with the water heater except the valve was loose. He just tighten up the valve in few seconds and told me there is nothing wrong with my water heater. He didn't even charge me a penny for it. Thank you Frank for your help and especially your honesty.

Ron and his team helped out, over several days, with multiple drain and water issues that we had at our house. One of the things that I appreciate is how pleasant Ron and his workers are. Ron is dependable and true to his word. In the middle of a crisis he would be the best person to call. He did both drain snaking and crawl-space water drying and mold mitigation.

I e-mailed [email protected]… directly yet again, and received zero response. Contrary to the response received from Marco J., I do not believe a receipt was ever e-mailed to me. I check my e-mail inbox and my spam inbox constantly throughout the day.

If you are looking for shoddy work, ridiculous pricing and poor customer service - THEN I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Heflin & Son plumbing!

WITH THEM, you get just the opposite. I was in need of a plumber as I was not happy with two of my previous ones. I asked about a half a dozen people in Westchester - and the first name that always came up was Heflin & Son, and always with a happy look on their face when they suggested to use them.

Well, it ended up that I had a huge issue in my little five unit apartment building. And had to replace almost all of the plumbing.

Of course my issue started on a Saturday when you're going to be paying the highest rates for the weekend. But I had no choice.  Water was gushing out of my garage.

When I called Heflin & Son and left a message with my dilemma, within minutes Todd called me back. We made arrangements for him to send a crew. I was so desperate I didn't even ask him the cost. The next thing I knew pipes for breaking all over the place, and Todd kept  Fixing them.

What impressed me the most about Todd and his crew,  was that I happened to walk in on his crew going over a game plan on how to resolve a  particular issue. And what I heard him tell his subordinate will forever stick in my mind regarding this plumbing company.

I overheard him say - we have to accomplish this challenge as reasonable as we possibly can for the owner and yet still do it right.  You would expect one to hear the opposite - let's get what we can from these guys. Not so with Todd and his company.

When I finally received the final bill for everything I was very pleased with what I was charged for everything.  honest billing is what you get with this company.

I will forever be grateful to Heflin & Son Plumbing, and especially to Todd.   They are more than just plumbers. They are professional, ethical, a real pleasure to work with, absolutely do quality work and are very reasonable for what they do.

The best thing I got out of this deal was peace of mind.   When you trust somebody, it can take a lot of anxiety off your mind. And that's what Todd did for me.

I personally feel to give this particular company a five star rating is an insult. My rating would be 500+ plus,plus etc.

Juan just came over and helped root out a clogged secondary drain situation.  He was friendly, courteous, quick and reasonable.  He responded with a quote within a few minutes of being pinged through Yelp, and was able to set up an appointment an hour or so later that very day.  He was knowledgable and friendly, and took great care to be clean (booties on the feet and a work mat in the bathroom).  In less than an hour we were back in business!

Arman was fast, reliable, easy to communicate with, affordable, and did a fantastic job repairing my leaking sink and replacing 2 faucets as well.

I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be using him in the future.

I needed a new spigot in my patio as well as to raise the pipe out of a hole in the patio floor (don't know why the spigot was set up that way originally!).  We received two bids, and Rishon's bid was significantly lower.  He made the bid from a picture I sent and didn't even need to come over.  So efficient!  The work was done the next day, and I love the results.  I highly recommend Rishon Plumbing for the high quality work, excellent response time, and awesome price!

The absolute worst company/scam out there. This company charged my parents 24-26k$ for plumbing at our house and the problems are still not fixed. This review is way overdue. We recently discovered that the plumbing they did for by our kitchen sink was not done correctly. The sink has been leaving for months into our downstairs garage. THis caused wall damage and mold. For this amount of money, the plumbing should be like one for a brand new home. This means we shouldn't be having problems a year after.  
1. They have new people who have no experience working. They flooded the house 2x, chipped our counters and dented our stove.
2. The guys working for this poor quality company where not professional. We had one worked trying to fight a guy passing by our house in front of us.
3. There is still plumbing issues after 1 year.
Their warranty is horrible !!!! Please look elsewhere. COmpanies like this are just in it for the money. They hire newbies to pay them nothing and these guys come into your home and destroy everything. They are careless !!

We weren't getting hot water in the house, so I called California Hi-Tech to come take a look at the water heater. They came an hour later than they said they would, but I didn't mind too much as it was a Sunday and I just appreciated them coming out at all. The technician was nice and polite, but it turned out to not be our water heater at all but rather the outlet that our pump was plugged into has burned out and needed replacing. Basically the technician was here for 5-10 minutes, told me I needed an electrician - and then charged me $262! Seemed a very steep price for the service that I received. Wouldn't use them again -- too expensive!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.
