After researching for a plumbing company, I decided to use Arlan Plumbing for my repiping of the guest house. Not only was the staff great, knowledgeable, but also professional. I was given an hour window which not only did Brad show up on time, but notified me 30min before. I also decided to use Arlan Plumbing because they are a family business with the customer at mind.

I'm certainly not surprised to see 28 5-star reviews here. Michael Levey installed a tankless gas water heater for us back in 2007 (by the way, tankless is the way to go, if you can).  He was extremely professional and knowledgeable - he had helped us decide which tankless to go with (Noritz), so I kept his card for the next time we needed a plumber.  That day was today...the water heater wasn't getting hot so I called Michael to set up an appointment.  He told me what he thought the problem was (he was right), came over promptly at the scheduled time.  He doesn't carry the part, which he had told me over the phone, so I need to order it from the manufacturer.  He did show me how to install it myself although I know he would be happy to come back and do it if I need it.  Since he was here for all of 10 minutes, he didn't even charge me for his time, which I totally appreciate.  Sometimes I hesitate to write a good review because I worry that person will become too busy, but the heck with that!  Do not hesitate to call Michael at LA Sustainable Plumping with any plumbing problems you will have.

We bought a new washer and dryer and had them installed. The installers didn't attach the waterline securely and as a result we had a major water leak after doing laundry overnight. The three walls surrounding the washer were soaked. l knew that if we didn't get it taken care of we could potentially grow black mold. We initially called the installers and they gave us a ton of runaround. This was especially concerning as we had two newborns in the house at the time. We called Ron at Get Rapid Restoration and and he came out to our house within an hour of calling. He assessed the damage and and got to work immediately. Ron is professional and did good work. When the job was finished the area was cleaned and restored back to its previous condition. His prices were fair and we would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

We just bought a house and wanted to hire a plumbing company to do an overall plumbing inspection since it's an older home. Contacting and making the appointment was very easy and they were very responsive and accommodating. Chris came out on time and was very thorough and transparent. He made some suggestions to help avoid future problems. We've had them over a couple times since to check and fix various plumbing issues and we can't praise them enough. We had a sewer pipe burst under our house...major emergency.  Called Todd Heflin and even though he was out of town, his crew was over within 30 minutes.  We had to redo our entire sewer line and replace pipes under house.  They had to dig up our front lawn and did a great job putting the whole thing back together.
From start to finish took 36 hours.

Todd worked with our insurance company (really went the extra mile) to be sure we got maximum insurance coverage on this mess.

I've been working with Arman for a while now and his new company is fantastic. We had the worst issue with a brand new home build where the plumbing was done incorrectly and the water pressure was completely low for our shower and sinks. Not only that, there was no water line installed to the fridge. Arman is super fast and doesnt cut corners. This guy just goes straight to the job and gets it done right. Replaced the water regulator and fixed some other features that was wrong. Perfectly working now. Love working with people who just get things done professionally.

We started having leak problems with bathroom faucets and called them and they came within one hour! Their price was most affordable compared with other competitors and George & John were professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job installing a new faucets for us. I'm glad we found George & John and I would recommend them to my friends and HOA.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.
