Excellent customer service, punctuality and value. I rarely use Yelp for Plumbing services but this time it wast right on point with the accuracy of  the ratings. My bathtub was clogged and I had previously called a plumbing service which by the way they lied telling me that my pipes were crystallized and that cement breaking would have to be involved in order to repair it.

This was not the case, my bathtub got unclogged, and a minor repair is need it with nowhere near the amount of work the other guy wanted to charge me.

I will definitely use Purdy Plumbing for preventive yearly service.

The team was very professional and extremely fast.  We had a sewer issue under the house, and they were able to fix the problem within 48 hours, including clean up. We highly recommend them who need help with their sewer issues.

Matt and Eric were wonderful. I had a dryer vent that needed an extension and I called Friday evening to see if they could fit me into their busy schedule before my dryer was delivered. Matt asked for some photos of the vent and gave me a fair quote. He was able to work with my schedule and sent Eric to come do the install. They were both very friendly, professional, and efficient. We had a leaking toilet that also wasn't flushing well.  After going to the hardware store and buying a few wrong parts, my family found Arlan Plumbing on Yelp.  They fit us in their schedule and Victor came the same day. He was competent, very friendly with a constant smile on his face and professional.  Not only did he fix the toilet, he did a walk around the house and showed me my clean out and the price was beyond reasonable.  I would recommend Arlan Plumbing without any hesitation.

2nd time i have used him perfect and resonable both times! in and out great customer service!!

Need emergency plumbing service due to a leak in the crawl space under our house. Scheduling was so easy and Philip was able to come out the same day. He quickly assessed what needed to be done and found the leak very quickly -- restoring water back into our home just in time for Thanksgiving! I highly recommend Philip and Clean Out Kings!

We have used Michael on several occasions and were satisfied with his work. But what prompts this 1-star review is that after re-scheduling an appointment (we understood he was busy on a bigger job so cut him the slack he needed), on the date and time of our confirmed service appointment, he never showed up.  Never texted, never called.  Pretty unprofessional in my book.

I called them to have a kitchen faucet installed.  I had bought the new faucet
and made sure it was the same size as the previous one, which leaked.  I asked for an estimate of the installation, and was told it would be $450.  I thought she made a mistake, and again explained that we already had the faucet as I thought she was including the price of it in the estimate.  She said she realized that, but could give us a 5% senior discount (less than $25).

We said no thanks and called another plumber, at half the price.

Ron was great. Our old water heater stopped working this morning, and by 5 pm, he had a new one installed and working for us. He and his co-worker were both very nice, very professional, and very polite. The price was good, and they took care of everything so I didn't have to. I didn't have to take time off of work or anything. I really appreciate his work ethic in making sure it was all handled promptly, in the same day. He not only installed the heater but made sure it all worked and looked good - he stayed true to his word and took care of us!

I recommend Ron to anyone needing a new water heater or similar type of work!

Having recently decided to rent my house after living there for 15+ years, my tenant got around to installing his washing machine in the 2nd week of his living there and found that when his washing machine drained it backed up into the sink and out the laundry drain. In my 15 years at the residence I had never experienced any issue with the laundry drain backing up. Now granted, I purchased a high efficiency washing machine in 2016 but prior to that I used a standard washing machine and never experienced an issue. hmmm.. well, now I'm a landlord and I want my tenants to be happy so I got right on the case to find someone to resolve it.

My old lady happens to be a property manager so I let her arrange a plumber to stop by and resolve the issue. She chose Clean Out Plumbing based on all their 5 star reviews and the $49 drain clean with check in. Being the great boyfriend that I am I let her roll with it and arrange to be at the property at 6pm when they are scheduled to arrive.

So the guys show up right on time. 2 young guys which I find odd because i never seen plumbers come in pairs and secondly they look mighty young to be experienced plumbers. So they come in and ask what the issue is and my tenant explains about the drain backing up when the washing machine discharges the water. Without ever looking at the problem one of the guys starts going into how the issue is the drain has so much build up that there is very little room for the water to exit and that I need their hydro-jet service, which cost $550.

Right there my shenanigans meter went off the rails and I told them I'm not looking to spend $550 and want a traditional drain unclog with a snake, which is a technique plumbers have been using for years. They state that they can do this but they only have a 25ft snake and that its not going to fix the problem. With that I tell them thanks for stopping by, I'll find someone else to resolve the issue. and the next day I had all Al Weber and Sons plumbing come out and take care of everything for a fraction of the cost of the hydrojet. And miraculously the drain is no longer backing up.  

But things then got really weird when my tenant calls me at 8pm telling me that marco, the owner, is at the house and apologizing and wanting to resolve the issue. First off, its very unprofessional to come to someones house like that. My tenants do not need to deal with this and upon hearing the owner is there I am now certain I want nothing to do with this company. Yes, he offered to fix the issue for free and apologized and said he was going to fire that tech. Thats great, but my trust was lost the minute they tried to upsell me to a $550 service to unplug a drain. and not only did he come to the property, he also called my old lady multiple times. My decision was final when I had your tech leave and your calls and going to my property just confirmed I made the right decision.

Marco stated to my tenants that this was the 2nd time this tech has pulled this stunt. What motive would the tech have to upsell customers on the hydrojet?? Are they pocketing the cash for the hydrojet?? I dont get why they would push this service, but I have my suspicions of whats really going on.

Have to disagree with the previous reviewer.  That was not my experience with them at all.  We've had Heflin & Sons do repairs several times over the past few years.  The first was for a pinhole leak in one of our pipes in the bedroom wall.  They found it, fixed it and recommended a patch/wall repair company that came in and made the wall look just like before except for the paint.  The other two times were to replace parts in our toilets when the flappers gave out.  They've always been on time and professional and got the work done.  I recommend them for any plumbing issues you have.

Their price was most affordable compared with other competitors and George & John were professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job installing a new faucets for us. We had a good experience with Rooter Hero.  Rafeal gave us an initial consultation and gave us a fair price (we compared prices) to service our tankless water heaters.  He was clean, friendly, and displayed professionalism throughout the visit.  The procedure took about an hour.  I would call him again in the future.

I have been using Ilan for several years, he works a lot in the building that I live in it's a large condo 229 units and we've used him for a lot of our repairs.
  He just did a remodel in my bathroom he did a fabulous job I am so so happy! I highly recommend him to anybody that wants to do a bathroom remodel or kitchen I've seen his work there too. I never even knew he did remodeling I've been using him just her plumbing for several years. He's honest and reliable and his workers are very good.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.
