Chris came over to my tenant's townhouse to check a leaky shower and quoted us for $475 to replace the valves, solder a new piping to the shower. I basically just asked him if he can itemized the cost. Basically how much the parts itself and the labor cost and see if I can compare to other plumbers. He got defensive and said I was being rude for saying that??? What the ...? It's a standard question. All he can answer was that is the basic package and he can't give me the price of the parts yet because he doesn't know it. Then how can you give me a price of $475 and not know the price of the parts? And he immediately said I will hand the phone back to the tenant and not work on this job. And he will bill me $85 for coming over and analyzing the problem. I understand that fee but I just had to ask my tenant if that was ever disclosed to him and he said no. I asked Chris (the plumber) if he ever disclosed that $85 dollars to my tenant before starting the job and he said no. So I asked him; why are you charging $85 now? He immediately just hang up the phone and left.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jorge and his team. I needed my rooter work on my bathroom sink and tub. It was kinda of an emergency situation. They delivered on timing and service. I will have them in my back pocket for plumbing services (which I am not hoping for very soon) but if it comes up, they are the first ones I will call. Thank you Velocity.

We have major problems in the kitchen and the main sewage line from the bathrooms in our house.  There is a utility sink in the garage that backed up all week.  Whenever we wash dishes or turn on the garbage disposal the food and all the nasty stuff would purge out of the sink.  We poured draino but it didn't really do anything.  Also six months ago we had the snake done and we were shocked when we collected a bag of roots.  Even then the water never quite go down fast enough and stuff would come out of the clean out.  We needed help big time and after calling a few places in yelp, we decided to go with Matt and Bigos.  His price is extremely fair and he seems like he knows what he's doing.  Matt came out today and did the work himself.  He ran a camera in there and I was shocked.  I thought the bag of roots I collected last time was a lot but it was only a small fraction of what's in there.  If we didn't run the snake in there, I don't think there was any openings starting from our house down to the street.  Matt have us a fair price on the hydro jet and it cleaned out the line entirely.  It's a 45 feet long line and it was a lot of work.  Since the kitchen was a separate issue, Matt didn't quote me initially for it but without asking he just did it free of charge.  He also showed me potential problems down the line and how I can fix it.  The solution is costly but is worth it.  We'll definitely will get that job done with Matt when the time comes, but right now we couldn't be happier.  Big thanks to Matt and Bigos.  I highly highly recommend Matt for the job.  You will be extremely satisfied as I am.

This is a great team.  I'm pretty difficult to please and these guys did a really good job repairing my water main after a break caused by the recent rains.  I watched the job pretty closely and I was particularly struck by the quality of the workmanship.  David (I guess he is the crew captain?) is a highly competent plumber and his crew are both knowledgeable and super focused on the detail of their work.

I take a star off for the opacity of the pricing (I was given a flat rate a bid), which is an issue that is certainly not unique to Arlan Plumbing - this is a problem for all plumbing services.

Roman (Owner? Manager for sure) seems to have put together a high quality, competitively priced plumbing group.

UPDATE 05/05/2017: I actually asked twice for help with another plumbing problem.  The first time I asked David.  David never got back to me.  After a few weeks I asked Roman, and he had David call me which he did, promised again to get back to me and...nothing.  I notice a few no show reviews so maybe there is a problem there.  Too bad, because the work is good and Roman was gracious enough to take almost an hour on the phone after the job to thoroughly explain pricing and how to go about getting the best quote.   These are good people so I don't know what to make of it.  Under the circumstance I'd have to say use with caution?  You will likely get a good job done, if they show or get back to you.

Dave came out about 2 hours after I called him. He fixed our clogged sink and gave us a discount!!! Very nice man and had recommendations for the future.  Also, with his busy schedule, he was nice enough to check on my neighbors plumbing problem.  Will be contacting him definitely because of his knowledge and expertise as well as referring him.

Great service showed up same day, gave us estimate up front and completed service in a timely and professional manner.   Shout out to Bobby, he's a great employee, very friendly, knowledgable and personable.

We have had banging in our walls whenever the water has been in use for about two years . The knocking was getting worse so we went straight to our trusty yelp to help us find a new plumber . After 9 years of loyalty our old plumber told us he had no idea what it could be other than an water hammer and they would charge $120 for a quote. . Micheal arrived on time with a huge  truck full of all the parts our regular plumber has to run and get. Micheal found that the banging had come from a pipe that in the wall that had not been secured . He recommended I call the contractor that did the work . There are so many plumbers out there that would have sold me a bunch of stuff and charged me a fortune and nothing would have been achieved . He  refused payment for the best part of an hour that he spent at our house . I cant recommend him highly enough .

I received a quote via Yelp for replacing my garbage disposal. Frank came to my home on time and replaced my garbage disposal for the quoted price.  Frank was friendly and efficient. I checked the quoted price online against what is the average price for the job and the price I paid was just about in the middle of the low to high range. Overall, I was very pleased and would definitely call Pro Quality Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

We found a leak in our garage Sunday morning and reached out to Get Rapid Restoration. They were able to send someone out within the hour, it was unbelievable. It took some time to for them to find the source of the leak, but they were diligent and was able to find it and fix it for us in a timely manner. We highly recommend their services!

I wanted to share my positive experience with Clean Out Plumbing on Yelp. I called them last night around 2 AM, and to my surprise, Marco answered the phone on the second ring. He was polite, patient, and listened carefully to my plumbing issue.
He promised to come out in the morning, and he did just that. He arrived promptly and got right to work. Marco was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. He cleared out my clogged line from my cleaned out, just as he promised, for a reasonable price of $49.
What impressed me the most was that he also ran a camera to show me the problem. He discovered that the cast-iron pipe was catching all the toilet paper, creating a soft luggage. He left me with some helpful recommendations, but he was not pushy on any sales.

If you are looking for shoddy work, ridiculous pricing and poor customer service - THEN I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Heflin & Son plumbing!

WITH THEM, you get just the opposite. I was in need of a plumber as I was not happy with two of my previous ones. I asked about a half a dozen people in Westchester - and the first name that always came up was Heflin & Son, and always with a happy look on their face when they suggested to use them.

Well, it ended up that I had a huge issue in my little five unit apartment building. And had to replace almost all of the plumbing.

Of course my issue started on a Saturday when you're going to be paying the highest rates for the weekend. But I had no choice.  Water was gushing out of my garage.

When I called Heflin & Son and left a message with my dilemma, within minutes Todd called me back. We made arrangements for him to send a crew. I was so desperate I didn't even ask him the cost. The next thing I knew pipes for breaking all over the place, and Todd kept  Fixing them.

What impressed me the most about Todd and his crew,  was that I happened to walk in on his crew going over a game plan on how to resolve a  particular issue. And what I heard him tell his subordinate will forever stick in my mind regarding this plumbing company.

I overheard him say - we have to accomplish this challenge as reasonable as we possibly can for the owner and yet still do it right.  You would expect one to hear the opposite - let's get what we can from these guys. Not so with Todd and his company.

When I finally received the final bill for everything I was very pleased with what I was charged for everything.  honest billing is what you get with this company.

I will forever be grateful to Heflin & Son Plumbing, and especially to Todd.   They are more than just plumbers. They are professional, ethical, a real pleasure to work with, absolutely do quality work and are very reasonable for what they do.

The best thing I got out of this deal was peace of mind.   When you trust somebody, it can take a lot of anxiety off your mind. And that's what Todd did for me.

I personally feel to give this particular company a five star rating is an insult. My rating would be 500+ plus,plus etc.

My property management company called Mr Pipe after I requested maintenance on a dribbling bathtub faucet in my apartment, and I'm very glad they did.

Zlatko arrived on time, promptly diagnosed, and fixed the faucet (removing a screw that was obstructing the hot water flow). Not only did he quickly fix my plumbing issue, but he took the time to explain what was wrong and why it was happening.

I was also really impressed with Mr Pipe's customer service. Throughout our appointment Zlatko was professional, polite, and really helped to ease the frustration of a broken bathtub.

As a renter, I don't often get to choose who takes care of my plumbing problems. But I'll definitely be calling Mr Pipe the next time I need a knowledgeable, trustworthy plumber.

After years of service from a neighborhood plumber who lives minutes from our house and only needing at the most, a 20 minute repair, and also being a loyal customer we were disappointed that he flaked out after scheduling a next morning appointment to fix our one and only toilet. So we turned to Yelp and things did work out for the better. We found Juan. All the 5 star reviews are well earned. All the positive comments are legitimate and we can attest to that: quick response on Yelp, scheduled next morning service, on time, polite, respectful of property, wore a mask and booties, did the repair quickly, left the work area clean, and gave us a fair price. Thank you Juan. You are our new go-to guy for future plumbing needs.

I've been working with Arman for a while now and his new company is fantastic. We had the worst issue with a brand new home build where the plumbing was done incorrectly and the water pressure was completely low for our shower and sinks. Not only that, there was no water line installed to the fridge. Arman is super fast and doesnt cut corners. This guy just goes straight to the job and gets it done right. Replaced the water regulator and fixed some other features that was wrong. Perfectly working now. Love working with people who just get things done professionally.

This is the second time I am using Rishon Plumbing for my plumbing issues.

This time I had my sewer backing up in the front yard. I called George and they came out on the same day. They cleaned the sewer and pulled out a lot of tree roots.

Now we are preparing for a big project of replacing the sewer line and guess who is going to do it. RISHON PLUMBIMG.

We needed some sewer clearing that the usual snake could not clear. The crew came prepared and hydrojetted the sludge. The also ran a camera down the line and found a couple of serious problems that will need to fixed. But line is open again and we can use the drains. Cost for hydrojetting is much more expensive than snaking but that is what we needed. Crew were good at explaining what they had done and emailed me pictures of the interior of the pipe where there were problems.

We weren't getting hot water in the house, so I called California Hi-Tech to come take a look at the water heater. They came an hour later than they said they would, but I didn't mind too much as it was a Sunday and I just appreciated them coming out at all. The technician was nice and polite, but it turned out to not be our water heater at all but rather the outlet that our pump was plugged into has burned out and needed replacing. Basically the technician was here for 5-10 minutes, told me I needed an electrician - and then charged me $262! Seemed a very steep price for the service that I received. Wouldn't use them again -- too expensive!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.
