We needed a shower valve replacement and called around for a few estimates.  We got one for over $1000, and two that were for $425 labor only, $625 if parts included.  One of these more reasonable estimates came from Purdy - and in the end we went with them because: one, the other plumber wouldn't even bother coming over to look first, and would only give an estimate over the phone... and two, they've got amazing Yelp reviews!  

Chris was extremely punctual when he came over for both the estimate, as well as the job itself, and spent a lot of time doing his work with great care.  Due to a little bit of miscommunication, we had an unfinished detail that Ryan (the owner) graciously came back to complete.  He even went out of his way to offer a post-job discount to ameliorate the situation (I turned down the discount, but really appreciated the fact that he offered it!)  He, and Erin (the receptionist) are super polite, friendly, and professional, before AND after the job is done!    

We've used several plumbers at our home since we've owned it, but for various reasons (overpriced, not locally based, no common sense, etc) we've had to keep looking for someone new.  I speak from experience when I say that Purdy is a fantastic business to support because they are reasonably priced with fantastic customer service, work flexible hours, and are local!!!  Give them a try, you won't regret it.

Needed service ASAP coz it was the kitchen sink that clogged and responded right away. Very respectful and polite. Would definitely recommend and call in the future incase would be needing a plumber again.

Another exceptional plumbing project completed by the BIGOS plumbing crew! We are so impressed with the consistency of the top notch work this company provides. We are also especially impressed with the meticulous care Stephanie takes to coordinate the scheduling and to keep us in the know as to when the project will require water service disruption so we can make our tenants aware. I had a broken toilet. First of all. It sucks, let me tell you. You have to go through the problem of discovering what's wrong, then negotiating with insurance companies, finally deciding that it is only right to go out and purchase one on your own.  

Having said that, I purchased a toilet and was calling around for plumbers. I called three or four Loco plumbers who are quoting the prices upwards of $200 to replace a toilet and haul away the old one. However, I then called Arlen plumbers.

Not only were they exceptionally reasonable in price, but had availability that fit my schedules needs. In fact, Brad, was very helpful in accommodating my poor schedule. Within two hours technician Frank came out to install the toilet. He was extremely professional and extremely prompt on time. Within an hour, the toilet was changed the old one and hauled away and I now can alleviate myself in comfort.

The thought of going again in the bushes, was not appealing. Arlen plumbers made sure that I would not have to do that; again....

Diagnosed a leak and repaired quickly and at reasonable price.  Dave should be called for any plumbing need.  Very honest, I trust him.

Clean Out Kings did what they promised in a timely manner with a smile and quickly finished the job . The technician was clean and clear with what he was going to do. I will definitely use them again

Michael is the best plumber hands down. He has been our plumber for over 10 years. He just came out to fix something and was so fast and helpful. Here are the pluses about him.
1. Very responsive. Returns calls right away. Also called me to let me know he was nearby.
2. Very knowledgeable. Knows his stuff. Fixed a major problem today quickly. Also recommend some maintenance I wasn't aware we needed to preserve our tankless water heater.
3. Friendly and communicates clearly. He answers all of your questions and makes sure you understand.
4. Reasonably priced.
If you need a great plumber, Michael is the guy.

I don't write many reviews but, this company deserves a 5 star rating for their service. I was having an issue with the water pressure in my house and the sprinklers (after a previous job done by a different company). The company sent a technician out for a free estimate and he found the issue right away. I wasn't sure if it was the regulator, the main shut off by the street, or something else. He explained what the issue was, and also gave me a few pointers regarding my sprinklers. Great company! I wish I had called earlier. Thank you.

I called this company they finally came out they checked plumbing to determine how to fix the copper pipe. Anthony the lead plumber said it would be 275.00 to fix. He scheduled me for Wednesday and never showed up, not even a courtesy call. Definitely do NOT recommend this service at all!

Great communication in scheduling and getting people out to fix my bathroom clog.

When they got here, they were quick in fixing the issue and were on their way after processing the invoice.

They wore masks the whole time and was respectful of social distancing (knocked and then stayed away from door, etc.)

There is a 30 day warranty if the clog isn't fully fixed, so that is a reassuring.

Will be using them again!

On Labor Day after hours I realized our toilets and bath tub were backing up.  Called Heflin and son who dispatched a tech with 40 minutes.  They snaked the main line and advised roots were a problem.  Was surprised to find out I would get a bill in the mail (and no payment due upon service).  A few days later I got a bill. I'm not sure how much this service normally costs but given it was a holiday and after six, No complaints from me!  I'll be calling them every sept from here on out!

I guess I should have read that home inspection report five years ago that recommended snaking on a yearly basis to avoid problems....

Zladko called me within minutes of my putting out my Yelp. I needed to have my thermostat in my shower repaired, and the filter changed for the water in my kitchen. He took care of everything the next day, in under an half an hour. He is professional, friendly and trustworthy. I will be calling him for any future plumbing needs, and forwarding his information to anyone I know I need of a plumber.

First time using and thrilled with their competence, professionalism and pricing. Had a leaky faucet and stubborn water filter replacement that was taken care of in an hour. Very happy and will keep them as my go-to-guys in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Needed the pipes snaked or hydro jetted and was promised an arrival time of 9am. At 10 am, he still had not arrived so we called and a receptionist said she would look into it. Never got a call back on when he would arrive. We started contacting other companies services. At 11:30am he arrived at the house with no explanation. He then told us hydro jetting would cost $1,100 even though we got estimates from other companies for $400-$450. He told us their company could match theirs. We thought they would give us a deal for the inconvenience. He came back and said the best they could do was $500. So not only could they NOT match the competitors price, but they went higher and wouldn't offer a discount for the 2 1/2 hour delay. Waste of time and energy, don't contact this company if you want good customer service, good prices, and reliability.

Best plumber! He was very quick and efficient, and very honest when it came down to pricing and the work that needs to be done. The prices were very reasonable. He was very quick at diagnosing the problem and solving them. I would highly recommend this company, I've used them many times since for all my plumbing problems!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.
