I requested a second opinion from rescue rooter, and I wasnt disappointed with their estimated, which was alot more affordable than the first estimate given from another vendor. I didnt have to use them this time around but will be coming to them instead. Answered questions, arrived on time and professional. Thank you for your time.

Our toilet had broken and needed it replaced. Reached out to a few people for quotes and decided to go with Ray. He was responsive and pricing was fair.

He was able to make it out the same day which was convenient. They hauled away the old toilet and cleaned up after themselves. New toilet works great!

If you need any plumbing work done give these guys a call. They did an awesome job replacing my old shower faucet. I called them and they were at my house the next day which was awesome.

I called a couple of other places for prices but these guys gave me a good deal so definitely shop around if your not convinced but in my experience they did offer a better deal.

Our tenant's toilet was clogged and we needed help quickly. We called a few plumbers and were losing hope that someone would be able to help same day. Ray and his assistant were able to come help us quickly. They solved the issue. They were professional, quick, and charged a very reasonable price. Definitely hiring them again for any plumbing issues.

I contacted this company based on it's exceptional ratings.  Ray and his Assistant came to my home to install kitchen drain pipe and two angle stops.  They were professional and worked continuously until the job was done.

If you're in need of a plumber, look no further...Ray is your man. He quoted me a reasonable and fair price to unclog my bathroom sink, replaced parts and also fixed our leaking shower valves. He was on time and was very professional. He answered questions we had and gave helpful information. We very pleased with the work. Ray wrote me back quickly to a last-minute need of repair for my shower in our granny flat, and was able to fix it so easily! Also, on his way out caught a gas smell and found a leak in our meter. Decent but super expensive $$$$$.  Plumber was there for less than 10 min and charged $150. He got the job done but if you do the math, it's like $900/hour!

A true example of an experienced and well equipped plumber. I've used him in the past and have never had any regrets. A problem solver and more than just a plumber. I highly recommend him as your first option you won't be disappointed. He even pointed out things that were wrong beforehand.

For months we've had a bathroom leak in our condo flowing into our first floor neighbors living room. For over a month we struggled to receive fair estimates and find a plumber that was available at the same time our tenants and neighbors were. He was even able to come out the exact SAME day to execute the repair of our P-Trap, P-trap arm, and waste overflow. It was quick, painless, and took under a day compared to the weeks of back-and-forth we experienced with other plumbing companies. Ray was professional and very responsive, called him because the tenants reported the bathrooms weren't draining. He came out immediately and unclogged them.

A day later the tenants reported that it was still happening, he came out for no additional costs and said that he had snaked it some more.

Fast forward 2 days and it's still happening, I told him of the issue but I didn't get a response back. He was very professional and I can't really say I had any issues.

Long overdue review - Ray came to our house within an hour of our call, late at night, after the previous plumber refused to do any work on the pipe leaking under our house (long story there that I won't get into). Without any hesitation, Ray hopped under the house, sealed up the pipe, and unclogged our main line. He even gave us a great recommendation for a cleanup crew to take care of the soil under the house. He was very friendly and professional all around, and we wouldn't hesitate to call him back if we have any more issues.

Ray is fantastic! Found Sonic on Yelp for an emergency back up the other evening and decided to go with him because he is local and of course the number of five star reviews. He was super fast and took great care of us. I highly recommend his service and will absolutely go to him next time.

These guys are wonderful! The faucet in our kitchen sink sprang a leak and they came out that same day to install a new one for us quickly at a very reasonable price. And because we live in an old apartment building, the brand new faucet they installed stopped pumping out hot water a couple days after because of some old rubber tubing hat got stuck in our pipes. I called them up again to see if they could take a look at it and give me an estimate to see how much it would cost to fix it and they said they'd take a look and if it was a quick, easy fix they wouldn't charge me. Sure enough they came that day and within 5 minutes diagnosed and fixed the problem and didn't charge me. It is so hard to find honest plumbers who won't rip you off for every single thing. We will definitely be contacting them for any and all future plumbing issues!

Ray is really great.  They gave me a good price, and they were knowledgeable and thorough with the plumbing work they did for me and my condo.  The work seemed great.  Ray and the other person were pleasant and kind people.  I enjoyed having them do the work, and I'll definitely go with them in the future!

I was a bit cautious because the reviews were dated, but I figured I give it a shot seeing as I needed plumbing service. I called and spoke with Ray the owner of Sonic Rooter and Plumbing. Great price. But more important to me great service and expertise. Ray and his crew were very professional and took care of my job perfect. He came out to a multi-unit apartment complex  where we needed some complicated natural gas line work to be done. Ray took a look at it and knew exactly what needed to be done, and  when I asked him if he had done it before,  he told me yes,  and I felt confident in his answer. Stubborn toilet required for Ray to go up to the roof in the rain to snake the drain. He also snaked a slow drain in the kitchen sink. Overall I am very happy with the work. Called Sonic Rooter and Plumbing, at 11:58am on a Tuesday to clear a plugged up kitchen sink. Ray answered and was able to give me an appointment that same day at 1:30pm. He explained it would be $100 for visit and service, and if he couldn't unplug it. There would be no charge at all. I asked...and he said, he took cash, card, or check...sweet!! He got there on time, looked everything over and went to work. He snaked it, and he was sure he got it. So he reassembled my pipes...that I took apart. Ran the water and everything was just perfect!! Mind you, I've been trying to fix this on my own for 2 days. So I was super pleased with Ray's work, and how fast it was..too. I will be calling again, for future work. Thx Ray

The base of my toilet would leak substantially during the flush, after calling around getting prices from several different companies many of which overcharging, I found Ray, he came out, did a wonderful job replacing the wax ring and explained to me what caused the leakage, he also removed this 4 foot long 5 inch wide root buildup that was growing beneath my toilet, it was gross! He did a plumbing inspection on my kitchen and gave me an estimate which is a job I will have him do. Should you need any plumbing service Ray's knowledge and professionalism will leave you satisfied. I would highly recommend Sonic Rooter and Plumbing and will be using their services again.

Had a problem with my toilet and Ray came out and fixed it right away, now mind you the toilet was older than him (made parts hard to get) no problem for Sonic. If you live in the hub city I highly recommend Sonic Rooter and Plumbing no job to small or too hard for Ray.

I had a water leak on my property in between the street valve and my house.  Ray answered my call right away and showed up very fast.  He diagnosed and fixed the leak, then guaranteed the fix.  He also jackhammered out a bunch of cement for me.  Couldn't have been more courteous or professional.

Needed a service for clogged sink drains for a rental property we own. Could not get to the property but took a chance with Sonic Rooter in the Compton area where our property is located. Spoke with the company owner Ray who was nice enough to check out the problem in about an hour after we called. Came back with a very reasonable price for the drain cleaning and called me back with status update. He even did the work and billed me later so very convenient.
