Called 3 places on Yelp to hide our pipes since we converting kitchen to room. Prices were $650, $550, and $250. Exteme was the $250 company. They came out that day and did the job in under 1hr. Very efficient and honest (wouldnt even take cash :-)

Excellent service. Quick response. Super friendly and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend for any plumbing needs.
They showed up on time and worked tirelessly in the heat helping each other and it seemed each worker had his job of expertise to contribute to the project/ job. We had to replace old main piping because of a leak. One man dug the ditches and one shoveled, one even crawled under the house to attach a pipe. They all were very nice, knowledgeable, friendly, smart.
Albert was the supervisor and also worked helping with what needed to be done. They were all incredible workers. It took a couple of days to complete the job . The valley was in the high nineties but they never complained. You can't go wrong with Extreme Plumbing.

I don't know if they're incompetent or frauds, but stay far away.
Our shower stopped working and Extreme came by. The first guy couldn't seem to get the hardware off, so he called someone else who eventually took it apart. He said the valve needed to be replaced and they'd have to open up the drywall to do it. They quoted me $1,800 for the job and charged $180 for troubleshooting.
The quote seemed high and they were sketchy so I got a second opinion from Hotline Plumbers. Turns out there was some buildup that just needed to be cleaned out and he replaced the cartridge just in case. He charged $250 and I have my shower back.
I don't know if Extreme was trying to rip me off or they just don't know their trade, but either way I'm glad I found someone else.
So glad we called them to take care of the storm drain before the massive LA rains. They did a great job.

We can't say enough great things about these guys. Abe & Vig went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Reliable, honest, trustworthy, the list goes on. We're so lucky to have come across their company.
I have been using the services of Extreme Plumbing And Rooter for many years now. Yes, I said many years! I have many rental properties throughout the San Fernando Valley as well as my own home, and my large office building too.
I do a lot of work myself alongside a few handyman that work for me and I know how to do many plumbing related repairs and upgrades but I simply do not have the extra time. I do double check everything and I'm very picky about getting things done. I'm with the motto to do it right once and then don't look back. If that means extra time is needed or I need to spend a little more money then so be it. I hate wasting time and money and doing things twice because of cutting corners. I ALWAYS use Abe and his crew of plumbers at Extreme Plumbing And Rooter for all of my plumbing needs. I have been referring them to family and friends and other property investors for years. Wether it's something small like a new toilet flapper or drain rooter / or something big like a new water heater or copper re pipe. Abe is very thorough as well as his crew. I like the fact that he'll give me options as far as upgrades go. A toilet, a sink, a water heater can vary in price and labor.
Most people do not realize this. I always get a fair price from Abe. Sometimes when a tenant calls me and I can't be at the property then Abe will send me some photos via text so I can get a visual on the problem at hand and give him the ok to proceed. I trust Abe and I do not trust many people! I always get a well written receipt with a breakdown of the work performed. If a tenant or myself find something that was not done to my liking all I have to do is call Abe and he'll come back out to take a look. Plumbing is a unique craft and sometimes when one item is fixed then something else can go wrong. There are many parts and connections involved with plumbing. I rest comfortably knowing that Abe double checks and makes any needed adjustments when doing a job. The trenchless sewer repair is awesome by the way! I've even had them do some landscaping drainage upgrades at a few properties too. Give them a call. They'll always return your call or message and take the time to talk to you about your plumbing needs. By the way if you look back at my photos and check ins you can see how many years I have stood by this company!!!

Really honest, stand up, straightforward and direct people. The tech was excellent, and the office people were so nice and friendly. A great experience overall. These will be my new go-to plumbers, no question about it.
Excellent professional customer service on Christmas Day!!!! When you have 20 people coming for breakfast and the kitchen sink backs up!!!! Extreme Plumbing responded immediately and was available to meet within the hour! We can not thank them enough!!!
Fantastic service by these guys. I was helped primarily by Arsen and needed a shower installed where my bathtub is. He was super helpful, came up with a great plan to get me what I needed, and most importantly: the price was FAR better than anyone else. The end result was just as good, we even had to make a tiny adjustment mid project and he was super communicative about the whole process. And the shower worked like a charm!
Overall I highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them in the future!

Number 3 FIX GAS HOSE
A hose has two ends. We called to professionally install but somehow they believe that by saying that it was messed with before is what caused the problem. We are not denying this, it is because of that reason WHY WE CALLED TO HAVE IT PROFESSIONALLY SECURED BY HIS TEAM. They did not.
We asked to talk about the situation. Abram showed no compassion, when he called my husband which ironically I was the one in contact with abram from the start, he referred to me as some lady called us to tell us about a leak.
Again he can keep his money. All 680, the half he offered in return of a written declaration that we were good, the 120 he initially offered. All of it. Keep it.
Please choose another business and save yourself the headache, the risk and the danger.
My bad reviews which total to 4 including his, over 7 years are more important to note than to apologize that they made a mistake and endangered our lives.

We had two bathroom faucets that needed replacement. Extreme Plumbing responded on Yelp quickly and showed up on time. They were professional and considerate with our home cleaned up after the job was completed. Very satisfied with this company and would recommend.
The Shower handle broke and I had to turn off the water to the house this morning. Called and they were able to come the same day. The guys showed up and determined what is was going to take to fix the shower handle that broke. they left, came back with the parts and did an excellent job. Reasonable prices. the water and toilets were back on before the kids got home for the day!
THIS BUSINESS AND OWNER ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
We hired these guys to come out and check out some issues with our new gas appliance range/gas lines. When the workers were there and they did their initial review, we requested if they could ensure our stove range was safely connected for USE. They did their job and left, we kept smelling hints of gas and called them back. They did a spray water test and found no gas...For the next 24 hours I would get hints of gas every time I passed our stove.
I called So Cal Gas and the moment they stepped near the range the machine went off like crazy. He took a look and realized the connection to the range was loose and could toggle it with his hands.
They only made sure one end, the line connected to the house was secure, not the line connecting to the stove...
Our request was please ensure our Stove Range is safely connected for USE. The Invoice we have says Fix Gas Hose - they only fixed it on one end.... Had we used it after trusting them and with their second check and telling us we were fine to use and cook... well I don't know if I would be writing this review.
We reached out to Abram and when we informed him, his initial response was let me call you in 2 days after I looked into it. The lack of compassion and caring as the manager/owner had when such a concern was brought forward was definitely disheartening. He called me back 24 hours later to offer $120.00 back and that should make it right. We explained how that was offensive so he offered 100 more dollars. When I told him that 1/2 of our money back was reasonable since our request was not fulfilled.. he said he needed to see all the work so cal gas had done and he would talk to management (himself?).
We have gone back and forth over email because he only wants to refund us 1/2 our money and he continues to state the only reason he will give half is to make unhappy customer, happy but no job was done wrong.
At this point - he has now accused us of wanting our money back not for our lives being endangered over a half completed request BUT that Race and Plumbers Smell would be the primary reason .. ALL his customers, who have wanted a refund in the past have been for those reasons so he assumed we are in a similar situation... WHAT?
We sent him the video of proof of the second connection being loose and he didnt even bother to see it. He hasn't bothered to acknowledge the situation but simply call me a liar and that I am making false accusations. He will only give me half of my money back and only if I agree to give a written declaration that we are good. NO WE ARE NOT GOOD. He even told me when I was ready to make things rights, to let him know ... WHAT?!?! I am supposed to make things right? By right he means giving him that written declaration.
Do yourself a favor, protect your safety and your families and go with another business.
After 0ver 20+ emails back and forth, Abe is waiting for us to make it right and let him know when we are ready to accept his concession to make it go away. Still to this date, not a single penny has been reimbursed for this poor quality of work and even worse response nor has an acceptable response been given from Abe (owner).
Got a free estimate. Did a great job for work that needed a few modification. Out of a few bids they where the best.
I needed to replace a water valve in my yard, at first they were going to charge me for a trip fee but would credit me once they complete the job. I asked if they can just give me a quote site unseen since it was a simple valve replacement. They came within 2 hour and beat other competitors quote that I've already gotten through Yelp. 15 min later they replaced and I was a happy customer.

If you are in an emergency situation Extreme Plumbing will go above and beyond to help you. I had an emergency situation at my house where the handle to the water main valve to my townhouse broke off. Due to it being a townhouse my homeowners association and management company had to arrange for an emergency shut off with LADWP who gives you a 4 hour service window with 30 minutes notice of their arrival. This would shut the water off to 113 units so the valve could be replaced. I needed a plumber who was willing to be on call for me with 30 minutes notice to head over to do the repair and Extreme Plumbing really came through for me. Leslie in the office went above and beyond in coordination with Abe to arrange this for me. Their technicians were detail orientated, knowledgeable and experienced. I called many other companies who said they would not be on call like that for a customer. Everything went smoothly and the new valve is not only super cute which obviously matters a lot but their workmanship was beautiful, their timing was impeccable and the quality of the work was well worth the cost. Thank you to the entire team at Extreme plumbing for not only being great plumbers but for being super heroes!

I highly recommend Extreme Plumbing & Rooter. We had some serious plumbing issues that required a complete re-pipe. We obtained 4 quotes and was really impressed with how competitive the quote was, but also felt really confident in Yoni. He is so professional and we got a good vibe from him instantly.
We booked Yoni and he showed up on time on the date we agreed upon. Yoni and his team worked hard all day, from around 10am-5pm for two straight days and came back on the third day to finalize and ensure everything was to standard and our liking.
We are so impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. Yoni kept us informed the whole way through and showed us photos of the before and after. We can't sing their praises enough. This company asked for my phone number on the app, then called me to get my credit card information and charge me BEFORE sending anyone out. The Yelp message said it was a $150 charge credited to the service call which I'm fine paying. However, I will not authorize charging of my credit card with no technician present. They used the Yelp app to get my phone number, which isn't proper either. It's a SHADY way of doing business. This doesn't seem like a reputable business, and I don't recommend doing business with them.
I needed to re-pipe the house. To put for copper piping in. It's such a big job I had waited and put it off and then a friend recommended Extreme Plumbing and Rooter and I'm so glad they did. They were so professional and efficient and did an amazing job. They even patched the work afterwards which many other places said they would not do. Jack was detail oriented and took the time to explain everything to me and make sure that everything was working just like I wanted it. Their whole team was outstanding beginning to end. The gentleman that repaired my stucco on the outside of my house and my dryer vent actually made it look better when he finished than it did when we started the project. They didn't even mind my dogs and they cleaned everything up as well. I would absolutely recommend them!

Plumber arrived on time actually 10 min early. Was clean and had tools in hand ready to go. Make one trip to truck to get proper parts. Completed task quickly and left work are clean and neat. Was all business and professional. Will definitely hire again.
These guys saved me and reallllllllly came through for us during a super stressful move!!!! We're moving into a new spot and I wanted to change out a fixture for our shower and kitchen faucet - they also purchased and installed an osmosis system for us!!!
Babke was amazing and when I installed my washer and dryer they came out to help me fix a poorly installed drain the same day! They really helped us and we're able to move in much more comfortably!

I regret selecting them. I was moving out of my apartment and I hired them to remove the bidet washlet seat and put the standard one back on.
That should be basic enough.
Clearly the person they sent didn't know what to do as he broke it in several places instead of removing it properly. It's ruined and cannot be used, now.
A friend suggested I go to small claims over this and I'm considering it.
Either way, I will not use them again and suggest you keep looking.
We loved the work done by Hakob and Kamo and the review and assessment that Vic had done initially. They initially came the same day to open the toilet pipes that had been stuck and did a thorough assessment of other problems that they were able to fix. In the second appointment they changed the kitchen faucet, shower cartridges and spouter as well as the toilet flush and drinking water filters for a very reasonable price and very fast. They bought all the needed items including the very high quality kitchen faucet. Thank you to all of you guys and thanks to Abe for setting up such fast response time when we were stuck with a problematic toilet.
I really thought these two plumbers knew what they were doing but boy I was wrong. My bathroom sink was clogged and black water was starting to rise. My building manager wasn't picking up emergency messages so I had to immediately call an outside plummer, which in this case I ended up choosing this company. They were very responsive and polite. However when they started to work on the sink pipe they got their snake cable stucked and weren't able to pull it out. They had to cut it off and leave it inside the pipes. They then said that the pipe was broken and that it needs to be replace starting from the first floor up to my second floor. They gave me an estimate bill. They left the pipes opened and left without fixing anything. Not even 10 mins passed and my bathroom floor became completely sinked in black water. I quickly called them back and they were able to put a plug on the opened pipe and vacuum the wet floor. They didn't fix anything. On the contrary they made things worst. Eventually my apt building was able to send their plumber in and this young man was able to fix the issue and even found the snake cable they left inside the pipes. Never again am I seeking services with this company. The only good thing about this experience was the men were polite and took the time to answer my questions. Horrible decision and waste of my money. I felt taken advantaged.
I was having plumbing issues, so I asked around and Extreme Plumbing was recommended. While showering, the water would clog up. When using the toilet after showering, poop would come out of the shower drain. Abe's team came, diagnosed the issue and came back the following day for extreme services. Apparently, there was a rock in my drainage pipe. They used heavy machinery to break that rock apart, without even having to tear down the flooring. They were here for about 7 hours, working their butts off. Since May 11, I haven't had any issues. Thank you Extreme Plumbing. I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know.

We needed some things fixed in our house, got several bids and decided to go with Extreme because they got back to us fast, had a reasonable quote and communicated well. While the overall work was fine and completed quickly, there were some things left to be desired.
1) They severed the dryer exhaust hose, and I didn't discover it until I tried to do laundry. However, they did come back the next day and fix it.
2) The workmanship was good, not great. For example, they charged me $725 to replace the old shower handles and stems with a new single handle and shower head. The handle is crooked, the shower head has a lot of exposed teflon tape, and the drywall on the other side of the wall is pretty sloppy.
3) I paid more than I wanted to, but was assured they do a really professional job. Was fast and polite but not excellent.
One night I slipped in the middle of the night and shattered the tank to my toilet. Water was spewing everywhere! I called Extreme plumbing and Rooter and they arrived promptly and were able to get the water under control, and replaced my toilet immediately. I couldn't have been more grateful as I only have one restroom! I highly recommend them, and their staff is friendl and knowledgeable!! A total lifesaver!

HOA's and private clients beware.
just moved in to my new condo in Tarzana, when the HOA contacted me about hot water problem in my building, I wasn't living there so I needed to leave my job and spend my next 3 hours with their plumber, when the plumber left I asked him If Ican go and get said yes.
2 days later (Friday) I get an angry email from my HOA saying the plumber said I didn't let him finish the job, and that they will need to come back Saturday for emergency repair.
They charged me $1600 to replace two faucets (!!!) and I was forced by the HOA because the plumber claimed it has to be done to restore hot water to the building.
These are dishonest people in my opinion, I wish my HOA will replace them, they've been creating non stop problems in the complex.

Owner reach out to me in a private message and made fun of my spelling.
Also called me a disgrace of a home owner said my unit has been neglected, not sure other than making fun of me what was the point of the DM.
Over three days of explaining a simple job we had three different sets of people come through our house that I had to reexplain what we wanted to every time. There is no communication between the technicians. After three days the job was not done as explicitly described the recessed water lines in our laundry room faceplate falls off at the slightest touch, the drywall some how is still not dry days later and the gas line was not shortened. The only thing they achieved was installing toilets which by the way too from 10am to 6pm to achieve. If you have 4-5 days of your life to give them to complete a job they did solid C + work. Also additional people kept arriving and just entering my house without introduction. Worst part is I don't even want to call them to fix any of this because I don't have any more energy to give them.

If I can give more stars I would, they're lifesavers! I had a leak that needed to be fixed before I went out of town & I had a friend recommend this location and I don't regret it one bit! The workers were quick and cleaned up after themselves which I really appreciate.
This is my 2nd 5 star review. Abe is super helpful and responds quickly. I have had Extreme do many jobs for me, both big and small. Hydrojet, Rooter service, washing machine repair, pipe replacements and fixture installations. Whether I have an emergency or not, Abe will have someone show up to assess the problem by the end of the day or the next. Reliable service at competitive prices. Highly recommended!

They seriously have the nicest crew.
All plumbing issues so much more complicated by my prop mgmt, LRS, due to maintenance persin at LRS, has no clue how things get fixed.
Horrid.

Our kitchen sink was backed up during the late evening and Abe was fast in responding and coordinating the technicians to get here. They were about 5-6 minutes late but very professional and courteous, even with the night being late. They took their time and did it right, I was very impressed and grateful. Will get them to come back and fix the rest of the issues.

I needed a new Gas Water Heater in a hurry and rang Abe early in the morning (maybe around 6am) who calmly scheduled an appointment to meet my tenant between 8-10am the same day. The repair guy came within that range and informed me after diagnosing the Water Heater of options. I agreed to replace the Water Heater as it was reasonably priced and included removing the old one.The location of the Water Heater on the 2nd floor of the townhouse in a tight location did not seem to be a problem. I haven't seen if there was any damage but I haven't heard of any complaints from the tenant. I will definitely call these guys again as it seemed to be smoothly and effortlessly handled.
Loved that they showed up in masks and were following safety measures. My husband left them a message late at night and they got back to us so fast. He is very peculiar and he said the extreme crew did a professional job. Mark us happy.
Had my kitchen flooding in the middle of the night, I had heard some good things about this particular company.. gave them a call they literally had everything fixed within a few hours. 10/10 in my book.
Update: This gentleman apparently has anger management issues. Is it now ok to threaten violence on Yelp?? Take a look at Abe G's threats:
In my rush to find a plumber, I inadvertently requested a quote twice from this company. In lieu of a quote (or no quote at all, for that matter), I received a nasty response from Abe G along the lines of f off. It's one thing to discover a contractor is an a-hole after he's finished a job; it's quite another for the contractor to admit he's an a-hole before getting the job. So in that sense, Abe G's quote was very helpful.

Did a great job with my pipes under the house. The work was done in a timely manner. The Field Supervisor was very good on explaining the situation!!
I called Abe at Extreme Plumbing and told him I had a toilet that was leaking from the bottom. He sent two professional plumbers over the next day and fixed it within 30 minutes. I was very impressed as they cleaned the surrounding walls and floors as well. They were very nice and I couldn't ask for a more reasonable price. If I ever have any plumbing issues in the future I will be sure to call Abe at Extreme. Thanks Abe you are great !

We needed to find our sewer line and Abe and his guys came over with some cool high tech stuff -- located the line and exactly how deep it was. (If you're digging in Van Nuys clay, you don't want to dig more than necessary.) They hooked up a new line to the clay one and did a bang up job! Whereas we did not need them immediately, knowing they are available 24 hours, gives great peace of mind. They were very timely, nice, courteous and they get my Extreme recommendation!
Set up an appointment for Monday morning at 10:00. By 10:15 no one had shown up or contacted me so I called Abe. Got a voicemail stating that he would return the call within 10 minutes. After 20 I called back and it turns out that Abe had written down the incorrect address. Why hadn't I been contacted? I don't know. When the plumber showed up he estimated that the job would cost $525. When I stated that seemed a little high, I was told that he could knock a hundred off the price. At that point I had had enough.
I called a competitor and set up an appointment. They showed up on time and did the job for $200.
HEROES! Fast, Reliable, Fair, No Surprises!!!
We had a MAJOR blockage in our pipes causing sewage and feces to backup into our (rarely used) lower level toilet and bathtub. First thing in the morning, I posted on Yelp seeking quote requests. Abe from Extreme Plumbing & Rooter quickly replied and had someone at my door within 2.5 hours - Karin was great. He texted and called prior to showing up, he was courteous, respectful, and funny. He was also quick, unclogged the major blockage and got everything up and running for us.

Yoni, who works for Abraham, came over and was able to troubleshoot and fix our kitchen sink surprisingly quickly. We've used Extreme Plumbing before when we had to find the main sewer line from our house. We've been delighted with their service, and will continue to use them in the future.

There's no job they can't do. They are professional, courteous, efficient, and most importantly HONEST. Karin is our man, and has taken care of us. There are many other plumbers that can (and do) take advantage of people that are unaware. I had a great experience from the moment Abe called me! Rather than him coming over to check what I needed done and charge me a service charge, he requested I FaceTime him to see if I could fix the issue myself for free. Unfortunately, my water heater needed to get replaced and Abe and Xavi were here the next morning. They brought the replacement tank and everything. They will always be our first call for everything moving forward. They are strict with COVID protocol which we greatly appreciated. Greatest customer service!

I had a clogged shower drain and was scared to get a plumber as it may be costly and our experience in the past usually resulted in a plumber telling us we needed more than what we actually needed repaired. EXTREMELY HAPPY with this company! 4 of my tenants informed me that the units had been backing up in both the toilets and the tubs. As soon as I called, Abe scheduled me in & while doing so threw in a few jokes about what happened which made me feel super comfortable because I'm always about keeping a positive attitude! Quick response on Memorial Day when our washing machine drain hose clogged. Assessed the problem and returned the next day to complete the repair. Cleared the pipe and upgraded the wonky part.
I had a major sewage problem with feces coming up in my backyard and shower. Using advanced technologies Koko found the problem quickly and dug up the old line and put in a new section. He even let me look at his computer screen to see the problem through a camera and after the work was done. Koko is a lifesaver. He fixed everything and has even been back in a jiffy to solve other problems! Koko put me at ease with my plumbing problems and I now have a highly skilled, friendly and honest plumber who rushes over to help. They did nice work but I'm pretty sure they overcharged me. I should have gotten additional estimates, but I was too lazy. My fault really.
I needed to have all the plumbing under my sink replaced, it was quite wonky. The occasion was, I needed a new garbage disposer. I called EPR to get an estimate on installing it, and was told the whole shebang needed to be replaced. I could see they were right (drains aren't supposed to go uphill), so I asked for an estimate for the whole job. They said $550. I said OK.
They came and did the work, and as I said, did a nice job, but the two of them were only here for about an hour and a quarter, so I think the job was a bit pricey. My fault, as I said. I should have gotten more estimates.
Extreme plumbing was awesome! My bathtub faucet busted in the wall. They had an appoint meet for me the next day in the morning. My problem was fixed promptly for what I felt was a reasonable price. I will be keeping these guys in my phone book for the next time something pops up. Very friendly dog lovers too if you can't already tell. Hehehe.

Sent out a request for bids (including description and photos) on Saturday morning to install a bathroom faucet. Within 30 minutes and 3 brief text messages I was booked for the following day (a Sunday) and had a quote. No let us come take a look or up charge for Weekend work.
Extreme Plumbing arrived on time. The plumbers where polite, straightforward and got the job done inside of an hour. No up-sell attempts, no shenanigans, no nonsense. Cleaned everything up, charged me exactly what I was quoted (which was below two other bids I got). WELL DONE!

Outstanding team. Just moved into a new home and was updating the fixtures on the kitchen sink when a sweat joint popped off my water line. After attempting to solder it, multiple times, we discovered that the cold and hot water lines were incredibly loose in the wall and we did not want to risk making the issue any worse. Called Extreme Plumbing around 7:30pm and spoke to Abe, who came right over to look at the issue.
Our concerns were confirmed, the cold and hot pipes in the wall coming up from the crawlspace were incorrectly joined by the previous owner and needed replacement. Abe called his team over and they worked quickly and cleanly to get the problem resolved within a couple of hours. They even fixed a couple of other minor unrelated issues while they were at it, and offered me a small discount at the end. I am incredibly grateful to Abe and his team for helping me out of this bind and I will definitely be calling them in the future.

A MAJOR RIP OFF COMPANY!
I was recommended to this company. Abe came to my home with his assistant. My bathroom sink has not been draining properly for a very long time, maybe 6 months. Finally I got a plumber to hopefully solve the problem.
But No, That was not the case. Abe and his buddy claimed they rootered the sink. $280 later the sink still does not drain. So I called Abe back to see what was next. An estimate of $650 to break into the wall and get to the pipes. Maybe, he said, I could try Drano after I wondered if bleach would help. No offer to say wow since the work we did was unsuccessful we'll include the dysfunctional repair cost and lower this new charge.
So I was ready to use the Drano and asked my neighbor to come guide me through this as I never had used it before.
My NEIGHBOR said hold on, let me try my plunger. 30 minutes later MY DRAIN IS TOTALLY CLEAR AND DRAINING PERFECTLY, no thanks to the rip off company Extreme plumbing and Rooter.
Oh yes he did change the flapper in my toilet and that now works. For $280 the flapper in my toilet was changed. Whoopee!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
Stay away from Abe and this horrible company. They will rip you off too. They are truly incompetent. Nice and friendly but not skilled at what they do and totally unable to solve a sink draining problem.

Absolutely love these guys! They are my go-to plumbers. If you want a team that is thorough, does great work and will not try to take advantage of you - these are your guys. They consistently have gone above and beyond to get the work right.
I called Abe when my kitchen plumbing decided it was done working and they replaced the entire plumbing for a very reasonable price. While there, I asked him to look at my 1/2 bath, as the wood floors were warping and other plumbers told me they would have to knock out the entire wall to find the leak. Within a minute, Abe looked at the toilet and found a small leak via the bolt - showing me the rust and proof. It was a REALLY simple fix; other plumbers were looking for thousands. Abe charged me something so reasonable I can't even share it here because I want him to stay in business forever. This was really my moment where I recognized he's a good guy and wants to do what's right by his customers.
I brought the guys back to install a new bathroom vanity and they did a great job. We even had to saw part of the drawer to make it fit and they did it beautifully. They then went out of their way to instal the medicine cabinet that came with it which was done perfectly. And as an added bonus, they also tightened a faucet in my other bathroom. They left the place spotless as well. Again - just always going above and beyond.
I am bringing them back for another big job in a few weeks because I have a leak in my shower that's behind the marble and running into the wall. It's complicated and I trust them very much.
If you want a team that is thorough, does great work and will not try to take advantage of you - these are your guys!

Well the company originally said between 9-10 then asked for it to be later. After they called me and told me they were a few minutes away I waited over an hour. They quickly changed valves but then told me I needed to replace angle water stop valve. The guy gave me rough estimate of over $100 plus parts and it was a difficult process. The main guy told me he would text me an estimate. I haven't heard from him, but checked You Tube. It's not a difficult process and about $10 for part. I am really sorry he felt he needed to attempt taking advantage of me (single female) I'm not a plumber and don't have the expertise, but I do know how to use the internet.
Very quick response time and service. They did a great job, and were very nice to interact with. Would use them again in a heartbeat!
Called late morning and had someone out in the afternoon. Yoni knew exactly the problem and fixed it right away and didn't overcharge me. We just used these guys again, when we had a plumbing emergency. They came within two hours, diagnosed the problem, did a temporary fix so we would have hot water until they came back the next morning, with the parts they needed to replace a broken pipe under the house. What I thought was a relatively easy/cheap job ended up being much more complicated than I thought. I quoted Extreme Plumbing & Rooter and a couple of other plumbing companies and they weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, they were right in the middle. They were very responsive and my technician Koko was the best! Super responsive, responsible and honest. I ended up getting copper piping put in from the shower head to the tub filler along with a new valve and cartridge to resolve a hot water pressure issue. Very satisfied with their work and will definitely be calling them again if any future plumbing services are needed.
I tried to troubleshoot our kitchen sink not draining properly and decided the main drains needed clearing.
I called Extreme and they were out later that day. Went thru the motions to identify problem and Abe worked his magic and the sink drains great.

I just asked for an opinion, I was pretty sure that the part needed to be replaced but Karin went the extra mile. Second time using Extreme plumbing and didn't have consistent service. We have a reoccurring problem where our main line gets root growth and needs to be snaked out every now and then. First time Abe sent out a plumber to snake out main line sewer for $120 and went fine. Six months later, the problem returned, Abe quoted 120-150, plumber that showed up wanted 180. I messaged Abe and he was able to get it down to 150. Next day, the drain backed up into our shower. Decided to go with different plumber who was able to snake it out and keep it clear for less than $100. Maybe it was just a bad plumber he sent out but won't be taking another chance with their service.
Abe and his partner, Kumo, came out on Sunday night in the middle of the storm to help me out. Free estimate. Very professional, quick and no fuss service. Can't say anything bad about his service. Please use him. Thanks guys!

We used their business twice so far. Both times we were very satisfied. The first time, our bathroom was flooded due to clogs in the main plumbing line. We were calling all the plumbers that we could find. Since it was weekend night, no one was answering calls, except them. They came quickly, rootered the clog, and checked the mainline for the cause-invading roots. We decided to replace the entire main pipe, and they gave us a very good price. The entire project needs 4 days, due to our schedule, we need the work to be done immediately. They scheduled the work without any delay. The work was done as agreed and in good quality. To re-pipe, they needed to dig a hole deeper than 6 feet in the summer sun. This company is hard-working, honest, and reliable. Highly recommend.

Had a job to replace two valves for hot\cold water under the sink and swap out faucet for exact same model (5 min job). Was quoted $700!!!! I told plumber that it is insane, he dropped the price to $500. I said thank you, hired another plumber company from yelp, they got the job done for $200.

I want to thank Abe and his crew for a job well done. In reading some of the reviews, I just have to shake my head to see how difficult it is to deal with some customers and their expectations.
I held out my review for a couple of weeks to see how my pipes were holding up.
Anyways Abe and his team have been nothing but great to me. We had clogging issues in the bathroom upstairs and they snaked it out. While originally it seemed like everything was fine, the water started to come up in the kitchen. I called Abe 30 min after he left and explained to him of the issue. His team quickly came back and assessed the situation. It was unfortunate, but the main line was backed up due to lack of maintenance over the years (decades probably), where a good hydro jet was required. The clean out was also needed to be cut and reset as it was facing inside our house - when it should be set to be accessible from the outside (whoever originally designed it should be ashamed of themselves).
Anyways, we scheduled to do the resetting of the clean out and hydrojet at a fair price. Clear communication of what was included in the scope.
They did the work and now my sewer lines are back up to normal! They also reconnect my kitchen lines as I tried to disconnect it but destroyed it with my wrench :)
Thank you again. You provided a great service at a reasonable price. There is always someone that can come along and will be cheaper, and/or say things you want to hear (not a big problem/can fix it, but it's just some patch up work that comes out to be a temporary fix), but if you want to get the job done w/ excellent customer service Extreme Plumbing

Abe responded to my messages on yelp really quickly and explained things in basic terms so I could understand. Even though I was asking for something basic, he did a very thorough job. Prices are reasonable and Abe was very prompt and made a courtesy call as a reminder before coming out.

This plumbing service exceeded all my expectations. I sent a message with details about my clogged bathtub and got a response within a few minutes. Had an emergency in my underground garage, water pump not working and flooded. They responded after hours quickly and provided a fair quote.
A water supply line had a leak which went down hill in a hurry. I messaged Extreme plumbing through the yelp app. They messaged me back within 10 minutes. They were able to come out same day and replaced the leaky pipe along with a new water shutoff. We upgraded to copper which have us an added sense the work would last for a long time to come. George and crew were fantastic. Did I want to replace two tankless water heaters in the same week? No! But, George made it as easy and painless as I'm sure it could be. I was in a argent needs of a plumber to do a new construction job, after reviewing the feedback I decided to trust this company but I had one of the worse experience with them as they changed their price for 3 time's and wasted my time for 3 days, I assume they figured out I was in a argent need and they tried their best to get some advantage of it, sorry I would not recommend this company to anyone as they change their price right before when they have to start their job, they are not honest people.
Extreme Plumbing & Rooter really helped me out on short notice this past holiday weekend with a gas oven install. I needed a new gas valve and they were able to come by for an estimate on Sunday (after reaching out on Yelp Saturday) with an offer to do the work same day. I got the work done on Monday, just hours after I called to confirm their service. They were punctual, kind, and have great customer service. I'll be using them again.

I emailed for a quote and the response was almost immediate. A tech was sent to my house shortly after my request to give me a quote for a clogged bathroom sink. After getting a fair quote, Karin was able to resolve my issue completely and quickly. This was such an easy and pleasant experience and as an added bonus, there was not additional charge for coming out on the weekend! I would definitely recommend them.

Well, when it rains it pours. Saturday morning just happened to be the day that the wiring on our water heater decided to crap out. Then the very next day, Sunday night during dinner, just happened to be the night our kitchen pipes decided to clog up. Thankfully Abe came over both days in a row and solved both pains in the ass. Even returned on Monday to finish the job. What more can you ask for?

I requested a quote through yelp. The person who messaged me was friendly. The two guys they sent out were also friendly. I inquired about a clogged bathroom sink because when you rent you have to take care of those issues yourself. They told me there was a crack in the pipe because they are very old. Since the pipe is old I know that's on my landlord not me and had to send the the plumbers home. Since my landlord has his own guy when the issue falls on the landlord not the tenant. The person didn't communicate that there was a service call fee or that it gets applied to the service. They owner was understanding of the confusion. So I wanted to leave 5 stars for friendly customer service! Thanks!

Abe is great. In the middle of all of our Holiday craziness he was able to come out and repair our sewer line. He let us know all that needed to be done and we had no surprise additional fees at all. He ran a 30ft pipe under our driveway with not even a crack in our driveway. After he was done it looked just like it was when he came. Great job

Extreme Plumbing is one of best plumbing companies I have used for emergencies and normal repairs. I needed to find a plumbing company in a hurry because I heard water leaking from the pipes coming from the front of the house near the water faucet. I found Extreme Plumbing through the Yelp app and read a couple of reviews and decided to call them. Told them I could not turn off the water from the main shutoff valve from the house and Yoni from Extreme Plumbing arrived within 1/2 hour and turned the water off from the LADWP water meter. He and the crew came back out early the next day and examined the pipes and determined I needed to replace the main water pipe from the house to the water meter. Yoni and the crew made sure we had water before they left for the day and finished the cleanup the next morning. Throughout the ordeal they were very considerate and professional. Our relief valve and regulator was also replaced and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for good Service and Plumbing company.
We've used this provider several times.
We needed to demolish and remove a slab of concrete from our backyard for better drainage of rain water. We needed to seal the base of the house to avoid water damage, and to replace the water pressure valve on our property. Abe and the extreme plumbers did an amazing job with each request. They were fair in pricing and explained everything to us before work started so we always knew what as going on. We were always notified of any issues that arose. And always happy with each job.
I would use this company again and would gladly recommend them to friends and family. We want to trust the people we work with and we trust this company completely.

Abe has been very professional, patient, efficient and very honest and nice...
Indeed, he has changed a Fawcett after it broke twice....

Abe and his team are life savers. They came on a Sunday evening to determine where a pipe was leaking in our condo building and spent hours figuring out where this massive problem started. we've used these guys several times to replace toilets, fix tile work, and replace water/sewer pipes in the attic as well as in the ground under concrete. I never felt any stress on any jobs big or small, and I fully trust them to complete as agreed upon, even without my presence. Abe was always available before, during, and afterwards for any questions or concerns. Whether your budget is fixed or flexible, he offers options and alternatives w/o any pressure or sales tactics. The quote process is easy, with inspection, q&a, and recommendations given as agreed, and on time too. they communicate and follow up! They text AND text back!!! Best guys around.

You're not going to find anyone better!
Of course nobody likes spending money on plumbing, but when you need it, you need it.
Abe at Extreme Plumbing is the guy you call when other plumbers can't get it right.
We paid big bucks to our old plumber for an 'instant' hot water system that was anything but. We wasted countless gallons of water waiting for the water to get hot. Our old plumber grumbled and charged us to fix his mess, but still never got it right.
I called Able because of his excellent yelp reviews. Man, am I glad I did! He worked tirelessly to get our hot water working as it should, and fixed several other small issues before they got out of hand.
I'm so happy we found a reasonably priced, plumber who stands by his work. I promise they're not all this good, fair, smart or honest.

I'm writing this review as Abe just left my place after fixing my water heater issue. First off, when I contacted Abe, he tried to help me figure out my problem. After multiple failed attempts, he came out to my place on a Friday during rush hour. He examined my water heater and was able to fix the problem. I must commend him for his helpfulness and service. He is now my go to guy when it comes to any plumbing/water heater related issues!
We called them to have our kitchen sink snaked out. When he arrived, he quoted a price of $380 because it would take 1-1/2 hrs. It took him exactly 30 minutes! I asked him what his hourly rate was and he said we don't have one. Nice enough guy, but I would never use them again.
THE BEST! Abe has saved us from three different disasters on very short notice. Even late on a Friday night! It's amazing to find such a trustworthy and reliable business to work with. Definitely recommend!
Because of the inherently crappy plumbing in my triplex which has required an inordinate number of plumbers, I finally found Extreme Plumbing. This was the luckiest move I ever had in terms of plumbing.
The first several times I needed a plumber, I simply used whoever answered the phone. Then, I was lucky enough to receive a card and a recommendation from someone in my community, urging me to use Extreme Plumbing.
Over the past several years I have become hooked on Extreme Plumbing - their very excellent work, reasonable prices and kind and friendly faces.
Because my pipes have a myriad of problems due to age and poor initial installation, I may always have a strong need for a great plumber. Never once have Abe and his crew not been able to diagnose the problem, and never once has the issue not been completely and thoroughly repaired. These are a really diverse set of issue, as well, which has allowed me to have confidence in Extreme's wide-ranging expertise.
I remember how difficult it is to choose a plumber when you don't know anything about them. It felt as if I was constantly playing Russian Roulette. But please use my rave review about Extreme Plumbing as a way to finally have some confidence about the plumber you hire. I sure wish that I had something like this when I was trying to choose a plumber. These guys are simply the best I've ever found!

Of course the water heater picked NYE to stop working. After a whole day of trying to fix it myself (supposedly a 5 minute fix), I realized it was time to call in the pros. Abe was at my place with in an hour and finally got the part repaired and the hot water flowing! Very friendly & fast! I'm glad to have found my go-to plumber!
We needed a plumber to hook up our smoker to the existing gas line at the house. I called around to a few places and either could not get the plumber to do the hook up or could not get hold of a person. I left a Yelp message with Extreme Plumbing and they got back to me in under 10 mins. In under an hour, Armani was out at the house and did the hook up. These guys are great. My building's HOA uses them for all of the HOA's plumbing, and I use them for plumbing in my own unit as well. They're also good handymen. They recently fixed non-plumbing things that my (totally unrelated) renovation contractor's guys had screwed up -- and it took them all of five minutes to make right. On the one hand I'm bummed to see them because it means there's something wrong with the plumbing or the washer/dryer vent or whatever, but they've always been super nice and very responsive, so they're a pleasure to work with when you do need them. And they're very neat and don't leave a mess. Thanks, Abe & crew.

Extreme Plumbing helped us relocate some water lines in our kitchen and bathrooms. They are very helpful and willing to provide advice to help save on costs. I definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.
We are managing our 30 unit building in the house, so we have our challenges when it comes to a messy situations. Sewer for half of the unit was blocked and we asked 15 units not to use ANY water. You can tell how unhappy those units were. After calling several places on the Easter Sunday I almost lost hope to get a plumber. Can't blame them. For heaven's sake it's EASTER SUNDAY. Then I called Extreme Plumbing around 11am. He said he'll be there by 4pm. I thought Yehh Right. Then before 4pm he shows up and takes care of the sewer problem, cleans after the mess and is done in an hour. This guy knows his stuff. When it came to the service charge, he charged me as if he was there on a regular Tuesday morning. Super fair guy. Now I've got his business card to all 30 units. I'm sure they'll be happy with his service.
