I wanted to give a shout out to Kwang because he made it very easy to get a quote and get his help. I submitted an request here for quotes and of the 5 people that responded he was only one of 2 that gave me quotes here the others made it more difficult and lost my business. I wanted to encourage him to keep doing that because that's how I decided to go with him.

Kwang was a great plumber who quickly unclogged our shower drain. He was responsive, and while he was here, he also fixed a long standing issue with my kitchen faucet. Will call him next time I have any plumbing needs.

I asked Yelp for help and one of the reply that came through was Kevin and he answered my call. The response time was reasonable and and he came by and unclogged the drain and did it with a good value. I asked about some other work I need done as well and he'll be back to help.
