We were out of town for a week and came back to find water leaking from the ceiling and wall in a downstairs bedroom. We suspected the upstairs toilet as it was unexpectedly 'running' when we got home.

We sent a request for a quote from D&D at about 9am Saturday morning. Deanne got back to us within an hour and Dave was onsite less than an hour after we confirmed.

Turns out the toilet was leaking due to an old rusted out bolt and an old and improperly installed seal. I was expecting to need to make an official appointment but to my surprise he offered to fix it right then and there.

Took less than an hour and he showed me how to properly clean my shower drains! He also took care to lay down paper over the floors and left the bathroom as clean as he found it. Paid with Venmo so it was super easy too.

Their responsiveness was awesome, and I felt like Dave took care of the work in the way he'd want it done in his own home, a quality which seems rare these days.

Highly recommend D&D and will definitely be using them in the future.

We needed a complete repiping of our house, drains and all. I found D&D and was so glad I did. His bid came in under other bids but his work was spot on! I have used D&D plumbing twice for leaks on my very old home. They were quick to respond, on time and did a great job. It's hard to get someone to come out quickly that won't charge you an arm and a leg. Their pricing is very reasonable.

Our sewage sump pump started making a lot of noise recently and so we called D&D to come take a look. Dave showed up the next morning, and got to work. We discovered that the pump we had was not designed for sewage, which was easy for me to see also, so he had to run to a supply store and get a suitable replacement at his recommendation

While the replacement was pricier, the difference in quality was like night and day. The new unit is clearly well made, and the product gets raving 5-star reviews online. Dave told me he sticks with these units due to their quality and reliability.

Dave explained every step that he took, why he was making the decisions he made. He also took the time to show me how best to access the sump and pump for any future maintenance.

As a newer homeowner, his experience, expertise, and patience really helped put my mind at ease. This was an easy 5-star rating for D&D Plumbing.

For those of you that might be worrying about your own sewage pumps: the unit that failed was a Simer 2975 with plastic everything and grates covering up the intake. So the toilet paper and other stuff gets stuck to it and doesn't allow fluid to flow, causing it to overheat and fail. The replacement pump is a Zoeller with an uncovered inlet with an impeller. Think of a super heavy duty kitchen sink garbage disposer turned upside down!

Dave didn't upcharge for the new pump nor the other required parts. D&D will be getting a call next time we need a plumber.

We needed a garbage disposal put in and new hardware in our bathroom. Dave was super friendly and did a great job! Reasonable pricing too. Will be calling in the future for any plumbing needs

I needed a new hot water heater today.  I called four different water heater services / plumbers for quotes.  D&D were the most competitive by  a not insignificant amount.  That and their many positive yelp reviews made them the obvious choice.  

I'm so glad I did!  I called around noon to give them the go ahead and I had hot water again before 4!  Dave and Deanne are the epitome of under promise and over deliver!  My water heater is located in the basement so there are quite a few stairs to haul water heaters up and down and I had a non-working drain to contend with as well.  Dave handled it all without upcharging me.  My bill was exactly what Deanne quoted me!

Dave also very kindly fixed my broken disposal and taught me how to fix it myself in the future!  And took care of the leak that's been plaguing me for weeks.  Out of his own kindness!  

I'm so happy I found D&D.  Do yourselves a favor and go with them for all your plumbing / water heater / restore your faith in humanity needs!

Dave is very knowledgeable as well as responsible on what he does.  Price is very reasonable and he is very reliable.  I manage several properties and dealt with lots of plumbers, but never met a plumber that explains and show me on video as well as in person what work was done in detail.  Glad to have found him because he will be my go to person when it comes to plumbing.

Our water heater stopped working so I reached out to D&D and they were great.

Dave has helped us out with 3 or 4 plumbing jobs the past few years at our duplex, some of them pretty major.  He is honest, hardworking, efficient, and very knowledgeable.    We needed him to follow up on a job and he came out first thing in the morning to resolve an issue and even took the time to explain the situation to our tenants.  D and D is the best!

D&D's is more than GREAT.  This is a local family owned business in NELA that is AWESOME.  
I generally start my Yelp search for services looking for local small/family owned businesses with 5-star ratings and recent reviews.  Due to the COVID pandemic and now being on a fixed income, I had delayed various maintenance issues and have been tackling them as best that I could given finances and stress.  This past week, the bathroom sink pull-up assembly, i.e., stopper got stuck and water could not be drained out.  The kitchen sink Delta faucet mounting was loose and wobbly, so I ordered the mounting bracket.  However, the bigger delayed service needed was the extremely slow draining of the shower and basically no draining of the bathtub (which meant no baths.
I AM SO HAPPY THAT I FOUND D&D'S ON YELP.  
I had initially requested a quote from a highly reviewed NELA plumbing business and they did not even bother to reply.  I then contacted the next one that was also in NELA.  The only good things that I can say about this business is that they were prompt in getting back to me, scheduling me for a free estimate the next morning, and sending me a written estimate.  I had prepared myself for an expenditure of a few hundred dollars.  I also thought that the slow drainage would be due to a clog and only require snaking.  I did not anticipate quotes of $175 for the kitchen faucet, being told that my entire pull-up assembly in the bathroom sink had to be replaced and that would be $250.  However, the big one that floored, stressed, and made me highly skeptical was the exorbitantly high quote of $6800 and that I had to totally replace the galvanized sewer line. No options/phasing were presented.  I asked if for now could they at least snake the drain.  Told that would not help. I had to ask them to at least un-stick the pull-up assembly so that I could use my bathroom sink.  They did and charged me $100.  When I asked if they took credit cards, I was told there would be an additional 3% charge.
I IMMEDIATELY WENT BACK TO DO A YELP SEARCH FOR A SECOND OPINION AND FOUND D&D'S REASONABLE PLUMBING  
Deanne called me back within minutes.  She was able to reach Dave and they scheduled me for early the next morning.  Dave arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m.  He inquired as to all of my issues.  He immediately checked my kitchen faucet and proceeded to go under the sink to inspect the problem.  He found that the mounting bracket part that I had ordered and thought was missing was actually still there and required to be tightened, which he did and WOW - my kitchen faucet is totally fixed and no longer wobbling.
Dave then went to my bathroom and checked the bathroom pull-up assembly and discovered that the lever was still not connected.  Dave fixed that too.  Dave then moved onto the shower drainage.  He ran the snake first and cleared out some of that accumulated yecchy hair.  Dave then went under my house to inspect my sewer lines.  He took videos and informed me that the shower drain was not connected to the sewer line and was draining directly to the dirt under my house.  Dave thoroughly explained to me the condition of my sewer line and the existence of this health hazard.  He gave me a very reasonable quote, which included replacing roughly 40' of galvanized sewer pipe or the option for me to split it into 2 phases.  Fix the immediate shower drain and galvanized-PVC connection issue or do it all now.
Dave's quote was less than half of the prior exorbitant estimate.  Dave listened to my concerns and was understanding that this was a major expense for me.  He told me that it would be a 1 to 2-day job and the sewer line replacement would  have a lifetime warranty.  He also told me that I would not have water for about 2 hours.  It was a no-brainer for me to select D&D's and give the go-ahead.
Dave then left to send me a written description of the work to be performed with the lifetime warranty.  He and his assistant returned within the hour and started work under my house.  Dave completed the sewer line replacement the same day.  He had me run the water from all the fixtures in my bathroom and kitchen so he could check for leaks.  The shower was draining, but the bathtub was not draining.  So they snaked it and when that didn't work they went back under the house and found that the tub was also not connected.  D&D's fixed that and had to purchase a special part.  
Dave even fixed the crawlspace cover, cleaned up and removed all the galvanized pipes before he left.  He did not charge me for the kitchen faucet and the bathroom sink.
Dave and Deanne, otherwise known as D&D's Reasonable Plumbing, are now my go-to for all future plumbing issues, and I have already passed their contact information to friends with my strong recommendation.  They are honest, thorough, efficient, and considerate of the customer.  I now have peace of mind and all of my plumbing is working smoothly.  Thanks Dave and Deanne.

Dave just finished fixing my leaking sink valve and he was great!  I called this morning and told them my issue. We had a burst water pipe in our wall. We did not initially know it was in the wall. D&D's responded quickly and the plumber David came out to inspect and assess with very little wait time. I haven't had much luck with plumbers but I had a plumbing issue and decided to give Dave a try. I called on a Saturday.  Diane was great and said Dave could stop by the same day. Dave showed up within an hour. He assessed the problem and said he could be back within a couple of weeks if I was willing to wait. Sure enough, Dave showed up on a Sunday and quickly resolved the problem. Dave was honest, knowledgable, and reasonable (especially since both appointments were on the weekend). Dave did such an amazing job replacing our water heater! Our water heater broke and we decided it would be best to replace it instead of repair. We called up D&D and they were very friendly and explained exactly what we needed. They quoted us a very fair price and were very transparent in their costs for parts and labor. Our water heater broke late at night. Found D&D Plumbing in the La Verne Magazine. They were advertising 24/7 hours.  We called them at 5 am the next day. Spoke to a lady named Deanne. She was super nice and told us that her husband, Dave, would be at our house by 6:30 am.  Dave came, took a look at our unit, left and came back around 10ish with our brand new water heater. By 11 am, our unit was fully installed! Punctual, thorough and quick. Reasonably priced. Excellent customer service. Very nice and professional. We are a happy customer. Would definitely recommend.

Gas Company came and shut off service because there was a gas smell from a corroded pipe by gas meter. David was referred by our realtor as honest and reasonable... My call was immediately taken by live assistant, Deanne. I was promised  a time of appointment and in the meantime, received a direct call back from David an hour later. David arrived on time . He  presented the cause and did not high pressure to commit. Without demanding  an advance, he was back on site with a 3-person crew, neatly cutting into the newly replanted yard to the street and protected the lawn with tarps (thoughtful). The job was completed ahead of schedule, he contacted gas company to inspect and turn on gas, fully tested the new gas line, and cleaned up everything as if nothing happened. David proved  he truly was honest  and reasonable. You can feel confident your job will be done correctly, with no surprises, and in a timely manner  Thank you, David!

Five stars, again. Called Wednesday about a clogged kitchen sink in our home in Pasadena, that we were unable to clear.  Dave arrived early Thursday morning (wearing a mask ;) as promised, ran the long snake and cleared the pipe.  Back in action by noon.

I called them to set up an appt. after indication of a leak in my home. They came out after 3 days. They explained that it would take this long initially, so I was aware and agreed to the timeline. They came out at time as agreed, the person that fixed the leak asked me questions to thoroughly assess the situation and physically reviewed places in my home that can have leaks. I've been in the construction industry for over 10 years and was very impressed with David's work. He was honest and fair through the whole process when our sewer line broke causing us to have to shutoff the water to the house.

I called Diane to schedule the installation of a new gas water heater since the old one ended up being beyond repair. Save showed up on 8/18/20 on time and started to work immediately. In less than 2 hrs Dave had the new water heater  installed and functioning! Dave is thorough, pleasant and honest. His quotes for the work to be performed are very reasonable. Based on my experience with other plumbers and my interactions with Dave and Diane would highly recommend  their services to anyone needing a plumber.

Dave showed up promptly as scheduled and was very understanding and knowledgeable about my plumbing issue. I heard a leak in my wall and Dave was able to Identify and fix the problem very quickly. He also assessed my water pressure coming from the main line and noticed that it was very high. He notified me of the necessary risks associated with his high pressure and notified me of the next steps to take. Our kitchen sink got clogged the day before Thanksgiving. I called about half a dozen plumbers, most of whom had no one available. D & D arrived quickly, fixed the sink and a couple other issues, and left the place clean. The price was reasonable.

This review is late, but I still had to post! Back in Feb., I had a bathtub backing up with foul-smelling black stuff. After contacting several companies, D&D's was the only one who responded to my service call and on a SUNDAY! After spending some time trying to unclog the pipe, Dave informed me that his snake kept hitting something. Not satisfied, he asked if he could come back with his camera equipment to confirm the problem. I agreed and when I asked the fee for the service call, he said NONE! I was floored! Dave could have easily said the job was done, collected his money and left, BUT instead he chose resolve the problem. Needless to say, the issue ended up being OLD broken clay pipes outside of the house. Dave was very honest and offered me options. His quote was so reasonable that I hired him. His staff was absolutely the best! They were very friendly and professional. They explained every step of the process and showed me the work as it progressed. Dave showed me the pipes and roots once they excavated the area and before they filled it back up. The grass on my parkway was removed in squares and replanted. Dave and his staff kept me in the loop every step of the way! I would be remiss if I didn't mention Diane! She was so nice and attentive! She listened to my concern and made me feel at ease right away. Overall, great company, great staff, excellent service, and 100% HONEST! Highly recommend!

Our toilet backed up into the shower and we desperately needed a plumber immediately.  Having recently lost our plumber of 30 plus years , I looked through the Magazine of Values and found D and D plumbing.  I was given a quote over the phone.  The plumber arrived within 20 minutes.  He was very clean and very pleasant.  He went right to work and the problem was resolved quickly.  The job was not as complicated as he had expected so he charged me less than the  quote.  I thought that was so fair of him.  I am grateful to have found this reputable company and I will continue to use them.  I have no reservations about giving them 5 stars and recommending them highly.

I was in the market for a jetter service after another company did the snake service at my home but did not offer the jetter. Based on reviews and they are 5 stars, I left a message to get a quote. A tech named David gave me a call back within a few minutes, we spoke about my situation at home and seemed he was giving me good honest advice, gave me a quote and waited to confirm appointment.

I then called to confirm appointment for next day, they came in and started work, very nice 2 guys, got it done quickly and efficiently. Then they left without payment, I was a bit confused, but figured they would call later, and they did at end of day, very nice lady called for my payment info. Everything went smoothly with this place, I recommend.

Dave was very efficient and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Resolved the issue with the appropriate treatment to unclog the bath tub and toilet.

Heaven sent. Saturday day before Easter , 5:38am our water line burst . Called 8 plumbing co. In total . A big handful came , took their ( $45-$95) travel fee & went on their way . ( we don't break concrete / we're too busy / we can't start till Wed/ it'll be $12,000 but will need $9k up front) ... not 1 cared that I have a elderly mom to care for , and can't be without water for too long.

I will call out High Speed Plumbing : you really are unprofessional. Send a guy who looked around & would NOT answer any of my questions. Take pictures , but no call back ... and then say I don't know why they sent me here and left. WTF?!??

11:44am , I spoke to DeAnn. And her voice alone assured me , I would not be 'taken for a ride' . That her guy David would be out to see it Sat between 3-4pm.

3:25pm.. a few others came & went with ridiculous solutions or none at all.
DeAnn calls and apologetically says David is running late but promises to be here. ( honestly, I should have been upset... but TBH, I was NOT. ) She once again assured me, I was in good hands .

Sure enough he showed up at 4:15pm. From 8 others , he was the ONLY one that really looked at the issue . Digged a few holes , turned the water back on ( as a curtesy for us to use since we've been without water by 6am when the water co. turned it off. )

Gave us a few options , a short term cheaper fix or a long term solution with a price that I didn't have to sell my kidneys nor my husband's on the black market.

Right then and there, I knew ... Godsend. To add, he assembled a crew to come on Easter Sunday . Yea ... no shit! They appeared at my house 9:20am. 6 superheros. Breaking concrete , laying copper pipes (190ft +)

Everything David said , he did. He was on site for 90% of the time. Worked a full day .

And him & his guy Dave came back Monday (today) and finished up. Tested the water , cleaned up ... and still with a smile.

Yes, I was bummed Easter plans got blown to smithereens ... but to see him and his crew come to our rescue / giving up their Easter ... was a very humbling experience .

Good people / fair honest hard working people still exist . And I am forever grateful for DeAnn being the angel who calmed me down during our first call and David being one for getting this done in short order.

No short cuts / no Jerry rig crap... their work is superb.

One of the quickest and professional services I've received from a contractor. We needed a water heater replaced, and within hours of contact David arrived and the job was done under 3 hours (including the retrieval of the new water heater). All at a very reasonable price. I would recommend D&D's to anyone who needs plumbing help.

I rarely write a review but the experience with Dave was so good that I want everyone to know a plumbing problem does not have to be a disaster and not necessary cost a huge. Dave installed a new shower flange and drain pipe with a very reasonable price (I compared with a couple of estimates from other contractors). He also helped me clean the mess in the drain. Very fast response, clean and professional work!!

Dave saved the day! I woke up at 4:30 am with water coming down from the ceiling over my bed. I called around a few plumbers and after a couple of no's, talked to Diane. She had Dave come over by 10:30 that morning. He eventually found the leak and helped me figure out next steps with mitigation. He then came over yesterday and fixed the issue.  I cannot understate how wonderful Dave and Diane have been in a very stressful situation. I will 100% call him for any plumbing needs going forward.

Really great experience. We had a gas leak from our underground pipe that required Dave and his team to go into our concrete driveway  and front yard and replace the pipe. Everything went very smooth and incredibly fast for such a big job and Dave was on sight the entire time making sure everything went smooth.

We called D & D to replace a broken water heater at our home in El Sereno. Dave not only came and did it the same day (he was literally here within 3 hours) but was quick, professional and his prices were very reasonable also. We found him on Yelp and he absolutely lived up to his 5 star rating. My wife and I will happily use them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

I called and text this business on a Monday and didn't get a response till 2 or 3 days later. The owner told me that he was out of town and couldn't get back to me.

I might be wrong but I think you can update your business status on Yelp. Not too sure but I didn't get a response till a few days after texting/calling.

I met the kindest, friendliest, most knowledgeable, efficient, compassionate people today. Can you believe I'm talking about a plumbing company?! I called D&D yesterday just based on a Google search and spoke with Deanne. I mostly just had a question and was nervous. I was immediately at ease as she was ready to help with any question I had (she was even willing to help me find the water shut off over the phone!) The hot water in my tub was barely coming out and I was trying to figure out how to fix it myself because I really couldn't afford a plumber. Anyway, I sent her some pictures and we couldn't figure it out so she said her husband (David) would come out just to look at it. Long story short, I took my first hot shower ever today! This is an affordable family company that knows what they are doing and who understands times are tough!!! I'm in tears at how fast and amazing my problem was fixed. I will for sure go to this company for any of my plumbing needs. I am forever grateful and would recommend them to anyone!!!!! (I would give more stars if I could)

WOW!!!  I had a kitchen drain problem that needed emergency attention quickly.  D & D were amazing.  Made the exception for me in spite of a full schedule,  great on the phone, and showed up at 7:00 A.M. to fit me in, along with a fair price for the work.

Convenient and fast service- thanks for taking care of our water heater on such short notice.

I was replacing my toilet and once I got the old one off I had a concern about the flange. I wasn't sure if I might have to pay the $$ for a plumber, but I called Dave and he had me text a photo, and texted back his opinion right away and alleviated my concerns (told me not to worry and that I'd be fine continuing with installing the new toilet). I easily gave him the opportunity to upsell me but he didn't charge a penny for his time and expertise. Will definitely use him in future.

So called and David came out same day for our backed up emergency,  and I was expecting guests for a dinner party,  so THANK YOU! He explained everything thoroughly and he ran the camera as well. I needed a pipe replaced in the bathroom sink and he did it almost as a freebie.  His prices are good. Thank you for the job well done.

Too make a long story short I called another plumber who gave me some astronomical price and was going to put holes in the walls and not repair them.  I sent out some request on yelp for other plumbers that may be able to do the job without all that and David answered my call and I will forever be grateful to him for it.

The BEST of the BEST! The most professional and honest plumber I have ever come across.

Called around and had a few plumbers come in and asssess the leakeage issues with a shower faucet. Quotes went anywhere from ridiculous to outrageous without much explanation.

David knew exactly what the issue was, explained to me in detail what was needed and needs to be done. Advised me to order the parts from delta as they provide life time warranty. No other plumbers went out of they way to explain this and wanted me to change out the whole system because they dont have the parts. Parts came in and David came to the rescue,  fixed it quickly and efficiently.

Would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a professional and honest plumber.

Excellent plumber.  David arrived at the time I requested and fixed the clogged sink within a few minutes.  Top notch customer service.  Price is extremely reasonable.  This is the second time I have used this company and both times, I was extremely satisfied with the service.  The previous time I had a busted water pipe under the house and David fixed that within minutes. Definitely will use this company again.  Very knowledgeable and and extremely efficient.

What a pro! We had been having a gnarly smell from the bathroom for weeks, and haven't been mustering up the courage to call anyone for help.  We finally decided to ask for help so we could sleep peacefully with no stinky sewage smell and Dave to the rescue.  He showed up the same day we called, took a look, quickly analyzed the situation and provided a solution.  He had everything he needed to fix it and was in and out in 2 hours.  Amazing! D&D Plumbing & Rooter was an absolute golden find from the moment I called them to the moment the job was done.
I called the office and Diane helped me initially. She took down all my information and made sure that she understood what the issue was. She then told me she would get in touch with Dave and contact me with a quote. Not even 10min later, Diane called me and gave me the most reasonable quote for the job I needed done. At this point I had already received 4 other quotes which were ridiculously high in my opinion. I asked Diane to schedule the job. She was so helpful, quick and polite!! Dave arrived the next morning and I can just say that D&D Plumbing is my go-to now for all things. Our water heater needed to be replaced and initally I had gave them the wrong size by mistake. I called to see about a estimate on some old gas lines.  Dave came out and told me I did not need them replace since they were not leaking and no need to spend the money.  He would be happy to do it, but I would be wasting $$.  Honesty goes  along way and I want to thank them for that.

Our tenant was our of hot water on a late Saturday evening, and I sent out a few requests on Yelp for a quote for the services.  Early the next morning, I received a call from Dave and who I assume is his wife, Deena, with a follow up and quote for the work to repair.  Given that it was Sunday, I had low expectations it would be fixed, but several other businesses contacted me and Dave offered not only the best quote but the fastest service.  He was at the property within an hour of calling and fixed the issue right away.  We're very pleased with the timeliness, professionalism, and end result.  Would highly recommend D&D!

We have retained D&D's services on a number of occasions. In every instance, Dave and his staff have been responsive and fixed / repaired our issue quickly and efficiently. They also are very competitively priced and a pleasure to work with. Whenever I have a plumbing related issue, I immediately call D&D's Plumbing immediately. I recently bought a new place and I unfortunately inherited some plumbing issues. The bathroom faucet was leaking and I needed to find somebody to fix it. I called a few places and what I learned is most these businesses are either too busy or just won't call you back. I called D&D and Dave was eager to help. Dave told me that the type of faucet in my shower has a warranty for life and that I should call their 1-800 number to get a replacement part shipped to me for free and he'd swing by right after it came and swap it for me. I appreciated that Dave knew to do that as opposed to some other place that would show up and upcharge me for a part I could have gotten for free. The part came a week later and Dave came by very promptly to do the swap. Dave even respected my Asian house rules of No Shoes Inside.! He was respectful, on time, and affordable. The faucet has stopped leaking and the work was great.

I could end my review there but I'll tell you another quick story to confirm how great Dave is. I got a washer/dryer delivered to my house today and the guys said I had the wrong type of gas line connector installed. I had a 5/8ths and needed a 3/8ths part. They said they weren't allowed to change it due to company policy and I needed to hire a plumber. A plumber... where do I know of a good plumber? Dave! I called Dave and he came by an hour later to swap the piece. I've never seen that type of turn around for these types of businesses which is why I'm going out of my way to tell everyone about it! Dave is great and honest which can feel like it's hard to find in the age where every corporation is out to get you and only cares about their bottom line. Give Dave a call, I think you'll be happy!

Dave saves the day! We woke up to water gushing from our water meter because our very old pipes had partially burst. Dave came out same day and finished in less than 2 hours. Not only that, but he actually ended up charging us $1000 LESS than originally quoted when he dug in and realized there was less pipe to replace than originally thought. I had a leak in my master bedroom closet and called  a couple of local plumbers who's answering service told me someone will call you back and another told me they didn't have any appointments for a couple days.

When I called Doctor Rooter, answered and I'm so happy we connected. He came over later that day, made a quick assessment gave me lump sum price and began work immediately, honored his original quote and completed the project on time.

I recommend this company and have already used David at another property for rooter service at a fair price.

Fast, friendly and great service! Answers the phone and calls you back quickly. He was in the area so he was able to get here within 2 hours. Our restroom sink was backed up and needed to be snaked. Have given me a quote of $70 and told us to shop around. Others wanted anywhere from $90-$120! He wasn't here for more then 30 minutes! (Fast) he even cleaned up, and caulked our sink and toilet for free (attention to detail)

David's not only a mediocre plumber, he's a crook. He told me a quote then said I owed him money for parts. When I asked him for proof he flashed a receipt at me. When I asked him if I could have the receipt he said no. I ended up paying him without a fight but will never use this company again. I feel very extremely uneasy with this plumber knowing that I got cheated by someone who I trusted to work on my house.

David continues to provide my household with impecable work. He will go the extra mile for you and is true to his word. He will come back if need be. Recently, he rooted my mainline and when it backed up again a month later he came back and did a video inspection so we could get to the bottom of the situation. The video clearly showed the main line needs major repairs and he gave me a very reasonable quote for the work.

I'm so glad we found this company. They're so friendly and easy to communicate with. Dave is fast, professional and incredibly reasonable. He replaced our broken water heater a couple months back same day for a very fair price and then just came by today to retrieve an item our toddler flushed down the toilet. We'll definitely be calling D+D again!

This is probably the best experience yet in dealing with a Plumber. Dave, and Arman responded immediately, and we're at my house in 20 minutes! Called and spoke to I believe David, asking to make an appointment to look at our plumbing issues.  Was told that he'd call me back in a few hours and to let me know if he could come when we requested the next morning.  Never got that call, so I called twice and left a voicemail.   Also left a text and never heard back from anyone.  Gave our business to another local plumber and got the job done.

David is awesome! I had a clogged dishwasher and  David was able to stop by the house the next day to fix it. He was friendly, quick, and explained everything thoroughly! Highly recommended.

D&D's Plumbing is terrific.  My whole system was clogged...it was bad.  What was worse, the access point to snake it out is on my roof.  Dave came out in the time he promised and we discussed the problem and relocating the access point.  I had spoken to someone a couple of years before about the same issue with the access point.  Dave came in a much more reasonable price and his team had the job done in just a few hours the following morning.

I highly recommend them and would call them again.  Hopefully I don't need to, though!

Woke up this morning to find my drive way with a stream of water coming from the air vent under the house. Right away I went on yelp looking for a descent and honest plumber. While my mom crawled under the house to asses the issue to better describe our leak.

After reading reviews my mom called D&D's Plumbing. I believe she spoke with Dave or David. He told her he had 3 jobs today but would stop by in the afternoon to look at our leak.

Needless to say, he arrived exactly at noon and crawled under the house to see our leak. We thought he would just quote us and come back another day. But he let us know what the issue was and said he could fix it if we would like.

We agreed and are happy to say that we have running water again and there is no more leak!!! I definitely recommend this place if you are look for someone honest. He was very polite and professional. Our shower clogged up seemingly overnight. Nothing would drain. D&D was amazing! David came out the next day and fixed it all in 10 minutes. So quick and professional! Really great service. Will be using them in the future when we finally get around to re-piping our house!

What a professional and knowledgeable repair man. Dave was very honest from the beginning. I had called him because I had a clogged drain and was supposed to be here on Thursday. He called and told me that he had an emergency and if he come on Friday at 8:30. I appreciated the fact that he let me know what as happening so I wasn't just waiting around. On Friday he arrived earlier and took care of my problem in about an hour. He walked me through  what he was doing and also gave me suggestions on the what improvements I will need to do in the future. No pressure at all, he just explained to me what will go wrong and told me that I still had a few years to take care of it. There was no pressure and

Dave installed 5 earthquake shutoff valves on some apartments my family owned. He was very nice. Did the work quickly with a fair price.  After one of the valves tripped he came right out to fix it. I highly recommend D & D.

I've called them out twice, once for a bathtub leak, another time for clogged sink. Both times David was very helpful both in completing the job, and in giving good advice to avoid future clogs. Definitely my go-to plumber from now on.

I cannot even Fully express how happy I am with David and his company! We found him through Yelp after getting a few quotes from other plumbers who wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount of money to hook up my shower pipes. I bought a fixer upper and a older house so there were quite a few issues. Since we were so happy with David's work on my shower, we asked him to also replace our water heater to a brand new one and help to do plumbing work under the house because our original inspection report included issues that needed immediate fixing. We also asked him to come another time because we discovered a leak in one of our other pipes, so we had to shut off the water and he literally came over to us the same day before he went home because he knew it was an emergency. He also recommended a handy man to us who helped us do some other work on our house. So, the best parts??? He is SO reasonable with his pricing, he is a great guy who works hard and fast and will explain everything to you first, his assistant who handles his appointments is so sweet and helpful and his work is AMAZING! Coming across David's services was a blessing.  We have a complicated and sensitive septic system in our household that utilizes septic pumps.  To undertake any job related to fixing a problem with our system, a plumber must have expertise in this field along with a lot of patience and unrelenting detective work to figure out why is it not working?   Today he handled what was supposed to be a 'standard fix' job that turned into a three hour investigation as to why is the pump not working.   In short, he undertook the additional work that he was not expecting, snaking the sewage line extensively and repeatedly until he got the outcome he needed to comfortably walk away from the job.  I appreciate the fact that there are plumbers out there that are willing to spend the additional time trying to figure out the problem and not just walk away, tell the customer 'sorry folks, you'll have to find another professional I can't help you'.  The plumbing business is not an easy craft to be employed in.  You gotta have the smarts, experience and professionalism to be successful in this profession.  D&D Reasonable Plumbing has got all the criteria to handle our plumbing issues.  I was very pleased with his services today.  Thank you David for all of your help and hard work.  I will be comfortable in reaching out to you in the future should we run into any other plumbing issues.
