Rodrigo and Juan were great to work with, I'll call them back for any other plumbing issues in the future. From the initial phone call to wrapping up the job, everything was quick, pleasant and professional.

They were honest and upfront about pricing and answered all of my questions. The quote I got at the beginning is what I paid at the end.

Had issues with my hot water tank and they had me back up and running with hot water right away. They came to inspect the old leaking tank with the intention to repair it if that was an option. It wasn't and it needed to be replaced, but I appreciated their initial inspection, that made me feel like there wasn't any upselling going on.

Would definitely recommend these guys for your plumbing needs.

I wish I could still recommend this business, but since my last review, he didn't show up at the scheduled time (I wrote it down) and then told me I had the time wrong, which I know I didnt. I only needed him to remove a bidet and brita filter which only took 5 minutes, but he charged me $125 for that. Not a fair price at all especially since I was a loyal customer. I won't be using this service again

Rodrigo is exceptional! We encountered an emergency plumbing situation late Sunday night and were scrambling to find someone to help.
Rodrigo immediately answered my call and was able to provide an assessment and quote over the phone.

He showed up at our building in less than an hour and was courteous and professional. I appreciated that he was very thoughtful and even brought shoe covers for inside the home.

Rodrigo answered all our questions and even went above & beyond outside of plumbing duties to assist in cleaning our backfilled sink. Couldn't have asked for better service.

I had a water heater replaced for a reasonable price. Work was performed the next day and I was back up and running with hot water.

Rodrigo at MLP was the ideal individual you hope shows up when you have an issue. We were experiencing multiple plumbing issues and within a couple of hours not only was I able to get in contact with MLP, but also arrived, addressed and resolved the issues I was having.

I recently purchased a home in South Los Angeles and as luck would have it, we found an issue with the gas line immediately. I reached out to Rodrigo at Major League Plumbing and he was able to squeeze us in and came right over. He told us what our options were and he was able to help us out. His pricing was very reasonable and he was extremely helpful. I just called him again this morning for a related but different issue and he once again was able to accommodate our schedule. It's not easy to find reliable help when you're dealing with plumbing and other trades but Major League Plumbing seems to be a homerun for us. We bought a house in January and the GC installed a low flow sink faucet for our beautiful standalone bathtub in the master bathroom instead of bathtub faucet. After 11 months of it taking 15 mins just to fill it up 6 inches for our toddler's nightly baths, we decided to call Rodrigo, who was referred to us by a friend. Rodrigo is kind, communicative, and thorough. He helped us select a new tub faucet and spent half a day going through our kitchen cabinet wall to replace it from the back. I hired Rodrigo to replace our bath tub faucet and replace the pop-up sink drain.

The job was more work than I originally expected and involved cutting the supply lines and soldering some new pipe and fittings to connect to the new faucet. He was really quick and easy to communicate with, showed up on time and did a great job for a fair price.

We had a great experience with Major League Plumbing. I reached out to them for new dishwasher and garbage disposal install. Rodrigo had great communication and was able to work within our schedule. Once he got started with the work there were some unforeseen issues with our kitchen plumbing. This plumbing company was recommended by a friend who was happy and satisfied with this service. I called Rodrigo to get a quote.
We needed to get a leaky pipe under kitchen sink fixed, an exterior bathroom exhaust pipe fixed and reconnected a water heater pipe.
He explained what the job entailed and

We hired somebody else to install 2 shower panels, because they claimed they could do the job. It seemed reasonable, as the instructions looked pretty simple to follow. To our horror, that 'simple job' turned into a 7-hour nightmare and no water flow from either shower panel. Lucky for us, we found Rodrigo here on Yelp and, given the reviews, didn't hesitate to call him. It is now the next day and our shower panels are running full flow and are amazing! Keep Rodrigo on your speed dial: he's prompt, he's excellent, and he won't leave a mess in your house. Oh, and we didn't even have to ask him to wear a mask, he had one on already and even brought new booties to wear in our home.

Rodrigo is amazing!! I was given Rodrigo's number by my neighbor who had recently had some work done. First, my hot water tank was on it's last leg and Rodrigo came out to re-light the pilot that I couldn't manage to figure out. He was so fast, caring, knowledgable, and he listened.

Because I knew the time had come to replace the hot water tank, Rodrigo really listened to my concerns and worked with me to quote the best tankless and filter system for the house. I was so impressed with how fast he and his team worked - and they were so pleasant and professional. AND the system looks great, quality work, and works amazing. No more waiting for 5 minutes for the hot water to get to my bathroom.

BONUS: I had recently broken my arm and my mobility was severely limited - Rodrigo really stood out as he helped me check my dryer gas connection.

5 stars for Major League Plumbing. This house keeps surprising us. Our toilet was a bit wobbly and tried calling a few different plumbers. None of them came out. I called Rodrigo at MLP and he set an appointment for the next day. He came in today and found that the toilet flange was rotted out. He fixed our issue in 3 hours. Hire Major League Plumbing! Hire Rodrigo! He is a kind person and with that comes honesty. Something that is a valuable trait when hiring a plumber. So many of us don't know the talk and that puts us in a vulnerable place. He will not take advantage of that.

We had termite fumigation done and when the gas company came out to turn the gas on it was a HARD no because we failed the pressurized test. Meaning gas leak. Happy Saturday to us. Rodrigo was quick to respond but better than that he was fair and competitive.

Our work has only been completed since Saturday but I have no doubt that he stands behind his work and he is officially our plumber. Though we hope not to see him too soon for obvious reasons. Ha!

Just so you know how honest he is...I paid him electronically and it went through twice. He called us to let us know about the mistake and then he corrected it. Okay...so do with that information what you will but don't do the absurd thing and hire a different plumber. Don't do that.

I had called Rodrigo the owner and field plumber to schedule a water heater replacement in my condo. My building requires a 3 day notice for water shut down. So I asked Rodrigo what the time frame was to complete the work and he said from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM so that is what I posted on my notice. He told me he would be showing up between 8 and 9. Didn't get there until 9:30 then messages me that there is no parking in the street or alley and that he would return at noon which would only give him an hour to complete the work. This wasn't the first time he showed up late. Very unprofessional. So when I messaged him with my compliant regarding his lack of professionalism he said we can cancel the project. Mind you I had already provided a 10% deposit and Rodrigo did not return the complete deposit amount because his supplier charges a restocking fee. So basically due to his lack of professionalism I still had to come out of pocket $95. I would not recommend Major League Plumbing.

Hiring a plumber is a daunting task. Thankfully we found Rodrigo with Major League Plumbing. He quoted us a fair price for the job and got it done in a decent amount of time. Hello everyone. Tonight I had a problem with my main drain. The drain became clogged after 9:30 pm. Called many plumbers. You know at this time of night, not too many plumbers answer their calls. Thanks to Rodrigo Melgoza of Major League Plumbing, he responded to my request within 20 mins through Yelp. We chatted for a moment and he was willing to come out and snake my drain in the middle of the night. He showed up in a timely manner, he wore a mask, and shoe covers when he entered my house. Very professional and courteous. He knew exactly what to do. He worked on this project for about 20 mins. He then went to verify that the drain was cleared and the water was flowing out to the main drain with no issues. For my emergency call in the middle of the night, he charged a fair price for awesome work. I will definitely recommend Rodrigo Melgoza to everyone who needs a plumber. I had a Rheem tankless HW heater installed by a handyman. The install had a few issues. The obvious ones to me were the unit was leaking, and it was throwing an error. I could clear the code by turning it off and on again. Not so convenient when the hot water stops while taking a shower.

I contacted a few plumbers and Rodrigo stood out. He identified three issues with the install, one of which would take care of the leaking and error codes. The other two were for the efficiency and health of the unit. He quoted a competitive price to do all three and was flexible with scheduling.

Rodrigo was also either on time or provided updates to let me know when he would be there. This is appreciated since I understand a plumber may need to take care of emergencies that are higher priority than the work I needed done. As long as I'm kept in the loop and my time is treated with respect.

The work was done to my satisfaction, and I haven't had any issues since.

Wow!!! HIGHLY recommend this business!!! My kitchen pipe began hissing and my kitchen was flooded at midnight. I called Rodrigo the next morning and he came out and fixed it. He was upfront and honest when he gave me the free quote. I had him look at other issues I had around the house and his prices are more than reasonable compared to the work he does. But let me tell you that not only will he get the job done, but he is the most humble and kind person in the business. He's such a remarkable human being! Call Rodrigo for all your plumbing needs!!! There was a leak under the kitchen sink that my tenant noticed so Rodrigo came and found it was a loose connection. He didn't even charge me for it which was the most unbelievable thing that's ever happened to me with all the repairmen I use on my properties! He is definitely the most honest, reliable, and fair plumber I have ever met and I will always use him from now on for any plumbing problems I have on any of my properties!

We discovered a leak in our bathtub on Saturday night. We sent a message requesting quotes through Yelp even though we didn't think we would get any responses that late. However, within a few minutes Rodrigo had replied and we had an appointment set for Monday morning. He called to let me know he was on his way, texted when traffic delayed him unexpectedly, showed up with a mask and shoe covers, fixed the leak for a fantastic price, and we were good to go! We will definitely be calling Major League Plumbing for any plumbing issues in the future!

Rodrigo showed up on time with a mask professionally dressed And with covers over his shoes. He was referred by a General Contractor as a very qualified Plumber. Installed a kitchen faucet as requested. Went above and beyond the required. Fixed a few other Minor projects and left with a very satisfied customer. Happy to recommend him and will use him again.

I called MLP for an emergency. Long story short, I took off a few things from a shower and thought I would put it back together sadly it didn't turn out that way. These guys are awesome! I was attempting to do some routine maintenance to our hot water heater when I hit a roadblock. I reached out to a couple plumbers and Rodrigo was first to respond. He was super communicative over the Yelp messaging app, updating me on his arrival after a previous appointment ran long. Once here we discussed the issue and he advised we sit tight (instead of pushing unnecessary service on us). He was very honest, friendly, and gracious with his time. Recommended!

Our water heater went out on a Friday, which was the worst timing given weekend plumbing visits are hard to come by. We asked around and even our own warranty company plumber said Monday at the earliest. Thankfully, Rodrigo was there to save the day-he came out and replaced our water heater on short notice, and fixed a pre-existing issue with the heater cabinet as well. Best of all, his work was a FRACTION of the price quoted by the bigger plumbing company. If you want reliable, cost-effective service, Rodrigo is your man!

We manage a 5 unit apartment building. We have continual and usually urgent kitchen and bath drainage needs.
Yesterday was no different. Rodrigo responded to my request for a snake out within 10 min. He scheduled for the very next morning at 9a. He called on his way to the job. He also texted with updates. He was on time, very respectful, knowledgeable and seems fair and honest with his pricing.
He snaked 2 kitchen drains, and replaced some sink pipes. The basic snake was $75 per sink. Really reasonable.
He was also super clean and timely. Huge plus.
He is going to do some additional work for us coming soon.
Based on today's performance and pricing, we would recommend Rodrigo for your pluming needs!

My Kitchen sink was clogged for a month. I called a couple of plumbers that turned out to be to rich for my blood. Then I turned to Yelp. I found Major League Plumbing. Loved the service! I needed a heater to be replaced asap and, not only was it done quickly, it didn't hurt my wallet too much. My toilet was clogged and we haven't been able to use it for a week. We think our baby threw a small toy in and then not knowing what he did we went ahead and flush the toilet. When we saw the water came back up and the flash is very weak. We knew at the moment that toilet needed a professional plumber. I requested quotes from several plumbers. The only one that actually got back to me right away was Major League Plumbing and his quote was decent. Roridgo was professional and provided me an estimate right away. He offered to come the same day which is a Saturday at no additional charge. He showed up at the time of the appointment and was very polite. Within 15 minutes of his arrival, he was able to unclogged my toilet and it is working again. I was impressed. I am super happy with his service and would use Rodrigo again for future plumbing issues and definitely refer him to my friends and family.

Our bath fixtures were old and outdated we had an uncontrollable leak I contacted Rodrigo about my problems he came out and offered solutions he was very quick on getting the job done besides being knowledgeable about his profession he was very neat in his work his work was very professional his prices are probably the most reasonable around my whole area and he will definitely be someone I contact for other problems I might in counter I just want to thank major league plumbing for what he's done and he has gained himself a new costumer!!!
