I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

They didn't even come out. After Augerpros bid such a ridiculous amount, I told Blacktie what I wanted done and how much I thought it was worth, and they scoffed at me and said they would charge even more than Auger Pros wanted. So, naaa, can't afford this kind of pricing. Maybe they get that kind of money working on commercial jobs, but not from me. I just can't pay $1,000 or more for simple repairs like that.

I highly recommend All Aces plumbing because they are very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. Robert came in and solved all of our problems in only 3 hours. He was very nice to us.

Was looking for a local plumber in Highland Village and through the recommendation of a friend, came across Live Oak Plumbing. I have never had a service show up, literally roll out a red carpet (legitimately) and get the job done in such a professional and quick manner. Had an issue with my toilet that I couldn't manage to sort out but was quickly diagnosed and repaired on the spot. I would highly recommend them to any and all my friends. Thank you Live Oak!!

A neighbor recommended The Plumber. I called and they were able to come the same day. Our normal plumber gave us a timeframe 5 weeks from now. Two people showed up,  both wearing masks. They were able to to find the leak in nothing flat, in a different place than where I thought.  They were able to fix the leak in less than an hour leaving just a small hole in the wall to have repaired.
I now have a new plumber for any neds I have.

Both toilets backed up and it was July 4th weekend. Another company said they could come by on Monday. The situation couldn't sit until Monday. Was directed to go thru Mr Young sw Kim, she was very professional and courteous.  Was given a window of 11-4 and plumber showed up promptly at 11a. Spoke with Eric and then Robert brought the 'snake' to take care of backup.  I 100% recommend the company and will be reaching out to them for any plumbing issues. It's refreshing to deal with a company, that the owner and employees show that you as a customer are valued.

I had originally called another company who was unsuccessful in remedying the problem. Called Made and they came out to fix my backed up pipes on short notice. Got my issue solved in a short amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Ben!

I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. fair and honest employees. very knowledgeable of their trade. had an A/C problem I  was out of town working Eric came out and diagnosed our problem as a bad fan motor left all the information on what i needed to replace it with as its a job I can do myself and did not charge my wife for the service. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers and I will use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

TERRIBLE!!! They sent a plumber over that told me he had a stomach bug. He was sweating and told me he had been throwing up since the night before. Our entire house got sick including our 8 week old baby. I couldn't believe a company had such little regard for customers to send sick plumbers into the homes of people.  Use at your own risk.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

On price, on time, and on point.  Pool pump went out, I purchased a new one and didn't have the time to install.  Called Pool Logistics and they were out here in two days.  Had me up an running with a great price, quality work, and great timing.

Problem: Gas Leak in wall between laundry and kitchen. Home Warranty company sent a plumber (not Matt) who said he couldn't find a leak but smelled something (maybe carbon monoxide -- he was blowing smoke as CO is odorless-natural gas has additive and does smell for your own safety; this plumber then recommended an HVAC repair to my home warranty) -- HVAC man said he can only look 5' from furnace and there was nothing he could do it was for a plumber (waste of my time which i already knew that but home warranties follow procedures); I called Atmos Energy to test as i was worried now; they turned off my gas because they found the leak in the room where I had smelled the gas -- so i was left with No Heat or Hot water on Saturday at 4PM and New Years Eve 2017 weekend with a 2 year old and a very sick husband and the home warranty company recalled the first plumber who obviously had no interest in fixing the problem--he didn't call me back. Weather 25'F.  Results:  After lots of coercing-my Home Warranty Company permitted me to go outside and find my own vendor to repair the leak on New Year's Eve since none of their vendors would come out Sat night/Sun/Mon Dec 30-31/Jan 1 and it was an open issue since the Wednesday before.  SOLUTION: Matt answered my call within an hour of calling (i had found 2 vendors willing but went with him because he sounded like he really understood the problem and could address it--expertise in natural gas pipes).  Bonus--he will work weekends and holidays for emergencies. He scheduled appt for Sunday afternoon (next day). He diagnosed the problem quickly -- Cut an 18 hole in my wall and luckily the area where the leak was nearby this opening -- did plumber things-pressure tested the pipe.  He repaired the pipe (by cutting/replace piping). He spoke to my insurance company and got the repair $$s approved.  He also assisted me in navigating the city of Keller and turning back on my gas with Atmos on off hours (not an easy process). He waited for the arrival of the gas company also. This repair kept us in our home (no need for hotel on new years eve). No frozen pipes.  Lesson learned--don't call Atmos when living in city of keller on a weekend--requires permit to turn back on gas and that can only happen during business hours and very very expensive (obviously maintain safety); Call someone that has the right equipment for natural gas testing and repairs and reasonable pricing --that is this guy; Talk to a plumber on phone not an answering service first before they come to your home to get a sense for what scenarios could be without surprise--that is this guy; Oh and Small Businesses often know their capabilities and other businesses --- good ones will also always tell you i can or can't but know someone that can and here is his number.  Happy Customer / Happy Family. After calling 9 different companies to help resolve a complicated plumbing issue, Anything Plumbing was the most responsive and helpful company I found. And to top it off, they called me on a Sunday to take care of my issue ahead of our scheduled appointment!

Will definitely be calling them again!

Great company and great service.  They were able to save me $700.00 on my hot water tank.  Another company quoted me $700.00 more.

My sewer line clogged which was causing water to backup into the house.  Within an hour of calling, Hayden Rodriguez showed up and cleaned out the sewer line.  He was very professional, friendly and offered tips on how to prevent it from happening again.  I would not hesitate to call again.
