I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

Six months after they did a repair I had a related problem (things happen sometimes, I don't think it was any fault of theirs)  At first it was a little bumpy trying to get the problem fixed (possibly because it was the busy holiday season), but then they stepped up and made everything right.

Everyone who came out to my house was polite and helpful, explaining what they were doing and why.

Highly recommend - any company can look good when everything goes well.  They looked great even when there was a problem.

By far the most professional and honest plumber that I have dealt with here in my 15 years of living in Las Vegas. Jeff showed up on time, told me what needed to be done and fixed all three of my issues. In terms of pricing, Jeff was very fair and upfront with his quote and was very affordable. Never again will I waste my time with other plumbing companies who charge an arm and a leg and more often than not act more like salespeople trying to charge me for stuff I don't need than an actually honest plumber!

There is a reason Pablo has a 5-star rating across literally every review. Not only is he a genuinely nice person, he is honest and reliable. We've had a number of plumbing issues in our old house -- from a simple snake job to a longer water heater /piping install. He brings a high quality to everything he does, and has a book of prices (which are all very reasonable) so you can trust he's not making up quotes on the spot. He is fast to respond, and oftentimes has been able to swing by the same-day to at least take a look and make a game plan.

I decided to try and do some light plumbing work, replace the old kitchen faucet, but when I went to shut off the water, the valve broke. I ran outside it to turn the water off to the house and went on Google to call a plumber. Of course, this happens at 5 o'clock, so I'm asking about after-hours service. Tahnee answered and after I explained my problem, she placed me on hold to try and get someone out. We got disconnected and she called me right back. She found a technician to come out within 25 minutes. Don arrived and was very professional and even put covers on his boots before entering my house. I explained/showed him the problem I created and he was reassuring and quick to quote me the cost to get it fixed. I agreed and Don got to work.

I rarely interact with companies anymore that are this polite and professional, let alone quick to respond. 5-stars across the board.

I highly recommend The Plumber. I first had the owners son Casey and Nate install a new kitchen faucet. They did a great job. So respectful and knew what they were doing. I then had an appointment with Curt, the owner. He installed a new toilet in my half bath in like 30 minutes. So nice. He lives a street down from me in Parr Park. He's coming back next week to move my old toilet to the curb for bulk pickup. Couldn't have been nicer. Reasonable prices. Been in business for 40 years.  Please call for your plumbing needs!

I had originally called another company who was unsuccessful in remedying the problem. Called Made and they came out to fix my backed up pipes on short notice. Got my issue solved in a short amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Ben!

I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Had an upstairs toilet that wouldn't flush properly.  This was in our house that is less than 2 years old.  Called a couple of big name companies that both said we needed to replace the toilet, and it would be anywhere from $400-$600. Didn't seem to me that a practically new toilet would go bad that quickly, so gave Northwest Plumbing a try and they determined something was stuck in the drain.  They had the toilet off, stuck item removed, and toilet back on in about 30 minutes.  $130 for all of it and toilet works great now.   Would highly recommend these guys!

TERRIBLE!!! They sent a plumber over that told me he had a stomach bug. He was sweating and told me he had been throwing up since the night before. Our entire house got sick including our 8 week old baby. I couldn't believe a company had such little regard for customers to send sick plumbers into the homes of people.  Use at your own risk.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

On price, on time, and on point.  Pool pump went out, I purchased a new one and didn't have the time to install.  Called Pool Logistics and they were out here in two days.  Had me up an running with a great price, quality work, and great timing.

Had an emergency leak in my W/D connection box, and thankfully was able to find Matt via yelp to help me out on the fly. To make matters worse, I wasn't even home.

It didn't matter though bc i had someone let them in, and they were able to get on site and repair the issue within a few hours. Solid pricing too! (Didn't ruin my weekend :)

Definitely my new go-to in the DFW area for any plumbing needs.

I used the email service on a Friday night to set up an appointment Saturday morning. Easy to set up and received a call in the am with a time to expect the plumber.
