I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

It took me almost two weeks to get a hold of someone to schedule appointment after they gave me quote. After coming to fix my plumbing issues the kitchen faucet was installed backwards and someone else had to come to fix it and install correctly. The faucet in the bathroom isn't putting out water after it was fixed, so they are sending someone else out to look at it to try to fix it. I know businesses want perfect reviews on yelp but this was my experience with this company. If you put a bad review they will ask you to remove it or change it,  so they can have perfect rating.  No one is perfect. I did change my score because they did try to make it right.

Just a lead farm for independent plumbers.  I called this morning requesting a service call for a water softener.  I explained the problem in detail.  They said they would call back when they had checked their schedule for availability.  I got a call back from a different number, seemed like might not have been the same person, but since I had only called one plumber, I figured it had to be the same guy.  We spoke and agreed on a 5PM service call to work on my water softener.  I took photos of the unit and sent a detailed text, to which he confirmed. They said someone would be here at 5PM.

5:15 PM  no one is here, no ones has called, so I call them back, they said they would call the technician and call me right back. At 5:35PM, still no call back.  I call again the technician is wrapping up another job, he'll be right there  5:45PM the technician calls me and says...so what are we doing today, installing a water filter?  I said no, you're repairing a water softener...I sent pictures and a detailed explanation to your boss.  oh, well we don't really do that, there must have been a miscommunication  So I call the number of the guy I have been texting with...and he sends me to voicemail.  I text him letting him know what happened and asking for an update.  He responds I'll call you in 1 minute  well, that was almost 30 minutes ago.  I would avoid these guys like the plague.

Great service.  Very professional!! Just like their name punctuate, they provide timely service. The Sevice technician, Pablo is a also knowledgable and professional. He was able to squeeze my appointment in his busy schedule and fix my water heater. Thank you.

Appointment was easy to schedule. Don called that he was on his way snd arrived as scheduled. Work was professionally done. Don was pleasant to work with. I will definitely use Lone Oak again.

A neighbor recommended The Plumber. I called and they were able to come the same day. Our normal plumber gave us a timeframe 5 weeks from now. Two people showed up,  both wearing masks. They were able to to find the leak in nothing flat, in a different place than where I thought.  They were able to fix the leak in less than an hour leaving just a small hole in the wall to have repaired.
I now have a new plumber for any neds I have.

I have used them twice now, very efficient very cost-effective and very honest I would not use another plumber.  Highly recommended.

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Needed to clear a drainage clog. Called Wednesday afternoon and arranged to work it out the next day. Plumber called the next morning at 11 and was there by noon. He worked on two clean-outs to make sure the line was thoroughly cleared and then charged exactly what he quoted ($136). The job was well-done, finished promptly, the plumber was friendly, and the price was okay. I would call again and recommend to others.

This plumbing company is amazing!  I called first thing Monday morning and they squeezed me in their busy schedule the same day!  Very friendly and professional and SO reasonable.  I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to all my friends and family!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

A couple nights ago, one of our upstairs sinks was backing up. Didn't seem like a big issue, but it got worse with the downpour we had yesterday. I called Matthews Plumbing at 9:30pm, the son answered and said he could come out the next day. He came out early afternoon and the problem was fixed within an hour. Really nice, knowledgeable guy, he explained what was going on to us. Will absolutely use them again.

Need to have a kitchen faucet replaced, and Christopher was clear about what the problem was and how I would be able to get the manufacturer to adhere to the lifetime warranty and replace it at no charge.

During the replacement of the faucet, he upgraded all the connections under my sink and was very thorough about making sure every connection was sealed and wasn't leaking.  I will absolutely make Anything Plumbing my go-to plumber.

Great company. Jeff (owner) answered my emergency call on a weekend and came out to fix the plumbing issue within a couple of hours. Very professional and transparent. Highly recommended.

I'm really surprised that Larry Stinson Plumbing has so few reviews because he was truly professional and my husband and I knew we could trust him and his recommendations. My husband and I tried to figure out a way to do the work ourselves, but we would have had to do some piping through the 2x4's which needed to be done correctly because the water heater sits in a closet inside of the house and I did not want to risk a leak in the wall. We finally decided to give Larry a call and let the professionals do it. Larry and Mike arrived on time and went straight to work. They were very nice and knew exactly what they were doing. It's been about a week and everything seems to be working perfectly. The hot water barely got warm when we purchased the house a month ago, now it gets nice and hot quickly! We feel confident in using Larry Stinson Plumbing for any future plumbing needs we aren't quite qualified to do ourselves. Thanks guys!

I'm a landlord with multiple properties and occasionally need help with plumbing issues.  I've used this Roto-Rooter location twice for drain blockages.  They are polite, efficient on the phone, dispatch quickly, professional (according to my tenants), address the issue quickly, and are fairly priced.  As a guy that deals with a lot of subcontractors, this place stands out as top of the class.
