Called Luis today for a issue at my residence in Tracy and he was extremely quick, professional and was here in 16 minutes. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and was even polite enough to tell me that the issue could be a city responsibility and told me his cost to fix the issue and I admired his honesty and willingness to have tried to save me money by calling the city but I support honest work and was still glad to pay him his asking price because of this. After about 6 minutes my sewage line was clean & clog free. He graciously cleaned up all the unsightly mess that came from my sewage blockage and hose off the area as if nothing happened. Would 100% do business again and recommend him to anyone who wants professional, honest and amazing work without any hassle.

SALDIVAR RESIDENCE
All of a sudden we heard our toilet bubble/gurgle while showering. After we use the toilet it wouldn't flush and when we tried plunging it, everything backed into our showers. We reached out to Luis at night and he was able to help us the next morning.
He was very responsive and was able to find the issue right away. Within minutes everything was working again.

Luis not only did a great job but he had great customer service! We had a soft water leak issue with our pipe in the garage and we reached out to 3 vendors to compare pricing and how each plumper would resolve the issue. You need a plumber? CALL THIS GUY! He's on time, professional, super friendly and gets the job done. Lord knows I tried everything under the Sun to unclog my kitchen sink because I wanted to save money. If I would've just called this guy first, I would've had my kitchen back in 20 mins. Gave great tips on keeping our pipes clean too. Will definitely use him again if any problems should arise.

If your from Central Valley and in need of plumbing, Luis is the one ! Good guy ! To make it short, my wife & called in the evening & Luis responded and came within an hour . He got the job done, very knowledgeable, & the price was reasonable! You can't go wrong!
We had problems with our sink and washer the water was backed up. We called LM, Luis answered the phone. He asked me what was the problem then gave me a price. He came an hour and half later. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed the problem and gave us 3 month warranty. We'll definitely hire him again but I hope not for another ten years!

Fast, friendly and completed task. A little higher price than others but they were quick to respond.
Our kitchen sink backed up and so I scanned Yelp and found LM Plumbing. I called and Luis answered and he was here in about 30 minutes. He was very thorough and kept everything clean. He ran the entire length of his snake to ensure that the pipe was clear and gave us recommendations on how to keep the pipes clean from here on out. He triple checked the sink to ensure it was draining properly and that all the fittings were secure. What a pleasure to have things done right the first time with such a professional. We will call Luis for all our future plumbing needs.
Had a really great experience with a sink install. The quote was very competitive with no additional charges and they were even able to squeeze in a same day appointment.
This is incredibly rare as we didn't call until the afternoon. Install was straight forward and would absolutely work exclusively with this company again for future work.
I called to schedule a garbage disposal repair. After describing the issue, Luis let me know he could talk me through how to fix it over the phone for free. 10 minutes later, I got it working using his advice. I wanted to leave a 5 star review, because he could have come out and charged me to do it and I would not have known any better. That is integrity and great service, thank you!
Luis is great. He has the knowledge and solved my problem in 15 minutes. He was sincere and showed me 2 possibilities of solving, the cheapest and the a little bit more expensive, which I really appreciate the honesty.
Kitchen sink was backed up and needed a clean out. Luis was very quick to respond with a quote and was able to arrive within 2 hours to do the job. He also fixed our faucet that had terrible water pressure and saved us from having to replace the whole faucet. Super nice guy and we will use him again. HIGHLY recommended!!

I contacted Luis after another plumber went A Wall on me for a tenant issue involving plugged toilet, sewer line issues, etc. in Tracy. This is a great plumber to do business with. I called him with the issue, he asked me to send pictures and suggested some fixes. The fixed did not work and that's probably because my disposal is who knows how old. He promptly gave me a price to come out the same day and replace with a new disposal. We upgraded my disposal and he was in and out in about 45 minutes. Super nice guy that is willing to serve his customers well. I am happy I decided to go with this company, I will use them in the future for any plumbing needs.
I called Luis because I was due for a new garbage disposal, and my dishwasher wasn't working well. So I figured that there might be something wrong with my kitchen sink. He came out the same day, replaced my garbage disposal, and replaced my air gap. His pricing is reasonable, and he was very honest. Now my dishwasher is working again. I couldn't be happier with Luis's service.
Luis is awesome! He responded quickly to my inquiry. He identified the leak source and quickly fixed it. His charge is reasonable too!
Luis was able to resolve our drain/ sewer clog in an hour. He responded quickly and was very professional and great value for the service. I highly recommend him for Tracy Manteca area.
Louis arrived on time, waited for my folks at the door, fixed the kitchen faucet within 30 minutes and accomodate my request for job photos and promised to come back if there is leaking. His rate is reasonable too and best thing is, you just need to call a day ahead to confirm the next day appointment. Will for sure hire again, and provide invoice too.

I had a leaking shower and a shower that leaked water from the shower head and spout and he fixed them both without a hitch. I appreciated that he would explain what was needed and possible added needs.
He was respectful of my health wearing a mask and wore booties to protect my space.

It is refreshing to know that there are real contractors that truly want to make sure they achieve on all levels. Luis was very communicative, asking about our issue, giving suggestions over the phone, and ultimately scheduling a visit to solve our problem within 12 hours of my initial communication. Get this, he didn't consider this an emergency service call. He charged his regular rate! It took me two weekends after work, racked my brain on the science of water flow elevations trying to figure out gravity calculations while including the periodic table.... ( I had no idea what the problem was) After a total of 6 hours to replace all hoses and connections under the sink from the drain hose on the dishwasher, to the garbage disposal, to the P-trap to the Air release valves but could not get the water to stop shooting out the air release above the sink. Turns out there was a real easy explanation, the garbage disposal had an internal cap cutting off the flow of the water down the exit drain. He diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes of seeing the sink. Then he pointed out a hose didn't have an air tight connection from the dishwasher. We had another leak under the sink. I had some leftover connectors and clamps and he was able to repair quickly fix that. He is clearly not in business to take advantage of homeowners or customers. This speaks volumes of his integrity. We mentioned in conversation of some planned plumbing projects around the house this summer and he gave us advice on what he see's in the field as to what makes more sense for a home like this. This guy is great to work with. My new home bathroom sink had low water pressure and under sink had small leaking. I have contacted Luis and explain the situation he explained what might cause the problem and guide me how to fix myself! That's not something everyone does! but since I had leaking issue I asked him if he can come and he did come on same day and fixed the issue. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately my experience with this company was not 5 stars like so many others. The gentlemen was prompt and courteous to deal with so giving 2 stars for that but really zero stars for not resolving the plumbing leak and fixing what turned out to be a very simple problem. In summary we had a leak upstairs in the master bathtub. His solution made no sense and didnt fix the leak. Paid for two service calls then finally I figured out the issue . It was the tub drain leaking that needed reset with plumbers putty. They wanted to tear out the ceiling below and look for a pipe leak which obviously wasn't there. Glad I used my own common sense to figure out a simple problem and minimize the expense.

We had Luis out to replace a garbage disposal, but he was able to fix the old one in about a minute. He also advised us that the garbage disposal we had purchased to replace it wasn't one that we'd want to use because it could cause future problems. I know other plumbers that wouldn't have bothered to tell us that. I would definitely recommend Luis for any plumbing needs.

I needed an expert opinion on how to handle a water leak issue from my second floor bathtub.
Fortunately, Luis was able to fit me in on the same day since I considered the leak to be an emergency. With his expert opinion, the problem was quickly resolved. Luis did not mind sharing knowledge with me on how to prevent the issue from occurring again and general preventative maintenance.

LM Plumbing has 5 stars for a reason!
We have had nothing but issues with our sink and dishwasher since moving in to our new-ish home a year ago and after several trips out from home warranty, we have had only headaches but no long term resolution.
Our sink pipes began to leak pretty aggressively so we put out a request for bids on Yelp. Luis was one of many who got back to me rather quickly and we had a call the next day. He asked me to text him a picture of the problem and he got back to me right away and even came out the same day to fix the issue. Luis was transparent over the phone about the cost for labor and potential cost for supplies. He arrived promptly and got straight to work, once he was done he explained exactly what he did to fix the issue and gave me the invoice which included his labor cost that I was aware of and only $10 extra for parts! I was really impressed by the honesty, price and quick efforts.
I was provided a 30 day warranty but our issue has been resolved and we are so relieved !

I had a problem w my sink in the kitchen, I sent out some request for the job via Yelp and Luis requested that I call him and explain my problem to him. He gave me a couple of different options and he also told me to check to make sure that the knob under my sink was turned all the way on because that can be a problem as well. Out of everyone who messaged me about the issue they didn't mention that but he did. And wala that was the problem. It was an easy fix and he didn't even have to come out. Thank your help and if I ever need any plumbing issues I'll give you a call!

We had a emergency situation that the water won't go down as something was stuck in our sewer pipe. Even though we called Luis in the afternoon on Saturday he still came at night trying to help us. Sincerely give us the advice to prevent future problems that could happen. Made sure everything is working well before finishing the job. He charged an affordable price. I highly recommend him and I surely will use his services again.
Si habla Español. Luis was prompt with replaying thru here and gave his number for further communication. I had a clogged toilet with was caused by a clogged main drain that leads to the street. He used a 140ft plumbing auger and dislodge the clogged at or about 50ft. He used all 140ft of it 4x thru the drain. He then asked to run the water for about 15-20min while runing a water hose down the drain to create greater water pressure. He will need to use some electricity or other utilities to complete the job or at least attempt. I was satisfied with his work. Not only did he fix the issue, he explained what was that he did to fix the issue. For a total charge of $299.00
Luis did an amazing job! Responsive and reliable. He is an expert in his field and is able to fix any problem. We rent an old ranch house that has constant plumbing issues, not only was he able to come out within 24 hrs of our call, but also suggested best routes to take and why. Will definitely use him again!
Noticed a leak seeping through an opening in the crawl space. Luis came by and replaced the corroded pipes. He then gave a good product recommendation for monthly maintenance prevent my pipes from clogging. I would definitely recommend him to a friend

Luis, the owner, was quick to respond to my initial contact. We discussed replacing my kitchen faucet & hot water heater. He got the hot water heater immediately & was ready to go. I had selected the faucet I wanted installed. He texted an approximate arrival time within a two hour window & confirmed when he was 30 minutes out. He wore shoe protectors in the house. He was respectful & polite. I really appreciate his explanation of what he was doing, & he also helped explain the mechanics of the hot water heater when I asked. Luis came and helped us quickly and efficiently. He told us that our main line was broken in 2 places and that the City of Tracy needed to come out and repair the line. Reached out to LM plumbing for installation of a tankless gas water heater. They told me that they do not install tankless water heaters.
Our water heater broke down around late afternoon, so we waited the next day to get it fixed. I was looking over the list and remembered our friend Luis provides the service. We called him in the morning, and we have settled on getting the whole system replaced as it is a very old model. Luis took care of everything buying the parts and installing it. He was very professional on what he was doing and even educated us and gave us useful tips. He's a lifesaver, by after noontime water heater is all back in order! Luis is awesome!!! Woke up to a pool of water around toilet upstairs causing leaking from the ceiling downstairs. We called and he was able to come out almost immediately. He changed out both parts of the toilet tank and now it won't be running continuously anymore. He's very nice and knows exactly what he's talking about. Wore a mask and shoe protection. Absolutely recommend to anyone in the area! My grandma and I are so relieved it was able to be fixed so fast.

Luis was great. Our toilet was clogged and we tried using the toilet plunger and we even bought a snake at Home Depot but it still didn't work. Lewis told us that to try different methods before he actually had to come to visit and for us to spend the cost for sending a plumber in. We took his advice and they worked and saved ourselves a lot of money. I will definitely recommend Luis to anyone who needs plumbing issues. I will definitely call him back the next time if we have any maintenance issues with our plumbing.

Yeah, so for the past year I didn't listen to my wife who kept telling me not to flush wipes down the toilet. Of course, eventually our main drain to the street clogged so our toilets and showers wouldn't drain. Luckily I called LM plumbing and Luis answered right away. He gave me a fair price quote, if it was what we suspected,and was able to come onsite within two hours. Within an hour of arriving onsite he was able to clear the clogged main pipe, gave me an excellent explanation of how everything worked, and agreed I should definitely listen to my wife in the future. LM Plumbing is now my first and only choice for our plumbing needs. Luis from first contact to completion of the work, was professional, meticulous and informative. Although the work he did was not difficult, it was how he did the work that impressed us. He kept us informed throughout the work including identifying the problems and recommended solutions, showed us the work he completed, and he was patient and throughout to address our concerns and questions. He offered maintenance tips and what red flags to look for if we encounter future problems. He saved us time and money when he recommended we reach out to the manufacturer to get the parts we needed (on the way 2 days later). We didn't even know we had a limited lifetime warranty on our faucet. Most of all, Luis is honest, fair and reasonable.
He came to fix a simple issue, but did it wrong and overcharged. I think overall you will get a good experience with this person if your problem is straightforward since he is prompt and fast. But on issues that require more thought, he might come up with an unnecessary and costly solution.
Will definitely recommend LM plumbing so if I do need any plumbing issue he's the one to Contact.he's such an Honest kind man! Saves me money especially on holiday! Thank you, Luis!

I called LM Plumbing because I had a clogged toilet. I wasn't able to clear it with a plunger. I spoke with Luiz (Luis). He told me he would be able to come today, provided me a quote, but also gave me tips for using the plunger. I was able to clear my toilet with his pointers. I didn't end up using his service, but I was thoroughly impressed with the attention he gave in fixing my plumbing issue. First, he suggested I try all the free options first (city of Stockton utilities will come out and see if the clog can be fixed on their side), and also gave me follow up tips in resolving my issue immediately with other services (his competitors) since he wasn't able to make it today. I'm definitely a future customer.

I called Luis based on Yelp reviews. I am glad I did. He was prompt and professional.
Our toilet fill valve kept breaking and because it was a special Kohler part needed for replacement we agreed it would be in my best interest to just replace the toilet for no extra labor cost to me, if I provide the new toilet, which in the long run is worth the switch. So I picked up one at Home Depot and Luis installed it the next morning. Now, if the toilet has issues in the future we can just replace the fill valve or flapper easily ourselves with generic parts. He demonstrated excellent workmanship and cleaned up after the work was done. I highly recommend Luis for your plumbing needs.

He went immediately to work. He realized I didn't really need to replace my garbage disposal and saved me a bunch of money. This company came after hours, stood behind there phone quote and didn't try to mark me up with extra services I didn't need.
They know what the doing. Reasonable prices and reliable. Friendly and answered all my questions. Explained what future maintenance I may need and things to look out for. They even had a warranty.
When my home warranty company called to tell me it would be 24 hours before they could come out for this emergency back up, I resulted to search the internet to see what else was out there.

My tenant reported a leak in the kitchen a couple of days ago. She refused to try shutting off the valve on her own so by the time my neighbor was able to take a look there was so much water he had no idea where it began. I reluctantly looked around on yelp for a plumber in the area. I sent out for multiple quotes and Luis was very prompt in getting back to me. His prices were very fair compared to the others. He came out the very next morning and diagnosed the problem. He even told me to have my neighbor replace the faucet for me since it would be cheaper. Since my neighbor was busy I had no choice but to call Luis back since my tenant was giving me a hard time. Luis came out today and replaced the faucet. The tenant is now happy and I am relieved.
I rarely review businesses and when I do it's because I'm pissed off. I was leery to see 5 star reviews for this business but now I can see why. Luis is an all around good, honest person. He's prompt and he shows up when he says he will. Contractors are known to be flaky so I really appreciated him working with me in my time of need.

Luis was really easy to work with. Came out right away and addressed the problem. He was in and out within an hour. Highly recommend.
I sent a request for a quote for two specific things; fix a wobbly faucet and flush my water heater.
Luis was the only one who responded with an estimate. Everyone else just wanted to know when to be here.
Luis scheduled for two days later, when we could be there. He knows his business and demonstrated why our water heater was on its last legs, being 15 years old. His clever adaptability fixed a water faucet that had been improperly installed on a sink it was not designed for.
He offered us options and I'm happy to say our new water heater is working great and it's not sounding like popcorn any more. And for four years we've had a bobble-head faucet, now it's rock solid. And he even installed a replacement RO Filter faucet!

Very happy I reached out to LM - had a project that was just beyond what I was comfortable doing myself. Luis was able to get to me next day and repaired the toilet that was a problem. Explained everything and did great work, very happy with LM and will use them again when I have my next plumbing surprise.
I called LM Plumbing on May 10th because I had a knocking sound in the kitchen faucet. Luis answered and was over within the hour. He assessed the situation and advised me I needed a new faucet. He did not charge me to troubleshoot the problem.

Luis went above and beyond for us with what was supposed to be a simple bathroom sink faucet replacement. He promptly responded to my inquiry, and provided us with same-day service even though it wasn't an emergency. Our home was built in the 60s, so of course this simple faucet replacement ended up being not so simple. One thing led to another, but he didn't use any of the obstacles in his path as a means to up-charge us in any way. I found this extremely refreshing. He seemed to take great pride in his work and provided thorough explanations of what was happening as he progressed through the job. Luis was very respectful to the current COVID situation by wearing a mask and gloves at all times. Personally, I would have passed out tying to do that stuff in tight quarters with no air flow, so bonus points for excellent lung capacity!
I will no longer use anyone else for this kind of job. I've been waiting a long time to have someone I can call my guy. Luis is definitely my guy from now on, and I will absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of this kind of work in the future.
We had water backing up in two drains, with a septic system. Did the usual DIY things, had septic tank pumped. Our regular plumber had recently hurt himself, so I called LM Plumbing. Luis answered right away, scheduled service call for next AM. In the meantime, baking soda and vinegar seemed to clear the drains. I had Luis come anyway. He texted on his way, arrived within 15 min. of scheduled time. On arrival, in mask and gloves, he introduced himself, and put on shoe covers to look at the problem. He tested both drains, discussed the possible causes, and concluded nothing more to do. He charged only a basic service call, did not try to do work that seemed unnecessary, and did not complain about the change in plans.

Came home from vacation to the worst welcome home surprise, a basement full of water. I sent a message requesting a quote from LM and got a very fast reply from Luis, even at 11pm at night. I was able to get Luis out the next morning to come look at the drain pipe and got a very reasonable quote to repair it. He walked me through everything he needed to do for the repair, and delivered on the price of his quote while providing high quality work. I shut off the water heater, and had no idea how to turn it back on (OK, tbh I was scared to do it because its gas). He was kind enough to walk me through how to start it up and got it up and going for me again. Luis definitely goes above and beyond for his customers, and is fair and honest. if you really need a plumber... this is the person to hire to do your work. you won't be disappointed. He looked at my shower he showed me what the problem was. Looked at different areas and scenarios, and repaired it. After that looked at my sink
analyzed it, showed me the parts that were leaking, pipes incorrectly installed by other people. He did the work, repaired it in good timing.
i was surprised at the fee, it was a very good low price that I gave him a 10% tip on top of that. i wrote his number and company name in my phone for future work repairs... I normally don't do that, but i had to in this case.

Our toilets and showers were backing up one Saturday morning so we gave LM a call. He came to the house within a few hours. Saturday night after Christmas, our kitchen drain suddenly got completely clogged (and I mean completely). I opened and cleaned the drain pipes under the sink, but that did not help. At that point, I knew I had to find help.
I started looking for a plumber Sunday morning (not a great time to do that if you don't want to be overcharged). Eventually I found Luis from LM Plumbing. Luis was able to come just after noon on that day. He was able to quickly open the clog through the cleaning vent outside the kitchen. What a relief that was. His charge for the work was also quite reasonable, especially for a Sunday.
Luis is very friendly and careful in his work. He also doesn't mind explaining what he does and what the problem might be. I'll definitely be calling Luis again next time I have a plumbing need that I cannot tackle myself.

We needed a sewer line cleaned out with backup in the shower and toilet and Luis came over right away for emergency service. He was so kind and helpful and quick. Very professional and was safe with social distancing and wearing a mask and gloves. 100% recommend.
Our kitchen sink was clogged, and we called Luis and he came that same morning. He was very honest and assessed the drain to be the problem, rather than the garbage disposal, and provided us with a reasonable quote based on that diagnosis. He checked it out and confirmed that was the case. He fixed it quickly and explained what was the problem.

LIVING IN TRACY NOW. Luis is great! I had a leak under my sink. I called Monday and he was here in a couple of hours to take a look and give me an estimate. It turned out to be the garbage disposal. He was back at 8:00 am Tuesday with a replacement. Installation was very quick and he is extremely meticulous. Prices are VERY reasonable including replacement disposal.
He gave me his own 90 day warranty on top of the manufacturer's 2 year! Luis is very personable and knowledgeable with 20 years experience. I urge you to use him as additionally he is owner operated. I like to use small businesses when I can. Nice guy.

Our master shower/tub diverter valve was completely seized, so we attempted to diy it and completely wrenched and crimped the copper pipe coming out of the wall...so we called Luis M. Our lovely little daughters clogged a toilet real good. I messaged for a quote and Luis responded after hours within 10 mins. Great service, honest dude. Had a issue with my toilet leaking. He gave me a quote over the phone (the only plumber who did). I also expained to him that i attempted to fix the problem and after speaking with him he advised me I may not have an issue and to check a few things. Well I did not need service after all but the minute i do this is the guy I'm calling. I wont even try another company.
We put out inquiries via Yelp to local plumbers for an estimate to flush our 14-year-old water heater that had never been flushed. Only Luis from LM Plumbing responded with an actual dollar-amount estimate, so we had him inspect the water heater.
He confirmed his earlier suspicion that flushing such an old unit that had never been flushed might actually hasten the impending demise of such an old unit. That assessment seemed reasonable, so we approved the installation of a new water heater. Although Luis had a preferred brand, he said that water heaters are a commodity item, and that he'd install any of 3 major brands. Luis installed the new heater (Bradford-White brand) three days later with no fuss, replacing all the fittings and instructing me on how to flush it annually so that it might last 20 years.
Luis also worked to eliminate the wobble of the faucet we bought when we moved in that we could never secure properly, cutting off some metal on the securing flange to fit the tight cabinet space. Finally, he installed a new R.O. faucet.
Everything works like it's supposed to now, and we're happy to give a good review for this business.

The kitchen faucet was leaking and it really inconvenienced us with cooking and washing. I had considered the matter an emergency. I contacted several local plumbers, who either never called me back or wanted to come the week after. Luis picked up the phone immediately and was able to come the same day I called. He wore appropriate personal protective equipment which put us at ease during the pandemic and was honest about his pricing. Would call again if another emergency arises.

Ok so i think we're all a little leery of people who get all 5 star reviews, but let me tell you, Luis deserves ALL of them. Called LM plumbing today based off a neighbors recommendation. Point is that you just found your plumber! They responded to my call, provided a quote, and arrived in a timely manner. Excellent service from an honest super nice guy! I highly recommend LM Plumbing! I called to inquire about the location of the main shut off valve in order for me to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. He offered to come by to show me the location, demonstrated what I need to do, then he assessed my leaky faucet, tightened things and all was fixed. His good deed for the day since he lives in the neighborhood. No charge. When I do need a plumber I will be calling LM plumbing.

So when leaks come up they are unexpected. I work and have a busy schedule so I needed someone and something done ASAP. Everyone I called in this area either didn't answer their phone or weren't available. However, when I called LM they immediately answered. Hard to know where to begin this review. I'm an older guy and have a lifetime of dealing with General and Sub Contractors, some good, some not so good and more than a few absolutely terrible!!
I had a few plumbing issues in my house that needed to be taken care of reasonably quickly. Called and emailed several plumbers. Responses were varied. Some never replied. 1 answered his phone, listened to what I needed, said he could do it tomorrow, gave me a general price range, then said he'd call me back in a few hours to set the appointment. I never heard back from him. This type of behavior is common with contractors.
I called LM Plumbing and Luis answered and, like the previous guy, listened to the issues and then gave me, 1)- a completely easy to follow price range and, 2)- a set appointment for the next day at 9AM
The next morning (today) Luis texted me at 8:15AM and said he was on the way and would arrive on time. This was a great added feature of his service. He arrived 8:45AM, 15 minutes early.
Long story short, Luis cleared 3 clogged drains and was able to free a completely jammed garbage disposal all within 30 minutes!! His price was OUTSTANDING!!! Luis left my house at 9:25AM. 40 minutes!!!

This is the second time I have used this company. The first time was a few months back when the line from house to street was clogged. I called 12 plumbers they either didn't answer or were too busy. I called LM Plumbing and Luis ( not spelled correctly I am sure) said he would be out that day when he finished his last call. He is owner and only employee. I recently had two weird unrelated plumbing problems with my water heater and kitchen sink faucet. I called Luis to request his opinion and advice, and he was extremely pleasant, patient, and generous with his time. He clearly explained what he thought was going on, and based on his advice I was able to deal with the problems myself, at least for now. I had to call him 3 or 4 times to sort this all out, and he always answered immediately or called back within 10 minutes, even on a Saturday. The next time I need a plumber he's definitely got the job.

Amazing service and more than fair in price. I called earlier in the day and he came out same day on my schedule and cleared my clogged pipe very quickly. Also very friendly and professional. They are my new go to for my house plumbing needs.
I called Luis on a Sunday evening to inquire about installing a toilet and possibly replacing the flange that appeared broken. He called me back within minutes and asked for me to send him a picture of the flange. He was so generous with his time while he explained how to install this toilet myself using the existing flange so that I can save a few hundred dollars. I'm so thankful for his honesty regarding the issue. I will definitely call him in the future should I have any further plumbing concerns.

I had a severe water leak in my water softener pipe in my garage so I called Luis at LM Plumbing to see if he could help me out. It was already after normal business hours and I was relieved that he was willing to come out and make the repair. I texted him some pictures of the problem and he quoted me a reasonable price considering it was an emergency job. He showed up at my house within half an hour and completed the repair quickly and thoroughly. Luis is very friendly and does quality work. He stands behind his work by offering a guarantee. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.
I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by LM Plumbing. He was able to come out the same day, incredibly friendly, efficient and a very good price for fixing two toilets in my house. Less than half what another plumber quoted me. I will use LM for all my plumbing needs!
Luis is great! I'd used another plumber in the past and went to them again. I had a dead water heater. They told me it would be nearly a week out! THAT would not do. I called Luis. He was out on a job, and when he wrapped it up, he swung past the plumbing supply, picked up a new water heater, and we were back in business before the end of the day. Luis is great! We had an issue with a toilet flushing slow and our shower backing up. He offered to come within the hour of me calling him but we weren't going to be home until later in the afternoon which was no problem for him. He arrived at the time we agreed on and thoroughly inspected everything and took the time to explain what he was doing but also gave us some tips on how to avoid issues in the future. I would definitely recommend Luis!

Garbage disposal went out on a Friday afternoon, and had a clog in the pipes. They came out that night and fixed it. I couldn't believe they were willing to do it after hours on a Friday. Labor and parts guaranteed. Left the work space clean. Would highly recommend

Had a small mishap in the shower which caused the shower knob to become slightly sticky when turning the water on or off. Called Luis to explain what had happened and he knew what was likely the cause. He asked for a picture and was able to get the part needed. He then immediately went to the store got the part and came to replace it. His pricing was very good and he is a very nice man. We will be using him for all our plumbing needs.

I can see why Luis has so many 5-star reviews, and why a lot of people have talked about his honesty. Today is Sunday, and I have a leaky shower faucet. Luis responded very promptly to my request for help. He was just here to look at my faucet and assess the situation. I showed him paperwork from a job another plumber did, showing that the shower cartridge was replaced on Oct. 31 of this year. Luis said he could do the job, but he recommended that I wait for this other plumber (I did contact this other plumber first but he doesn't work on the weekends.) Luis said he wouldn't feel good about taking my money when the job was likely still under warranty by the other plumber. I really appreciate Luis' integrity and will remember him for future jobs.

This was for my dad George. What I really liked is that he is so professional and very friendly. He was able to explain to me thoroughly what was wrong with the plumbing outside of my house. I recommend him to any of you with plumbing problems because I couldn't ask for anyone better.
Luis is a 5 star guy in my book. Rather than just do a simple cleaning, he pulled off my rear yard cleanup line that had not been opened in 20 years. With his larger router, he wanted the full line totally cleaned. And his price was the same as if he had done it the easy way...I always appreciate a man who wants the job done professionally...and appreciate his very fair price.

I called and Luis answered right away. I explained my situation and he said he would be here between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. He texted me when he was 30 minutes out, He was professional and instructed me what I needed to do in the future to prevent further back ups. He even checked the flow in my toilets for me. Excellent, HONEST & 5 star service. Luis was the first to respond with a quote and a time to come out to see what was causing our bathtub leak. He was on time, professional and answered all my questions and he explained all of his recommendations so that I understood them clearly. I highly recommended him. Luis is very patient and friendly. We had a water pipe burst and there was no water to the house. Luis provided us with the best options to fix the issue in the shortest time frame at a very reasonable cost. Definitely would recommend.
Luis quoted me about 25-30% less than anyone else to clear my sewer line. Most notably, he came after closing time late into the night. If that wasn't enough, he did it for free the second time (we were flushing a lot of things on the 'do not flush list'). Anyway, this is who you want to call; someone who will bend over backwards to get your problem solved. Thanks again Luis
Luis at LM was awesome. We needed our sewer lines unclogged right away, and he came by within 20 minutes of our call. Friendly, professional and was able to detect the root cause of our problem. A couple of others wanted to schedule us for Monday, 3 days later. His price was very budget friendly and I would definitely recommend him to our friends and family!
I got an estimate to replace my leaking garbage disposal from Luis and other plumbers. Other places wanted me to call them to discuss my project. Luis came back with a price I thought was very good compared to an estimate I got from another plumber. I was also vey specific with the day and time I needed this done and Luis assured me he could do it at the specified time. He let me know he was on his way 30 minutes prior to arrival and he was right on time. When he arrived he was very professional. putting on shoe covers and showing me the price we agreed upon. He was quick, thorough making sure it did not leak before he left and told me he wanted to be my plumber in the future. I would not hesitate to call him in the future.

My sink had a bad leak, so I called Luis at 8PM and he was here within 20 minutes... he stayed until it was finished and I couldn't be more pleased. His customer service, quality of work and overall experience was 5 stars.
We contacted Luis and he is so professional! He came out (almost) immediately (it was Mother's Day). I explained it was emergency and he was kind enough to schedule us almost immediately. He came on the stated time and did a quick, efficient and thorough job! He is definitely someone to call for any plumbing and drain need. After he left, he made sure everything was working properly which it was (and still is!). We highly recommend Luis and LM Plumbing and Drain Cleaning!!! His service and professionalism is OUTSTANDING!!!
This will be who we call should we ever have any plumbing needs in the future. The service was fast (less than 30 minutes;complete in less than an hour from the time I called), friendly (Luis was helpful and gave us helpful tips), and less expensive than the other quotes I got. Would recommend to anyone in town who needs help with their plumbing. The earliest anyone else could come out was two hours. Not that two hours is a long time to wait on a Saturday, but who wants to wait that long when you have an issue.

I live in a 2 story house and I discovered a wet spot on my living room ceiling about a week ago..So I figured I had a water leak coming from my master bathroom that is above my living room..So I called a plumber to come out..when he showed up he was ruin to begin with..then without even doing an inspection on my water spot he quoted me a ridiculous prices..I was like No Thanks!! And he left my house. So I came across LM Plumbing online and gave them a call. Oh thank goodness for Luis! I called him and told him my problem. He came right out..then he cut into my ceiling to inspect the situation..Then he tells me that it is actually a drain leak..and where the problem was located it wasn't an easy fit but he said he could do it..but he said he would have to go get the proper parts to fit it..So he gave me a very fair quote..then he returned the next day on time..He got the job done quickly and was it was done very professionally..Then he cleaned up his mess when he was through..Luis was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I couldn't of asked for a better job then what Luis gave me. So if your needing a great plumber to fix your problem Luis is the man!! I highly recommend him! 5 stars!!
Luis was great I called because my sink was clogged and I told him what sounds it made and he told me exactly what was wrong with it. Instead of charging me the hour rate he told me I could do it myself. It was so simple that I fixed my sink within seconds and I appreciate that so much that I wasn't take advantage of by paying hundreds of dollars for a quick fix. From now on they will be my go to for all problems.
