Our kitchen faucet had been leaking for awhile. I ordered the replacement faucet, but figured out in a hurry that the install wouldn't be the straight forward project I was anticipating. The mounting nut had rusted and was frozen in place.
I contacted Savior Plumbing to help me out.  They had an available plumber and dispatched him within the hour. Their plumber, Jordan, arrived and got to work. He had to section the nut with a metal cutter to remove it, which was something I wouldn't have been able to tackle.  Once the old faucet was removed, the install of the new faucet proceeded uneventfully.
Jordan is knowledgeable and performed the repair professionally and courteously.
I appreciate Savior Plumbing's prompt response and the service Jordan performed in installing our new faucet.  I highly recommend Savior Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

We selected Savior Plumbing for our whole house repipe. I am so glad we did. The whole experience working with Savior was excellent. Eric provided the original estimate which was a little higher than the others. However, after hearing his detailed and clear explanation of the work involved, it was pretty clear this was the right company for us. I requested Eric take the lead on our job and he and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They all worked really efficiently and communicated well throughout. I especially appreciated the way the company was so accommodating and professional. We had to delay things a bit due to a family emergency. They were very understanding. Big jobs like this are always stressful, but they made it almost painless. I highly recommend Savior to anyone needing quality plumbing work.

I've known owner Tom Cortez and his family for over 20 years through St. Raymond's in Dublin, but when our Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) went out last week. that was not the first reason I called Savior Plumbing.

The reason I called is great service. Tom sent a crew member out the next day and not only replaced the PRV valve, but also replaced some leaking hose bibs in the laundry room.

Their man was fast, efficient, professional and did excellent work on both jobs.

I highly recommend Tom and his great team at Savior Plumbing.

Fantastic quality of service! Friendly, reliable, professional, trustworthy!

I randomly called Savior Plumbing because I needed to redo the kitchen plumbing, install a new garbage disposal and replace a rusty faucet that was stuck in place. David came out and sawed off the old faucet and replaced the old rusty drain with high quality PVC plumbing that looks amazing and I know will last. Everything is running perfectly. Truly a professional.

A week later, my HOA notified me of water leaking into the unit below. I called Savior Plumbing with no hesitation. Was hoping David would come out but this time it was Adam. He was just as friendly and professional. He identified the problem and replaced a gasket that another plumbing company had replaced several months earlier. It was the wrong part! Adam identified it. Replaced it with the correct part and tested to make sure that we weren't leaking. Having a peace of mind that Adam did the right thing and fixed my issue the right way is invaluable!

Everyone here knows how valuable it is to find a reliable company with reliable people to help you in a time of need. I've found it in Savior Plumbing. Thank you David and Adam!

If I could give more stars I would!

Our kitchen faucet was leaking, and  Savior sent Dave to help us.
We needed  new parts, so my husband called Kohler. The parts arrived, so Dave came back out. The wrong parts were sent by Kohler. Dave then called Kohler himself.  The correct parts arrived within 2 days, where it was over a week before.
By this time, we had spent over $300 in service fees.
My husband called Savior  and spoke with Darryl.  He gave us nice price adjustment, which we greatly appreciated.

In today's day and age where customer service can be a rarity. Savior Plumbing GETS it.  We highly recommend this plumbing company and will use them for all future plumbing.

Amazing professional group of people came to work on a complex plumbing project at our home.  Austin - one of the leads is amazing...a calm clear thinking leader that was able to diagnose and solve some non trivial issues..and led a great crew of Jordan and someone else I forgot the name of.  I highly recommend and will use again (if I need but hopefully not).

Our main line clogged up and we were literally expecting the great flood to happen again in our bathrooms and showers. Savior Plumbing came out (Matthew) and save us from a lot of false troubles. Now I will admit I called another plumber first thinking it was going to be an easy cleanout but what turned out to frustration from that plumber by giving us 3 different prices. Matthew figured it out in minutes and had us cleared in about an hour. Great guy and excellent tech. Mariah and Amanda in the office gave me the confidence and support when they listen to my plight and got us service as soon as possible with as much info as they could provide me over the phone without seeing the problem which helped dramatically calm my nerves. You hear about all these plumbing nightmares all the time well with Savior Plumbing.....You shouldn't have to worry about a thing. They are trust worthy!

We found Savior Plumbing through Angie's List many years ago and have called them to service our tankless hot water heater and clear our sewer line. Their technicians have been excellent every time.

This past week, their technician Colin came to clear a blockage. Not a pleasant job, but he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed the problem and also checked our sewer line relative to other properties. He was very thorough, and also cleared the gunk in a bathroom sink.

Making the appointment didn't take long, and they were able to reschedule for earlier in the week when the problem recurred unexpectedly. They initially gave a 2-hour time frame when a technician would come, then I received a call and text from Colin with an updated time of arrival. I also appreciated an email receipt.

Technicians as well as the administrative staff have been very professional.

It's hard to know who to trust these days, but I'm happy to report that Savior Plumbing is definitely a company you can trust. Dave did an excellent job in fixing our broken toilet. He was so good - and so fast! - that we had him upgrade the same parts in our second bathroom. He was also very generous in his advice and answering our questions about plumbing throughout the house. Savior Plumbing gets our praise and highest recommendation!

Fantastic company!!  Excellent, courteous, responsive, extremely competent team and affordable.  I love that they charge by the hour, then on the quarter hour.  Others I found don't even give an approximate quote, just want to send someone out.  Very satisfied, highly recommend!!

Tom and crew were fabulous to work with on a major plumbing job at my rental property in San Leandro.  From a temporary repair once we found a burst pipe, to completely replacing 7 pipes, they were knowledgable, fair, and communicative   They even did a small repair when on site in one of the units   I have since had them out for a toilet issue too.  The office team, including Tom's wife,  were also exceptional, friendly and flexible.  I highly recommend Savior Plumbing

Our Hot Water Heater had given out in our Pleasanton home. Savior Plumbing has been providing us plumbing services for years. I emailed on Sunday with a non-urgent request. Received a response and quote on Monday and had a new water heater installed on Tuesday. Fast, efficient and the plumber was everything you could ask for in a competent professional. Happy again with all the hot water we need.

Wow, we just had another great experience with this plumbing company!  Years ago, we had them repair a broken clay pipe sewer line.  They did a fine job and they were one of the lower priced estimates we received.  Clay sewer lines are kinda rare these days so they had to do some searching to find the right materials.

Since then we used them for various smaller jobs and another big one - re-piping the whole house.  Our house was built in 1966 and iron pipe was used throughout the house.  Iron pipe rusts eventually rusts inside and the iron oxide builds up to and ends up seriously restricting water flow.  Again, they did a superb job - finishing the total job in less than 2 days at reasonable cost.

This time, it was a fairly simple job - we noticed the garbage disposal unit starting to leak.  I checked it and was able to determine that it was not a pipe or waste line connection leaking and it wasn't the sink collar mounting that had gone bad.  Therefore, the only thing it could be is the main seal of the disposal had sprung a leak and the entire unit needed replacement.  I called the office and scheduled an appointment.  David came out to the house on time of the appointment date.  I had texted photos of the sink and disposal under the counter so he was well prepared for the job.  He was courteous, professional, thorough and very efficient.  It took him less than 1/2 to complete the job.  The Badger 5, 1/2 hp unite was $130 and the total job came to $265!  We're very happy with the job, the new disposal (much quieter) and the speed at such a good price!

Thanks Savior Plumbing!

Excellent Service. I called them a couple of days ago and they were booked out for the next couple of weeks. Fortunately a spot opened up and they were able to fit me in. Jordan came by and was very efficient with diagnosing the issue and getting things done. Their store manager even delivered two toilet seats as part of a last minute request to replace those.
Excellent service, friendly and no fuss. Pricing was reasonable and they didn't tack on any extra charges which was awesome. Will definitely use them again. Great job team!

Kept their ad for a couple of years in case I needed a plumber. Called about my kitchen sink drain pipe leaking. They gave me an estimate and I made an appointment for them to perform the service 2 days later. Their hourly rate is much, much better than plumbers my friends hired. PVC pipe is pretty much all the same. But Auston (yup) needed to replace the sink basket since the old one was corroded, and whomever owned the place before me had epoxied everything together. Really?  Anyways, I'm a happy customer and would recommend Savior Plumbing.

Savior Plumbing has been our go to plumber for many, many years.  They did all the plumbing installation in a bathroom remodel; have repaired plumbing fixtures; installed water heaters; found our buried clean out drain under the house and extended it to where it's accessible; fixed a gas pipe going to the stove and other plumbing needs.  They are always prompt, polite; get needed permits quickly; have plumbers that are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.  We have never  had to have them return to correct any work that they do.  They also have good billing practices and give you a receipt that clearly states what they have done.  It is legible as well as we receive it almost immediately by email after the work is completed. There aren't enough stars to award them!

Deep down, we are all apprehensive for various reasons about the integrity of contractors. I don't pretend to know enough about plumbing to be sure I'm getting value for our money. I've been there (see my other reviews..).

Savior consists of 100% rock stars. They impressed me immediately. With Savior, they make you feel like a partner on your project.

So for this company, I see that Tom has created an environment where trust and solid customer relationships are cornerstone to his business. They are all the real deal. He sets a high bar and they deliver.

Oh and they know their stuff. No one will try to sell you things you don't want or need. They listen. They want to help you be satisfied. They are all hardworking, solid pros. I highly recommend! Call them.

Tom Cortez suggested that I make my laundry room inside my home more spacious, by rerouting 220 electrical outlet and lint outlet all on one side.  My existing water heat was so hard to get to as my dryer was on the left side and washer was on the right side.  Lint trap behind dryer was blocked as my room was so small and dryer was pushed back to the timber block wall.

He suggested that a stackable washer and dryer to have both on one side of laundry room.

His crew installed everything in A timely matter.
If I had a questions or concerns, Tom, got right back with me on the phone.

I highly recommend Savior Plumbing.  I found them in my Diamond Certified book.  Their scoring was a 5 stars in that book.

Thanks Tom and your crew for an excellent turnaround.  I am so happy with my new laundry room.

As with my last appointment, Savior Plumbing was easy to work with and had great customer service.  Amanda in the office worked with me to schedule my appointment, and modify it when when the technician was available early.  Allen King, my tech, was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable .  I needed my toilet water shut-off valve replaced (original to he house, 30+ years old), along with the fill valve and flapper.  He also checked both exterior water shut-offs at the street and the house to make sure they were working and gave me estimates on replacing the one at the house in the future.  I have found Savior's prices to be very competitive and reasonable.

Another great experience with Savior Plumbing. I highly recommend their team for your plumbing needs!

We had the misfortune of a broken water line beneath our driveway.  A friend recommended Savior so we gave them a call.  From the start, they were  professional,  helpful, and very motivated to get our problem addressed.  Not only did they work hard to get us scheduled as quickly as possible for a definitive repair, but they immediately set about helping us get a temporary fix while we waited for someone to come out to complete the repair.  Darrell, one of the managers, became personally involved in my issue.  This was much appreciated and he clearly was invested in helping me get a solution.  The plumbing professionals who actually came to my home were all pleasant, experienced, helpful, and efficient.  Adam and Allen were both a pleasure to work with.  We can't say enough good things about Savior.  Highly recommended.

We had the internal tank parts replaced in one toilet.  Anthony Olivero did not have all the parts to complete the job in one day, however, he and the company worked it out.  The job was completed the following day.  I would give them +AAA Better Business rating.  Anthony wanted to make sure the job was done RIGHT with our satisfaction.  This is the second time we used Savior and now consider them our plumbing  company.
My wife said the clean up could have been a little better, but it was ok with me.

Had a weird draining problem with a downstairs sink that was connected to the laundry drain.  The person on the phone when I called was very professional and pleasant to speak with.  I was able to schedule an appt. that was 48hrs later since this was no emergency.

The plumber that came was also professional and pleasant to speak with.  I let him do his thing and he was able to clear the blockage.  He explained his findings and how he resolved the issue.  Afterward, he cleaned up everything as though he was never there.  Unfortunately, I have forgotten their names.  I will call these guys back if I have any future plumbing problems.

Called them today to cap off plumbing for an old water storage on my roof that was being removed. They were able to send someone today, which was totally awesome!!! The original problem was fixed but somehow the hot water was affected by the capped off plumbing. Tom the owner called me and said that they would send someone to fix that. We needed our pipes replaced under the house. They were old and worn out to the point there was an actual 2-inch hole in one of the main lines. Matt & Allen from Savior were at our house for 2 days. Our outside piping has a pinhole leak and was spraying for 2 days. Savior Plumbing was so helpful and professional, beginning to end, when it came to scheduling, estimation, and suggestions. Tammy was able to schedule me in same day (so grateful!) and Adam Lunge did the repairs. He was able to give my husband a heads up to what to expect regarding the repair, price and process. He also informed us that our water valve handle was in bad shape. Even though we declined changing out the handle, he was able to finish the pipe replacement job in under the estimated time and it's great quality. We'll definitely be calling them again for our plumbing needs as they arise.

I had my water heater replaced by them earlier this year, which I thought their service was very professional. However, what tipped me over to write this review was my recent experience. I had an issue with a leak and called to make an appointment. The person (Maraya?) on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Even though I ended up cancelling my appointment, she was still very helpful and understanding.

Especially that I ended having to work with another company (due to other parties involved) who shall not be named here, the comparison of the professionalism between the two companies is insurmountable.  I would definitely call these guys again for any other plumbing needs in the future.

I called several plumbing companies in Pleasanton before choosing Savior and was very impressed with the experience from start to funish.

I first spoke with Amanda, who set up a clear time for my consultation one week away (vs. several weeks further out at other companies).

Then, Austin and Adam came and diagnosed my issues, procured parts, and Amanada kept in touch as the parts were delivered and a follow-up appointment was scheduled.

The Savior team was able to fix our sink draining slowly, shower not getting hot, toilet flushing poorly, and did it during COVID with a great attitude, sourcing all the parts, and clear communication.  Definitely would use again.

Hired a water tank replacement in a rental home I own. I had called several places. Savior was the cheapest and most responsive, clean job, lively tech. Great!!  I would recommend them to everyone.

I usually get several quotes for major home repair issues.  But for 25 years, I have never had to with Savior Plumbing. I've used the services of Savior Plumbing four times now and have never had a bad experience. For that matter, they have all been good experiences. Maybe its one of their employees, Dave Brunson, that has made the experience so good. I say its good in part because he makes simple work out of what can seem more complex than it actually is. Just go to YouTube and you'll see a dozen completely different fixes based on the problem and its symptoms.

I hate to part with my hard earned $$$ for contractors when in many situations I can fix it myself. Or so I thought. I have learned to call in a pro when necessary, and from the first time we used Savior Plumbing Dave has saved us money and stress and time when we have called for his services.

The most recent episode required we wait the better part of a week if we wanted Dave to do the job. Ok, we have a second bathroom, see ya in a week. During that time I took a crack at the problem from numerous angels based on internet information and YouTube videos, all to no avail. Dave arrived and patiently listened to my description of the problem and everything I had done. I spent no less than 6-8 hours researching and troubleshooting prior to his arrival. Once Dave went to work he had everything back to normal in about 10, maybe 15 minutes.

I had a cracked drain pipe underneath my house in the crawl space. David Avilla came to fix the problem, and used booties, mask, and kept our house clean with a drop cloth. Even better, he fixed the leak.

Savior fixed a diverter valve in our shower. That might sound like a small job but it wasn't. A few other plumbers looked at the diverter valve and the size of the hole to work in and turned down the job. I thought I was going to either get the big, ugly remodel plate or re-tile around the repair.

Darrel was able to open the valve, after a lot of struggle, and replace the leaking o-ring. He saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars.

The shower diverter trim looks exactly like original. No big ugly wall plate.

Highly recommended, will definitely hire again!

From the initial consultation over the phone, I knew I was in good hands. They don't charge a diagnostic fee, and once they're done, they give you a referral to get any additional work you need done by a licensed drywall company. As a first time homeowner, I don't know too much about maintaining a house. There was a leak from our showerhead that caused water damage inside our wall. Savior plumbing came exactly on time (like right on the dot), and I even got a text message when they were on the way. Once they got here, they told us that there's nothing to fix anymore and left without charging us. I'm really grateful for the service because this other handyman we called charged us 200 for a 1-hr diagnostic. It's so ridiculous how people try to price gouge the innocence.

Our main water line in our house cracked and we ended up having to replace the whole line. We received quotes from several plumbing companies and Savior plumbing gave us the best one.

When Tom came to our house to give us a quote he noticed several other things that were of concerns and fixed those issues along with the job. None of the other plumbers spent the time to explain why those issues could cause problems later on. Everyone we worked with from Tom, Teresa who booked our appointments and the technicians were quick, respectful and honest which is harder to come by this day in age.

Would absolutely work with them again but really hope I don't need a plumber for a very long time!

One of our upstairs bathroom sink faucet was dripping water. Never experienced this and asked around for a recommendation. Two of my coworkers recommended this company. Came in twice cause my husband did not know to buy the connecting parts together with the new faucet (would it be nice to remind us when I asked the question if we should buy a new faucet first). Worked for 3 hours to change the faucet and connector in the stopper (used 2.5 hrs to change the faucet). Paid in total $450 for the time. Right now the new faucet is still dripping water. Left a lot scratching marks in the sink. See the picture posted. Have to call them tomorrow again to see how to solve the dripping.

We are now loyal Savior Plumbing customers! We woke up in the morning to no hot water. After leaving messages a few other places we found Savior Plumbing. Darrell was so kind to FaceTime us , find the problem, and patiently walk us through re-lighting the pilot on our hot water heater. He took at least a half hour of his time and was so kind to go out of his way to help us. Amazing customer service! I complained about the service received due to the attitude of the tech upon arrival- not wanting to put on booties to enter my home, wearing a mask below his nose, informing me that he can do no additional work other than what was originally listed after I spoke to rep prior to him coming and all she mentioned was rate not that there was a specific time that work had to be completed. Had not encountered this type of response in the past- and owner DID NOT seem to care when I spoke to him. Just said is that all??? He's my supervisor and is over all other plumbers. Fine with me. Just he won't ever enter my home again nor will I use this company again. Will not comment on what I really believe all of this is really about.

What a SAVIOR, Savior Plumbing was this morning!!!  New Year's Eve Day and not one of the 5 or so companies I called had an opening.  The idea of complete blockage over the four day weekend, led to thoughts of manslaughter, as a family member finally admitted to flushing paper towels (the thick, expensive kind).
I called them at 9:45 and  Colin was here by 10:30!  What was supposed to be a simple clog turned out to take 3.5 hours to unclog, with the owner joining the fun after hour two!  For anyone even considering flushing paper towels, just know what you're in for, after the fact!
Thank you Savior, for being available and demonstrating perseverance.  Next time perhaps you should take aforementioned paper towel offender, with you???

I called upon Savior plumbing once I noticed a leak in our hot water system.  They were very responsive, came out quickly to assess the issue.  Once the issue was identified, they provided an estimate to fix it.  The leak was in the hot water pipes embedded in the concrete slab of our home.  The solution required them to re-plumb, routing around the leaking pipe.  They had to cut into the walls and ceiling to route the new pipe.  They were very quick to schedule the work.  The team was very helpful, professional and clean.  Since I was working from home, the answered all my questions and were not bothered by my occasional 'check-ins'.  Tom, the owner, stopped by to check in and was readily available as needed to answer questions.

I am very satisfied with the work they did and the team they sent to do the work.  I would highly recommend Savior plumbing and would not hesitate to call them out again, should the need arise !

Clayton of Savior Plumbing showed-up on-time.  He provided our family with excellent customer service. He diagnosed our leak under the kitchen sink and explained to us our repair options. He fixed our leak, replaced our faucet, and replaced shut-off valves/supply lines. We highly recommend Savior Plumbing.

We had a new Kohler toilet that despite weeks of adjustments would not flush correctly. We asked Savior Plumbing for help and they sent out their senior plumber Darrel lunge. This guy is a rock star with decades of seasoned plumbing experience. He immediately identified the problem with the Fluidmaster 400 tank equipment and had it replaced and fixed in no time. My wife and I cannot say enough about our great experiences with Savior Plumbing.

yep, five stars. this was one of the best experiences I've had with any company in the home services business (and this isn't my first rodeo haha)

found them via nextdoor and cross-checked on Yelp. we had a leaky sink, not a big job, and we've never called them before but they treated us like elite customers. from the first interaction through the end of the repair it was awesome. maybe this isn't unusual these days, but they're also pretty high tech. texting with appointment reminders, when the service guy was on the way and deliver the bill to the phone via text also. there's a one hour minimum and the service tech finished up within the hour. the tech explained everything he was doing, showed me exactly what the problem was, advised on how to watch out for future problems in the same area and was super friendly and easy to talk to

I'm not even kidding, I hope everyone who ever needs a plumber (they offer a huge range of services too) uses Savior. I can't recommend them any more highly

I have used Savior in the past and have been satisfied with their ability to handle simple jobs. However the last time I used them they were not up to the job and the result was extremely disappointing and expensive due to their inexperience. I cannot recommend them. Because of their plumbing service manager's unfamiliarity with Rohl shower valves it took three visits and much expense to find out that he was not able to complete the job. Had he admitted his unfamiliarity early on I would have hired someone with the necessary expertise and saved hundreds of dollars. In the end I had to use another company to finish what Savior could not. That plumber completed the job in less than 2 hours. Hallelujah!
Finally, their billing policy makes service calls more expensive than they should be. If a call extends just one or two minutes into the next half hour you are billed for the full half hour. That is especially annoying when the call extends into that half hour because the technician is writing his service notes and preparing the bill. I've never experienced any other contractor that padded their billing in that manner. .

Loved that David showed up with a mask with shoe covers, professional and on-time but most importantly, completed both jobs efficiently and cleanly, all in about 1 hr!  (had to remove the shower handle/knob, replace 2 parts; and in another bathroom, tighten the water spout.)
His cost was close to 1/2 of what was estimated to me by another that could have been higher once on the job. I used Savior before to replace my kitchen sink spout and handles years ago and that is still working beautifully. Thank You David/Savior Plumbing!

I'm updating this review after the response from owner as a follow-up to the situation.
He agreed with the mistake and clarified the details which I appreciate. I'm updating the rating just for the very fact that they seem like they do care about the customer experience, and hope I don't run into similar issues in future (PS: They did also offer a part of the fee back as the original issue was not fully addressed)

Reasonably priced, professional, on time and quality work.  When I phoned to discuss an appointment, I received a call back immediately and the office staff was pleasant and arranged the date/time. I received a follow up reminder via text which gave me confidence that I would not have to sit around and wait. They arrived and assessed the problem accurately.

I have since used Savior Plumbing several times; replaced water heater 2014; repaired leaking copper tubing in 2016. Suffice to say, they are my go to plumber!

This review is for a recent leak from my second floor bathtub that drained through the subfloor, then through my ceiling to the first floor. I collected about 1 1/2 quarts draining from a speaker cut out in my ceiling.

I was prepared for a large bill, assuming I had a leak in my tub plumbing, as well as drywall work to open up the ceiling to air dry the subfloor and prevent molding. I was relieved to find out that the caulking for the tub overflow was dried out. Water drained out when my kid filled the tub just below the tub overflow hole, then flowed through the speaker opening.

Fortunately, all it took was tightening the overflow pipe but, and caulking the fixture; opening up the speaker panel in the downstairs ceiling, to allow the air to circulate through the subfloor for a few days. No concern for mold.

Dave did a through job of answering my questions, and explaining why he believed this was a minor issue; how the bathtub plumbing worked, and why this won't reoccur. Whew! $150 visit was cheap considering what could have been.

Moral of the story, caulk all your fixtures every few years to avoid costly damage. Hire Savior if you want honest, quality work.

The water pressure on my kitchen faucet was getting low. I got Savior name from my realtor. I used to have Plumber but he retired last year. The plumber came last Monday. I was at work so I ask my daughter to open the door for him. He told me daughter the faucet was corroded but he can clean it up for now. Of course, my daughter didn't know too much about it so he let him do the work. The plumber took the faucet back to office and clean. It back in half hour and reinstalled it. It looks fine. However in Thanksgiving day while we are cooking for bug dinner, the faucet is broken again. I call Savoir Plumbing. Of course no one pick up the call due to holiday.

I call them again this morning, they said they can replace the faucet but I have to buy the faucet and I have to pay then again for 1 and 1/2 hr. That is addition $225, plus the cost of the faucet. I already paid them $150 for the first service. This is totally not acceptable. They should told us on the first day and replace right the way.

This is not responsible Plumber and I will not use them again.

All businesses should do business this way!  When you call Savior someone live, knowledgeable and helpful answers the phone. I was having trouble figuring out how to replace an old broken Kohler showerhead that kept falling off the wall onto my feet. It was 10 years old and beyond repair, and replacing it was beyond my DIY capabilities.  I expected a  plumber to turn down the small but time-consuming job. Enter Savior to save the day! Darrell  listened, stepped in and got fully immersed in problem-solving, going way beyond my expectations. He helped me choose a cool, modern new Kohler slide bar system with all the bells and whistles. In just a week or two plumber Dave Avilla did a great job on the installation, customizing it to my needs. From the back office to the expert plumbers, it was a great experience.  I heartily recommend Savior Plumbing.

Overdue acknowledgement of a job well done and here a satisfied customer. The job was to replace our sink incinerator. Technician arrived on time with shoe cover to protect our newly installed flooring (as per my request).  I contacted 5 plumbers around the area and so far Savior has the cheapest cost. Reading the reviews of past customers in Yelp and the cost quoted helped me decide to get their services. Sorry I am bad with memorizing names but surely not with remembering quality work/service. Even the lady answering the phone in the office was very helpful. All these add to making my final decision to try Savior. Will definitely call them again if needed in the future.

The only thing was I requested a quote for my master bath, toilet and shower repairs/renovation. Technician took pictures and never heard a word after that. But that's okay though.

In 2018 we have home inspection and they told there is leak in crawl space under master bathroom tub, We called Savior plumbing by seeing very good reviews, in October and asked to see the cause of the leak. The employee came and ran water in master tub and told there is no leak. Because the shower is next to tub, I asked him to check if there is issue with the shower, he turned on shower and told no leak there also. ( He didn't do shower pan test, I am not aware that there is shower pan test also at that time). I can't go to crawl space so I believed that he is correct and paid him 150$

But yesterday we have inspection guy came to inspect home. And he found the leak in the same place. I called up the Savior plumbing to inform that you guys didn't detect the leak which is there ( which came in home inspection before the Savior plumbing checked it and came after they checked it) . I know it's 2 years, but believed this guy as they are experts. What I asked the savior plumbing is please check the cause of leak for free( as we already paid 150 as they did wrong job) and charge us to fix it. But they are not ready to do it.

Luckily the leak didn't cause much damage to structure. but they missed the leak and its leaking.

We loved the service we received from Savior Plumbing! They answered and scheduled us promptly. The plumber Clayton was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what needed to be done and answered all our questions. This place succeeded where previous plumbers refused to do the work.  Previous plumbers said the drain from my bathroom sink going in to the wall was inaccessible because my pedestal sink was too close to it. Those plumbers did not have a drill-snake.  They just had bigger snakes. The plumber from Savior had one and cleared the clogged sink in no time without damaging anything!  His name was Adam and he was the best!  I will definitely be calling them for future plumbing needs!

Savior Plumbing provided amazing service, along with professional integrity.  Timothy came to my home on time, called to let me know he was on his way.  He assessed our problem, gave me options and provided a recommendation.  Fortunately he was able fix something that did not need to be replaced right now. This is not always the case, so today I was fortunate.  We have not had this same experience with other Pleasanton Plumbing companies. Savior Plumbing, you have our business!  Thank you for treating me the way I would treat others.

I have always had good results with Savior Plumbing so naturally I  recommended them to my client to fix a leak in a pipe behind his tub. Eric came out and spent quite a bit of time repairing what he thought was the cause of the leak but when the home inspector came out, there was still a problem.  Savior sent Dave out who repaired the leak at no additional charge to my client.  I very much appreciate Savior Plumbing standing behind their work!  I will continue to recommend them to others.

I had a tiny water leak at the pressure relief valve (prv) and low water pressure.  Called Savior on a Thursday and they were able to come the following Monday.  Person who took my call was friendly and was able to give me their hourly rates and estimate of time to do the job based on my description of the problem over the phone.  Of course, she had no estimate of the cost of materials.  My neighbor used Savior before and he recommended I ask for the senior rates (yes, I'm old).

Alex (2 weeks with the company) came out and he was very friendly, reviewed the situation and was able to give me an estimate of time to complete the job (important to know since he had to turn off the water to the house).  He had to run to the hardware store for some materials and was able to finish the job in the estimated time he gave.  He replaced the prv, installed a 1 ball valve and 1 copper riser.

Great service, very efficient, excellent work, reasonable prices.

We recently wanted to buy a new washer that needed to fit into a very tight spot in our garage (don't ask!).  After making various measures, we concluded that the new one would not fit unless some plumbing work was done.  Our Plan A was just changing out the hose bibs for the hot and cold water into something that was smaller and wouldn't make the washer stick out so much (estimated under 1 hour of work per Savior).  Our Plan B was to  just change the water connections to an in wall setup (estimated 3-4 hours of work per Savior).

Last Friday Dave, from Savior, came out to do the work and he was prepared to do either option.  He noticed another issue:  the drain hose was taking up a lot of space at the back of the washer and perhaps jeopardizing both options although he thought it might not be an issue once the new machine came.

After giving me all the pros and cons, I decided to have him use Plan A and just change to shorter hose bibs, which Dave did quickly and efficiently (just 1 hour billing plus minor parts cost).

I also asked Dave if, when the new washer came, it didn't fit into the spot--because of the size or location of the new drain hose--what he would recommend as the next step (Plan C).  He told me that we'd need to change to an in-wall setup and relocate the drain pipe to terminate within the in-wall configuration.  He also told me that all the work could be done from the garage side, with no one needing to go under the house to do any work. He did give me a heads up that there would be some sheet rock repair if we had to go to Plan C.

The washer just arrived today and it fit!  If we hadn't changed to those shorter hose bibs, we would had to go onto another option.   And luckily, Dave was right.  The drain hose on the new washer wasn't an issue.

If the drain hose size/positioning had been an issue today, I would have gladly called Savior back to go with Plan C.

Thanks to Dave and Savior for seeing the issues and, especially, giving me the cheaper option as a probable workable solution.  If the drain hose size/positioning had been an problem today, I would have gladly called Savior back to go with Plan C.

Dave was the Service Technician that came to the house to repair / replace a kitchen faucet. After a discussion, we decided to replace the faucet with on that I had purchase. Would recommend Savior Plumbing for addition jobs.

I worked for this company for 7 years. I can guarantee that you cannot find a better organization for your plumbing needs. Tom Cortez, the owner, is one of the best in the business, most inspirational to me personally, and he has a heart of gold. Every job Savior Plumbing contracts is done with excellent workmanship, top quality materials, and in a timely manner. As a homeowner, you want to be able to call a contractor that knows their trade inside and out, and Savior Plumbing is at the top of the list. Coming from someone who was inside the business for 7 years seeing everything from office work, to management, to being in the field installing plumbing. THEY ARE THE BEST! YOU WILL BE SATISFIED, just as I was during my time there. Amazing people, excellent work, absolutely fair pricing. I'll always cherish the opportunity they gave me, and you will cherish the workmanship that accompanies their services. Thank you Tom, Tammy, Darrel, and everyone at Savior Plumbing.

I had to use this company twice within a matter of a few weeks.  The first time was late on a Sunday evening and the faucet for my hose broke and it would not turn off.  I had to shut off the water to the house just to get it to stop.  I was going to be without water to the house unless I could get it fixed ASAP.  I called them Monday morning and asked for help.  They told me they had a full calendar, but understood the urgency and said they'd see what they could do.  They called back 5 minutes later and said they'd send someone out in about an hour.  The gentleman came out and actually ended up replacing all of the shut off valves for the house and the faucet too since they were all badly worn.  It was something that I needed done anyway and I had just been putting off for years.  The price was reasonable for the work.  A few weeks later my water heater pilot light would not stay on.  The water heater was already about 12 years old and was due to be replaced anyway.  I asked the gentleman on the phone what he recommended and he said it was better to just go ahead and replace the whole thing rather than the part to keep the pilot light on since the water heater could really go out any day. Plus, there was no guarantee that the part would fix the problem, so it was not worth wasting the money if they weren't sure it would fix the problem.  I asked him about on demand water heaters and he gave me a very honest answer.  He actually ended up talking me out of it based on the needs and water usage of my family.  He could have easily sold me a very expensive water heater, but instead was honest and talked me out of it since it would have probably been a waste of money for my family.  I should mention that the plumber they had scheduled to replace the water heater got sick at the last minute.  There was a chance it would not get replaced that day which would have been very unfortunate.  However, the owner jumped in and came over to my house right away and started the job while he waited for another plumber to finish another job so he could step in to cover for the sick employee.  It's always a great feeling when you find a good company who does amazing work, their prices are reasonable and most importantly, they are honest.  I would not hesitate to call them in the future if I have a another plumbing need.

I used Saviour to clear a clogged drain and their prices were reasonable (min of $150 for house call) and they got the job done in clearing the clog.  Plumber was fine -- not particularly friendly, but not rude either.

I looked at using them for more extensive bathroom remodeling work, but glad I decided against using them.  The estimator could not provide pricing and wanted to charge by the plumber, by the hour.  I didn't like this sky's the limit approach.  I had a budget and fixed quotes from other plumbers and wanted to know how Savior compared.

He did give a verbal estimate for some of the easier work but never followed up as promised by emailing a written quote even after numerous requests.

The lady on the phone was nice and apologized profusely for not sending out the quote, but even so, never followed up with a quote.  So, after a few calls and messages, I gave up. My guess is that they don't want to be bothered with more complicated projects.

5 stars on first review and 1 on second review so overall 3 stars

1.  Had Savior Plumbing come out for another issue.  Tom fixed it quickly and completely in about an hour.  It was actually 3 separate but related issues that was causing a lot of water to drip under the sink.  I could've fixed it myself but it would've taken me 4 hours and 3 trips to the hardware store and then Savior Plumbing would've had to come out to fix what I broke or couldn't fix.

Selected the company based on the YELP reviews and I'm glad I did.  I'll recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future.

2.  Second job - courtesy and friendly but the price of the job kept changing from sink prices less than $100 than to $280.  Labor time also went up with no scope change and after visiting the job site twice.  Waited 5+ weeks while sinks were ordered after notification of sink price increase.  Labor time increased by over 50% after the sinks arrived.

I would consider using them again on small jobs but not anything large.

Scheduling the installation of a replacement toilet was easy and was followed by lots of reminders and contact from the company.  The installation took an hour, and we are pleased with the work.  The not so pleasing part was that the installer did not wear shoe covers, and he dragged mud into the house, left sticky stuff on bathroom floor and hand prints on baseboard, toilet and wall.

You just can't get better than Savior Plumbing!  They take great care to provide effective, safe and neat service. Technicians have years of experience behind them and are very courteous. They provided details of what the scope of the job will be before they started, and our tech even said he needed to obtain a piece of equipment that was a better fit for clearing our kitchen blockage because it was much safer for the plumbing - it took no time to obtain it either.  AWESOME job.

Called them for main line cloggage. They were On time, good service, knowledgeable crew. Though I felt the cost was on higher end that I had expected to shell out for mainline plumbing.
The upfront cost estimation would really benefit the customers.

Hello, Savior Plumbing has terrible customer service!!!
I had a plumber out to tighten some bathroom faucets. The plumber did his job and fix the faucets like I wanted. But after an hour when I went to turn on the cold water in my bathroom sink it came out warm for awhile before getting cold. I don't like drinking warm water. This water temperature issue did not exist before the plumber came out. When I called to see if he would come back out and check the water temperature he said he would have to charge me over $200 his hourly price. I told him that I did not have this issue before he came to my home. I wasn't happy about paying another $225. He then told me, that's the cost of doing business in this area. I thought that was unnecessary and kind of rude. I canceled and told him that I wouldn't call Savior Plumbing again. He didn't seem to mind and I said goodbye.

What a great crew. First, owner Tom was able to get one of his guys out to stop an emergency flood at my dads house. Since I was impressed with the service I asked him to come out and take a look at a leak on my main water line outside my house. Long story short they did an awesome job both Tom and Alex. Super responsive and great customer service. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks.

Called for to have water heater restraints installed.  Plumber arrived and noticed that the water heater needed to be moved slightly in order to install the restraints.  Additionally, the water heater needed to be elevated a few inches to meet code.  This job took the plumber a total of 2.5 hours.  Note the water heater needed to be drained before it can be moved, and refilled to make sure there are no leaks after the move.  Could this job have been done in less than 2.5 hours?  Perhaps, but still within a reasonable range.  Work is charged by a flat fee for the first hour and then increments of 30 minutes thereafter, plus any parts/materials used.  Overall, a fairly decent price for the work done.

Plumber was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable.  Estimates are free.

We had a plumbing emergency with a clogged sewage line connected to the house. Called half a dozen businesses in the area, but unfortunately everyone was fully booked until late afternoon. Savior Plumbing called us back immediately, and pulled someone from another job to help our unfortunate situation. The matter was resolved within 2 hours. They literally saved our day!

Had a leak outside the house.  They scheduled a plumber within 48 hours.  He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem as the sprinkler valve, picked up the part and did the job promptly and demonstrated the result.  The price was fair.

So super weird and sad experience.  We've been coming to Savior for many years and they have been our go-to plumber for all our needs.  5-star.  Affordable, honest and professional crew.  This last time was super weird though.  I don't know what to make of it and the only way I can make sense is that the plumber told the owner a completely different story than reality to cover his ass and the owner took his word.

We had them come out to attend to a variety of plumbing issues we had.  One was that we had a small leak under our kitchen sink.  We have an RO system under that sink.  The plumber proceeded to break the valve on the tank and tell us the system was broken and old and basically said that valve wasn't his fault.  In fixing the leak he also ended up leaving a plumbing line disconnected and the cold water valve closed and left.  My wife couldn't turn the water back on and when I came home I discovered the cold water valve left off and turned it back on.  That's when the disconnected line starting spraying all inside the cabinet.  My wife calls them back to come back and fix the line that they disconnected (and we weren't happy they just left the cold water closed).  They ended up forcing us to pay a $75 visit fee to come back - for something they broke/left disconnected.  Since the RO system was now not operational because he broke that valve, we decided to go ahead and replace the RO system (it was 8 years old.  They are supposed to last 10-15 years.  Old yes.. decrepit to a point that touching the valve would destroy it, no).  As a gesture of fair play, we asked them to come back and replace the RO with a new one (which we bought) and all we asked was that they credit the $75 they charged us the last time for the return (for stuff they broke), and our only caveat is that we didn't want that same tech back again.  We weren't asking them to pay for the RO system.  We weren't asking for free installation of the new one.  We were just asking for a $75 credit for what we felt was an improper charge to come back the last time when they messed up and caused the mess.

We thought this was a fair exchange.  They ended up saying they would refund the $75 but were firing us as customers and won't work with us again.  ???  Again, my only explanation to myself is that the tech told the owner a totally different story and the owner thinks he's doing right by this.  But they screwed up, charged us to fix their screwup (disconnected line, cold water valve closed when they should have been open, broken RO tank valve) and now fired us.  I'm not mad.  They were good to us for many years.  Just sad how this all ended.  We found another great plumber.  Life goes on.

Last Tuesday (Oct 30, 2018), I looked under my kitchen sink and found water all over the cabinet floor. My garbage disposal unit was leaking and obviously needed to be replaced. On Wednesday, I called several plumbing companies. One only had an answering machine and never returned my call. The other two said they needed to schedule an on-site estimate before they could give me a quote. One scheduled the visit for that day, while the other couldn't get to me until the following Monday.

When I called Savior Plumbing, they said they did not need to come out for an on-site estimate. They told me their hourly rate, about how long a garbage disposal replacement normally took and how much they would charge for the new disposal unit. I asked if I could buy the unit myself and they said that was OK. But, when they told me how much they would charge for the unit they provided (I had already priced garbage disposal units on the Home Depot web site), it was actually less than the Home Depot price. So, I went with their unit (which, by the way, was a quality product). They even gave me a 2 year warranty on the unit.

The first slot they had available was on Saturday, which worked for me. They asked me if I was interested in having it put in sooner, if a slot opened up and I said I was. Later that day they called and said a slot had opened up on Thursday. However, it was at a time I knew I wouldn't be at home, so I declined. On Thursday afternoon they called again and said one of their plumbers had completed a job early and would I be interested in having him come by and do the job. This worked for me and so the plumber did the job that afternoon.

If you are familiar with plumbing contractors, the idea of having a job completed a day after calling them is almost unthinkable. The person I dealt with on the phone was very friendly and courteous, the plumber who did the job was pleasant, the work was high quality and I am extremely satisfied with it. I would heartily recommend others using Savior Plumbing for their plumbing needs.

I want to thank Tom and Clay for all their work and help in solving our hot water heater problem.  My wife and I have used more plumbers than I care to count to solve a bunch of different problems of varying difficulty for us in the last seven years.  One of these problems was a stench that would emanate from the hot water heater when it was in use.  After talking with a few plumbers and the manufacturer it was determined that we needed go replace the anode rod.  We learned after the anode rod was replaced that not only did that not fix the problem, but there was an extra step that the plumber didn't take in the installation that might have helped with the smell.  Two or three years later, we were still having that odor problem but ignoring it because everyone said the odor wasn't harmful.
Two days ago the carbon monoxide detector in our house activated.  After opening all the windows and doors and evacuating the house we contacted the fire department ( literally around the corner from us), PG& E came out and turned off our gas due to too much CO coming from the water heater.  After researching a plumber yet again, I found Savior Plumbing through Diamond Certified and looked on yelp at reviews.  I contacted them and after talking with Tom, even though we live in Oakland and would be charged travel, he seemed very knowledgable and I thought it would be worth trying him since none of the other plumbers we used made a positive impression.
Yesterday morning Clayton, and friendly smart man, came to our home in Oakland and did his best to fix the carbon monoxide issue.  It seems that the exhaust wasn't being discharged from the room properly.  Clayton felt that the improper burning of the gas also may be the cause of the odor that we kept smelling.  Clayton replaced and elongated the pipes that took the exhaust out of the house, and the odor did seem to go away.  PG&E came back and the carbon monoxide problem was actually worsened.  I called Tom back and without hesitation Tom said that they would get someone out here as soon as they could to try again.  This morning Clayton and Tom came out to make sure that everything they thought could be the problem based on their and PG&E' observations was taken care of.  The cleaned the baffle and combustion unit and all the soot that had accumulated over the last seven years since we had this heater installed.  They also replaced the single wall pipe that Clayton installed yesterday with double wall piping.
Travel time was not billed today, credit for what had been installed yesterday applied to the materials used today, and Tom didn't charge for all of his time on the job.  In addition Clayton noticed that one of the water pipes was slightly leaking and replaced it.
Today when PG&E came everything was fixed and the odor is gone!  I would definitely recommend Savior to friends (especially if they are close enough to not be charged travel time)

I should have called these guys LONG ago. I was needing some basic toilet running & shower cartridge work-doesn't allow us to completely turn water off... the last plumbers that I called  about the shower asked for a picture (also) of the shower handles and faucet and then never return my calls. I assumed it was either too small a job or that it was complicated since shower is 21 years old...
Austin from Savior came in, confident and completely knowledgeable, changed out parts in toilet and spent some time handling shower issues- done within the hour. Seem trustworthy and kind, polite and clean. I'll be calling them again, should I need a plumber!

Savior Plumbing is the only plumbing company for me. I have used them three times and each time they have been responsive and thorough. Their customer service is without a doubt as good as it gets. My latest experience with them had to do with a leak. The City of Pleasanton said I had one hundred and fifty gallons of water going through my meter above my normal usage, per day. Savior Plumbing didn't give up until they found it and resolved the leak. It wasn't easy to find. It turned out to be under my pool deck, with no obvious signs. Nonetheless, all other sources were eliminated and this was it. Bypassing the faulty line and bingo, leak eradicated by my superheroes in red.
Thank you to all the employee's at Savior Plumbing.

Savior Plumbing called us back immediately, and pulled someone from another job to help our unfortunate situation. The matter was resolved within 2 hours. They literally saved our day!

5 - stars for Dave! He came out to assess the possibility of replacing a drop-in with an under mount sink. He was candid, provided clear instructions and feed-backs, and we end up replacing the faucet, drainer, and garbage disposal. Dave was easy to work with. He was very timely, and the installation came out perfectly. Savior Plumbing delivers again, and next time we will specifically request Dave.

Savior Plumbing has now done its second job in as many weeks for us, and we're pleased with their work. First was an installation of an earthquake cut-off valve on the main incoming gas line, the second was the replacement of a 50 gallon gas water heater, which had all the signs of imminent death, and was not to code. Darrel did the first install, and David did the second. Both were done professionally; the finished assemblies looked neat and tidy. Would recommend them.

I had called to inquire about the garbage disposal replacement , the price they quoted was reasonable and scheduled an appointment the same day with Roger. Roger was great. He went through the replacement process and provided regular tips on maintenance which was great. He did a fabulous job. The major replacement was done smoothly but the hose clamps were small for the newly installed unit and it was running overtime. Roger after talking to his owners waived off the extra hours spent on the clamp install as he wanted to finish the install in a complete state and test it thoroughly , even though I mentioned I would take care of it.
He did go a extra mile to get the job done ! Awesome !! Great service !!

Called Savior Plumbing for a minor plumbing issue in the bathroom but needing immediate attention. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the receptionist was quick and polite, she scheduled a plumber to come in the next two hours. He was very friendly and got the job done quickly. The price was affordable.
I kept the business card to use their services in future.

We had a slow kitchen sink sewer leak under our house and Samuel came out and fixed it. While under our house and checking that his repair was sealed properly, he happened to notice some water coming from the wall above him.  His keen eye saved us from having to call them back again for another repair job.  We had another Pleasanton plumbing company work on our house years ago and apparently they put a metal kitchen drain pipe into our exisiting plastic pipe causing the plastic to crack. The guys ran to Home Depot, got the part and fixed the second problem.  Samuel and his assistant were both professional, prompt and thorough in their work. They even asked if we needed anything else worked on, which was appreciated. Had a little slow delay getting scheduled due to their computer system issues, but they still deserve 5 stars. Oh, and the charge for the extra work still kept our bill at the original quote!

We contacted Savior Plumbing on a Monday morning because we suspected a leak in the slab flooring. I was impressed with the prompt response and how quickly they diagnosed the problem, made a quick temporary repair and gave us a quote and date for a permanent solution.

The following week, they returned to perform the work as agreed. Eric, Cory and Eric were on-time, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and considerate of protecting our home from construction debris. The owner Tom, was very hands-on and responsive to our concerns and needs. I would definitely use Savior Plumbing again and would highly recommend them for fair and courteous plumbing work.

It's hard to find a handyman that consumer can trust nowadays. Now I can say my search is over! I found Savior Plumbing's ad in our church's bulletin so I thought that was a good start. Tammy was very helpful when I first called. I told her my concerns and she listened. Eric arrived within the time they said which was 12-2. He showed me his ID. Put on his shoe protector before he entered the house. He explained everything to me. Thank you for making this appointment a positive experience. 5 Stars and more!

I've used Savior Plumbing for several years now, and I'm glad I do.  Recently I had a NUVO H2O System installed by them and it is outstanding.  The quality of water now is  far better than it was.  The water is softer, and tastes great right from the faucet.  We are very glad we had it installed.

Also, I want good and honest service and that is what you get with Savior.  Tom, the owner, is a man of high integrity and stands by his company's work.  So, we always use Savior and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

I bought a Takagi tankless water heater. It does not work. They gave me Savior Plumbing as the company that will handle the warranty claim.
Savior plumbing informed me that will only fix it if I pay them first ($150.-/hour) and then I can collect from Takagi!!??? Because Takagi does not always pay them and does not pay them their rate. So he says they loose money every time they go out.
So I am paying an amount that is greater than I get reimbursed for sometime later?
This is not warranty. So I told him, why are you on Takagi's list of service providers?
He said: Because most people pay us.
Yes some will because the poor souls have no water, it's called an emergency. And you are taking advantage of them.
I called Takagi and asked for them to be removed and I hope they will do that.
Shame on you.

Had to call them to come fix a Takagi tankless water heater last month. They were the listed experts for this system in the area according to the Takagi website. Made the appointment with them and they were able to come out a couple days later (and it was just before Christmas).

On the scheduled day, the owner Tom arrived with his crew and introduced himself. He walked me through what he believed was the reason for my non constant hot water flow and walked me through the cleaning process of this system. The contractor who installed the system 6 months prior could not figure out what was wrong with the system and never explained any of the mechanics to me.  Anyways Tom explained what was wrong with the system and corrected it immediately. So now I have constant hot water in all the showers.

I also had them come back and prep my kitchen area for a kitchen remodel. Tom and his crew were very professional and did a fantastic job with all the work I had done in the house. Their service rates are comparable to other plumbers in the area, but I believe they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

We bought a new house and had two plumbing jobs that need to be done. The previous owner connected the water hose of the ice maker in the refrigerator to a hot water pipe, and one sink in the garage was clogged.

One of the top plumbing companies rated by Yelp gave me a ridiculous quote of $1200 to get both jobs done. I sent them back on the road and called Savior Plumbing. Sam came and got both jobs done in 2 hours. He put in new pipes and valves, connect the refrigerator to cold water and unclogged the sink. It cost me a bit over $300.

I highly recommend them. They do a great job with an honest price. I will definitely use their service again.

I called them to come out and I was happy that the technician came to my house on time and without a service call fee. He told me what the problem was but it all went downhill from here. He said he would write up a quote and send it to me. 1.) He never took down my email so I called them the next day to see if they had a price. The lady on the phone took down my email and said she would write up a quote to replace the sewage pump. 2.) I called back and she said she was still typing up the quote. 3.) I called them 2 hours later and she said she was sending it asap. 4.) I called back at 4:51 and she said she was pushing send. Well I think her send button doesn't work because I never received the quote and I don't know why she couldn't just tell me the price over the phone. So annoying! Their customer service is terrible and its really too bad.

Honesty and Integrity at its finest!
We had a service main break the night before we had to go out of town and we had no idea what we were going to be able to do while we were gone. Savior really was out savior - they were willing to come out and work on our problem just with a phone call. We thought we may need the whole service line replaced since the house is over 50 years old. Sam came out to take a look and called to tell us the service line would be difficult to replace because of the concrete and suggested we let him dig it up to take a look at the the leak as he suspected it was near the meter.
Being out of town he could have taken advantage and told us we needed the whole line replaced (a $4k - $5k job) and we would not know any different since we were not home to see for ourselves. Instead he found the problem was correctable near the meter and the job was only a few hundred dollars. It is rare to find such honest and capable people these days so I am keeping Saviors number in my contacts for all my future plumbing needs and you should too!

I'm upgrading my house and a new water heater was long overdue.  So I boogied on down to Home Depot who hooked me up with Fast Water heater to come take care of the job. What a mistake.

Those people gave me a terrible quote (more than $800.00 more than Savior  Plumbing) didn't bring what I asked for, showed up late, forgot the correct tools...you get the picture. I sent  them packing!

My wife got on the phone and called Savior Plumbing...true to their name they gave me a great quote, did a thorough job, and now we have hot water for days on end! Cue the angelic voices, please!

But seriously, don't fool around with some third rate company....call Savior Plumbing. They live up to their name!

A couple of month ago we had to replace our hot water heater.  Savior came out and installed it for us.  They did a great job, but this review isn't for that.  Last night around 11:30pm, there was an alarm going off in our garage.  When I went out there, I found that a valve on our water heater was spray water (leaking).  When Savior installed the new water heater, they put a portable water leak detector in the pan under the unit.  If that hadn't have been in there, I never would have known about the leak.  I left a message around midnight with the answering service.  At 7:40am this morning, they called and by 8:40am they were at my house.  By 9:15am, they had replaced the valves and all is right in the world.  It was a fluke mishap with the valve (not their fault) and they were so quick to come out and make it right.  Thank you so much, Tom and Tammy!    I am always so impressed by the work and your employees!!!

You're money ahead by choosing Savior Plumbing for your residential and/or  commercial plumbing needs. Their experience and mastery have no equals in the business. But, what truly stands out is their capacity to patiently explain the issues and the logical steps to resolution. I have had the good fortune to be served by Darrel and Sam for our residential tankless water heater installation and maintenance. They resolved a manufacturer issue with the tankless last January ... and were recently by to replace the heater treater cartridge (our hard water in Pleasanton requires it every 6 months). During the latest visit, Darrel gave me good troubleshooting advice for a tankless at our place of business (not installed by Savior). I suspect other plumbing companies wouldn't extend such consideration without requiring a visit ... and a hefty payment. Hence ... money ahead. Thank you, Savior Plumbing.

I called Savior to replace a broken toilet handle and the plumber who came out recommended replacing the bowl gasket, and fill valve as well.  Unfortunately, that just caused more problems and it   took 3 trips out to get the job done right.  After the second fail I requested a different plumber.  So what should have been a simple job required me to allot a 2 hour window 3 times.  Even more annoying was he charged an additional fee on top of the hourly rate for a mini rooter to unclog 2 drains.  Valley Plumbing does not charge extra to unclog a drain if it  falls within the hour.  I see some great reviews for Savior.  I guess it   just depends which plumber does the job.

Sammy of Savior Plumbing cleaned up my clogged kitchen drain today. He did a great job and take time to make sure the problem went away. Great customer service attitude!  Something that Sears really need to learn.

I had a great experience with this company. They  went out of their way to get a plumber to me at a time that worked for me and was very short notice. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and reliable especially the lady who answered the phone (I think her name was Tonya) and Sam, the plumber who came to help. They called me back when they said they would, appointments were kept at the times they set them for, ETAs were accurate, the work itself was done in an efficient and dependable manner.

Knock, knock. Who's there? It's the plumber, I've come to fix the sink. I think this was a Sesame Street or Electric company animated short with a plumber and a parrot?

Well, my experience with Savior Plumbing was much better than the one depicted in that old cartoon. Other than arriving half an hour late, the SP plumber was great. Fixed my leaky toilet and snaked my bathtub in less than an hour.

They were already cheaper than other plumbers I called but I got an even better deal by mentioning Yelp. My friend who recommended them in the first place also received a Starbucks gift card as a thank you.

After discovering we had leaky ABS plumbing in our crawl space, we ventured out to a few plumbing companies and gathered some bids.  The first company wanted to re-pipe all the ABS plumbing there, whereas the second company quoted a repair in two areas said to be leaking.  The third company, Savior Plumbing sent the owner, Tom, who diagnosed the one and only leaking pipes, which saved us money and time to complete!  David and Austin worked quickly and efficiently to our satisfaction.  They also replaced some old, worn-out faucets indoors, outside, and in our garage.  Thank you Savior Plumbing for your honest appraisal and professional installation.  We know who we're going to call next time!

I had a water leak in the line running to my kitchen island.  Other plumbers that I contacted recommended ripping out my kitchen island and cutting through my post tensioned concrete slab to run a new water line.  Tom came up with a great solution to cut a channel into the concrete and run new lines.  This saved me significant money and time to get the leak repaired.  Not only did Tom get the job done quickly and right he also helped recommend a tile guy to help with the floor repairs.  The job was too small for most contractors but Tom helped me find a skilled tile guy.  I highly recommend Tom and his team.  They are very professional and are upfront and honest with what it will take to get the job done.

Won't be calling these guys again. I refrained from writing up an initial review five months ago about a shady practice of theirs because I didn't want to form an opinion after one experience. However, after a second experience, it just solidifies what kind of company this is. They are only out to get your money.

Experience #1: Project was to replace a kitchen faucet set. The service technician was 15 minutes late, physically completed the project in about 50 minutes, then packed up his things and mentioned he would be right back, came back about 15 minutes later and said he was all good to go. When I saw the final bill, he charged me 1.5 hours of labor! WTH! How did 50 minutes of actual labor become 1.5 hours?

Experience #2: This company doesn't stand behind their work. Five months after installation, the base of the kitchen faucet handle base lifted off the kitchen counter. When the technician came in, he said the service warranty wouldn't cover product defects (but this was not mentioned when I initially contacted the company about this problem). He evaluated it and guess what....he said it was a defective product and that this wouldn't be covered under the service warranty and in turn, we would be charged $134 to fix it. WTH! The technician showed my wife what was wrong, and as far fetched as this may sound, I could see a scenario where the first technician who installed it messed with my faucet handle base so they could get this second call and charge us another service fee. I mean, why wouldn't the first technician say something about the defect so we could deal with it back then or be forewarned? We're just turning water on and off so it's hard for me to understand how a defect can evolve in less than 5 months after some gentle use. It had to have been there when it was installed. The technician left us in a very angry mood and didn't offer anything like a service discount on this situation to ease things. Now, all we can think about is how we have been swindled out of more money. The technician mentioned several times that they are an honest company. Well, just because you say it doesn't mean it's true. And honesty can be evoked through one's actions and not through mere words.

I went with these guys initially because they had a very good price, but I should have gone with another plumbing company, who I've worked with before but a tad more expensive. I will not name them in order to let other Yelpers know that this is a serious review of this company and not a promotional vehicle for a competitor. It's experiences like these that make you wonder who you can really trust out there. You rely so much on other people's reviews and recommendations but it's still hard to truly know who the good, honest guys are. I've been left with a very bad taste in my mouth by these experiences, and I would recommend Yelpers to find another company for your plumbing needs. I hope the $134 they took from me is worth the thousands of lost revenue as other Yelpers turn to other companies for their plumbing needs.

We recently had 2 issues with the water heater a few weeks apart. First one of the pipes started leaking; we called in the evening and Savior came out early next morning and fixed the leak. Next the water heater would no longer turn on. Savior Plumbing also came out the next morning and fixed the problem. The price we paid each time was very fair.

I had a plumbing emergency this issue today when the city came to shut off our water because we were using over 100x water consumption for over a day.  They were able to get someone to our house within 3 hours.

Alex was great:

1) he kept showing me what he was finding and made sure I understood the issue as well as the repair;

2) he had a sense of urgency being cognizant of cost;

3) he mistakes 1.25 inch diameter pipe with a 1.5 inch so the quoted cost were about $100 more but apologized several times and genuinely felt bad;

4) he was a very nice humble guy who I would trust working on my home

I had problems with my Takagi Tankless water heater just after I bought a house. Savior sent Darrell out and he was punctual and professional. He did a great job in quickly cleaning the unit and identifying the problem as a faulty earthquake shutoff valve that a different company hired by the home seller had put in. The shutoff valve cut off the gas to the heater while the gas stove still worked. Now I can fix the root issue which could have been very dangerous in an earthquake.

I highly recommend Darrell and Savior for any of your plumbing needs.

Used Savior plumbing for a clogged toilet.. The job was done fast and clean. The only thing that we have encountered was, that originally it was supposed to be one man job, but because we didn't have a clean out access it turned into 2 man job and financial consequences. But itherwise, great customer service

Tom, the owner of this business is the real deal.  He arrives on time, if there is an issue about  the arrivial time he calls. His workmen do the same.  . He quickly looks at the job and assess it.  He will outline the problem and offer the best solution with an estimate to do the job.  He then will offer the lesser options with the cost to complete the work. He guarantees his best estimate and will walk you through the problems that may occure if you ask him to do the work at the lower level.  We have asked the Savior Plumbing company to do work for us since 2001.  We have never had any regrets.

I needed help in getting a washer & dryer connected to a new laundry unit and taping off the gas connection in the old laundry unit in my house. So I contacted Savior Plumbing and spoke to Tom who answered the call. As I understand Tom is an owner in that company. Tom quickly understood the scope of work, quoted me a hourly rate and scheduled me for the next morning. Alex showed up bright and early in the morning at the scheduled time and took care of the job in under an hour. I was billed exactly as per the quote for one hour. Alex was  knowledgeable, professional and courteous.  Being a small business owner myself, I appreciate professionalism and honest service ethics when I see it in another small business as we work with the same values. I will be using Savior Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future and I will be glad to refer my friends to them as well.

Incidentally, before calling Savior plumbing I first contacted a different company who quoted me over $1,000 for this simple job!

Clearly, I am very glad I found Savior Plumbing and engaged them to get the job done.

Made an appointment with Plumbing Sewer Solutions last week to fix a leak under the kitchen sink Tuesday, 9-11am.  They called Monday to say they had failed a job inspection and would need all their guys to pass that inspection so they would not be able to send someone until 3-5:30pm.  I had schedule time away from work and so it was difficult for me to switch, when I expressed my disappointment Johanna told me she didn't want my business, was cancelling my appointment and hung up on me. I was shocked!  Obviously they had no one available due to their poor work on the previous job and so she responded with frustration when I did not easily accommodate the change. Never will I work with them again!
I was in a pinch with time off  work set and a leaking sink.
That is when I called Savior Plumbing and explained my situation, then begged to get someone their for the next morning.  Miraya made it happen thankfully, and I was able to keep the appointment ~ super grateful for that.  Then when the technician showed up he was super chill, friendly and understanding.  He quickly assessed the problem, gave me options without big up-selling pressure, shared some helpful plumbing knowledge, and had the job done in under one hour.  I could not have been happier.  I'm looking for someone I can trust and I got a good feeling that this may be my regular plumber for all future issues.
Side note, I am not a religious person so the name initially turned me off, as it feels like they are marketing to Christians only.  With that said, I'm glad I called because they did actually save me from my plumbing issue.

I'm extremely disappointed in my interactions with Savior Plumbing.  First, I called for an estimate, and after Darrel - who IS terrific, just like the other reviewers said - spent 2 hours here, he charged me for 2 hours of plumber's time: $246.  I was left with no estimate, no work done, and no notes of what he'd seen.

After having a good conversation with Tom, the owner, the following day, I received an estimate of all the work they thought we might need, of which one part was quoted at $516.  We had Darrel do that job, and the total came to $1,104.  The best he could do was take the 2 hours I'd already been charged (for no work done) off the bill.  Darrel said the quote had been wrong as a result of a typo.

I have no complaints about the quality of work, but I would not recommend Savior Plumbing, and I will not use them again.  I also believe they're using Jesus to do their marketing.  Not cool.

I had a leaky shower that needed to have the cartridge replaced. I tried to do it myself (with the help from my dad....well he did most of the work) and for the life of me could not get the handle off. Damn you Dublin and your hard water.

As several people have already noted, Savior needs to work on their reception department. I left a message on a Monday and didn't get a call back till Wednesday. If it wasn't for that they would get a 5 star rating.

Darrel showed up promptly for his scheduled time and was very efficient . He didn't try and up sell me on things I didn't need and even installed that cartridge I purchased with no hassle. Price was reasonable for the quick fix and I will definitely be calling them again if I have any other plumbing needs.

I recently was tasked with finding a plumber for my leaky shower.  Nobody I knew had any recommendations, so I turned to Yelp for some guidance.  I am so glad I found this place!

Every time I called (during normal business hours) I actually got a live person.  That says a lot these days.  I was quickly put in touch with the owner (Tom) and he sent out his best man to check it out (Darrell).  After telling Darrell what the problem was (my shower was leaking into my neighbor's garage below), he knew exactly what the problem was before even seeing it.  After popping off my drain lid, he showed me exactly where the problem was and gave me an estimate for the job.

We set an appointment and he was there on time and never flaked (which in this industry is a major deal).  It was obvious that he knows what he's doing too, because he knew exactly where to cut into the ceiling and how to get to the drain up above.  By the time he had clear access to the drain, he was done in no time.

Their prices are reasonable, the people there are great, and I would recommend Savior Plumbing to ANYONE who needed a good plumb-job.  They are very honest and reliable people, and most of all they are fair.  They were even willing to bill my landlord directly for the job, which was very awesome.

Oh and ask for Darrell, he is THE MAN over there!

Have had work done by these folks in the past and they did good work.  This last time, however, I called on a Monday and I was told they'd call me back on Tuesday to set up an appointment.  It's Wednesday and, at this point, no phone call.

Update:  Received a phone call from Tom who was apologetic about the message mix up.  I told him I was still interested in obtaining an estimate for a job and he told me he'd be at my house within fifteen minutes, which he was.  We got the estimate and the job is forthcoming.

I appreciate Tom's honesty regarding the initial appointment mix up and he was quick to make things right.

I recently bought a condo in Danville, and I noticed that the drain in the main bathroom was slow to drain. After trying off-the-shelf fixes from the local hardware fixes, I received a referral from my daughter who used Savior Plumbing and was very pleased with their work. The plumber arrived at the appointed time, and quickly diagnosed the problem as years of hair from the former owner and fixed the problem within a few minutes at a very reasonable price.. My wife also got helpful feedback about how to best replace the old shower fixture. I would heartily recommend Savior Plumbing for any of your needs.

I haven't had very good luck when it comes to finding a reliable pool repair service in the Tri-Valley area, so when an above-ground  pipe sprung a leak and I didn't want to get let down by a pool professional again, I called Savior Plumbing.

While it wasn't a major emergency, I did have to shut down my pool equipment and with the weekend approaching and a major outdoor bash planned, I needed somebody who could help me that same day.

The guy I called said he'd see who was available and call me right back. A minute later he called and said someone was in the area and would be there in five minutes. FIVE MINUTES!!! That's 25 minutes before my Domino's Pizza was going to be there. Sure enough, five minutes later the van pulls up and the guy takes a quick look, assesses the problem and checks his van for parts. Keep in mind, this is a plumbing company and not a pool repair service, so when he told me the pipe was not a standard home plumbing pipe size, I wasn't surprised. He called back to their shop and within 20 minutes a second guy showed up with the right parts.

In under an hour, I had my pool back in shape and ready to be torn apart by the raging hipsters who will be invading this weekend from San Francisco.

Savior was fast, efficient and reasonably priced.

I don't know if they can Savior bacon, but they sure saved my pool.

Thanks, Savior!

I chose Savior plumbing based on reputation having had horrible experiences with plumbers from American Home Insurance.  I had noticed a seeping leak coming from under the front deck.  It turned out to be from an old galvanized pipe from an old water softener installation.  The fellow from Savior fixed that leak.  A week later on an early Saturday evening I heard water running.  Looked out front and I had a river coming out from under the deck.  Turned off the water at the street and called Savior.  Fully expected to get an answering machine and no help till Monday.  Gal who answered the phone put me in touch with Tom,
who after a brief discussion said he would be there.  He was 1 1/2 hrs away in Los Banos but drove out, assessed the problem as complete failure of the galvanized system which had been crudely tied to the copper 45 yrs ago.  He hooked us up directly to the street with a hose so the house had water to sustain living until one of his people could get there Monday to fix the old problem, which took most of the day.  That kind of dedication to a customer is extremely rare these days.  My wife and I are extremely grateful to Savior plumbing for their prompt action which saved us from a disastrous weekend.

Wonderful service from Savior over the last few days. We had our water heater replaced due to age; it was long past its lifespan. While replacing it, the pipe broke right off the wall and water sprayed halfway across our garage (nothing was damaged, just wet). Not his fault whatsoever- the unit was old and fragile. In a hurry to get the water turned off, he discovered that the shutoff valve at the house was broken and useless! We had no idea! That in itself could have been a very unwelcome surprise down the road. He shut the water off at the street and had water remediation here within an hour with fans to dry out the area at no charge. We got the shutoff valve fixed the next day. The entire team is responsive and professional. I highly recommend them and will use them again if/when needed.

Plumbers...can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em. But what else can you ask for in a good one:
1) prompt and responsive
2) compeitive pricing
3) set my expectations early and often
4) clean and professional
5) very knowledgeable
6) explore all possible solutions to the problem, and discuss them with you before writing up the work order.

In my case, Savior met or exceeded all 6 crtieria and i've found my forever plumber!

After reading several yelp! reviews on Saviour, I decided to call them about a persistent problem with my dishwasher aerorator flooding all over the countertop. I had tried a few thigs myself, and let's just say, it's good thing I don't do plumbing for a living!

Darrel called to say he was on his way, as promised, and showed up on time. He quickly surmised what the problem was, and pointed out an illegal double water trap set-up inder my kitchen sink. He offered suggestions on how to not only fix the aerorator, but also how to correct the trap situation.

He gave us an estimate that was reasonable (note: there is a minimum 1 hour labor charge no matter if the job is 10 mins or 60 minutes), and completed the work under his orginal estimate, including parts. And, he seems to really enjoy his work - another plus.

Bottom line: Darrel knows his craft, I highly reccomend him and Saviour when you need professional help.

Called the company and the woman who answered couldn't give me an estimate on how much a new water heater would cost. She said someone would call me back and I never heard from them. We recently had a cracked pipe under the house and due to the nature of the leak we needed to get someone out ASAP. We called around and received several quotes. In addition we called Darrel. He told us due to loss time that he would not come out and give us a quote but that he would do the job right and fair. He quoted his hourly rate; which seemed standard. His confidence in his ability to do the work and do it right won us over for the job.

We made the appointment and not only was he there on time but early, granted I am sure we were the first job of the day but great professionalism. Upon arriving at the location of our crack he told us that the person that originally did the job was sloppy and that he would make the situation better. Not only did he fix the pipe, but he did it faster than the originally estimated time to fix, he was the most affordable and knowledgeable of the people we spoke with.

I hope that we never have plumbing issues again, I will say he will be the first person we call for all of our plumbing needs.

Back in February my kitchen sink got backed up. I called Savior to fix the problem. Dave came over and fixed the problem alright but damaged another pipe in the process of fixing the first one. So I did not notice the damaged pipe until it was leaking into my driveway two weeks later. I call them again and Dave comes over again and calls Tom the owner, who promptly tells Dave they are not responsible for the damage because my pipes must have been old. The estimate to fix the leak? $2500.00.  So I called my contractor who came and fixed the leak for considerably less than $2500.  A few days later the kitchen sink is backed up again. I call Savior. First off the woman who answered the phone is clueless. Then she puts me on the phone with a pit bull named Tammy, the owner's wife who proceeds to belittle and ridicule me for every comment I made, because obviously we should all know everything about plumbing and since I knew nothing and was asking questions, in her eyes I was worthy of belittling. So she tells me that since someone else had fixed the other broken pipe, which was nowhere near the kitchen sink, they won't stand behind their work on the kitchen sink. Basically I had to pay another $154 or whatever I paid, so he could come figure out what he didn't do right the first time around and attempt to fix the clog again (possibly damaging another pipe in the process).

Never again. Ever. And I will post a review everywhere I can. They're just after your money. They don't stand behind their work.

I've used these guys twice.  Both times they addressed the immediate problem with the best solution without trying to oversell or up sell.

Just today we thought our water heater would have to be replaced.  Most people would have come out and sold us a new water heater... Savior Plumbing came and diagnosed a leaky pipe that needed replacement and assured us the water heater was in good condition vs just trying to sell us a new water heater.

Great job and great people.  If you want honesty and integrity in a plumbing company (which sounds like an oxymoron) choose these guys!

I called the company a few months ago for Nuvo water softener installation. The estimates this company provided was a lots cheaper than another company so I chose it to do the job. The job was beautifully done within the budget. The installer was very polite and professional. Overall, I was very satisfied.

One more thing I want to mention is, not only the installer took care of my water softener, he also helped me fix the water overflow issue of my Dish Washer for entirely FREE!

All I can tell is - this is the company truly care about the customer.

So far, Savior has installed a new kitchen faucet, sprayer and hot water dispenser, and two toilets for me.  In my interactions with Savior I have found the owners and all the employees to be professional, trustworthy and pleasant.  Savior goes out of the way to accommodate the customer's needs.  The company does not hesitate to live up to its warranty.  When a plumbing problem unrelated to the job at hand came up, the plumber on the job worked diligently to uncover the problem and remedy it.  In another situation, when the manufacturer's usually reliable product was flawed, it was readily replaced at no cost to me.  I will continue to use Savior Plumbing and recommend it to others.

We love these plumbers.  We have used them before. We had an emergency; no water.  They pulled a supervisor off a job to tend to our urgent need.  Back the next day to finish the job, but we had water the same day we called.  Prices are high fair.

Savior Plumbing is the BEST!!!! Thomas and his wife own the company.  Thomas first came to inspect my issues.  He's the nicest man and extremely dedicated to getting the job done correctly.  He crawled under my house and took pictures, using his cell phone, of the problem(s) he saw.  It all made sense!  They came out and fixed the problem.  The office staff are just as wonderful! I believe everyone at Savior are truly honest hardworking people.

They truly are Saviors! We had a leak in the wall behind the shower and had to shut off the main this morning. Even though they were booked solid they found a way to squeeze us in today so we could turn the water back on. Always reliable and reasonably priced! Thanks, guys!

Hmm... Sounds like Savior Plumbing may need a new receptionist or message taker...

I called on and left my info with a nice fellow, and was told I would have a scheduler call me. Two weeks later, no one's called me back. I went elsewhere.

My dad loved this guy! Darrell explained everything before he did it (including price!) and gave my dad all the options so that he could make his own decisions. He installed tankless hot water heater (very posh), then came back to install my dad's new filtration system a while later. Very high quality work, very efficient use of time. My dad says he wouldn't use anyone else. And therefore, neither will I. My dad has impeccable taste. You gotta find this guy. Meet him. Use him.

I think I finally found my go-to plumbing company.

They were punctual, knowledgeable , and polite.  They charge per hour of labor which is a dream to me.  Their receipt is itemized and reasonable.

Dave installed a toilet for met, hauled the old one away, and resat my older toilet that had a leaking wax ring.  What I liked was that the clock didn't start as soon as he knocked.  He charged for the actual labor in 1/2 hour blocks. I feel like too many companies charge a set price sight unseen.  I wish more companies were as honest as this one.

I'm really happy with this company. I feel that they're honest and do good work.

We found water coming up from under our hardwood floors.  We thought it was the dishwasher.  We called Savior Plumbing and spoke with Tom, the owner.  He said he'd send someone out right away.  I asked what his rates were and he told me the rates, but then said they'll take a look forst to see if they can help.  Lyn showed up helped me determine that the problem was with the dishwasher itself and not the supply line or drain.  He helped me shut off the water so it wouldn't leak further.  I have to have the dishwasher serviced by a Kitchenaid service person.  I was not charged by Savior plumbing to come out and take a look.  I appreciate that and will call them next time I need plumbing services.

I am very pleased with Savior Plumbing. I had a clogged up kitchen sink that was very last minute. I gave Tammy a call and within 15  minutes Tom shows up at the door. Tom unclogged my sink in 20 minutes tops. He was very professional and cleaned up well. He explained where the clog was and why it happened. He even taught me how to do it myself. Tom and Tammy are very honest people. I am so glad there are good and honest plumbers like you.

Came home from a long weekend away to everything backing up. Called in the evening of a holiday, got the answering service, and a call back from Tom right away. Scheduled Tim for 8:30 the next morning - on time and very pleasant!  The problem was bigger than I had guessed, but Tim got it done in less time and for less money than they had estimated.  Then less then a week later I had similar issue, they came out and got it under control for no cost.

Being non-christian, some of the praising stuff is over the top, but the ethical, and competent service counts to me much more than their religious beliefs.

I just despise doing dishes and of course our sink was clogged so I had no choice. Oh the damage on the nails... I finally called a plumber after I realized I couldn't fix it. He came over the same day and was prompt with call back and arrival time. He fixed our sink no problem and he and my hubby seemed to do the guy thing. He also found a leak in our water heater of carbon monoxide... OMG! So we had him come back and fix that. I would definitely recommend Darryl which was the guy who came out.

Over the span of the last 3 years, I've used them to replace both toilets, my water heater, and kitchen sink.  That's what happens when you buy an older home.  It all needs to be replaced.

I even had them install the sink I bought.  They would have bought it, but I found it at a large do-it-yourself store and they admitted they couldn't beat the price I paid.   Haven't had a leak or problem with any of these projects yet.

The appointments were made around my schedule.  They showed up on time and worked efficiently; cleaned up their mess; and all for a fair price.

I'd have no hesitation recommending them for your plumbing needs.

It's been a long time since I received this type of excellent service from the intake call through the final billing. I called Savior as one of my 3 estimates for a water heater installation. All 3 bids were similar, but I really liked how Daryl answered my questions, gave me straightforward responses and bits of advice. Scheduling was easy and within a week of my call. The installer Corey very pleasantly performed the installation and answered a few of my questions while working. This was the best part: the owner Tom Cortez visited near the end of the job and inspected Corey's work. Although the work was good, he preferred fewer piping elbows so he had Corey remove them and showed him a better configuration. I didn't think I could say that water heater piping was 'elegant', but it really really looks nice. When was the last time you had a contractor look at his work and voluntarily decide that it could be aesthetically nicer even though it was functionally fine? I wouldn't have known the difference and there was no extra charge. This is the way services should provided.

We had a major plumbing leak in our guest bathroom  that originated from the wonderful practice of running copper piping through the slab foundation back in the 70's. This leak was at the primary manifold that served the rest of the house & was we could hear the leak spewing water behind the drywall.   We talked to several contractors to get quotes, understand the scope of the problem & find someone who we could work with. Of course, the solution we quickly realized after a few contractors reviewed the problem was to re-pipe all of the downstairs plumbing that ran through the slab - a costly venture.

Many of the plumbers required that we get a leak detection done first.  We took that advice & called Independent Leak Detection (Steve).  He was excellent, used his radio signal detection to precisely mark every manifold, hot & cold water line in the house with clearly labeled tape.   This gave us an accurate map of where all the piping ran through the slab & walls.

When we talked to Savior, Tom/Daryl impressed us with their practical, cost-effective solutions that they proposed. As a first measure, they cut into the drywall at the leak source & quickly identified the source of the leak, then gave us the bad news - water had to be completely cutoff immediately to prevent further damage.

We made our contractor decision the next day (Wed) with their timely quote & Tom was fantastic by shifting his completely-booked schedule to fit us in on Friday !!!

Tom & crew arrived on Friday at 9 AM & was amazing. Even with the Leak Detection mapping, there were a few surprises.  What really stood out as we stayed home & supported the plumbing crew was his drive to fix existing things he noticed were wrong / not to code:  he replaced a section of our fridge ice maker copper tubing with a flex hose when he saw it was getting kinked, he corrected the seismic bracing for the water heater to code, he replaced angle stops/ supply lines that were out of scope just because they were not the right ones.

At the end of the day, his crew had completed over 85+ solder joints for the re-piping & I was impressed by the quality of the work.  He & his crew stayed till past 6 PM (on Valentine's day !!) to get the job done right !!
Our re-piping was completed & our water was running through the house again IN ONE DAY.

Also, Tom & Daryl had many great suggestions/tips for us (e.g. Nuvo H2O water softener) that we now will use with our next project - the guest bathroom remodeling.  We plan on inviting Tom back for that project !

All in all, they are very nice people, very fair, very affordable, very conscientious, very high quality work, & put service ahead of the business model.  I highly recommend them !

I have hired people in the past to perform various jobs at my home. Some of them did a wonderful job, but some of them were nightmares.  I needed a plumber to replace a galvanized pipe in my bath/shower that had corroded over the years.  I was referred to Savior Plumbing by a coworker who raved about this company.  From my initial contact through the conclusion of the job, they were straightforward, professional, courteous and thorough.  The job was handled that day quickly and efficiently.

I had Savior Plumbing come replace a valve in my shower, within the first hour the valve was dropped on my brand new tub leaving it chipped. Dave could have ignored that hoping I didn't notice, but told me right away asking me what I wanted to do about it.  While I started to panic about how I was going to fix this Dave called his boss and got a new tub ordered.  He removed the old tub and replaced it with the same exact one, also replacing the valve in the same day.  What I thought was going to be a huge ordeal ended up just being a mistake which they rectified immediately.

I would highly recommend Savior Plumbing, they were honest, resonably priced, and did great quality work.

Last summer a pipe joint gave way in my attic.  I had water raining from a doorway on the second floor of my house.  I called several plumbers and the only one to respond was Savior Plumbing.  They sent out a gentleman who worked quickly in my  120 degree attic to find the leak and fix it before any real damage could happen inside the walls of my house.  I also had Savior Plumbing out recently to install a new garbage disposal.  I called in the morning and they were able to send someone out that day.  Darrel was the guy who came and not only did he install a new disposal but he also re-routed the pipes under my kitchen sink to be more efficient and less troublesome for the next guy.  I highly recommend them!

Darrell showed up for the appointment right on time.  My plumbing problem was the type where you don't know exactly if there's a problem but you want it checked out.  My concern in these cases is that the plumber will recommend that I spend a lot of money to find out if there is a problem or not.  Instead Darrell concluded that I probably didn't have a problem but he told me what to watch for just in case.  He spent the balance of the hour fixing a few minor, other problems.

I am delighted by Savior Plumbing's service.  Prompt, honest advice - what more could you ask for?

I made an appointment for this company to come to my house and fix a leak. The appointment window was from 3pm to 5pm so I had to leave work 4 hours early. At 4:30 plummer had still not showed so I called the office and one of the receptionists stated that someone would call back within 10 minutes with a status update. I never recieved a call. I called again at 4:55pm and spoke to Amy who stated that they had a job in Lafyatte that was running late but she assured me that they would still stop by. I had plans that evening at 6:30 that I had to cancel believing that the plumbers would still stop by. No one ever showed up nor did I get a call letting me know. This morning I recieved a call from savior plumbing asking me what time would be good to show up today. No apology for not showing up, nothing! You learn a lot about a company by they way they handle their commitments. This company dropped the ball 3 times and never apologized.  From the comments it sounds like they do descent work but the irony is, I was told they charge $135 for the first hour and then $60 every half hour after that so I had to be at my home at the beginning of the appointment window 3pm. I was told that if the plummer had to wait I would be charged . This was in response to my comment that I would leave work as early as I could but may be a couple of minutes late. I was home at 2:45pm because I didn't want the Plummer to wait. That being said,I wasted 6 hours waiting for this company to show up and fulfill their commitment as I did and they never showed up even though they assured me they would. How much is that worth as it relates to their rates? Just very frustrated at the double standard. My personal opinion is their are many choices to choose from, I wouldn't risk wasting your time waiting or worst yet have them start and job and then pull this crap. Stay away!

Exec summary: There guys are great, professional, workmanship is excellent, and they work had. Are they cheep? Some people would say no, my thinking is that major plumbing jobs are not an area you want to revisit in the future, pay up now so you don't have to deal with it again later.
.

Lets face it, finding a really good plumber, electrician, roofer, etc is a bit of a cr&p shoot. Most of us don't know what 'good' is and a lot of them are not that good. I am an avid DIY'r and can spend hours on the smallest thing making it perfect (for me), I also know my limitations, so when I hire someone to do a job it have better be perfect. I am not going to pay someone for poor professionalism, dodgy workmanship, wasting time, etc.
I discover that I needed my pressure reducing valve and house shut off valve replaced as both were completely worn out. My house pressure was 120PSI, it should be around 80PSI, and I couldn't completely turn off the house main (found that out while replacing a shutoff to a toilet). This is one of those jobs where failure would be a problem, so I need help.
Savior was recommended to me by my fixture guy, usually a good sign. I called them, set up a time (8:30am). At 8am Tom called and said he had an emergency and asked if I would mind waiting until 10:30am, small hassle, but my situation could wait a few hours, and he did give me the option of saying yes I would mind'. Tom called me as soon as he was leaving his emergency job so I would know when he would arrive, (professionalism). As it turns out the the emergency was a busted in the home, if the situations were reversed I know I could count on Tom to get out here and fix it ASAP.
Tom got right down to business, he looked at both valves and also noticed the leaking irrigation valve, something I was going to fix but only saw the day before. Anyway, he told me what he parts he needed, explained what he wanted to do, and gave me options of the cheep way to fix it or the more expensive right way to do it. I know enough to know that the cheep way would work but if I was doing it I would spend the extra and do it the right way, my preference. So he had his apprentice excavate the area while he went and got the parts. His apprentice, wish I could remember his name  (Sam maybe), worked hard, he had excavated the area, which I know was difficult because I started it earlier in the week and it took me an hour to make a hole a quarter of the size, he finished the entire thing in 45 minutes. He then cut the main line back to a point where it was now straight and not crushed like it was before, removed the old copper piping, valves, and irrigation valve, and prepared it all for soldering (didn't waste a minute). Sam came back with the parts they dry fitted it all and soldered it into place. They also added a new sprinkler shutoff, adjusted the water pressure, and cleaned up the entire job site (professionalism). I took a look at the results, and it looks great joints are tight, soldering looks great (workmanship), and the reconfiguration makes it much easier to shut off the water to the house and the sprinklers. Oh, Tom also gave me a 20yr warranty, these guys stand by their work.
So why 4 stars? They are probably a 5 star, I will absolutely be using them again. I will update after the tankless hot water system goes in.

I read the reviews here and gave them a shot at fixing a leaking kitchen sink drain.  Mike showed up on time next morning and took care of it very professionally.  The leaky pipe was underneath the house and was only accessible via a tight crawl space.  Mike put on an overall and went in.  Estimate upfront was very close to actual.  Fantastic experience.  Highly recommended.

I called Savior when I mistakenly unscrewed our hot water valve in the shower.  With the only way to stop the water from gushing, we had to turn off the water main.  Fortunately, Savior was able to come quickly and they were extremely nice and courteous.  To my surprise they were able to quickly and affordably fix the 20 year old valve with replacement parts on the truck.  Major issue averted!  So when we had a big irrigation issue, they were the only company we were going to call.  Again, they came when they said they would and they were great to work with.  They had a long day under the house routing a new water line from the front of the house to the back.  They did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves and they went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the way the work was done.  We HIGHLY recommend them.  Their works is great, costs are reasonable and they are extremely honest and trustworthy.

I called the local plumbing supply store for a reference.  He suggested Savior Plumbing so I called.  Tom arrived 30 minutes before he said he would and replaced the broken valve going into my water heater which had stuck in the closed position.  No hot water and no icemaker.  I was very impressed with his skill and speed at removing the old valve and soldering in a new one.  I also had him fix the main shutoff into the house which looked like a real potential problem besides the leak.  I was so happy to have found a good plumber I'm having him install an earthquak gas shut off valve.  Thanks Tom and Darrel
