I am happy to write a 5-star review for In Demand Plumbing who recently installed a water filter system in my home. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and I am extremely satisfied with the results.

Firstly, the team of Jesus and Vincent was very professional and courteous throughout the entire installation process. They arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time and were well-prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment. They took the time to explain the installation process to me and answered all my questions, which put me at ease and made me confident that I had made the right decision.

The installation itself was done quickly and efficiently, and the team took care to ensure that everything was installed correctly and functioning properly. They also took the time to explain how to properly maintain the filter system and what to do if any issues arise in the future.

Since the installation, I have noticed a significant improvement in the quality of my water. The water tastes and smells better, and I no longer have to worry about harmful contaminants in my drinking water. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by the team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a water filter system installation.

This is the second time I've used in demand plumbing. They are very punctual when setting appointments. Very knowledgeable At tasks at hand. This time around I had them swap out a circulating pump to my solar water heater. I was looking if they actually had a pump on hand to install, which took no more than an hour. Again, punctual affordable, I would definitely use them again

I discovered that our kitchen drain was leaking. I chose In Demand Plumbing based on their excellent reviews. Matt arrived right when he said he would and fixed one leak, then discovered a second leak on the same pipe. He clearly explained the problem and the repairs needed and immediately set upon completing them. I had an excellent experience with this company. Highly recommended!

We just had Russell from In Demand Plumbing install a new kitchen faucet. Everything about this company has been so professional and it's been a pleasure to have them do this work. The communication along the way was great... texts and emails letting me know the expected arrival time complete with a photo of the technician. Everyone I talked with was helpful, friendly and I felt cared for as a customer. Russell was efficient and quick... answered all my questions, took time to adjust the weight on the spray hose until I was happy. We did have some confusion as to the price quoted to do this which I suppose I may have misunderstood but Russell handled it well and told me I would only pay the price quoted. In the end, I met them in the middle on the difference and all was good. They took good care of me so I wanted to do the same. I would highly recommend In Demand Plumbing and plan to use them in the future.

I waited for years to get this leaky spigot in the front of my house fixed. I texted them in the morning and they were there same day at 1pm. My remodeling company hired In Demand Plumbing to perform the plumbing work at one of our major remodel projects in Brentwood, CA.

We had nothing but trouble with their entire team.

I might not have bothered to mention them, but last night, only a month after In Demand finished the job, the garbage disposal they installed fell to the bottom of the cabinet - all while the dishwasher was running.

The owner called us, and we immediately headed over there to make the emergency repair. By the time we got there, the owners had cleaned up the flood of dishwasher water with an enormous pile of towels and rags.

Although the damage was minor, the owner is extremely ill, and he should never had to have experienced such an event.

I've been doing this for 45 years. I've never seen a disposal fall out.

Hired this company via Yelp to remove a non-functional water softener and cap off the connections.

I was extremely impressed by their fast response and availability to come out the next day. They kept me up to date via text messages when their person was on their way, etc., which is a nice touch.

Russell showed up exactly on time and was professional and just a cool guy to talk to. He quoted a price that was in line with other estimates I got, and jumped right on the job. Less than an hour later he was on his way to the next job.

I'm a believer, and will keep On Demand Plumbing at the top of my list when I need a plumber.

My sewer line from the house to the street has had an invasion of tree roots for years and would back up 2x a year. InDemand Plumbing responded right away. They installed a new sewer line which involved hand digging, heavy equipment, concrete repair after digging a 7 ft. deep hole in my driveway to install the new line. This all started right before Christmas and the job was completed 3-4 weeks later due to non-stop rain. They dug in the rain and cold but could not complete the concrete work until things dried out. Throughout the whole epic project, the crew and office personnel, and Jeff, the owner were beyond helpful and responsive. The office manager, Rebecca, while 9 Mos. PG, went to the city 3x in one day to expedite the work permit. I could not have asked for a better company and staff to do this project. And thank you for moving my trailer!

Needed a upgrade to a tankless because we are having a pool built.
Jesus and Andre showed up on time and did a great professional job.
We are very pleased how nice the project came out. I got a bid that was lower but went with In Demand Plumbing because of their reviews and higher rating.

We had a clog that we couldn't clear. Since it's a fairly new house, we didn't think it'd be anything serious, just something bad flushed down by guests. As it turns out, we had an obstruction between our drainage main line to the city's sewer because our builder performed a faulty installation of the connectors.

We wouldn't have been able to determine this without the help of In Demand Plumbing. Etson from their team came out and thoroughly inspected our system and then proposed that it be snaked for $350. He was very knowledgeable (we learned quite a bit about plumbing and our house from him) so his proposed plan was reassuring. He was able to clear the clog but a blockage remained so had to come back another time with a camera so that we could identify the actual obstruction.

The camera inspection costs an extra $250 but it's an impressive piece of equipment and gave us a clear visual of the problem. The service also comes with a report where they document the problem, explain it on video and with an estimate for a full repair. This was important to me since I'm reporting it to my builder for warranty services.

Bottom line, great and quick service at a fair price.

I had a couple of bad values (including water pressure valve), & corroded piping on the exterior. On demand was very responsive, easy to set up scheduling, & prompt to start the job.

Had these guys install a Halo 5 for some hard water concerns I had at my house, install was a quick, efficient, and well-done. While they were at my house I had them look at a shower handle I had been having issues with, they quickly handled the job.

Great communication before even making the appointment, once appt made, actually ended up being able to come a day earlier with great communication to make that possible.

Once Vince showed up, he was very thorough and talked us through everything he was doing. He explained everything in great detail but at a level we could understand. He was able to fix the issue quickly and even said he would contact the vendor of our faucet for the other issue we were having.

I asked In Demand out for a quote on a gas line to my fireplace.

These guys are great. Matt showed up on time when coming to quote the job. After ruining my shower valves during my pandemic bathroom refresh, I decided to call plumbers to get a quote to replace them. After reaching out through yelp to multiple plumbers, call In Demand. Angel in the office was very helpful, and was able to connect me with a tech who was in the office to clarify and answer questions about the work. They gave me a quote over the phone and we set up an appointment. 2 days later Russell from In Demand came to my house and performed the work. Russell was very nice and profesional. He explained to me what he was doing. Work was completed and I was happy. In Demand will be my first call for future plumbing work. I would definitely recommend.

Jeff has been our go-to plumber for 10 years! We first discovered him when we were living in Antioch, and he's still the first person we call for our plumbing needs now that we're in Walnut Creek.

Had to write this update to express our thanks for the latest help he provided -- and it didn't cost us a dime!

The hot water stopped running. We were pretty desperate so while waiting for Jeff to return the call, my husband called 2 other plumbing services.

The water heater is about 8 years old, and both other plumbers were pretty quick to suggest that we needed a new water heater over the phone. We thought that was the route we'd have to take -- until we heard back from Jeff.

Over the phone, he suggested the possibility that the earthquake gas valve might have been triggered somehow. We never would have thought that. But lo and behold, that's what happened. We had it reset and everything was running back to normal.

Such a quick fix and it saved us loads of money and hassle. I believe Jeff charges a service fee to make a visit. Since he helped over the phone, we weren't charged anything, but I would have gladly paid anyway. The other 2 plumbers offered a free estimate visit that would have ended up costing us a lot more.

Water main pipe underground in the front yard busted......Awwwww Crap. This is gonna cost me a kidney at the very least was my first thought. Contacted In Demand and they fitted me into their schedule the very next day. Bruh! I had a natural river flowing thru my front yard, it was sort of cool....surprisingly none of the neighbors came knocking on my front door. These cats assessed the problem, quoted a price right on the spot and had the issue fixed in a matter of hours. They even saved my plant and repacked the dirt neatly. Very grateful for their work and definitely will recommend their service to anyone who is in need of plumbing service.

I was so impressed that Jeff responded to my request for service within an hour and schedule for an appointment next morning (Monday). Mr. Andre Peterson came to do the troubleshooting on my front yard and found out there was a main water pipe leakage. I reached out to several plumbing companies for a rate quote. In Demand was one of the few that actually gave me one without having to come to my house first. They were very responsive and up front whenever I communicated with them. Once we decided on a date and time the plumber completed the job quickly and even shared with me some advice on how to ensure that my appliances last longer. The price was very reasonable, too. Very reliable and professional. Had a gas pipe installed a few years back for a somewhat expensive but reasonable value. I wanted to get more work done with this company however their prices now make their work a very poor value. For example a $600 gas water heater, which is a two hour job for a professional, now costs upwards to $2000. I'll be doing the work myself and can't image how most people can afford this kind of service.

It ended up being our fire sprinkler line which had to be repaired by a specialist. Jeff Clinkenbeard, the owner, was committed to me being 100% satisfied with the work completed. I discovered that when water splashed or was poured on the newly intalled new Delta kitchen faucet, a small amount of water leaked down into the cabinet. I called twice and Jeff sent Russel back out twice to address the issue. But when water splashed I still had the smal leak. A few days later I emailed Jeff that I still had a problem and he sent Matt out. Matt checked everything again and found the faucet to be defecive. Matt replaced the defective faucet with the new Delta faucet I requested. I requested the Delta Model 100LF-WF faucet like the one I originally had for 20 years.
My new Delta faucet works great and no leaks! There was no additional charge. I am 100% satisfied with the work completed. Thank you Jeff, Russel and Matt.

Just have to give a quick shout out to these guys. I called because I had low water pressure throughout the house rather suddenly, and he talked me through checking the shut-off valve to the house from the phone--just being super nice. Had 5 things done for a total of $250. Did it all in an hour

1-fixed a dishwasher that did not drain
2-changed the washer hot and cold valves that were rusted and needed replacement including the hoses ( I provided the hoses)
3- fixed the leaking kitchen sink
4-turned on the fridge water valve that was stuck due to rust (now we can make ice and get water from the fridge)
5- checked and adjusted the water pressure

Safe to say after testing all repairs that this is my go to for plumbing and will use again to replace my water heater in the future. I had all these issues going on for awhile and thought I'd have to replace a lot of things but it ended up being some simple fixes and minor replacement. Thank you Jeff for being a professional and doing a good job.

My sink leaked and I thought it was one of the hoses. Contacted In a demand who booked an appt for the next day. I sent a pic if the issue and They did suggest a new faucet so in order to be prepared purchased this at Lowe's.
Josh was punctual, professional And Upon inspection it was confirmed the faucet was corroded, and upon closer inspection the disposal was also a mess so he replaced it as well. Good service, work performance more than satisfactory. Great value!
I will definitely utilize In Demand for other projects on the list as I also wanted to use local business.

This was the easiest repair I have ever done. Here is what happened:

It is a Saturday Im enjoying myself at the start of a 2 week out of state vacation and I get notified from a friend that a spigot in my backyard has a good leak. I realize that I don't want this spigot leaking for 2 weeks so I get on Yelp and send out some messages. Jeff from In Demand replies shortly after saying he can schedule someone to come out Monday and fix it. Cost is $150 and I can pay online after work is done. I give Jeff the green light to have it done.

Sure enough.....Monday comes and I get a message that work has been done. An invoice comes shortly afterward to my email. I pay invoice.

This was too simple and too easy. That's the way I like to do things.

I cannot recommend this company enough! They showed up within an hour of my call for waterline And sewer line repair and ultimately a rerouting of both lines.
To a person, including the owner,(Jeff), everyone was responsible, professional and worked really hard all day long!
They went above and beyond, the price was fair, and they cleaned everything up when the job was done.

The bathroom sink in our tenant's house was clogged, and though normally this is not a big deal, they are great tenants and I live out of the area, so I reached out to several plumbers in the area and In Demand was by far the most responsive, courteous, and fair-priced.
Jeff was going to come at 3:00 pm, but was done early on another call and went straight to the house, fixed the issue in no time, and all is good!

I cannot say what peace of mind it is to have a company that you can depend on for good, honest, and reputable work.

I stripped and broke two screws from my shower handle cover into my shower valve. It was a mess that I created and spent many tireless hours trying to fix by myself. I finally gave up.

I decided to call 2 local companies who looked at the problem and told me I needed a new valve with a cost range of $600-800. The new valve replacement also required that I have someone fix the sheetrock hole it would create at a separate price.

In Demand Plumbing was the 3rd company I decided to call. Luckily I did, because as soon as my technician arrived he knew how to fix the problem without replacing the valve. The technician took the stripped screws out and replaced the shower handle within 30 mins. The price was very affordable and the service was top notch. In Demand Plumbing will be my go to company for all my plumbing needs!

I moved from Alameda County into the Summerset 55+ community in Brentwood approx two months ago. It's a nice home, but had not been maintained for the past 10 years. It had illegal (DIY) outdoor gas/sink & electrical connections, toilet issues, old/nonfunctioning salt water softener and reverse osmosis, leaky faucets, etc. After researching, meeting, and receiving quotes from several top rated plumbers via Yelp, I selected Matt Hartman with In Demand. Matt is good people -- no nonsense, upfront, knowledgeable and experienced. His quote was significantly lower than the others...he didn't try to upsell me (like another top rated plumber). Bottom line, one must have TRUST in their hired professional (especially when you're a senior) both in their skills and work ethics.

Work In Demand performed: Installation of whole house water filter, 3 new toilets, disconnection/removal of illegal gas/water line and equipment, non-functioning reverse osmosis, replacement/repair of two leaky faucets. One bonus worth mentioning - - Jeff, the owner, will take and dump your old equipment (included in their quote). Other plumbers wouldn't, which is a hassle and more $$ to find another dump resource.

In conclusion, I rarely make recommendations/give 5 stars, In Demand has earned both! They are my plumber from hereon. Love them!

I had to contact someone to help me with a hot water pipeline leakage and it was late in the afternoon already. In Demand Plumbing was one of the few who responded right away and accommodated my request to fix the it the following day. It was my husband who was at home when the plumber came in and he did an excellent job. Very quick, efficient and knowledgeable to all questions we addressed. Jeff was prompt with the initial quote via Yelp. He asked questions to find out more about the type of water heater I had. He sent a text message about 20 minutes early to let me know he was on his way. Once here, he had his mask and gloves on. He was able to assess the situation and within 45 minutes was able to complete the job. He also made recommendations on what to expect based on the age of the water heater and did recommend looking into getting another one soon. The payment was easy and affordable.

THESE GUYS WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! Beware!!!!!
I would give this company no starts or negative stars if I could. Most of these reviews are fake done by the business. Worst experience I have had from any plumbing company.

I was charged $1000 dollars erroneous amount for the plumber to fix some pipe issues, after inspection and replacing parts the issue of backed up pipes occurred again. I called a commercial company as In demand could not fix or find the problem and as a result wasted my money and time. Roto Rooter fixed the problem and was honest about all issues that needed to be fixed..

I ended up paying and eating the cost that in Demand Demanded lol but what a joke!!! Had to pay two companies and as a result In Demand robbed me from fixing the issue and out $1000 due to their lack of training. Please avoid them at all cost just wanted to write this to help others from dealing with such issues and headaches.

The overall experience was great. My kitchen sink was leaking and I assumed it was the garbage disposal. It happened Sunday and I needed help then since you know the kitchen sink is quite important but after communicating with Jeff the owner, it happened to work out for us both to have them come out on Tuesday so I could be here for anything that was needed. Not only was the garbage disposal replaced but I also had the faucet replaced. I was quoted a price and while doing the job the hot water valve broke which had to be replaced. Russell told me about the extra charge and I gave my ok since now the price changed. Ohhh the joys of being a homeowner. Didn't realize how not knowing how to do things yourself can add up $$$ but I'm very happy with their service and will definitely keep them in mind for the future. Thank you Jeff and Russell

I was leaving to work one morning and noticed a puddle of water underneath my tankless water heater. I reached out to Jeff via yelp and he was able to schedule me right away.

He came out on time and opened up the water heater and knew exactly where it was leaking from. He got on his phone and called the manufacturer to order the part. The part came with in a few days and he came out and installed it right away.

Unfortunately, the next morning i noticed a little bit of a leak and reached out to him, mind you this was Christmas Eve and he was at my house with in a few hours and noticed one of the screws had snapped in half. He went to Home Depot and got the screw and we were all taken care of.

Jeff was knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. He is also a super nice guy and definitely my go to person for plumbing issues. I can't recommend him enough!

Found them on the next door app, saw their reviews on yelp and contacted them and a few other places. Their response time was so quick and their prices were the best. They were also very accommodating to our needed time slots. They text and email the appointment information. They wore a mask and were super nice according to my family members who were home. The faucet replacement in my bathroom and the pop up assembly installation in the master bath were done all nice and neat. Making a payment was easy too. You can use Venmo, Zelle or any ATM or Credit Card using the link they send to your email. I will definitely contact them again if I have any other plumbing needs.

I placed a project on Yelp for an emergency flooding in my home and Jeff was the first to respond! He initially scheduled one of his technicians for the afternoon but after giving him additional information about the situation, he agreed to send his technician that morning. First and foremost, Jeff was very responsive on Yelp and via text. He gave me a timeframe on when to expect the technician and right at the hour he texted to let me know his technician is on the way. So, Jeff. You wouldn't return my calls or text about giving me the tool to change the filters in the Aquasana whole house softener system you installed in 2019. This tool is supposed to be provided with the system. I had to call Aquasana directly, provide them with the system information and a photo to confirm what you installed, and they were nice enough to agree to send me the tool without charge, given the difficulty I experienced trying to get you to respond. It would have been so much nicer to see you step up.

Our hot water heater went out on a Saturday and we couldn't find a plumber open or thst would answer my call on their emergency line......all but In Demand. I texted the owner, Jeff and he had his service tech, also named Jeff, call us within 30 min. Service tech Jeff was fabulous. Not only did he get the job done within a few days, parts had to be ordered, but he also informed us on how to get the $300+ parts for free through the water heater company due to fire hazard related recalls. Our water heater stopped working properly. The water only heats to a lukewarm temperature and since I work about 14 hours a day my wife found In Demand Plumbing on Yelp. He told my wife he would come out and diagnose the problem for $88. He arrived, my wife directed him to our water heater and tried to explain the best she could what was going on. The plumber did a quick visual inspection, looked at the tag to find the age of our water heater and told her it was old and needed to be replaced and quoted her something like $4000 to replace it. He was able to accomplish all of this without trying to figure out whether we could fix it in less then 10 minutes then left with our $88.

Showed up quick and ready. It was definitely a mystery to me why there was a leak on the bottom of the wall but after a little they were able to figure it out! The wall had a tube that was rubbing against a nail that wore through and caused a hole! They replaced the tube and fixed the issue! Good service and honest! Our 22 year old water heater went out on Thursday, I called Jeff and he was there on Friday by noon with a new water heater ready to go. Over the phone we discussed water heater quality (I got 22 years last time) and from my pictures he was able to give me my options and price points. My worthless home warranty only works with contractors that have 3.5 stars or less, and couldn't get someone out to fix my clogged drain (which was causing flooding in the house) for 3 days. Jeff is the best! Very professional, arrived on time and gets the work done. I had him replace two leaky hose bibs that weren't covered by my home warranty. Well, what can I say... Jeff, the tech, was awesome! He came out for an emergency call, despite previous events... He was super professional & provided a great service. I called three highly rated yelp plumbers to get quotes and Jeff gave the most reasonable quote and by far seemed the most straightforward about the issues. He even caught an additional leak in the bathroom that was not noticed by the other plumbers.

In addition, he gets major brownie points for helping me kill a spider in my house before I even hired him.

I can't recommend In Demand Plumbing enough. My toilet was completely clogged so I did some research and came across In Demand. Within minutes of my inquiry I had an appointment scheduled for just a few hours later. Jeff arrived promptly and had the toilet fixed quickly. He had a little time to check out some of the other small tasks and was able to complete them on the spot. I was so impressed with his service I scheduled another appointment with him to change out an old regulator. And again, very prompt and knowledgeable, he diagnosed the problem during his first visit and it was exactly that. So friends, if you need a plumber, In Demand Plumbing is who you need!!!

I needed a last minute toilet unclogged and Jeff was very receptive and helpful in getting us in within the hour. His tech came out, Russell, within 30 minutes from hanging up and he couldn't have been nicer! The house owner's friend was unable to clear a clog in their toilet that has been been tank-less for almost a year I was told that it was my fault even though I do not use that bathroom, (I have my own and it flushes properly.) So I looked on Yelp and found Jeff and company, They set an appointment for mid day Friday, They were backed up (yes, that is a pun) and had to change the arrival time to late afternoon. Jeff arrived masked and ready to root. He snaked the toilet and didn't find any clog, Since he was here he offered to put the new parts (which had been purchased more than 7 months ago) and reassemble the unit. It seems that sitting for that time allowed the tank bolts and gasket to vanish. Jeff went to the store an bought the needed parts put the tank on the toilet only to find it leaked. The fix would be to replace the whole toilet. Jeff returned on Monday with the replacement and installed it without any problems. I am happy with the service provided and would recommend them for similar plumbing needs. Nobody is perfect so they get a healthy 4 stars.

This is the way a company should be run. I was waiting on another company that was 2 hours past their quoted arrival window (with no calls to me with status updates, I had to keep calling them to find out where and when the technician was expected to arrive). After deciding their lack of communication was unacceptable I checked Yelp! And saw the high ratings for In Demand Plumbing. I called and checked to see if they could come out same day and they confirmed that they could. Jeff arrived literally within minutes and quickly diagnosed, repaired, and provided a bit of end user education on my hot water heater.

We received great service from this company with our sewer line repair. Josh and his three colleagues were extremely careful in excavating the old line and he even found a creative way to save the old Japanese Maple tree which had grown into the old line and installed a two-way connector in order to separate the two sewer lines that converged from the left and right side of the home to allow for better access to each individual line. The crew made sure to leave the front lawn the way they found it. One cannot tell that they had dug up a huge hole to expose the old pipe, He also helped us with inspecting the lines in our crawl space afterwards and took numerous pictures showing us in detail what problems we may face in the future and explaining why these problems may arise. When we moved to this new neighborhood, we were very worried finding a new plumbing company we can trust and we are very happy to have found one that is so responsive and professional from scheduling to the completion of the project. We'll definitely keep their number handy for any future projects.

I messaged Jeff about a faulty water heater, he got back to me promptly as was able to come out quickly. He was super friendly, took care of my water heater issue with no problems. He immediately knew what the problem was and knew how to fix it. My favorite thing about Jeff's service was his honesty. I called In Demand Plumbing for an emergency service due to a water pipe break. I called several plumbing companies and most of those I called cannot take my emergency request on the same day, as soon as possible. I saw In Demand Plumbing from NextDoor and when I talked to Jeff, he graciously took my emergency request and valued the urgency of my call. He immediately dispatched one of his plumbers, his plumber arrived after 30 minutes from my initial call. His plumber named Josh is one of the most friendly, knowledgeable and honest, and very professional. Josh came in to answer all our questions, explain to us what the fix will do and the life of the fix whether it's temporary or permanent. He also recommended a long term solution in our water line design. Josh immediately found the cause of the water pipe burst, and it was due to a nail that penetrated through the hot copper line, and this was true because we recently had a contractor re-do our house flooring and baseboard. The nail on the baseboard caused the puncture. I am extremely happy and satisfied with In Demand Plumbing. This is how customer service is, listening to customer needs, showing empathy, acknowledging and taking action in the most timely manner. In Demand Plumbing showed all of those. I will definitely reach out to In Demand Plumbing in the future, but hopefully that will be the last water pipe break in my house as it was a stressful event! Thanks, Jeff and your team!

I had a drainage issue in a house I own and rent out to my daughter in Pittsburg. I messaged through Yelp and Jeff got back to me either that same day or the next morning (Sat). I explained the situation, he asked a couple of questions and set us up for a mid-day visit for Monday. Wasn't quite expecting this so fast but I'll take it! Jeff was great. The day he was supposed to come over, he called to see if he could come earlier than expected. I missed the call, so he came when he said he would. He saw our issue and fixed it within 5 minutes. He basically didn't even charge us for it. Then we asked him to do a quick re-piping of the sink in the kitchen, he was done in like 30-45 min. Then I asked him about a slow drain in our bedroom, he showed me how to check the trap, and he had it flowing well in less than 5 min. In the end, he just charged us for the re-piping. Great price, great service.

Excellent workmanship, he was on time, friendly, and the price was decent. I asked him to replace the sewer pipe flange to the toilet. He did hat and bolted the new one to the concrete, re-installed the toilet and then fine-tuned it. It needed a new flush valve and some tweaking of the overflow pipe ... he paid attention to all the simple things to make it work right. He didn't just replace the flange (which is all I asked him to do, initially), he made the system work right. I would recommend him w/o reservation.

Jeff is amazing and I am VERY particular and exacting. Jeff accommodated my busy schedule with the appointment. He phoned to let me know he would be a few minutes late with the rain. Upon arrival he was pleasant and smiling. This job was an outdoors digging for the gas line to the firepit which was leaking and PG&E disconnected. Jeff identified the connection leak, went to get the necessary part, did the repair and cleaned all the mud off the patio so you would never know he had been there.

His pricing is very reasonable, his attitude amazing and the quality of his work superb. He double checked the line under pressure for leaks and everything was perfect. He came up with suggestions for maintenance and when asked discussed a solution for another problem. He quoted a price on the spot and explained the lead time necessary to order a part on-line which saves me as the consumer money. How many companies work this hard for their customers? Very few making Jeff stand heads and shoulders above most businesses. I can not recommend Jeff highly enough and will call him for any work in the future.

This is a long overdue review (October 2019), but with being indoors right now I have the time to do some of the reviews i have been meaning to do. We had issues with our toilets. Upstairs and downstairs. It would continuously overflow just a little. We tried fixing it ourselves, but didn't solve the problem. My wife loves using yelp or Nextdoor app to find good ratings on businesses and came across In Demand Plumbing. We set an appointment with Jeff and he came, did what he had to do and our toilets were working just fine in no time. Very friendly local plumber. I had an emergency it turned out to be a 10 minute fix almost flooded my house. I called these guys and the response I got was I can be out there in a week. What a great business that really cares about its neighbors. This company is not the company for emergencies or help. The guy at homedepot was more help than this guy. When I tried to explain further I got no response and and haven't heard from him since. I live a couple blocks away not like it was out of his way!with the advice of the Home Depot guy I fixed it quick and saved a lot of cash. First impressions are lasting impressions. Took Friday off and walked into the garage only to notice water where I've never seen it, my first thought was water heater. After overeating at a buffet, we returned home and confirmed the water heater was leaking from the bottom. My first reaction is go to yelp. I found In Demand and shot them request for a quote, it was around 3pm Friday. Yelp shot 4 requests for quotes and In Demand was the guts to respond with a quote ass well as willing to take a look within a half hour. Jeff arrived at 3:30, explained the process which I didn't understand some and was able to start immediately. I had already cleared a path to the water heater so Jeff went to work by starting with draining the tank then a visit to the plumbing store for supplies. After returning, Jeff tore into and I left him alone. I popped in periodically but didn't want to distract him. I after a while I noticed Jeff was wrapping it up so we chatted, nice guy. All I can say was Jeff rescued us from an evening of discomfort, the job looks good and the price was good as well as adding a pan under the water heater to direct the water away from the wall when it finally fails in a decade or so, hopefully. Jeff's labor is warranted for a year and the tank has a six year warranty. Thanks Jeff

Last night I had to contact Jeff again regarding another leak under my sink. This was a new problem and not due to anything Jeff did. Jeff responded to me immediately and set me with an appointment for first thing in the morning. This morning I had a slight conflict with my appointment and I contacted Jeff. He immediately responded and was able to change the time. Jeff arrived at my home at the new appointment time and fixed the leak. Can't say enough about how great the service I had received from In Demand Plumbing was, when our water tank gave up the ghost. Jeff was very easy to reach, very accommodating and was very prompt and quick to serve, despite his busy schedule. He fit in an emergency replacement job that included a warranty claim (which is a complication on its own) without any issues whatsoever and took care of the entire job very speedily. It's not easy to find such a reliable plumber (or contractor!) these days and very glad that Jeff is one such plumber.

Jeff from In demand Plumbing is the way to go for your plumbing needs. We needed someone to do 2 toilet installation for us so I messaged Jeff thru yelp and received a prompt and informative response. The pricing Jeff gave was the most competitive and reasonable out of all the quotes I received (better than Home Depot toilet installation cost). He arrived on the scheduled date and time and went straight to work. He was fun and professional at the same time. We appreciate the work he did. He took his time and made sure everything worked accordingly. He hauled away our old toilets (included in the quote he sent me) installed the new ones, and left our bathroom floor cleaner than when he first arrived! From start to finish, it was spot on! In Demand came through again! Our 25 year old water heater chose to up and fail all over the garage while we were flying home from vacation yesterday. Our house-sitter and neighbors got it all shut down and mopped up all the water but we were left with no hot water with 2 weeks worth of laundry and needing showers after a 10 hour flight. Called up In Demand this morning at 8:30. Jeff came over at 10:00 and left us with a brand new water heater at noon. Way less expensive than we feared and done so fast. I'm now off to the showers.

I contacted In Demand Plumbing on my way to work this morning, I explained my situation with my water heater that would not stay lit, then eventually wouldn't light at all. NO hot water. I will definitely be calling Jeff for any future plumbing needs. I had a clog somewhere in my house and we called Rescue Rooter initially to deal with the problem. They didn't manage to fix it, but charged a cool $500 to...not resolve the problem (and also try to upsell us on installing a cleanout we didn't actually need for another 5 Gs). So, with my hair on fire, I went to Yelp and found In Demand Plumbing. Jeff responded to my quote request promptly, was here right on time today, and dealt very fairly with my mom and me. He got everything fixed, made a really cost-effective suggestion for avoiding future problems, and offered to do another minor fix on my toilet (but didn't quote me a crazy upcharge for it), and...problem solved. Called for a same day appointment on a Monday due to our main water line (that's feeding our home) rupturing and the lady who picked up the phone was friendly and was able to connect me to a tech the same day. I'd give Jeff of In Demand Plumbing 6+ stars if I could! Originally contacted him about some valves that needed to be replaced. He responded quickly, we found a time that worked for us both, and he came out to evaluate our issues. We had a previous quote from another plumber, and it was much higher for the valves, plus that plumber said we also needed a new water heater. Jeff gave a fair and more reasonable quote than the first, and when asked about the water heater, told us to budget for a new water heater in the future, but did not try to sell us on purchasing one now. Jeff fixed all our issues the day of the quote, was polite and efficient, and fixed a few additional issues he found for a very reasonable price. The additional issues he found were presented as options instead of mandatory fixes. He also noticed a faucet aerator was clogged, and replaced it for free!

After his visit, we noticed that the faucet with the new aerator seemed to have lower water pressure. I contacted him, he responded quickly, and offered to come out and check it out. We arranged a time, and, unfortunately, I was held up with an emergency, so I emailed him that I'd be late arriving at our house. He was gracious, even though I arrived 20 minutes after the time we arranged. He spent about an hour resolving the problem, and went to the store to purchase a new aerator for us. Problem resolved! He also willingly listened to the ticking/dripping noise in our walls and confirmed he thought there was no leaking. As he was leaving, I asked what I owed him, and he wouldn't accept payment for his time or the new aerator. This Yelp review is my thanks to him!

If and when our water heater DOES go out (or for other plumbing needs), we will call Jeff first! He is the business owner, and it shows in the pride he takes in providing outstanding customer service and quality work at great prices.

Jeff was very professional, prompt and courteous. We had no water pressure or volume in our master bath shower. I had checked out a number of possible problems with no luck. When Jeff arrived, we went over the issues. He checked out more possible issues that could cause the problem. We finally settled on the shower valve. I called Tuesday morning for water heater repair and was scheduled for Tuesday by lunch time. The Technician called when he was in on is way. Gave me an expected time of arrival and got there as expected(I was 5 mins late). He was courteous, knowledgeable about the issue, installed the part and was completed in less than 30 mins. I'd called a couple other companys that charges $99-120 just to come out.( I told them each I knew the problem and had the part) but they had to determine the issue. I called after 6:30 to report that my septic tank (or sewer line or whatever) was overflowing into my back yard. They came within the hour and rooted it to clear the line. That cost me 150. They came back the next day with a camera (free with initial purchase?) and confirmed that the pipe was cracked, smooshed, leaking, and not even connected to the city sewer anymore. Basically, the pipe was useless and the contents being flushed down the toilet were just staying in my house fertilizing my lawn (my roses really started to flower again as a result of this problem).

The next day, Jeff called regarding the price. I had JUST bought the house and literally had no money left for this type of emergency repair. However, Jeff was extremely understanding to my financial situation and worked out an extremely aggressive price where he not only laid new pipe to connect my house to the city sewer system, but also fixed 3 other plumbing issues in the house too!

Fantastic customer service, great response time, and fantastic pricing!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Jeff at InDemand. Our water heater went out over the weekend. I tried a few local plumbers who either did not answer or try to schedule me for an appointment days later. I called InDemand on Sunday and to my surprise an actual person answered. I descirvewd the problem and was told the estimated cost as well as that someone could be there in the next two hours. I got a return call that stated they were running late. Nice to know that you can get a call when the worker is running late as oppose to just waiting with no info.

When Jeff arrived he quickly determined the root cause and fix the heater. There was no surprise costs or the dreaded this isnt up to code. As he was leaving he pointed out a leak on our outside faucet and suggested he could fix that as well. So I gave him the go ahead and he repaired a leak that I forgot all about.

Bottom line. The work was done quickly and professionally. Jeff kept me aprised of when he would be there and of all the work he would do. I know now who to call if I run into another issue with our plumbing.

Thanks Jeff and InDemand for your great work on a Sunday that otherwise would have left us in the cold (water that is).

Wow. I was referred to Jeff and In Demand Plumbing. After reviewing other Yelp reviews, I called the offices to see if they offer residential toilet repair services. They said yes, but that Jeff was out on a job and would need to return my call. Jeff called me back immediately, saying he was in the area and could take a look at our toilet immediately. He arrived at our home within 3 min. He assessed the problem and immediately noted we needed to replace the toilet, offered several options, left our home to bring back a new toilet. Within 2 hours we had a new toilet. He was dissatisfied with the quality of the seat (a scratch at the manufacturer), so he volunteered to return the next business day to replace it.

On a Sunday afternoon, I decided to put an old box of Rice Krispies down my garbage disposal. About halfway through, I realized what a mistake it was when the snap, crackle, pop sound was very strong, and the krispies were no longer going down. I took out the excess krispies, and waited for the water to go down, but it did not. Then, I looked under the sink and saw a leak coming steadily from the u shaped pipe. I knew I was in trouble! So I put a container under the leak, and decided to call Jeff, the plumber who had helped me last time to install my new kitchen faucet. I thought I would have to leave a message, but he answered the phone, and said he could be here in 15 minutes. I was so grateful! He arrived, promptly cleared the kitchen drain line, removed the krispie build up, tested the line to see that it was clear, and made sure there were no leaks in the pipes. I am so impressed that he was able to stop by on a Sunday evening. He said he can't always do that, but I would recommend Jeff to anyone who needs a plumber. He is quick, capable, and efficient.

I had a great experience with Jeff from In Demand Plumbing! When I called and left a message explaining the problems, Jeff returned the call right away. We then scheduled an appointment, and he gave me a one-hour window for when he would arrive, and also said he would call when he was on his way. He did call, and he did arrive during the window that he gave me. When Jeff arrived he removed his shoes before entering the house. He quickly discovered what was causing the problems. I also had a less common problem, but he was able to figure it out quickly, and the solution was simply running some water in a sink and tub that I never use. I'm so happy to have that problem solved without an expensive repair! A dishonest person could have easily made up a bogus problem, and charged me for resolving it. He was efficient in completing the repairs, and also tightened a toilet seat while he was here without me asking. Jeff also honored an online discount for $25.

Sadly, when calling different companies for various repairs around the house, I'd estimate that about 80% of the time people either don't return phone calls, or set appointments and then come late without calling, or sometimes even don't show up at all! And after all of that, sometimes they do poor work to top it off. But from start to finish, Jeff was professional, friendly, and honest. He did a great job, and it was a pleasure to work with him! I will definitely call Jeff again for future repairs!

Jeff @ In Demand Plumbing is one of the most courteous and professional plumbers I have ever dealt with! I thought there was a sewage gas leak in my master bathroom. Jeff came out to give a free estimate. He had to get under my house to check things out, but before he could, the crawl space opening was blocked by filing cabinets. He moved everything for me! When it came to getting the job done, he found that it wasn't a gas leak, and wasn't even a plumbing issue at all (it was a dead rat in the wall :( ewwww!), but he fixed what was wrong anyways! He was able to clean everything out for me, and closed all of the openings. Any other plumber would have said that it wasn't their job, but Jeff was great! He even cleaned up after himself & took his shoes off at my door. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber & I will definitely use his services again! Thanks again Jeff!

Jeff installed a new bath tub, shower valve, five angle stops, and a tub spout as part of our bath remodel. He did an excellent job and completed the work in the estimated amount of time. His price was fair and competitive. Jeff even offered helpful advice for the do-it-myself part of the job.

Based on our experience from two visits, we trust Jeff' and we are confident in his ability. When the need arises, we will ask him to bid on future work. He is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and does a clean job. Everything we expect from a contractor.

Really great plumber.
Everything else is average, but once I talked to Jeff (The plumber I got assigned to), I really felt he put my interest first.

He came the day after he contacted me, and arrived on time on the appointment.
Did the job very swiftly (Clogged shower tub and toilet), and identified the cause of the clogged drain. Best plumber, very satisfied and best price out of the 3 other plumbing companies I contacted.

I would recommend this company pretty highly.

My wife and I wanted to replace an old water heater as our first project after purchasing a foreclosed property. I contacted In Demand Plumbing and Jeff C. answered and informed me that he would be available in the afternoon. Not only was he punctual but he also called 10 minutes before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. He assessed the situation, told him what we wanted done and gave us quote with a discount and went to work. Jeff installed the unit, cleaned up well and even made a few minor repairs without added charge. We have used In Demand Plumbing twice now, for different issues. Both times Jeff was readily available and took care of everything professionally and in a timely manner. He was able to handle everything on my list during his first visit (and it was a long list, including changing out 2 faucets, fixing 2 running toilets and removing a glass door from a shower stall, among other things). He and his co-worker, Emerson worked quickly and even cleaned up afterwards! The second time I called was for a more serious issue and Jeff fit me into his schedule right away. He is prompt and even calls to let you know he is on his way. Excellent customer service and reasonable rates. My old 1990's shower was leaking at the valve. I got a few estimates and I decided to hire In Demand Plumbing. I'm glad I did! Jeff gave me a simple and straight forward estimate. He delivered exactly what he said. He replaced the valve, cartridge and trim in about 2 hours. He did his job superbly and cleanly. He's very friendly an open person by the way. I discovered a leak of water near the water main. I was very concern that it could cost me an arm and a leg. I was able to turn off the water and Jeff came in early next morning. He dug out around the pipe and was able to fix the leak in no time and thank God for a very reasonable price. I used to have Manuel Garcia take care of my pluming problems but since he got out of business, I am glad I can rely on someone competent, local and very friendly with In Demand plumbing. I emergently contacted In Demand Plumbing due to my water heater breaking overnight. Oh what a mess to wake up to, but In Demand saved my day! I'm a fan. Jeff replaced my hot water heater, exactly to the dollar what he quoted on the phone, in/ out/ & done in 90 mins, and had the courtesy to take his shoes off before coming in the house without having to be asked. Totally friendly, and on time. I got 4 bids before choosing him. He was within $100 of being the cheapest. I maybe could have saved a bit if Id have shopped even more, but this guy came across right, he deserved the job. I'm very happy.

Another satisfied customer!!! My toilet was leaking, so went on yelp, and found In Demand Plumbing. I called and spoke to Jeff. After talking about my toilet problem, he set up an appointment for Saturday, March 24. Emerson, showed up on time and took a total of 45 minutes to fix the problem. This company rocks! I was leaving for vegas in feb. and they came out the night I was leaving gave me a estimate that was very right on the money. They came and repaired my sink while I was gone. I must say, I was very pleased when my husband called me this morning to let me know that we had a letter on our front doorstep. I will say that Jeff made this situation MORE than right in our book. He sent us a very nice apology letter-we probably should have called him directly to let him know what happened instead of taking it to the internet. But nonetheless, thank you to the owner, Jeff, for acknowledging what happened and so quickly. In addition to the nice letter, Jeff also refunded our money and then some to try and make up for what happened, which we really appreciated. Yelp was the reason I chose to give In Demand Plumbing a try, and if anything, Jeff has very good business ethics.

I was NOT impressed with this company at all. I spoke with Jeff regarding an issue with our pipes humming when we run hot water. He was very nice on the phone, but that's about the only positive thing I have to say about his company. First of all, another guy (not Jeff) shows up at our house (at least he was on time) and immediately says we need a new water heater. We just had our water heater replaced about a year prior, so I knew that was not the problem. The employee of In Demand Plumbing then informed us that our water heater was defective and that they could replace it with a new one through the warranty. All we had to do was pay In Demand Plumbing $350 for the labor to install it. REALLY?!!?! Sounded really fishy, so we paid the guy the diagnostic fee-which he claimed was $10 more than what Jeff told me on the phone. We did call Jeff regarding the pricing issue and he sent us a check in the mail for the $10. We called another legitimate plumber, who came out and discovered that we had an issue with our water pressure valve and all we had to do was turn the valve down. He also inspected our water heater and said there was NOTHING wrong with it! This other plumber, didn't even charge us and our pipes have since STOPPED humming! Do not use In Demand Plumbing because they are scam artists! I was hoping the owner would do the right thing and send us back the $75 diagnostic fee since clearly, they didn't even diagnose the REAL problem. I know I'm the only person to give this company a bad review and that might be just a reflection of the people Jeff hires. Had Jeff come out, instead of his crappy employee, things may have happened differently and he may have been able to diagnose the real problem. Jeff might be a good plumber, but I guess I'll never know because the guy Jeff sent to our house was horrible!

Jeff at In Demand Plumbing is AMAZING! I have an investment property in Martinez and had received bids OVER 15k for a new sewer lateral to be installed. I asked some colleagues who they would recommend and many came back and said In Demand Plumbing...I gave Jeff and call and he showed up, gave me 3 bids (varing in amount of work to be done) and when I called him to discuss the 3 options I said Jeff if this was your home what would you do? He advised me to take the least expensive option! He also saw that I had 20 feet of broken plumbing under my house and offered to fix it - INCLUDED in the cost of the sewer repair!!! He found a 2nd leak under my house and fixed that too - I never even received a phone call - he just took care of the issue! Work was to be started on Tues and completed end of day Thurs. He finished this Thurs AM ahead of schedule. I will send all of my clients to In Demand Plumbing - Jeff completed the job for 1/3 of what I was originally quoted! He has a client for life now!!! THANK YOU JEFF. One last thing...Jeff also contacted my neighbors and my tenant to introduce himself and tell them the scope of the work that was going to be started and completed. I like Jeff, his work ethic and abitity to get the job done right for the right price!

Jeff is great. I moved into a house and while having a dishwasher installed found out that the garbage disposal was broken, the shut off valves under the sink did not shut off and the pipe leaked. I called Jeff on Sunday afternoon, he gave me an estimate over the phone and we set up an appointment for the next morning. He arrived on time, was very professional and fixed everything plus some more. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs!

We gave In-Demand a call and spoke with Emerson, he was friendly and courteous on the phone and later at the house also. We had some older supply lines to sinks and toilets around the house that needed to be upgraded and we also wanted 6 hose bibs replaced. We scheduled a week in advance and sure enough on the date and the exact time Emerson showed up walked the job, brought all he needed to complete the interior work, then ran to the supply house for the exterior work parts. He was clean, timely, very careful of our property and a very nice guy to work with. I would highly recommend these fellas for any plumbing needs, I'm sure we'll give them a call for the next plumbing project around the house.

Discovered we had a water leak under our house. No experience with plumbers so I turned to Yelp. Jeff had some very positive comments from previous customers so I gave him a call. I called him at about 11:15 A.M. and he said he could come over and take a look between 2 and 3 PM. He called about 15 min. before he arrived to tell me he would be there in 15 min. We purchased a home back in july and had a few plumbing problems i callled In Demand. Jeff came right out and fixed the problems and explained everything in detail and gave options. Well, this week we were on our way out to go to work and there was water everywhere!! A pipe burst.. i called Jeff and they came out and dug up yard and found the break, replace pipe and did an amazing job on cleanup, you would never know that they were there. In Demand is a the best! This work took place earlier this year, but I've been behind in writing this review. In Demand Plumbing increased the existing gas line and extended it to the new kitchen I was remodeling. The City of Danville required schematic / isometric drawing and gas calc's so I decided to call In Demand Plumbing. Jeff immediately came to my home, provided an estimate on the spot, and did the work as agreed. He had to come back a few weeks later when I scheduled the rough-in inspections. His work passed the first time with the City's inspector. Great job, on time and competitive price!
