We've been using these guys for awhile now.  They did a major upgrade of our sewer line several years ago.  Best recommendation from Moshin was install a clean out in front of our house for those just in case.  We went ahead and invested in a trenchless replacement of our sewer line.  Best investment cause tonight, we needed our sewer line snaked.  I know they were busy but Mo did not hesitate to send a tech immediately it was going to be a quick service call.  Sayed came, snaked the line and in a few seconds, we hear both tubs go bloop, and the everything drained immediately.  Service was efficient.  Cost was affordable.  Response was absolutely wonderful as if we had our own plumber next door.  God bless these guys that provide a quick turn around.  Moshin, you guys are awesome as always.

I needed a new water heater.  The owner took me through my options and it was really easy to realize this was the right guy.  He and one of his workers came out the next day and the work was done in just over an hour.  What was also important to me was that the fellow that worked with him clearly  felt good about his boss - always a good sign that you are working with the right company.  water heater installed, working well, no mess, no hassle.

My toilet backed up on a super rainy Saturday. I called Anytime Plumbing, and Sam Spiegel returned my call within a half hour. He was finishing up another job, and told me the approximate time he was available. He arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He fixed the toilet, and gave me a brief tutorial on what products to use. On a side note, Sam did not get irritated with my little dog who barked at him the entire time he was here! I was apologetic about the pooch's nervous barking, but Sam was very pleasant and understanding about little rescue dog issues. I will highly recommend Anytime Plumbing to all of my  Santa Cruz friends and neighbors.

Contact was prompt and courteous.  Service by Eric was professional and efficient. He called to keep me informed about the time he would arrive and was clean and considerate of my home.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

We needed a plumber on a Sunday as we had a valve that wouldn't shut off. Bell sent Gert that day! Gert was amazing quick and through. He and Bell followed through orders the part and installed. Prices were fair and Gert was professional and prompt.  We will be calling Bell for all of our future plumbing issues. Thank you Gert and Bell!!

I originally contacted Chuck in Sept to get quotes on changing out toilets and vanity cabinets, however due to unforseen circumstances,  I had to put it on hold and renovate my kitchen instead.

I called Chuck to see if he was able to help with kitchen project, but he wasn't able to.  So we both agreed that once my kitchen was done, he'd be happy to help with other projects that would be $500 or less because he's not allowed to charge above that by law.

I recently text him over the holidays and has not heard one reply.  Am quite disappointed as Chuck is aa nice man n was prompt in his previous responses.

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Danny from Bellows Heating and Cooling was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the wiring to our cooling system. We bought our home just under a year ago and weren't familiar with the installation of the HVAC system. Now we have full functionality and can enjoy the Air conditioners full potential.  Thank you Bellows!

We needed some work done on our loose shower heads, and to fix an uphill discharge pipe from our hot water heater. We made an appointment with Shawn to come by and give us a cost estimate of the work. He had very competitive rates and was able to simply explain how he planned to fix our plumbing woes.

Day of, he arrived early and was ready to work. He completed the jobs quickly and efficiently, and was able to fix everything we had specced out during our walkthrough. He had to open about 1 square foot of drywall in each shower, and after fixing the shower heads, he put back the drywall he had originally cut. It was done in such a way that I could spackle and paint the edges myself. It saved me a few hundred bucks, not having to hire a handyman to do that for us!

BEST experience. I called many (10) companies. After describing the situation and location of my home (the house is on hill side) , 6 companies told me that they can't help me over the phone. The other 4 came to my house and gave various excuses and delayed the work to next day.
CK Plumbing was the 11th company I called. Tai came to my home within 45 minutes and took care of the problem within about 30 minuets. Although accessing the location was difficult, Tai and his partner were truly professionals and handled the job. They not only took care of the issue, their price was half as much as all other companies.
Truly the best service and price. My family and I are grateful.

I wish all service companies were as responsive and accountable as Marquez Plumbing.  I never hesitate to call them for all of my plumbing needs or a recommendation if they can't assist me.

Eugene came to my rescue for a faucet replacement. He was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process, informed me of the details, purchased the right faucets himself from home depo, installed and sent pictures after installation. He was one time, his price was fair, and he delivered on what he promised. It all happened while I was not even present at the property! Very good experience overall. We need more tradesman like him!

I called them multiple times, even my home warranty company called them, to setup an appointment and they have yet to call back (it's been 2 weeks!). I moved on to another company.

Out to our house.  They worked with us till the problem was solved even though it was a bigger job than anyone expected.  They kept us informed on the progress and what the plan was at each step.  One guy even made an extra stop to confirm the work has been completed.  They hard to dig up our part of our driveway and they made sure to Ghent the exact matching cement and gravel so u can not see the patch.  They were also the nicest guys!  They even liked our dogs! We highly recommend them.

Never had a problem in the past, but one of Ernie's guys has completely changed our opinion. We had the sound of running water (like a hose bib turned on all the way) when no water was supposed to be on. I was investigating the problem & isolated the noise to one of the shutoff systems & found a bad shutoff valve (this is when we called Ernie's). I needed that brass ball valve replaced so I could continue hunting down the running water noise. Also, I wanted one of  the pop-its on the backflow cleaned out, & I wanted them to make sure there wasn't some obvious leak  under the house causing the running water noise. So John came out. First, he wouldn't touch the ball valve because the galvanized pipes looked old. The backflow had 2 shutoffs which worked fine, but because of being turned on /off A LOT lately one was made stiffer because I had to tighten the gland nut (makes it harder to turn the handle). I told this to John more than once. He should've known to loosen he gland nut to turn the lever or NOT use those shutoffs at all since he had a meter key to turn off the water right at the meter...What pissed me off was seeing John torque on the threaded valve STEM  with vice-grips (at the very least he was stripping the threads!) but WORSE, the stem snapped off! John's solution: replace the WHOLE BACKFLOW device. He did find that the regulator was bad. The estimate to have the regulator & backflow replace -
$2,300.00, which included the 1 1/2 hr visit for all of the WORK?????!!!  for that day....We didn't approve the quote. Why? Turns out we don't need a backflow (thats the part that John blatantly broke unnecessarily & most expensive to replace). In fact, John never asked about our well & if it was connected to our system. It isn't, thats why we don't need the backflow. But the labor estimate of $1,500.00???? Thats just a RIP-OFF! And the audacity to charge $300.00 when nothing was fixed!!! Karma....Turns out one person replaced the regulator, removed the backflow & installed a new shutoff, & replaced that bad ball valve in under 2 hours (which eliminated the mystery running water noise). All of the things Ernie was going to charge us $2,300.00 to fix & another licensed plumber did it for under $500.00. Shame on Ernie's for employing a scammer like John! We like Ernie Jr. but this call totally changed our opinion & we'll never use Ernie's again.

My old faucets were almost destroyed, and I ordered new ones for both bathrooms. In the morning I called Fuse, in the evening I already had new faucets. Also, the guys Kirill and Stephen cleared the blockage in the toilet bowl, absolutely free of charge.
