I would recommend Chandlers Handyman service to anyone. He is customer service was outstanding and great work. We have had to issues with bathroom plumbing and both times he showed up same day and fixed the issues.

We had a series of unexpected simultaneous  plumbing problems in our 1940s home.  Amer and his excellent team solved each tricky plumbing challenge with skill and patience.  During the course of our multiple jobs, we met Amer (owner) , Jerry, Sam, James, and several other terrific Anytime  plumbers.  Everyone , including Sherry (the scheduler), is knowledgeable, respectful, pleasant, and considerate. From our old leaky water heater replacement, leaking shower & valve mess, front yard main line jetting and partial drain replacement, to our new vintage bathtub valves, the team expertly completed the work in a timely manner. They explained everything clearly and were open to our suggestions and concerns.  They even managed to save two small trees that were growing right near the main line project!   We will definitely use Anytime Plumbing again!  Thank you, Amer and team.

Vince called me 15 minutes ahead to notify me that he was on the way, the first good sign.  I got another call from him on the way home telling me how much the job would cost me, another good sign.  He explained to me the job and how the cost was structured and he offered some discount to descale my tankless water heater so I authorized the job.  He made sure he ran the pump long enough and got everything right so that's also good.

My neighbor just happened to have a leak under her kitchen sink so Vince took a quick look and gave her a FREE quick fix.  Even there is no warranty but it would definitely buy her some time to assess the situation and cost of the repair.  How often do you see this happening in today's world?

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

Freddy quickly fixed the plastic drain that I broke after I landed on the utility sink after falling off a ladder. He was super helpful and fixed it really quickly. I would recommend his work to everyone!

Last night I had the pleasure of having their newest Tech Zach come out to find the root of our back up. When my clean out wouldn't cooperate, the boss and his wife were there answering  their phones at 9pm in efforts to help him brainstorm.
We ended up deciding to come out in the morning hours with a fresh head and morning light. Bing bang boom they were done in an hour.
It's great to know a family owned company is so committed to helping  their customers no matter the time. I appreciate their efforts and won't go anywhere else.

Chuck is very easy to work with. Honest, reasonable price, quick response and shows up on time. He helped us put storage units together in the garage, and fixed our dish washer. Definitely recommend Chuck as a reliable handyman!

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

We recently had a major plumbing project to install a property line cleanout and replace some of the drainage systems in the house. Jennifer was AWESOME - she was knowledgeable and was thoughtful and transparent with her recommendations, she was also hilarious and overall one of the main reasons we went with Bellows over a few other bids we received. Pricing was also reasonable especially since they're a reputable company. Shout out to Nathan, Carlos, Alfonso, Eddie, and Hector for completing the work on schedule (only took 3 days for a major project including the inspection) and for making the process easily - always came to the door to let us know when they were getting started, warned us before they needed to turn off the water and when it was back on, got through inspection with no issues, and cleaned up at the end of each day and at the end of the project. Super appreciate Bellows and would highly recommend.

Needed to replace a toilet, posted my job and multiple responses appeared in my inbox.  What I'll say is make sure that you get multiple estimates as the prices vary wildly...from $100 surcharge to dispose of old fixture, to order it yourself, or I'll have to charge $50 for delivery.  

Thank goodness Shawn at All City Plumbing wasn't any of the above.  He responded promptly, arrived on time today for the job, was clean and did real nice work and in a short time.  Most importantly, he was a nice person and had a fair price quote.  I will using him again soon.

Niko is skilled, thoughtful, and reasonably priced. He fixed two problems with our shower that two other plumbers were unable to correct. He answered many questions that we had and was very patient. We were very impressed and happy with Niko and we HIGHLY recommend him to other home owners and renters in the East Bay.

We had a major bathroom sink backup and we thought the worst, major plumbing repair. My roommate requested a quote this morning and their response time was asap! They came over right away and fixed our sink which was just a major pipe block, fixed it super quick and at a great price.

We tried fixing it ourself, so of course it did not work!  We called Marquez, Frank Came out, showed us what went wrong, gave us options and fixed it! He did an excellent job, was friendly and prompt.  We will call this business again!

Had a clogged kitchen sink and after checking a few things decided to call in professional help. Submitted a quote request on Yelp, and Eugene replied quickly. He had another job scheduled in our city and offered to come over before or after that one, which was great because this was getting late on a Friday afternoon.

He quoted a couple different prices depending on where in the system the clog was located. Arrived a few minutes early and pretty quickly got it cleared. He was happy to explain what he was doing. Luckily, this was a pretty small issue for us but we'll be sure to call NEP if anything else comes up down the line. Thanks Eugene!

Update to my previous review.  I have been a customer for many years and relied on Benjamin for all my plumbing services.  I had one bad experience within the 3+ years of membership.  When I had this experience Bob Bachmann, Ops Manager personally reached out to me to apologize.  I had been on the brink of never working with this company again however after speaking with him, I feel I am valuable to their business.  I have had this company replace my main under house pipe, water heater, overflow and two toilets.  Long story short... they do care about their customers.

I have had numerous leaks which cause mold and then my asthma takes me down.  Miguel (who is so very knowlegeable) found the leak that was making me sick and fixed it.  So very grateful.  Honest and fast.
