We've been using these guys for awhile now.  They did a major upgrade of our sewer line several years ago.  Best recommendation from Moshin was install a clean out in front of our house for those just in case.  We went ahead and invested in a trenchless replacement of our sewer line.  Best investment cause tonight, we needed our sewer line snaked.  I know they were busy but Mo did not hesitate to send a tech immediately it was going to be a quick service call.  Sayed came, snaked the line and in a few seconds, we hear both tubs go bloop, and the everything drained immediately.  Service was efficient.  Cost was affordable.  Response was absolutely wonderful as if we had our own plumber next door.  God bless these guys that provide a quick turn around.  Moshin, you guys are awesome as always.

What can I say about chandler's Handyman service.... I found my handyman
i gave them 4 star's since they had to push back their appointment  from  
1:00pm - 1:30 no problem.  We they got here he took a look at the leak  that
i had going in my garage.  Well he told me that a part of the pipe that got
all corroded  needed to be replaced.  Well he said he had to go and get
the part and he would be back 15 minutes later he was back that was
fast.   Took out the old part and put the new one in. Not so easy the part
he bought didn't come with a washer so back he goes again to get a washer.  finally this time he takes a little longer to get back i would say 20 not to bad.  As soon as he got back put on the washer had me check the water pressure in the house. Now we are back in business.

 As for the price he charges I didn't get to shop around so I would say his price is probably a little less than what other plumbers would charge.
I would highly recommend him if you need any kind of handy work done.
By the way ask for Ishmael he is the best .

I have a old beach house near the Harbor that needed a new water heater so I grabbed my handyman, bought a new tankless water heater and we got it 98% installed and guess who gave me a little visit? Yes.... mister Santa Cruz inspector who did his version of the song Hammer Time on me and found at least 8 not up to code issues and gave me his list of what was needed to get legal :(
After talking to four plumbers who I could tell were going to rip me off I met Amir who instantly gave me the feeling that he actually wanted to help me through the process of getting a permit and to fix all the problems that Mister Inspector found without taking advantage of my desperate situation (if there is a red flag on the property you can't rent it out) Amir is so freaking awesome that it's hard to put in to words, he meet with inspectors, he worked as fast as possible and cut me a fantastic deal!!!! Everything he did passed inspection !!! (Inspectors love this guy and trust me.... that helps to get things passed)
I highly recommend Amir and his crew.... I can honestly say he is my favorite contractor of all-time and I completely appreciate him!!!!

On Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, we developed a major plumbing issue that involved both toilets and showers. Our long-time vendor was closed and did not return our call. Because it was an emergency, we tried Plumbing Care Inc. and could not be more pleased. Alexander, their technician, was here in two hours and was terrific. It was too big a job to finish (needed a complete clean-out installation), but Alexander stayed until 7:30 pm to make sure we could at least use the toilets and take a quick shower. He went up on the roof and under the house and was very thorough. He even gave us his cell number, in case the temporary fix stopped working.  On Tuesday, he came early with an assistant and they completed the major job, cleaning up and putting things back just the way they were.  We had an issue the following day, and he came right back to make the adjustment. We felt their price was reasonable and fair, no hidden costs and included a senior discount. Plumbing Care Inc. should be very proud of the way Alexander represented himself and their company. They are now our go-to company for plumbing services!

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

The company is fast and responsive I booked an appointment online the night before and a technician was at my home by 2pm the next day. Text messages were sent throughout the day indicating who would be onsite along with their photo. COVID precautions were communicated prior to the tech arriving. The tech Gert V. And his assistant Juan were polite and courteous when entering my home. Gert listened, assessed and gave me a quote. He made recommendations for future.
I was happy to have Bell Plumbing take care of my issue by replacing the old kitchen ptrap. Easy, no hassles.
I will look to use their service in the future!

So JC Sewer to the rescue AGAIN!!! Had a plumbing issue outside and within 2 hours it was done! Jake came out and he was AWESOME very personable and professional. If your looking for a great company, try them out! Thanks again for showing up and getting it done!

We had to body slam our front door to get it to close. Once the wood started to chip away and the screw heads started to get shaved off, I reached out to Chuck to get it fixed ASAP. Chuck texted with me to learn as much as possible about the problem to save time. He worked us in to his busy schedule. Chuck always told us when he was coming, when he arrived, and when he was heading out for the day. Chuck always explained any issues that came up like whether to shave the door on one side or the other and taught me some tricks of the trade too. I felt he was respectful of the time being spent. Price was very reasonable too. Overall, I always felt like we were making progress and that I could count on hearing back from him... which I'm feeling is kind of rare these days! Thanks Chuck!

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I called these guys for a second opinion with my duct works. They gave me straight-up answers and didn't BS me with costly upgrades (not like the other guys). The job actually ended up being much harder than anticipated, which required 3 days of work instead of 2 days. But they didn't complain, nor did charge me anything extra for that. Definitely keeping their number handy for if and when I need them again!

Our shower drain was leaking into downstairs living room late Saturday night.  Shawn responded quickly the next day on Sunday and came to fix it.  He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.  Leak was resolved same day.

Tai did an excellent job getting the permit and installed our gas line within a week.  He was always on time and very courteous.  We were extremely happy with his service and would definitely use him again.

On time and got the job done.    I think the first plumber to work could have done a more investigative role as there were two other valves that were stuck open that he missed.     There was a minor water drip after he finished that my brother in law tightened.    The second plumber that we requested to replace  two other sticky valves in the same general location was much more thorough.     Will use them again as needed.

Excellent, convenient and dependable! I was able to receive a quote and schedule an appointment over Yelp without needing to speak to anyone. The plumber arrived on time and was super quick and efficient.  

They also provide a 3 month warranty for their work.

Overall an amazing experience!

I called them yesterday, 6/24/19 because I thought I was having problems with the Purronics Water Treatment System they had installed 2 years ago.  It was running everyday and using potassium like crazy.  Mathew Stymest came out and figured out that the water treatment system was OK but the water line between the meter and house was leaking which was faking out the water treatment system.  He also found that we had a bad flapper in the hallway bath.  He will order the replacement flapper for us.  Mathew did a really great job.  They will always get a call from me whenever I need a plumbing service.

Technician turned up within 30mins of the call and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes, which a previous plumbing company had spent 6hrs trying to resolve to no avail; highly recommend

I have been having issues with my plumbing for over a year and had multiple attempts in hope to fix them with no results (service was provided not by Fuse in the past), yesterday Nikolay (Nick) came and he was able to fix the issue in the matter of seconds and I am not even exaggerating . I am very impressed with Nikolay's knowledge on how plumbing works; also I am very impressed with his willingness to explain all details on why the system did not work in the past and how exactly he fixed it. I highly recommend Fuse to other people and especially I highly recommend Nikolay in helping you with your house problems. No only he is a very knowledgeable guy, but also very friendly, professional and efficient. Way to go Fuse, way to go Nikolay, very happy with the service provided.
