Majid has been always responsive and has done multiple works at my place. He recently did a gas heater replacement at my place and am happy with his work.

They responded promptly and even gave me a quote on the phone based on the pictures I sent them. They sent someone out the very next morning. I decided to add another job and the plumber accommodated my request and gave me a revised quote. In the end I think it ended up taking him longer than he had anticipated but he honored the original quote. The plumber was professional and courteous.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

Thank you, thank you, thank you Mike! Seriously Bell Plumbing provided the best customer service! Long story short, I accidentally flushed a Clorox Toiletwand head cleaner down the toilet and it affected the flushing in the toilet at my place. I was freaking out cause no matter how much I used the plunger it would not fix the flushing. So I decided to get a Yelp quote and got matched with Bell Plumbing. They definitely were flexible to meet my schedule and came out later that day to do the job. Mike came in providing options and is honest opinion. He got the job done in longer about 30 min and got it done with a very, very fair price! I could not be anymore satisfied with Bell Plumbing! I will definitely be using these guys again for future plumbing problems and I think you guys should too!

Thanks a million for coming to my rescue when the disposal broke and flooded my kitchen! They are an essential business during the Coronavirus self-isolation and were willing to work me in the same day. I'm older. They were very sensitive about social distancing and I felt comfortable with them working in my home. Within 12 hours of the problem everything was fixed and I had a new disposal.

Chuck came to take a look at my attic fan which seemed to turn on and remain on, even when the weather was not particularly warm. He told me that my fan was working normally! At my request, he turned the fan thermostat setting up slightly; then, without being asked, looked around the attic to troubleshoot the problem. He came up with a perfectly reasonable explanation and suggested a solution to help me avert the problem in the future. His charge was very reasonable. I recommend Chuck for his honest and quality service. He is very pleasant to deal with and he seems to care about his work.

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Ryan, furnace technician came out and quickly resolved an issue with our furnace front panels.  The furnace needed a repair a few months ago and the previous tech put the front panel on so tightly and now we couldn't get it off to get to the filter.  Ryan explained everything in detail, showed us how to take the panels off and how to put them back on correctly and he even offered to do a short video of the process in case we'd want it.  Ryan is a super knowledgeable and personable technician that I highly recommend.   I even asked some questions about heat pump systems and he answered all my questions and explained in detail how it all works, how they evaluate for the right system and what the process is for installing it all.  I highly, highly recommend Ryan and Bellows for heating and AC needs and repairs.

Shawn was responsive and diligent. He was able to repair the leaking faucet in the tub (bathroom) without cutting thru tiles and the wall which is what another plumber said needed to be done. I will call Shawn again for other plumbing needs.

Our kitchen sink has been clogging up for the last few weeks. It eventually stopped draining. Time to call in a professional. Decided to try Niko because of all the excellent reviews. After leaving him a message on his phone, he called back within ten minutes. We discussed the issue and he provided a quote on the work. Ten minutes later he was at my door and got right to work. The whole time he was professional, friendly and courteous. I really appreciate that he took great care and effort in making sure he did not dirty our home. He wore a mask, had shoe covers on, and even had covers on the wheels of his drain cleaning machine. Overall excellent work and experience. I will be calling Niko for all my plumping needs going forward.

Tai came to my rescue on a Saturday afternoon & fixed my shower in about an hour in total!

In addition, his customer service skills are excellent. He explained what needed to be fixed, his worksite was very clean & he checked in with me after the work was done to ensure it was correct.

To top it all off, his prices were FANTASTIC! Much less then previous plumbers I've used for the same issue & way less then some of the quotes I got over the phone. I highly recommend using his services!

plumber came out today because of hose break leak under my sink..talk talk talk..no action done except turn off cold water saying he needed a piece to fix cold water shut off valve. hot water line ok to use and is safe. doing dishes tonight with so-called only hot water...completely flooded under sink again and into my hardwood floors. no, my water system is not safe. had to turn off main water line again to save the floors and over an hour service to be paid for nothing but continued leaks

I was installing a bidet in our guest bathroom and putting in the bypass when the supply line to the toilet just snapped due to corrosion. It was already late in the afternoon, so I wasn't sure I would be able to get anyone out to our house without it being overtime/after hours, but I reached out to a bunch of plumbers anyways. Everyone quoted me $300+ for labor and parts and availability tomorrow morning at the earliest. Everyone that is, but NEP. They gave me a quote for half the price and said they could be there in half an hour. I didn't even believe at first so I had to confirm that they were indeed coming at 5 pm. Sure enough, Yehven showed up at 5 pm and got to work fixing my issue. He finished in a little over 20 minutes and finished installing my bidet to boot. Exceptional work and excellent customer experience, I'll be recommending NEP to all my friends.

I had Bay Rooter & Plumbing service my clogged main drainage line. The plumber came out and ran a motorized snake in my clean out port in front of the house. He seemed quite competent, and gave me pointers about what I should do. (I had some roots blocking the pipe. Boo.)

They were assigned to me by my home warranty provider, Old Republic. I was worried at first because I saw bad yelp reviews for another company by the same name, but I guess that one was based out of San Francisco. So I wanted to add this company to Yelp with the proper address so they don't lose business because of the other company by the same name, since he seemed pretty competent to me.

Let me start with the scheduling and communication process with Ben Franklin plumbing was very good 4 of 5.

Where i score vendor Ben Franklin down is when i got the bill it was over $600 for two hours of work.  When i asked if the labor late was $300/hr or more i received no follow up communication.   I know the parts for the repair were $30-40 tops for the repair so the significant cost is not materials related.

I've always had fantastic service from Ernie's. Miguel just fixed my clogged kitchen sink quickly and efficiently, but I've had great experiences with all of their technicians every time I've needed help with a plumbing issue. They are always very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Nick from Fuse plumbing did a great job replacing the toilet parts and fixing the leak in my office.
