Ray Brown has been my plumber for almost 10 years.  He takes no shortcuts and does a really nice job.  Ray Brown always comes through in an emergency.  Give Ray Brown a call if you are having plumbing issues.

Freddie did a great job with a new main line from the meter to our house.  His crew showed up on time, did the job as described and the inspections went smoothly.  I'll give them a call next time I need trench-less plumbing work done.

Viktor was on time and got right to work on replacing my kitchen garbage disposal.  During and after the installation he cleaned up the work area.  He even brings his own slippers to wear inside the house.  Highly recommended!

I tried calling these guys about 20 times over the weekend and just kept getting their voicemail wherein leaving a message didn't ever get me a call back so I tried elsewhere. Hopefully this review will encourage them to get their phone service together.

If you are looking for a reliable, responsive and reasonable neighborhood plumber, Emil is your guy. My tankless water heater died recently; instead of talking to a salesperson/receptionist, I talked to Emil directly and he pinpointed the problem right on the phone. After finding out his rate, I immediately booked an appointment. Note: he either showed up on time or called ahead if he was going to be late.

Long story short, I ended up replacing the heater instead of repairing it; afterall, it's out of warranty. FYI, I usually negotiate/research the price before making any commitment but I didn't bother this time which caught my wife by surprise. Well, I guess you can say I trusted him.

I called Schaefer plumbing Monday late afternoon for a small issue we were having. They had someone out to our home the very next day.
Jeff was professional, kind and helpful. Our family will definitely use them again should the need arise.

I called ABC Plumbing around 5pm on a Sunday, the day before Labor Day, because our toilets were backing up.  The gentleman I talked to was very nice, and said he could get someone out to help us that evening.  He gave me an estimate, which was extremely fair.  Then Chad came out a little bit later, and had everything up and running quickly.  The total was the estimated cost, which I was really happy about.  I am nothing but pleased with my experience, and will recommend ABC Plumbing to anyone in need!

After leaving several messages on their voicemail they finally called me back. Was looking to get an inspection on our foundation after we had foundation repair. Was told they would do a free inspection. The company that did our foundation repair had their guys do an inspection but they really didn't do any thing. The plumber came out and didn't even know what he was there for. The secretary was suppose to email me so I could send the emails we got from the foundation company. She never did. Told the plumber what the emails were and he quoted me a price with out looking at any thing. Complete waste of our time. Should of known they were worthless with how they returned phone calls.

Our pipes burst in the Great Texas Freeze of 2021. O'Bryan came out quickly, communicated well, fixed the problem, and made sure we had the pictures and pieces we needed for insurance. Totally recommend

I've used Direct Source twice and both times Wes has been courteous, solved the problem quickly, answered my questions thoroughly and I honestly feel the price has been fair.  
My ONLY point of unease is that, both times, it's suggested I do or buy something else that would ensure immediate future business. I know every business has to make money but I never know what REALLY has to be done and what is superficial.
Regardless, it was a good overall experience both times.

After being quoted around $6000 by another local plumber, who told us our main line needed to be totally replaced, we decided to get a second opinion, and boy oh boy, am I glad we did!!!

I was very pleased with Kenny's Plumbing. The whole team was knowledgeable and friendly. From my understanding, Janice oversees the details and scheduling. Kenny and his sons do the work. The guys arrived at my place on time, as promised. They got right to work; explained everything to me, and gave me some options on next-steps. They were in and out most of the day/ I had a lot of fun with them all. We joked a bit. But when it came down to it, they got the job done efficiently. I was most impressed! Scheduling was prompt and friendly. The plumber was responsive and notified us on their arrival time. They explained everything and fixed the issue. Prices were transparent for the most part. I get they can't give exact pricing without knowing the exact issue, so I won't dock them for that

Steven and Kelly arrived exactly on time and cleaned out our guest bathroom drain for exactly the price they said they would. They were quick, courteous, and thorough. They also took a look at our water heater vent. I would be inclined to use them again.

Great people.  Honest and caring.  They found out there problem was not my plumbing but my neighbor over watering.  They investigated all of this and didn't even charge me!!!!  I can't believe I found people who know what actual customer service is!!!!  I will Definitely be using and recommend them .
