Ray and Jose are a great team!  Ray and I had quick and efficient communications during his pre-visit interaction.  He thoroughly assessed the situation and discussed necessary work, then quickly addressed the problem (copper pipe fitting leak under the house).  

On a previous plumbing issue I had a month ago.  It took me trying to get 4 other plumbers to help me.  I arrived at RMB Plumbing (Ray) who actually showed up!!  Ray was professional, straight forward, problem/solution focused, fair, responsive.  I ended up not needing that work performed, but Ray was my first/only call for my leak issues and I am so glad to have Ray be available to help.

A very big thank you to Freddy and his amazing crew.  Professional, honest, fair pricing, reliable and a really nice guy.  Our 45 year old water line to our home broke on Saturday morning.  After searching for vendors who could replace the line trenchless, I found Freedom.  I called and Freddy answered the phone, talked us through the process, gave us a quote and was at our home Sunday morning and got the job rolling.  He made sure we had a temporary line to water until he could return on Monday.  Despite some unforeseen obstacles with our rocky soil and the heavy rain today, they finished the job, cleaned everything up and I could not be happier.  We have a new line that will never corrode!  Save yourself a lot of time and call him first, you will be happy you did!

Viktor was on time and got right to work on replacing my kitchen garbage disposal.  During and after the installation he cleaned up the work area.  He even brings his own slippers to wear inside the house.  Highly recommended!

Okay, so traditional plumber stereo-types are: back crack, dirty, rough demeanor and personality, late and with high rates.  (I'm sure a lot of this is unfair to the vast majority, however I've seen at least the first half in-person as a child, and I haven't tried many as an adult to know overall.)

My experience here: nicely dressed, not a suit of course, but could have easily been here to fix the computer, very polite and friendly, clean looking and careful not to let the wet hand auger drip on the floor after wards, only $85 on a Saturday night and that's with a 2 day warranty.  My technician was Yehia who was nice enough to even briefly pet one of my very demanding cats as he wrote up my bill.

All in all before I called I was feeling panicked, stupid (for how I clogged it) and embarrassed - for the stupid part of it.  After I called I felt re-assured and like it was totally normal (probably is for them).  Plus the rate range was so beyond reasonable for even difficult issues, and I was sure mine was.  I was wrong it was simple, for them at least I'd certainly had no luck with it.  Back to the rest of my life now ;)

My husband and I were very impressed with the service from the very start.  We received quick responses to emails, and Our plumber Emil showed up right on time and he and his coworker complete the install of 2 tankless water heaters in a very ti
Ely manner as well as communicated with me very well.  To top it all off, I received a text message 2 days later checking g to see how our water heaters were working out.  I e never had such great service from a plumber before.  5 star service for sure!

Alex did a great job! The change out of the faucets  was more involved that anticipated and required that he actually needed to cut the pipes a half foot below anticipated requiring a much larger cutout and more copper piping and fittings but he charged the same estimate and tightening the sink plumbing as s freebie..

After analyzing the situation and seeing the work done, I realize I could have done this myself. However, they charged me $270 for about 2 minutes of work and a $10 part from Home Depot. As a woman and a veteran, I find it deplorable that a company would take advantage of me to that extent. Needless to say. I will never utilize this company again.

After being quoted around $6000 by another local plumber, who told us our main line needed to be totally replaced, we decided to get a second opinion, and boy oh boy, am I glad we did!!!

I requested a quote to locate and fix a leak. I spoke to Travis who was very polite and had quickly responded to my call. The guys showed up on time and quickly located the leak and solved the issue. The guys were very polite and kept me informed through out the job. The repair ended up being less than the quote. In my opinion, this outfit is very honest, up-front and punctual. I would definitely call on them again if needed.

There is a reason Kenny's has five star reviews.  They are exactly the type of business you'd want to work with.  Honest, reliable, great prices AND they go above and beyond trying to meet your need.  I had a need for a consult and quote.  Janice was so helpful, reviewed the information, gave a detailed recommendation, and even made local contact (we are in another city) with someone closer to us that.  Who does that...?  They do.  They were so kind and professional throughout the exchange, I've been wowed by there effort and customer service.

They came out quickly and repaired our toilet. They are a honest good company that I would recommend.

Yesterday I was desperate to get someone to come to my house and fix a hot water heater issue.   Family in town for the holidays and no hot water.  Not a good situation.    
I called Legacy plumbing and the lady who I spoke with was very nice and worked me into the schedule.   She quoted me a price, which I thought was very fair.   She gave me a window of time when the guys would show up.

The gentlemen called when they were on the way, exactly when the dispatcher said they would be there.    The guys were very nice, explained the situation and had me back up and running writhing an hour.    The price was actually cheaper than the quote as my system didn't require everything the dispatcher thought it might.  

Great service, fair pricing and everyone was  so nice and accommodating!   I'd use them again in a second.

I chose Benton plumbing because of there 5 star rating. Yes this company definitely deserves to be at the top. They weren't the first place I called. But from the moment you answered my call I was impressed. The lady listened to my problem and she was able to dispatch Ray to come out. He arrived on time and came prepared to take care of my issues. Five star for sure.

If I ever need an electrician I will call Tioga. For an upfront, honest and fair price quoted, I found out what the problem was and various recommendations on how I can resolve.

He waited for me to return from an errand and was very knowledgeable and professional.  For once I knew I had found an angel of a company who I trust to be totally transparent and not price gouge me!  So glad to know you are in my area!
