Ray was extremely responsive. He came by to do a job that required cutting to into drywall to replace a part.  He arrived with another person who he appeared to be teaching. From his interactions with his partner, it was clear Ray is extremely knowledgable about plumbing. I was very happy with the work they did. We would call him again for any plumbing issue or even a bathroom remodel.

Thanks for installing a new water line for us! The job was done professionally and timely. The cost is pretty reasonable as well. I can not be more happy with it.

Came out promptly to address our leaking showerhead. While he did run into a slight problem (a piece broke while he was working on it), he fixed it up. He charged exactly what he quoted me over text. My son took a shower this morning and it works great, with no more leaks!

Saturday 7pm: Our bar sink downstairs was overflowing everytime the main kitchen sink upstairs was used.

Sunday mid-day: Called ARP for help

Sunday 4:15pm: Yehia from ARP comes to the rescue!

Sunday 5pm: No more water backing up. Water flows down the drain great!  
Problem solved in less than an hour.

Yehia was on time and very professional. He was friendly and honest. We asked him about installing an incinerator for the sink downstairs. For someone who has only money in his mind, he would probably jump to the opportunity for business. Yehia explained to us that he can do it (depending on the drain size, etc), but in the long run, it won't really help because when discarded food  hits the horizontal part of the pipe, it will start backing up again. He gave us a tip to decompose food instead of dumpin 'em in the drain. A good idea, in fact.  

The service was awesome, and we tried tipping, but he wouldn't have it. A yelp review was suffice. He even gave us 10% off the hourly rate of $69 for a yelp review (good or bad). We ended up paying $62 and that includes a 2-month warranty. We are impressed. We'll call them again if we have any  home plumbing issues in the future!

Emil is amazing.  We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom that was going into our garage on a Friday night.  I messaged Emil through Yelp, and he responded the next morning and was able to come out the same day.  Before he opened the wall, he suggested that he could try sealing the drain from the inside before he opened the ceiling in the garage.  I really appreciated Emil trying to find a cost-effective fix before a major repair.  It didn't work, but Emil was able to come out quickly on Monday and fix the leak.  He had given me a quote for the work when he came out initially, but the final charge was several hundred dollars lower.  He is very professional and made sure to clean up EVERYTHING in the garage and our bathroom.  SUCH GREAT SERVICE!!!  Emil is wonderful, and I will never go anywhere else for our plumbing issues.  Thank you, Emil!!!

They seemed to know what they're doing and I have no doubt, they are technically proficient. However, we decided not to have them back after their initial inspection because they didn't mask up.  People in Florida and Texas both are dying in ridiculous proportions from this virus as of now and apparently Schrader can't be bothered to get it's employees to take standard precautions. The health and safety of your clients is important, Shrader!

I gathered a few different estimates but landed on ABC Plumbing after meeting with Sergio.  He seemed knowledgeable and confident in what he believed the problem to be.  And he was right!  Sergio and Daniel did an outstanding job!!!  I will definitely be calling them again when needed!

We had a waterline leak in our front yard and we'd had received three quotes but something in my bones told me to check with True plumbing before making our final decision. I'm glad that I did! They came out right away, did an assessment, gave me a price and told me that they can fit me in the very next day!

They were able to do a pull through underneath the ground so that we didn't need a trench in the middle of our yard and we didn't need to break up our driveway in order to get to the city line!

Turns out the owner of the company lives not too far for me so it was really nice to be able to help out a neighbor as well as a small local business.

James and Jarad are awesome, I have a slab leak in my rental house, they came and inspect the problem, the leak believe was from one of the hot water pipes, they suggested re-route through the wall and attics instead of tunnel in from the foundation, that can avoid same problems in the future (easily to fix). Also the costs is 1/3 compared to other two quotes I received.
Very happy with the service, they're on time and efficient.

I was very pleased with Kenny's Plumbing. The whole team was knowledgeable and friendly. From my understanding, Janice oversees the details and scheduling. Kenny and his sons do the work. The guys arrived at my place on time, as promised. They got right to work; explained everything to me, and gave me some options on next-steps. They were in and out most of the day/ I had a lot of fun with them all. We joked a bit. But when it came down to it, they got the job done efficiently. I was most impressed! The guys from Auger Plumbing did a great job replacing my kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal, which were both ancient and beyond repair. $751 for both (I don't known what the average prices are as this was my first time hiring a plumber). They went to the nearest Home Depot to buy the right kind of garbage disposal for me, and including that were finished in under 2 hours. They installed a faucet I had already picked out. It's a week later and everything works great! They were professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves as well. Would call again.

Called to set up an appointment and was walked through an estimate and placed on the schedule for the same day. The guy that showed up (Enoch) was quite helpful, very thorough and impressively quick. He showed up early and fully replaced a rusted exterior faucet within 1 hour of arrival. He was very professional and left the condition of the work site looking as good as it did before he showed up. The pricing was reasonable and the work was warrantied for a year. Highly recommended.

Great service on time and on their estimate
This will be my go to plumber for the services they performed.

Called these guys to connect a gas dryer and, possibly, recess the gas valve. What I got was an explanation of how complicated it would be, reasons why they couldn't do certain things, etc and a $650 quote. Just to connect it and not modify it would be $300 or more.
A local plumber just left and did everything I asked for $125 in 45 minutes. I was so happy I tipped $25 more. Tioga is clearly out to stick it to their customers with outrageous prices.
