We were doing a remodel and wanted to replace our water pipes and add a gas line for our stove. Ray and his crew did a remarkable job and the price was right. We had gotten a few other quotes and most seem to be on the high end. Ray and his crew were able to work side by side with our contractor without any issues. The thing we liked most was that he was able to thoroughly explain the process and how long it would take to complete the job.

Freddy's team replaced the main between my water meter and house by working around a large tree and recently installed hardscape.  Work was done quickly and his team also removed and replaced the plants that were in the path of the new main.  In addition he also found a leak in one of the values in my irrigation system and fixed that as well!   I really appreciate the extra effort and would certainly use him again.

Viktor came out to hang a couple of pictures including a large, heavy mirror.  He is reliable and punctual.  He did an outstanding job.  Thank you!

It seems that a simple review containing the truth is too much for some.  Fact is that two other plumbers were welcomed into my home and provided input, help and an estimate of the work.  No fee required.  One is completing the work as I type.  Both provided estimates which cover many costs including time and expenses for bidding work won and lost.  Why are you so special that you require payment just to bid on work?  As a customer (as in I had work for a plumber to complete) I don't accept your practice and limited the review to that.  

Your comments also seem to miss the point.  You charge $55 because a local round trip could cost you $4 for gas instead of $2 a few years ago? Why would you get a taxi - you have a truck which would cost you about $0.60 per mile all in.  Totaling about $9 for a 15 mile round trip.  Why would the taxi ride be free?  The cab driver provided the service in your example!  If they had asked for a quoting fee to work out the trip cost before the journey then I would agree with you but they don't.

Lastly and maybe most important - why did you post a comment so openly that is aggressive in tone when you could have emailed me first or simply stated that you believe this practice is needed?

You seem a very angry person and not someone I would wish in my home.  Air is free, please take a moment and enjoy it.  Life may improve for you.

Emil is the plumber you want to have in your saved contacts.  He did an outstanding job on two leaky toilets and 2 outside valves that needed replacing; did it fast and for very reasonable pricing.  He even threw in a quick service for free! He responded almost immediately to my inquiry and was able to assess quickly, and stuck with his quote.  

I will be using him for all of my future plumbing and water heating services.

I had some faucets and misc plumbing work to do. Jeff Burks did a great job for us today. Very personable and communicated very well. This is very refreshing. I highly recommend them.

From start to finish, nothing but excellent service.  Jason Lewis came out to quote for replacing my water heaters.  I called one day, he came out next day as promised.  His pricing was VERY FAIR compared to several other plumbers that quoted me on same.  Within a week, my heaters were efficiently replaced and I'm back in business.  Just excellent performance all around

My bathtub was leaking hot water only and they came out to go look at it fixed it did a great job and did a quick job as well I definitely would recommend.

I had recently received a quote from Mr Rooter and the guy came in and did not inspect just looked around knowing I was under the gun and limited on time told me it would cost 4K to fix my wife made me get a second opinion from Obryan they fixed the issue for $450!!!! Mr Rooter is a scam don't get taken advantage of

Great company, I highly recommend! Had a shower head that broke and wouldn't shut off, they were out within 2 hours and had it fixed in 30 minutes. I'll definitely call them again with any other issues.

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

I was happily surprised by the speed and efficiency of the repairs that Mike, of Legacy Plumbing provided.  His professionalism, timeliness and thoroughness was sincerely appreciated, especially since I hadn't had any hot water in my house over he weekend.  The dispatcher called me to see if I would be home for a window of time earlier than scheduled, so I was very grateful that the entire process was accelerated.

Highly recommend and will certainly use Legacy Plumbing in the future.
