Shower had low pressure. Called RMB, because of all the high ratings and availability on Sundays. Spoke to Ray (owner?)...did not provide a quote but I didn't ask.
Ray-informed me that he was going to send someone, between 10am-12pm. He's assistant (Jose), arrived by 12:30pm. Did not receive any notification of late arrival.
Jose-checked water pressure and basically needed to be cleaned and adjusted. Took about 5minutes
Was told that the charge for a Sunday visit was $200.00, guessing that it's a flat rate, for a non-emergency call.
Will probably use them again, when I start remodeling my bathrooms but will make sure I ask for a quote.

Freedom Underground Plumbing replaced our old galvanized main water line today and replaced pipes in garage as well.

I requested a quote about a week ago and they came to review the work and provide a quote later that same day. Reasonably priced and very accomodating to slot themselves into an existing landscaping project.

As I added them in last minute they kept me apprised of the permit status and adjusted their schedule to fit into an open slot for our other project schedule. As it needed to be dome quickly, they adjusted and put a large crew on the project. Carlos was excellent on keeping me updated on the logistics, reviewing the plan and timing and overall proving great customer service. Great job guys! I really appreciate all your support.

Viktor did caulking work for our home and he finished the job nicely. He is easy to work with and accommodating. I would hire him again.

I am a property manager in San Francisco and have worked with Alansi's on multiple occasions. They know what they are doing and charge a fair price. Recently, I worked with Mo on a particularly challenging job and he went out of his way to accomodate some tenant scheduling issues. He didn't have to do that, but he did and I appreciate the effort.

Another five stars.  The job was to replace three bathroom faucets and drains.  We had purchased the faucets through Home Depot, who's in store service department was less than helpful so we ended up having to order them on line.  Which meant I was unable to use my military service discount.  Made an appointment with Polis Plumbing to have one of their plumber's give us a quote.  Radoslav arrived on time, gave us a quote which we found reasonable, and he offered to do the work at that time.  We gave him the go ahead and he proceeded.  Took his shoes off whenever he was in the house which we appreciated.  The new drain parts didn't exactly work so Radoslav ended up having to improvise to make the drains work as they should.  Radoslav's communication was great and he stuck with it until things worked properly, most importantly with no leaks.  Two weeks later, still no leaks.

I initially called in for a water leak and ended up getting more work done by them. Scheduling was a breeze and was able to get me in within a reasonable amount of time. Never pressured me for extra services and instead just advised me to eventually get it done. I got the extra things done right away by them because of their honesty. If you're shopping around, look no further. Their quality of work and honesty should be enough for you to give them your business.

We have a large (48Kw) emergency generator for our home since we are out of the city.  It runs on propane, but in the coldest weather it failed to come on.  Upon inspection by the Generac contractor, I was told that the propane line needed a dedicated regulator installed near the generator, because the problem was low gas pressure to the generator.  Big job.

So early in Feb. 2017 I called ABC Plumbing about this issue because I was told that they could work on propane systems. The company owner (Jason?) came out and clearly and carefully explained to me that I did not need an additional regulator, but the existing one was dysfunctional and had to be replaced.  He showed me exactly what was wrong and I could even hear the escaping gas, as he said.

A few days later, after obtaining the new regulator, he came back out and did the install plus installing a heat cord to assure that the system will work in cold weather.  I was very happy that the job did not turn out to be as major as I was told it would be AND ABC Plumbing charged me for the part, the trip charge and a couple of hours labor.  They were fair, honest and efficient.  It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't a fortune and I will DEFINITELY use ABC for my future plumbing needs.

Felt like I was overcharged for what I got. Was told an office manager would call me but never heard anything.

I cannot stress enough how much I like this company. They are responsive and organized They don't charge a visit fee and will assess and think of best way to address your problem without charging you an arm and a leg. Their employees are honest, thoughtful and compassionate about your issues. I don't know where they find these people but keep up the good work! Thank you!

Skillful, honest forthright.

We called Direct Source after another local plumbing concern sent out what turned out to be a salesman in response to our request to auger a stopped up drain. The salesman spent some time surveying our situation and, it seemed, surveying my wife and me to see how much they could milk us for. They wanted almost $800 to get an actual plumber/tech to come behind the salesman and do the job. Charged us $39 (reduced from $69, so I guess we got a bargain) for the service call.

Direct Source sent a real plumber, Wes Hart, who showed up at our door promptly. He discussed some potential solutions if our problem persists, but did a basic clean out for $160 that seemed to make the most sense as what ought to try before turning to more drastic options.

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

I am very thankful I reached out to Mike for my plumbing issues. Mike was very responsive and prompt and did a fantastic job.

I requested a quote to locate and fix a leak. I spoke to Travis who was very polite and had quickly responded to my call. The guys showed up on time and quickly located the leak and solved the issue. The guys were very polite and kept me informed through out the job. The repair ended up being less than the quote. In my opinion, this outfit is very honest, up-front and punctual. I would definitely call on them again if needed.

I was very pleased with Kenny's Plumbing. The whole team was knowledgeable and friendly. From my understanding, Janice oversees the details and scheduling. Kenny and his sons do the work. The guys arrived at my place on time, as promised. They got right to work; explained everything to me, and gave me some options on next-steps. They were in and out most of the day/ I had a lot of fun with them all. We joked a bit. But when it came down to it, they got the job done efficiently. I was most impressed! Seriously, you found who you are looking for, no need to look any further because you will not find anyone more reasonable than everyone else, MUCH friendlier and more professional than everyone else, they do better work than everyone else. They will do a more thorough job and charge you less than everyone else. I cannot speak highly enough about Chance and his very experienced helper. Even the younger guy had 2 years experience and came from a long line of Master Plumbers. These people do their work professionally and with a smile, and they do it very well. We could not be more pleased. Special thanks to their dispatcher, Kaye, for working my 94 year old mother into their hectic schedule! You have customers for life! Thank you!

From the time I called and scheduled for them to come out and take care of my leaking dishwasher very professional! I was given a scope of possible costs, including a coupon for a new customer to waive their usual $50 fee for coming out. Once I explained what was happening with the dishwasher they verbally gave me a range of estimates depending on what they found. They arrived at the top of the 2 hour block appointment as I asked them to, on time and called to let me know they were on their way ahead of time. Their plumber Jose talked me through the issue and gave me a run down of the repairs cost. He fixed everything, ran a cycle to show me all was working. Paid the agreed upon estimate.
He then asked if I would like to have him make an inspection of my hot water heater for free. I agreed and we found it is 4 years past the 6 year limit and he sent an email with estimate to replace in the future if I so choose.
I rarely write a review but this service experience was over the top!

I chose Benton plumbing because of there 5 star rating. Yes this company definitely deserves to be at the top. They weren't the first place I called. But from the moment you answered my call I was impressed. The lady listened to my problem and she was able to dispatch Ray to come out. He arrived on time and came prepared to take care of my issues. Five star for sure.

We called on Monday for an appointment for them to come out and unclog drain in our bathroom. They asked which day and time would be good and we said Thursday morning. They gave us a window of 11am to 1pm. Never a call to us during this time. Called them two times and said they were on an emergency and we were next in line. And she was just going to call me. Yeah right. Never heard from them again. Called again at 4:30 and said they were still on emergency and had never tried to call us. Terrible customer service. And what do they have, one plumber? We got there name from Home Advisors. Never again. I only had one day off this week and wasted it for nothing. Still can't use bathroom.
