Ray Brown and crew have done many jobs at our home. We love his responsiveness and quality of the work. He and his team tackled some very tough jobs under the house including a cracked Y connection and leaking sink drain that required a new clean out.
His team also fixed an incorrectly routed water main that required cutting galvanized old pipe.
Today RMB Plumbing came out within one day of our call to snake out a clogged washing machine / softener drain.
Next week RMB will use a jet technique to clean all of our home's drains.
Following that, we plan to select RMB Plumbing with remodeling two bathrooms.
And most of all, Ray puts up with my constant kidding. :)

I had a sewer line with root intrusion (at the seam of the cast iron pipe mate with terracotta pipe), and Freddy talked me through my situation and options. He gave me peace of mind, which was important for the cost of the project.

The crew itself headed by Antonio did an awesome job, and they gave me peace of mind they knew what they were doing.

Viktor came today to help with hanging and installing artwork and bathroom accessories for his in our new place. I am the worst at that sort of stuff so having his service is basically the difference between months of procrastination or having it done!  He was on time, did good work and was reasonably priced.  We really appreciate his help to make our new place one step closer to our home

Needed to replace a leaking water main valve.  Sent pics. Got a reasonable quote and the issue was resolved quickly, on time and within budget.  Ivan was courteous and performed an excellent job.  I will call again for my next job.

My water heater decided to give up on me and I was in desperate need for repair. I contacted another plumbing company but was very frustrated from horrible customer service. I contacted Schrader Plumbing and was immediately thankful for reaching John Schrader, owner He was so friendly, easy to talk to, and understood my frustration. He made every effort to come as soon as he could, even though he had several other service calls to make. He was very thorough and took the time to make sure the job was done right; he went above and beyond. I will definitely use John as my go to plumber and recommend him to all of my friends. Very professional. Had a few issues. One toilet stopped working after it was pulled out but a was able to repair myself (they were unaware of the issue). I recommend getting the quote on paper as there was an issue with what was quoted and what was charged but we were able to come to a compromise in just a few minutes of talking it through.

I began using them starting back in 2010. I had both a kitchen sink and my washing machine drain back up. I had two other companies come out, and both wanted me to spend over $300 to scope the drains, stating that I most likely had a foundation shift. Wanting a 3rd opinion, I called direct source. David, the owner, came out with his guys, listened to me, and then said I want to try something first before running a scope and costing you more money.
He then proceeded to get out the normal drain snake, and then swapped out the tip with a wicked looking claw! He ran that in thru the outside access, and had my drains running perfectly. Only charged me $150 total, when he could've charged me double at least.

I've been using them for all my plumbing needs since then. I'd highly recommend them.

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

There is a reason Kenny's has five star reviews.  They are exactly the type of business you'd want to work with.  Honest, reliable, great prices AND they go above and beyond trying to meet your need.  I had a need for a consult and quote.  Janice was so helpful, reviewed the information, gave a detailed recommendation, and even made local contact (we are in another city) with someone closer to us that.  Who does that...?  They do.  They were so kind and professional throughout the exchange, I've been wowed by there effort and customer service.

Great plumbing company. The owner (Jerry) responds to all emails within minutes. His team of plumbers/excavators are professional and answered all of my questions! They know what they're doing and were really easy to work with. Will be using them on all my plumbing needs in the future.

Last year my home had a plumbing issue and Legacy sent out Taylor, who was just the best, knowledgeable, professional, confident, and overall friendly. Well today we had another issue and Legacy sent the team of Sean and Evan, who were EXACTLY the same. Even Megan from the office was calming, assuring, friendly, and professional. We had a great experience with Tioga. They came to give a quote on replacing some light fixtures and fans and performed the work the same day. The price was very reasonable and the installers, Michael and Seth were very careful, efficient and professional.

We will use them again for our next round of upgrades!
