Alright... check this out... Called these ARP to replace a main shut-off value.  Not only did they have one of the more reasonable quotes, they were able to come out the same day to do the job.

The job required shutting off the water at the street water shut-off, and unfortunately, it wasn't completely apparent which shut-off value was specifically for my home. The box we thought mapped to my home didn't seem to shut the water off, so we spent the next 45 mins hunting and digging around, looking for the correct water service box.

Long story short, we weren't able able to proceed with the project. Either the box we thought was for my house has it's own shutoff issues (likely), or the box is buried somewhere we weren't able to find. None of this was ARP's fault, and I was grateful for their assistance in trying to locate the right box (we tested a number of different boxes).

I'm going to contact the city to identify the correct water service box, and definitely call these guys back to complete the job.

Had always rescue plumbing come to unclog my girlfriends clogged sink. I snaked the drain with a 25' auger but was unable to clear the drain. I call and explained and had them come out. I was at work their first visit. The girlfriend and kids watched the crew. They left and did not fix the issue. They called and requested $250 for the there snake work that they said they did their best but I needed to replace the pipes for $1000. I paid them but when I got to my girlfriends house I noticed the drain was still clogged. I called several times and they agreed to come out to hydro jet the drain for another $400. The drain was better but clogged again the next week. I called at least 8 times and they wanted $1500 to replace the pipes. They finally agreed to come one final time to hrdrojet one more time. This time they actually clear the drain.  

Yes my drain now seems to work. But paid $650 and had to argue and have them come 3 times. They came but wanted me to pay $1500 because it was the only way to fix the problem. Turns out $250 hydro jet done right in the first place would have fixed the problem.

Guy came out to fix my fridge. First thing he asked was to use my toilet.
Then he confessed he's not been working in USA or fixing anything as he just arrived from Ukraine 4 months earlier but not to worry because he's used to fixing helicopters in the Ukraine. Ok not a problem for me I'm assuming he's got whatever training he needs as he was sent by my home warranty company first American.
He told me he would need to order a part -that was 2.5months ago!! Now I'm told a new company will be assigned!!
Don't use them -unprofessional and won't get the job done!!

Had called them to address the issue with the dishwasher (was not draining). I had told him that the very likely issue is clogging, since the dishwasher is new. The guy came and inspected (for 10 mins) and declared there is no clogging and dishwasher is broken (charged 80 dollars). Called the extended warranty guy. He found the same exact problem (clogging) as I had mentioned and fixed the problem. Doesn't look like a competent service to me.

Always Rescue was able to take care of our clogged sink and pinpoint the cause of the problem we were having with a toilet.  We will definitely keep their contact details for future plumbing issues.

Same morning response, which was helpful to address a clogged drain. Also identified a leaky gasket that was replaced.

We had a small leak in a FlowTite (push/pull) valve in our toilet. Daniel responded quickly and quoted a reasonable price. He sent his guy the same day who did a great job.

I needed to get new plumbing for my refrigerator. They responded quickly and got the job done. I was very satisfied.

I needed a small repaired completed the same day and Always Rescue Plumbing came to the rescue. He was nice and gave me a quote before he showed up. When he arrived, he instructed me to notify everyone in my unit about our repair because I live in a HOA. I would highly recommend this plumber because he is very knowledgeable.

This company is great!  I used them on my rental property where they replaced a water heater and installed a dishwasher.  They were very responsive and the employees were courteous and on time.  I obtained several quotes from different companies for this project, and this company was the most reasonably priced. 10/10 highly recommend.

They have done a couple projects for us. Very fast to respond and can usually send someone out within a day, if not that day. Average prices, but friendly service. Hugo is very nice and explains this well. They are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. Highly recommend.

Our technician Hugo was kind, patient, and friendly in regard to providing us with our plumbing services estimate.

I reached out to Always Rescue Plumbing to get a second opinion on the job. I ended up hiring them. They were very responsive and efficient. Daniel gave us a reasonable quote and multiple options to resolve our problem.

I had a leak in the pipe. I needed to fix it urgently.  The Always Rescue Plumbing reacted very quickly and after 2 hours a plumber arrived. Thanks a lot to Hugo who fixed the pipe and also replaced the water pump, since the basement was flooded because the current pump was not working. Hugo did a great job.

Had a major leak under house for a 50 year house.  So decided to re-pipe the whole house.  Best quoted price.  Re-pipe only took a few days.  They were very accommodating with project.

They know very little about tankless water heaters . Advised to flush it to fix the issue. The real contractor told me that they should have investigated the issue first before flushing . As of course flushing did not fix anything - was a total waste of money

My drain plugged up and I knew it was probably around the kitchen area. I reached out on Yelp (casted a net) to see who would reply. Most wanted to schedule an appointment for an estimate but ARP immediately went to work and was able to send someone right away, worked out the price ahead of time and his worker arrived with quality tools to do the job (auto snake, camera, hydro jet).  I hope I don't need to deal with this again for many years (grease build up).

Quick and responsive, did a nice job on the fix and after shopping around, was the better cost for the solution they provided on a rusted outdoor water line that required some paver and pipe re-work. Required some sodering, which burned the PVC pipe near it and left some handprints/dirt on the wall near it so it doesn't look as good as it could have turned out, but still happy with the overall fix and worth 4.5 stars out of 5.

Helped us out in a jam. Really appreciated their reasonable rates and fast service. They did a great job too.

This plumbing company is very professional and reliable. We hired them to do a big project to change the sewer and water pipe with city permit. They did a very fast and professional job and passed the city permit in one time. During the cooperation, they were very responsive, open-mind, easy-going, and hard-working which earns all my team's respect. I would highly recommend this company, especially when you need to do big project!

I've used Always Rescue a couple times for emergency rooter service on my kitchen/laundry line. Very responsive and reasonable price.

Do not use them. He quoted $900 Just to use a snake.
Of course, I didn't use his service.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Other 1-star reviews are saying truth about how this company always over-complicate the issues and try to charge more. Our toilets have some flushing issues. After their inspection, they suggested us to REPLACE the whole toilets that we only had it for less than 3 years. They claimed the toilets are old at the beginning, then changed it to install improperly after we said they are very new.

They quoted us $459 to only replace flush kits and keep saying replacing the kits won't last, we suggest to replace the toilet for who knows how much it will cost.

After we switched to other company, the issues are fixed right away for only $230 with 1 year warranty. Working with them not only cost your more money, but also wasting resources for the earth.

Needed a water heater replacement (my unit was over 9yrs old and and was leaking from the bottom and also rusting on one of the valves), and Daniel responded quick and provided a reasonable estimate. Answered all my questions and very professional with the job. He and his crew was able to get everything done on the same day and the water heater is been working great so far. Will definitely reach out Always Rescue again!

Do not use, sham! 250$ just to run camera and use a snake with cutter one single time. Tried upselling and hide costs non stop. Kept changing story saying something was clogged then not clogged then clog was somewhere else when we saw it ourselves with camera. Also lied to us on what could be used or could be done after we got 2 other opinions, one of them being City of San Jose. If you're located here, call city of San Jose first!

Always Rescue Plumbing relocated the gas line behind my stove.  Daniel responded quickly to my quote request and to all my follow up questions.  He gave me an estimate quickly and got me on the schedule the next day.   Hugo performed the work and was excellent.  He reviewed the work and what I needed and cleaned the work area when he completed the job.   The final result looks great and the location is perfect.  I would definitely recommend ARP.

Plumbing problems can be a nightmare. After procrastinating far too long, I checked Yelp and last night found this wonderful company. By 10:00 this morning, new parts installed and everything is perfect.

The pricing is very very reasonable. I just can't say enough good things. Fast, efficient, polite and I didn't feel like anything overly mysterious was happening.

I had plumbers come and put a bandaid on what the root problem was with my plumbing. The day we were to leave town I was faced with sewage coming up through the shower drain. I called Always Rescue Plumbing at 6am and they said they'd be at the house by 8am. They showed up on time and tried to snake the drain with a 100 foot snake.

The problem was with the main drain and I needed a clean out. This was something I had heard before. I had to bite the bullet and get it done. I was so impressed with the transparency, explaining of things and cleanliness of their work. I was given a detailed email/text with a summary of the problem and what the solution and warranty would be. I was so relieved. Plumbers in the past gave me a barely legible carbon copy of something they wrote on sloppily. And the other plumbers in the past would snake the drain and leave a big mess.

I would probably only use Always Rescue Plumbing from now on. Daniel and the other workers were all so friendly and helpful. They were careful to protect the bathroom with plastic to make for easy clean up when they were done. The front yard was tore up, but when they were done, you never knew that any work was even done. Very grateful!

I used this company for three times in a month and going to schedule
the forth service as they are so prompt, so efficient and responsive.
I like to deal with the service companies like them compared to others less responsive. In addition,  they do ask fair and reasonable price.

I'll start with the positive-- the receptionist Carina was always professional and courteous to me when I spoke with her--so thank you! And the prices at first seem good. They told me upfront the cost to snake our clogged bathtub would be $150. However on the day the plumber came out he was unprepared and had to leave and return with a different slimmer snake after he couldn't unclog the drain. Eventually he said that we would need a new system installed--a new p-trap and drain pipe would cost about $850 if all went well. On the day he was supposed to return he did not show up at the time of our appointment. I called and spoke to someone (not Carina) that told me it was not actually an appointment time that I was given but an appointment window and a that I should wait the full window of time (2 hours). I waited and he never showed and the company couldn't reach him after the allotted time . I hope he's okay but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise that he didn't show as that same day I was able to call another company who came out same day and they were able to unclog the drain within minutes. His no show saved us $600 in the end. So my advice if you go with this company is to get a second opinion and quote before you agree to any work after their initial assessment...and make sure you clarify the time you need them to be there before you book. Otherwise, you may be waiting a long time .

Not sure if it can get better than this.  They were ready to go out to my home within 2 hours of calling them to fix a water heater which stopped working on Friday night.  

Their price was cheaper than the other nearest quote by $500!  They were clean, professional and were able to communicate well in English.  Their price was more than fair and I would use them again without thinking twice.

Our shower backed up just before we were planning to go on vacation. Always Rescue Plumbing responded quickly to our inquiry and sent someone over within two days for a reasonable price to snake the pipes.

Even though Always Rescue Plumbing did not end up having to do any actual work for us, I want to call out the stellar and dedicated customer service. We were told by a handyman that we had a drain issue so I called Always Rescue Plumbing. They came out for a free inspection the next day and the individual did a thorough review and showed me (via video) the actual leak which was coming from the machine and not the drain. I appreciated their honest and thorough assessment even without a charge. If I ever do have any plumbing issues, I will be sure to call these folks back immediately!

Hugo is great! my toilet was having problems and kept getting clogged even with very little toilet paper being flushed. he came in and got right to it. Hugo is very professional and clean. I will be using Always Rescue Plumbing in the future.

The faucet in my bathroom needed to be replaced. Daniel was very responsive in providing reasonable estimates and scheduling an appointment. The technician were great as well - came on time and did a quick and clean job. Definitely will use them again when needed and recommend to others as well.

We had an emergency and The response was excellent through Yelp.  We will add other services.

We had a sewer line blockage last year and we got always rescue to come fix it with a permit. The owner said he would take care of the entire permit process and we had to pay extra for it, which is fine because we wanted to have it inspected and signed off by the city. After the job was done, the city inspector came to visit at the scheduled time and these guys were a no show. The inspector came to our door and these guys weren't reachable. The inspector left and the inspection Was rescheduled. The subsequent time the inspector came and signed off on the work done till that point. The guys came and wrapped up the work and left but little did we know that another final inspection was required and despite taking our money always rescue plumbing didn't complete the final inspection. Fast forward 6 months later, we started another project and when the contractor went in for a permit, the city said that the sewer permit process was not complete and was never scheduled. At this point the guys from always rescue plumbing were super non responsive. They refused to follow up with the city and gave excuses that they weren't able to reach the city, when every time I called them I was able to get a hold of them. I followed up with the city and The city inspector told me that the city is very strict about these things and the valve was not properly installed as per the city guidelines that was provided to these guys. And I had to relay information over to these guys every single time I spoke to the city. Finally Daniel from always rescue plumbing came over. Scheduled time was between 8-9am but he showed up much later at around 11am. I showed him the document from the city showing him how the valve needs to be installed and what he had done to correct it wouldn't work again. This is where things get worse. He gets super defensive and starts talking really rudely and asks my husband to fix it instead and he says that whatever I ask for is all made up and the city inspector is not going to have any problems. His demeanor was really aggressive as well when I was just patiently asking him to correct the valve as per what was present in the city document. He also said it was my job to check with the city and follow up the last time around to make sure the permit was complete to which I told him that I paid him extra for the permit process so I didn't have to deal with it myself. He finally made some modifications said that's all he could do and stormed off. Who ever is hiring this company, yes the pricing is good, however don't count on these guys to finish up completely. And when you have to get it done with a permit don't count on these guys completing it either. Once you've paid them in full they will wash their hands off and move any incomplete work items as your responsibility and pretend like it wasn't their problem.

It looks like we're having the same problem as the other 1 stars. He came out on Thursday to snake the pipes to our kitchen since it was clogged. It was ok for about half a day and was really slow Friday and pretty much clogged Sunday. My wife tried to get a hold of him on Monday but he has not responded and now it's Tuesday he still hasn't responded.
We uncapped the opening so the water is now spewing out to the alley which is better than being clogged.
We are getting another guy to get it unclogged.

We also had a problem with getting a receipt like others. He said he would send it to my wife, but haven't seen it.

Very disapointed.

Prompt and responsive service. They fixed the issue with a bathroom jacuzzi where other handymen had failed. My client was satisfied. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because of cost. Although I agreed to the estimate, it seemed high but I had no choice at that point in order to get the jacuzzi faucet fixed in time to sell.

Had a huge flooding emergency--literal sh** came out of our backyard drain pipe. It was fudging disgusting.... Found this company and they sent a technician by the next hour.

He couldn't clear the drain the 1st time after 2 hrs (main sewer drain was solidly clogged). So he went back to his shop, got what he needed and came back. 2nd round...poop boom! He got it cleared!!! Holy sh**...no more!! I forgot the technician's name but he's a stand-up guy...did not charge extra and offered his advice to keep it unclogged.

Great businesses address issues in a professional manner when the work goes as planned, or in our case, not as planned.

Daniel provided us a reasonable quote for all the work that needed to be done for a water heater installation and replacement of a shower valve and cartridge. His, team showed up promptly and did all the work taking the entire day.

Unfortunately, the installed water heater did not function and was an inconvenience. However, it was not their fault because vendor sold a defective new unit. Their team immediately responded to our request and sent a team out to investigate. After attempting a few repairs by replacing the heating elements and looking inside the water heater, it was clear the unit was not working and they installed a new replacement water heater.

They will make sure the job gets done right! A shout out to Hugo for stopping by our home three times, to get the issues sorted as quickly as possible!

I called this company (they were the first to actually answer the phone) to get my water heater replaced. I fully expected to have to wait a few days - or more. They said they could have someone there between 11:00 & 1:00 PM (My call was around 9:00 AM) No way! Today? Yes sir. Just send me a picture of the current water heater and I will send a quote. Now I'm thinking there must be a 'catch'. Bargain basement heater? Shoddy work? They won't really show up? But no - they were there by noon, and a new Rheem heater was professionally installed and functioning by 2:00 PM. They also installed new flex connections, AND they hauled away the old heater. Highly recommend!

I had a facet, garbage disposal, and water filter installed. The installer showed up on time and was very professional. He did a great job and left the area neat and clean. I noticed that the water coming from the filter was hot after he left, so I got in touch with the owner and he offered to have him come back to fix it the very next day. Problem solved!

I was very satisfied, so I hired them for a repair on a leaky main pipe outside the home. This time a different technician came out and he did a great job as well. He changed the valve to a much more functional style as well.

I will definitely be hiring this company again for future projects.

My main water shut off valve was leaking a bit, and can't close fully.

Daniel came in the next day, and quickly evaluated the situation, and noted the scope of the work, and offered to replace the whole part. (I have my main irrigation valve and a faucet right next to it).

The job is done very nicely (especially given the complexity of it). and the price is reasonable. He even explained parts, tools, and steps during the process.

Daniel, i saw your reply and you and I both know the truth and that is not what happened.  I just want to warn others so they don't get taken advantage of.

I found a small leak in the backyard at 4 pm on Sat, but it got worse while examining. There was no other way to stop it besides the main shutoff, so I needed someone to cut the corroded line and install the end cap.

I posted an urgent request on Yelp and Daniel responded in minutes. Their technician arrived in 30 minutes and fixed it by 5:30 pm. The price was very reasonable, it was not like an urgent service price.

Our water pipe broke and had to reroute everything from city meter to our house. Daniel picked up my call and provided a great deal with next day installation schedule. We used type-L copper pipe and his work was absolutely professional and not a single leak until now. I highly recommend ARP for any plumbing repair or issue.

[TL;DR]
- Great overall customer experience, prompt service, and fair pricing. (They don't hustle you like other places)
- They will literally do what you ask of them. Which is great, but make sure YOU know what you want exactly as well.
- Highly Recommend!. I found my future plumbers.
 
I don't always review professional service companies, but when i do, it's something very notable [Insert Most Interesting Man meme]. Initially, when i was looking for a plumber on Yelp, I noticed Always Rescue Plumbing at the top of the list with a ton of 5 star reviews.

My entire experience with them has been great and we ended up using them for multiple plumbing work around our house.  Overall, It's the little things they do to show that they care:
- Straight forward pricing (Offered a fair price also the most competitive among about 10 other plumbing companies i called)
- When they entered my house to do an estimate, all of them put on shoe coverings.
- Very informative of the process.
- When they arrived to do the work, they confirmed what needed to be done and did exactly what they said they were gonna do.
- Didn't try to upsell and BS some other charge.  
- Flexible payment options, we paid through Zelle.
- Great customer service and prompt service. (Took just one week from initial call to completed work).

The specific work that I got done were the following:
- Relocate washer dryer from second floor home into the garage (New water lines and p trap for the waste water)
- cap the existing waterline and drainage from the second floor laundry.
- Install new P trap for the kitchen sink.
- Rotate and install new gas value for the kitchen stove.

One bit of advice though, make sure you know exactly what you want and where. In hindsight, I was a little vague in my instructions for changing a gas pipe for my new kitchen stove, I ended up having to make a minor cut in my cabinet in the back to make it fit. (That was my fault)

Overall, I highly recommend Always Rescue Plumbing.

We had a very bad experience with this company. They're  not very efficient when it comes to get the job done. They just does what told and not try to help us figure out what the problem is nor did they fix it. So we got charged a lot for something that we ASSUME it was done and still the problem didn't get resolved. Long story a short I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They're for sure a rip-off . I question their high reviews.

First off, it is unusual for me to be so impressed by a home service company. The Always Rescue Plumbing team did just that, from the minute they started to they finished. If you have any plumbing need, please check them out. If they provide the service that you are looking for, hire them.

The long story is that I had a leak in the crawl space. The Always Rescue Plumbing was the first to respond and gave me a quote. As always, I looked around for multiple quotes. When it's all said and done, the quote from Always Rescue Plumbing was the most reasonable. During COVID times, I had additional question about long how the job will take and how the repair will go. Daniel, who I assume is one of the owners because I can't imagine why any person would care about my inquiries so much, answered all my questions over a weekend. During the same weekend, I couldn't even get an appointment from other companies.

On the day of service, their crew showed up on time, bright and early. They worked non-stop and into the night to get everything fixed. Daniel showed up in the morning and again IN THE EVENING to check the work. Helped to finish up and clean up the site. He was the last guy sweeping the floor before they drove out. While patching up a wall, I saw Hugo put up a few sheet rock, and later decided to start over and do it right. Any given handy person putting up sheet rock at the very end of a job could have just plaster it over and call it a day. The fact that Hugo took more time to do that little part right gives me confidence that he and his colleague did the big stuff right too. Carlos walked up with piece of my old pipe told me what he replaced, complete with photos at I requested.

I care a lot about my home. I feel lucky to find a team who care about their work at my home. So, well done The Always Rescue Plumbing team. You earned my recommendation.

My kitchen is clogged and I need it to be unclogged as soon as possible.
Other Plumber are not available and most of them either schedule to be next day, charge diagnostic fee, or price just too high of a range. Always Rescue comes out, check on the issue and fix it within 45 minutes. (longer than expected because its was a weird clogged lol).

Overall, happy with the service and the price is right :).

They dont value regular customers. Price quoted was too high so i decided not to use their services

They charged me 350$ for a simple sprinkler installation which still has leaks that I wanted to get fixed. They were responsive and offered to do the job, but poor execution and super expensive.

Made a request for new toilet installation. Daniel, the owner, was very responsive and was ready to come out the following day. 2 days later we set an appointment and the tech, Hugo, finished the job in an hour. Have had no problems with the installation and job was cleanly done. Would not hesitate to use them again for future needs.

Daniel came in to help install a bidet for us. I had reached out through Yelp to get a price estimate and his price was extremely fair. He also reached back out in a prompt manner and came to my house within our scheduled range of time.

The work he did was efficient and clean. He was professional and wore booties in the house, which I really appreciated. I respect his work ethic and the way he runs his business, so I'll definitely be calling him in the future for help with plumbing and will be recommending him to my friends.

The responded same day to fix my leaky shower originally told.me.they would be here between 1-3 then shortly before 3 got a call saying he was running a little behind and asked if I would be fine with a 3-5 or reschedule I told them 3-5 was fine. Shortly after 4 they arrived and let me know the problem and how much to fix. They were a little higher than another quote I got but said they would match when I could verify the quote I received, he was super quick got everything taken care of and cleaned up after he was done he had a mask and foot booties on I cannot recommend this place enough

Got charged $650 for a simple washer valve replacement. As a first time home owner I should've done more research, found out later something like this should have costed $250 max, since it took only 30 minutes of labor and no piping was touched. Lesson learned to make sure to get a quote beforehand and hope others can watch out for these scammers.

Our water heater was leaking and Always Rescue Plumbing was the only business we contacted that provided services to fix this. They came out that same day on a Saturday (wow!) and replaced a valve for us. But we ended up having to replace the whole thing. It was past its prime. I contacted them again Monday morning and they came during their time window with a new water heater. The crew was professional, courteous and clean. Messaging via Yelp was great. They were quick to respond. It's nice to have hot water again!

I like Daniel and his team, and i will explain why i gave 3 stars. Use your own judgement to see if you want to hire them.

We had ARP coming for entire house repipe + meter to house repipe + water heater replacement. Daniel and his team was very friendly and was able to answer most of my questions. Due to the age of my house, we got from galvanized pipe to copper. I got couple of quotes from different venders and some of the provided lower quotes but I eventually went with ARP.

Two days later, they came in on time around 7.30 am with 6-8 ppl, and surprisedly finished the job in JUST ONE DAY!!! I was very happy about the work.

another two days later, and here comes the reasons why i choose to give 3 stars and not full stars review. I started noticing slightly water hammer issues in the pipe. With all the motor-driven faucets got arrestor installed, whenever I shutoff the faucet/toilet (everywhere in my house), there is a water hammer noise in my bathroom. I called Daniel and he sent someone to come and drained my entire house and spent couple of hours with no improvement. They ended up telling me, this is very normal (which it shouldn't) they will try to come back later. Since then, I try to contact them, but no response at all. (call, yelp message...etc)  I am a bit regret that I paid them too quickly and without a full check and inspect the noise. (and even recommend ARP to one of my friend which ARP done

The issue now is resolved, but I had to actually call and pay other plumbing company to resolve that issue while waiting for ARP's response.

Overall, i think they are good company, they will do whatever you asked them to do, but you kinda on you own after you paid them. To me, its not a long-term relationship I am looking for my house plumbing. Its more like one time deal. If you want to avoid my situation, i suggest wait few days and do whatever you need to do to test them before you really paid them.

Rapid response time and excellent support. Daniel's team installed a kitchen faucet, which became dislodged a couple weeks after installation. I assumed an improper installation, so they came out to have a look. After removing the faucet, they found a broken piece that needed replacement. I called the manufacturer to send out a replacement, and Daniel came out for a third time to reinstall the faucet at no charge!

I was very impressed by the service, considering the damage was not their fault. New faucets are using more and more plastic pieces for cost saving, and they are not as durable as the older models. Thanks, Daniel!

I am very happy with my choice of Always Rescue Plumbing.  We had a leak in our walls which caused water & mold damage to the bathrooms on each side of the walls.  Daniel & his crew repiped, and updated the 2 bathrooms.

Answered early in the for an emergency repair.  They came out when they said they would and repaired the leaking pipe very quickly and for a reasonable price.  Friendly professional service!

We reached out to Always Rescue through Yelp regarding a clogged kitchen drain. The guy responded quickly to the inquiry on Yelp and was able to show up in our home the next day. He did something to the drain that helped the drainage for couple days, then the drain got worse again (probably worse than before). I quickly reached out to Always Rescue again, and this time they simply did not respond on Yelp, phone calls and text messages. Couple days passed. My husband left a 1-star review, then we got a reply back from Always Rescue. Unfortunately we already paid for another plumber to help fixed our clogged drain. We do not recommend this company for fixing clogged drains.

This is the 2nd time I've used this business. Courteous staff who came soon after my call, assessed my problem then got down to fixing it in.

It never fails that when it's the weekend, something always goes wrong.  The shower handle broke off and we couldn't get the water to stop.  Had to fully shut the water down in the house.  Reached out to Always Rescue close to midnight and they agreed to come out first thing at 8 AM.  The technician was on time, identified the issue, went to the store to purchase the replacement valve that we needed for the shower handle and we were back in business in about 1.5 hours.  Service was great and I appreciated it that someone answered the phone when it was close to midnight.  Definitely will use them again for any other issues that may come up.

What a team! This is by far the best service experience I've had. Daniel came home and looked at the problem, his first approach was to put a camera down the line which others would charge $200+. He took his time to diagnose the problem and is a super honest guy who is genuinely there to help.

We had a big blockage and his team worked nonstop to replace our drain lines. The guys were super careful about not creating a mess, extremely polite and respectful of our home and not even a scratch anywhere. Think of it - they took 30mins to put paper, mats, painters plastic in all areas and even swept away everyday of the job.

I needed a hose changed from the garbage disposal to the vent on the sink. As well as having the vent replaced. They charged me $225 for a 30 minute job. Pricey but the job was done well.

They did a great job with repipe our house from galvanized to copper
They changed the main line and also drain under our house . We also got heater replaced and softener and under sink RO installed

I had a really bad experience with these guys. Very similar to A S. review. Their plumber came and immediately doubled the quote price for a clogged kitchen drain. I was like whatever since he was there. An hour later, he couldn't fix the clogged and will return tomorrow and will charge me more. He then asked for the full repair cost. I told him I can't pay him since he didn't fix my problem. He was adamant that I should pay but I told him you will be back tomorrow to fix the issue and can pay then. After talking to his boss, we agreed to a contract and then I will pay. A S. Posted his review an hour later and I felt these guys try to hustle me. I knew then these guys will not step foot in my home. I ended up calling SJ main and drain. Their plumber fixed my clogged within 15 minutes and charged me half. Stay away from these guys.

Got a quote for some plumbing work needed on our new house. Very reasonable pricing for the work needed, which was great considering some of the ridiculous quotes we got from other places. I called Always rescue plumbing to fix my clogged kitchen sink. The guy arrived and gave me initial estimate. Once he started working he changed his estimate. Later on he said sink can not be fixed with current tools he had brought and would require bigger snake to remove the clog but that also was not guaranteed and also, he would have to go back to store and get it. Also, it would cost much higher like $600+ dollars. So, from initial $250 estimate to $600 just for going back to store and get bigger snake that he did not bring in the first place! I was not ok as I felt he did not know what he was doing and also, he kept changing price. So, I asked him if he can unclog the sink for time being even if it's not guaranteed as we initially agreed upon. He tried again a bit with same tools he had brought and then after some time he said he could not unclog and to fix the problem would require him to break the wall where kitchen pipes are located and that would roughly cost $3000. what!!!
At the end he charged me labor cost without fixing any issue. When I asked for receipt, he said office is closed and so he would email it to me next day. I am still waiting for the receipt.
Later, in the night, I found the u-pipe under the sink which he had opened for cleaning was not put back together properly and so started leaking.
He created a complete mess under the sink and also, in garage drain with grease and left without cleaning it.

Iren was awesome and did a great job fixing my leaking pipes. Highly recommend their service.

The company is quick to respond, is professional, and follow covid precautions.

I had other companies come to assess the leaking issues, and 2 of them were completely wrong about the leaks from the ceiling onto the bed in the downstairs. One of them probably realized that afterwards and ghosted me. Always Rescue Plumbing did the professional thing to diagnose the problem. If I had gone for the cheaper price with the other companies that were totally wrong, money would have been lost and the person would still get water boarded during sleep.

Our plumbing backed up Friday night, I made some phone calls but nobody seemed interested. I called Daniel @ Always Rescue Plumbing Saturday morning around 9am and he offered to come by our house about an hour later. He quickly identified the problem and provided a very fairly priced quote, and said he and his crew could fix it later in the afternoon. They did so promptly, on-time, and with high quality. It was even raining and very windy the entire time they installed a new clean-out in our front yard.

I'll certainly be using their services the next time I need a plumber!

The person who was sent here as a technician was totally unqualified.  I knew immediately this would be bad when he came to my door with no tools.  Made literally zero attempt to diagnose the problem in any meaningful way and said very little.  Did not even touch the showerhead, nozzle, etc and said he had to call his boss because what if it breaks.  

Quoted me $1700 for a complete new shower system, as he said they don't work on the brand I sent them, even though I sent the pictures and brand in advance.  More infuriating is that the shower head leaks whenever I touch the handle, so I avoid it all the time, but today I touched it show him, figuring he'd diagnose and fix the leaking problem or just shut it off, but he just looked amused and pointed out that it was leaking.  

I figured that a real diagnosis might be time consuming and this is a free consult, but when I asked him how long it would take for him to actually take out the parts from within the shower to look at them and get a real diagnosis, he appeared confused and then said it would take about five minutes, yet he clearly didn't want to, or at least not without permission from his boss.  I'm really not sure why he was here to begin with.

I really like this company. From the receptionist all the way to the plumbers themselves have a great quality about them. We booked a time to come and they came between the said window. They said we needed a part that would take a couple days and was thinking it would probably be until after the holidays to get the job done and since I wasn't in a rush was totally fine with it but they were back in 2 days!! They were in and out and very honest, nice and professional. They have my business for future needs. Thank you always rescue for coming to our rescue.

I had several complicated, non-emergency plumbing jobs which Always Rescue Plumbing took care of. I'm extremely satisfied with their work! They were very efficient, courteous, had competitive pricing, and were even willing to look under my house during a free visit to give me an estimate (other places charged a fee for this). They did a great job replacing a water heater.  I had purchased new water heater separately.  Then they were best price for install.  I recommend Always Rescue.

Requested a quote towards the end of the day on a Monday. Daniel responded quickly with by far the best estimate which was inclusive of parts and labor including my special request to have a quarter turn spigot and not the cheapo replacement that had been originally installed. And the plumber, Jorge, was here as promised between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m the *next* morning. And while I consider doing this job myself given that this was the original spigot and had been painted and stuck it over by the builder, the quote was so fantastic that it wasn't worth the risk. I'm really glad I made the call because when I initially turned the water main off we detected that it wasn't fully shut off. The water main itself being a quarter turn handle appears to be sticking or leaking internally giving it a quick on off jiggle got it to work but now it's on my list for needing a potential future replacement. Jorge had his mask on on the full approach to my property and when we needed to go through real quick to the water main by the garage quickly slipped on shoe protectors. Professional, affordable, responsive. Again super impressed at the professionalism of Jorge and being properly masked during the pandemic. I have some future work coming down the line including potential renovations and Always Rescue will be at the top of my list for quotes and service. Keep up the great work!

Had a little trouble with scheduling the job. He didn't show up at the scheduled time so I called the 24 hour number. Daniel answered and hadn't been told about the job, but he was able to resolve it and was only an hour later than initially scheduled!  Great customer service and flexibility from the owner.

This is my second review for Always Rescue Plumbing.   My counter top for the bathroom vanity finally came in.  ARP had already put in the vanity but we had to wait for the sink to come in.  Daniel is the man, he came at 8:30 a.m. to finish the project they had started.  He had another appointment but he promised to be back by 7:00 p.m. that night.  He was good to his word and brought me the right faucet for the new sink.  Not only is  ARP good plumbing service, they are good with their promises.  You will not regret calling them trust me, I called several other plumbing services but no one returned my phone call.

They responded very quickly and i was the one who delayed it a bit, but when they sent the technician home (Hugo?) he came in and did a very efficient job, in chaning the leaking garden faucet that need to sawed off and have a new joint installed with the faucet. He also fixed the leaking flush, but did give me a price for the overall replacement.

In summary, job well done and I now hope that it lasts :-)

I had a shower that would not turn off we had tried to replace the lever ourselves and were very un successful.  Reached out through Yelp on a Saturday afternoon around 130pm.  The call center took all our info we got a call back in 2 mins from a tech Gabriel and he was at our door by 330pm.  I had to turn the water off to the house and was in a panic to get it fixed...on a weekend...during a pandemic!  

Gabriel came out mask on safety booties greeted us and I showed him the issue.  It was a simple piece replacement cost 250.00 and was done with in 20 mintues.  He was very kind explained what he was doing showed us how our attempt to fix was not the entire problem but never made us feel silly for trying.  He was very friendly cleaned up and took the time to look at a few projects we were curious if his company could do.  Walked us through what it would take (ice maker water line broke and need a new toliet) and the office to call and set it up.

I can not say enough good things the service was awesome the response time was amazing and they understood the urgency we had with no water and 5 member family.  I would recommend them again and again!!

My sink started backing up which I thought was my annual problem where my tree trunk roots needed to be removed.  It was not.  It was worse!  My entire sewer line needed to be replaced.  Wow!  Wtf was I going to do.  I had to bite the bullet!  Long story short, ARP set me up with a reasonable rate and had the job done within a day and a half!  The pipes were disgusting.  The main sewer line was so clogged, you could barely fit a finger in the only hole left in the pipe.  The rest were just as bad and old and corroded.  They were like busy bees.  Very professional,  courteous, considerate and didn't waste any time!  From the owner, Daniel, to the accounting staff, this company's work ethic and professionalism was incredible!  Thank you all at ARP!!!!

I'm a  little late on this but,  Hugo did a great job.  This is my third time at needing a professional to get me out of trouble with my wife.  I used to do all this type stuff myself but I'm getting too old and these guys all get the job done and for a lot less than I expected to pay.  Hoping to not have any more emergencies but I know who to call if I have one.

One of the first to respond to my project request on a weekend, and we promptly scheduled the ​installation of​ new bathroom vanity -- Monday at 12 noon.

At EXACTLY Monday 12 noon, my doorbell rang. I described what I needed to be done​, and the two gentlemen got to work. It also included a Home Depot run they handled to find parts I didn't have on hand.

Shortly after they finished​, I noticed something​ was off. I emailed them, and they were back within an hour to correct the issue.

Totally pro, very friendly. I'm not surprised their reviews are 5 stars across the board. The way business should be!
