We had Zane and crew of AquaPhysics install a waterline in our garage for an ice maker and also flush our tankless water heater.   What a great experience.  He was reasonably priced, showed up on time and was professional.  Couldn't have asked for anything more. We will definitely be calling AquaPhysics for any future plumbing needs.  Nice doing business with an honest, stand-up guy!  Thanks.

Ocala service providers are just a joke. Calls, emails go inanswered. Must be independently wealthy.

Called out to repair toilet that would not drain properly, the tech tried to clear the line and it still did not drain properly. He said the toilet is old we need to replace it and then should drain fine. I bought a new toilet and installed it, with no luck. When I called the office to get them back out to repair the problem, the staff was very rude and aggressive.  I paid them for a service  that they did not provide and they wanted to charge me again for the service while being rude and yelling at me.

P and G Plumbing has been the company I have used for 27 yrs. Our family has build several custom homes in Jacksonville, our builders used
B and G. The service has been top notch without any dips over the years. They always treated like I was their only customer.

Lori helped me with finding a new replacement faucet, not only did she get done immediately but saved me a lot of money. Great customer service is sometimes very hard to find these days but Lori went above and beyond!! Thank you

6 weeks later, the services have not been performed.  No contact and will not answer phone or return calls.

Very unprofessional from the Senior Barry Parker.  We had them come for site inspection and mentioned that they will do the quote and will take them 1 week.  its been 3 weeks and I have called them over 20 times to please send us the quote for the work. Finally the senior goes i got too much going on and i dont have time for your job and i am not interested if he was that busy than he should have never done this.

I am the general manager at a local restaurant.  We have used Rinkwell plumbing over the last few years for our plumbing needs.  On Wednesday, one of my managers called to see if Rinkwell could send somebody out because our urinal's pipes were leaking and leaving a puddle on the floor every time it was flushed.  He was told that they replaced a piece the last time they came out which should have fixed the problem, however, this is the first time that we have called them about this problem.  Then my manager was told, ...the leak sounds too tiny to send somebody out.  If the toilet is flushing, you need to live with the leak.  Then he accused us of turning the water pressure up on the urinal after they left the last time because the problem was fixed the last time we were there.
Ok, I will gladly call David Grey Plumbing from now on.  Thanks for the great customer service.....

They are horrible in service , reliability and quality . We had our home warranty company outsource a repair to this company and they were a nightmare to handle. I would never recommend them to anyone

DO NOT USE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, Way too expensive and billing department is very rude. Shop around.
