Vista View Glass and Mirrors

I started looking for someone to replace a broken glass  (a glass pane in a single hung window met a flying rock) in need of repair about 3 weeks ago.  I forgot that Yelp will help you link up with contractors on the app.   If you didn't know it, you can Start a project in the app and the app will help you find contractors.  I reached out to several contractors that way until I found VVGM.  Something about our first messages exchanged here and the positive reviews led me to believe I'd choose Louis.  After talks with several contractors, I decided Louis was the right person.   He was very straight forward and punctual for each appointment.  No fee to provide an estimate.   VVGM had fair competitive pricing and best of all... was fastest to be available to get the job done.  I was very pleased with the service I received during the glass replacement and the quality of the work done too.

I messaged this provider and we agreed on an appointment time. He didn't show up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I tried to follow up with him to reschedule and I never heard from him again. Hopefully everything is okay, but it wasn't professional.

Louis was extremely professional and reliable from day 1. He even referred us to an amazing contractor/tiler to finish our bathroom after we had to let our previous contractor go. You will not be disappointed using this company. Very competitive pricing. Install was quick and easy. The doors ended up being better than expected. This was also our first bathroom remodel, so we were not aware of the process for custom shower doors. Louis made everything super easy to understand and walked us through we very step. We are very happy!

Louis was very responsive to my project request. He was able to get to my house fairly quickly after we talked. Not only was he very helpful but he was the only business that responded about repairing the door. Everyone else wanted to replace it immediately. I'm so glad I found him! Louis with Vista View Glass and Mirrors was very responsive to my request for a quote, and communicated quickly throughout the entire process. When my glass came in, he and his crew installed it the same day! Very competitively priced in the quickly changing glass market! I would use Louis and Vista View again without hesitation.

I needed mirrors done for my gym, and Louis was the only one who came in person to give me a quote. He went out of his way and worked late hours just to make sure I got my mirrors done within a short deadline. Super friendly, amazing service!!

Never showed up for the consultation. Did not call, or text. We rescheduled and he did the same thing the next day. If the company isn't reliable enough to show up for a consultation, this is not a company I'd trust to show up for the actual job. This review is being written 1.5hrs after the time he stated he'd be here.

Louis and the Vista View team did a great job installing two glass shower doors at our home. He was quick to respond via text with his availability and pricing. We ordered the products ourselves but wanted them installed by a professional. They turned out exactly how we wanted.

BUYER BEWARE!! We hired Louis to put in a shower door in our newly remodeled shower.  We were also planning to have a second shower done but, waited to see how the first came out.  Good thing we waited and only wasted close to $800. The work is very shotty.  The glass slipped making the door unable to open.  This happened FOUR times.  It took multiple messages for him to respond anytime I tried to get help but, he came and fixed it 3 different times. The last time that the door slipped was back in April.  He said he was in New Mexico working on a big job but, that he would be back to fix it.  He said we probably need bigger hinges and maybe even different glass.  We purchased the glass and hinges through him based on his recommendations. I get it..times are hard.  So we were patient. I reached out again a couple of weeks ago for an update on where we were in the process.  No response.  We have not been able to use our master shower since April. Called, texted, even reached out through Yelp.  No response... Ghosted.  I can see that he reads the messages.  He will not respond.  There is no reason other than he doesn't want to pay for his mistakes.  Do not waste your money or time.  He will not back or support his work.  He does not do quality work.   As soon as I have another glass company come I will post pictures of his work.  Along with what the new company says.  He will have the job completed but, it will not last.  BUYER BEWARE!!

Company did not show up during scheduled appointment. Didn't even call us to cancel. :(

FANTASTIC SERVICE AND QUALITY!  It's rare these days to come across a good quality company.  Louis and his team were fantastic in all areas.   They quickly scheduled a time to come out to help with design and quote.  Louis had really good ideas and took the time to understand what we needed.  He returned a quote quickly and gave an ETA on product material and installation.   He beat that time frame and actually kept in constant communication with updates.   Louis and his team arrived for install and were friendly and professional.  The project turned out better than I expected.    I absolutely recommend this company!   Great experience!

We used Louis @ Vista View Glass to replace a large window that suddenly cracked.  His prices were in line with other quotes I had received.  We went with Louis because he promptly responded and came over the next day to give a free estimate!  He did quality work and clean up after he installed the glass. We recommend him and will use him for future projects!

Luis was amazing, professional to my liking, nice, and he almost got jumpedby my neighbors lol lol (sorry about that again). Our sliding patio door was super hard to open and close and he replaced the rotors. He did great work and I will definitely use him again and refer him to friends.

So... there's a difference between needing windows and needing glass. Thankfully, I only needed to replace glass!  Luis was awesome! Unfortunately, my windowsills in my office had settled and it was rough getting them out and the new ones in. Luis did an awesome job getting the new ones in!  Very happy with him!

After getting blind quotes and opinions to replace all of the non working windows for over $5K!, Louis showed up in person and his suggestions saved me nearly $4.5K!

Louis responded to my quote right away and was at my hour within two hours. Our door wall broke and he knew exactly how to fix it and had all the parts needed in his truck. He was super quick and efficient and also added a sealant on top of everything else. Door is back to new! He also took measurements for a couple windows we need fixed and got us quotes a few days later! Definitely will use again if anything comes up!

Vista View just replaced the shattered glass of my large patio door.  Louis was quick to reply on Yelp to schedule an estimate.  One of only three vendors to actually come out to look at the door, Louis was professional, on time and friendly.  I could tell he knew his stuff.  The glass was ordered and installed without any issues and looks great.  Although I hope no more glass doors get broken, I know who to call.  Highly recommend.

Louis' team was excellent - he was flexible in finding a good time to come out & provide a quote for our sliding glass door that spontaneously shattered. He was also very quick at getting our glass ordered & keeping us updated throughout the process. He also provided helpful tips for how to keep our glass from getting everywhere in the meantime & was very quick to do the job (even in a random rainstorm) once he had the glass. Gosh this man runs late on the last 2 jobs he has done for us.  By that I mean if he says 4 he really means 5 or 5:30 !   So far his work is decent!!

Requested quotes for a broken window and Louis responded quickly.  Louis is very friendly and I immediately felt comfortable allowing him into our home, all good vibes.  He accommodated my hectic schedule and replaced my window and with a better seal than the original install.  I will be using this company again when I'm ready to convert a window with a pass through once our yard is ready.  We highly recommend this company and Louis.
