Golden Arrow Glass is prompt and professional. Other window repair companies had not responded back in time, therefore I went these guys; and so glad I did. Alex is awesome, he gets back to me right away.... it's me that slowed down the process a little, as I accidentally had my phone on mute, they were not able to reach me. Needed replacement door before listing the place for sale. Delivered and installed on time.

We needed an adjustment of a sagging glass shower door. I called Golden Arrow and they scheduled us for later the same day. Adrian and Carlos arrived and immediately went to work. It didn't take them long to discover that we needed more than just a door adjustment. We ok'd the job and they went to work on the repair of our shower door. These guys were terrific. They were a great team and couldn't be more professional. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Landscaper broke my window with a rock, Golden Arrow was out here the next Day for an Estimate, I called Pella Windows & Doors... They wanted twice as much and wanted to replace the entire window...You can tell Golden Arrow Glass has true skilled professionals in the trade they did an amazing job. 5 Stars! Plus, I am in Fountain Hills, finding repair people to come out here is hard enough as it is, I hope these guys take all of Fountain Hills business, its a gold mine. Good luck! Alex and his team were referred to me by another one of his existing or past customers. I had a sliding glass door that had cracked and broke into pieces due to the recent summer heat wave.

I had reached out to other companies and most were not responsive or just plain incompetent.

Alex and his team came onsite to measure the glass and then contacted the manufacturer to place the order for the specialized glass.

After waiting about two weeks, he scheduled time with me to replace the glass.

His team came onsite and cleaned up after themselves, after installing the new glass.

Everything was smooth from beginning to end. Highly recommended for your glass repair and install needs.

Very responsive and fixed our window quickly. Did not charge very much, less than a service call. Had them follow up with additional window repairs. Very satisfied with their quote and quick turn around. Honest and easy to work with. Will be using them for future repairs and highly recommend them.

Very disappointed when we went to park today to see your company vehicle taking up the handicapped parking despite many open spaces in the lot.  And poorly parked at that. Ended up parking farther away because the other handicapped spot was taken when I got here

I was so pleased to find Golden Arrow Glass Co.  They were incredibly responsive.  Each time I had a question, they responded immediately.  All of the people at Golden Arrow that we worked with were a pleasure.  I mentioned that they were so responsive, and Alex said they try to treat everyone as if they are family.  I truly believe that--because that is how we were treated.  The response time was fast, the bid was competitive, the glass came in very quickly--within two weeks, I think, and the installation was great.

Golden Arrow did a great job from start to finish!  They replaced  glass on a large custom door and replaced the screen door, wheels and door handle on my patio slider door.  They were very knowledgeable, responsive and reasonably priced.  The custom door glass fix ended up being more complex than we all thought but they provided us options and the door looks beautiful.  I highly recommend them!

From start to finish Golden Arrow Glass was top tier customer service. I began with submitting a project request through Yelp and they were one of the first companies to respond. After a few other quotes, we had them out to give an in person estimate. They even helped answer some questions about other windows not related to the window we needed replaced. They followed up that same day with an estimate and it was competitive and lower than the other quotes. They were accommodating and understanding when we had go old school and use checks for payment ( I know it was more of a hassle) They were prompt to respond and follow up with questions we had while waiting on the manufacturer. On the day of the window replacement they messaged the approximate time of arrive and they were right on time. Quick and clean install. Overall just good people. They will be our go to for any glass needs.

I shattered our patio glass door and contacted four companies.  Golden Arrow Glass was fast to respond, had outstanding customer service, a reasonable price, and was able to complete the job in less than a week.  This was faster to complete the job than another company that couldn't even come out to make a bid for weeks. They were clean, respectful, explained what they were doing, and made me very comfortable with all aspects of the job. I am so impressed with this company, that I would give them an even higher rating if I could.  Alex and Julien, the owners, provided the outstanding service for me. They also do screens, shower enclosures, and other glasswork. I am so impressed that I am having them do additional jobs for me!

We had a great experience with Golden Arrow Glass! They gave me an affordable quote online, then they were easy to schedule. Alex and his team showed up promptly, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to work with! Will definitely keep their card for our future house projects.

Bait and switched on prices. Screening measurements were not correct. Project completion took a month.

Alex and his team did a great job, start to finish, with replacing my bathroom window. They came to the house the day I called. Immediately ordered the replacement window and installed it as soon as they received the part. Honest, professional, providing quality work and I felt that the pricing was fair. Communication was excellent as well. I would use this company again!

Golden Arrow Glass replaced all my bug screens, repaired a window and replaced a large window. They even managed to replace the window with no stucco damage! They were professional, courteous and did a great job. I will definitely hire them again for any window or glass needs.
