Roy was great!  His guys worked so hard to clear out 4 trees in a timely manner and kept me updated when they couldn't get them all cleaned up in one day.

The owner Andy is honest, courteous, professional and gives very good pricing. His company is hard working up in the trees and down on the ground. They do the job thorough and right the first time. They are very quick to come out and get the job done. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone who needs trees attended to.

Experience was great. Received 2 phone calls to confirm appointment prior to the arrival. The crew showed up on time and completed the job very quickly. Communication with the company was on point. Setting up the appointment and everything was all done by phone and text to send pictures so they knew exactly what it was that they had to deal with when they got here. The crew that showed up was very kind they did exactly what they were supposed to do. They cleaned up everything that was on the ground afterwards and there was nothing left for me to do except to set back in and enjoy my yard. The trees look great I'm very happy with the service.

We had a 30'+ dead pine tree, where we had built a stage and dressing room around it. The men removed the tree quickly, neatly and without damaging the structures below. Then cleaned up perfectly. This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

This company did a horrible job on our trees! The owner came out and said he would be here while the work was done, that didn't happen. They over trimmed half and then once I said something barely trimmed the rest. You would think for the $1500.00 we spent that they would know what they are doing and do it right. Beware, do your research!

I had Bassett Tree service come out and give me a quote last week to trim 3 trees in the front of my house. Price was reasonable (it's not cheap FYI but they were hundreds less than a few other quotes) and he was able to get me in within a few days. Guys arrived and were fast, professional and cleaned up afterwards. Really happy with the service and the quality of work. Thanks Joe and crew! I had a dead palm tree I needed removed so I requested bids from five Yelp businesses including this one.  I received a prompt reply, sent him a photo and received the most favorable quote of the bunch (actually one quote didn't even come in until the following morning).  He was going to come by the following morning between 8 and 9 but text me late in the afternoon and asked if they could come by in 15 minutes - I said sure, come on over.  A crew of four showed up and this 20 year old Queen Palm was gone in 20 minutes.  Hauled away all the trash, blew off the entire (admittedly small) front yard, see ya!  Great job, thanks.

Had Valentin & his crew remove my tree today & trim 3 others of mine. You cannot even tell there was a tree there to begin with. Excellent job, always a great clean up. Highly recommend!

Short version: The price was fair, the quality of work exceptional, and I'd definitely recommend you use them!

Long version: I had a pine tree in my backyard that I wanted gone. I'm looking to start a grass lawn and I've been told that pine needles don't play well with grass. I called and had John come out and give me a quote on a tree removal plus stump grinding. He was even kind enough to provide me with some ideas on what trees I could plant once my lawn was established. As I had no baseline for what a fair price is I called a few more people, and when they all quoted me the same price, I went with All American Arborist based on their reviews and my experience with John. They were able to fit me in to an earlier time slot than expected, which was great. Within an hour of the crew arriving the tree was gone, and the stump ground. Not only did they work efficiently, they also cleaned up after themselves AND they cleaned up the pine needles my tree had shed prior to their arrival.

After they left I noticed the mound where the tree stood was still raised, and after raking away some of the fill I noticed a few roots just under the surface. I called John and he sent out the stump grinder again. They didn't have to, but they were still gracious enough to grind the roots down even further, which is going to save me a ton of time and labor when it comes time to plant my grass lawn. I'm blown away by how they're willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.

A company's reputation isn't just built on the quality of the initial service, but also on the way they handle any issues that occur afterward. To that end, these folks deliver. If you need a tree gone, definitely call them first. I'm extremely happy that I did.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

I hired Hayward Tree to remove trees from my property.  The owner came out a few days before, walked the property with me and showed me videos of previous similar jobs they had done.  He was quick and professional.  Gave me a verbal quote on the spot followed up later in the day with a detailed written quote via email.  The office followed up with me to schedule the job.  On the day of the job they gave me plenty of notice of their arrival.  While here I was impressed with the efficiency and teamwork of the Hayward Tree crew.  They take great care not to damage anything using sturdy mats before driving equipment onto the property and using protective screens while grinding tree stumps.  The clean up was excellent with little sign they were even here.  The crew was hard working and they even cut a few logs for me to keep.  I highly recommend Hayward Tree!

We had a massive amount of backyard weeds. It had become a fire hazard.  I reached Ana and she put me in touch with Benito. He and his helper were there within 20 minutes, gave the estimate and went to work. Night and day. They work fast and efficient. Would hire again.

One year ago they charged me $300.00 to trim two palm trees. This year they quoted $700.00. I don't think so but nice try.
