Best Tree Services in Phoenix, AZ

Not a big reviewer but I also know how hard it is to find a reliable landscaper. Pristine Green has been amazing for several years now. I never wonder if they'll show and am always impressed with their quality. Its been a long time since I've had to give my landscaping a thought!

We used this company and was not impressed.

They were suppose to trim our bushes but instead cut them so far down they all died.

They also have a work truck which leaked oil all over our driveway.

The owner never actually does or supervises the work- he just sends crews out that have trouble communicating and understanding direction. The only time we saw this owner was the initial quote.

I don't recommend this company

Recommends Pristine Green LLC - We've had them do our bi-weekly yard maintenance for a while now, and they are great!! They respond quickly to issues, like sprinkler leaks, and are fairly priced. Recently, many of my neighbors were complaining about receiving notices from the HOA for weeds after recent rain. We didn't get a single notice!! In addition, they have done some landscaping work at my mom's place that is just beautiful. Great job guys!!

have been using Pristine Green for our yard cleanup/palm tree trimming for years. They've always done an amazing job but they really exceeded my expectations recently! Our irrigation pipe busted and the off valve was connected to the piece of PVC pipe that broke. The city had to come shut off our water to the property until we could get it fixed. Brandon responded quickly and had Rhane at our home within 20 minutes!! What a knowledgeable, polite and pleasant man to work with. I can't say enough positive things about how Rhane handled our emergency so efficiently! Our off valve is now connected to the copper piece of pipe so that I never have to worry about being unable to shut off the water in the event of another busted irrigation pipe. I really can't recommend these guys enough. Professional in every area of the company.

Update: Wish I could give this team ten stars. Decided to move forward with my backyard overhaul and the team did an incredible job. I. Love. It. I have been saving for over two years to get this done, so i was a bit of a wreck. This has been by far the best contractor experience I have had in all my renovations, and I will be hiring them for all future jobs.

Two key folks to shout out:

-Dallon is amazing. He was not only patient with all my plan changes, but also always went the extra mile such as taking the time to meet me at Monteray Tile to pick out my stone and providing great recommendations every step of the way. He has been a fantastic communicator and eased any nerves I had. Just a stellar human all around.  
-Also couldn't have asked for a better project manager than Nick. Every chance he could he went above and beyond. Whenever I had a decision to make he was graciously patient when explaining all my choices, and he made the entire process completely stress-free. From start to finish I felt like I was in very good hands.

So to summarize: If you want exceptional work done by incredible people, hire them :)

Called on 9/4/2020 was referred to Dallon to get a quote and was provided his email. Sent our landscape plans via email. Waited 2 to 3 weeks without response. Followed up with a phone call to Dallon 9/20. He scheduled an appointment with me to wall the property on Thursday 9/24 @430pm. No show. No call, no communication. I guess they don't want the work and now they definitely won't get it. Very unprofessional. Disappointing.

I requested quotes from a few companies to have some mature palms and red yucca removed from our front yard, along with a whole yard front/back clean-up.

Brandon responded the most quickly, looked through a lot of pictures and gave me an excellent quote same day. While the other companies responded in a still reasonable timeframe, I just felt that the interaction with Brandon was the most professional (thorough, patient and open to me waiting to make a decision).

I made the right choice when I went with this company-- the crew showed up in the timeframe decided on, completed the work quickly and cleaned up everything. The team also pointed out a leak in our irrigation system, which we appreciated.

I would gladly hire them again. Thanks guys!

Larry Phillips at Supertree Services went way beyond the call of duty for me. I recently bought an older home in the Village of Oak Creek with four larger trees on the property. The property had been a rental for many years and the trees had been neglected. Durning a recent monsoon downpour, one of the branches on the Mulberry tree cracked. I called four companies that listed themselves as Arborists and only one of them replied, Larry Phillips.

He came out and gave me a fair estimate. He educated me about how to water my trees properly and went out of his way to pick up the proper hoses for me, at his cost. He told me how my Mulberry had been topped by an uneducated trimmer and what we could do about it to make the tree healthy again. When his crew came, they were professional, safety-oriented and really cared about my trees. They did a fabulous job.

Larry spent his time, at no charge to me, to help clear out a drainage pipe in my front driveway which constantly clogs and floods my carport. His crew cleaned the mud left by the last monsoon as it hadn't dried enough for me to move it, and replaced much of the dirt that had created an unwanted gully. None of this was a part of his tree service, nor did he charge me any extra. This guy is the best. I love the way he does business and am grateful to know a service provider of Larry's caliber.

I am so thrilled with my backyard.  Brandon with Pristine Green is very thorough  and thoughtful about the work provided.  His recommendations are in the best interest of the customer. His staff does excellent, and precise work.  Definitely attention to details.  You get what you ask for with trust and confidence.  They installed new and replacement turf along with a lemon tree and many plants.  The plants will take a few months to grow but I so look forward to the color and lushness coming to my yard.  Thank you Brandon and staff!  Such a pleasure!

Amazing work! We asked for an estimate and he came out with in the hour and gave us a reasonable quote! They came on the scheduled day and got started without waking me or my newborn, and went straight to work. I can hardly recognize my yard with how good Medinas Landscaping did! They did way better then I would've ever imagined. Thank you guys!

Having only been in Flagstaff for three years I didn't have my usual list of go-to contractors so when I needed some tree work done I researched some companies here and on other review sites.

I got two estimates.  Larry from SuperTree is a consummate professional. He clearly knows his trade and is happy to share his knowledge.  Larry gave us his opinion and suggestions but left it up to us to decide what we wanted done.  The second estimate I got was a joke (and they got pretty good reviews).  The owner stood in our yard and simply asked what we wanted to do.  No input, no suggestions, nothing.  Needless to say we went with SuperTree (interesting side note - SuperTree was a little less expensive but that wasn't a deciding factor).

We have (had) 39 Ponderosa Pines in our rear yard - our total lot is .4 acres with the back representing about two-thirds of that.  The trees were very close together resulting in some of them growing straight up with very little branching.  They were all also competing for water.  Aesthetically, the trees also blocked what is a pretty nice view of a national forest that we wanted to enjoy from our deck.

The Supertree crew showed up and we tagged trees. It was difficult because we couldn't tell which trees should be removed until others were removed.  They were very patient with us through the process and made some on the spot suggestions.  In the end they removed 18 of the 39 pines.  We still have a woods feeling back there but it opened up one side to the view.

In addition to the pines we had Supertree remove 4 Aspens in the side and front yards.  Those trees were growing in clumps with other Aspens and we took Larry's advice to get rid of them.

We hadn't had anyone out to clean up our yard in over 6 months, so we had a mess of overgrown weeds along with trees and plants that needed trimming. Brandon was quick to respond and offered a very reasonable quote based on pictures we sent along with a phone discussion. His team was out the next week and did incredible work in a very short time. They also were very kind and thoughtful - halting all their work as I was carrying sleeping kids from a car while coming home from errands. Our yard has not looked this great since when we first had it landscaped over four years ago. We're so glad we found this company, have already recommended it to multiple friends, and plan to seek their business again in the future.

It's been over two years now and once again I needed help with an extremely large Palo Verde tree, the tree was starting to show stress cracks on the trunk because of the weight, and this tree was about 5 feet over the roofline on a two story house. I called Medinas Landscaping and they were here the same day to quote me and set up a schedule, the following week they showed up as planned and literally in one hour the job was complete. These guys are just amazing and hardworking. They cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job. I very much appreciate it and I know they saved me more money down the road because monsoon season is coming and I don't want this tree toppling over and causing damage to the house or other property. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Very professional and timely!  He is very educated in tree repair, maintenance and pruning.  I will be using him for years to come.  Like me, if you speak with a few of these guys you find a greasy breath of relief with his working knowledge and easy to understand suggestions.  I would recommend you take the time to speak with him.  He has risen to become one of my most favorite contractors found on Yelp

Branko and his crew are absolutely the best! Great service and totally committed to bringing our long-neglected yard back to its prime. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Absolutely wonderful experience.  They went above and beyond with our yard.  They trimmed our bougainvilleas perfectly, and my wife felt safe with them around working on the house.  They really take pride in their work and do a good job.  I was very impressed and happy with how they've done our yard, and they even took care of doing our winter rye grass.  To be clear they are landscapers...they not only trim the grass, but they pull weeds and clean up small things around the yard and truly make it look great.

After 15 years with no professional tree trimming my very mature mesquite trees were long over due!  Owner Tom, who seems very knowledgable on tree care, arrived as scheduled for the quote. The friendly crew of 4 were well trained and worked hard to improve both the beauty and the health of the trees. Clean up was fabulous as well. Thanks for a BIG job well done!

Requested a quote at 4PM, showed up at 5PM, work was completed by 630PM on my 1/4 acre property front and back yard.  Very responsive, great work and very competitive prices.  I will definitely be using their services in the future.
