Clayton Sherwood received his ISA Certified Arborist credential in 2014 and has been working in the industry for nearly ten years. He has past experience working with several different companies in the valley, and strives to take the good attributes from those companies and implement them in his own. He enjoys furthering his education in the tree industry to keep up to date with the latest techniques and discoveries. Clayton and his wife have a son and are looking forward to having more kids.

From the initial contact with Clayton (the owner) to the work by Robert and his efficient crew, this was indeed a Five Star experience.
We had an extremely overgrown Acacia tree and a beloved Fruitless Olive that needed balancing and thinning. Best pruning ever on both trees!
The estimate from Clayton was fair and we received some excellent tree care advice as well.
The crew arrived right on time and, boy are they fast (!) but careful and clean.
We are very pleased and will certainly call on them again.

Look no further- this company won't let you down. We needed a large ficus removed from our front yard. We reached out to a few companies, and we chose ArborCraft to do the job. They were responsive with the initial request and fast to come out to give an estimate. The written estimate was professional, emailed quickly, and had a break down of all the fees. Scheduling was a breeze - we only waited a couple days. They sent a reminder text the day before. The workers showed up promptly the day of service and the job was done in and hour! They cleaned the yard afterwards so there weren't any leftover scraps. Overall we're so happy we chose this company!
I had the most amazing experience with ArborCraft Tree service. They are the best that I have used. They pruned my front tree and removed my over grown ficus tree today. I had four quotes, they are the second least expensive one but I love that they have a bigger crew, insured and they are ISA Certified Arborist. They are so patient with me, I was very detail on how they should trim my branches of the front tree and not once they show annoyance with me. Give them a try next time you need tree service!
They did a good job and price!
However, I asked them to send a letter to an H.O.A. stating that the tree is stable and not going to fall on the condo and they said NO!! WTF! I paid $550 to trim that tree. Not like I asked to guarantee it would never fall!! Not happy and will never use them again!!! I'll have to find a better tree service to get this done now!!!
It was an excellent experience. From Patricia, who answered the phone and did scheduling to Anthony, the Arborist, to the crew that came and trimmed, pruned and cleaned up after the 5 trees that we had done, it was all terrific. (We will have them back to prune & shape the citrus in Jan/Feb when it's appropriate to do so).
ArborCraft Tree Service came out to examine the trees the day after I called for an appointment and they finished the job 5 days after our initial contact!!!
And, they charged 1/3 the cost of their competitors.

Ronnie and his crew were efficient, clean and respectful. They did an incredible job trimming and thinning two backyard trees.
Would definitely use them again
Our trees have been ignored for several years other than minor trimming, so we had a lot of work for them. They showed up to review and bid on time and when they started the job(s) they stayed on point until finished. We are very, very satisfied and will be using them again in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

ArborCraft came out quick to give us a quote and during this we felt no pressure from them. Ronnie and his crew came out and did the job very efficiently. They also left the yard cleaner than when they found it!
Only reason they received 4 stars instead of 5 is because they called me the evening before saying someone rescheduled and they could schedule us for the next morning from 8-10 am. I called Patricia at 11 am asking where they were/an updated timeline as I work from home and moved meetings around for this. The crew called at 11:45 letting me know they were 15 minutes out and I never heard back from Patricia.
I'll definitely be using them in the future and recommend them to you yelpers, as well as our friends.

Update: I gave 4 stars because I had instructed the workers to thin sections of the lower branches so that they were still hanging just below the top of the wall. They cut & lifted the branches above the wall instead. Hoping they grow back quickly.
I called Arborcraft to trim a three-tree acacia grove and a large mesquite tree at my home in Phoenix. Burt visited and promptly provided a thorough estimate with a competitive price. Patricia provided patient scheduling assistance as part of her great customer service. The members of Crew 2.5 did everything right. They arrived on time, knew the job requirements, and communicated well. Robert answered all our questions and accepted all our suggestions, except the one which he helpfully advised would have a negative impact on the appearance of the tree. Mauricio handled the large acacia branches safely and made quick work of them. The crew completely removed all debris and then provided advice on maintaining the trees. They were a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend the company that employs them.
Additionally, Arborcraft gives customers extra protection by providing workers compensation insurance to its crews. Most landscape companies don't do this because it increases their cost of doing business. As a homeowner, my peace of mind is increased knowing that workers on my property are taken care of if an injury accident occurs.
Update to my original review. The owner has reimbursed me and apologized for the poor job. I appreciate that he reached out quickly and did what he could after the fact.
Max is a great representative of company. Gets problems fixed! Not what I expected but in the end it was rectified.
Got a pretty quick response after a microburst fell two of our larger trees and damaged another. They missed out on the removal of the downed trees, but I was able to get them to clean up the large damaged Sweet Acacia that survived the storm. A crew or 5-6 swept in and out in less that an hour and did a great job on the tree, and cleaned up well when they finished. They'll get any future tree trimming business we might have in the future, but I did find out that they do not sell or install replacement trees (provided a referral instead). The price was reasonable, I suppose, with the prices of everything going up dramatically. Good job!

Very prompt with getting back to customers. They came right out and gave a reasonable quote for tree trimming. Customer service was excellent, scheduling was expeditious, and workmanship was wonderful. This was our first time using them and now they've got a future customer in us!
We got three quotes for the same service and ArborCraft came in well below the first two. The owner did the estimate and he was friendly, communicative and helped give us some ideas about the yard in general. Not even a week later we had their team come out and remove a large dying pine, two mulberry's and trim a large ficus. Their team was on time, friendly, and quick! They finished in about two hours and everything looked great when they were done, you couldn't even tell the trees were there. Would highly recommend them!

Their crew did a fantastic job communicating in regards to the work they would be performing. They trimmed my for trees and did a great job. When they left entering was cleaned up better than when they got there! I highly recommend them!!!!!

Needed ten trees removed. Some were huge eucalyptus trees that had become unstable.
Clayton's crew came in with some real heavy duty equipment and got the job done in no time.
Would definitely use them again.

I received several contacts. ArborCraft responded, got to my property to evaluate, and gave me a quote really fast. Right from the site I got an email with a cost breakdown. I had some questions, and got a call within the same day, and based on the conversation I received a revised quote. They were on time to do the job, did a great job, including cleanup.
I requested a few quotes via Yelp. Kudos to this company for coming out and giving me a quote in person. This company seems very knowledgeable and the price was high but not the highest. The only reason I did not move forward with this company was the way I was dismissed as a woman customer. Things were going fine until I was told by the sales person on what I should have my husband buy at Home Depot and what my husband can do to reassure the stump is really dead and what my husband can do to maintain the area. Instead, I simply told my husband that we were going with a different company.
Good price and efficient! We had a bunch of trees (51 cypress and 2 16-fr palms) and they were done with all of it (ground stumps and all) in a day and a half. Really impressive crew.
Robert and his crew were great. They were quick and efficient and left the yard looking better than it was prior.
I do wish that during my estimate, I would have been told that it was not yet the right time of year to trim back my trees. I feel if I would have know that prior to the team coming out that I would have postponed my service. Robert and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and removed as many branches as they were comfortable doing, without causing any harm to the trees, however, I am still left with trees that will need to be trimmed again once the weather cools.

Price was right. 2 out of the 4 trees they quoted look great.
However two trees ended up unbalanced and incomplete. I asked them to continue thinning but they wouldn't.
Would not recommend.
Posted a request on Yelp in the evening and Clayton responded within a few hours. He was able to make it out to my property the next day and provide me with an estimate. So grateful he was able to get a crew out the same day to remove a broken branch and trim the tree before the storms came in. Ronnie and his crew were quick and efficient. The tree looks so much better and their cleanup was great. Very grateful for the quick response and resolution at a great price.
We requested a quote on removing 2 palm trees removed in our backyard, trimming 2 palms in the front yard and removing 2 mesquite stumps that were very close to our brick fence. Anthony came out on a Wednesday and gave us a very reasonable quote. We had requested additional quotes from other companies but several said it would be 2-weeks to complete the project, and others said they'd come out for a quote but never showed up even after confirming appointments multiple times. We are very pleased that we decided to hire Arbor Craft, they sent a crew of 3 gentlemen that did a fabulous job. The lack of RV gate was a non-issue as they were able to park the truck in the service alley and access the palms with a lift bucket. Also, the software they use for scheduling, quotes and invoices was user friendly. We couldn't be happier.

Found ArborCraft on Yelp and they did not disappoint!
They were the first to respond to my request a quote, they were actually the best priced, and the work was extremely well done (best I've had in the past 3 years). They were very responsive, their quote and billing was seamless, and their employees were all kind and professional.
Overall a great experience and would high recommend for tree trimming in the PHX area

I had a very large 5 ft stump left over from a massive dead eucalyptus tree I had cut down a couple years ago. Finally sick of the eyesore of the stump I requested quotes via Yelp to fully remove & grind the stump. I received several quotes ranging from $250 to $600. Clayton from ArborCraft Tree service was one of the first to respond & had the best price. I was very impressed by the way his office reached out to me with the quote & got me scheduled as soon as they could. The crew called to let me know when they were appx 30 min away from me & they were ahead of schedule. When the crew arrived they realized that they had the wrong size grinder as the stump was massive. Ronnie, with the crew, told me they would still cut it down but another crew would come a grind it down. The crew ended up coming the following business day, as promised, & did such an amazing job you can't even tell there was a stump there before. Through the entire process they honored the original quote I was given, even though this stump was perhaps more problematic than Clayton anticipated on the front end. Bravo!!! Call this company with confidence! They were above & beyond impressive!

I was really pleased when Anthony the arborist came out right after I requested a quote on Yelp. He suggested how we can trim and shape the trees. I knew then I found the right company to trim the trees in this climate. Then Ronnie and his crew came out this morning and made my trees and backyard look beautiful. All the dead and over hanging branches were carefully trimmed. They also carefully removed a very mature eucalyptus tree that previous homeowners planted too close to the pool. My neighbor and I are ecstatic the eucalyptus is gone and we are out of danger if it toppled over during a monsoon storm. These guys rock and I will have them back to trim the citrus trees in the fall. Great job Ronnie and team!
This review is long overdue. I hired Arborcraft months ago to remove 3trees and stumps. One of the trees was a 30-40ft pine tree. I requested an estimate online and a rep came out to my home days later and emailed me over the estimate. Arborcraft was by far the lowest out of the 3 estimates I requested. They were also the most reasonable, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or being overcharged. Scheduling with Patricia was a a breeze!
Overall the crew did a great job and cleaned up the mess as best they could. FYI - stump grinding does leave quite a bit of residue behind.
I just can't say enough good things about this company. A seasoned arborist came out to give a quote and it was smooth sailing from there. Miguel and his crew were fast and efficient doing a fabulous job on a lot of old trees on my property. They cleaned up before they left and my property looks immaculate. I will hire them again for maintenance.
After a lightening fast quote, this company delivered! Very large cottonwood tree was sectioned, sliced and diced in about an hour and a half thanks to a hardworking, efficient crew, who spent time on cleanup as well. All the guys were safe and pleasant. Thanks also to Patricia who worked with our schedule and our wallet. We would definitely have them back.
These guys did a fantastic job for us. Our job involved pruning three arizona ash trees and a huge chinese pistache tree, taking out a storm damaged hopseed tree and grinding the stump, trimming/pruning a large texas ebony (which has really tough thorns), three queen palms and an arizona yellow bells tree. They showed up when they said they would and accomplished all this in just a couple of hours--and did a beautiful job. The price was very fair also. Miguel was the crew chief and he was great to work with. They cleaned up and blew the entire yard front and back when they finished, and even scooped out our pool. I reached out to this company on the Yelp app about receiving a quote for removing/pruning a couple of Mesquite trees. ArborCraft received my message and replied asking me 7 questions about my project and my personal contact info. I provided all the information they asked for, but I never heard back from them again. I decided to go with another company.
All I can say is that I am blown away by Clayton and his team. Very professional and did an amazing job. We had a very large mesquite tree trimmed up in our yard. The workers showed up on time, we very polite, and checked in with multiple times to make sure I was pleased with the work they were doing. I feel like they also went above and beyond in cleaning up the yard after the job. It's like we have a completely new yard! Thanks again to Clayton and to every worker who helped out today!

ArborCraft Tree Service did not just meet my expectations, they exceeded them.
Burt came out to give us an estimate and gave me some tips on how and when to trim our trees. He knows his stuff.
One we decided to go with ArborCraft I called Burt and he had the office contact me to schedule our tree trimming service. Bre was very polite and courteous.
On the day of our tree trimming I got a call from the crew that was coming out to perform the work.
These guys showed up early, did an amazing job and cleaned up making my yard look better than when they got there. I'll be calling ArborCraft again next time we need our trees trimmed. These guys are great!

I called Arborcraft and they came out very quickly to give me an estimate. I have used them in the past and know how busy they get. I didn't expect them to come back a week later, during Monsoon season to trim my huge Palo Verde and 2 25 foot fan palms. Ronnie was my contact person for the job. He informed me of everything that they were going to do. They also did my neighbors fan palm. Did a great job, as they always do. What impressed me most was how clean they left my property. The fan palms were over the pool. The pool was filled with debris. The next time I looked there wasn't a speck of anything in the pool. Pretty impressive. Ronnie walked me through the finished work, he wanted to make sure everything was perfect, and it was. They are the only ones I would call. A few of my neighbors feel the same way. Great company with fair pricing.
I got two different quotes for removal of 3 trees but went with AborCraft because they were willing to grind the stumps which was a MUST for my two Sissoo trees and my Purple Robed Locust. Clayton came out to give me a quote and had his guys come up the next day and removed all 3 trees within a few hours. They removed the trees, ground the stumps, applied herbicide and even came back the next day to take care of some of the shoots, since Sissoos are notorious for sending those out and there were some hiding behind one of my plants near my house! They even removed the dead plant the Sissoo roots had strangled. I will definitely recommend them and would use them for any tree removal in the future!
My husband and I had a neglected mesquite tree that was overdue for a pruning. We contacted ArborCraft for a quote and they scheduled a drive by for the next day. We decided to move forward with scheduling and we are so glad that we did. We had to remove the tree (long story) but everyone at ArborCraft was great to work with. They were organized, kept to our agreed schedule, polite and professional. Ronnie and his team took down our tree efficiently and with care as to not damage our nearby totem cactus. We will definitely use them again.
I got my large mesquite tree cut down from ArborCraft Tree Service a few months ago, during their removal, they cracked several roof tiles and when cutting down the base of the tree they did not do it piece by piece they did the entire thing and when it fell it also cracked our entire front sidewalk. I was in contact with Patricia to have them fix these items but the contractor they hired was unreliable. He fixed the sidewalk and took a roof sample to come back to fix it. We waited over a month and a half before leaving a 1 star review, as soon as I left it I was contacted by Patricia saying they have been looking everywhere but couldn't find matching roof tiles, the next day they suddenly found them and came out to fix them. I can't help but think this review was the only thing encouraging them to provide good service. I've updated this review to three stars because they have now corrected their mistake. Thank you.

I work weekdays. Most others needed me home to get the estimate and for work yo be done. These folks asked me what I wanted. I got everything plus.
Everything about ArborCraft is amazing. I have a 22 year old home that I bought 3 years ago. It has 22 year old trees including awful sissoo trees that are way overgrown. Clayton came out and walked through my entire yard and gave an honest assessment of what they can trim back, what will die and what needed to be removed. He gave me a detailed estimate that while competitive in cost, was thorough and far superior in detail. He earned my business.
His team came out and as you can see in the photos, this was no small job. We watched as the team first analyzed how they would take out the largest tree safely and without risk of damage to property. They took down a 45 foot sissoo without damaging either my property or my neighbors. They not only cleaned up like I would but they left the areas looking like there was never a tree there. Ronnie and Stratton worked endlessly to make our front and back yard look like it did before they came, of course minus the trees. For the first time in 3 years, I can see the sun set out to the west and can't be more happy with Clayton, Ronnie and Stratton and the entire ArborCraft team.

Arborcraft tree service was very easy to contact and to set up an appointment to get a bid on the work we needed done. Two big trees needed trimmed and we needed a consultation on the roots growing into grass area. We decided to get trees trimmed and they gave us some ideas how to deal with tree roots. Decided not to trim roots. They arrived the next day and did a great job. Brian and his crew trimmed up trees nicely and cleaned up completely. I highly recommend Arborcraft tree service. Professional tree service who does the job right.

We've had ArborCraft been to 2 of our houses twice now. This last time we had Ronnie with crew #2 come. We have nothing but good things to say here. The short story is they do great work. They are no nonsense, get down to business, efficient, have very good knowledge of what to trim and how to trim it both from an aesthetics and health of the tree perspective. Most people don't appreciate that how you trim a tree (especially as it gets older) has a significant impact on the health of the tree, so getting someone who knows what they're doing here is really important. We've used enough different services to know the difference. I'll be the first to say you can get a little cheaper than Arborcraft, but not with their knowledge and efficiency. The other services we used before, in the end, we always had really mixed emotions about whether it was worth it or not to go with really inexpensive services.... it's just not. Arborcraft came, did the estimates for the two houses about 2 days after we called, arranged to come when we were there to discuss what they were going to do (to make sure they trimmed it to our wishes), came two days later, and did both houses that morning. Yard was spotless when they left... like nothing had happened except both houses looked great. Highly recommend, and will be a repeat customer in the future.

Love them! They stayed in great communication when some scheduling issues came up. We had them trim two big palo verdes, two tall palms and completely remove two decent sized ash trees. Getting the quote was quick and easy, and the price was totally fair. The arborist knew as soon as he saw our largest tree that it was sick and dead, requiring removal. They're pros at what they do. We'll be contacting them for all our tree needs.
ArborCraft met and exceeded our expectations! We found them on yelp and received quotes from several other companies as well. They were very prompt and responsive from the beginning. Burt came out to give us a quote and you could tell he was very knowledgeable and a true expert. From there, the ladies in the front office were so sweet and helpful in getting on their schedule. Before they left, they made sure to walk around and have me approve all of the work before they left. We couldn't have been happier with the quality of work and the service and would recommend them to anyone needing tree service!

The ArborCraft team was great to work with. I needed a large Elm tree removed and ArborCraft provided me with a fair quote for removal and stump grinding. They were also able to accommodate my scheduling request. The crew is kind, professional, and knowledgable. There was a small mishap with a landscape light but ArborCraft went above and beyond -- going to Home Depot to buy a replacement and installing that replacement the very next morning.

Ronnie and Crew 2 did quick work of two 25 acacia trees that overhung a concrete block fence. No damage, no fuss no muss. Left a clean yard behind.
Quick, clean and efficient... Great company to deal with and all were professional. Highly recommend these people.
Ronnie and the crew showed up on time, set up and got to work. They were mindful of other landscaping and carefully brought down what had become a large, beautiful ficus that had unfortunately invaded our pool systems. We hated to see it go, but had to be done. This company sounded great! They set up an appointment, Burt came out was very friendly and gave me a great price on a 12 tree job. They set up the day to actually do the work...never showed up, never called. I called and no one answers. I emailed and no one replys. Poor follow through. Find a different company who actually cares.
UPDATE: The day I posted this Atborcraft contacted me to apologize and let me know a scheduling error occurred due to system issues. They got me scheduled ASAP and did the job free of charge due to the inconvenience of the wasted day from original scheduling.
Thank you aroborcraft for admitting your fault and making good on your commitment.
Happy with their work, they even cleaned out the mess from our pool when they were done.

Got no called/no show for an appointment that was scheduled. It took me having to call in to see what was going on only to find out they were running behind and that they wouldn't be arriving. Took an afternoon off from work to ensure someone was home which is pretty disappointing to say the least.
You know the old saying, You get what you pay for. Well, it truly applies to ArborCraft Tree Service. We had 4 quotes and it seemed ArborCraft was the company that had their act together up front. Some of the other companies we got quotes from didn't really seem like they were into the tree trimming full time, like they were landscapers with a saw and loppers. A few of them just ball parked us a price over the phone?
ArborCraft came by, looked over what we wanted, then got us a quote right away. They even gave us a few options and let us decide what we wanted. We were VERY PLEASED with the initial customer service and we scheduled. It was good to hear them say they are busy. I am in the trades and live by the saying The good people aren't cheap and are busy, the hacks are cheap and available Very accurate here.
Our main concern was the tree hanging over our fence into the back alley. The City said we had to trim it back so no branches would hit the trash truck. We also had a tree on our side street that the FedEx, UPS type trucks would hit all the time and was hanging on our patio cover.
It was time to get some trimming done.
The day of the trimming Ronnie, Robert, Isaac and Brian showed up within the window of time they said, with the right equipment. They all were polite, courteous, professional and left our yard very clean and made sure we were totally happy with the work they did and the overall job. Having paid a bit more for the service, we got every penny's worth of value. I made sure I got cards from Ronnie, because I know my neighbors will want to know who did such a nice job with our trees.

I can not say enough great things about ArborCraft Tree Service. I spoke with Patricia on Monday requesting a drive-by estimate to trim the African Sumac in my front yard. Burt came by early Tuesday morning and quite by chance I was out in the front yard doing a little yardwork so we were able to discuss the tree. Burt e-mailed me a very competitive bid even before he left my home and then Patricia was able to schedule a crew to come out on Wednesday to do the work. Robert and Mauricio did a fantastic job on my African Sumac! ArborCraft Tree Service is one of the top tree services in The Valley with thousands of customers. Believe me, I was very lucky concerning the timing of this project. The planets were perfectly aligned and everyone's can do attitude made the project go quickly and smoothly. We used ArborCraft a couple of months ago to remove 3 of our unwanted (and messy) trees. They did a wonderful job. The price was good, and the crew was prompt, professional, and hard-working. They did a great job of cleaning up, too!
We hired ArborCraft again to remove a mesquite tree that was ready to fall, and once again, the crew (Lenny's crew this time) did an outstanding job. In addition to removing the tree, they had to grind down the roots that were sticking out of the ground. But, they did a wonderful job, and cleaned up the area wonderfully well.
We had been using another tree service for a number of years and had gotten frustrated with the price and quality. We also felt like they were selling us expensive fertilizer treatments.
We switched to ArborCraft and had our first service today. They did an excellent job on both the trimming and clean up. We felt it was far better than the prior tree service company had done and a much better value.
Also, on our initial consultation and estimate there was no upsell of fertilizer or other services by Burt. He also provided great DIY advice on fertilizer and trunk protection.

Thanks to Ronnie and his team, they did an amazing job removing my dead palm trees in my backyard. They worked fast & did a great job in cleaning up. On the side of my house there was a dead tree stump that they removed on their own. They just recognized that it needed to go. I actually wanted it gone but forgot to even ask them about it! Thank you for taking care of that! Oh and the first team that came to just cut the trees were also amazing! For a very hot summer day & working outdoors, they still had a very good attitude.

Very professional. We had 3 trees removed that were dying and growing too close to the house over the roof. With Monsoon season coming and future extreme weather events in the near future the way the world is now it is best to remove brush that can damage the home easy. ArborCraft are the best for the Fountain Hills area. Burt came out and gave me a great estimate, a week later the guys rolled up with their trucks. All 3 trees were down in 30 minutes, another 30 minutes later they were done the job and all cleaned up. 1 hour of work that would have taken me a few days and trips to the dump. 1000% worth it. These guy know trees and they know how to do a great job. Finally the pricing? The best in the Valley and especially for Fountain Hills. Anyone else would have charged me 2-3 times more just because of my location. You know honest workers when you find them. Give them a call!

Highly recommend this company. They were very responsive to all communications. They sent an arborist to give us a quote the next day. The arborist even gave some suggestions on what we could do to prevent future issues. The quote was the best price out of the companies we looked into. When the crew showed up to remove the 25 ft African Sumac tree, 20 ft Lead tree and some small shrubs, they were very respectful. The entire process took about 2 hours and the crew was very thorough cleaning up once they had finished. I would absolutely use them again.
We recently had ArborCraft come out to do some pruning of our trees. Initial response was good. Anthony came out and quickly assessed and provided our quote, which we decided to go with.
We had some problems getting the work scheduled, after waiting for 2 weeks (which was ok) there seemed to be confusion and we ended up slipping day by day for a bit but it finally got resolved.
Robert and co-worker came out and did a great job on all our trees despite the high temps we continue to have. Trees are pruned and shaped properly, the dead branches removed, and everything cleaned up as they went. Can't fault the work - just a shame about the scheduling issue.
My wife & I just bought a home in Scottsdale and inherited a bunch of mature trees we didn't know anything about so we called up ArborCraft. They sent out Burt who was a pleasure to work with. He educated us on what each tree needed in regards to watering, fertilizing, pruning, etc. - it was really helpful. And they were able to send out a crew the same day to prune some trees that needed immediate attention. We feel so much better knowing we have a trusted arborist that we can contact any time and will definitely be using them moving forward.
I requested a quote through Yelp for managing tree disease on our citrus tree. AC responded quickly and scheluded an appointment on 11/16 between 7am and 2pm. Technician was supposed to call on way for gate code etc. We waited home all day..even sent a message through Yelp and left a voice message at business number telling them we were waiting but no response! They may be ok but when someone sets an appointment and doesn't show up-OR call-I'm done!

The trimming was satisfactory although looking at what was cut vs what was left I'm wondering if the guys who came out were actually arborists or was it just the salesperson. Clean up left a lot to be desired. I ended up cleaning up out my rocks and trust me, there was a lot there. My driveway was filthy as well. At least they took the debris bit for the money, they could have been a bit more detail oriented. This was my first time hiring someone to trim my trees so when the next company I hire comes out I have a reference point.
Loved my experience with arborcraft, they were extremely professional and efficient. I had three palm trees removed which were such a pain for me and they removed them in just a couple of hours, it looks like they were never there. Ronnie, Robert, Issac and Pedro were our tree removal specialists and they did such a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!

Arborcraft is aptly named. This is their CRAFT and their service and professionalism is outstanding! I had two trees to remove. Due to budget restraints, I had to spilt the work at different times, and they honored the original estimate on the second tree. Both trees (including stump grinding) came out to be LESS than one estimate for one of the trees. They are fast AND good! They left me some great firewood from my larger pepper tree at my request, they aim to please! Highly recommend, they have 5 stars for a reason, they earn your trust and any future recommendations.

After looking at numerous reviews, I decided to go with Arborcraft tree service. They responded promptly and sent Burt out for the quote. I had a huge pine tree that kept shedding all it's needles in my back yard and pool. Was time to get rid of it. Their quote was reasonable considering the size of the job. I needed a 30ft crane due to the location of the tree to the house. Because they are insured, couldn't go wrong with their service. Ronnie and his crew ( Michael, Lenny & Aaron) showed up early and on time. They got straight to work. Very cordial and professional.Total of about 5hrs and they cleaned up well. The process couldn't have been smoother. Thanks gentleman for a job well done. Would highly recommend their services!
I am very disappointed in this company. Read great ratings on yelp and initially very responsive but after I approved getting the work done no one responded for two weeks. I sent an email saying I no longer needed their services and Patricia responded saying sorry for the delay, And that she was just waiting on an answer that she should have back to me later today. That was a week ago. Maybe this company was reliable at one point but clearly not anymore. Very disappointed.

An Arborcraft crew removed 2 trees that were damaging a block wall in my backyard. I was concerned about the removal because 1 of them overhang our home. However there was no need to worry. The crew arrived on time, were very professional and got started quickly. They did a fantastic job, cleaned up the site so you couldn't even tell the trees were removed and hauled away the debris. We will use Arborcraft for all our future work! Great job!!
Once again, ArborCraft exceeded my expectations! My experience started with Burt who is a Certified Arborist and the best in the business in my opinion. Miguel and Team trimmed and crown thinned to balance 11 large Olive trees and did a fantastic job. They also took care of a large Palo Verde, Acacia, two Chilean Mesquites and three Eucalyptus trees. All looking great after they were done. I only use ArborCraft for all my trees. They are the best in town! I highly recommend you give them a call for a very competitive bid, you will be glad you did.

My Palo Verde is on a steep slope, and has a cascading bouganvilla underneath. The bouganvilla sends up tall shoots that eventually get pulled down by gravity and continue the cascade. However, the shoots under the tree were getting tangled up in the tree's interior branches, and with their weight pulling on the tree, it could eventually cause the tree to fall down the slope that it is located on.
I've tried to reach out and cut branches myself, I've even paid people to come out before, but they weren't professionals like ArborCraft. This company had the tools and expertise to reach way out to the branches on the far side of the slope, take out all the dead branches, and thin out the interior of the tree so that it can come back healthy and proud. I am so pleased. I can now even see North Mountain in the distance!
also had a queen palm whose dead branches were sweeping across my roof with the wind. They took out the dead branches, and watered & fertilized the tree when they were done.
I got a quote from another professional company which wanted twice the amount of my ArborCraft quote, based on nothing but a photo of the two trees. ArborCraft sent someone out to look at the job and understand what I wanted and why, and then gave me their quote (also gave me good maintenance advice on some other trees in the back yard). I'm so glad I went with this company --- no one could have done the job any better than they did. Couldn't be more pleased and confident to offer my endorsement!!!

I contacted several companies to give me estimates for 3 trees; 2 in the front yard and 1 in the back. These were all monster Sissoo trees which had majorly overgrown. The front ones were also multi-trunked so they were dense and huge.
Clayton came out the day after I contacted them. He assessed the trees and let me know that though they were overgrown, they were healthy, which was a relief because we had some concern that the back tree might be falling over. He gave me his quote and let me know that getting the work done would be about 3 weeks out due to the monsoon season and them being very busy (this was the case with all of the tree services we called as it was late August).
After getting the other quotes and meeting several other arborists and yard guys we decided that ArborCraft was our best bet. Clayton was honest about what needed to be done, was an actual arborist, and price-wise they were right in the middle of our quotes so I emailed him to schedule service. He responded rather quickly to let me know when and what time the guys would be out.
The climber came out last Friday, 9/14/18, and removed much of the bulk and height of our super overgrown trees. He worked quickly and efficiently. The cleanup/finishing crew showed up a little bit after him with a chipper and went to work cleaning up all the debris.
When they were done I gave the lead guy the check and he asked if I was happy. At the time I was a little upset because I was told that one of the trunks of the multi-trunked tree facing the driveway would be removed and it wasn't. He said that the climber probably didn't want to kill the tree but that he would talk with the boss and they would get back to me.
I emailed Clayton and told him that while I know our trees were absolute monsters and the crew did work hard, that there were some things I wasn't completely satisfied with. Clayton got back to me right away and said he'd try to get them back out Monday to take care of the issues I had. Monday bright and early the guys came back, removed the part that was supposed to be removed and took care of my other concerns quickly and neatly.
I highly recommend ArborCraft LLC for your tree-trimming and removal services. They are true professionals and get the job done, and make sure you are 100% satisfied.
If they can handle our giant Sissoos, they can handle anything! I would and will use them again in the future.
First of all they were scheduled to arrive between 8-10am. I heard nothing from anyone. No call explaining a delay. About 10:15 I tried to call the office and the voicemail box was full so I emailed and almost immediately got a callback. She said one crew was out sick so they were working short but she'd make a call to find out when they would be arriving. They finally showed at 11:30. NOT Arborists by any stretch of the imagination. The Company names is very deceiving! The guy that comes to do the estimate spoke like he really knew a lot about various trees so I actually expected an arborist would be coming. Silly me!
However 3 very nice Hispanic guys, with only one barely able to speak/understand English, got right to work. Unfortunately I had to show them repeatedly, on both my trees, what dead branches still needed to be trimmed. They didn't require ladders and were done in 45 minutes for $250. I should of asked my usual Hispanic landscaper to do the job for 1/2 that fee. Oh AND the English speaker was surprised to hear from me that I was told they had a crew out sick. He said that wasn't true, they were just very busy and running late.

Very professional and had the knowledge to do the job successfully. Two removals and two trims done on this job. They grounded the stump nicely below the surface; unable to tell there use to be trees in the locations. Even gave me some information on maintenance for small trimmings. They cleaned up very quickly and well. Even went to my neighbors connecting yard for any additional debris. Highly recommend and will be using them for future maintenance.
they did work in our condo development. Contracted for clean out of broken limbs, balancing and topping two big trees in our development. these types of services usually run $400 or so an hour. We paid $1600 and only got 2 hours of work and our trees were not topped or balanced. We're still left with dangerous heavy limbs. Make sure you get what you pay for and make sure you get it done to your satisfaction.
I found Arbor Craft here on Yelp, I went to their website and requested a quote and Anthony contacted me the same day, appt was made for in person quote and he showed up exactly when he said he would. I was given an extremely reasonable quote for the removal of 15 trees and the whole process was super easy. The crew (Miguel) that showed up to complete the job were very professional, courteous and on time and our yard looks fantastic! I would definitely recommend this company and work with them again.
I made a huge mistake and found some random guy online to cut my big huge lemon tree and omg did he cut it. Totally butchered my tree. So I called arbor craft to see if they could salvage it and they sent aaron out. As good as he is, he can't make my tree grow back, but he for sure made it look much much better. He wrapped it so the sun won't damage it where it's bare and recommended some fertilizers to help it grow back. I had some questions about my estimate and the owner immediately reached out and answered them all. You can really tell how important it is to them that their customers be satisfied with the service. Awesome company I will use again, and in the future I will go to them first. Lesson learned.

We inherited two severely distressed trees that are new home and they did not survive the summer. We had Arborcraft out and the man who came with super knowledgeable. He gave me a reasonable quote and was able to get us scheduled quickly. I was not home when the workers came, but when I got home, you literally couldn't tell that there had been trees in the two spots where they were taken out. There was very little mess left behind, a few branches here and there, but it looks like there was a genuine effort to get it very tidy. We are super happy and I've already reached out to them again for other needs.

Clayton came out and looked at our trees and gave me some good information about what I have and how they grow, as well as the trees my neighbor has all around in his backyard as it is invasive and not a nice tree to have for a neighbor so close to your home...yikes! They trimmed my four trees and removed a tree from an area I want to use as an outdoor kitchen and eating area. Thank you ArborCraft for your services! They were prompt, courteous and did what they said they would do when they told me they would. The only hiccup was my email address and a lot of people get it wrong. Your getting actual arborists when you hire these guys and they will answer all your questions knowledgeably.
Last week, I decided it was time for our giant ficus tree to be removed and have other trees trimmed. I called several companies to get bids. ArborCraft quickly got me on their schedule for a certified arborist to come look at my trees. I was able to get a bid that came in a bit below other bids I received. I was happy to hire a company that was licensed and insured. ArborCraft came out today and removed my ficus as well as trimmed up my neighbor's ficus tree that was beginning to grow over my roof. The employees were kind, attentive to details and did a great job. I would recommend this company.

Had ArborCraft trim an elm tree. Excessive? Look at before and after photos and you decide. Company gave me a 10% discount ($27.50) for being unsatisfied with the work. Doesn't really help the depressed feeling I get every time I look at the now naked tree. Just hoping that in a few years maybe some of the lower branches will grow back and it will fill out again.

Had three large overgrown trees in my yard. They did a great job thinning them out. They did so good that I might be able to grow grass where there used to no grass due to the constant shade of the tree. Will use them again.

I planned to remove one ficus tree and two palm trees in my backyard. Clayton stopped by to give me a quote. He is really easy to work with. He gave me details on how they are going to remove my trees and when. He also gave great price.
On the day for tree removal, the whole crew was on time. They work quick and efficient. Christian and Anthony did a great job remove all the debris in my backyard.

We had been having problems with our two huge Sissoo trees for the last several years, and after another irrigation line was broken from roots we finally decided to take the plunge and have them removed. Ron and his crew did an amazing job! They took out three trees. One very large one. Then they trimmed two other large trees. You cannot even tell where they were. They did everything we asked and the clean up afterward was awesome! We are more than pleased.

I contacted AbrorCraft and Burt was quick to respond and come to my home for an estimate on Palm tree trimming, stump removals and a tree removal. He's extremely knowledgeable and offered suggestion for my landscape that would look great, albeit no financial gain to him or his company. I scheduled my palm tree trimming and expressed concern that the last company I used let all of the trimmings/seed pods fall in my pool resulting in many hours of cleanup. When his crew arrived (on time) they did such a quick and efficient job and they left my pool looking better than when they arrived. Very reasonably priced. I only had a couple complaints... For one, the workers didn't wear masks when interacting with me but we had all our interactions outside which made me less irritated about it. They were quick and removed my 4 trees within a hour or two. They, however, left a lot of debris in my yard. They removed the large pieces but some of the smaller stuff were left in piles on top of where the stumps were. Other than those two gripes, they did a pretty good job! :) I'd likely use them again in the future.
Great service! Needed some tree stumps removed. Got great pricing and even a suggestion on type of tree to replace the fallen one with. Even looked over our other bushes and also made suggestions which was very nice. We called and got scheduled within a week. Great customer service!! The day of the tree removal the guys were running behind but they kept in touch so we knew when they would arrive which was excellent!! Would recommend them and have!!
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with this company and I would not recommend to anyone. While the crew was friendly and on time, they left a mess in our yard and damaged our block wall. The owner did apologize and paid for the wall to be fixed. The biggest motivation for writing this review is because we had 3 Sissoo trees cut down and treated. I realize nothing is guaranteed but they are growing back like crazy. I wish we had gone with a different company because it is such a headache now.

The grinding and clean up crew came at the end of the day and had very ugly nasty attitudes. The grinding was to be up to 6 below ground, most of the stump was left above ground, hidden under all the debris they did not remove. When we asked them to remove the stump we got the nastiest and rudest response. Trying to demand that I sign paperwork saying all work was done. When I wouldn't I was actually scared of the workers response. The worker got is blower and started just blowing all the debris in the air and into our neighbors yard. How embarrassing for us. We spent about 3 hours sweeping and cleaning not only our yard, but our neighbors as well. And we chose this company and paid more because they promised they would clean up. When they came back to grind the stump more, we asked that they please not blow debris into the neighbors yard. Their solution? Leave all the debris in our yard. Another hour cleaning up. I guess I got the tired crew that doesn't care. However, I tried to call the office to understand what I should expect in the clean up and to ask for them to send a different non-threatening person, but THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!!! The only reason they got two stars is because the actual chopping guys did a great job. The follow up people and the office need customer care training.

They accommodated my schedule by sending someone out to quote w/o me being home (I appreciated not having to postpone/delay until our schedules meshed up!) I loved the automated emails (a digital quote, contract, booking confirmation, visit reminder, payment receipt) -- so very professional and modern! The removal team showed up on time, were polite, and did excellent work! Robert really knows his stuff! It was interesting to watch him at his craft, calculating which branch to take, moving with precision. His partner, the new guy never stood around idle. The arborists gave me good solid recommendations. He did not try to sell me the world. He explained why he made the recommendations he made. His pricing was very reasonable. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything. I feel this company is honest and trustworthy. I am happy to give ArborCraft an excellent recommendation.

The ArborCraft crew came today to trim our trees. They were on time .. did an amazing job trimming .. cleaned everything up. Aaron answered all my questions and gave me some pointers on correct watering for the type of trees we have along with other great advice. I am so glad went with this company. Highly recommend them!
A microburst took down a 100+ foot pine tree in my yard, which crashed through my fence and spans two neighbors properties. In a panic, I contact Arborcraft after seeing their Yelp reviews. Max responded very quickly via email, and Clayton was able to come to my property the next day. They were incredibly responsive and consultative as I needed to figure out how to work through my insurance company considering the damage to the property.
ArborCraft has maintenance the trees at my work for a while now and I have to say I am always amazed and happy with their quality of work. They're quotes are the best you can find in the area and their personnel has been nothing but professional and kind. They genuinely care about their customer and make sure they provide the best quality and service.

I had Burt out to evaluate the trees I wanted taken down, and he offered his recommendation and suggestions. He also made suggestions for trees/shrubs as I move forward with my backyard renovation. Burt was extremely pleasant; friendly, professional and well versed in his craft. Very knowledgeable. A true professional. His quote for my needs were considerably less than what I anticipated based off others quotes, so I was thrilled.
The crew arrived first thing in the morning, as was promised. They were pleasant and professional getting right to work after verifying with me exactly the work to be done. I had a lemon tree along with some large palms to come down. I was trying to get as many lemons off the tree as I could before it was removed. The crew said they'd do that tree last, and when it was time, Jose cut the large branches so I could finish up pulling the lemons with the branches down. They thoroughly cleaned the yard, and yo'd never know there were overgrown trees there. It looks amazing. The yard looks so clean and so much larger now.
I would recommend giving them a call and getting a quote for tree removals, pruning or whatever you need before going somewhere else. They got back to me quickly and I can't be happier with the way my yard and I were treated.
You want be disappointed!!

The crew did a great job. My trees have never looked better. They cleaned up the trimmings and the yard looked better than when they started. Definitely worth spending a little more than the low bidders.
I just spoke with Max from Arborcraft and he resolved our differences with the work schedule and both Arborcraft and myself are very pleased. I highly recommend speaking with Max if something does not seem right, sometimes a conversation can go sideways!

After my first review the owner, Clayton, got in touch and offered to send his crew back out to balance out the trees and clean them up. They came over and did a good job. Clayton is all about achieving full customer satisfaction and I do not doubt he will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. The only reason I did not go with 5 stars is because they had to come back out but this company will take good care of you.
Aborcraft did a fantastic job on two big trees in my yard, they made them look better then they ever have before.
They cleaned up after themselves, took my on a walk through to make sure I was satisfied and kept to the original quote.
Five star review is well deserved.

Recently had a 25' Ash tree removed by Arborcraft. Clayton was responsive throughout and quickly provided a very reasonable bid. While some other companies said job couldn't be completed for weeks, Clayton had a team out within 3 business days. Work took roughly 2 hours and clean up was amazing, even left firewood on the side of the house at my request as I wasn't home. No pushy contractor demanding $ down, or immediately upon job completion, as Clayton drove to my house 2 days later, working around my schedule, to collect. Already referred them to others I know. You need tree service of any kind, look no further.
The 2018 monsoon season kicked off with a *whoosh!*, literally! 60-80 mph winds are no match for our shallow-rooting desert trees, and when our beloved willow acacia twisted to the point of splitting it was time to call in reinforcements. Having worked with another tree care group before, I made my phone call and waited to hear back. Long story short - they completely flaked on me and I began to get very nervous when 3 more companies wouldn't even call me back. Then, as if appearing from the clouds, a call was returned. It was Clayton from ArborCraft! He explained upfront that their schedule was a bit overwhelmed at the moment (which I totally expected) and that they were scheduling appointments based on priority. We agreed on a day and time for the quote, I explained my situation, knowing that my tree was not a big priority by any means, and was scheduled in. They arrived on schedule and got the work and cleanup completed in just a couple of hours! Not only that, they managed to save 1/2 of our tree and it still looks great and provides much needed shade. Finally, the price for the job was far below my expectations and very fair!! I recommend ArborCraft over ANY other similarly rated company. They will be there for you when you need them most, in every way. Thanks ArborCraft!!
I had several trees in my yard that needed to be trimmed and cut down after I purchased my home. I called ArborCraft and Clayton came out to my house to assess and I received a quote that beat the other guys I had checked out. He is very easy to work with and responds quickly. Would definitely recommend!
We are so pleased with ArborCraft Tree Service! They were fast to respond, and were able to trim our tree faster than anticipated. Our old olive tree was extremely heavy and overgrown, and they did an amazing job making it look like a tree again! I would highly recommend them!

We have a large Ash tree in our backyard that had sun damage and needed pruning. I met with Clayton, the owner, and he went over different options for the tree. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in his suggestions. He gave us both positive and negative outcomes based on the work he could do and that helped us make the best decision based on his knowledge skills and experience. The turnaround time was pretty quick for the crew to come out and address the issues with the tree. The crew was on time and very professional. The job was done really quick, just about an hour. Thank you for the great service.
