DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY.

We wrote a check to Miguel and he deposited the check for 6x the amount written. It took multiple hours on the phone with our bank to sort out this issue, along with all the bank fees we were charged as he drained our account negative. Miguel laughed on the phone and blamed the overcharge on the ATM. He offered no resolutions or apologies to over-charging us THOUSANDS of dollars and we were left hanging, dealing with the aftermath.

This business lacks integrity.

Hired to do a cleanup service with some hedge clipping and weed removal. Had done to our rental property before moving out. A tad bit pricey but we received our direct deposit back from the rental company and received no fees regarding lawn maintenance.

We had a communication misunderstanding, and Billy didn't charge us for extra work they did, just to make it right! They've even come back multiple times after a yard instillation to fertilize and treat the grass. Awesome honest company! You won't be disappointed if you use Billy and his team!

Billy and his crew were excellent to work with! They removed 2 raised cement garden beds, a huge palo verde tree and other bushes in our yard. Billy was always quick to respond, easy to schedule with and he and his crew always showed up when they said they would show up! They were also great communicating with us throughout the project and keeping us updated.

We could not be anymore impressed with Billy and his team! This man is a serious leader and one who cares about his product as well as his customer! His team arrived first thing in the morning to do an amazing yard transformation for us in the front and backyard! We had HUGE mature trees hanging over all of our neighbors fences into their yard, and Billy's team made sure to keep everything contained to our yard for easy clean up! I don't think we have ever been as pleased with a contractor as we were with Ryan and his crew. We had a huge oleander removal project that included close to 100 very old large oleanders. We had been given several jaw dropping outlandish expensive quotes before we found Ryan. He is so experienced and has just the right equipment to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They came on time every day and finished the job exactly when they said. Five days and it was done, hauled and cleaned. Such a complete job removing massive root balls. (Others had said it would take 3 weeks! Their quoted prices reflected that length.)  Now we have the money left to do some wonderful landscaping. Ryan had to work around a neighbor's wall. No problem. He runs his equipment with such precision you would have thought he had tweezers! It was fun just to watch. It was an absolute pleasure working with Ryan.

Joe was very responsive & professional from the moment I requested a quote. Joe gave me the days/times he could come out & trim 2 palms. I'm very satisfied with my experience & would recommend their tree trimming services!

I had a great experience with this company. Joe provided a quote immediately through yelp. It was just for the trimming of two palms,
and the quote was much more reasonable than others I have received. He sent Froylan out the same day. The trimming was completed quickly and he cleaned up after very well, even grabbing the stray fronds in the pool. Much better experience than last year when I went with a much larger and more expensive company. I will call Joe next time I have tree needs.

If I could give Joe and Jose a 6 star review for the work they did today I would!  Stop searching.  Call this company now!

I live in an HOA and received a notice on dead fronds on a 20' Mexican fan palm tree so the clock was ticking.  I messaged a dozen companies Friday night.  The quotes were high for my small project.  One was a minimum of $300 just to send over a truck.  At that point I was debating getting my own super tall ladder and a chain saw.

I messaged a couple more companies Saturday morning around 6 and Joe responded and was able to send someone over just 3 hours later.  Their price was a fraction of the competition.  Jose knocked out the work very quickly and did an OUTSTANDING job!

I will definitely call Joe again in the future.

Octavio and his team did great work cleaning up my front and back yards. They were littered with leaves and full of overgrown weeds. They responded quickly to my request, took care of everything, and sprayed the lawns with herbicide to keep it clean the next week. Good price, good response time, friendly guy.

However, I am only giving them 4 stars because of the way they handle scheduling. For the yard cleanup job, they kind of just came and went as they pleased at whatever times worked for them. But it worked out eventually. I tried to rehiring Jaguars to help get my neighbors' trees pruned. Debra completely ignored my request for a few days' notice to give me time to respond and communicate with my neighbors. I'm writing this review after she messaged me 4 times at 5am, and then Octavio showed up at my house All of this happened while I was asleep, so I didn't even have a chance to respond. Very pushy and unprofessional.

Great team! They are very accommodating and do good work.  Super easy to work with and reliable. I would definitely them for yard service.

I have been using Top Leaf Tree service for about 8 years now to do my annual desert tree trimming. They are always courteous, on time, offer a fair price, and do a great job shaping and thinning out the trees for summertime storm season. Thank you.

Talked to Jason yesterday about doing an estimate today. He stated he would be by today and would call before coming over.

No call, no show. How do you expect to run a successful business this way? I will use someone else who appreciates their customers!

*Update* Jason called me and apologized after seeing my review. He legitimately seems to be a good guy and it's a shame we weren't able to do business. He explained a situation happened today and I am a very understanding person. That being said, you have to keep your agreements and if the company would have just called me, I would have been understanding of the situation.

Professional service, on schedule and efficient work and at a VERY competitive price.  Go with Top Leaf.  Here's my story and why I did.  I was finally tired of the cost, maintenance, mess and frustration that my two 60+ foot tall palms were giving me and I needed an experienced company to handle the complicated removal. The trees were located in a tight spot between my pool and the house so dropping them was not really an option although other companies wanted to.

Called Top Leaf and got friendly office staff who set up the estimate appointment.  Estimator arrived a few minutes early, assessed the situation and walked me through the options, cost estimates, time it would take - everything.  He was up front about risks and what to expect from the job.  No upsell, no looking around the yard to find other trees I need to let them help me with (yes, others dis that).

Settled on having it done right by Top Leaf which meant a crane squeezed into my back yard (this operator was amazing) who handled the lifting and moving - totally worth the cost, without question.  Top Leaf crew quickly had the trees down, cut in pieces and later removed.  They cleaned up the yard and pool deck and I could barely tell they had done work there.  That's how it should be done.  I also received follow up calls from the office after completion to see if I was satisfied with the work and if there was anything else I needed.

Could not be happier with the service and efficiency of this crew and the cost savings I'll get from no longer having them trimmed. It will offset the cost of the removal in no time.  Seriously, these trees were wreaking havoc on my pool with flowers, seeds, and stringy palm leaf debris that was stopping my pool vac 2 to 4 times a week resulting in a green pool which resulted in hundreds in pool chemicals to correct and countless hours cleaning.

So glad I did not go with the lowest price crew that thought they could drop chunks of tree into my yard.  Do your homework and go with Top Leaf.  They will get my business for all future tree needs.

AMS is the worst landscaping business we've ever had. Leaves  & weeds were left in the yard after the service. The hedges were poorly trimmed. Two bushes were damaged as a result of poor trimming.

I asked AMS to schedule a do over service. They scheduled the do-over and when they showed up to correct what had not been done or had been done poorly, I talked with Pedro about the areas that we were concerned about. After a brief conversation with Pedro, he said I was disrespectful and left.

The yard is a mess.
