Excellent service; fair and reasonable. They cut a large tree down in my backyard and gave excellent service.

They quoted me a price to remove a mesquite tree (based on pictures) and then nearly doubled it when they showed up to do the work and saw the tree. They were supposed to be at my house at 6:00am to do the work. At 6:00am, they told me it would actually be 9:00am. Then they showed up around 7:45am while I was dropping off my daughter. When I got home they were already it my backyard. This could have been very bad. I had not locked my dogs in the house, because I though I had another hour. The price they adjusted to was not dissimilar to other companies' quotes, but I had them leave because I didn't like the way they did business.

Got my lemon tree removed  and elm tree groomed for a reasonable price. The owner was very punctual and finished the job promptly.

Had them out to clear the back of the property that was filled with Stag horn Chollas and other native desert scrub, as well as several overgrown palo verdes. Came out on a Saturday to provide an estimate and were able to start the work on my schedule. Spent 2 days clearing out the desert and left it better than I had expected. They were very respectful, wore masks, and kept their distance when needed. Would recommend and will use them again for any landscaping needs.

Did a great job thinning and shaping a very large ficus tree at my home. Price was competitive and responsiveness was impressive.

Called Billy twice with problems I was having.  Very prompt, fair pricing and great work.

This is an amendment to my earlier review of one star.
Billy immediately reached out to me after posting the below review explaining that our appointment got lost among many others and as a business owner myself, I can surely understand how that can happen. I had a feeling it was something simple as our previous communication was spot on. Billy came to my home within 20 minutes of calling me and went over all of my needs and answered all questions I had. His company will now be servicing my home on a bi-weekly basis for landscaping as well as doing a couple of other projects. He is personable and made sure to make the slight error right! Thank you Billy!

Billy and the team were very easy to work with and I received a response from Billy the same day I requested a quote.  His team was out the same week to do a full front/backyard clean up and plant winter ryegrass. His guys did a great job and I will continue to use their team for biweekly services.

Gabriel and his  crew came by and did a great job on my front yard cleanup and excavation (hole digging for shrubs) - he also gave me a great price

I'm so happy with the job Ryan did for us. He removed a large tree, trimmed 3 very tall  overgrown trees and cut branches away from another causing water damage to carport. Contacted him and the job was started right away. Showed up on time, cleaned up so well and completed the job in timeframe promised. Ryan even worked with me to find a solution for my budget, maximizing our curb appeal. Highly recommend.

Although the initial quote was a little confusing to sort out, this was the best price among three companies and the work was done very well. I had three palm trees and they scanned them and cut off the dead frawns and one of the palm trees was quite tall. Response time was quick from the owner Joe.

I had a great experience with this company. Joe provided a quote immediately through yelp. It was just for the trimming of two palms,
and the quote was much more reasonable than others I have received. He sent Froylan out the same day. The trimming was completed quickly and he cleaned up after very well, even grabbing the stray fronds in the pool. Much better experience than last year when I went with a much larger and more expensive company. I will call Joe next time I have tree needs.

Joe responded to my Yelp inquiry for a quote within 10 minutes, and was able to come by the next day and trim 6 trees first thing in the morning.  He was professional, on time, cleaned up nicely and hauled everything away.  I would recommend.

Very quick response and came out promptly to quote and begun work the very next morning. I had Octavio and his team plant hopped bushes in my front yard and they did it in a timely manner and cleaned up well after themselves. Very happy with the work they did for me.

Great team! They are very accommodating and do good work.  Super easy to work with and reliable. I would definitely them for yard service.

Talked to Jason yesterday about doing an estimate today. He stated he would be by today and would call before coming over.

No call, no show. How do you expect to run a successful business this way? I will use someone else who appreciates their customers!

*Update* Jason called me and apologized after seeing my review. He legitimately seems to be a good guy and it's a shame we weren't able to do business. He explained a situation happened today and I am a very understanding person. That being said, you have to keep your agreements and if the company would have just called me, I would have been understanding of the situation.

Chance and his crew have been amazing. They are professional, reliable, and we love the results. Definitely would recommend!

I've used them for years. However, they are not good now.

I called two weeks before last scheduled appointment. They sent a quote. But, scheduled two weeks later. (Ofcourse weeds are gonna grow while you wait). They came to a house, decided it was too much work by one hour. They decided not to do any work, and rescheduled for one week later while raising the price from 350 to 500. I did not complain at this point as their initial quote is just an estimate.  I noted some concern, that they should have atleast started the job, or considered that weeds grow when it rains. But, I was willing to let it slide.

A week later, during rescheduled appearance. Kyle came to my house and said the gate was locked. (It was NOT LOCKED, though I was not 100% certain at the time) I was at work at a meeting, they couldn't wait 10 minutes to talk to me on they phone (even though they also had the whole front yard to do as well). They forced a reschedule again. I am pissed at this point as I need my yard cleaned up before it gets worse. This was their second chance so I left the first version of the review at this point.

Their office then said they would come back and fix it by the end of the day. I took off work to ensure gate was open (And it was the whole time). Then, after saying they would fix it, they recscinded their offer and that they weren't going to come and clean up my yard because of the negative review I had written (I had already given them 2 chances, and I would have retracted it if they made it right), and because I made their employee feel uncomfortable. (I did not call him anything derogatory). It was on the phone and it was one sentence paraphrased below with curse words not in shown.

Bugger off, this is bloody ridiculous After they cancelled working on my yard twice due to their own incompetence. I then hung up, because in my opinion their worker was just trying to be lazy. I then sent an email to their management which obviously did not help as we are here.
