They did a great job and even came out on a Sunday. My irrigation system was a mess and they fixed it up pretty fast.

Alex responded promptly. They did a very nice job. Cleaned up the landscaping and rock really nicely and did all as planned. Not a speck left behind.

My husband and I had a horrible weed problem in our yard. It was in terrible shape. We were contacted promptly by Alex from Velasco when I inquired about a quote for the job. He came over the same day and gave us a thorough, free consultation. I was impressed by his quick response and the description he gave about exactly what he could do to improve our yard. His quote was very reasonable as well. Today, his team came out and did a wonderful job on clearing the weeds/grass patches in our yard and spraying any stragglers for weed prevention. It looks like a new yard! I was also impressed that they even netted our pool to get rid of the debris from the blower. Excellent customer service! The workers were very polite. We know who to call for our landscaping needs in the future! Thank you, Velasco!!

Great service at a great price. Alex is prompt and courteous with his response and quote. And the job was done within two days of first visit of  the quote. The service was so good I hired them on a monthly plan.

I have utilized Velasco's yard service for several years. They do an exceptional job maintaining our landscaping. They promptly fix any issues with the irrigation system. Very friendly and courteous. Alex and his crew provide excellent customer service.

Needed to have a large pine tree removed. I watchd them for a while and they knew exactly what they were doing! Real pros. Highly recommend!!!

I called Tree Pros to diagnose a sick Jacaranda tree. As usual, I requested my favorite arborist, Kyle Thoma. I had come to trust him when treating some sick Queen Palms. Within minutes of showing up, Kyle identified the problem and solution. I appreciate that kind of experience. Kyle is personable and knows his trees. It is refreshing to find someone so competent. Thanks Tree Pros!

I hired them to do some soil injections, trim some trees, and provide some fertilizer. They trimmed the trees fine but left before doing the rest (I have cameras in the front and back yard).

I called and they explained that the tech got had to leave but they'd come back the next day. The tech came, dropped off the product and left. When I called to ask about the injections, they told me the tech didn't realize he had more to do and he would come back. It sure started to seem like the $1000 soil injections were just a sham service.

Lastly, it happened another time. Tech came for 5 minutes and left. Emailed the company and called multiple times. Said a supervisor would come out, but then stopped responding. Wouldn't recommend.

One year ago they charged me $300.00 to trim two palm trees. This year they quoted $700.00. I don't think so but nice try.

The good.  Robert, their arborist has always been good to deal with and seems to know his stuff and communicates well to the crew on what needs to be done.  That part is executed well.  The bad is that they are overly aggressive in trying to get back in to trim trees, etc.  This is a $1,100 to $1,300 job.  Mark your calendar please as we will not be doing more than every 10-12 months.  When my spouse reached back out to them, it took them a week or so to get back to her.  They need to tighten up communication a bit.

I received an unsolicited text message from Tree Pros advertising their services and requesting I contact them for more information and to set up a a time to get an estimate for any requested work.  I have never contacted Tree Pros in the past or have they ever performed services for me previously.  I texted Tree Pros back after checking recent reviews on Yelp that were less than positive regarding their customer service and their professionalism, to inform them that due to Yelp reviews, I would encourage them to address those areas of complaint before I would consider hiring them for work.  They responded that they had a 3.5 star rating with Yelp and appeared to be quite happy with mediocrity.

Thr arborist Paul that was assigned to give me a quote calls on Easter during dinner and wants to come over on Easter Monday. I told him my faith celebrates Easter and Easter Monday and to call back on Tuesday after the season is over. While speaking with him he was very snarky making a comment he's been to my place hundreds of times. If ge's been here hundreds if times, why does he need to come over to give me a quote? Normally after a couple times, I'm able to remember the beautiful trees I see. He never called back and Amanda who runs  the Customer Service Relations for the company tells me the quote would be taken care of. Nada a week later. I've moved on.

Arrived on time, polite, cleaned up all of the trimmings, and some of the other tree debris in the yard.  A total of three trees, all done in just over an hour.

We just moved into our new home in July and Sadly our tree out front didn't make it. I contacted tree pros because of their good reputation and reviews. They were responsive and able to send out Mike for a quote the next day!

It was very easy to schedule the appointment and the quote was crystal clear regarding what would be done and what each component cost.

I got a reminder call the day before. When the crane showed up (on time), the gentleman talked to my husband through the door bell system and was very professional and made sure the crane was parked in an appropriate place that wouldn't obstruct our ability to get in and out of the driveway.

The job took about 45 minutes. Everything was cleaned up beautifully and they did a great job.

Stump removal happens tomorrow!

Schedule a quote that was competitive with others.  Put down a thousand dollar deposit then two days before our appointment they called increasing the quote by 1000.  They stated the alley was too small, even though they had to see it for the quote.  Sketchy stuff.
