We had a wonderful experience with Troy and his team. Fast, kind communication. Quick response times and detailed information. Texted the day of and arrived early. Amazing, thorough work. We will absolutely use this company again. Very impressed!

I really don't have the words to thank UCT&L. As a realtor, it's imperative that I have professionals that are reliable and shine at what they do. Troy and his team removed the grass from my yard and replaced our irrigation line. They did excellent work. Troy was quick to respond when I had questions. He was also upfront about the costs.

My back yard was full of dust, dirt, weeds and in dire need of an update. I hired Urgent Care Tree & Lawn to grade and level the lot, remove the weeds, install sprinklers/drip systems, place topsoil, weed block and rocks... and couldn't be any more pleased with the result! They also connected my existing manual sprinkler from the front yard with the backyard, and everything is easily programmable and simple to maintain now.

I'm wildly happy the result, and can't thank Troy and his team enough for the great work!

On time and removed a very large 7x7 foot tree stump in less than an hour. Will be using service again in the future.

I hired Arizona Tree Team to remove 2 massive trees and ended up with a great price to remove 7 trees including stump removal.  
They were on time with super nice equipment and crew who completed the job in one day.  Upon completion they left my property completely clean and raked.  I would not hesitate to recommend their service.

Saw another post on social media (Nextdoor) for AZ Tree Team, LLC, so I called them.  Another neighbor had used them, and was happy with their services.  

Abraham (602) 461-5498 came out within the hour on a Sunday Holiday and gave me an estimate.    They came out this morning (another HOLIDAY) and took care of business (big stump removal) like professionals.  Clean-up was great.    

I would recommend these guys 100%, and plan to use them whenever I need tree trimming done!

Our landlord decided at the last minute that we needed to trim a palm tree and fix some stray grass before we moved out... with four days' notice!!
I called around, Aispuros was the only one who answered the phone. They came out the next day for an estimate and said they could do the work within the next few days before we moved. They came out the next morning!! I'm so impressed with the service, the way they crammed me in, the way things looked, the friendly service, and the price was reasonable.

Set up 2 appointments to review property and landscaping needs. No call, no email, no show to both. Not worth a 3rd disappointment.

The guys are always reliable and do a good job! We have them come every two weeks to do maintenance landscaping on our yard. They've been helping us out for over a year. Highly recommend!!

I tried calling several landscapers and he is the only one who answered right away. He came out to do the job within a couple days of calling. He did such a great job! Yes I'm aware that this got ridiculously long but I'm frustrated to say the least.

Now understand that I'm not a new customer, I've been with them for about a year. The crew had been doing a decent job maintaining my lawn. The problems started when we moved and had to switch the maintenance service to a different address. Seems simple enough right? Come give me a new estimate and send the crew to start on my new place after we move.

I informed them even before we moved and gave them the date and new address. First of all, you're lucky if anyone even picks up the phone, and then you leave voice messages that gets ignored. I left 2 voice mails that never got acknowledged. Then I finally spoke to Joanna who said Eli would be down to my new house asap to give me an estimate.

Days later, I called again and there began the merry go round of Eli claiming that he spoke to my spouse, (never happened), emailing an estimate that we never got it, not even in spam mail so who knows,  Eli saying my front lawn has grass when it's all desert landscape so I THINK he went to the wrong address but Joanna had no idea and couldn't confirm so I still don't know what happened there. And it's not like we're in a hard to find part of town, it's only about A MILE AWAY from my old place. So I had to wait again for him to do another estimate. That took forever. They finally gave me one and promised to come this week . No one has showed up since. Considering it's a long holiday weekend tomorrow, it's obviously a no show with zero communication as to why. What a complete and utter waste of my time

And as of today (3rd July) I still have not received any response to my email a week ago giving a start date or or any acknowledgement when I finally emailed them to ask them to cancel my account. Keep in mind that I'm a paying customer and here I am left wondering if they even care. After nearly a month of waiting, calls and emails, I have been more than humanly patient in giving them the benefit of the doubt. All this for a simple change of maintenance address is absolutely RIDICULOUS.

It is unprofessional that a problem persist with barely any followup effort from AMS nor should it be MY responsibility to have to keep chasing after them like I had to. It's also incredibly disrespectful to waste my time like this. Their communication is just  horrible and customer service is obviously not their priority after they got your business.

So this epic essay is to say -  DO NOT USE AMS if you value your precious time and sanity. There are too many other companies out there who are hungry for your business to deal with so much incompetency. Sure it starts out well but heaven help you if you need any sort of help or changes to your service later on because then it all goes straight . to . hell.

We've used Rey's Tree Service several times over the last couple of years and I would highly recommend them! Rey is very pleasant to work with, is prompt, and communicates when they will be here. They've always done a great job with our palm trees and bushes, and always clean up after themselves.

They scheduled time for a quote, then they never showed up when they said they would. Didn't hear a word back about rescheduling either. Can't rate their work product as we didn't get that far.

I contacted them asking for a quote and they responded asking for my details and when it would be good to come and assess the job. Its been 10 days since i provided that info and i never heard back from them again.

What an amazing crew! Found them on thumbtack.com and they came and removed 3 huge branches that snapped like a twig in a wind storm. This company has great commutation skills with keeping me up to date on when they were coming to my house. Sam and his crew are you! Quick, efficient,  and hard workers.

Alberto was super responsive and quick to resolve and projects I had for him. He finished in a timely manner and just kept to the work. Though I'm new to paying for landscaping I believe the price he gave me was fair.

Called and came out within 24 hours. Reminded me of my service prior and txted me pictures to ensure the job was done. Great price. Would recommend to friends and family.

This company scheduled a consult and never showed up or called to cancel. I rushed home from work and missed out on a couple of hours pay for a company that didn't even bother to let me know they weren't coming.

The team showed up at 7 am ready to go! Great service, fast and very affordable.
We had a somewhat complicated pine trees that needed removed and they accepted the challenge. No hesitation and the job was completed within just a few hours. The team was very polite, and cleaned up everything from our yard and the neighbors. I would highly recommend this company for any tree removal.
