Troy is very communicative, patient, and reliable. I needed a contractor who would wait for the landscaping work to start until I got competing quotes and my neighbor's approval. Although Troy offered to do the job on the same day as giving me the estimate, he listened to me and waited till I gave him the okay. After I got my neighbor's approval, I was able to schedule an appointment at a good time.  He and his team did a great job with my yard work (weeds removed and sprayed) and my neighbor's tree removal and tree trimming. I'll definitely ask him to give me future estimates and work.

Troy's team did a fantastic job cleaning up my weed-filled yard. The 90 day guarantee is also a big relief I can't recommend enough!

Troy and his team removed the grass from my yard and replaced our irrigation line. They did excellent work. Troy was quick to respond when I had questions. He was also upfront about the costs.

I contacted Troy (owner) and he came out the same day and gave me a really fair offer.  He and his team came out the next day and did exactly what we needed to be done.  They removed our tree and grinded down the stump within a few hours.

On time and removed a very large 7x7 foot tree stump in less than an hour. Will be using service again in the future.

I needed a tree removed in my front yard and ended up going with AZ Tree Team. Noel and his team were extremely professional and easy to work with. They went out to my property and gave me an estimate on the same day I reached out to them. They followed up and communicated with me well through the entire process. They got me on their schedule and had the tree removed within a couple of days. If you're looking for an arborist, I highly recommend Noel and AZ Tree Team!

Very professional and diligent. They do excellent work, with an eye to details, and respond fast.  But the highest praise I can give is they genuinely care about making sure you are happy with their work, and that comes through in their approach to the job and in all of the interactions I've had with them.  If you care about value for what you pay, you'll be more than pleased with these guys.

Sam responded very quickly though Yelp. He gave me a quote of $100 based on the photo and answers from the questionnaire I sent. We scheduled an appointment for January 31st with a rough estimate on the time, possibly before noon.

The morning of the appointment at 7am I got a text message from Joanna letting me know when they were on their way. They got to my house at 2pm and they were done in less than 20 minutes.

I would highly suggest Aispuros if you need any yard maintenance. Very quick response time and efficiency. They also take Zelle which is really convenient.

Sam and his crew showed up today to move two Palm trees that were too close to our patio and interfering with our awning and Solar panels! They moved them to the corner of our yard without any problems! It was evident from the start that they were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing! The new placement looks like they were there all along! Loved the job they did and would recommend them without hesitation!

The guys are always reliable and do a good job! We have them come every two weeks to do maintenance landscaping on our yard. They've been helping us out for over a year. Highly recommend!!

I used Ivan the other day to come out and remove some plants and just do a general cleanup his prices although not cheap or reasonable. Big plus is there is no language barrier and I found them to be really honest in fact I'm gonna ask him to come out give me an estimate on fixing my irrigation  system next really pleased with the work he did

Yes I'm aware that this got ridiculously long but I'm frustrated to say the least.

Now understand that I'm not a new customer, I've been with them for about a year. The crew had been doing a decent job maintaining my lawn. The problems started when we moved and had to switch the maintenance service to a different address. Seems simple enough right? Come give me a new estimate and send the crew to start on my new place after we move.

I informed them even before we moved and gave them the date and new address. First of all, you're lucky if anyone even picks up the phone, and then you leave voice messages that gets ignored. I left 2 voice mails that never got acknowledged. Then I finally spoke to Joanna who said Eli would be down to my new house asap to give me an estimate.

Days later, I called again and there began the merry go round of Eli claiming that he spoke to my spouse, (never happened), emailing an estimate that we never got it, not even in spam mail so who knows,  Eli saying my front lawn has grass when it's all desert landscape so I THINK he went to the wrong address but Joanna had no idea and couldn't confirm so I still don't know what happened there. And it's not like we're in a hard to find part of town, it's only about A MILE AWAY from my old place. So I had to wait again for him to do another estimate. That took forever. They finally gave me one and promised to come this week . No one has showed up since. Considering it's a long holiday weekend tomorrow, it's obviously a no show with zero communication as to why. What a complete and utter waste of my time

And as of today (3rd July) I still have not received any response to my email a week ago giving a start date or or any acknowledgement when I finally emailed them to ask them to cancel my account. Keep in mind that I'm a paying customer and here I am left wondering if they even care. After nearly a month of waiting, calls and emails, I have been more than humanly patient in giving them the benefit of the doubt. All this for a simple change of maintenance address is absolutely RIDICULOUS.

It is unprofessional that a problem persist with barely any followup effort from AMS nor should it be MY responsibility to have to keep chasing after them like I had to. It's also incredibly disrespectful to waste my time like this. Their communication is just  horrible and customer service is obviously not their priority after they got your business.

So this epic essay is to say -  DO NOT USE AMS if you value your precious time and sanity. There are too many other companies out there who are hungry for your business to deal with so much incompetency. Sure it starts out well but heaven help you if you need any sort of help or changes to your service later on because then it all goes straight . to . hell.

I have known Rey and his crew for a while now.  They are fantastic (and I should say I never write reviews).  This company is professional, knowledgeable and will work until you are happy with the job.  Rey, the owner is, is all about pleasing the customer and doing the best job possible.  Can't say enough nice things except call them.  They are exceptional.

Ivan of Century West Landscaping was very professional and arrived exactly when he said he would. When the job was complete, I couldn't even believe that it was the same yard. Ivan very patiently listened to my concerns and knew exactly what was needed. It was an unbelievable transformation. I highly recommend Ivan of Century West Landscaping.

Sam and team did an awesome job! Hired him to replace my irrigation valve and he ended up cleaning both my front and back yard and trimming a tree same day. Can't recommend this service enough.

What an amazing job Sam and his crew did climbing up and cleaning up a couple of my Pinetree's. Not only did they clean up everything they came by the next day and finished picking up all the leftover branches and debris. Been using this service for a couple of months.  Alex always shows up when he's supposed to  and he's great about any communication that needs to be made.  Ie. holiday schdules etc.  After having to deal with a lot of flakes, it's so nice to have a professional show up when he says he's going to.  Yard looks great too!

This company scheduled a consult and never showed up or called to cancel. I rushed home from work and missed out on a couple of hours pay for a company that didn't even bother to let me know they weren't coming.

We recently discovered that the VERY large carob tree in our backyard was rotten so we began getting estimates for its removal, as it was hanging over our house.  7 estimates.......prices varied more than I could fathom.  Our 2nd estimate was from Jason at this company.  This young man was very knowledgable and professional.  He clearly knew what he was talking about far better than the other 6 people who gave estimates.  We hired them at a price nobody else could touch.  When the day came for the tree removal, we were blown away at how efficient his crew performed this task.  It was like poetry.  Tree was down, removed and cleaned up in about 2 1/2 hours.  I highly recommend them to everyone who needs this service.
