Troy helped our family out during a challenging time amd our yard looks great!

My husband is a double amputee, and this winter he also had major shoulder surgery. Yard work has gotten harder and harder for him, but this last winter it became impossible. We had several broken sprinklers throughout the yards, and a half-dead lawn, and it was all my daughter and I could do to keep most of the weeds at bay. The timer was also broken on my garden soaker hose system!

We scheduled Troy and his crew to come out. They were one of the few companies that actually committed to a day and time and showed up. I had tried several before.

We were out of the house most of the day and I was actually shocked to get a phone call in the afternoon that everything was good to go! Troy wouldn't give me a price over the phone. I knew it wasn't going to be cheap with all the extra repairs they had done on top of what I had asked (finding hidden sprinkler lines, fixing those, etc!)

The next day he and his wife came by and told us they wanted to help us out since they knew we were having difficulties, and wouldn't take any money at all for the job!!! We were completely floored, but also very grateful.

I am not exactly sure what extra magic Troy put on this lawn because it stayed green all winter and that has never happened before. On the other hand maybe it is the miracle of a functioning sprinkler system! Look how green it is!

I really don't have the words to thank UCT&L. As a realtor, it's imperative that I have professionals that are reliable and shine at what they do. Troy and his crew were able to work wonders for my client on very short notice at a fair price. It's so refreshing to do business with people who are honest and excellent at what they do! I felt so comfortable and confident using UCT&L that I can't wait to use them for more listings! 5 star service!

Troy and his team removed the grass from my yard and replaced our irrigation line. They did excellent work. Troy was quick to respond when I had questions. He was also upfront about the costs.

This is actually part 2 of my review.  This company is incredible. Troy and his team made our house look like new again.  The transformation in our front yard is beautiful.  And they are all about the extra touches.  They take extreme pride in their work and the end result shows this.

We honestly did not think there were companies like this left in AZ. And we called many different ones with no results at all - no phone calls back and many no-shows for just an estimate.  

You will be so happy if you call Urgent Care.  They are sincerely the best landscape service.

On time and removed a very large 7x7 foot tree stump in less than an hour. Will be using service again in the future.

I hired Arizona Tree Team to remove 2 massive trees and ended up with a great price to remove 7 trees including stump removal.  
They were on time with super nice equipment and crew who completed the job in one day.  Upon completion they left my property completely clean and raked.  I would not hesitate to recommend their service.

Very professional and diligent. They do excellent work, with an eye to details, and respond fast.  But the highest praise I can give is they genuinely care about making sure you are happy with their work, and that comes through in their approach to the job and in all of the interactions I've had with them.  If you care about value for what you pay, you'll be more than pleased with these guys.

I was torn on exactly how to rate this company on a single grading scale. Overall, I'd say 3/5.

5/5 on the quality of the finished product so far. The yard turned out very well, and overall we are happy with it.

2/5 on their ability to keep to the schedule they told us. The turf was supposed to be done on a Friday, and it wasn't even close. So then they said their guys would be here on Saturday. That Saturday, nobody had shown up by 3pm, and then we were told that they weren't coming until Monday, but that it would be finished then. Long story short, the turf wasn't done until Wednesday. Their workers quite literally moved our patio furniture around and sat on the chairs for hours at a time playing on their phones. And then had the audacity to just leave the furniture without even putting the table and chairs back. I get it. It's Phoenix. But if you give us a schedule, we expect that schedule to be met. Especially when we see the workers sitting out back doing nothing, and they didn't get here until late in the day. We shouldn't have to cancel plans and reschedule our own things because they can't keep up with theirs.

3/5 customer service. We were told they would come back the following Sunday with the receipt for the final payment we gave them. They never showed up, and didn't bother letting us know they weren't bringing it. They also left bags of trash on the side of the house. This was a $20,000+ project for our backyard. Turf, gravel, pavers to extend the patio area, and planting bushes along the border. When I texted them to ask about the receipt for our tax records, all we got first was an email with the amounts. Not an actual receipt, and no response to the text messages. While they were always nice to talk to, their overall customer service was severely lacking. For over $20,000, I don't expect to find garbage bags on the side of the house, having to consistently ask for an actual receipt, and constant delays.

Yes, the work turned out nice. There's no complaints there. But with all of the other aggravations, I would go some place else in the future. I understand that they have other customers, but we shouldn't have to pay the price for them taking on more work than they are able to handle. Not sure where the issue is in their business line, but it needs work in that regard.

Set up 2 appointments to review property and landscaping needs. No call, no email, no show to both. Not worth a 3rd disappointment.

The guys are always reliable and do a good job! We have them come every two weeks to do maintenance landscaping on our yard. They've been helping us out for over a year. Highly recommend!!

Attention to detail, thorough & efficient.
We have been in the Valley since 1999 and Team Century West started out with a bang.
It was almost like our property was their property. Trust us that they addressed nooks around the home where others either glossed over or never addressed.
Hoping this will continue as due to C-19, we witnessed their efforts. They even raked, although like most, the Crew rely on far too much use of their gas blowers.
That said, Century West & Team Ivan are a welcome change to what most of us have become accustomed to with these fly by the seat companies.

I connected with American Tree & Landscape via a community facebook page when I was looking for some sprinkler repairs.  Communication with them was timely and professional via both text and phone.  They arrived to provide the quote and do the work on the days and times they promised.  The job was done efficiently and professionally and within the set budget. I look forward to having them back in the future as needs arise.

Ivan of Century West Landscaping was very professional and arrived exactly when he said he would. When the job was complete, I couldn't even believe that it was the same yard. Ivan very patiently listened to my concerns and knew exactly what was needed. It was an unbelievable transformation. I highly recommend Ivan of Century West Landscaping.

Awesome company that did an awesome job at a very reasonable price! We had them pull/dig up weeds (some weeds had thick woody stems and were up to my hip); spray for weeds; trim 4 bushes, and mow (without clippings). They also used a blower to clean up the front and back patio/yard. Everything looks great! Would definitely use them again. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures.

Fantastic tree service! We borrowed these guys who were working on our neighbors tree today. They were phenomenal! They quoted me a great price on my two 30 ft palms in the front yard. They had the bucket truck ( which made me so much more comfortable than climbing) and knocked it our within an hour. Their clean up was the most impressive. They (of course) cleaned up the yard, then cleaned off the roof, and to top it off, they even trimmed my 8 and 9 ft palms for free as a bonus. Of course I tipped them for their extraordinary service. I am happy to use this tree service company in the future, as well as recommended them to any neighbors in need of exemplary and fair priced services. Ask for Sam.

Alberto was super responsive and quick to resolve and projects I had for him. He finished in a timely manner and just kept to the work. Though I'm new to paying for landscaping I believe the price he gave me was fair.

Alex & crew have provided excellent quality at a great price for monthly landscape care on our large corner lot for over a year now.  He's been very dependable and easy to contact whenever we had questions/requests for information.  The yard is now one less big headache for me!

Harris and Sons came out to trim four of my trees, they were very prompt and did a great job on the trees!! They were very careful with my house and property, nothing was damaged and they cleaned up after themselves.  They left the yard looking as good as the trees, no litter, no leftover branches, all tidied up.  I was very happy with the price and the service and highly recommend them for any needed tree services.

Their professionalism when it comes to scheduling for service is a joke.
Harris and Sons team phoned and rescheduled 5 times in the of course of 3 weeks.. That is comical and unacceptable and a waste of time for all parties involved..very rude and dis-honest and not reliable.. no thanks HARRIS AND SONS
