I can not explain just how impressive Troy and his team are!!! They went above and beyond, paid very close attention to even the small details, and completely exceeded my expectations! I haven't been impressed by a company and their work in a long time, it's a fight usually just to get your moneys worth, but Urgent Care Tree & Lawn not only got me a quote the same day, then fit me in 2 days later to make sure my yard was perfect for the weekend!! This year has been worse than usual for the weeds, with all the rain, I had pulled these giant weeds completely multiple times, but they kept coming back. Troy's guys came in, perfectly trimmed the grass & plants (even shaping them perfectly), removed all the weeds thoroughly, and sprayed for the weeds. It was a BIG job and they absolutely killed it!!
I will forever use Troy & his team to keep my yard looking perfect! Thank you again!!!

Troy and his team removed the grass from my yard and replaced our irrigation line. They did excellent work. Troy was quick to respond when I had questions. He was also upfront about the costs.

I hired Arizona Tree Team to remove 2 massive trees and ended up with a great price to remove 7 trees including stump removal.  
They were on time with super nice equipment and crew who completed the job in one day.  Upon completion they left my property completely clean and raked.  I would not hesitate to recommend their service.

They completely renovated my backyard. My backyard is gorgeous now. I have grass, & garden, & beautiful plants surrounding my pool. They reinstalled & revamped my sprinkler system. Whenever I had issues or needed advice afterwards they quickly resolved it & never left me hanging. They even made multiple home visits to fix any issues.

Sam and his crew showed up today to move two Palm trees that were too close to our patio and interfering with our awning and Solar panels! They moved them to the corner of our yard without any problems! It was evident from the start that they were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing! The new placement looks like they were there all along! Loved the job they did and would recommend them without hesitation!

The guys are always reliable and do a good job! We have them come every two weeks to do maintenance landscaping on our yard. They've been helping us out for over a year. Highly recommend!!

Would love to write a review about the work they do, but I made an appointment with them to get a quote and no one bothered to show up or call to cancel.

To top everything off--I'm still getting a bill from these people AFTER I fired them and the agreement has been completed and paid! The billing system is unorganized and unethical.

The recent storms caused my ocotillo to uproot and it fell on the house. It was urgent that I had this removed as I was afraid it would break the front window.

I reached out to Mo yesterday, and he came by today to remove it for me. Friendly, communicative, efficient and fast!

Daniel and his father were a pleasure to work with. They responded quickly, gave me multiple invoices so I could choose services that fit best within my needs and budget. They went above and beyond by cleaning up my front yard, raking the rock, pruning my tree and cleaning up a bush as well. I am very impressed with the the service and value. Excellent communication and an expert team who really know trees. Sam is a great guy who is also very environmentally conscious, making sure trees get a second life as local artwork or responsibly sourced lumber, rather than ending up in a landfill as wood chips. Would definitely recommend him and his team for any tree trimming and removal needs.

I've used Alex twice, and I plan to utilize him for my next big project for my backyard next year. The first time I ever used him was to re-stake a tree that had been blown over in a storm.  I had initially called another much larger company in the area to do the relatively simple task and to also get a quote for my big project next year. For the large project they said they could be at the house the next day, but I only needed the tree staked immediately. For nearly a week the other company kept telling me, tomorrow, we'll be there tomorrow.  I heard this every day for five days straight. Now why would I trust somebody with my large project if they refuse to handle something small initially? I finally said to hell with it and called Alex Landscaping.  Alex charged less for the service, showed up within an hour, and gave me a quote for my upcoming project that came out to less than a third of what the other company was charging, and all the time the crew was polite and quick. This is my go to company out here in Buckeye.

Damaged property by not following the process described and and paid for by their arborist. After the damage occurred, the company didn't provide any resolution, even though the project manager recommended we contact management because the damage occurred due to negligence.

Disappointed with their follow through.

Contacted these guys about having work done. They came out quickly to give a quote, prices were average and we then gave the go ahead on a Friday.

I had to question them with any sort of time frame of when they would be coming out. The response I received was Sometime next week, Tuesday or Wednesday, I'll call you before were coming out. Still a vague appointment, but manageable.

Wednesday afternoon rolled around and I hadn't received a phone call. Called the guy I previously spoke with and wanted to touch base on when they would be coming out. He responded with Uhhh I'm on a motorcycle right now I'll have to call you next week. I questioned the next week and was very confused, it was only Wednesday and he basically responded with some we got pushed behind generic response. I expressed I was very disappointed considering we needed this work done before the following Monday, and now they obviously wouldn't be making that deadline. Waiting a week just to get another possible phone call is very unprofessional business.

They were hardly apologetic, didn't even offer to confirm an appointment for next week, it was just another ill call you. After I explained we were on a deadline he finally apologized and I declined having them call next week to then set an appointment.

Anyway, whether it be the case or not with them getting behind, I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication. Please call your clients and update their status. I shouldn't have to call and retrieve updates, and sit here wondering when this company is going to come do my yard. Horrible follow through, and I'll be finding another company that can do the work they commit to, when they say they will. Freeing up your schedule and willing to spend a lot of money for a company that stiffs you is ridiculous.
