We had a very large tree in a small front yard that sadly had to go due to root issues. Troy and his team did an outstanding job removing it and cleaning up throughly when they were finished! I felt like the price was very fair and will use them in the future for any landscaping needs :)

I really don't have the words to thank UCT&L. As a realtor, it's imperative that I have professionals that are reliable and shine at what they do. Troy and his team removed the grass from my yard and replaced our irrigation line. They did excellent work. Troy was quick to respond when I had questions. He was also upfront about the costs.

Very reasonable pricing. Prompt in their arrival. Was also sent a couple of photo updates when I wasn't home to check in. Not wasted time either, the guys got in and they got out!

On time and removed a very large 7x7 foot tree stump in less than an hour. Will be using service again in the future.

I hired Arizona Tree Team to remove 2 massive trees and ended up with a great price to remove 7 trees including stump removal.  
They were on time with super nice equipment and crew who completed the job in one day.  Upon completion they left my property completely clean and raked.  I would not hesitate to recommend their service.

Noel and his team are professionals! They service our commercial properties as well as our personal residence. They show up on time and are very attentive to details. His team does not quit until the job is done and they make sure to clean up after their work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service. Our landlord decided at the last minute that we needed to trim a palm tree and fix some stray grass before we moved out... with four days' notice!!
I called around, Aispuros was the only one who answered the phone. They came out the next day for an estimate and said they could do the work within the next few days before we moved. They came out the next morning!! I'm so impressed with the service, the way they crammed me in, the way things looked, the friendly service, and the price was reasonable.

Sam and his crew showed up today to move two Palm trees that were too close to our patio and interfering with our awning and Solar panels! They moved them to the corner of our yard without any problems! It was evident from the start that they were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing! The new placement looks like they were there all along! Loved the job they did and would recommend them without hesitation!

The guys are always reliable and do a good job! We have them come every two weeks to do maintenance landscaping on our yard. They've been helping us out for over a year. Highly recommend!!

Ivan and his crew did a complete overhaul on our backyard at the end of November. He was prompt, incredibly professional, and we have been enjoying the nice weather and our backyard since. The grass looks amazing and we are so happy to have functional space for our family to enjoy after putting it off for so long. He was incredibly communicative during construction and kept us updated on the progress daily. He went above and beyond to make sure the project exceeded our expectations. We plan on using Century West again for our frony yard as well. Thank you!

Bad billing practices.

Look they do great work. My problem is the billing. In the fall they billed me for work I asked them not to do. When I got the bill, I sent them an email asking for them to remove that part. No response. They continue to send me the bills for it till I sent an angry email. They apologize, fix the bill and we move on.

Six months later and there is a 3 month gap where they don't send me a bill. When it finally comes, I pay all three months online. Right before I go on vacation, they don't come to the house. I figure I messed up the week. I come back from vacation and no work was done. I email to ask my account status. No response. I receive a bill. It says I did not pay those three previous months. So I recheck everything and find that the online payments all have the same invoice number and it is not mine. Crap. Something got messed up in the online system and it looks like I paid someone else's bill. I email them with copies of my payments, which I also verified were withdrawn from my bank account. No response.

Two months later I have moved on to another company and figure this place just doesn't care. Then I get another bill saying I still owe for the three months minus my previous $70 payment. What???!!!!! I did not make a $70 payment on that date.  So it looks like my payments don't go to my account, but someone else's does?

Obviously something is seriously jacked up with this account. I understand mistakes happen, but it is the lack of response that is causing this conflict to escalate, just like it did last time. There you go. Good lawn work, bad billing.

Rey and his team of tree trimmers did their magic on two of my trees today and cleaned a leaf and weed filled patio.  I was very impressed with the teamwork, quality of work and how clean they left my yard. I've had several other company's trim trees for me but Rey is the best ever and he's right in my neighborhood of Rancho Ventura!

10/10 would recommend Ivan and his team. His crew was always here on time (usually early) and stayed late to get the project done. They were attentive to detail, executed our plans perfectly, had great communication, and were fair priced. Ivan went above and provided great customer service through the entire process. We can't wait to hire him again to do more landscaping in the future.

Reached out asking for a bid to maintain and/or completely rework my desert scape. Initially responsive, within two days got back to me. Scheduled, then rescheduled. Then went ghost. Can't recommend.

Best Tree Service in Arizona!!!

If you have palm trees like I do then you are really annoyed at the beginning of June when the seed pods start to open.  Especially if you have a pool.  I've dealt with a lot of Palm service companies over the years and Radley's Tree service blows the competition away.  Let's start with communication.  The owner Sam text me the same day and kept continuous contact throughout the process.   I scheduled the palm trees to be trimmed at the end of June, but they were becoming too messy.  I text Sam to see if we could schedule an earlier time and they came out the next day.  They were here for an hour.  Sam's team trimmed and skinned all 4 palm trees perfectly.  Before they left they cleaned up the front yard (Including the roof).  The final touch was the follow-up.  Sam text me 2 days after they came me how the trees looked and let me know he would come back in a week to make sure no more pods opened up and that he is going to feed my Queen Palm (Nice touch).  Second, Radley's Tree Service is insured.  That is very important to me, especially since 2 of my palm trees are really tall.  Sam emailed me proof of insurance right away.  Last, the price.  Sam's price was extremely reasonable for the work they completed.

Conclusion, you will not be disappointed if you use Radley's Tree Service.  I liked them so much that I recommended them to my neighbors and they are all using them as well.

Alberto and his crew are a godsend when it comes to landscaping needs. I texted him over the weekend and he gave me a rough estimate via text for all the clean up I needed done at my property. He did say he'd prefer to come out early Monday morning (today) to give me a more realistic price. Him and his crew just departed my property and I couldn't be happier for the service they provided today.

I appreciated:
-The responsiveness via text. He texted me ten minutes before he arrived and also texted me while they were tidying up and clearing things out to ensure I liked how everything looked
-The detail work they do, every little weed was picked (like a fine tooth comb)
-The flexibility he has when it comes to what needs to be done

I am glad I went with Alberto for my yard needs. Will most likely hire him to do the artificial turf in my backyard in the near future.

Called and came out within 24 hours. Reminded me of my service prior and txted me pictures to ensure the job was done. Great price. Would recommend to friends and family.

I am very pleased with this company. They did a fantastic job trimming up the trees on our property; they spent approximately 5 hours cleaning up almost every tree in our yard. They asked for specific guidance on where to trim before starting, and then they carried out out in full. They did a good job in meeting my expectations... They trimmed just the right amount.

The prices were very reasonable, much more affordable than some of the other companies that I received quotes from. They were easy to deal with, aa setting up everything on the phone was a breeze. They arrived on time for the actual trimming and worked hard while they were on the property. I will definitely recommend this company and be sure to call them again when my trees need another trim!

I had 2 Sissoo and an Australian Bottle Tree in my front yard that needed to be thinned out.  An estimator came out the day after I contacted them and the price seemed very fair.  The work was scheduled for 2 days later.  I was very pleased till I went out when they were done and saw my Bottle Tree.  It looks awful.  I am so upset as my beautiful tree was left looking absolutely scraggly! I was actually in tears over it.  I didn't say anything to the crew, they had worked hard in the heat and got the 3 trees done in a short amount of time.  But I should have stayed outside and watched what they were doing and stopped it.  Needless to say, its going to be hard to see this tree daily and it will take at least 2 yrs for it to come back to a decent look.  I've had this tree thinned several times before and never experienced anything like what this company did to it.
