Troy helped our family out during a challenging time amd our yard looks great!

My husband is a double amputee, and this winter he also had major shoulder surgery. Yard work has gotten harder and harder for him, but this last winter it became impossible. We had several broken sprinklers throughout the yards, and a half-dead lawn, and it was all my daughter and I could do to keep most of the weeds at bay. The timer was also broken on my garden soaker hose system!

We scheduled Troy and his crew to come out. They were one of the few companies that actually committed to a day and time and showed up. I had tried several before.

We were out of the house most of the day and I was actually shocked to get a phone call in the afternoon that everything was good to go! Troy wouldn't give me a price over the phone. I knew it wasn't going to be cheap with all the extra repairs they had done on top of what I had asked (finding hidden sprinkler lines, fixing those, etc!)

The next day he and his wife came by and told us they wanted to help us out since they knew we were having difficulties, and wouldn't take any money at all for the job!!! We were completely floored, but also very grateful.

I am not exactly sure what extra magic Troy put on this lawn because it stayed green all winter and that has never happened before. On the other hand maybe it is the miracle of a functioning sprinkler system! Look how green it is!

Troy and his team were so incredible! We recently moved into a new home and the landscaping left much to be desired. I requested a quote on Yelp around 9 PM and he was at our house giving us a bid by 10 AM the next morning.

Needless to say, It REALLY needed a cleanup! I'm talking 4 citrus stumps and a dead tree removed, orange trees trimmed and the bases painted white, weeds removed and treated in our rock area, mowing, the whole works! They were here from 9 AM - 3 PM and made it look SO fab. It was just what we needed. He also guarantees his weed treatment for 3 months. Yes, please!

We will absolutely have Troy and team back out the next time we need a cleanup and/or regular upkeep! Thank you for making our new home feel new!

Troy and his team removed the grass from my yard and replaced our irrigation line. They did excellent work. Troy was quick to respond when I had questions. He was also upfront about the costs.

I contacted Troy (owner) and he came out the same day and gave me a really fair offer.  He and his team came out the next day and did exactly what we needed to be done.  They removed our tree and grinded down the stump within a few hours.

On time and removed a very large 7x7 foot tree stump in less than an hour. Will be using service again in the future.

I needed a tree removed in my front yard and ended up going with AZ Tree Team. Noel and his team were extremely professional and easy to work with. They went out to my property and gave me an estimate on the same day I reached out to them. They followed up and communicated with me well through the entire process. They got me on their schedule and had the tree removed within a couple of days. If you're looking for an arborist, I highly recommend Noel and AZ Tree Team!

Completed a estimate request via Yelp and kept in touch with this business to confirm appt. They arrived as scheduled on a Sunday, no less, and three guys did the work. They were prompt, organized and cleaned up well. We had 2 seriously thick and needy Sissou trees that extended well past the peaks of our 2nd story roof and was spilling branches in to all 3 neighbors so it was a big job. They pruned it very well and I'm glad that we are able to book them easily and quickly. Thanks guys!

I was torn on exactly how to rate this company on a single grading scale. Overall, I'd say 3/5.

5/5 on the quality of the finished product so far. The yard turned out very well, and overall we are happy with it.

2/5 on their ability to keep to the schedule they told us. The turf was supposed to be done on a Friday, and it wasn't even close. So then they said their guys would be here on Saturday. That Saturday, nobody had shown up by 3pm, and then we were told that they weren't coming until Monday, but that it would be finished then. Long story short, the turf wasn't done until Wednesday. Their workers quite literally moved our patio furniture around and sat on the chairs for hours at a time playing on their phones. And then had the audacity to just leave the furniture without even putting the table and chairs back. I get it. It's Phoenix. But if you give us a schedule, we expect that schedule to be met. Especially when we see the workers sitting out back doing nothing, and they didn't get here until late in the day. We shouldn't have to cancel plans and reschedule our own things because they can't keep up with theirs.

3/5 customer service. We were told they would come back the following Sunday with the receipt for the final payment we gave them. They never showed up, and didn't bother letting us know they weren't bringing it. They also left bags of trash on the side of the house. This was a $20,000+ project for our backyard. Turf, gravel, pavers to extend the patio area, and planting bushes along the border. When I texted them to ask about the receipt for our tax records, all we got first was an email with the amounts. Not an actual receipt, and no response to the text messages. While they were always nice to talk to, their overall customer service was severely lacking. For over $20,000, I don't expect to find garbage bags on the side of the house, having to consistently ask for an actual receipt, and constant delays.

Yes, the work turned out nice. There's no complaints there. But with all of the other aggravations, I would go some place else in the future. I understand that they have other customers, but we shouldn't have to pay the price for them taking on more work than they are able to handle. Not sure where the issue is in their business line, but it needs work in that regard.

Sam and his crew showed up today to move two Palm trees that were too close to our patio and interfering with our awning and Solar panels! They moved them to the corner of our yard without any problems! It was evident from the start that they were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing! The new placement looks like they were there all along! Loved the job they did and would recommend them without hesitation!

The guys are always reliable and do a good job! We have them come every two weeks to do maintenance landscaping on our yard. They've been helping us out for over a year. Highly recommend!!

Would love to write a review about the work they do, but I made an appointment with them to get a quote and no one bothered to show up or call to cancel.

The reason I called AMS is because they seemed to have good reviews. When I called and requested a quote from them they quoted me $100.00 every other week. I thought that was high but signed up anyway and started having AMS service our property. What I didn't know is that that only includes mowing...thats it. I stressed to Melissa the scheduler that I needed a set day every time as we have dogs and would need to keep them locked inside on those days. She said that wouldn't be a problem. Every time a service reminder was sent...it had the incorrect date so I ended up having to call and email and stress again how that is not the date we picked and had on file. She would apologize and say that she had corrected it but never did she send out a corrected service reminder. That made me wonder if they were actually going to show up on the designated day. This happened every other week and every other week I was on the phone with Melissa explaining the same thing. This went on for over 3 months. She then informed me that they no longer had a crew in our area on the date we had on file. I said ok let's pick a different date. Here we are today I left the house and locked the dogs up only to find out that the crew showed up to take photos to provide us an estimate on trimming the trees. My husband was able to talk to them over our ring camera system and they informed him that they were going to mow the lawns today. When I came home I could immediately see that no lawn care was performed. So I locked my dogs up all day for nothing. This is also the reason why I cancelled all future services at our property. This is not rocket science. I should not have to constantly follow up and make sure that AMS has the correct date to service our property. I also was never really satisfied with the care. I felt like the landscapers could have cut our grass shorter and always was telling them to do that. Not really sure how they have so many good reviews because my experience was anything but good.

The recent storms caused my ocotillo to uproot and it fell on the house. It was urgent that I had this removed as I was afraid it would break the front window.

I reached out to Mo yesterday, and he came by today to remove it for me. Friendly, communicative, efficient and fast!

Ivan of Century West Landscaping was very professional and arrived exactly when he said he would. When the job was complete, I couldn't even believe that it was the same yard. Fantastic tree service! We borrowed these guys who were working on our neighbors tree today. They were phenomenal! They quoted me a great price on my two 30 ft palms in the front yard. They had the bucket truck ( which made me so much more comfortable than climbing) and knocked it our within an hour. Their clean up was the most impressive. They (of course) cleaned up the yard, then cleaned off the roof, and to top it off, they even trimmed my 8 and 9 ft palms for free as a bonus. Of course I tipped them for their extraordinary service. I am happy to use this tree service company in the future, as well as recommended them to any neighbors in need of exemplary and fair priced services. Ask for Sam.

Our two overgrown mesquite trees needed extensive thinning/pruning. I called Aaron after having had bad earlier experiences with various tree trimmers.  Aaron's team were courteous, professional and listened to all of my concerns. We had one issue with a branch that I wish had not been cut back, but they were quick to listen and moved much more cautiously and carefully afterward. I must say that if you are really nuts about exactly how your trees look, you should stay outside with your tree trimmers the entire time. I was going out every 15 minutes and that was simply too much time away from the job and allowed the mishap to occur. However, even with my sadness over losing that one branch, I was extremely happy with all of the other work performed. Even more so with the team's handling of my displeasure and how they immediately reacted and responded with care and understanding to address my concern. I will definitely have Aaron and his team back to take care of these two mesquites and our numerous other trees. As a tree nut, I really appreciate their understanding, compassion, and knowledge of trees and the immense effort it takes to grow and maintain them properly.

These jerks cleaned my neighbors yard by blowing dirt and debris over my other neighbors wall, covering her dogs and yard. Then proceeded to laugh about it peering over the wall. Dust, dirt and debris are now all over the houses on either side also. When you call to report this, you get the same guy who did it. Need to keep them out of the neighborhood.

Harris and Sons came out to trim four of my trees, they were very prompt and did a great job on the trees!! They were very careful with my house and property, nothing was damaged and they cleaned up after themselves.  They left the yard looking as good as the trees, no litter, no leftover branches, all tidied up.  I was very happy with the price and the service and highly recommend them for any needed tree services.

Contacted these guys about having work done. They came out quickly to give a quote, prices were average and we then gave the go ahead on a Friday.

I had to question them with any sort of time frame of when they would be coming out. The response I received was Sometime next week, Tuesday or Wednesday, I'll call you before were coming out. Still a vague appointment, but manageable.

Wednesday afternoon rolled around and I hadn't received a phone call. Called the guy I previously spoke with and wanted to touch base on when they would be coming out. He responded with Uhhh I'm on a motorcycle right now I'll have to call you next week. I questioned the next week and was very confused, it was only Wednesday and he basically responded with some we got pushed behind generic response. I expressed I was very disappointed considering we needed this work done before the following Monday, and now they obviously wouldn't be making that deadline. Waiting a week just to get another possible phone call is very unprofessional business.

They were hardly apologetic, didn't even offer to confirm an appointment for next week, it was just another ill call you. After I explained we were on a deadline he finally apologized and I declined having them call next week to then set an appointment.

Anyway, whether it be the case or not with them getting behind, I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication. Please call your clients and update their status. I shouldn't have to call and retrieve updates, and sit here wondering when this company is going to come do my yard. Horrible follow through, and I'll be finding another company that can do the work they commit to, when they say they will. Freeing up your schedule and willing to spend a lot of money for a company that stiffs you is ridiculous.
