Ed came over with his daughter and cut our two palm trees! They did an awesome job! The prices were fair. He also gave us some tips for another tree issue we were having. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The cleanup was great as well. He also was recruited to cut our neighbors palm tree! I would recommend this tree service!

We had some irrigation valve work done the same day as the bid. Price was fair and they showed up on time, but they didn't have the necessary parts to finish the job. They came back the next day, but a few hours beyond the time we agreed upon. Within 24 hrs the new valve broke and flooded; they came back the following day to repair. However, again arrived much later than they told us they would come. Valve was fixed and no issues since.

We also asked about a drip system leak under our concrete in which they dug up our grass and identified the issue. Was explained it was an easy fix and they committed to come next day for a nominal fee. Two days passed no show no communication back. We needed this done asap because we didn't want our concrete to get ruined. Ended up having to hire another business to complete the work and fix the abandoned grass.

They are very kind but unreliable. Hopefully, they can rectify the poor communication and learn to be a bit more accountable.

The best!! So reasonable and worked hard to get the roots of the trees out. They did a very good job and I will hire them again to lay some pavers and anything else I need done

We called Sprinkler Repair to complete some irrigation work in our yard, they completed that promptly and exactly what they quoted. After that we had them complete some landscaping with pavers in the backyard. We are extremely happy with the work and the crew was great!! I would recommend them highly for irrigation or landscaping.

AJ and Dakota both came to fix a sprinkler issue for us we've been dealing with for months. Both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly but professional and educated on their line of work. We just moved into a new home and had several malfunctioning sprinkler heads. We also needed basic training in how to use the system. Jonathan was fantastic to work with and made everything so easy for us. I highly recommend using Sprinkler Repair for your sprinkler needs.

Our irrigation system was struggling and needed some immediate attention and potential rework. Our previous service provider (who also does landscaping) didn't have our trees set up correctly, so we had Sprinkler Repair come out and check everything.

Within a couple hours Sprinkler Repair had reworked and set up new emitters according to our watering needs at all locations in question. They evaluated our water programing and made some tune-ups at the timer box which they took the time to explain to us in detail. We feel better about the new set up knowing that it was thoughtfully and knowledgably installed and programmed.

Worth sharing on larger trees and shrubs, is the importance of getting the irrigation distributed into the plant's root zone, near the foliage drip line. From there, the correct amount of water for each plant type, (by size) must be established and adjusted accordingly. This is where the previous company didn't quite have things correct. Sprinkler Repair noted that in addition to mixing and matching some components that were causing literal geysers upon failure, not getting the water right at these high demand locations, in addition to leaving things turned off (like our landscaper did) can really do some damage. I feel Sprinkler Repair set us on the right path moving forward.

Upon collection of payment, their lead installer mentioned that they went over their not to exceed price.  In my book, this defeats the purpose of walking the job the day before and giving a not to exceed number, which generally includes some level of built-in contingency by nature.  Before starting work, we discussed that if they ran into anything major, they would get my approval ahead of time. When they asked for 30% over their original quote (without preauthorization) all it took was a raised eyebrow on my part and a reminder of what we had discussed.  I'm giving the benefit of the doubt here and not knocking-stars-off because the team lead was reasonable when I also pointed out that they saved labor by coming in under the timetable they had originally estimated.  At that point there was a genuine realization and acknowledgment of my perspective, and they honored their quote. I'm chalking this up to the team working daily on multiple jobs, using round numbers, and trying to remember what was discussed with each client. That said, this is something to watch for so that both parties are crystal-clear on the scope of work, price, and materials being used... and this applies to any company honestly; it really needs to be fair for both parties.

All told, we are happy with Sprinkler Repair for the work they did on this project. I plan to have them out twice yearly for seasonal changes and for system health checks, which they offered to perform at a reasonable price when I inquired about follow-up services.  There was no pressure in any of our interactions with both field and office, and their payment methods are modern and convenient.

I called Sprinkler Repair to come and repair an existing sprinkler system in our front and back yards that we inherited from the previous owners of our home. David (the owner) was extremely responsive from the get-go. Tim, Jake and his crew came out and realized that they could easily repair the front, but the back was tricky. They spent the day digging up the yard trying to figure out what the problem was in the back and found broken pipes leading to sprinkler lines that went UNDER a very large palm. Digging out the palm was not an option. David laid out my options very clearly and told me the pros and cons of each (along with the costs associated with each option). In the end, we chose to replace the system in the backyard. Tim, Jake, and their crew came back out and put in another long day of digging up the backyard and installing the new system. They also replaced our ancient control panel and explained how to use it. Each day they were here, our yard was cleaned up completely. In the days following, we had some hidden sprinkler heads pop up that needed to be capped - AJ was out FAST both times this happened. He spent the time to explain the issues, fixed them, and gave me his card to give them a call in case anything else popped up that needed their attention. I very much appreciated the transparency and honesty of everyone I talked to with Sprinkler Repair. They're hard workers and they kept smiles on their faces the whole time. A pleasure to work with them. We will use them in the future for any services we can.

We had sprinklers and sod placed in our backyard and absolutely recommend Sprinkler Repair! David and his team were very responsive, professional, and did an excellent job making sure we were completely happy with the end result. Trustworthy company that we will definitely use in the future.

Tim solved our issue in a matter of minutes!!! Very professional and knowledgeable. I thought we had a major issue, but this company is the best and put our minds at ease.  This is the second time we've used Sprinkler Repair LLC and it definitely won't be the last.

Called Echo Mountain after another company failed to show up the day before my New Year's Eve party. I was in a jam, but instead of taking advantage of the situation he honored the low price I was originally quoted by the no-show company. Not only that, but I got a hold of him right when he got home from his work day, yet he turned around and headed back out to take care of our yard since we were in a time crunch. He even hauled away a couple extra items for me. Great guy. Great service. If you're at the point that you're reading this, do yourself a favor and give him a call; best experience I've had with my lawn care yet.

Beware! Beware! (This vendor also uses another name A-Quality landscaping. ) Yelpers, do not use him. Gave him money for materials, never showed up, had 1 million excuses why he didn't show up. He left his rented skitter from Home Depot on my property, and never came back. Home Depot is pursuing and considering filing charges, Was able to recoup the loss, but this guy will take your money and run, literally!

Had 3 palm trees and 4 stumps removed. Showed up on time, Donna from the office was very quick to respond, Professional, efficient. Left yard looking perfect, you would never know the trees were here or that work was done. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Eric is amazing! I was telling my daughter that he's such a likeable and friendly person, that I don't even mind giving him my money!

I texted him my address on a Sunday, thinking he'd take contact me Monday/Tuesday; but he called me within the hour! Matter of fact, he even drove by my house, looked at the tree in question and called me WITH a quote, so we could talk about it right there!  

His crews just left - they took down a 50-60 foot palo verde tree in my front yard, it was gone in no time!  His crew were all communicating with each other, which I liked - so I knew everything would be covered, safe and insured.  I recommend him ... remember he's very friendly and know what he's doing! I have nothing but positives to say about Eric and The Ultimate Tree Service.  

Eric has been servicing my home in south Tempe for the past two years and has done a wonderful job of keeping the trees neatly shaped, trimmed away from the house/roof, and also trims + skins the palm trees.

Eric is very responsive to phone calls and provides top notch customer service.  A recent example of this is that I had a large cactus topple over during the recent heavy rainstorms.  I called Eric on Sunday afternoon and he came out first thing Monday morning to assess and figure out a solution.

Great customer service, prompt response, and great work. They did exactly what was agreed upon and showed up when promised. My tree was cut nicely and the area was cleaned up afterwards. I definitely recommend using them for your landscaping needs.

You show up in my neighborhood at 5:45am 8/15/17. Trucks clanging in the alley. You start up your wood chipper - Loud as HELL. Then you run branches through it and it gets unbearable...it is now 5:55am. I go outside to remind your workers that it is not even 6am yet and to give residents a break... Your workers do not care-- Ultimate Tree Services, do you care? I will never use your service because of this. Disrespect for people trying to sleep. Also, I noticed NONE of your workers, save for one that had a dust mask on, had  PPE ( Personal Protective Equipment)  No Fall Protection while up in the articualting lift, no Safety Glasses. What kind of an outfit are you running? You certainly dont care about the residents and their PEACE, and it looks like you couldnt give a dam n about your employees either....

I have a huge 21 yr old mesquite tree in my front yard. It needs someone who knows what they're doing to keep it trimmed and thinned, and looking beautiful. PV Trimmers has consistently done an excellent job. I know I can count on them. Great work, personable men, and professional. I highly recommend!
