Quick response and service.  My yard looks great. Good value. Definitely recommended.

Ed came over with his daughter and cut our two palm trees! They did an awesome job! The prices were fair. He also gave us some tips for another tree issue we were having. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The cleanup was great as well. He also was recruited to cut our neighbors palm tree! I would recommend this tree service!

We had some irrigation valve work done the same day as the bid. Price was fair and they showed up on time, but they didn't have the necessary parts to finish the job. They came back the next day, but a few hours beyond the time we agreed upon. Within 24 hrs the new valve broke and flooded; they came back the following day to repair. However, again arrived much later than they told us they would come. Valve was fixed and no issues since.

We also asked about a drip system leak under our concrete in which they dug up our grass and identified the issue. Was explained it was an easy fix and they committed to come next day for a nominal fee. Two days passed no show no communication back. We needed this done asap because we didn't want our concrete to get ruined. Ended up having to hire another business to complete the work and fix the abandoned grass.

They are very kind but unreliable. Hopefully, they can rectify the poor communication and learn to be a bit more accountable.

We had Ciprés do the following:

* Dig up front lawn to identify pooling (busted sprinkler replacement) - $300
* Solenoid (irrigation valve) parts - $50 x7 = $350
* Solenoid (irrigation valve) labor - $150 x7 = $1050
*  Weed and feed x4 bags - $160
* Cutting/clean up trees - $650
* Haul away all clippings - $80

Total = $2,590

The trees were cleaned up nicely and that is why I give 2 stars. I was disappointed to find that one of the solenoids that was replaced was not actually wired to the irrigation controller. Angel/his crew had Zone 6 and Zone 7 wired from the controller to the same zone underground and left one valve completely unwired to the controller system. I'm not sure why the valve was replaced if it wasn't hooked into the system. I sent a picture to Angel and he explained he would come back and fix it. 8 days later... have not heard anything and ended up doing it myself. Also, we STILL have tree trimmings that he put into some old moving boxes we have, and said he would be by to haul those away too. 8 days later, they are still in my backyard!! I paid $80 for the haul away and the fact that this stuff is still in my backyard is very upsetting. The weed and feed bags were applied and it seems as if the weeds on my front lawn have gotten worse

This started as a 1 day job, but due to the sun going down, Angel and his crew explained that they would come back the next day. He didn't show up until 2 days later. His communication was very lazy and his quality of work is less then professional.

As someone who has just moved in, we were wanting to hire a landscaper and will not be using this company. It's a shame that someone would charge so much money and not get the job done.

I really don't have pride in writing a negative review, but this is for anyone who sees the five star rating like I did, and hope this allows you to rethink if you want an experience like mine.

Angel was willing to accept half of the payment on the first day he was here and the 2nd half of payment when I was supposed to get my check on the following Friday a few days later. I am unsure if my experience was due to the fact that he was not paid in full day 1. If it is, he never explained that and it still does not excuse the lack of quality he put into this job.

If you want a job done right, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

We called Sprinkler Repair to complete some irrigation work in our yard, they completed that promptly and exactly what they quoted. After that we had them complete some landscaping with pavers in the backyard. We are extremely happy with the work and the crew was great!! I would recommend them highly for irrigation or landscaping.

AJ and Dakota both came to fix a sprinkler issue for us we've been dealing with for months. Both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly but professional and educated on their line of work. They fixed our issue and explained to me what was going on to help prevent it happening again. Highly recommend this company!

Jacob arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly resolved my control box issue and was up and running in about 10 minutes with NO CHARGE!!! He said that it was within the 30 minute free estimate timeframe so no charge. I will definitely use this company in the future!!!

I called Sprinkler Repair LLC a few days ago and they sent Jacob out today to diagnose & fix our irrigation system. Over the years we have experienced numerous issues with our complicated sprinkler system. After losing our hibiscus hedge & numerous pigmy palms we asked our landscaper why this was happening only to learn the line had been broken & leaking for months & he neglected to tell us.  Jacob immediately diagnosed and repaired the leak in a very short time. When I looked at the bill I was shocked to see how reasonable the bill was. Sprinkler Repair LLC is the only company I will call for any future problems that arise, I will also always request Jacob, he is so knowledgeable, professional & friendly.

We had sprinklers and sod placed in our backyard and absolutely recommend Sprinkler Repair! David and his team were very responsive, professional, and did an excellent job making sure we were completely happy with the end result. Trustworthy company that we will definitely use in the future.

Tim solved our issue in a matter of minutes!!! Very professional and knowledgeable. I thought we had a major issue, but this company is the best and put our minds at ease.  This is the second time we've used Sprinkler Repair LLC and it definitely won't be the last.

I noticed my tree wells were not filling up with water this morning.  We had another major power outage a couple of days ago ... and I made the connection ... it has been two years since I have required the services of David at Sprinkler Repair.  I made the call, they scheduled me for Monday, but indicated they may be able to fit me in today.  Within a few hours, Ken came by and reset/reprogrammed my sprinkler box.  Ken was kind, efficient, professional, and there was no charge!  These are the reasons I continue to refer individuals to Sprinkler Repair, LLC.

AJ and the crew repaired our sprinklers in the front and completely redid our system in the back. They were on time, professional, very hard working, and AJ was great at teaching me about the new system and how to use it properly. A great group of guys who know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend them.

Owner Bill and his team did an outstanding job removing a 35 year old tree from our back yard that had recently died . They also trimmed a Canary Island Palm removing the beans and skinning the base. They arrived on time and cleaned up all work areas, even blowing off the front yard. We were amazed at how thorough their work was and how professional. The price for the job was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Bill and Treetime Design and will certainly call them again for our tree and palm maintenance. Way to go guys and job well done!

Had 3 palm trees and 4 stumps removed. Showed up on time, Donna from the office was very quick to respond, Professional, efficient. Left yard looking perfect, you would never know the trees were here or that work was done. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Great job by Eric and his crew. They showed up on time, had 7 people and made quick work of the tree. Very impressive. Reasonably priced and got the job done within a week of calling him. They also were very clean with getting all the fallen branches/leaves etc cleaned up in the yard, sidewalk and street. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but positives to say about Eric and The Ultimate Tree Service.  

Eric has been servicing my home in south Tempe for the past two years and has done a wonderful job of keeping the trees neatly shaped, trimmed away from the house/roof, and also trims + skins the palm trees.

Eric is very responsive to phone calls and provides top notch customer service.  A recent example of this is that I had a large cactus topple over during the recent heavy rainstorms.  I called Eric on Sunday afternoon and he came out first thing Monday morning to assess and figure out a solution.

They did an amazing job and quoted us a substantially lower price than a few other companies. They also started the work almost immediately and finished very quickly. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future anytime I need tree service.

WOW! Just wish I could give more stars! Rod and his crew are amazing! They removed 5 trees and trimmed an overgrown Ficus in about 4 hours.
