Professional family owned business, came out on Halloween, and before I could say Boo the tree was gone! Very nice family, cleaned up as if the tree was never there. Left us with helpful information on whether we should remove the stump and what to do if we decide not to, I appreciate their friendly demeanor, and talent to get the job done! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tree removed, quickly and professionally. Thank you!

We had some irrigation valve work done the same day as the bid. Price was fair and they showed up on time, but they didn't have the necessary parts to finish the job. They came back the next day, but a few hours beyond the time we agreed upon. Within 24 hrs the new valve broke and flooded; they came back the following day to repair. However, again arrived much later than they told us they would come. Valve was fixed and no issues since.

We also asked about a drip system leak under our concrete in which they dug up our grass and identified the issue. Was explained it was an easy fix and they committed to come next day for a nominal fee. Two days passed no show no communication back. We needed this done asap because we didn't want our concrete to get ruined. Ended up having to hire another business to complete the work and fix the abandoned grass.

They are very kind but unreliable. Hopefully, they can rectify the poor communication and learn to be a bit more accountable.

So far so good. The service hasn't been completed yet but Jonothan was fantastic to talk to when he visited and assessed what I need done. I set up a service with him and I look forward to get my sprinkler up and running.

We called Sprinkler Repair to complete some irrigation work in our yard, they completed that promptly and exactly what they quoted. After that we had them complete some landscaping with pavers in the backyard. We are extremely happy with the work and the crew was great!! I would recommend them highly for irrigation or landscaping.

AJ and Dakota both came to fix a sprinkler issue for us we've been dealing with for months. Both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly but professional and educated on their line of work. They fixed our issue and explained to me what was going on to help prevent it happening again. Highly recommend this company!

Irrigation at my home was over 10 years old, found this company on Yelp.  They did a complete replacement which was badly needed.  They were friendly, clean, fast, courteous.  There were several installers at my house, my back yard is pretty huge.  Hard to remember all of the names but I did want to recognize Brian and Anthony who walked me around the yard to see the final work and showed me how to use the timer and answered all of my questions.  

I would definitely recommend this company.  My yard looks better after they finished it than it did before.  Very please.

Our irrigation system was struggling and needed some immediate attention and potential rework. Our previous service provider (who also does landscaping) didn't have our trees set up correctly, so we had Sprinkler Repair come out and check everything.

Within a couple hours Sprinkler Repair had reworked and set up new emitters according to our watering needs at all locations in question. They evaluated our water programing and made some tune-ups at the timer box which they took the time to explain to us in detail. We feel better about the new set up knowing that it was thoughtfully and knowledgably installed and programmed.

Worth sharing on larger trees and shrubs, is the importance of getting the irrigation distributed into the plant's root zone, near the foliage drip line. From there, the correct amount of water for each plant type, (by size) must be established and adjusted accordingly. This is where the previous company didn't quite have things correct. Sprinkler Repair noted that in addition to mixing and matching some components that were causing literal geysers upon failure, not getting the water right at these high demand locations, in addition to leaving things turned off (like our landscaper did) can really do some damage. I feel Sprinkler Repair set us on the right path moving forward.

Upon collection of payment, their lead installer mentioned that they went over their not to exceed price.  In my book, this defeats the purpose of walking the job the day before and giving a not to exceed number, which generally includes some level of built-in contingency by nature.  Before starting work, we discussed that if they ran into anything major, they would get my approval ahead of time. When they asked for 30% over their original quote (without preauthorization) all it took was a raised eyebrow on my part and a reminder of what we had discussed.  I'm giving the benefit of the doubt here and not knocking-stars-off because the team lead was reasonable when I also pointed out that they saved labor by coming in under the timetable they had originally estimated.  At that point there was a genuine realization and acknowledgment of my perspective, and they honored their quote. I'm chalking this up to the team working daily on multiple jobs, using round numbers, and trying to remember what was discussed with each client. That said, this is something to watch for so that both parties are crystal-clear on the scope of work, price, and materials being used... and this applies to any company honestly; it really needs to be fair for both parties.

All told, we are happy with Sprinkler Repair for the work they did on this project. I plan to have them out twice yearly for seasonal changes and for system health checks, which they offered to perform at a reasonable price when I inquired about follow-up services.  There was no pressure in any of our interactions with both field and office, and their payment methods are modern and convenient.

I had other people come in to fix sprinklers, paid out 1200.00 for nothing, I called sprinkler world as to fed up with run around. Gentlemen gave me the phone number to sprinkler repair llc, spoke with Jackie and set up for review of my sprinklers. Jonothan came out on time and was very understanding to my needs. Figured out the problem and all is very well. I will never call anyone else but this company. I can't thank them enough.

We had sprinklers and sod placed in our backyard and absolutely recommend Sprinkler Repair! David and his team were very responsive, professional, and did an excellent job making sure we were completely happy with the end result. Trustworthy company that we will definitely use in the future.

Tim solved our issue in a matter of minutes!!! Very professional and knowledgeable. I thought we had a major issue, but this company is the best and put our minds at ease.  This is the second time we've used Sprinkler Repair LLC and it definitely won't be the last.

I used this company for the first time by calling on Saturday of Labor Day weekend.  My irrigation controller malfunctioned and was not watering my trees.  I was so thankful that Dave answered the phone (most places are closed on a holiday weekend). Dave said he had a couple of teams working Saturday and Sunday and was able to send Tim out to check my controller.    It was broken, but unfortunately Tim did not have a RainDial controller with him.    I was put on the schedule for Wed and Richard came out and installed the new RainDial that I picked up.  I was very pleased dealing with this business simply because Dave was very responsive and helpful.  Their team members were a pleasure to work with.  Arrived within their time frame and did a thorough job.  
Sprinkler Repair is my new go to irrigation / landscape company.  Thank you Dave!

As an ex-employee I can honestly say this is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. I can't even tell you how many times I had checks bounce on me and when I left they still owed me $1200 which till this day I haven't been paid One penny. If you are an older lady please be careful when hiring them as I remember adding mulch to the base of seven trees, using about 3 to 4 bags of mulch and seeing the bill of about $5000. Poor lady but good thing her son found out and threatened to sue.

Excellent service! We had a overgrown palm tree and the HOA gave us this weekend to get it trimmed. Every where else said well we can do it Monday. Which was not going to work for us. Mr. J-Rock himself came on a Saturday to trim it! Stayed in contact with us the entire time to let us know if they were going to be late or not and the price was the best in the valley... honestly I am head over hills with this company and I highly recommend them. Hard working, fast, nice, and honest!

Had 3 palm trees and 4 stumps removed. Showed up on time, Donna from the office was very quick to respond, Professional, efficient. Left yard looking perfect, you would never know the trees were here or that work was done. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

PV trimmers did a great job of trimming up and removing some very overgrown trees at a fair price.   I have made it habit not to do surveys or reviews but i have to say this is one company that deserves my time and effort....Keep up the customer centric view of your business and it will pay dividends for years to come

I have nothing but positives to say about Eric and The Ultimate Tree Service.  

Eric has been servicing my home in south Tempe for the past two years and has done a wonderful job of keeping the trees neatly shaped, trimmed away from the house/roof, and also trims + skins the palm trees.

Eric is very responsive to phone calls and provides top notch customer service.  A recent example of this is that I had a large cactus topple over during the recent heavy rainstorms.  I called Eric on Sunday afternoon and he came out first thing Monday morning to assess and figure out a solution.

Super fast and great work! Showed up same day, awesome price and really took good care of my yard. I definitely recommend and will continue to use them for all our lawn needs!

We live in Chandler and have about 20 trees on our 1/2 acre property. We do all of our own yard work but once a year we have Eric and his wonderful crew, come trim the palms and various trees. He is a little more costly than some of the independent companies but he has the only crew that is fast, super friendly and clean. They bring a cherry picker and chipper and don't leave marks on my palms or debris in the yard. In fact, my yard looks better than before they got there.
The best part is, we bought our home in 2014 from a couple who built the house new in the 80's, raised their son here, and moved to travel in an RV after over 30 years. Eric knew them and when we moved in, he introduced himself and now we use him.
Very professional, responsive and well worth the cost. Until you have Eric and his crew trim your trees, you've only been cheating yourself.

This psycho continued to harass me for days over an accurate review.  An injury on my property?  It was a wasp sting and the situation WAS rectified by removing the wasp nest (and NO, the wasp nest issue was not known prior to the service visit so again, dishonesty from you) and actually I found out that my husband DID ask if the employee was ok and no one mentioned anyone being allergic nor did anyone contact us afterward.  And unless you were actually at my home during the occurrence, you have no business explaining the situation.  Also - you were contacted multiple times to even see about the possibility of scheduling our service and heard nothing from you while you continued servicing other clients and this went on for weeks.  It would have been nice if you would have actually completed the service from October but I see you also fail to mention that in your response and I also notice that you overlook the fact that we were understanding when you said you couldn't complete the service that day because of broken equipment.  We were understanding for the six weeks following when we could not get in touch with anyone and kept being told to send an email or that Jason would be in contact until someone finally responded to yet another text we had to send saying that you would have to discontinue our service.  Again...dishonest and unethical.  All we asked for was a response about the status of our services - I understand our yard is a lot of work and has a lot to maintain but if you were unable to handle our yard because of the amount of labor involved, you could have just been honest with us so that we could have found someone that would have had the staff to complete it - we were looking for basic communication from you and we did not get it.  It's also easy to see that you argue with anyone posting a less than positive review and that you are consistently unwilling to take responsibility for any issue.  That's fine - your responses say enough about your business practices and your attitude toward customer service.
