Jesse and his crew did an amazing job cutting down my tree. I contacted several places and they all gave me high quotes and estimated a two day job. Jesse quoted me a very good price that shocked me. He and his crew finished the job within hours. My neighbors till this day compliment how quick his services were. Him and his crew were really friendly and if I ever need tree services, I wouldn't hesitate to give him a call.

We hired Jesse a few years ago to reroute an irrigation line and plant a Desert Willow tree in our yard. The tree is thriving and has grown so much since it was planted.

Meanwhile, our neighbors have a HUGE Palo Verde tree that grows until it covers half our house every couple years. The neighbors are great. We let them know that the tree needs to be trimmed, and they get right on it.

We recently let our neighbors know that it was time to trim the tree again. The crew showed up this morning, and it was Jesse!

They trimmed this monstrous Palo Verde so good! It was hanging down in our front yard and all over our roof. Even though our neighbors hired them, they swept and cleaned all the debris off of our roof and cleaned up every bit of the tree remnants from our front yard.

I knew this company was awesome a few years ago, but our experience with them today was amazing!

HOLY MOLY!!!!  These guys REALLY know what they're doing!  I thought it would be several hours they would be there!  It took maybe a half-hour!  WOW!

Jesse and his crew of 4 spent the entire day with us yesterday, doing the spring cleanup that was much needed. I can't say enough about the professionalism of this crew! They arrived on time, they got to work right away, and the work that was done was exemplary.

This is the third time we have used Next Level Tree Service and I believe they are TOP level.  I wI'll never use another arborist to care for my landscaping work.  We had dead Queen Palms that didn't survive last summer's heat, plus 2 other dead trees removed.  Jesse and Tanya went the extra mile finding beautiful Italian Cypress which they planted where the palms were.  They trimmed and cut back pretty much every bush and tree on our property and took away every scrap of debris.  They also planted a couple of other shrubs for us.  

Over the last couple of years I have watched this crew remove a 40 ft. Sissou tree with roots that threatened our pool as well as trimming and scaling our 35 ft Mexican palms.   They take all the safety precautions necessary to ensure safe removal.  

This is an arborist and trained/certified crew that will never disappoint.  They are amazing, and reasonably priced.

Jesse came out and removed a 20+ foot tree for me, even in the rain. He did a wonderful job and I felt the price was reasonable. He texted me to let me know he was on the way to the job site and did everything he said he would.

I had a question about a newly planted tree, not by them. The lady took my question and said she will give it to their expert which she did. They asked for pictures which I sent and they got back to me explaining what it was that I wanted to know about. I am very impressed because most businesses today want to come out and charge you for any question. While I didn't have any work done, I wouldn't hesitate on using them in the future.

Jesse and his crew returned to my house today to take care of the remaining trees.  From 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the crew worked diligently thinning the trees and ensuring their long term structural integrity.  The quality of the work was impressive.  I intend to use Next Level Tree Service for all of my tree maintenance needs in the coming years.

Used Next Level for dead tree removal. Estimate was super reasonable; turnaround was quick, work performed was excellent and thorough with excellent clean up as well.  They cut down a very tall tree, hauled the smaller pieces, cut larger pieces for firewood and ground stump as well.  Their bid for additional services is very competitive and we will be using their team again. Highly recommend!

These guys really are next level. They gave me an unbelievable quote and help me with a tree that's been haunting me for months I'm attaching the video and some photos they even made some cool furniture as keepsakes and although it's difficult sometimes to put up with the chainsaw buzzing sound incessantly the tree had to be cut down and these guys were incredibly knowledgeable helpful and went out of their way to make the experience Manageable and we didn't even have to shut off the power. The owner of the company is extremely knowledgeable and provided tons of insight and educated me on trees and forestry. They have all their own equipment where many other people I tried to hire didnt. They were very diligent and hard-working and got the job done. This company does the best tree service! They are located in Glendale but serve most areas! (We're in Gilbert) Super reasonable pricing, very very very knowledgeable on ANY trees you have, pruning, removing (stump grinding), feeding, watering, clean-up afterwards, etc. I cannot recommend Jesse and his crew enough! Texted me to let me know they were on the way. Took down tree and ground the stump in about 30 mins.

I had one of those lovely friendly reminder HoA letters about some palm tree frawns hanging. They were out of reach on a couple of the tallest trees in my yard. Mr. Heywood was polite, fast, and efficient at trimming said offending frawns. 10/10 would (will) use again.

My two front trees needed trimming /pruning pretty badly and are pretty big. They got back to me quickly with a quote. The quote had a really detailed explanation of the service, which is great and I really appreciated that. I got quotes from several places and their price was really fair. They include clean up which is a huge plus. They arrived within the time frame. Jesse and his team did a great job! My trees are looking great and monsoon prepared. Jesse explained the whole process before they started and he gave us tips for care of the trees to keep them healthy after they finished. Highly recommend going with them!

I talked with Jesse on the phone on Friday. He was in the middle of a job. He asked me to text him my address and pictures of the trees I wanted trim and he would call me back when he was done with the job. I didn't hear from him on Friday or Monday. On Tuesday I texted him to see when he could stop by and give me an estimate. It's Wednesday and I still haven't heard from him. It's apparent he has more business than  he can handle. He isn't concerned about a potential customer. I called Jr's Core Tree Service. JR showed up as promised. He was the most professional, customer oriented and knowledgeable of all of the companies I called

Quick and Affordable. Sent Jessie a request and other companies for a quote. He responden quickly and beat everyone else with his prices. Booked them, they came did a great job on cutting down a tree, removing a stump and trimming two over grown trees. They cleaned up best part he informed us about what type of tree we took down and how it's very difficult to kill and gave us great advice on what kind of product to use if we see and sprouts. They were beyond Fantastic! I have a HUGE Ficus tree which HAS NEVER  been trimmed like the UNBELIEVABLE JOB they did!  The whole crew was so knowledgeable & professional. I have fruit trees along the sidewalk where they had to take the branches out. Rather than hold them up & carry them out,( which no doubt would have been easier) they dragged them out so as not to knock the fruit off my trees! When they were cleaning up, they cleaned up leaves & debris that was not made by them. The yard & the pool were so clean when they left!  Jessie is so knowledgeable about trees that I would trust him with any recommend he would make regarding my yard!!  To add to this,  their pricing is more than reasonable!! Just TRY them... you definitely won't be sorry!!

Had Jesse and his crew come out to remove some trees from a rental property. They were fast and efficient and Jesse was an excellent communicator. He offered to go over the work with the renter ahead of time and made contact with the neighbors when piling the limbs in the alley, ready for bulk pick up. I had a sisso tree removed and stum grind done. The work was done for a fair price and Jesse and his team showed up on time and got the job done for me. That nasty tree (hopefully no one gets one of these).

Owner and crew came out to trim a large Sissoo tree on property but had me look up the type of tree it was as it was never meant for an urban setting and really needed to come down.  On the day of the scheduled trim (I was determined to save the tree) I asked my determining questions and was given honest answers with the decision left to me.  I decided to take it down and the crew was flexible and worked it into their day.  They did a great job, safety was their top priority and they left the yard clean and free of debris.  The owner walked my property and told me what tress I had and what type of shape they were in.  I appreciated the education as we'd just bought the property and knew the trees were in need of a professional trimming.  We had them back out to trim the majority of our other trees and they did a great job.  No debris in back yard and they cleaned the driveway and street in front as well.  I have already recommended them to friend.

Jesse was very knowledgeable of our horticultural needs. He also came to our aid as another person flaked on us. We live out of state and were running out of time  but he fit us in even though his schedule was packed.   His team with wood chipping truck was quick at removing our 20 plus foot palo verde and they left the area clean.  We now have a tree cutter we can count on.

I had an excellent experience! They came out within a week and did extensive trimming on four trees I have on my property. I compared a few quotes and theirs was by far the most affordable. He has excellent tree knowledge and does what it right for the tree. I would absolutely recommend them.

They did a phenomenal job with our trees at the best possible price.  We have a Texas Mesquite which is just covered in thorns, and they were able to handle it with no problem.  Super friendly, explained everything they were doing up front, and left the yard even cleaner than when they first arrived.  Will absolutely be calling them again in the future!

Great Service.   I used a popular local referral network to find a tree removal service.   I use this service a lot and its great.  The company they recommended couldn't come to look at my trees till after Christmas.   So I went to Yelp.  Found  Next Level.  Called them on a Wednesday,  they came and looked at on Thursday and gave me an estimate on Friday.   It was a more than fair price and I accepted.   They came the following Monday and completed the job. Jesse and Tanya are great they educated me a bit on my trees while they were here.   Would recommend them and definitely will use them in the future.

I contacted Jesse about removing 3 large sissoo trees from my yard. Jesse gave me a fair price quote and was able to complete the job the next day. My only complaint was that I was told as part of the service I was quoted included treating the tree stumps with a potent tree/shrub killer prior to having them ground out. Jesse said the treatment was on another truck and he could not do it. So....I had to purchase my own for $20 and drill the holes in all 3 stumps and treat it myself. I paid his crew an extra $50 to do a little extra cleanup of the tree leaves that were already there and throw away some tree debris I had from another queen palm. However, the cleanup in the back yard was lacking and I felt he was rushing his job to get done. All in all, Jesse gave me a very fair price and was prompt. His crew did a great job cleaning the debris out of my front yard.

Tanya, Jesse, and the rest of the crew were awesome!  I inquired on a Thursday to have a date palm cut up and taken away, and on Friday the job was completed!  They did an awesome job.  I would highly recommend them if you need any type of tree service.  Their customer service is top notch!!

Removed 14 palms and one willow, ground the stumps to below grade level, thinned out 7 trees (shortest of which was 15 feet tall), thinned out our three citrus trees, ferilized the cistrus, and treated two tipus for beetles. His crew of 5 (plus himself made 6) showed up exaclty on time - 7:00 am -  and ended the day with all the work done by 4:30 pm. Friendly, hard-working crew that took the time to answer my questions concerning the why they were doing some things the way they were.

I've been meaning to leave a review for Jesse and his team for a couple weeks now. They did a fantastic job removing three large palm trees from my backyard. One of these trees was in the corner by my pool and two others were close to the rear of my house in a breezeway type area. The price was more than reasonable in my eyes and they did fantastic work, even ground the stumps down so you never would know the palms were there. Jesse is my new tree guy. I'm so pleased! Tanya came out to measure my tree within a few days of speaking directly with Jesse to obtain a quote. She then sent me quotes for different options which were very thorough. Prices quoted were so much more reasonable than some of the astronomical prices I had received from competitors. Within about a week of speaking with her, the crew were scheduled to come out to work. They showed up a few minutes before promised. Daniel was very courteous and had a gaiter on which I really appreciated. My palm tree had about three seasons worth of growth on it so it was a complete mess! The tree was trimmed, all debris was collected and the area around the tree was cleaned up all within about an hour. Daniel and crew did an amazing job! I wouldn't hesitate to rehire Next Level Tree. I had them remove a moderate sized tree that had several large limbs hanging out above our above ground spa and a neighbor's large glass lamp. Due to their experience and expertise, neither object was ever in danger. They also suggested that another tree be removed that was suffering from malnutrition and did it for a nominal fee. They also ground both stumps and although they include a disclaimer about not being responsible for underground impediments that could be damaged, they still took the time to carefully explore such possibilities. The project was very reasonably priced to boot. Hiring Next Level Tree was a great way to start the year.

Excellent job and nice people to work with, went through a lot of trouble to bring down a huge tree and grind the stump that was complicated by two metal posts that were completely embedded in the tree, put there 50 years ago when the tree was planted. Very reasonable cost, others were close but wanted to leave the downed tree for me to remove. Will definitely call them back to remove another stump.

Highly recommend this company. Jesse is very knowledgeable and our palms look amazing! He cleaned up when he was done and talked to us about when and how much to water. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Next Level Tree Services provided me with excellent customer service from start to finish! I was in need of someone to come out and trim down my palm trees and remove a giant stump that had been there forever. Jesse loves what he does and made sure that I was happy with his work after he was all done. I will be recommending Next Level to my neighbors and friends in the Valley!

I went in today to look at Indian laurels. Jake was very helpful in showing me the different options and prices. He also gave me the information for delivery as well. He was kind to let me know there was a location closer to the city I was building in and I will be sure to order.

For this trip I  bought me some aloe vera soil and I'm excited to update my garden.

I called to get a quote for a tree stump removal, and spoke with Leon MacKey. I sent a picture, as requested, and he gave me a price. I called with my credit card, he insisted taking the full payment before work starred and before a date for removal, but i figured it was Moon Valley, and they are respectable. Leon told me I would hear back in 24-48 hours. The next day he called back saying there was a problem with my Amex. I guess he tried again, because when I checked online billing there it was the full charge. When 48 hours had passed and I heard from no one, I texted and asked why. He answered that the charge never went through.
I called Amex, and they informed me that Moon had issued a full credit the day after the charge was made.
I don't know why, but Leon either didn't know or lied. I don't care, i got my money back, but wonder what the owner, Les Blake, would say.

We had Moon Valley out in November to trim two trees in our backyard that were overgrown. Both are 10 years old, one medium about 15 ft tall and the other large around 30-40 ft tall. They were touching the porch roof and the walls, and one was touching the house roof. We explained that the goal was to shape them, raise them up and reduce the circumference so they are not touching the house and porch or hanging too far into the neighbors' yards. Moon Valley was the most expensive company but the rep said that after they trimmed the trees we wouldn't need to do it again for 2 years, and he said a lot of things that sounded good so we went with them. There were communication issues, though. The rep said we were scheduled and we'd get a call with a time frame but when I didn't get the call I called the office and the scheduling lady said she didn't have us on the books. We eventually got all that squared away and on the day of service four guys came out to do the trimming and they were done less than 2 hours later. No ladders or major equipment were needed. They did stand on the wall for some of it but otherwise reached from the ground. They did hollow out a lot of the biggest tree (Arizona Ash) and raised the bottom up so we could walk under it so that one turned out ok, though I did go back in to trim some low hanging branches that were touching the wall again just a couple months later. The other tree (Purple Plum) they did shape so it didn't look like it wasn't leaning anymore, and they took off the lower branches to raise it up. However, in the process they accidentally sawed into the trunk leaving a large gash which is not only ugly but could impact the trees overall health. The next week two center branches dropped so far that they were almost touching the ground and had to be cut off. Additionally, while the shape looked nice, they did not decrease the circumference enough. They barely brought it away from the patio and roof (less than a foot) so after just a few months it's touching the patio and roof again and blocking the path around to the side of the house. Since I was told that the trimming would last two years and it needs to be trimmed again after only one year, I am very disappointed and frankly, mad that I paid $1,500. I was also told that someone would call after the service to check in and see how things went and I planned to address all of this with them but no one ever called. Attached are before and after pictures of both trees (before on left and after on right, two views of each). Overall, the shapes look nice but the trimming was not drastic enough to be long lasting and the main goals were not 100% met, in addition to the very high price and scheduling hassle. I will be looking at other companies when we decide to pay someone to come trim them again and I am not likely to recommend them to anyone I know for their tree trimming needs.

Communication with the company was on point. Setting up the appointment and everything was all done by phone and text to send pictures so they knew exactly what it was that they had to deal with when they got here. The crew that showed up was very kind they did exactly what they were supposed to do. They cleaned up everything that was on the ground afterwards and there was nothing left for me to do except to set back in and enjoy my yard. The trees look great I'm very happy with the service.

The entire group from picking out the plants/trees, stump removal, planting and follow up has been a dream to work with. Phil Forrest, Chelsea Rodriguez, George Alderton and his crew were the most efficient and friendly  group to work with. Thank you for helping me with this urgent request and doing so with patience and understanding.

I needed two trees removed that had been over trimmed by another landscape service.  Moon Valley Tree Removal was quick to respond, and the two guys that showed up were not only courteous and respectful, but also went over and above to complete the job in a timely manner.  They even made sure any debris was cleared from my neighbors properties.  I highly recommend Moon Valley Nursery for any landscape job.

We just bought a ficus tree and we're not happy with it.  We we're given a second tree that we thought wasn't any better. We picked out a third tree that was awesome!   Moon valley worked with us in a very professional and caring manner, they went over and above to make sure we were happy with our purchase.  We give them a five star plus+++!  Crew manager  Tyler Kraus was extremely respectful of us and very patient as well. His team was the best at planting our tree.  Also many thanks to manager Layne for his help in making us happy buyers!  We Will recommend Moon Valley Nurseries to all our friends and family!

This crew was on time, communicated well, were respectful to my property, did the job they were here to do, and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree/stump removal.

We had a dead mesquite in the back yard of our newly purchased home.  Moon Valley provided excellent service with a thorough cleanup.  About ten days later, they returned to grind out the stump and once again completely cleaned up afterwards.  They kept to the time schedule promised and did a great job.  Look for separate review of their design and planting services.

Our tree crew was amazing!!!!! Thanks to Nestor and his guys at Moon Valley they really came through for us! We had a very tall palm and hedges in the backyard that needed to be trimmed. They were on time, polite and professional. They consulted us at the beginning, throughout and at the end to make sure we were satisfied. The palm looked great and the hedge were perfect! We had some debris fall into the neighbors yards - I hadn't yet informed them of the cuttings but Nestor worked to ensure that the neighbors were also happy and that all trimming were picked up on all the neighboring properties. Our neighbors contacted us to let me know how great they did - which helped so much as I felt terrible I hadn't communicated with the neighbors better.  Couldn't ask for a better experience!!
