Very professional. Clean work. I had 9 Oleander Bushes removed that were not maintained for years and had overgrown/died. They had these removed very quickly and carefully. Cleaned up the entire area after they were done. No complaints. Best Price out of 5 offers I received. Honest workers. If you need Landscaping services in Fountain Hills these are the people to call! I put out a request for a quote through yelp yelp automatically selected several landscapers to quote the job.
This company replied by message through Yelp and set up a time for a phone consult. How they can do a phone consultation when they really need to see the yard and the scope of the work I have no clue?
They never called for the phone consult.  Several hours after the time they were supposed to call A gentleman called and wanted to set an appointment for the next day between six and eight in the morning.
I told him I would not wake up until 8:30 so he said I'll be there between 8-9. He obviously didn't hear me when I said I don't get up until 830 which tells me that he doesn't listen to his clients.
But I agreed to the appointment time of between 8-9 o'clock. I got up early and waited and waited and waited they did not bother to call to say that they needed to cancel or reschedule.
In the afternoon I messaged them through Yelp telling them that they missed two appointments.
Within a few minutes they called wanting to come over right then explaining that they slept in. I would've liked to have slept in too. So that showed me that they're inconsiderate of their clients And that they're unreliable.
So the reason I'm giving this rating is
1.  they don't listen to their client
2.  they don't show up when they say they're going to
3.  they're inconsiderate of their clients time.
4. They are unreliable
I believe this is a brand new business and they obviously won't be in business long with these types of practices. I don't think they realize that if you can't make it on time to your appointments or at least called before you're going to be late that It shows that you're unreliable
Hiw can I trust that they would show up on time to actually perform the work when they dont when trying to get the job.
I can't and I don't have time to play around with people that really don't want the business

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

We have been using Lucas Lawn and Yard care for about 2 months. What a great experience. They are far and away more superior to either of the previous lawn care companies we've used. Plus they are full service, every shrub, tree and our large yard are well taken care of.

Really happy with the service Eric provided with No Bull Trees. We had a HUGE pecan tree that other companies did not want to take. Eric came out and quoted us at a fair price. He was honest, genuine and kept his word to us which we appreciated especially when working on such a huge project. He responded really quickly and was easy to communicate with. We Will definitely use him again and recommend his services to the whole block!

Our front and back yard needed a quick refresh of gravel. We called Geronimo Pacheco Landscaping to help with dispersing 25 tons of gravel throughout our yard. He and his team of 3, including the owner himself arrived on time with a bobcat and two wheel barrels. They had the rock dispersed, raked and tidied in under one day. Their attention to detail and care of the property and mature plants impressed me.
I hope and look forward to be able to work with them in future projects.A

Responded immediately to my request to quote. Scheduled an appointment to walk the property and give an estimate. Showed up right on time.

Gave me a fair estimate and scheduled sevice two days later. Again showed up right on time. Very kind and professional, worked quickly and got the job done.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

Jorge was amazing! I can't say enough good things...I am telling all my friends about him. I stopped on here last night looking for someone to trim one of our palm tree's. Jorge was the only one to respond within minutes (not that I expected that)...he was super responsive, was able to come out today and did a better job than I could have dreamed up, hauled all the trimmings away and completely cleaned up, even using the blower. The cost was WAY less than anyone else and others couldn't come out for a week. I will be using Jorge at Roman Landscape for all our tree needs. A+ service and work. Thank you Jorge!

Just had the Tree Pros crew out to cut down a eucalyptus tree and prune/trim my olive tree. The guys were professional, efficient and friendly. Did a wonderful job and were very conscientious with the clean up.  Highly recommend them!!

Ryan and his team have taken great care of us for years and after this last visit, I had to post. It gets stressful maintaining work, family, personal, etc and  adding 'chores' to the list can be overwhelming. North Phoenix, AZ - Trees for Needs is one of the few highly professional businesses we have dealt with in the Valley. Kerry and Kory were very professional and communication was excellent throughout the process of removing one of our tall white pines. Andy provided the initial details of the process, including the company's insurance information so we were at ease about coverage if something went wrong. Nothing did, as their crew has a totally safety conscience work ethnic and took all the necessary precautions to protect the home owner's property as well as their professional crew. After the tree was removed, the stump was ground down to our satisfaction. They checked in with us so we knew what was going to happen and after, triple checked to see that we were totally happy with the results.
