The initial set up was a little confusing but they held to their promise and showed up plenty early. The crew themselves were amazing. We have a monster of a tree in back and they weren't even here an hour and did everything as requested and left it cleaner than they found it. Money well spent!

Called them twice and they did not return my calls.  They are listed with Angie's List which males me wonder why, given the fact that they did not return my calls.  I turned to Chip Off the Old Block who did an excellent job of removing a large pine tree at a very reasonable cost.

They blasted me with calls, emails, and texts. I finally gave them a chance and they didn't show. I gave them a second chance and they left the front door wide open because I gave them access to the house to get to the backyard. I would NOT recommend this company ever. And if you get on their spam list, just run the other way. This company is complete trash!

My backyard had a canary island palm tree pushing up against our fence and needed to be removed. The initial quote for the removal was the lowest I had seen, so I tried to book their services as soon as possible. Unfortunately, missed calls and weather delays put the removal at 2 weeks after quote. The removal guys did an excellent job and were very friendly, even cleaning up some of the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend Treewise!

They did a great job and their prices were reasonable.  They did a full clean up afterwards and the trees are all balanced and ready for monsoon season.  I will be using them again!

I have a backyard full of three different kinds of palm trees and one African Sumac.  The palms were seeding out and I really needed them trimmed before my pool was destroyed.  I had called two other tree trimming companies first and tried calling another and I couldn't even get someone out to look at my trees for an estimate.  I was promised call-backs, and drop-by's and on an on but nothing.  Meanwhile my wife is on my butt about getting these palms trimmed that are dropping seeds in the pool daily.  Finally I call Treewise and everything is easy once again, just as it should be.  I'm super happy for the tree trimmers of the valley as business is obviously booming, but the better news is that by getting dissed by those others I ended up finding a real pro that killed it for a good price.   I came by when they were finishing up and Howard did a walk-through explaining everything they had done.  I mentioned that next year I need to ask for some Sumac clumps around the base of the tree that are sprouting up to be removed and Howard said not to worry about it and had his guys run back there to clear them out at no extra charge.  

First rate all the way.

Fantastic customer service and top notch work! I used the Yelp app to communicate with Jose which worked out nicely. Antonio showed up on time and was very friendly. Antonio chopped down my slightly overgrown grass and put down winter seed for me. He cleaned up very well and even helped me program my sprinkler system before leaving. I highly recommend these guys!

These guys are FABULOUS.  They did a fantastic job removing a palm tree and 2 big thorny trees from my yard.  They also gave my Pine tree a nice trim.  They are fair in pricing, provide excellent service and are absolutely reliable.  I would not hesitate to use their services again.  Very highly recommended.   You won't be disappointed.

I think the four 5-Star reviews were submitted by family or friends because these guys can't get their act together. I submitted a request for a quote on Yelp 10/7. Spoke to one of their reps a day or so after and even sent them multiple photos so they could give me an estimate.
Never got a quote BUT they texted me a MONTH LATER wanting to know if I was still interested.

Then two weeks ago I got a call from them- TWICE- again asking if I was still interested- F*** NO! I had already hired someone else and he had already done the work. Told them to stop calling me.

The today 11/26 I get this via Yelp:
Hi, this is Mari. I see we weren't able to get you on the schedule for your past request. Are you looking for a quotation for a yard or tree service? Let me know and I'll be more than happy to assist.

WTF? Are they drinking the Weed Killer? They clearly have lost their minds.
And oh, BTW this is the SECOND time I have gone through this with them. My first encounter with them was July and same crap- no quote then calling me over a month later wanting to know if I am interested. At least that timne they did not keep contacting me.

We absolutely loved working with Phillip. He quickly responded to our message and came out to give us an estimate, which was fair for the amount of work we needed done in our backyard. He and his crew were always timely and professional, and they completed the project within the promised deadline. We are so pleased with how the backyard turned out! We will definitely use them for future projects.

Jose did a great job again! He's quick and efficient, I truly appreciate the work he does. My go-to landscaper. Thank you so much!

Lili came out with 2 crew when I had my very old and large Ocotillo fall over in the monsoon. Reasonable pricing, shows up on time and did the great job I was hoping for. Highly recommended!

These guys made 6 very large palm trees in my back yard disappear in one day including stump grinding. Work area was left clean with landscaping raked nicely. Octavio was very professional and gave fair price for the job. If you need big job heavy tree removal these are the guys to call

Responded to my request and we set an appointment via email for 11am 9/4/18. At 940am on 9/4 I receive an email from Lillian asking if I was available the next day. Since this appointment was set up a week ago I had put aside the 4th from my work schedule and was not available on the 5th.I responded at 10am explaining i was not available on the 5th and if she was cancelling today's appointment. I received no response..or phone call  explaining anything. While I understand last minute issues can happen but not to contact me or respond to 2 emails is not the way to conduct a business.  Like your time Lillian, mine is of equal value

Three trees did an outstanding job with my tree removal. From dead pine trees to messy bottle brush, they removed the trees and cleaned up after themselves. The owner is very responsive and punctual for appointments. Highly recommend this company for a quality job at a reasonable rate.
