Best Tree Services in Phoenix, AZ

Harris & Sons did an Amazing job today.  It was a big job of 3 gigantic dying trees removal & grind stump, pruning of tall palms and other clean up . We ended up getting a crane to make the job safe. All this was done in less then 3 hours.  Jason met up with me for a quote the next day.  Joyce at the office is very friendly.  I called other places they where days ahead for just  an initial quote. I would highly recommend this company. They are fully insured and licensed which gave me peace of mind . By far the best price also. I highly recommend this company for any tree removal or trimming.

Very expensive! We were lead to believe that they were going to do more work than they provided. The work was okay and the cleanup was good. Would not use them again.

They blasted me with calls, emails, and texts. I finally gave them a chance and they didn't show. I gave them a second chance and they left the front door wide open because I gave them access to the house to get to the backyard. I would NOT recommend this company ever. And if you get on their spam list, just run the other way. This company is complete trash!

After moving into a new house, I contacted them on Thursday.  Phillip came out on Friday to give me quote and came back Saturday to do the work. Very happy with their service and reasonable prices.

They did a great job and their prices were reasonable.  They did a full clean up afterwards and the trees are all balanced and ready for monsoon season.  I will be using them again!

I reached out to Jose about a month ago based on reviews from Yelp.  It took a couple messages but he got back to me and we were able to work out a deal for him to come out and clean up my front and back yard. I also had him plant some flowers.  He came out the following week and did a wonderful job.

About a week later I notice some standing water in my back yard and asked him to come out to take a look. I sent pictures and tried to reach him via txt message. It has been two weeks and I still can't get ahold of him. Not returning voicemails or txt messages. Now I'm stuck with a $400 water bill and having to find another landscaper to come in and fix what he broke.

I gave him two stars because his prices were reasonable and he did a nice job cleaning up my yard.

Update:
My timer settings did not change until after your visit when I noticed my yard was flooding.  What did you expect me to do? Leave the system running while I wait for you to respond.  Also, you managed to destroy 2 sprinkler heads in my backyard as well.  I found pieces of them amongst the yard clippings that you also left.  

I called you and texted you asking about the flooding and to settle our debt and setup the bi-weekly service.  Since you chose not to respond I wrote a message on Yelp. That got your attention because you responded within 24hrs.  Then you blame the lack of communication on not receiving the text messages. But you remember the conversation about money owed.  To bad, since the money and flooding messages were in the same text.  

I'll pay you the $75 I owe you.  I cannot recommend your services as I have to pay another service to come out and fix my irrigation system that you broke and replace the plants that are dying because of it.  Plus the $400 water bill.

Fantastic customer service and top notch work! I used the Yelp app to communicate with Jose which worked out nicely. Antonio showed up on time and was very friendly. Antonio chopped down my slightly overgrown grass and put down winter seed for me. He cleaned up very well and even helped me program my sprinkler system before leaving. I highly recommend these guys!

These guys are FABULOUS.  They did a fantastic job removing a palm tree and 2 big thorny trees from my yard.  They also gave my Pine tree a nice trim.  They are fair in pricing, provide excellent service and are absolutely reliable.  I would not hesitate to use their services again.  Very highly recommended.   You won't be disappointed.

We're in Arizona. There's a ton of landscapers that you can choose from. I contacted Phillip's via the app and the response was very prompt. I needed someone to come out and weed and landscape as my other person who had been working on our property flaked and the second person I'd contacted never showed up. Needless to say, the yard needed some serious help.

Phillip's came out that afternoon and we walked around the property. Negotiations on price occurred (thought I was paying high) and they agreed to come on Monday (this was a Saturday contact, mind you). They showed up mid-afternoon and knocked out what would have been an 8 hour + job for me in a couple. And the yard looked great! After seeing it and the amount of weeds etc. hauled away, I don't think the price I paid was unfair.

The only things I would recommend would be if you need them out at a certain time, make sure that you're specifying. I took the day off to be there when they arrived, but I also didn't tell them that I needed them there at a specific time. My fault, not theirs. Thanks guys!

Sorry to have to give a bad review but there has been no follow through. I called Jose to ask for a sprinkler inspection/repair/replace of a couple heads that weren't working. We also requested help to plan a remodel/repair of our patio/fountain and asked for a quote.
Jose agreed to come the day I called (Wednesday Mar 27) and quoted us $120 to be paid up front to do the sprinkler work. He also said he'd look at the patio/fountain and send us a bid.
Jose came at the agreed time on the 27th. Was very professional and courteous. Seemed like a very nice and competent guy. Stayed about an hour and talked us through various patio/fountain options. He agreed to bid out a couple options and email them back to us. Next, he ran the sprinkler system through its stations and pointed out which heads and lines needed to be repaired. He didn't have time/materials to repair that day but said he would come back.
I texted him our email address, to which he was to send the quote for the patio work and agree a day to come repair the sprinkler heads. He said he'd send the patio quote on Friday or Monday.
18 days have passed. I've texted several times but he has never sent a quote, replied to any texts or called.  Jose is a nice guy just didn't follow through.

After getting several price quotes, they came it at a competitive price. Of equal importance they were very professional, thorough and always made sure to answer all of my questions.

Professional, friendly, excellent service, and a fair price. I had two trees that needed to be removed and trimming all around my home with Palo Verdes and Palms. Octavio speaks Spanish and English and had the work done within hours. He came with equipment and crew and left my yard looking fantastic. I highly recommend his tree service. Best and most ethical tree trimmer in the Valley!

Responded to my request and we set an appointment via email for 11am 9/4/18. At 940am on 9/4 I receive an email from Lillian asking if I was available the next day. Since this appointment was set up a week ago I had put aside the 4th from my work schedule and was not available on the 5th.I responded at 10am explaining i was not available on the 5th and if she was cancelling today's appointment. I received no response..or phone call  explaining anything. While I understand last minute issues can happen but not to contact me or respond to 2 emails is not the way to conduct a business.  Like your time Lillian, mine is of equal value

Three trees did an outstanding job with my tree removal. From dead pine trees to messy bottle brush, they removed the trees and cleaned up after themselves. The owner is very responsive and punctual for appointments. Highly recommend this company for a quality job at a reasonable rate.
