Best Tree Services in Phoenix, AZ

Despicable scum. Their cherrypicker just pulled our phone line down while I was underneath it. The driver and crew were well aware, and still sped off...I wonder why? I can't imagine using such a dangerous and careless company for landscaping.

The Ultimate Tree Service has been maintaining my trees for 2 years.  After interviewing and getting 3 estimates these guys were almost half of the other estimates.  I have one tree that leans and they have helped me maintain it so it doesn't have to be cut down. They were prompt did a great job.  When the job was completed they did a great job of cleaning up all the debris. They have also maintained all the trees at my church and have done a great job there as well.  I highly recommend them.  It is a small business worth supporting.

I would recommend them highly. Removed a tree for me for a fair price, cleaned up all the branches. Good work.

Removed a 30ft fallen/rotten saguaro for us and they were in and out quick while still doing a great job. I would highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend Juan and his crew. They were punctual, affordable, efficient, and friendly. My yard and trees got a major clean up and Juan even fixed one of my sprinkler heads that was broken. These guys go above and beyond. 5 stars!

Horrible service Sergio continues to lie and takes advantage of seniors.  Never comes on the day scheduled always has an excuse.  Warning everyone not to use this business.

First who is Joseph?  The person I spoke to is supposedly Sergio and identified himself as Sergio.  However, it seems that Sergio now doesn't exist and apparently I have been speaking with Joseph who has been impersonating Sergio.  I distinctly asked to speak to Sergio on each contact.  Each time he identified himself as Sergio.  It appears others have also complained about this strange and fraudulent impersonation.  
In response to Joseph's claim that Service was not paid for:  I pay bills for mother since my father passed before 2015.  So all the payments you got were because I made sure they were paid. I made that known to you from the beginning.  Since her health issues increased I made sure to alert you that she would be unable to communicate with your workers and that I would be the point of contact for everything.  You overcharged her for work that was supposed to be done on every visit.  I didn't argue and paid the overage.  You charged for a visit that no one showed up for.  I didn't argue and paid.  

I simply asked you to honor the day we agreed on for you to do the work to be done.  Instead you conveniently forget to show up on the day we agreed on and claim you showed up on another day. It is a fact that you did not show up on either day and billed for your service anyway.   By doing this you were taking advantage of a vulnerable senior.  Today (2/16) was the last straw. You are a disrespectful individual that constantly lies.  I don't trust you and you should not have a business.  Out of respect I called you before doing this review and instead of acknowledging your mistakes with a long standing prompt paying customer you hung up on me.  Obviously you never valued us as customers.  Your claim that no pay no service is wrong.  It should be you don't show up you do not get paid and your service is no longer being used because of your business practices.

I'm still using Sergio's after all these months.  They're friendly and do everything I would expect.  I still really dig that they work on a flat hourly rate so I can decide how much I want to spend per job.

The men who came were prompt and worked quickly. However the price I was quoted was for an hour, and chemical that would treat the yard for 6 months. They charged me for a full hour even though they only worked for half that time, and after 3 weeks the weeds were coming back. I called to complain and they said I only paid for chemical that killed what it touched. I explained that I was given a price for treatment to take care of the yard for several months, and his response was, We don't treat with pre-emergent in that time of year. I don't recommend these guys at all.

Sergio's crew did a great job!! I needed them quickly after I had some tenants move out and they were able to accommodate my schedule and did a fantastic job on cleaning up our backyard and even exceeded my expectations. They then came back the next day and spread 10 tons of rock in my backyard. Highly recommend! Excellent job and very accommodating. Thanks Sergio!

Bob White came yesterday 12/7/17 gave me an estimate to remove tree from backyard. Said he could have a crew first thing the next morning. Crew arrived on schedule went to work. Removal made mess of the pool, crew cleaned the pool as part of their clean up procedure. Completely satisfied beyond expectation with Aachen Tree Service. Highly recommend.

The team of Garnicas Landscaping did an amazing job!!!!! I had a great deal of overgrown weeds and bushes that needed trimming. They did such a great job. I will be hiring them again. I am posting before and after pictures. Thanks again, gentlemen!

Had a great experience with Garnicas.  They showed up when they said they would and did the job well.  They provided fair pricing for both removal of trees and shrubs and installing new plants that we requested. The crew members were all polite and hardworking.  It is nice to find a company that is reliable and fair. We will be using them again in the future.

Asked about getting a quote for my landscaping project. He set up a date and didn't show. Told me after he could go the next day. The next day came I asked what time was good he said a time and of course didn't show again. No message or anything. I'm just saying if getting a quote is so hard and unprofessional from this guy I recommend looking elsewhere

We have an African Sumac tree that was very overgrown. We called to have a branch removed and the tree thinned. They were very responsive and affordable. The whole crew were very nice and professional. They did such an amazing job so efficiently that we are going to have an oleander and another tree removed. I highly recommend them!

Terrible company and very unprofessional. We recently moved into a house that was not cared for by the previous renters and needless to say the yard needed some work. Basically we just needed help with getting our yard prepared to lay sod and also some weed management, possibly an opinion on how we should do the layout of our yard and where we should lay rock or perhaps a garden area. So we sent in an email asking if they could do that for us. They then replied to our email with 'we are a landscaping company, not yard designers'. What a joke, if I could give 0 starts I would. No wonder they only have 3. Use a different company, hell I'll do your yard work for you, just don't use these guys.

These guys worked sooooo hard removing a stump and roots from a giant Sissoo tree in my yard! They showed up early and cleaned up before they left. They were very professional and informative. I would definitely recommend them!

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!  Sergio's crew came out today and went above and beyond my expectations.  They were prompt and professional.  They had quite a job ahead of them as the yard had gotten away from us due to all the rain.  They completed the front yard, backyard, and around the pool in 3 hours.  The crew even skimmed the pool and cleaned up the dog run on the side of the house.  I love that they charge by the hour instead of the job.  We are even considering hiring them biweekly to maintain the work they did.  I highly recommend this company and crew!

Very disappointing. Did a great job at first, but then stopped showing up. They were supposed to come out 3 weeks ago and no showed me. I messaged 4x through Yelp and no response. After multiple times of calling, I finally reached them. I received no apology or offer to make it right, just that they'd show up the coming Monday, but guess what? They didn't show! So I called again and they said Thursday, and once again, THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. Extremely unprofessional.
