Best Tree Services in Phoenix, AZ

Despicable scum. Their cherrypicker just pulled our phone line down while I was underneath it. The driver and crew were well aware, and still sped off...I wonder why? I can't imagine using such a dangerous and careless company for landscaping.

Eric and his team were awesome! They did a great job and very reasonable price for tree trimming. Eric was such a great guy to talk with you and will come out and give you an honest estimate. You pay for what you want and doesn't try to get you to do or add more to your budget. Thank you Eric!

Hired Caesar to clean up weeds in my front yard and place a fence around my apple tree. Caeser and son did a beautiful job. They were punctual and worked efficiently.

These guys did a fantastic job - fair pricing, quick, efficient, and on time. What more could you ask for?

After writing my review yesterday I was contacted by the owner and they were able to get a crew out yesterday to take of the yard.  I would have made it 5 stars, as per usual the quality of the work was top notch, but the price did go up $20.  Not sure the reason for this but it is what it is.  So, it appears a 1 hour service is now $120.

So I called this morning to get some last minute lawn service done to the house.  After reading several reviews I was aware that you pay for the full hour regardless if it takes 10 minutes or 59 minutes.

I spoke with Sergio on the phone and indicated I wanted just a one hour service call and to just do what they could in that time.  The three man crew came to the house, we walked the property and I informed him several times that I just want one hour at which point they started to do the work.  They where very polite and did a great job.  The yard looks fantastic.

I am reserving the 5 star review they should get until I see the credit card charge.  When I asked for a receipt they told me they didn't have one at which time I confirmed just one hour correct?, to which he replied yes.  Once I see that I was indeed charged the correct amount, one hour, I will come back and modify the review.  If for some reason I can't change my star rating, I will amend this post either way.

As promised I am back here to change my rating.  I was billed the proper amount and cant say anything negative about the experience.  Thank you for everything.

The men who came were prompt and worked quickly. However the price I was quoted was for an hour, and chemical that would treat the yard for 6 months. They charged me for a full hour even though they only worked for half that time, and after 3 weeks the weeds were coming back. I called to complain and they said I only paid for chemical that killed what it touched. I explained that I was given a price for treatment to take care of the yard for several months, and his response was, We don't treat with pre-emergent in that time of year. I don't recommend these guys at all.

Sergio's crew did a great job!! I needed them quickly after I had some tenants move out and they were able to accommodate my schedule and did a fantastic job on cleaning up our backyard and even exceeded my expectations. They then came back the next day and spread 10 tons of rock in my backyard. Highly recommend! Excellent job and very accommodating. Thanks Sergio!

Bob White came yesterday 12/7/17 gave me an estimate to remove tree from backyard. Said he could have a crew first thing the next morning. Crew arrived on schedule went to work. Removal made mess of the pool, crew cleaned the pool as part of their clean up procedure. Completely satisfied beyond expectation with Aachen Tree Service. Highly recommend.

The team of Garnicas Landscaping did an amazing job!!!!! I had a great deal of overgrown weeds and bushes that needed trimming. They did such a great job. I will be hiring them again. I am posting before and after pictures. Thanks again, gentlemen!

Not professional at all, showed up late than the appointment time, then increased his price which we still agreed to it, stated that he will start today, then we waited for him to call when he will be done but to discover that he never did actually work on the property to begin with, when called him and asked 4 different times why wasn't there work done and finally getting an answer out of him was completely non  sense.
I would not recommend, please check after anyone, he thought he could fool us...

Asked about getting a quote for my landscaping project. He set up a date and didn't show. Told me after he could go the next day. The next day came I asked what time was good he said a time and of course didn't show again. No message or anything. I'm just saying if getting a quote is so hard and unprofessional from this guy I recommend looking elsewhere

We contacted Juan at Happy Grounds about a sprinkler leak in our backyard, and he came out quickly to check out the issue. He identified the problem and gave us two options to stop the leak. Even though we chose the simple, cheap fix, Juan was polite and professional. Happy Grounds did a great job, and we will look to use them again in the future.

I've had them out 4 times to feed 4 palms and paid for additional stuff like manganese, etc. They are punctual and very pleasant but they will not stand behind their work. 3 of the palms they fed did not improve in their appearance and one deteriorated despite the feedings and extras. When I asked them to treat that tree at no charge since they touted their feedings would make it do better, they absolutely would not do it. Instead, they tried to sell me additional services. A business that won't stand by their work or their word is not a business I can trust and give my money to.

Our front and back yard really needed a clean up, I reached out to Vida landscaping yesterday morning and Sebastian messaged me within a few minutes. He was willing to come out the same day to give an estimate! I am so used to landscapers being booked up for the weekend so it was really great to get such an immediate response. My husband works from home and was able to schedule a time for Sebastian to come back today. My husband said Sebastian and his crew did more than what was agreed upon and we are very happy with their work.

I hired Sergio's to do biweekly lawn service after having them do a sod job in my yard.  They no-showed the original date he told me that the service would start with NO communication, then showed up 6 days later while I wasn't home and performed the service -- and left a bit of a mess at that.  They still left no info and had no communication so I wasn't even certain who'd mowed my lawn until I noticed a charge on my Amex statement!  Of course, I had used a credit card for the sod job, and even though I hadn't authorized him to charge that account for the bi-weekly service he did no before even sending me an invoice for the work!  Do not hire this company!!

Very disappointing. Did a great job at first, but then stopped showing up. They were supposed to come out 3 weeks ago and no showed me. I messaged 4x through Yelp and no response. After multiple times of calling, I finally reached them. I received no apology or offer to make it right, just that they'd show up the coming Monday, but guess what? They didn't show! So I called again and they said Thursday, and once again, THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. Extremely unprofessional.
