Best Tree Services in Phoenix, AZ

Despicable scum. Their cherrypicker just pulled our phone line down while I was underneath it. The driver and crew were well aware, and still sped off...I wonder why? I can't imagine using such a dangerous and careless company for landscaping.

The Ultimate Tree Service has been maintaining my trees for 2 years.  After interviewing and getting 3 estimates these guys were almost half of the other estimates.  I have one tree that leans and they have helped me maintain it so it doesn't have to be cut down. They were prompt did a great job.  When the job was completed they did a great job of cleaning up all the debris. They have also maintained all the trees at my church and have done a great job there as well.  I highly recommend them.  It is a small business worth supporting.

I had half of a very large tree break and fall down in my yard. It broke the fence and damaged the roof of my patio. The remaining half needed to come down too before it fell and crushed my house. Let me tell you that if this happens to you it is shockingly expensive to fix!

I got a few bids, they were all about the same price. Ernesto with Cesar and Son's was able to knock a few thousand off the price for me though. In addition he was by far the most professional and communicative person I spoke to. They needed to access my neighbor's property to remove the tree. Ernesto took the time to go over and talk with my neighbor putting his mind at ease. He was able to start the job immediately when others were booking weeks out. Once the guys got on the job they were professional and efficient! They got the job completely done within two days and did not leave any mess behind. They even patched my fence so my dogs could not get out. Totally above and beyond what was expected! Ernesto came back out after the job was done to make sure it was completed satisfactorily and that the job site was cleaned up. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend Cesar & Sons.

Removed a 30ft fallen/rotten saguaro for us and they were in and out quick while still doing a great job. I would highly recommend their services.

Submitted a request through yelp that went to 5 contractors and Happy Grounds was the fastest to respond.  Came the next day for review and quote.  Pricing was reasonable and came the 3rd day for repair.  When we were reviewing the work, we found one additional issue that needed to be fixed and they got out all the equipment back out and took care of it.

Don't know what to say about This dude. Had appointment scheduled with him and no call no show and blocked my cell. Don't even bother to talk to him. It will be amazing if u can comment back, I want see what's ur excuses and explanation. Haha

Contacted Sergio's and several other landscapers. Sergio's was the first to respond and even service on Saturdays. They were at my house the next day and did an amazing job on the grass, shrubs, trees, and palms. Definitely worth the money

The men who came were prompt and worked quickly. However the price I was quoted was for an hour, and chemical that would treat the yard for 6 months. They charged me for a full hour even though they only worked for half that time, and after 3 weeks the weeds were coming back. I called to complain and they said I only paid for chemical that killed what it touched. I explained that I was given a price for treatment to take care of the yard for several months, and his response was, We don't treat with pre-emergent in that time of year. I don't recommend these guys at all.

Sergio's crew did a great job!! I needed them quickly after I had some tenants move out and they were able to accommodate my schedule and did a fantastic job on cleaning up our backyard and even exceeded my expectations. They then came back the next day and spread 10 tons of rock in my backyard. Highly recommend! Excellent job and very accommodating. Thanks Sergio!

Bob White came yesterday 12/7/17 gave me an estimate to remove tree from backyard. Said he could have a crew first thing the next morning. Crew arrived on schedule went to work. Removal made mess of the pool, crew cleaned the pool as part of their clean up procedure. Completely satisfied beyond expectation with Aachen Tree Service. Highly recommend.

The team of Garnicas Landscaping did an amazing job!!!!! I had a great deal of overgrown weeds and bushes that needed trimming. They did such a great job. I will be hiring them again. I am posting before and after pictures. Thanks again, gentlemen!

Had a great experience with Garnicas.  They showed up when they said they would and did the job well.  They provided fair pricing for both removal of trees and shrubs and installing new plants that we requested. The crew members were all polite and hardworking.  It is nice to find a company that is reliable and fair. We will be using them again in the future.

Asked about getting a quote for my landscaping project. He set up a date and didn't show. Told me after he could go the next day. The next day came I asked what time was good he said a time and of course didn't show again. No message or anything. I'm just saying if getting a quote is so hard and unprofessional from this guy I recommend looking elsewhere

My irrigation was leaking in so many places and they redid the whole system for a reasonable price. They also moved rock to my back yard and spread it rather than just dumped it. Super professional and courteous. They did a great job!

I've used valley tree feeders a couple of years now to do a deep fertilizer a few times a year on my orange, grapefruit, and pomegranate trees.  They are affordable, fast, and my trees have never been healthier with better fruit now. Also the individuals that come out are knowledgeable and try to point out any additional care or trouble to look out for. (Like mentioning an issue they are starting to see, and explaining what to look out for to monitor)

I see another user citing issues with tree trimming. Full disclosure, my review would be lower if reviewing my interaction with them for trimming and de-fruiting my trees in the spring.  I was told over the phone that they offer the service but ultimately they couldn't do it because it was honestly a huge job and they were too busy if I remember correctly? Also I got the impression that service was not actually valley tree feeders, but part of a different business. They could have positioned it all differently to avoid confusion and set better expectations, imo.

Bottom line- they are great for tree feeding, and treating of issues (fungus, leaf miners, etc).
I would go with another service for trimming.

I had this business come out and quote me on doing landscaping at my home.  We walked the yard and decided on a set amount per service land we scheduled for the next day.  I texted him to confirm and he asked for my address but never showed up.  I texted multiple times and didn't receive a return text.  Very unreliable.

I wouldn't even give this company one star, but a rating is required apparently. We called to have them come out to give us an estimate for a full yard cleanup, and then to continue (if the price was right) bi-weekly for maintenance. Made an appointment for 1pm, waited for an additional 15 minutes before WE called back to see if they were lost or something. They say they will be a little bit late, closer to 3pm. Sorry, but that is not a little bit later, that is 2 full hours later, and the only reason we found this out is because WE called them. They should have let us know if they couldn't make it at 1pm.
Even after this, we decided to go ahead and wait until 3pm. Wouldn't you know it, 3pm comes and goes and no phone call. We ended up staying until 6:30 pm with no phone call from Sergio's Lawn Service letting us know anything about their whereabouts. Horrible company and even worse customer service. They lost out on a big job - this was for one of our rental properties and we had 3 other houses we were going to give them as well. Big $ lost out for them. Look elsewhere for good customer service....what a waste of time....

Very disappointing. Did a great job at first, but then stopped showing up. They were supposed to come out 3 weeks ago and no showed me. I messaged 4x through Yelp and no response. After multiple times of calling, I finally reached them. I received no apology or offer to make it right, just that they'd show up the coming Monday, but guess what? They didn't show! So I called again and they said Thursday, and once again, THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. Extremely unprofessional.
