Arbor Care specializes in proper tree trimming, tree pruning, safe tree removal, stump grinding, monsoon storm damage response, and fertilization. Our most recent experience with Arbor Care was very good. We had a large pine tree which was in bad shape and we needed it removed. Arbor Care came on time and was finished taking the tree down and ground the stump faster than I could imagine. They cleaned up beautifully too. I would recommend and use them again.

Prompt.  Efficient.  Reasonably priced.  Excellent quality of work.
Arbor care removed a large Australian bottle tree that was leaning severally and jeopardizing the house nearby.  Stump ground down and debris removed.  All work completed within 1.5 hours of arrival.

Used Arborcare tree service today 3/13/23 and they did a wonderful job. They took down 5 trees..and each one landed where they said they would. Cannot explain how happy we are. We highly recommend this service.

Great job.  My oak tree had not been trimmed in 25 years.  These guys came out and in less than an hour transformed it from out of control to absolutely beautiful - perfectly symmetrical and expertly thinned.  Super job cleaning up as well.  Five stars were earned.

I've lived for 8 years in my house in Gilbert, and never hired out tree service, so it was long overdue. The Arbor Care guys were great. They swooped in like ninjas, climbed high into my palo verdes and trimmed those suckers down. Like the Edward Scissorhands of arborists, they were done in just over an hour. It was worth every dollar (a competitive, fair price for these 2 monsters).

Arbor Care removed three trees from our home, one very close to the house and two very close to a block wall. I was not sure how they'd do this in tight quarters, but they didn't even hesitate and had them all removed incredibly quickly (one with the help of a nimbly-maneuvered crane truck).

They were reasonably-priced (in line with other estimates I received), very easy to work with (via text), and super polite. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Arbor Care for the win again! The same company who removed my Ficus tree in 2019, came this morning to remove a tree in my front yard. Don't know what kind it was, but much smaller and made a constant mess. You rake up all the flowers, turn around and 50 more have since fallen.

15 minutes flat these guys pulled up in two big trucks, everyone knew exactly what their job was and they didn't waste a single second. Cut, shredded, trunk grounded, cleaned up and they were gone!
Too bad I've run out of trees, now I can't give them anymore business.  But I do highly recommend them!

While I was extremely happy when the doves lost their hideout in my backyard, the little hummingbirds are breaking my heart as they've been flying up to my window all morning, like Really? Our tree is gone??

Well I said I'd come back to them and here we are! Less than 3 months later we had another limb fall on our house so it's time for this 6.5 story tree to come down! These guys are amazing- they planned and executed the take down perfectly. It's sad really, but it's too dangerous with the amount of limbs that keep falling.

No crane needed at all. Tie offs, supports all of it - pure precision. Owner sent over their insurance paperwork as well the week before the job. The amount of work with the clean up was massive and they completed it in a timely fashion and were in and out before we even knew it! The drop was unreal!

These guys were great . They removed a large palm tree from my yard. They arrived earlier than scheduled and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned up the entire area and even the street out front. The cost was extremely reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

This is the most awesome service ever! I requested quotes on Angie's List and they contacted me in less than an hour. I sent them a picture and description of what I wanted. I got a price quote almost immediately. The office contacted me with an appointment date, they called me the day before with an approximate time, they called 15 minutes before arrival and completed the job complete with cleanup in an hour. 5 Guys who obviously knew what they were doing. In and out amazing work, great guys!

I wish they also did landscaping, now that I have the tree and stumps out I have a blank canvas to work with.

I highly recommend this company, i got 6 estimates, and amazingly they were the lowest and I have to believe BEST! Seriously they saved me enough to start landscaping my big empty back yard.

After recently moving I noticed that two large trees in our backyard were looking rough and we needed some professional help with them. I submitted a request for quotes through Yelp and Arbor Care was one of the companies that responded. They were able to come out quickly and diagnose the problem (one tree was dead and needed a full removal and the other needed to be trimmed). After receiving quotes from Arbor Care and two other companies, we went with Arbor Care and I'm so glad with did. They were great with communication, very professional, and did the job right!

Had to get 2 larger trees to be trimmed back and have smaller holly in the backyard trimmed. When the team came out and trimmed the trees, I was happy with the results. They were thinned out properly for the season and even more importantly they were shaped as well so future growth could be adjusted. After trim, the clean-up by the crew was good as well as they removed all the extra trimmings and blew out the area just in case as well to keep everything clean looking. The only thing keeping the service from being 4 stars was the fact that I was told that they could manage to fit me in the schedule in the morning however after a bit they told me I was scheduled for the afternoon instead. I told them that I adjusted my schedule planning on the original committed time but it looked like the person that I was in touch with just said that's a tough break and live with the new time or have to push out again by several months. I would recommend this company for the work crew themselves by yea the customer service commitment and how that was handled was less than stellar.

Arbor care sent a certified arborist to actually educate us before we made a decision to either trim or remove a very large mesquite tree damaged by more recent monsoon.  He was fabulous and personable.  We decided to have it removed. It was scheduled a week later. The crew arrived earlier than we expected, they came in and never just stood around, they were all hands on deck , cleaning as they were going. We were AMAZED at how they worked as a team with a 'mission'.  They got the job completed quickly and left nothing for us to clean up. They were VERY reasonable and we will absolutely refer them and use them again.

A TREEmendous experience with this professional company. The owner immediately responded to my request to schedule an appointment. I was undecided whether to trim or remove our huge tree that had overtaken the yard and compromised our fence.After consultation with Julian, the crew supervisor, he informed us of the impact of trimming the tree on the future health of the tree. We ultimately decided to remove the tree based on all of the information. The team was in and out in no time. Cleaned up every last leaf. They showed up on time- even early- a mark of a responsible company. The owner was easily reachable by text and answered any questions I had. I thought the price was more than fair. Such a fabulous experience for a difficult decision. Unbeleafable service.

If I could give this company Arbor Care tree service a 10 + I would.

I called and sent the pictures of my tree that needed to be removed and another tree that needed trimming and I heard back right away.

I had a situation with the original tree that was compromising the structure of my block fence and Arbor Care sent their best crew out that took care of the removal and in one hour. They were here and gone and cleaned up.

Their lead was faced with some unhappy individuals (who know more than an arborist) that did not want the tree to go, but let me tell you, the lead Terry (apologize if I got the name wrong) was hands down VERY PROFESSIONAL during this time and directed them to me.

And kept on with the job I hired them to do. I appericiate the professionalism, customer service and kindness that was on display today.

Before and after pictures and when I say you can't tell there was a huge tree that's all Arbor Care!!! These folks are 100% legit and if I had more stars to give I would.

Due to the summer heat, one of our trees died. We had to have it removed, and unfortunately one of our gas lines was right next to it. (Picture included on how close the gas line was to the trunk.)

These guys did a great job on removing the tree and trimming the others on our lot. They were quick and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely be using them again.

Here's another review of Arbor Care Treewise. But this time I want to highlight Art and his team of tree climbing wonder workers. Art showed up 10 minutes early and quickly got all his equipment in order.
He explained all the steps he was going to do and did an exception job of trimming all the trees. Then he and his crew quickly cleaned up the yard.
Now I'm sure all this sounds normal but until you've delt with crews that don't always follow this model, you can't appreciate how professional Art is.
So please contact Arbor Care for all your tree trimming needs. And hopefully Art is your crew leader. He wont let you down.

Arbor care tree service did a phenomenal job removing and stumping our 25' Spanish fan palm. They were quick and responsive on scheduling a time to remove the tree. I would highly recommend this business.

Crew arrive on-time and quickly took down our ~20-ft palm tree. Stump was ground down and they cleaned up the area as well as could be expected. Very happy with their tree removal.

I gave Arborcraft a call after getting a really high quote from another company for trimming a single tree. Arborcraft came out to my house for a free estimate only a couple days after my initial call, and then scheduled the work for later that same week with an great quote.

Robert and Anthony came out to do the trimming the mesquite tree and did an amazing job. I was super worried about getting the tree trimmed because I loved the natural look of the tree, but it had some dead wood, a broken limb, and was scratching the house. Robert and Anthony were sure to ask me exactly what I wanted done and then took my request to heart and did an amazing job cleaning up the tree but keeping the natural look I loved. Now my tree looks even better and I know it is in a healthy state for the spring!

If I need another tree trimmed I will be calling this company back because I know they will ask me what I want done and then use their professional knowledge to complete that request to the best of their abilities.

I bought a house and there was a dead full-size tree in the front yard and a dead stump in the back yard. They gave me a quote by sending them pictures of the tree and stump, they called shortly after I told them I wanted to proceed with their services and booked me right away. They showed up right on time and was done and cleaned up within an hour. Granted it's Covid-19 time, so they probably don't have much else to do, but they were prompt, quick, and professional, they also gave me the best price quote from any other tree removal professionals.

Arbor Care gave us a very good quote and did a great job of thinning out our huge bottle brush tree.   They told us that they were booked out for a few weeks, but i was willing to wait.  

I never did meet them since they did the work while I was at work, but all went well.   I would highly recommend these folks.   They cleaned up the site very well with no damage.   Payment made over the phone. So all very easy.

Reached out on Yelp for a tree service due to storm damage. Had 5 companies reach out. 3 provided estimates. Arbor Care made it easy via text. They did everything they said & showed up early to take care of us. Everyone from office staff to the arborist had excellent customer service.

I called Treewise to do some tree cutting and tree trimming for me. I was surprised when the estimate was labeled as Arbor Care and when I asked about it I was told that Arbor Care and Treewise merged a few years ago.
The estimator came exactly on time and the estimate was quite reasonable. The work crew showed up on the appointment date and did an awesome job. The clean up was excellent.
I am very pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend this company if you need any tree work done.

I had 3 medium/large trees they trimmed and one small tree removed. They did a good job of removing the tree but the trimming was subpar. A couple months after they finished, my HOA sent me a letter telling me I needed to trim my tree! So by looking at the tree, it wasn't obvious they actually did any work.

They also broke a couple glass tiki torches I had and didn't tell me about it, I found out myself when my kids almost stepped on the glass. I would not use them again.

Arbor Care came out today to trim and remove trees. I've had a couple other 5 star Tree services here to trim my trees and hands down ARBOR CARE is THE BEST!!!!

EVERYONE at Arbor Care is knowledgeable, professional and accommodating.  As a repeat customer I recognize the crew and they always come prepared. I have mature trees that require babying so I'm always happy to see them as I know they'll do a really great job. They also do a  great clean-up. Contacted this service after a great experience last year.  Well, it was not good this time.  Made initial appointment to have an estimate performed.  Agent came out early when nobody was home.  Agent was not able to get into the backyard and subsequently had to require a second trip.  Estimate did not include several trees in the back.  I replied to their email estimate that several trees in need of trimming were missing.   I received no response.  Not sure if something has changed with this company but the experience was not good.

Good price and professionally done.  I have experienced the drama of someone on a landscape crew being given a chain saw, and swore not to do that again.
Arbor Care had a professional cutter - hard hat, real climbing rope, and actually spent time sharpening the chain prior to assent.  Having worked for the Forest Service I appreciate that sort of attention to the craft.  
He roped the heavy branches and top of tree to slowly lower to the ground to prevent damage to adjacent shrubbery.
He had sufficient crew to hold the rope on the ground and drag away wood to the chipper.  Price was more than a landscaper with a chainsaw but half the price of another quote.  
When cutting was done the crew spent the time necessary to clean up the area.  Most impressive.

We have had Arbor Care trim/remove our trees over the last few years.  They are reliable, on time, friendly, and do a great job.  This year, we weren't home when they finished trimming our ficus trees, so we weren't able to tell them we wanted more of the branches removed.  Arbor Care came back to our house and trimmed the trees to our specifications! Very professional company and I highly recommend them.

Thanks to Art and Arbor Care for removing a tree from our front yard today and doing a ton of work for us previously as well... We are very pleased with their services.

Very happy with all the work that has been done so far. They called like promised and set up our yearly trimming on our fruit trees.  The initial work with the probiotics and mulch made a huge difference in the trees and I'm sure the trimming will make our next years yield nice.

What a relief! We HAD this huge Eucalyptus that we've wanted to cut down since we moved in. Our neighbors hated it, it was never maintained, and branches were dangerously falling in all three adjoining backyards.

The crew of 5 took this thing down in just a few hours. Blew the yard and the neighbor's yards clean. They even mulched everything and left it for me to use (building a playground for my son and a vegetable garden).

We had another company come out before and I kicked them out of my yard before they could finish because they damaged my wall. This crew was much better.

They were constantly talking to each other, stopping the guy who was the climber when something wasn't right, and didnt break any walls!

Also, I am a woodworker, so I asked them to leave the huge logs as long as they could so I can mill it up later for projects.

The only thing I would say is if you have special requests like I did, make sure you communicate them to the team that shows up, as they cut one good piece up before I was able to tell them of my request. They knew I wanted to keep the wood, but not that I wanted it left as long as possible.

Also, an office guy showed up about halfway to check in on the team.

My solar panels, my neighbors and my family are very happy this leaning tree is no longer a hazard.

Lastly, this big donkey tree was $2k to cut down for those that want a ballpark. Honestly, just call to get a quote because they dont try to hassle you. They were actually cheaper than all other bids, which surprised us seeing how they have 150+ 5 star reviews. We actually went with them not based solely on price, but the fact that the other 5 star company showed up late and didnt even apologize for it. They were $500 more, and said it would be a more difficult job, hence the pricing. Meanwhile these guys had, what seemed like anyway, little to no issues.

What a great overall experience!  From getting our bid all the way to yard clean up they were excellent. Had bid within a few hours of request. Scheduled kept us informed of date and accommodated time window we needed.

The tree trimming team showed up on time, and before they started walked around property making sure all areas covered or safe so no damage. Then, with cool precision took down our two very large Jacaranda trees. Each limb by rope, no dropping, and cautious about neighbors yard to as trees up against corner of property. Had both down within an hour and half and then grounded down stumps, cleaned up yard, replaced all backyard items they moved, and left yard as if we never had them.

Highly recommend for your tree service needs!

Arbor Care is an excellent company!  Art and his crew were here this morning and perfectly trimmed all four of my mature and very tall palm trees. They also took down a dying octotillo cactus in my front yard that was very large as it had been in my yard since 1980.  With all of the services they provided they did an outstanding job.

The crew was very friendly and they worked quickly and efficiently. They also went the extra mile and cleaned up debris around my trees that was not a result of their work here today.  Art said that they are a full service company.

These men obviously take true pride in their work.  I am very happy with the result and will not hesitate to use this company again myself and also recommend it to anyone.

I would recommend Arbor Care highly.  The entire team was extremely communicative from the beginning of the process all the way through.  I was impressed with the amount of information I learned about my tree and the process during the initial meeting/quote.  I felt extremely confident in the team that would be coming and how/why certain things were going to be done.



I had high expectations and Juniors crew did not disappoint! They were extremely professional and conscientious while they were here including concerns about cleaning up any potential debris from my neighbor's house.  The crew cleaned up everything on the that could possibly have happened during the tree trimming process.



My tree looks great, I am excited to see how it will grow now that it has been trimmed properly.  It was fairly overgrown when we bought our house and after explanations on why you wouldn't trim a certain way we understood why it was in the state it was.  It looks fantastic now and so much better than I imagined.  We will definitely use them for any future tree needs.

Daniel came out 4/30 to give me a quote on my African Sumac tree and talked me through the shaping and how they trim.  Super professional and helpful!  The crew came today to trim.  There were 5 guys with two trucks including a chipper.  Took about 25 mins to trim my main tree and a smaller tree with a few dead branches.  

The crew did was Daniel explained to me and it looks great!  Thinner, cleaned up and shaped. They took all the branches with them and made sure the yard was cleaned up.

Great service, will definitely use Arbor Care again for tree needs and I've already passed on their info to multiple friends.  Thank you!

We called for a estimate and met with Chrissy a arborist, who came to our home. 10 days later they are in the yard working. If you are looking for a tree service ARBOR CARE IS BEST! This crew came at 8:00am sharp! We had 7 trees that need a lot of TLC. This crew was very  professional quick and really knew what they were doing. 2 hours later with everything cleaned up, we have 7 trimmed & shaped beautiful trees. Thank you!

Arbor care removed 2 dead queen palms in my front yard. I wasn't present when The work was done, but was pleasantly surprised to see they filled in the holes and spread my gravel around like nothing was ever there. I was pleased with their work and thought their price was very competitive.

They had the most competitive quotes for prices and they do a great job.   No mess left behind.  

They even took the couple bundles of trimmings I had off to the side of the yard.

We have a fantastic, old pine in our front yard (tallest on the street!) that we like to take special care of, and we chose Arbor Care to keep her healthy. Working with the team is easy and they do a great job. Because they have certified arborists, I know what they recommend and do is for the best health of the tree. We also have some hanging branches from the property behind our house, and they were able to recommend the best time of year to trim those to avoid having sticky sap our dogs will run through all over the place. No other tree-care services have ever offered that advice. Arbor Care is our go-to for tree care now!

We have had Arbor Care twice for tree trimming and fertilizing 2 Jacaranda trees.  The crew that was supposed to do the fertilizing never showed up on Saturday, 3/20 after waiting all day for them to appear.  I called and asked when they were coming and the office told me that had been there.  This was a Saturday, they didn't agree but will look into it..  I heard the following Monday and was told they never arrived and that they would be her on Tuesday and was sorry for the inconvenience.  If I hadn't been waiting for them, I would have  been billed for $250 for a no show .  I cancelled the fertilizer order.  

The crew that did the tree trimming did an excellent job (Miguel and crew), and Daniel who was responsible in giving us the estimate. Their original office staff could be much more reliable in following up on appointments before billing for a no show.

All-around excellent. The inspector was genuine, friendly, knowledgeable, took time to answer questions and fairly answered my question whether a tree in my patio should be removed. An extremely fair prices was offered for the removal of tree and stump and placement of pesticide in the area to prevent the invasive tree's many seeds from continuing to grow small saplings (which I'd been picking continuously).

The workers who removed the tree were polite, professional, efficient, caused no damage, did a superb job, wore masks when in my house w/o a problem.

I wouldn't hesitate to hire Arbor Care again if ever necessary.

I've used a lot of tree services over the years and latched onto Arbor Care due to their Yelp rating.  I have a MONSTER Argentine Mesquite in the back that always demands a pint of blood from me every time I attempt to trim it.  After letting it go for two years it was overgrown and getting crazy so I contacted AC via Yelp and they responded quickly.

A certified arborist came out and discussed the job with me and walked through a few options with the Mesquite on a few major limb cuts.  He had some good suggestions and a week and a half later the crew showed up on time with a reminder call 24 hours prior.  

They did a great job on the mesquite and despite damaging a few cactus underneath I'm leaning toward a 5 vs 4 star review.  This was because they did a good job cleaning up a lot the beans dropping from the mesquite and blowing out all of the sawdust etc.  

Posting a before and after shot so you can see the shape of the tree and the selections of branches they took. Our yard is more open now yet they still left the structure of the tree how I wanted it.  

Prices are a little high but some of my comparison points were unlicensed individuals which is apples to oranges.  Thanks AC for the great work today and tackling that monster of mine.

I reached out through yelp messages and obtained a quote. I was told I would be contacted by that Friday, but they didn't call me back until the week after. The appointment was scheduled with Gary to take place on a Friday. Friday arrived and I received a call that morning asking me to remind them which tree I wanted removed. That made me nervous.

They showed up on time and completed the service as requested. Asked for the top to be trimmed down more, but it was not trimmed very much. The tree removal looked like the tree was never there. It looks great.

I never got a phone call or the pictures they agreed to send to me. I had to call and request them. There was a one foot oil stain left on my driveway by some of their equipment. Gary denied responsibility when I asked him about it. I have before photos showing no oil stain. Anyways the price was pretty darn good and the tree removal looks awesome. The tree I had trimmed wasn't trimmed enough. Couple days later I had to call and ask for the invoice. They then sent it to me. If you can deal with potential issues noted above then they can be a good deal. I'm just disappointed they did not take responsibility for the oil stain....

4/9 update- updated review from 3 stars to 4 stars after owner Jerry reached out to me to try and rectify the situation. He was apologetic for what happened. I appreciate his concern and solutions.

We have used this company many times to trim our very large palms. They always do a great job. They clean everything up and then grind up all the fronds so there is nothing left. Eddie was very professional and personable. And the whole crew worked very hard to make sure the job was done to our specifications. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with arbor care yesterday.  We have a cactus in our front yard that is pretty invasive and was massively overgrown. A good chunk of the middle had died and collapsed on other sections,  starting to kill them as well.

I sent a Facebook message to the business and received a reply and quote within ten minutes.  The crew was actually in the area so they came and did the job about an hour and a half after first contact.  The crew was so professional and insanely quick!! The whole job was Complete in an hour! Sammie's crew was fantastic. I also received a follow-up call to make sure everything went well.

I did deduct a star because I told one of the workers that I wanted to keep a certain part of the cactus and it ended up being taken out. It's not a huge deal but worth the mention. Maybe I should have told all 3 men. Otherwise, they did a fantastic job and I would hire them again in the future for projects.

The after picture does look a little bare but the cactus will grow back very quickly and it needed the severe trim.

Great team of guys at Arbor Care. They came today and removed a dead tree. They kept some pieces of the tree that we asked for and did a fast and amazing job. They even cleaned up all the little leaves on our neighbors roof, they go above and beyond the job. Blowed away and cleaned up all the debris leaving it clean and better then how it was before.

I am so happy to have found these guys, thank you Yelpers!!! We moved to Tempe recently, and according to our neighbors the trees had not been tended in years, and they sure were a mess. FULL of bird nests, bugs, scorpions, and raining berries (not to mention, bird doots) into our pool constantly. These guy managed to not only clean them up within a half hour, but they also cleaned and raked the yard, skimmed the pool, ground up all the refuse and hauled it away. It was awesome.

I will say, the scheduling process was a bit frustrating, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt because I contacted them very close to the holidays. I'll definitely use them again and would recommend them highly.

Wow! We had such a positive experience. We called for a quote and someone came out pretty quickly to evaluate what we needed done. We got two large trees in our front yard cut back (that desperately needed it!) as well as a dead tree removed from the back. We thought the quote was fair, and they scheduled an appointment to come out.

The crew worked quickly and completed the job super well! They cleaned up their mess and were very courteous. We will definitely use again in the future! Thank you!

My fiancee and I recently decided that it was time to remove the two palm trees in front of our house because it had become too expensive to maintain them.

After reading a few reviews and receiving some quotes, we decided to hire this company to do the job.

They were able to schedule the service within a couple of weeks following our request for a quote and they were also able to accommodate our schedule.

The crew that showed up consisted of five guys who had the job completed with in just a few hours. That included grinding both stumps and hauling away every bit of debris.

It was also nice that this company had the best price from among the quotes we received. We were completely satisfied and would definitely recommend them to anyone meeting tree removal service.

I wanted to thank Arbor Care and Junior's Crew for helping us remove a massive mesquite tree from our front yard that was unfortunately wrecking havoc to our front walkways, driveways and cars by leaking sap, uprooting our driveway and allowing birds a perch so they can make our front yard into their personal bathroom.

Arbor Care was quick to respond to my request for a quote, as well as very prompt when scheduling me in.  Communication with them was efficient and straight forward, no hidden fees or last minute add ons.  Their price was fair and reasonable for removing the tree, grinding the stump 3 below  ground level and cleaning/clearing all debris from the tree removal.

Junior's Crew was prompt in arrival, professional when going through the entire process, and courteous when anything had to be addressed (ie, landscape lighting, shrubs in the way etc).  There were 4 crew members and they were fast, efficient and careful to made sure nothing was damaged while taking down the tree.  

They mulched and completely covered the area where they removed the Mesquite.  When they left it looked like they were never there, since they left the place cleaned and landscaped.  

Would highly recommend for fair/reasonable prices, fast service and a great and reliable crew!  Thank you!!!!

With 7 stumps to be ground they got here at 10a and we're done and cleaned 12:45p! Amazing! Definitely going to call for my smaller bushes and stumps on the side of the house. But I'm loving it!

I invited 6 tree removal companies to my house to bid on removing 11 citrus trees. Arbor Care beat every other bid without knowing what others were quoting. I saved over $1,000 from the highest bid by choosing Arbor Care. They were one of only two companies who provided me a per-tree quote. Everyone else wanted to charge me their full-day rate.

On the day we scheduled the removal, they showed up on time, went right to work, and were done in under 3 hours! Plus they cleaned up all the mess. I was very impressed. They even trimmed one of the remaining trees of it's dead branches for free.  

I highly recommend this company. Not only do they do great work at a great price, everyone I interacted with was really, really nice.

Arbor Care Tree Service was absolutely amazing!  They showed up at our home the day after we Yelped several companies for an estimate and looked at the trees (a giant pine tree and a giant eucalyptus tree).  The offered a quote that was $1000 dollars less that any other company and scheduled the day they would come and get the job done.  The showed up on the morning they scheduled the job and had the trees and everything cleaned up in under three hours!  I honestly thought this would take a day or two because of the size of the trees!  Their team was quick, thorough and polite!  A better job simply could not have been done!  We can very highly recommend Arbor Care to all who need help getting rid of very old over grown trees!

If I could give Arbor Care Tree Service and Howard a 10 star rating, I would! Howard is the most knowledgeable and patient person ever! He totally knew his stuff and would take the time to explain everything to you. I had contacted him to get an estimate on my tree because it needed a good trimming. He went over either that same day or the next and gave me a quote. Their pricing is probably the best in the valley, no joke. Call them. I dropped the ball and didn't move forward with the trimming right away and a huge part of a tree branch broke off.  Now, my tree would need to be removed. I called him and he gave me a quote for tree removal, which again is the best pricing in town! They removed my tree in about 20 min. Howard and his crew are fast! Arbor Care Tree Service will the ONLY company that I ever call for any tree services I may need in the future.

I hired Arbor Care to trim 6 trees. Called them to come out & give an estimate. The lady that came out was on-time, efficient, friendly & knowledgable. I received a written quote via email the same day. They were also upfront that if we accepted the quote, it would be approx 3 weeks before they could get us on the schedule. I greatly appreciated that they were upfront about that!
Art and his crew arrived today to do the work and we couldn't be more happy with the results!
The trees look great, the crew was efficient and also did a great job cleaning up all of the branches.

My 93 y/o neighbor has a 60' Eucalyptus Tree in her front yard, that hadn't been trimmed in years! I called several companies (5) to give me bids on trimming and cleaning up the tree!

After looking at the bids, I decided to go with Arbor Care. They actually had the lowest bid, but I don't always go with the lowest bid. Thatcan get you in trouble. What sold me on them, were their reviews. It took longer for them to get to it than I preferred, but they were booked up 3 weeks out! That should tell you something, right there!

On the scheduled date, Samuel and Kevin (Pruners) showed up at 7AM and got started setting up and started trimming. The rest of the crew, showed up about 7:45 w/the wood chipper and truck. It took them about 4 hours to give the tree a Crown Reduction and Thinning it out by about 25%!

However, when they left, you wouldn't have known they were even there, unless you'd seen the tree earlier. They cleaned EVERYTHING up and chipped it up! Then took theirs blowers and blew the rest, into my other neighbors yard!  I was fully satisfied! I never have liked him!

This was a pleasant experience from the initial phone call, through the completion of the job! My 93 y/o neighbor said, they were very nice and accommodating to her! She was very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Arbor Care and I will use them again when I need. If you're in need of Tree Service, don't hesitate to call Arbor Care! Outstanding experience.  I am sure some people looking for a tree service may wonder, why all the 5 star ratings?  Well because they deliver a 6+star rating.  Professional, on time, excellent tree trimming, clean up thoroughly and throughout the trimming ask for feedback.  Do yourself a favor and work with them.  The other reviews are the same as ours.  Our arborist was Daniel.  Absolutely great guy who knows all about trees and how to prune appropriately.  We will have them back in about six months for another group of trees.

Arbor Care is awesome. I have two multi-trunk trees that have never been professionally trimmed so the trees were starting to grow wide instead of up. I got a few bids from professional tree trimmers but they were out of my budget range. I looked on Yelp and saw the reviews for Arbor Care Tree Service so requested an estimate. Burt got right back to me and was much closer to my budget so I made an appointment.

The crew arrived this morning. The young man looked at the trees and explained to me what needed to be done and took the time to answer all my questions. They did exactly what he said they were going to do and shaped the trees for future growth. The crew was great, trees look great, I am extremely happy with their work and clean-up.

We called and Daniel came out and gave us a quote. We scheduled for today, Friday the 15th. They showed up on time at 7am. Julian's crew was here and didn't waste anytime. I had 3 palms approximately 40 ft high. These guys were like a well oiled machine. No messing around. I had never had them skinned so imagine the mess. They dropped the palms in less than 3 hrs and had everything cleaned up. I had never seen this done and it was amazing how coordinated they were. I am so happy with Arbor Care Tree service. We requested a quote to trim back a monstrous tree in our front yard that was slowly taking over ours and our neighbor's roof. We ended up getting the quote back in December and the quote was still good when we actually scheduled the work this month. The guy who came out to give the estimate was so nice and knowledgeable. I was surprised by the low cost considering we had another company quote us $100 higher. When the crew came to do the work last week they were soo quick and efficient. In 30 minutes they trimmed the tree down AND removed all the debris, even using a leaf blower to clear the excess leaves. Very happy with the work!

I have been a real estate agent for almost 20 years, there has not been a tree service I have used to compare to Arbor Care. These guys are amazing!

We just moved into our new home and there was a monster mesquite in the front yard that had not been properly trimmed in years. I needed a tall tree trimmed in my back yard. It was hanging over my neighbors yard. Arbor Care had me text a pic of the tree and gave a quote same day. How easy is that?! So that was awesome. Art and his crew showed up on time. They did a great job! Not only trimmed the tree, they shaped it and topped it. Then Art noticed that I had some branches on the side of my house that I had cut myself. I was procrastinating cutting them up and hauling off. He offered to haul that out to their wood chipper too. I had used Tree Wise a few years ago and was very pleased. When I heard they had merged with Arbor Care, I called them. Told them I needed some Queen palms trimmed. They asked for pics. Once they were submitted, I had an appointment within a week. They sent a crew of 5 which made for a very efficient job finished in less than an hour. The clean-up was meticulous. There were some very small pieces of debris floating in the pool and they made sure to scoop all that out, as well.

I am sure I could get someone to do it cheaper, but with Arbor Care I know they are experts on trees and know what they are doing. A few years back, I lost a Queen palm because I was going for cheap instead of expertise.

So we bought this giant lot in Tempe with beautiful trees!!! Gorgeous pines, citrus and palms. Turns out pine trees are ridiculously messy and I don't want to deal with picking citrus.

Their arborist team is the most knowledgeable and capable in the valley :) Everybody has tons of experience and knows everything about all the plants.

Took down a dangerous 60 foot tree right by the home. Shaped up amazingly, a few trees that have been mutilated by other services.

The trees are ready for the monsoon now.

Arbor Care came out, gave me a through assessment of my tree and didn't try to upsell me on services my tree didn't need. The price was fair and the work to be done was well explained to satisfy my expectations.

The work was scheduled for the week after the assessment and was completed on the day it was scheduled. The tree looks great; all the deadwood removed and branches were thinned .

I am very pleased with my experience with Arbor Care; the work was completed on the date that it was scheduled, the representatives I dealt with were professional and friendly, and  all for the fair price that I was quoted (no added fees or unforeseen problems).

I sent a request for an estimate for two trees to be removed.  They responded quite quickly asking for photos.  I sent the photos and got a response with a quote with in an hour. I text back telling them I'd like the work done.  They gave me a date and time of when the work would arrive.  As the day came they arrived on time and  got to work right away.  Before I knew it they were done!!  My tree was quite large and in a corner behind a pool.  They were really good at keeping the branches safe and out of my neighbors yards.  As they we finishing- they cleaned up the areas as if there was never a tree!! I would definitely recommend them for your tree removal!

This is truly an organization that takes pride in ever phase of their business. From my initial call to schedule an appointment thru the billing process.

Bert is fantastic!!! He was patient and took time to inform me how to care for trees / plants on my property. He was meticulous in his assessment and did not try to sell unecessary services. He is prompt and was available to answer questions after his visit.

Sam and the crew arrived ahead of their scheduled window. He re walked the property with me ensuring the notes from Bert's original visit we're clearly understood before performing any work. The entire team was professional from the time they arrived through completion of the job. To say they cleaned up is an understatement, they didn't leave twig behind after they completed the job. UPDATE FROM 2 STARS TO 5 STARS!  YES, SERIOUSLY...

Barely 10 mins after I wrote the review below, I received a phone call from the owner. He remembered me from a few weekends ago.

After a sincere apology admitting the lack of response was a texting error on his part (I've done the same thing myself), he insisted that I give him the opportunity to make it right.

And he did make it right. I won't bore you with all of the details but I must say my 4 overgrown, mature mesquite trees (whose favorite pastime is dropping branches on my power line on a Friday night) look absolutely amazing. And my backyard is tidier than when they arrived. Their professionalism and mad tree trimming skillz are impressive.

I am truly surprised that a business owner cares so much about his customers and potential customers, that he would reach out so quickly and so sincerely to make things right.

I whole-heartedly recommend Arbor Care. They are just that awesome!!

A crew of five guys arrived on time to remove a dying plum tree from our backyard. They were pleasant, efficient and quick. They chain-sawed the tree, ground the stump and carted away lots and lots of debris, all in under half an hour! Their price was fair and affordable. Another reputable tree service in town quoted me two and a half times the figure Arbor Care charged us. I would recommend Arbor Care wholeheartedly and would definitely hire them again if necessary. Update: I have a picky neighbor who was concerned that a few leaves from our tree had blown onto his driveway. Art cheerfully brought the crew back later in the day to clean up the neighbor's driveway. That was very impressive.

We had a hugely overgrown Palo Verde in our front yard - kept getting HOA notices about it but knew there was no way we could do it ourselves.  We scheduled a free estimate first, and the arborist from the website came out to talk to pricing and reasons for how they would cut the tree.
The next week, right on time, and huge crew of people showed up at our front door and within minutes they had climbed into the tree and started strategically cutting away.
Quick, responsive, and I although we probably paid more than a neighborhood gardener would have charged, we feel very confident that they did what was best for the health of the tree.

Al and his crew did an excellent job. They took out a large eucalyptus tree, trimmed a small evergreen and trimmed a medium sized ficus tree. They were done in 2.5 hrs. All cleaned up from my yard and minimal clean up needed in neighbor's yard. Eucalyptus stump was ground down. When I asked them to do a little more trimming on ficus tree they were happy to do it.

Awesome job!  After getting bad service from another local tree service, I called Arbor Care.  The service was night and day.  They did their best to answer all my questions including a quote over the phone.  Unlike the other service I used, they showed up exactly on time.  I did not have to wait for a 4 hour window.

Samuel's Crew came out yesterday, and they were all business.  While they were waiting on me to get the back gate open they were looking at all the trees on the properties instead of standing around waiting for me to struggle with the gate.  Professional period.  They saw the terrible Sissoo tree that needed to be removed, the roots had already gone under our pool concrete and into one of our pipes.  They removed everything, they even got all the roots around the stump.  They ground it down, and treated it to kill the roots.... I cannot even tell it was ever there.  In addition, Sam helped me with some landscaping suggestions for down the road, and there was no pressure to get their return business (but they will get it).  I will recommend them to anyone.

I have now used Arbor Care three times in three months.  They removed a stump from my rental home, they trimmed about 15 trees in my yard and then removed a large tree from my back yard that was ailing and had roots that were lifting my retainer wall.  All three jobs went perfectly well.   They certainly know their trees.  All of their employees were professional and respectful.  Prices were very reasonable.  This is a keeper.

I cannot say enough about Arbor Care.  They are truly amazing.  We bought a house last fall that had several dead trees that needed to be removed and several large trees that were in need of some TLC.  I had 5 different companies come on site to price the job.  Not only did Arbor Care come in with one of the best prices, their knowledge alone, willingness to share it and customer services were what sold us. Burt is awesome!  He spent a good amount of time walking through each tree and why it should be removed, what he recommended and how to care for the ones we were going to keep.
 
We had 5 large tress removed from our property, from a jacaranda, to an oak and two ash trees; they also pruned and shaped a few trees on the property.  The day they came out for removal they made sure there was a certified arborist onsite throughout the entire job.  Jacob was wonderful and walked our property with me and pointed out things I need to look out for, recommendations for replacement trees based on what I would like, and nursery
recommendations.  

From start to finish they were extremely professional, and delivered what they promised with excellent customer service.   I ended up recommending them to family who has since also had them out to do tree service at their homes.  We just recently had them come back to fertilize two large ash trees and prune and shape up our lemon tree.  We will absolutely be using them for all our tree care needs.

I needed 6 oleanders and 2 trees removed and a massive tree in my front yard trimmed. My appointment was scheduled just 3 or 4 days after my quote. Guys showed up at 930 and we're finished at 11! They cleaned up everything and even backfilled the holes where the trees and oleanders were pulled. Great price, great service. I will be quick to recommend them in the future.

My mom referred me to Arbor Care after having a great experience with them. My experience was exceptional.

Gary replied immediately to my call/message, scheduled a day to come give me an estimate, and then set an appt to have my trees cut down and stumps ground once I approved the scope of work and price.

The crew arrived on time with an on site supervisor. The crew made quick work of the trees, worked clean, and pointed out potential issues before committing to the next step.

Chris followed up with me later in the day to ensure that the work was completed to my satisfaction and asked if the crew left my yard clean. He even came by to check on it himself.

Got the trees trimmed via two visits. First did a walk-around and quote with a nice guy from Arbor Care who explained what trees I had and what needed to be done. Also gave me some good pointers about when I could trim my fruit trees and palms. He got a quote together and about a week later a team came out and got all the trimming done in about 3 hours on my 6 different trees. Price wasn't cheap but was not horrible for the amount of work they did. I'll probably have them come back out in a few months to do some trimming on my palm trees.

My yard now looks completely different from when we moved in, with probably 60% of our main tree's branches (mostly dead ones) stripped away. Thanks Arbor Care!

I contacted Arbor Care Tree Service to remove a large pine tree and a small ash tree and to grind down a couple of tree stumps.  They arrived on time and were very professional throughout the whole process.  The pine tree was very close to a block wall and the house and they took every precaution to remove it safely.  The whole process only took them a couple of hours to complete and I am very satisfied with their service.

Their price was also very reasonable.  I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree care.

Hey these guys were great! They gave me the most competitive price, arrived when they said they would, came in and did the job rapidly, cleaned up, and were gone before I knew it. They were nice guys, and definitely knew what they were doing. I had a lot of replies to my inquiry for a quote on here. Most wanted to send someone out to give me a quote. These guys accepted photos I took on my phone and quoted me through Yelp. Some people quoted me prices that were more than triple of what they charged me. So, I will be using these guys next year and I highly recommend them. They are internet capable.

Called Arbor Care for some large tree removals. Daniel came out next day to provide a quote - solid dude. The quote was better than expected. They were booked two weeks out which I didn't think was bad. However, they were able to get me in much sooner (due to a cancellation I'm thinking). The crew arrived on time and they were friendly and professional. I was impressed by the quality control. To maintain such a consistent level of professionalism throughout the entire process is impressive and I'm sure they pride themselves on that. We've been using Arbor Care for years.  We found them on Yelp and hired them because of the good reviews. They came out to take care of trimming up date palms and queen palms. They did a nice job and we found them to be fairly priced.
We have since moved and have had them out for some tree removals and trimming.  Art and his team removed the tree, ground the stump down, and cleaned everything up  - it was like the tree was never there. and the price was fair.

Exceptional job by the Arbor Care team- starting with the quote we received from Daniel, all the way to the clean up of our yard.  Communication throughout the process was great, Daniel was very knowledgeable and friendly.  Being new homeowners, we loved learning about the trees we have on our property.  He gave us recommendations on what to do, but we never felt pressured to do more than what was needed.  It says a lot when sales people don't try to up sell you and stay realistic and reasonable.  The actual tree trimmers came 2 weeks later and they did a fantastic job.  4 trees trimmed, one tree cut down, and several stumps removed all in less than an hour.  The whole process was smooth and enjoyable.  And now our yard looks amazing!  Would definitely recommend Arbor Care to anyone needing tree services.

Ricardo and his crew arrived at my house promptly at the scheduled time and got to work.  We had them remove 8 old school Phoenix palm trees (tall!).  Ricardo's crew is incredible!  Courteous, careful, and good at what they do, they finished the job in at least 30 minutes less time than I expected.  They even worked around a parked car we couldn't get moved.  I would highly recommend them for any tree removal needs.  They even ground the stumps so it looks like nothing was ever there.  Very professional, high quality service.

I had two overgrown trees with one tree growing on top of our roof. I needed somebody to come out and help clean up the neglect of the previous owner. I had a huge 7yr old Palo Verde that was starting to damage my garage, dropping stupid yellow flowers all over my neighbors yard and generally  looking like a contorted frankenstein tree.  It HAD to go.  I priced out several services and got a very fast response and reasonable estimate from Arbor Care.   Man,  Id say within 15 minutes of their arrival, that massive tree and its stump were ground to dust and packed into their trucks.  They even blew off my front yard so it looks like it was never there.    I couldn't be happier!

UPDATE:  One year later, Arbor Care just completed annual maintenance of the old mesquite tree (damaged by storms last year) and 6 additional desert trees.  The mesquite is making a great comeback and arborist Jake and crew did a wonderful job thinning and shaping all trees on the property.

The crew arrived on-time and they were careful to trim the trees and remove all branches without damaging the underlying landscape plants and planters. And, the crew thoroughly cleaned-up the yard before they left.  Please note, Arbor Care's pricing is very competitive while still maintaining this excellent quality of service.

Arbor Care just trimmed 5 very large Palo Verde trees and a huge Willow tree today. They said they would arrive at 7:00 am, they did. They said they would thin the canopy of the trees so that they gained stability, they did. They said they would clean up when done, they did.

They are the first tree care people in 15 years of living in the valley that I would use again.

It's a little difficult for me to explain how incredible Arbor Care is.  My girlfriend and I met one of their arborists (Jake) at the AZ Home & Garden Show...he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very passionate about all things trees.  We decided to give them a call to remove a massive pine tree in the front yard of our new house (80' plus).  It was a shame we had to remove it, but it was a disaster waiting to happen...it blocked half of the driveway and was way too close to the house (and the neighbor's house).

A few companies came out to provide estimates, and they were all within the expected range.  Arbor Care's estimate was slightly more expensive, but they matched price of the lowest estimate!  Luckily, the tree was in the front yard and easily accessible, which provided some wiggle room on the price.

The 4 person crew arrived around 7:30 AM and got straight to work.  Watching them take down and clean up such a massive tree was a sight to behold...I was completely blown away.  These guys are FAST and EFFICIENT.  Their process was very streamlined...branches would drop, guys below would clear, skid loader would get the rest.  When the top of the tree was gone, the tree was felled into the street and they WENT TO WORK!  In about 5 minutes, the trunk was already quartered and the road was cleared for cars to go by.  The only thing left was the stump grinder and then clean up.  They did an amazing job cleaning up the property, and they cleared out by 1:30 or 2:00...the yard looked better than it did before the tree was removed.  I was expecting it to be a 2 day job, and it was done in half a day.

The owner came by the house later that day to make sure we were happy with the work...unexpected, but appreciated.  We highly recommend Arbor Care for tree care and/or removal...they are a top notch business with great customer service, and this is the only company we'll be using in the future.  We're looking forward to scheduling one of the arborists to come out and help us decide on some more practical trees for the front and back yards.

I just wanted to give a shout out to what a great job this company did on taking the dead limbs off my very high pecan tree. From the very start of talking to Jerry the owner to the end I was very impressed. They stayed in communication with me as to when they were coming and actually showed up when they said they were going to. Trust is everything when you let someone on your property and when I played back my security camera not once did they act suspicious. My neighbor said they did great work for her and I have to concur. It is very rare these days to find good customer service and expert work but they seem to have it all.

I live in Tempe, so I like to get bids from companies in Tempe. And I got some bids from some other companies within ten miles.

Arbor Care had the lowest bid. And, Jerry, the guy that did the bidding, was open enough to mention some people I should get bids from.

It wasn't a really large job. But Esteban showed up on time with a large, and competent crew, and a bunch of really ugly trees and palms in the wrong places were completely gone in the blink of an eye. Which is great, because who wants to listen to chain saws all day?

They also did a nice job trimming up an old olive and an old acacia that hadn't been touched in years -- if ever,

My wife was really impressed with the job they did cleaning the pool. I'm not a swimmer, so that's her department.

Absolutely outstanding....  I called and they came out to give me an estimate very quickly - on time and very detailed.  To be honest the bid was so much lower than the company we had do our tree trimming a few years ago, I was stunned.  We scheduled the date to have the work performed and they were right on time, explained everything they were going to do and started right away. They did an incredible job of trimming, removal and clean-up - my yard has never looked so good!  The trees look so beautiful.  All of this at a very affordable price.  They did give me an estimate to have other services performed which I more than likely will have done.

Arbor Care called within an hour of my initial review and came out the very next day to look into it. The manager and arborist assessed the trees carefully and explained that some of the cuts I saw were much older, probably due to the way the nurseries had pruned and transported our trees. They did admit the job wasn't perfect and offered to make it better. The provided very good advice on why some trees weren't doing well and gave us advice on the type of products we need to use to make our overall landscape thrive. I've never seen a company so committed to good customer service. We really appreciate their professionalism and patience in this situation. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We had Arbor Care remove 2 trees ( a large Sisso and a Pistachio) and trim 2 large trees (Fantex Ash). When we first called, they set up an appointment right away to walk the property and give us a quote.  Burt (arborist) showed up when expected, answered our questions and left us with a quote. Arbor Care to the rescue. We had a gigantic ficus tree blow down in the wind. It caused a lot of damage and we close on the sale of our house in a couple of weeks. I manage a portfolio of hotels in Michigan, Arizona and California and we finally found a great tree company in Arizona. I wish they could do all of my hotels throughout the states. After looking up different companies for quotes I ended up going through Arbor Care and I am so happy I made that decision.  These folks are not just your typical landscapers they are actual real arborists.   You can tell they specialize in tree removal. They were very safe while working all machines. They definitely delivered extraordinary customer service and I will pass along their info to anyone in need.

I hired Arbor Care because of the reviews on Yelp and they exceeded my expectations.  Carlos and Samuel's crew were professional and man were they fast!!  Had a tree knocked over by the storms and they had it removed and the stump ground out within 20 minutes and covered the hole with excess landscaping rocks.  Couldn't even tell there was a tree there and they cleaned up after.  Definitely hire this team again.

These guys were great! In and out in less than 30 minutes, including stump grinding. I had a 10 foot or so palm tree that died, and they got it out of here fast. Very friendly crew as well. I will definitely use them again!!

These guys did a great job on 3 different trees.  Really cleaned up a large tree in the front giving it a great shape while getting it away from my roof.  Best tree in the neighborhood.  They also left my yard very clean hauling away everything.  Price was very reasonable for quality work.  I have been burned in the past by local trimmers who absolutely butchered a triple trunk specimen by cutting off 2 of the trunks at my old home, that was a travesty, so I vowed to use a service with an arborist who was on site and directed the trim.  Great job.

I highly recommend using Arbor Care Tree Service. From the first phone call to the day of work, this company has been great to work with. Burt, the arborist, took a lot of time to educate me about each tree and its proper care. He explained what I should expect the day of my tree service and answered all of my questions. Art and his crew were AMAZING. They were on time, polite, respectful of my neighbors and property, friendly, careful, and efficient. My neighbor was so impressed with their work that she came over to ask Art about hiring them for her property. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Arbor Care has done two jobs for me very well. We moved into a new house in November. Arbor Care came out and trimmed all my trees and gave me recommendations for care. The trees were very nicely shaped when done and they did a good job of cleanup.

The second job was to remove two trees and a bunch of large agaves. Again, they did an excellent job and left the yard in great shape.

Arbor Care is good at communicating expectations and their crews show  up when they say they will.

We had a large pine tree with branches hanging over the roof that constantly dropped TONS of pine needles and occasionally large branches during high winds and rain.  (Debris on the roof can undermine proper water flow on a roof and cause premature wear.) To keep our roof intact and to avoid more costly roof repairs, we called Arbor Care to remove the tree BEFORE monsoon season hit. They brought a crew of 4 men who took it down limb by limb using ropes to gently lower the larger branches to the ground. Then they ground down the stump of the tree and covered it with a mix of dirt and mulch created by the grinding of the stump. We also had them trim 4 other trees in the backyard and remove several citrus trees as we prepare for new landscaping. Overall we were very pleased and would use Arbor Care again.

I needed my front tree trimmed as it had a lot of dead weight and I was worried it might come down on my house. They showed up early, worked quickly and even cleaned up the whole area including the pine needles on my driveway! Would definitely recommend them!

Jerry and his crew do a wonderful job with our mesquite and ficus trees. Not only do they trim our trees better than the other 2 services we've tried, their commitment to customer service is also stellar. I can't recommend them highly enough. They came out and cut down two sissoo trees for me. They were very quick and efficient. Took a little over an hour from start to finish! The crew was very polite and even cleaned my pool and moved all my patio furniture back after cutting down the trees. And all for a great price!

I have been using arborists for many years and have been disappointed in each one I used for various reasons. Arbor Care Tree Service met all of my expectations, and exceeded many of them. I was seeking pricing on the removal for two trees on my property. Arbor Care came in with a very competitive quote, although not the lowest quote, it was the second lowest. I was provided proof of liability insurance and Arbor Care completed the job as described. By the way the written estimate was followed as described.

During the tree removal, two low voltage underground lines were cut, once I discovered the lights being fed by these wires were no longer working, I called Arbor Care and they sent out a team which fixed the wiring and showed me what happened. I was presented with the invoice only after all concerns were properly addressed and I was satisfied.

I highly recommend Arbor Care for any pruning or tree removal.

We used Arbor Care to take down some eucalyptus trees that were a threat to our home as well as our neighbors home. They came out quickly and gave me an amazing estimate that was $1500 less than every other estimate I had already received. The day came to take down the trees. The crew was so fast and efficient and took down our two trees safely. I was so impressed. They also cleaned up our yard better than I could have imagined. After receiving multiple quotes and offers I chose arbor care. The owner was able to provide the best price and back it up with years of exp. They showed up and did an incredible job. They removed a sissoo tree from my yard that was going to eventually turn Into my worse nightmare. They carefully removed the tree, grinded the stump, poured poison, removed roots that were surfacing in my lawn, and cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Arbor Care, starting with Bert, the guy who gave me the initial estimate, to the guys who did the work.  Everyone I dealt with were really cool people.  These are professional tree trimmers and they did a fantastic job on my 5 trees - 3 Palo Verde's, an Australian Bottle, and a Lysaloma.  Definitely got my money's worth, they did a lot of cutting and I'm happy I won't have to get them trimmed again for a long time.  They were so fast too, I was expecting the crew of about 5 to be at my property for a few hours, but they were finished in about an hour and a half and didn't leave a big mess.  

Call this company for the care of your trees, I will be calling them again in the summer for my 2 palm trees.

I cannot praise the work of Arbor Care enough. They were prompt with providing us a quote and consultation with an arborist. We were surprised at the low estimate that included removing the remains of a 32 foot fallen Suguaro. When they showed up(on time) the work was speedy competent and friendly and the clean-up was excellent. We will be using Arbor Care again.k

I had 3  tree companies provide an estimate for tree work that I needed completed, and after doing a little research decided to use Arbor Care.
I highly recommend Arbor Care for all your tree needs, whether it be trimming/thinning or removal.  We had 3 trees that needed trimming and 1 tree that had to be taken down. I'd like to say that Arbor Care got my business based on price, but I wouldn't know because none of their competitors showed up for a quote after making an appointment. The arborist that came out to give us a quote, not only showed up but called to let me know traffic was heavy and he might be a few minutes late. Common courtesy goes a long way. He was very knowledgeable and gave guidance on what would be best for the trees. He also gave advice on future plantings which I appreciated as we are planting a more trees. When it was time to trim the trees, the crew showed up on time, cut the trees, chipped the cuttings and cleaned up the area.As for the price, it was reasonable based on similar work friends have had done. So, if you have something to do than wait around for people that dont show up, call Arbor Care first.

Arbor took down two big mesquites on my property and did a great job! They ground the stumps and cleaned up really well after their job was done. They are professional and fairly priced, I'd recommend them if you need to get some trees removed.

Extremely pleased with the service and experience! Started with quotes to trim 2 trees and ended up completely removing both, as one was discovered to have a very big broken branch and was leaning toward the roof. Very reasonable prices. Crew of 5 arrived on due date and made short work of the whole thing. Stump ground below grade made all of it invisible. Cleanup was very well done as well. Thank you all for the excellent work.

It was finally time to get the jungle of a yard scaled back. It was nice to see Burt again, my go to tree guru.
Armando and his crew were on time and friendly. So you know how we teach children to point scissors down and do not run with scissors. Well this 5 man crew sure didn't listen to their parents. They were AMAZING climbing those trees with chain saws and machetes. They were in and out less than two hours. They returned the items they had to move during the trimming and cleaned the yard as if they were ninjas. My yard is so bright and open now. I had a wonderful experience with this company.  They were prompt in returning my calls and on time.  They called the day before the work to confirm their arrival time.  The estimator for the job took great notes as we walked the property.  Today they did the work and arrived on time.  They were very polite and asked me to show them around to confirm the work needed doing.  They were so amazingly efficient and cleaned everything so good that I didn't even know I had tree trimming done!

I called Arbor Care for an estimate to trim a large Ficus and Acacia. Bert clearly explained the planned work and patiently answered my questions along the way. Today, Arbor Care's crew, led by Vic, showed up within the promised window of time. Vic reviewed the estimate and the expected work. He was undistracted anytime I engaged with a question. His crew worked safely and cleaned up thoroughly after. He introduced himself to our neighbors and asked permission to clean the few bits and pieces that fell on their side of the wall. I had a great experience with Arbor Care. To start with, they came in $900 less than another quote I received from a high rated company on Yelp.

I had 4 tall palm trees completely removed from our front yard. Johnny and Carlos' team arrived around 8am and they had everything ground down, cleaned up and were headed out by 12:30pm. Amazing!

They worked hard, answered all my questions, and really seemed to enjoy working with each other. Clean up was thorough and I am quite happy with how everything turned out.

We recently purchased a home and the trees had been neglected.  Art come out with the guys turned our shaggy trees into trees that look beautiful and are nicely shaped.  They were on time (actually a little early) which is always nice.  They were professional with great customer service.  I was surprised how efficient they were...they came, did a great job and cleaned the debris and left our property looking beautiful.  I would highly recommend their service we will use them for all our future needs.

I contacted arbor care for my tree trimming needs. I first met with a certified arborist named Burt. He explained what my trees would need. He also explained the process and future maintenance.  He was very knowledgeable and passionate about trees.  You can tell he wasn't trying to sell me things I didn't need. He is an expert in this field. The office was professional and organized. I appreciated the honesty and integrity this company provided. I spoke with another company who really didn't give me the time or effort like this company did. Don't  waste time with anyone else just go with this company who value their clients.

I was totally impressed with Arbor Care in so many ways.  Their price beat five other quotes I got by far.  They were responsive to my texted questions and got me scheduled within a week of accepting their quote.  I had a very large double-trunk sissoo tree removed including stump grinding.  Samuel and his crew were efficient, did a great job taking down the tree and then proceeded to rake up all the leaves in my yard... and then they even cleaned my patio spotlessly.  I rarely give 5-star reviews, but these guys deserve it.  If I ever need tree service again, I won't bother getting competitive quotes.  I'll just contact Arbor Care again.

Did a great job cutting down a large tree and trimming 2 others. Cut the trunk into sections so I could take to the saw mill and cut branches into firewood.  They also cleaned up when they were down. Very satisfied.

I hired Arbor Care to come out to my house in Carefree to evaluate a large Mesquite tree that seemed to be having some health issues.  They sent out a certified arborist who was very knowledgeable and quickly put my mind at ease, explaining that the leafless branches I was concerned about were normal for a tree that had never been pruned.  He said that they could cut away the dead branches and remove the mistletoe, but that my tree was very healthy and would do fine with no special care or watering at all.  I would definitely hire Arbor Care again.

We have used Arbor Care for the past 3 years to trim back some huge yellow bells. We did it a little late this year and had a solid 1 of leaves and flowers in the entire backyard. UPDATE TO A 1-STAR REVIEW (11/24/17):  Jerry (the owner) and Burt (the certified arborist) showed me what truly professional customer service can be and reversed my opinion of the company completely.

The day after I had the bad experience with Arbor Care's guy (Jason I think his name was) not showing up and writing me a nasty email in response to my review, I heard from Jerry, the owner of Arbor Care. He was conciliatory, obviously embarrassed at the behavior of his employee, and he let me know that Jason was not with the company any longer. He then went on to emphasize that my experience was not the norm but, rather, an anomaly and he asked to be able to make it right. This morning, Burt showed up at my house about 2 minutes early for my appointment range between 7-9 am (how refreshing!) and won me over in the first 5 minutes. He apologized and explained what had happened but didn't make excuses.

Burt spent about 45 minutes with me and my elderly citrus tree, explaining what needed to be done at some point down the road. I was expecting to be told that it needed this and that and that now and it would cost several hundred dollars. None of that happened. Burt gave me a lot of excellent advice, offered to send a crew over to do minor pruning and fertilizing now (at no charge to make up for their SNAFU), and then return in the Spring to do a more major trimming and pruning for their normal fee. Burt, a Desert Storm vet, was full of excellent information. He's well-spoken and struck me as a genuinely good guy. Even my rescued Sheltie Rose who is always terrified of strangers took to Burt immediately which she never does.

So, from a 1-star to a 5-star -- and it just took Arbor Care's dedication to good customer service to get there. I highly recommend the company and, in particular, Burt.

Had a very large over grown tree in the front yard. Arbor Care came out and made my tree look beautiful again. They were fast and efficient (my 4 month old baby slept the entire time they were working!) And best of all, no clean up. I will be calling them first the next time I need a tree service.

Fantastic, we had a few people provide us bids and this was the most fair price for what we received. Burt came out to do our initial appointment and he was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with the process. We had one huge tree to remove from the backyard and were worried about the process of removal, as well as 5 others that needed removal and stump grinding. Burt  gave us a good price on the rest of our tree removal and gave us pointers on how to maintain and care for our existing trees. I cannot say enough about the crews that come and love on my trees. They really care about what they do. Passionate professionals. I've had other Tree Specialists, even ones that say they are arborists. As the trees grow out, you think really?. Art and the crew of 5 showed up on time and thoroughly walked me through the plan of taking down 4 palm trees in a very tight backyard. While I offered to tarp the pool to prevent debris, he elected not to tarp it largely due to the overall ineffectiveness and safety concerns of the crew given the tight quarters in which they were working. Instead, while they sectioned off and removed the trees, there was one person continuously skimming the pool and working to keep debris from falling in. The crew was friendly, courteous, professional, and cognizant of neighbors property and proximity. The entire process was well planned and executed. The entire job was complete in an hour. The clean up was thorough and not only would you never know there were palm trees there this morning, the yard was left clean. The little things like the pool skimming and returning the trash cans to their  original location next to the house illustrate the attention to detail and customer service.

Lost a tree in the first monsoon storm of 2014.  This would normally not be a big deal, but the storm was on July 3rd and I was looking for assistance on July 4th.

I called Arbor Care and Jerry picked up the call.  He was knowledgeable about what needed to be done, and came out later that morning to give an estimate.  The pricing was extremely fair and we agreed to move forward with Arbor Care for the tree removal.

Within 20 minutes of Jerry leaving he phoned to let us know that he had a crew in the area and they would be able to get the work done same day.  The crew was very efficient and friendly.

I would strongly recommend Arbor Care for any landscaping needs.

Very happy from start to finish! One of the arborists at Arbor Care, Burt Griner, came out last summer and took the time to explain what the different trees in my yard needed, since it was our first year at the home, and we're relatively new to Arizona. We came up with a plan that I was happy with.  What I loved is that he wasn't going to do anything aggressive to our huge Mesquite tree, and was interested in it's health. (Unlike another quote and recommendation from someone else, who wanted to cut a huge limb off!!)  When it came time to do the work, the crew, led by Art, was awesome! Art is a wonderful crew leader, and made sure I was involved every step of the way. They listened to what I wanted, didn't cut off too much, but made everything look great and healthy, just what it needed!  They were craftsmen. Many of the crew members have been with the company for years and know what they're doing.  And love what they're doing!  They cleaned up and left no trace.  I would highly recommend this company and am scheduling them for this year's trimming of the trees. They're pricing was very reasonable, to boot.  Thank you!

Great is a understatement . They were without a doubt the best , Most on time . and courteous workers . Not to mention hard working guys.
Why do I say that ! Arbor Care gave me the best price of the three companies i called .
They were on time, did a great job and the clean up was as if there was never a tree there
They did such a great job on my home . I just had them cut two 60 year old 100 ft trees on a rental property we own .
Bottom line , If you need a tree service DO NOT even consider any other company

Experience was great. Received 2 phone calls to confirm appointment prior to the arrival. The crew showed up on time and completed the job very quickly. Noel's crew come out today and cleaned up my storm damaged bottlebrush tree as well as my ash tree that had branches laying on my roof. I was amazed at how quickly they completed everything. These guys were awesome! Julian and his team did an amzing job! They were here on time and got right to work on removing our two very messy palm trees. They cleaned up EVERYTHING (minus the missing trees), it looks like they were never here! They were super quick, efficient, and very professional. I am so glad we called Arbor Care for our needs. We had called other companies and they were much more expensive. Arbor care was not only competitive with their rates, they were incredibly professional, they showed up on time and they were in and out of here within an hour. I had a ficus tree in my front yard that was out of control and needed to be removed. I requested quotes from several companies and ended up choosing Arbor Care because they were easy to communicate with and fairly priced. They were able to give me a quote after I texted them a picture of the tree, and showed up to perform the work while I was away. When I returned home I was more than satisfied with the work they had done. They did such a good job that you couldn't even tell the tree (or the work crew) had ever been there. I would definitely use them again!

I was very pleased with the quality of work Arbor Care performed at our house.

We have been in our house 5 1/2 years and have 4 trees that were out of control.  The prior attempts by my wife to keep these trees trimmed have been failures, especially since we know nothing about how to trim a tree and how to keep a tree healthy.

A few weeks ago someone from Arbor Tree came and gave us a quote.  We decided we wanted a tree expert and not a general landscaper come and work on our trees and this turned out to be our best decision.  Arbor Tree and another company came, looked at our trees, suggested work and gave us quotes.  Both tree companies gave similar assessments with Arbor Care's quote being slightly lower.  We were very impressed by the person from Arbor Care who came and gave us a quote.  He was very knowledgeable about the trees and was able to describe in detail what work was needed and why the work was needed.  The why is very important to us because we want the trees to be done correctly and not just someone coming and giving them haircuts.

We scheduled Arbor Care to do the work.  They were supposed to come by between 10-11 this morning but arrived at 8:30 AM.  I was a little surprised to hear the doorbell ring this early, but was happy they were here to do the work.

I was impressed with the quality of the work done and the high knowledge of the guys who came to do the work.  I was expecting some laborers, but instead they were very knowledgeable about the trees and how the work needed to be done.  The one guy showed me why they trimmed the trees like they did and how it will make the trees healthier going forward.

In one corner of our backyard, we had a mesquite tree that had grown wild and over 30 feet tall.  This had become a weed and was a risk to damage the block wall and our house in one of our frequent wind storms.  They removed this tree and ground the stump down without damaging anything around it.

And, they cleaned up after themselves very well.  All in about 2 hours of work.  I'm very impressed and will be calling up Arbor Care annually to do our tree trimming.  Thank you.

I am so impressed that I decided to write this before the guys even left. If I could give six stars I would! The crew that showed up today, have got to be some of the hardest workers I have ever seen. They showed up and took care of business! we just had our ash tree trimmed, our 2 giant ficus trees, our giant eucalyptus tree, 4 citrus trees, and our willow tree, we bought the house a year ago, and you could tell the trees have not been properly maintained, and they definitely had their work cut out for them.
after losing a giant tree in last years storm we knew we needed to take care of our trees, after multiple bids and they were about the middle bid and we are so happy with the results!!
the same people that was our low bid did our neighbors house and the trees do not look properly trimmed and not shaped at all.
Arbor Care Tree Service went above and beyond what we expected in taking care of our property and the trees came out absolutely beautiful!
they really know how to trim a tree, and no damage to the garden or the walls at all. they were on time, friendly, knowledgeable on how to take care of a tree, the end results are stunning and all the neighbors have commented on how nice the trees are shaped and balanced and the wind can now pass thru the canopies.
we would highly recommend Burt and his team of friendly staff, they did a great job and cleaned up our yard as well as the neighbors houses and made sure their was no debris in their yards as well and the end results were clean as before they got there!   they are wonderful!      Dan

I had storm damage last night. A 30' acacia was uprooted and laying on my neighbors house. I called Arbor Care and sent them pictures off the damage. They immediately got back to me with a quote. Within 2 hours of accepting the quote they had a team to my home and quickly removed the tree. Great customer service and a very good price!!I really appreciated their fast response knowing how many trees were downed in the storm. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Arbor Care.

I used Arbor Care previously and was very pleased, so I contracted with them again this year. I was impressed with the man who came out to bid the job. I felt confident that he understood my priorities: to have trees that were shaped, pruned, and thinned with an eye to aesthetics and the future integrity of the trees. (Some trees in the neighborhood look like they've been buzzed with a chain saw and I didn't want that.) The crew came out this morning a few minutes early. They were professional yet friendly, communicative, understood my priorities, and were patient with the questions. I had four trees done, three of which were mature, and they were finished in under an hour and a half. They did an excellent job and a thorough clean-up, which included chipping and hauling away the debris. The trees look natural, the price was fair, the yard and street are clean, and I would highly recommend them. All in all a very good experience!

If you're looking for a qualified tree service, look no further - get your phone out and call! Arbor Care is hands down the best tree service in the Valley!

These folks are professionals in every sense of the word. Our first experience with them was after we were discussing several bad cuts on a mesquite tree with our neighbor. The sap leaking constantly and the growth pattern was so bad that we were actually discussing removing the 50' tree. So glad I reached out to Arbor Care! Not only did they fix the canopy issues and thin out our tree with some great cuts, but they helped explain why the tree was leaking sap. They cut back the problem areas so our cars and driveways weren't getting stained and also helped shape the tree so it would thrive. Today, it's healthier than it has been in a long, long time and it's directly related to their care and expertise!

This is the third year we're working with them. They've worked on healthy trees, problem trees and storm-damaged trees, which they've managed to rescue for us. These folks aren't random landscaping people or someone who had a chainsaw put in their hands last week. They're highly knowledgeable and incredibly skilled professionals - from the front office and the pros who come out to assess trees all the way to the guys physically on the job. No job is started without a trained arborist coming out to inspect the trees, determine what you need and give you options to consider. They're respectful and have never tried to upsell or push you into doing work that you don't need done. After receiving a formal estimate, the office will schedule a team to come out. Everything is completed with utmost safety - not just talking about workers' safety, but also an eye on safety is put on your property and any neighboring properties. The clean-up process is amazing - no branches, twigs or leaves anywhere. Other than the beautiful looking trees, you'd never know they were there! You can't go wrong with them!

Sorry it took so long to write. After some wind damage; I looked around and went to YELP to search for someone to assist. I contacted Arbor Care; and after I texted some pictures to them; they suggested to contact APS (because some of the downed branches were touching the power lines). APS came out and removed the branches involving the power lines; but would not do anything about the rest. I contacted Arbor Care and after some miscommunication; they came out and gave me 2 quotes; one to prune some of the broken tree branches and another quote to remove the tree (the tree was too large for the space and not a healthy tree. Again some miscommunication on scheduling someone to come out and remove the tree; but stated they could get to us in a week.  Then they contacted us and said they could come out the next day. After all was said & done; they were completely professional and to tell you the truth; you couldn't tell there was a tree ever there. If I do decide to add a tree to the property; I will definitely contact these professionals again!!!

Great Service... Highly Recommend!!

We were one of many families that were effected by the storm on Sunday August 12th.  Our huge Aleppo Pine was taken down by the strong wind gusts. The tree crushed our wall and landed in our pool. I contacted several tree companies about the job.  Arbor Care was the first to respond.  It was clear that Jerry, the man who came out to bid the job was both knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done and understood the urgency to complete the project.  Arbor Care's pricing was very fair and came in lower than others who bid the job. Arbor Care dispatched two crews to the house bright and early the next morning. The were very professional and meticulously cut the tree up while being conscious not do any further damage to our property.   They did an excellent job and a thorough clean-up, which included chipping and hauling away the debris.  We could not have been more impressed the customer service was great, the tree was gone, the price was fair, the yard and street are clean, and I would highly recommend them. I have found my new tree care professionals.

I had Arbor Care Tree Service come out a trim back two ash trees in my backyard that had a bunch of old dead growth. Both trees were easily 30 to 40 feet tall so I definitely didn't feel comfortable doing this myself. Their crew came out with about 5 guys who cleaned up both trees in about 3 hours. We filled up their dump truck to the top with all the dead growth. Their price was fair including the dump fee. Much cheaper than I expected especially considering the manpower they threw at this project. They also seemed to work very safe wearing helmets and pulling  branches down with ropes away from from my home.

I have used them twice now to take care of grinding 4 stumps. I will continue to use them as I need to take care of all the trees on my property! They're pride shows!!!

If i could give more than 5 stars for Arbor Care, i would without hesitation. From quote to completion of the project, including clean up, they where simply amazing. An hour and 10 mins worth of work and our 50 foot tree was gone, with zero indication it was ever there. All future tree services will be through Arbor Care, without a doubt, the best company in the valley for these services.

Their estimator/arborist returned the call promptly, showed up for the estimate on time, and was friendly and knowledgeable.  Their crew was able to come out within a week.  For $2300 they did the following: trim and remove seed pods from six palms including a badly overgrown fan palm, trim and shape five other trees, and completely cut back a badly overgrown 50 foot long and 30 foot high ficus hedge coming over the back wall from our neighbor's property (which involved climbing into the trees).  They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves well and didn't damage anything.  They gave me some helpful advice about two of my trees, dug earth out from around a tree that was planted too deep, and fertilized several trees that needed it.  They were pleasant, professional and easy to work with.  Would definitely use again.

I've used Arbor Care in the past. It had been a few years since I had used them but it was such a good experience I called them again. This morning I had them remove the same mesquite tree I had them trim in the past. I hated to see it go but it was leaning towards my neighbors house, the root system was breaking my border wall and lifting my sidewalk. Art and his crew arrived at the exact time they said the would. The large tree was down, the root system cut out and the ground returned to normal. All in one hour. I have used Arbor Care Tree service three times already and have been very happy with the service.  The first time I had two large Sissoo trees thinned before monsoon season.  These were huge trees and they did a very nice job in thinning and removing dead wood.  The second time I had them come out to raise the canopy on two other Sissoo trees, again, I was very happy.  This last time I had to removed 2 Chinese Elms that were diseased.  I sat and watched the crew from my kitchen and everything was done so smoothly, professionally and it was so orchestrated that it was like watching a dance!  They ground up the stumps and covered them over with stone and you could not tell anything had been there.  They also clean up and are very neat and efficient.  The crew is polite and friendly.  I will continue to use this company, their prices are reasonable and their work superb.

Sams crew came out to remove one of my daughters Sissou trees and trim another one at her and her husbands house. They were not disappointed! It only took them a few hours to take care of everything! They worked quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price for such big trees. They called the night before to confirm and arrived right on time the next morning. I just wrote this review - and it didn't save! I'm only writing it again because Arbor Care was truly fantastic. I called them for a second quote on trimming 2 ficas', 2 bottle trees, and removing a stump and two small palms. While they didn't get back to me right away, they did have a person, Burt, in the area a couple days later who stopped by ( luckily I was home ). He apologized for not calling ahead and gave me an estimate on the spot. He was very personable, Arbor Care was extremely reasonably priced (and definitely below the other company), and he even gave me a discount for not calling ahead of time. Also, they didn't try to quote or sell me extra stuff like tree fertilization, which the first company did. When Arbor Care came out, they sent Carlos' crew. They arrived on time, went over all the work that I wanted done per the quote and got to work. I even asked them about removing a small yucca plant that I forgot to mention during the initial estimate and they said no problem, and that it was only a very small fee extra. They took just over 2 hours to do ALL OF IT, including clean up. So expedient! Everything looks fantastic and they didn't end up charging me for the yucca. Additionally, we didn't have a chance to get the yard landscaped before they came out so there was, admittedly, a lot of debris and leaves in the yard. Not only did they clean up the tree trimmings, but a ton of the other leaves ( that were likely in the way). Definitely my fault for giving them extra work but Carlos' crew did it with a smile. They were extremely professional, punctual, and did exceptional work. We will definitely be using Arbor Care for all of our future tree needs - and I will definitely be asking for Carlos' team.

Five or six guys arrived, right on time, with a couple trucks to take down a huge mesquite that grew between two town homes. We were worried about it hitting one of the houses. Oh my goodness! ****Update*****The owner, Jerry, reached out to us and was very apologetic for my experience and asked if he could make this right for us.  He not only cared about the service we got, but he was also patient in waiting for me to get back to him to schedule this.  He came out and took a look at what was done and offered a partial refund for what we had paid for services AND to make it right.  He followed through on all he promised and cleaned up the trees, made sure the job was done right and they look great.  He's now also serviced some of our neighbors too.  He really cares about his company and assured us he addressed any issues with his crew who had fallen short of the standards he expects to deliver to his customers.  I have since recommended him and will call him again next year for trimming.  *****

I could not decide on two or three stars and here is why.  I initially called another tree company who advertises pretty heavily for a quote prior to contacting Arbor Care.  The other company gave me a pretty high quote and the representative seemed pushy to make a sale and gave me a long list of things he said I needed to do.  I searched online and found Arbor Care and saw all of the great reviews.  When Clayton came out exactly on-time, he was VERY nice, professional and most importantly honest.  I was so impressed with Clayton that I didn't hesitate to choose Arbor Care. The website even showed photos of their certified arborists on actual job sites. I did later ask if certified arborists also do the work as well as the consultation, and was a little concerned to hear they didn't but was assured the crew had proper training.  

The reasons for my lower rating is that the crew that came out did not have an certified arborist there to at least oversee what these guys are doing and that seemed to become obvious.  When they advised me they were done, I noticed that one of my trees still had two large branches rubbing and growing into each other.  Something Clayton advised would have to be remedied.  When I asked the worker about this, he said he'd have to call his boss to tell him what he should do.  He did some additional trimming to relieve what was happening with these branches after checking with his boss.  I felt that for the fee that is charged to trim these large trees and to advertise as certified arborists - they should also be there to at least oversee the project to ensure all proper trimming.  The guys were nice, but I felt like I had regular landscapers there to actually do the work.  It left me concerned about the care and trimming of all of the other trees without something obvious to see and hoping the others were trimmed as they should be.

The second reason is that I had three large trees removed.  The workers removed the trees and just buried the drip lines to where they were no longer even visible.  I called later that day about this to ask if they had capped those lines and was told they aren't irrigation specialists, so they don't do anything with those.  I could later tell they didn't, as I started to try to dig for them myself and all I've reached so far is wet dirt.  So the ground is being watered where the trees used to be.  I now have to have a landscaper find these lines and cap them hoping they haven't been cut as I did find a couple pieces of irrigation lines in the leftover debris after all the trimming. The mess they left could have been better cleaned up too.  There was a lot of left over tree shavings all in my rocks and grass.

I'm still hoping for is that there is no damage to my irrigation and that since they had to call to ask what to do about one tree, they knew what to do and did the proper trimming on the others.  

Great representative out doing the consults who gave us confidence in what we were getting.  I expected the actual work to be the same and was a little disappointed.

Awesome job by Esteban's crew. They got here early... started right into their work of removing three large Palo Verde hybrid trees... ground down the stumps and completely swept up everything including all of the yard. Done in 1:45! I could not be happier! In all ways, I do recommend Arbor Care. First rate work.

Wow.  Just had an amazing experience with Arbor Care Tree Service (480) 797-5566.  A+++ . We needed a professional tree service team to remove three Palo Verde trees.  The trees were very tall, very thick-trunked, and two were set in a difficult position between houses.  The estimator, Burt, was a great first impression.  He was prompt, knew his stuff, and was quick to respond to follow-up questions.  The removal date was set, and a large team showed up to remove the trees.  Again prompt.  The crew was experienced, amazingly efficient, and finished quickly.  The property was cleaned to perfection and they even used the existing rock ground cover to hide the voids.  Again, super experience.  Best of all their prices were reasonable and they offered to match other competitive bids.  A+++.  Can't say enough to recommend.  Impressive on all fronts.

Oh my!!  To find a company that demonstrates dedication to quality workmanship as well as excellent communication seems much too rare these days.  From the day Daniel, the Arborist, came out (which was scheduled within a couple days), to the day the Art and his crew came to do the work, all went so smoothly and the results are fabulous.  Daniel even made himself available to me, by phone, to answer a couple questions I had about new trees that would work in my particular situation.  Art was the lead on the crew which did the work, including the removal of a huge ash tree and trimming of a number of trees and a small palm.  Josue and the others who did the trimming were true artists!!  I've done trimming myself and know it is difficult to eyeball a tree that is misshaped and know how to make it look presentable.  They did that with an evergreen which had been hacked!!  Additionally they trimmed a large Live Oak back from electric lines, but still kept the beautiful shape of the top.  They were super happy to stay in communication with me through the entire process to make sure I was happy.  The cleanup was excellent and our yard looked better than before they arrived.  On top of all of this, the price was excellent!!  I've had other tree trimming companies and have been happy with them in the past.  However, Arbor Care far exceeded even those companies!!  If they offer the service, I would hire Arbor Care to trim all my shrubs a couple times a year!!  These guys care and they know what they are doing...a rare combination these days!!

I had a mesquite tree that was out of control.  I had a free consultation and they gave me their honest opinion on if I should have it trimmed or removed and the gentleman that came out said if it were at his house he'd have it removed.  I appreciated his honesty.  I think it took them no more than 15 minutes to get it done including the stump.  They cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly.  I would definitely use them again.  And they were more reasonable than another company that provided a quote.

We hardly ever write reviews, however, Arbor care is the rare exception for us. Burt, one of the senior arborists, completely blew us away with his in-depth knowledge and wisdom. Burts recommendation will save our beautiful citrus trees from dying, with soil recovery prescription and other instructions, which we've already incorporated today. Thank you Arbor Care & Burt.

After attempting (and failing) to get my tall palm trees trimmed from a couple of other services, I finally decided to check Yelp.  When will I ever learn? Should have come here first. Anyway, Arbor Care gave me a quote after sending them some pics, and scheduled a time to come out.  They called the day before to confirm, and they showed up when they said they would. The team that arrived was incredible to watch.  They were professional and efficient.  They had the trees trimmed very quickly, and their cleanup was impeccable.  I would have no problem recommending them.  I'll definitely use them again.

I was completely pleased from start to finish in working with Arbor Care. I called and someone was available to come out to give me an estimate within 3 days. The appointment was made and a Certified Arborist, Clayton, arrived on time and it was very clear he knew exactly what he was talking about. He and I spent about 90 minutes going through my yard and when he left, I was certain I would have Arbor Care do the work. I felt so good about Arbor Care that I cancelled another appointment I had the next week with another tree service. Clayton thoughtfully wrote up what each tree needed and was right on target with the cost involved. When the day came for the work, Samuel and his crew arrived right on schedule and again, Samuel walked the yard with me and we talked about everything that they were going to do. It was clear he was very professional and knew exactly what was going on. I was in awe watching the crew climb up into my big Mesquite trees as they trimmed the branches. There were no accidents, no plants were harmed and when I returned home after they had left, it looked as though they had vacuumed the yard! Very clean and all the trees looked artistically done and just beautiful. I had 12 trees trimmed and each one looks thoughtfully trimmed. Before the work was done, my yard looked like a jungle :( Now it looks like paradise! :) In addition, Gary in the office was very easy to work with and made the transaction super smooth. I would not hesitate to recommend Arbor Care to anyone in need of tree care! Thank you Gary, Clayton, Samuel and his crew!

I contacted Arbor Care Tree Service over the weekend on Saturday (emailed them through Yelp) and I was immediately contacted by Jerry. I explained that I had a Mulberry tree that I was worried I might have to cut down. He explained that he could have a someone come by Monday (today) to take a look at it and provide me with an estimate. I was shocked at how fast they were able to make it to my home! I was called by the tech that stopped by who explained what his findings were and provide me with a  quote. The tech, Clayton, was very helpful and explained to me a bit about my tree and what was going on with it. He did suggest I get it trimmed a bit which was expected, but that I don't necessarily have to cut the tree down (which is what I was fearing). I cannot speak to their actual workmanship, BUT what I can say is that if there workmanship is anything like the way they communicate and their professional mannor, I will be a very happy camper! Will defiantly be using this company once I get ready to trim my tree!

I had a tall tree in my backyard, which was only a few feet away from the patio and was leaning towards it. I decided to have it removed before it fell on the roof of my house.

Based on Yelp reviews, I shortlisted a few tree service companies (Arbor Care was  one of them) for a quote. I sent each of them pictures of my tree. Only Jerry from Arbor Care replied back the next day with a very competitive price.

I didn't jump in with Arbor Care right away just because of their good price, because I still had a few concerns (such as, what if the contractor caused damage in my property, what if the workers got injured while working in my property, etc.) that I need to resolve. I called Jerry multiple times to discuss the work and ask questions. Every time, he was really friendly and patient to address my concerns. To make me feel even more comfortable, he sent me all the paper work and the insurance certificate for review in advance.

On the appointment day, Jerry and his crew arrived at my house on time. The workers did an exceptional work, and removed the tree in 1 hour. They were highly experienced, careful, and effective. Because of the proximity of the tree to the house, the workers climbed on the tree and carefully cut the top branches first before they cut the trunk. I stood there watching them and was fully amazed by their how skillful they were.

After tree removal, they also carefully cleaned the wood dust in the area before they left.

I am really impressed by Jerry and his crew from Arbor Care for their excellent service and communications. Everything they did went beyond my expectations.

I don't write Yelp reviews often but this time I really wanted to let people know how wonderful this company is.

I definitely think Arbor Care deserved 5 star and I highly recommend it!

Arbor Care did exactly what they said they would do (trim two olive trees) and cleaned up everything so well it was as if they had never done it! I was impressed with Burt's knowledge about trees and knew my trees were in good hands.  The price was very reasonable and I will not only use them in the future but I will be happy to recommend Arbor Care to anyone in need of a professional arborist.

I had a very large Palo Verde tree on a rental property which had sustained some major storm damage after not being properly maintained by our (now former)  property management company.  It was a real disaster.  I tried multiple tree services over the weekend and really got nowhere.  No one would come until the following Monday and the tree needed to come down before it collapsed on the neighbors' property.  I called Arbor Care before 7:00 am on a Sunday and Jerry called me back within 5 minutes. He was at the property in 45 minutes and the tree was removed by noon. AND they charged 25%-35% less than some of the other places I contacted.

Contracted Arbor Care to remove a troublesome tree from my backyard, and I was more than impressed.  The team showed up promptly on time, quickly got to work, and were finished very quickly and left my yard very clean and showing no evidence of a tree even existing in the first place.  Their online quote-request was extremely useful as I was able to get an estimate in a matter of hours.

These guys are the best hands down. I've been searching for a tree trimming service for almost five years and have tried a number of local companies that I'm sure you've seen advertised or their trucks driving around your neighborhood. Most in my experience talk a good game but don't deliver the goods. Many claim to have certified arborist on staff which, I'm sure do but are they the people who trim your trees. Probably not. The arborist will come out, walk the property and do the estimate and might show up at the beginning of the job but then move on leaving the 'crew' to actually do the trimming. This has been my experience with the last four companies and the results have been less than satisfactory.
At the beginning when I said 'these guys' I am specifically referring to Howard, Sam and crew. This is the crew that did our trimming and the work is the best I've experienced since loosing our landscaper who we had for almost 25 years. I can't speak to the work of the other people at Arbor Care beyond my interaction with the scheduling/follow up which was professional, prompt and courteous. If your looking for a bargain trim these guys probably aren't for you. If your looking for someone to take good care of your trees these guys are among the best in the area. You won't be disappointed.

We just used arbor care for various tree services for the third time and we've been very pleased. The last job was a big one. We had a huge pine tree, probably 50 feet tall, die and need to be removed and the stump ground down. The crew, led by Julian, arrived at the time they stated, and finished up in six hours. The tree was huge, with a bajillion dead pine needles, and we kinda expected the backyard to be totally trashed and that we'd be cleaning up pine needles for weeks. You could hardly tell a tree had been there when they were done, and hardly any pine needles remained. They even cleaned them off the roof and out of the gutters. They took care to cover our hot tub with plywood to prevent any damage. We had asked them to leave us a small portion of the wood that we could split into firewood later. They actually left us smaller logs and even piled them up on the side of the house where our other firewood was. A few plants near the tree were damaged, but I kinda think it was inevitable due to their location and the machine used to grind the stump. I'm also wondering if a couple of the drip lines in the area are damaged too. Some seem fine, some don't seem to be working. It was apparent the crew was very skilled at their work. All in all, we were very pleased with their work, and the crew went over and above my expectations....and I generally have pretty high expectations. I don't normally give 5 stars for anything, but I do think they deserve it!

As the person in charge of landscaping for our HOA, I interviewed SEVEN companies specializing in tree care. I needed a 4-story tall olive tree removed that had become an unmanageable nuisance.
  Patrick, the owner, came out to give the bid. I felt good about him right away. He is an honest and well-mannered person   He gave one of the lowest bids (the bids differed by $300). He spoke with confidence about the job, explained clearly what it would entail, and happily answered my many questions. The job by no means appeared daunting to him. Contrast his attitude with some of the other companies whose reps would talk about what a hard job it was going to be; the tree was so big, it was close to a fire hydrant, they'd have to flag the ground for water pipes, the tree was too near the carport. Then those companies would give me a high bid.
  I selected Arbor Care and when the tree removal day came, my family and I watched with interest and admiration as the men worked with such expertise and teamwork that they didn't even speak. It was especially impressive when one man was in the tree roping huge limbs, chainsawing and then the men on the ground would receive the limbs, disposing of some in a wood chipper, and cutting some for firewood for our community to share. By the teamwork, we could tell that this group has worked together for a long time. They operated so smoothly and professionally.  
  Then they used a very powerful stump grinder, removed pounds and pounds of sawdust that it left behind. They cleaned up so well that one could hardly tell where the tree had been.
  Months later, I recommended them to a good friend who has many trees in her backyard. I went on and on about the company before mentioning Arbor Care by name. She said, Oh, you mean Patrick! I was quite surprised that she already had been using them for years, but considering their excellent work and fair prices I shouldn't have been surprised at all.

I had a large palm tree that has been neglected for too long. It dropped fruit all over the ground and attracted ants and pigeons. Jerry and his crew took care of it very quickly and did an excellent job and left the area clean. It was difficult to pick up the fruit (embedding in the ground), but they got it.

AMAZING!!  Arbor Care is THE PLACE TO GO FOR TREE TRIMMING!!  They are TRUE TREE PROFESSIONALS and there is a TRAINED ARBORIST ON YOUR JOB!!  Howard is incredibly knowledgeable and he and his team did an outstanding job!!  It is hard to find the combination of knowledgeable, good customer service, great clean up, and friendly people all in one....but they were all of the above.  My trees look AWESOME!! I had no idea how Mesquites were actually suppose to look when trimmed properly.  If everything I have already said isn't enough, they were the least expensive of the 3 quotes I received.  I would highly recommend saving yourself the time researching and getting multiple quotes like I did, just call Arbor Care, you will be happy you did!!  Thank you so much Howard for your dedication to taking such pride in your work and thank you for having such a wonderful team too!!  Thank you Burt for answering all my questions up front when I received your quote!  I truly appreciate Arbor Care and Howard, you will be the only one trimming my trees from now on.  Thank you, your new loyal customer!!

After the Yelp review I was contacted by the Owner of Arbor Tree Care and they made sure everything was taken care of above and beyond what the original agreement stated, the owner was not aware of what had happened and went out of his way to make everything right, they did an awesome job with our trees and I am completely satisfied with the results.

I had a few overgrown trees in my backyard that were leaning over my neighbors yard so they needed trimming immediately. I called Arbor Care early Friday morning and spoke with Jerry.  That afternoon he came out and gave me a free estimate. In the meantime I had already spoken with 2 other companies that had said they would come out the following week for an estimate. After discussing it with my husband we decided to go with Arbor Care not only because Jerry was so efficient and coming out that same day, he was the most competitively priced, best customer service and attention to detail out of everyone I spoke with!  Jerry was able to squeeze me in his schedule and complete the work the following day... on a Saturday! I have to say that I am very impressed not only with Jerry but also with his crew! They were on time and were able to complete the tree work in a timely fashion!
