I had to write a review about my experience with Roy's Trees.  I contacted them originally with a bit of a scheduling crunch as I was having a wall repaired and needed someone to come by and grind down some stumps that were in the way.  I needed someone to show up exactly in between the time that the old wall was being torn down and the new one was coming up.

   Roy was able to make it happen at the time I needed, he showed up exactly on time, was friendly, courteous and did a terrific job overall.  While he was there I had asked him about trimming some palm trees and while he couldn't do it right then, he scheduled some of his guys to come by later that same day and they also did excellent work.

   I'm happy to look to Roy for any needs I might have in the future and  recommend him to others.  He did exactly what I needed, exceeding my expectations, for a fair price and took care of any mess before he left.  His guys were also punctual and very hard-working.  If you're looking for great service with no nonsense, get in contact with Roy and let him help you out.

I contact them to get a quote for trimming and I turned it into a removal. I had two Sissoo tree and one Cottonwood removed. I got tired of cleaning the Sisoo tree leaves out the pool. They gave me multiple quotes for the different option I asked about.  I notified them on Thursday and they were out taking care of business on Monday. It was great to see that all of this didn't make it to the land fill.  The trunks of the Sissoo trees went to a local person that makes furniture. They finish the project in two day and cleaned up the area pretty well.

I would highly recommend using Veterans Family Tree Service. The price was fair and offer a discount for Veterans. When I need some other trees trimmed, I know who I will be calling.

Once again, ArborCraft exceeded my expectations!  My experience started with Burt who is a Certified Arborist and the best in the business in my opinion. Miguel and Team trimmed and crown thinned to balance 11 large Olive trees and did a fantastic job. They also took care of a large Palo Verde, Acacia, two Chilean Mesquites and three Eucalyptus trees. All looking great after they were done.  I only use ArborCraft for all my trees. They are the best in town!  I highly recommend you give them a call for a very competitive bid, you will be glad you did.

Arbor Care called within an hour of my initial review and came out the very next day to look into it. The manager and arborist assessed the trees carefully and explained that some of the cuts I saw were much older, probably due to the way the nurseries had pruned and transported our trees. They did admit the job wasn't perfect and offered to make it better. The provided very good advice on why some trees weren't doing well and gave us advice on the type of products we need to use to make our overall landscape thrive. I've never seen a company so committed to good customer service. We really appreciate their professionalism and patience in this situation. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The crew did an excellent job. The trees on my newly purchased property were overgrown and threatening mine and the neighbor's roof. I will definitely use them again . Communication was very responsive and professional. They also did a stellar job with cleanup. I felt for these guys working so hard in 115 degrees

I can't say enough good things about Next Level Tree Service! Jesse and his crew were prompt, professional, organized. They took down an extremely large 50 year old pine tree in my front yard and ground the stump completely in one day. Jesse is extremely knowledgeable about all things trees, pleasant to deal with, and very fair with pricing. Highly recommend and will use again!

My landscaper quoted me to install 2 palm type trees. I got tired of the lengthy time to get the job done. Decided to negotiate with Moon Nursery after past good experiences. I had them install 2 - 7' Pineapple Palms. The results were better than anticipated. My yard looked great after they left. Their 90 day guarantee and $100 worth of fertilizer, I felt I got a good deal and am totally satisfied.

A tree was storm-damaged and partially hanging in my neighbor's yard.  It needed urgent attention.  They were able to take care of the tree within a couple of days (it was the weekend and many of people had damaged or downed trees in the area).  They did a great job, cutting the tree to my specifications, and the cleanup was fantastic.  Extremely reasonable price, too.  So glad I found this company!

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Joe was quick to schedule a time to come to my home and he provided a fair estimate for the work I was looking to have done. He also scanned my back yard and educated me about the plants and trees that were doing well and the ones that needed attention. Prior to his scheduled appointment he sent me a text reminder. Him and his crew showed up on time, did a fantastic job removing one tree, removing large dead plants and trimming my fruit trees. Joe and his crew were professional, polite and a pleasure to work with! He is very knowledgeable about tree health and has great advice for maintaining a healthy landscape. We will definitely contact Bassett Tree Services for all our future tree needs.

Excellent communication.  I needed to fan palms trimmed and a diagnosis of my tree in the front yard.  Stephen showed up promptly, worked diligently and have my trees looking excellent, all for a reasonable cost.  Will use him annually to maintain my palms.

This guy has a lot of good reviews, but I was definitely not satisfied with the pricing. He quoted me more than double the price I normally pay and then haggled down to the price I expected to pay. That's just offensive and I won't use his service. I would not recommend this service if you don't want someone trying to take advantage of you.

Valentin was super professional.  He was able to give me a rough quote via photos and text messaging.  The quote changed a bit once he got here but was still reasonable for the amount of work he and his crew did and we added a tree to be removed.  We had them relocate 4 tons of river rocks from the back yard to the front yard.  We needed to clear out the back yard area prepping for another project.  They also were able to take down a tree for us last minute.  We booked the appt. two weeks ago, they showed up early as promised and cleaned up and even fixed a broken sprinkler head which was accidentally crushed.  Very impressed!

We engaged All American Arborist to take a look at our two ficus trees, two queen palms and on a death's doorstep Orchid Tree.  Jon came out to talk with me, was very professional and very patient with all of my questions and concerns.  Ultimately, we hired him to trim the four trees, fertilize the Palms and buy and plant an 8 ' tall Mexican Lime tree.  He offered great detailed quotes with landscaping plots with identification.  His quote process was very clear and efficient.  He impressed me so, I simply said you do what your experience and expertise tells you.  His crew came on time, did a fine job, were very respectful and cleaned up afterward (much better in the back yard work, less so in front - but not worth taking away a star).  His company is now officially in my address book and I can now say I have a tree guy.   (we cut down the dead orchid tree our selves, we had been struggling for years to keep it going - it doesn't help that is not native to Phoenix.)

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

Hayward is a very reputable, professional, customer service oriented company.  They came out to give me a estimate very quickly, and were super to do business with.  I would not hesitate to recommend them.  They stand by their work and are proud of their reputation.
