If you need help resolving water damage or problems, Chris at Resolution Fire and Flood, will definitely be the man to call.  Very professional and knowledgeable.  He arrived on time and identified my problem with information that was very helpful.

Many of the customers who chose Resolution Fire and Flood had a pleasant experience with them. That's good; it shows they have potential and can provide top notch service to people who experience a loss due to fire or flood. My personal experience did not go as well. The condition my belongings were returned to me was disheartening and made the whole experience very stressful. There was much damage done to my property and some itemswent missing.

The  Resolution Fire and Flood's  way of remedying the matter was to say to me just name your price and I'll cut you a check. How cavalier of them! From a consumer's perspective, how tasteless to suggest my personalbelongings (some of them, of sentimental value were reduced to mere dollars, problem solved ! Chris, the owner of the business,e-mailed me a personal apology including an invitation to forge on with my  smear campaign (a reference to my telling him my plans to Yelp my experience with his company. I found that highly insulting! Until his employees receive further training my review of  Resolution Fire and Flood are as follows:

I do not recommend using them!
I did not appreciate how my belongings were handled  while in their care.
Do not tell a customer I'll cut you a check for damaged belongings as if they have no value to the owner.
Belongings NOT returned to the owner are STOLEN (even if items are not expensive).

I've used Resolution twice for water damage following storms. Both times they have been great. The crews are professional, courteous, and know their stuff.

They took care to keep the unaffected areas clean and protected. They worked around my schedule to make it convenient.  I highly recommend them.

Chris, Colleen, Jason, and Danny are some of the most honest people I've ever been privileged to come to know! They are always on top of things because of their attention to detail and followup. After hearing about how some restoration companies treat their customers, I'm happy to know the team at Resolution Fire + Flood are willing to go the extra mile(s) in order to help people when they are most vulnerable - during times of disaster.

Reading some of the reviews for RF + F and then comparing them to other similar companies, I can honestly say Resolution is the correct name for this company! Between the I'm on it attitude during emergencies, to the assistance from every team member, I'm confident that this company is extremely professional and knowledgeable in the areas of water, mold, Asbestos, and demolition practices. Every job is treated as though it's happening to one of them and therefore Resolution places the level of importance as a number one priority.

I was recommended to Chris by my insurance company after my house was damaged in a storm. I have worked with some shady contractors in the past and Chris and his team are anything but that. He helped me deal with my insurance adjuster and I felt extremely comfortable and confident that he would help get my house put back together! I live nearly 4000 miles from my damaged home and he walked me through the whole process and I never felt out of the loop. His team made sure my home was protected from further damages from the monsoon season while my insurance company negotiated the repairs. He checked on my home regularly throughout the process.

I can't say enough good things about how he handled my home. I highly recommend Chris and his team if you ever find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing remediation and repairs.

I've worked with Resolution Fire and Flood twice now. It is refreshing to work with services that come through for you from beginning to end. The owner, Chris, is such a professional, knowledgeable and all around friendly and great guy. He's extremely calm in emergencies and is available around the clock. He really makes things seamless.

His office staff is so courteous, polite and helpful. His crew is very hard-working and friendly.

We used Resolution Fire and Flood following a small kitchen fire.  After they completed work which included a complete cleaning and interior painting of our home, they had to redo the painting portion due to the poor quality of their work.  This kept us out of our home for an additional two weeks.  After two weeks, Resolution Fire and Flood considered the job complete.  We are left with poorly painted and unfinished cabinets, uneven ceiling lines, paint on our backsplash, tile flooring, shower, bathroom vanity, inside our fireplace, on wood floors, on custom light fixtures, on ceiling fans, on door frames and every other surface possible.  They didn't even clean all the items they charged the insurance for.  Resolution Fire and Flood over promises and under delivers.

Resolution Fire and Flood is an amazing company!  We needed immediate help after discovering black mold growing in our refrigerator after being in storage for 2 months.  Chris at Resolution promptly assessed my needs and sent a technician out the same day! Alberto, the technician, thoroughly cleaned the entire refrigerator, seals,etc...leaving no signs of black mold at all!  Even the foul odor was gone!  I was truly amazed, as I thought the refrigerator was not salvageable!  I highly recommend this company and was 100% satisfied with their service!  They truly went above and beyond for me today!

We have used Resolution Fire & Flood a few times.  We had a small flood due to a leaky R/O pipe in my ceiling and a 2nd time recently when our roof leaked causing water to come in through the ceiling all over my brand new bar cabinets.  Both times RF&F arrived quickly, were very efficient in cleaning up the mess and quickly finding what the causes of the water damage was.
We have also used them to do demo work for a house remodeling job we did.  Again, they got the work done quick and were super clean at the end of the day.  Always came back when they said they would and have very fair prices.
Chris, the owner is amazing and very trustworthy.  We had to have some of the work done when we were not home and we trusted the entire crew without a doubt.
Nobody wants a fire or flood but if you do it's good to know there is a great company out there to take care you all your needs.

Sorry for anyone with a negative experience. My neighbor's condo above toilet split when they were away. I told them many times to shut the water off when traveling but they forget. I heard dripping for 6 weeks and they found nothing. Well a few weeks ago I awoke in the middle of the night heard like pouring rain and I am not on the top floor. I listened on the walls then ceiling. I had security call a lock company to drill out the lock, had the owners call CSAA (part of AAA) horrendous company do not use. Their calls are taken by Safelite Auto Glass call center. They called Lionsgate, a clearinghouse for water damage, by the time Resolution showed it was 7 hours later. Chris the owner apoligized profusely but explained he was just called 35 minutes before. He and his team of 4 men went to work sucking up water in the condo above, after I removed 52 shop vac tanks of water from their floors. He came to me the next day said the condo above me had very minimal insurance nd it ran out so I had to call mine. My company authorized him to pull out walls and ceilings and put drying fans and dehumidifiers in my condo. He also continued to dry above me which my insurance will bill the owner. My insurance will then subrogate the owner above for all my damages since his insurance hit its very low limit. The owner above already sent me my $500 deductible. I cannot recommend Chris and his crew higher as they did a great job, kept testing for the slightest spot of water, wrapped my expensive furniture and large bed in 2 layers of heavy plastic. Now for the construction repair job, the furniture has to be moved out in storage, I have not 1 space to put it in my condo. If you have a sudden water issue insist on your insurance to call them, you will not be sorry.

This is an amazing company. Chris came out a few hours after I called to book an appointment. He thoroughly examined my bathroom where I suspected mold. He is extremely professional, honest and knowledgeable and even though I only had a tab bit of mold in my sink which didn't warrant further testing, he spent the time explaining mold, the testing process, and when to worry to me. I really appreciate his honest approach and highly recommend resolution fire and flood.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to these guys. If you have restoration, repair, item packing needs then look elsewhere!! You will not get an honest, fair job out of them. The owner is as condescending at they get.

I had a microwave fire and was referred to this company by my insurance company. I had a great experience. Chris explained the entire process and gave me excellent advice about my claim. From start to finish, Chris was my advocate. I really appreciated that Chris answered his phone,personally, whenever I had questions. His crew quickly and thoroughly cleaned and prepared my kitchen for the work that needed to be done. I would recommend this company to anyone.
