Very friendly and fast. My dog locked me out of my house in 120 degree heat and they were at my house in less than 30 minutes.  Not more than two minutes after the locksmith got to my house, was I back in my apartment.  The locksmith was very friendly too, considering I pulled him away from whatever he was doing on a Saturday evening.  Cost wasn't too bad either, I just wish I didn't end up in the situation to begin with!

Called this place on Monday 4/17 morning 9:00am and left a message to do some work. It's Wednesday 4/19 and never got a call back! Go somewhere else

At first, I was upset with the extra $60 service charge that was not disclosed to me prior to making the appt.  Please make sure this is made clear to future customers, I think it will help.  In the end before I ran off to my appointment I was only able to afford half the locks that needed to be re-keyed.  This job was something that had to be done ASAP for my own safety from a pervious tenant who was living with me.  I stressed to Thomas not to let this person on the property, no exceptions.  I ran home during a break to collect my key and to my surprise, found a very pleasant note. Due to my situation, ALL my locks were re-keyed.  I was very moved!  Thank you, Thomas for supporting my safety, for caring, and for instilling peace in my life again.

Horrible. We lost our Prius keys and called Diamondback Lock and Key. The dispatch said the cost will be at around $150. I thought it was a great deal since other places were quoting me around $300.

I fully explained with dispatch that we need a new key made and told them our car's model year and we needed the smart key that unlocks the door when you are close to the car. This is enough information to give us a detailed quote. They never clarified that was the $150 quote was a base price.

When the locksmith showed up, he quoted me $100 OVER the Toyota car dealership - almost $400! I was frustrated because that was a large jump from the $150 quote. The dealership quote was around $325.

He said that a new key itself costs $150. After a bit of haggling he was able to do the job a few dollars lower than the dealership price. And said it would take about 45 minutes.....

FIVE HOURS later and after calling for help, he was only able to program the FOB to start the car and created a metal key to unlock and lock the car. He said we will come back tomorrow and we agreed that I pay $200.

I was ok with all of this because it was getting the work done and getting late. I did question him why something like this would take so long. He said each car is different even though he has the Toyota software.

At this point, it was dark and since the I could get into and start the car I was fine with him coming tomorrow to finish the work.

When I got back home, I took a look at the FOB and I got ANGRY along with the issues below after I drove the car:

1. He triggered the after market alarm that is now always blinking blue and needs to be taken to a dealer to get that fixed.

2. The FOB was NOT NEW. It was a used banged up FOB. (I was furious about this! Since he gave me grief how a new FOB is $150 and we paid close to the dealer's quote to get this job done

3. The headlights and backlights sometimes works. We think he shorted the circuits, thus why the car alarm is now blinking blue and now this issue.

4. He bent the car's door so badly that it sounds like the door is open when you drive. You can hear the road and gravel. For a locksmith that shows a poor set of skills that you cannot open a Prius without bending the door's frame. Seems like amature hour.

Because of this company we had to:

1. Take it to the Toyota dealer who said the FOB was an old one and NOT the right model for this car.

2. The dealership said we can bend back the door and see if it that helps. Thankfully it did.

3. We will need to take the car to a car alarm dealer to fix the blinking blue light.

4. And we still need to figure out about the back lights and headlights.

We called the company TWICE asking to speak to the owner. He never called back. I wonder why????

They jacked up our car and I hold them responsible for:

1. The time we lost in taking it to the dealer to get it fixed
2. Selling us a USED and the WRONG FOB for the car
3. Not returning our phone calls
4. Screwing up the circuits which may cost a significant amount to fix which they should pay for.

We filed a chargeback with the credit card company and will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Stay away from this company. They cannot own up to their mistakes.

I have used this company several times and they always do a very professional, expedient job. I have used them for residential and commercial. All the way around a great experience. Their service person who came out to my house yesterday was Randolph; he was so nice and did a great job.  I might request him in the future, but I know that I've always been happy with whoever they send out.  Can't go wrong here.

Excelent teacher, he showed me all the basics to start my locksmith business , always available to answer my calls with questions, I truly recommend this school for a start in locksmith.

So like an idiot I locked my truck keys inside my truck at a target way out in fountian hills on a Friday around rush hour! Luckily I had my phone still on me and I called around to like 4 different places! Each one of them came off rude over the phone and said they couldn't help me. So I called these guys and they picked up RIGHT AWAY! I told him my situation and location and jus like that, he said he be on his way! Awesome!! He saved me! Make sure you call these guys first before you call anyone else!

What a great treasure. Ive lived in the Gilbert/Mesa are all my life and didn't know about this key shop.  I've had this locked old trunk for over 40 years and couldn't get inside because my wife and I inherited it from her mom who didn't have the key to it.  I took the chest to Harmon's and he was able to get me a key to open the chest. There was an old newspaper clipping from 1968 inside. That makes it 52 years it's been locked up.
Thanks to Harmon, we now have a working treasures. I Highly recommend  them!!

Called several locksmith for quick home rekeying and lock replacement. Others (Yelp high rated/reviewed) were creative pricing and competing pricing guys were not available/not responding to call/text. Got rekeying with antibump and mail lock replacement for 100 bucks with credit card payment. Yelp highly rated guys quoted me at least $135. He gave me quote on phone itself, on time and quick and easy job.

My BF Locke's our car key in the trunk of our car, called valley locksmith and he (Shawn) showed up quick he works quick got it all don't in less than 5 minutes.

I tried for a week to contact Noble to get a quote on a replacement key fob and key for a newly purchased used vehicle that only came with one set. Tried calling at least 20 times but the answer machine was ALWAYS on. Tried emailing the vehicle details directly but never a response.

Wishing I could leave a zero star review. I'm  in town visiting friends and locked my keys in my car. My friend John said he heard about this place and I thought to give them a try. When I called I asked to speak with Gerald who I was told is the owner and immediately the lady on the phone, who answered just by "hello", hung up on me! Very rude staff and do not recommend whatsoever.

We were quoted a price over the phone of around $65 to install a dead bolt door lock.  When the locksmith arrived, it was much more.  Around $200.  The locksmith installed the wrong lock, and then insulted me by saying that it was my fault.  I somehow didn't communicate it clearly enough the kind of lock that I wanted installed.  When I called the main office about this, they were insulting as well.  The customer service I received with this company was poor at best.  They price gouge, and their locksmith was very unprofessional.
